Darryl Henson - September 5, 2026 - Sometimes a passage of Scripture seems strange until we look at it alongside the rest of the Bible. Numbers 21 is one of those passages. Israel complained against God, fiery serpents came among the people, and God instructed Moses to put a bronze serpent on a pole so that those who looked upon it would live. Why would God use a serpent as the means of healing?
