- 1:29Speaker 1: It's Wednesday, november 1st 2023.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Flying by it is.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I made too much candy.
- 1:44Speaker 1: It's everywhere man.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Can't avoid it.
- 1:48Speaker 1: I can hide it from the kids, but can I hide it for myself?
- 1:55Speaker 2: No, that's, that's the whole thing, man.
- 1:57Speaker 2: I bet kids probably eat about 20% of the candy that they get from Halloween.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Man, there's just so much of it.
- 2:04Speaker 1: I mean before even Halloween.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Well, kids are particular.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Man like you run into very few of them that will just eat any kind of candy.
- 2:12Speaker 1: You don't develop that until you get to be an adult not mine, oh yeah, no, well, I'm sure there's like a few that they don't eat.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Yeah what's your favorite candy?
- 2:21Speaker 2: my favorite candy man, which everyone I got in my hand.
- 2:26Speaker 2: I was one of those kids like the pieces or the peanut butter Cups.
- 2:31Speaker 2: I don't mess with them.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Peanut butter cuffs, man, I need to piece.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Give them the pieces, man pieces.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I like the erases pieces, man.
- 2:38Speaker 1: That's.
- 2:38Speaker 1: That's a guilt I love those Peanut M&Ms are good.
- 2:44Speaker 1: I really like sour patch kids too.
- 2:46Speaker 1: But I mean enough of that.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Only thing I didn't really care for with the twizzlers man had a note like the teacher saying hey, I, I promise the kids you could bring one piece at lunch.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Yeah, cuz it's like they use it to trade and stuff, like it was like a kid's in the neighborhood.
- 3:07Speaker 1: They're like trading candy and stuff, like putting all out on the table.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Oh yeah, after the trigger trading yeah there's currency back.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Yeah, Anyway yeah, man the right.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's right, that's right.
- 3:20Speaker 1: First playoff rankings oh yeah, off rankings.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Yep, fsu is at for.
- 3:30Speaker 2: I have no problem with it.
- 3:31Speaker 2: I have no problem with it.
- 3:32Speaker 2: No, Just because you know I'm of the mind.
- 3:38Speaker 2: I want as much disrespect and Nobody else believing in us right as possible.
- 3:45Speaker 1: I think Kirby smart is Echoing those things.
- 3:48Speaker 2: I mean, I think you're fired up.
- 3:50Speaker 2: He's got to be loving being number two.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Mm-hmm, but let's go back to FSU.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Being number four, doesn't I mean I had him at three.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Yeah some people, I could see two.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Some people had him at one.
- 4:07Speaker 2: You could argue all those spots you could I mean I Realistically they weren't gonna put them at number one, you know no it just wasn't gonna.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Now, fellas, you didn't lose the Ole Miss, right?
- 4:20Speaker 2: I Think you would have seen two or three as a possibility.
- 4:25Speaker 1: But they just made the statement that if Ohio State wins out, they're gonna be number one.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely, there's no way.
- 4:31Speaker 2: There's no way, I mean, unless Michigan.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Let's.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Michigan knows the signs, it's right, but they're not factoring that in.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Yeah none of that's being not yet, not yet.
- 4:43Speaker 1: We'll get to that later.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Yeah, we will, but I have no problem with with Florida State being at number four.
- 4:48Speaker 2: You know, now I Kind of got an issue with One of the members of the committee sort of dismissing the rest of of FSU's schedule, as you know, calling the schedule front-loaded.
- 5:01Speaker 2: You know Miami could very easily you know our game could be the difference between them winning ten or nine games you know right, what if they went out and finished 10 and 2?
- 5:13Speaker 2: That's, that's another thing and the only thing is that that kind of mishap against Georgia Tech in there you know.
- 5:20Speaker 2: So I don't agree with some of the the comments they made to justify the ranking.
- 5:25Speaker 1: I Think talking about a front-loaded schedule.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I mean, that is what it is.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Yeah, and the opponent.
- 5:32Speaker 1: You play who.
- 5:32Speaker 1: You play in front of you.
- 5:34Speaker 2: You talk about a front-loaded schedule and you use the Duke game as as a reference, which was literally 10.
- 5:39Speaker 2: What 10 days ago?
- 5:41Speaker 2: Like that's?
- 5:42Speaker 1: there's not man, you just got to keep winning.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Florida State.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Gonna be you can't, can't get in With a loss.
- 5:50Speaker 1: You're not.
- 5:51Speaker 1: If you're gonna lose, you want to lose early, like Oregon, because they're the top one loss team at six, which we thought that would be.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Yeah you, you got to lose early.
- 6:01Speaker 2: You got to lose to somebody.
- 6:02Speaker 2: That's good.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Oklahoma, though, beat Texas and they're at nine, so, but they lost.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I Guess it was a worse loss because it was against Kansas.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Well, yeah, we was on the road.
- 6:14Speaker 2: So we talked about, I mean, but it's it's week-to-week reaction right.
- 6:17Speaker 1: That's how most of the rankings play out but it's good the head-to-head matter against Alabama, but not for yeah, I mean.
- 6:23Speaker 1: And that case you would put Oklahoma 7, but it's, it's about how you're playing, I guess, but that it's not.
- 6:35Speaker 1: In certain cases it's such a.
- 6:37Speaker 2: There's, there's real Politicking that goes on and the back half of the top 10, especially now with some of the programs that are in there.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Yeah and vying to be that first one off the off the bench.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Well, if that that'd be, you know, if that was the case right now, just in, you know, if it was 12, missouri would be number 12.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Yeah and LSU would be 13.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Lsu beat him, but they have two losses.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Correct, correct, Um, but you know that's not gonna happen.
- 7:05Speaker 1: But yeah, because Mercer is about to get.
- 7:07Speaker 2: LSU wins out there going to the, the SEC title game, right.
- 7:11Speaker 2: So that's all they really got to worry about, right, you know, sec title game.
- 7:17Speaker 1: They could theoretically, within a 12 playoff scenario, even lose that game, and so I I think two teams right now that stick out to me that can't lose Washington and Florida State.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Both have to win out to make it.
- 7:30Speaker 2: I would agree with that.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Some people would say that Washington.
- 7:33Speaker 2: You know if I say Lou.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Yeah, if they could slip up now and still get in and then beat Oregon, but I the only loss they're gonna have maybe is what they had to replay Oregon, and then they're not gonna get in without the Pac-12 championship.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you know they could.
- 7:49Speaker 2: They could lose the USC.
- 7:50Speaker 2: They say they lose the USC this week.
- 7:52Speaker 2: But still beat, still beat Utah, oregon State, and then Oregon again and the Pac-12 championship.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Yeah, it's about who you have left on your schedule.
- 8:02Speaker 1: If you're a one-loss team, right.
- 8:03Speaker 1: If you want it, you want to lose early.
- 8:05Speaker 1: You're like Oregon has the best loss, so it's got them at six.
- 8:10Speaker 2: You know Texas lost to Oklahoma right, bad loss, and let's say in the in the just Alabama lost to Texas.
- 8:15Speaker 2: So the hypothetical scenario that that Florida State would win out.
- 8:19Speaker 2: You would need it.
- 8:21Speaker 2: You would need Miami and Florida to finish the season as strongly as possible.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Well, you're going it.
- 8:27Speaker 1: If you went out, you're gonna be number three, you won't be four.
- 8:31Speaker 1: I mean, if there's two and you possibly could be two.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:36Speaker 1: I mean or one so you're not gonna go ahead of a undefeated big 10 or sec.
- 8:40Speaker 1: But if one of them, if yeah if they cannibal, like Ohio State's playing Michigan.
- 8:47Speaker 1: So you know if, If you went out.
- 8:51Speaker 2: I would be shocked if, if the sec and the big 10 were one and two Going into the playoff.
- 8:58Speaker 2: I don't see anybody beating Georgia and I think you'll get either Michigan or Ohio, so you're gonna be if Florida State will be in the Rose Bowl.
- 9:08Speaker 1: If they're in it, that's very good possibility.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just getting ahead of myself, but it looks.
- 9:13Speaker 1: But yeah you win.
- 9:14Speaker 1: You win.
- 9:14Speaker 1: This week You're going to Charlotte, and that was.
- 9:17Speaker 1: That was the first goal that was the first goal for Florida State and they look good and winning at Wake this past week.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Hopefully they'll get some guys back this week.
- 9:30Speaker 2: It sounds like Johnny Wilson.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Will these be back?
- 9:32Speaker 2: I mean he's been running around at practice.
- 9:33Speaker 2: No, no protective jersey or anything like that.
- 9:37Speaker 1: So the grass will be a little bit longer.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, oh yeah, narduzzi, he's.
- 9:46Speaker 2: He's already tipped his hand.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Yeah, the comments about.
- 9:50Speaker 2: You know, maybe leaving it a little bit longer.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Even the grass longer.
- 9:54Speaker 1: I mean they, they're coming off a really, really Embarrassing loss loss made worse by his comments right.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Whether or not they were taken out of context, which is so they're back in a corner, though I, yeah, and you've seen what they can do to a quality opponent and at that place, this is, this is a game that you don't want to take lightly, just kind of like last week.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Yeah, you want to see the same mentality from Florida State.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Well, if you know, florida State fans think back a couple of years ago, to when we played pit here, man, there's a few things that aren't the same three years ago, I don't three years ago, whenever we played him and, yeah, it was Kenny Pickett.
- 10:36Speaker 2: All right, they don't have that.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, some of the guys on defense that they had then they don't have.
- 10:42Speaker 2: But they still have a few guys on defense, they still have a couple of running backs.
- 10:48Speaker 2: The passing game has not Been there for them.
- 10:53Speaker 1: It'll be their Super Bowl.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Yeah, expect a hard physical game.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Got a former pit panther Lewis reddit doing the game, oh yeah he's uh our Jones I.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Man, I hope he he keeps it neutral a little bit better than he did in the Virginia Tech game.
- 11:12Speaker 1: But We'll see, man it.
- 11:15Speaker 1: I don't expect to take care of business.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Yeah, you just take care of business.
- 11:18Speaker 2: People got to remember also like it's really hard to go undefeated.
- 11:23Speaker 2: You know Florida State done it what?
- 11:26Speaker 2: Three times in the history of the program, right?
- 11:28Speaker 2: So Just keep that in mind.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Yeah, it's yeah, three, three times.
- 11:35Speaker 2: James did it twice.
- 11:36Speaker 2: We can did it once.
- 11:38Speaker 2: A regular season, regular season, yeah.
- 11:43Speaker 1: Well, we got to See what else sticks out to.
- 11:47Speaker 1: You got Air Force 25 to lane 24.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Kansas State 23.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Oklahoma State.
- 11:54Speaker 1: How about that at 22?
- 11:56Speaker 1: After a little bad loss they've turned it around Kansas 21, usc 20 that's what that right there.
- 12:03Speaker 2: That's the first thing that stands out to me.
- 12:05Speaker 2: First of all, usc being 20 right ranked ahead of some of those teams right.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Like I know, oklahoma State lost to South Alabama.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a really bad loss.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Mm-hmm but that was a while ago and they've beaten some teams Kansas State, the same.
- 12:21Speaker 2: They've been kicking the crap out of people.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Usc has not looked good.
- 12:26Speaker 1: You see LA's at 19 Utah, give me 18.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Tennessee's at 17.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Oregon State, 16.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Notre Dame is at 15.
- 12:37Speaker 1: This is where this will take care of that AP problem that Louisville had yeah.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Because LSU's at 14.
- 12:48Speaker 2: That's pretty man.
- 12:49Speaker 2: That Ole Miss loss is still just killing him.
- 12:52Speaker 2: Yeah, even though it's a top 10 loss.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Now you know it's 13.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Lsu, I'm sorry.
- 12:59Speaker 1: 12.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Missouri, 11, I'm sorry.
- 13:03Speaker 1: 15 is Louisville, I'm.
- 13:05Speaker 1: 12 is Louisville?
- 13:06Speaker 1: I Got this list without it doesn't have Louisville, doesn't have Louisville on there.
- 13:11Speaker 1: They're out there at 12 or 13, I think.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Yeah, they're 13.
- 13:14Speaker 1: 12 is Missouri, yeah, 11.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Penn State, 10.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Ole Miss, 9, oklahoma, 8, alabama, 7, texas, 6, oregon, washington is at 5.
- 13:24Speaker 1: And then we've talked about the top 4.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Florida State said for Georgia, not at one.
- 13:31Speaker 1: We thought they'd be at one.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I really did, man, I thought they had done enough to just keep that number one spot.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Well, I guess there are no poles, or?
- 13:41Speaker 1: they probably just lay it out and I test is I mean they've read they value those wins, yeah, against teams like Notre Dame, and it makes you think the political.
- 13:51Speaker 1: You know move when you beat a team like Penn State and Notre Dame.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think it was much as the eyeball test, as it was the rewarding?
- 14:02Speaker 2: does anybody?
- 14:02Speaker 2: Does anybody else amongst those teams have a?
- 14:04Speaker 1: better win than either of those games and they would probably say no, no, but I have it that.
- 14:08Speaker 1: But that's, that's strictly on such, on paper.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Right, you know, like they played a team that is ranked high and beat them.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Okay, the way they beat LSU, I think, means A lot more like booger had, if she would one, and oh, he's from LSU.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I think she would one, and oh, he's from LSU.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Yeah, but what about the way that Georgia beat?
- 14:32Speaker 2: I know it's just Kentucky and it's Florida, but right oh, ohio State has not dominated anyone in the big 10.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Yeah, the way that Georgia dominated Florida or Kentucky so you value the wins when they're Against that schedule.
- 14:48Speaker 2: I just I kind of want.
- 14:49Speaker 2: I think, yeah, I think they're playing more to like.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Okay, they have on paper to what top 10 or two, you know top 15 wins and Georgia does not.
- 15:00Speaker 2: However, like, if you look just by the eyeball test, passing the eye test like, georgia has clearly looked the most dominant out of any team At times this season.
- 15:11Speaker 2: You know when they beat Kentucky, when they beat Florida, yeah, you know it's either been them or Michigan.
- 15:18Speaker 2: So I think, like, dominance on the field is Is not being taken into account as much as it is right strength of schedule and, hey, they've played two teams that are ranked highly, because I mean Penn State.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Why are they 10?
- 15:30Speaker 2: Why are they?
- 15:30Speaker 2: Why are they top 10?
- 15:31Speaker 2: Who have they beaten?
- 15:33Speaker 2: Right, you know the one test they had, they got pretty much handled.
- 15:36Speaker 1: It's gonna a lot of things you're gonna play out this week.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Yeah, things will even out at the end of the season.
- 15:42Speaker 2: You know, teams will kind of cannibalize each other, like you said.
- 15:46Speaker 2: I Just I don't know man.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I think there's real politicking to get Two big 10 teams in to try to get to SEC teams in.
- 15:57Speaker 2: So if you're Florida State, you gotta win out.
- 16:00Speaker 1: You're Washington and you want a shot, you gotta win out is there one part of FSU's team right now that you would be worried about?
- 16:09Speaker 1: And you know, like you used to, you said the safety is the secondary has been really, yeah, I right now it would be offensive line.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Okay just it, and it's a combination of health and Some of the guys being a little bit more limited than than what I.
- 16:27Speaker 2: You know, I Know Florida State coaches had hoped and and what people expected, but that you know, just just Just keep them up, right man, just keep past.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Blocking the run game is what it is.
- 16:42Speaker 2: I think the more Jordan Travis gets involved You'll see it start opening up as a whole.
- 16:48Speaker 2: So I mean, you know, just just keep taking care of business.
- 16:52Speaker 2: You got.
- 16:53Speaker 2: You got some tests, though Like I think people really are sleeping on the fact that you know Miami is better.
- 16:59Speaker 2: I know they've had their their blunder against Georgia Tech and they, you know, they almost.
- 17:06Speaker 1: That's a big week for them.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, we'll see what they got.
- 17:09Speaker 2: We'll see if Van Dyke is indeed healthy or if he continues to look kind of Just.
- 17:16Speaker 2: I don't know what's up with them in.
- 17:17Speaker 2: But again, you know Florida State, they got a, you got focus on pit.
- 17:25Speaker 2: These wounded dogs are sometimes the worst kind of teams did to play.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's exactly what you're gonna have.
- 17:35Speaker 1: You're gonna have a team, that's Just.
- 17:37Speaker 1: It's a one game.
- 17:38Speaker 1: You win this game, that's your season.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Yeah, and these kids are pissed off at their coach, whether he says you know whether they try to portray it as being smoothed over, something like that doesn't get fixed in a week.
- 17:51Speaker 2: So you'll see kids probably coming in there playing for each other, playing for their teammates and stuff.
- 17:57Speaker 2: It's.
- 17:59Speaker 2: It's really good to get up early and keep it business like against that kind of team.
- 18:05Speaker 1: You know, because you kind of hit them in the mouth a couple times and they start to remember that you know what yes, you don't want to let them hang around now.
- 18:12Speaker 2: So but Physical, physical team, and it's gonna be, they're gonna be hitting in the trenches, and this is when you kind of worry about the offensive line and the defensive line deptably tested.
- 18:26Speaker 2: Yada, yada, yada, just just the weather gonna be man.
- 18:29Speaker 2: I think 50s about as best you could hope for.
- 18:33Speaker 1: It's gonna be beautiful.
- 18:34Speaker 2: Yeah, it was.
- 18:35Speaker 2: It was Gross last week in Pittsburgh.
- 18:38Speaker 2: So you figure you got your due for a good week and I think we picked a good one.
- 18:45Speaker 1: All right, see, here we need to pick some games.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Yes speaking of picks, let's get into the games, some big ones, man.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Yeah, there are.
- 18:55Speaker 1: What's the what's the game of the week for you?
- 18:59Speaker 2: Game of the week.
- 19:00Speaker 2: It's gotta be Alabama and LSU.
- 19:01Speaker 2: In terms of impact, should Florida State win.
- 19:06Speaker 2: If LSU beats Alabama, that that win First game of the season continues to look impressive.
- 19:14Speaker 2: You know that game of the week there.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Probably there's some other big matchups, though All right tell you what Louisville, Virginia Tech that that's Probably decides who's gonna be playing in Charlotte?
- 19:30Speaker 1: That's crazy at least one spot.
- 19:32Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 19:33Speaker 1: I was just Getting the lines out.
- 19:37Speaker 1: All right, man, we got some good ones.
- 19:41Speaker 1: And starts tomorrow as a TCU is going to play Texas Tech Joey McGuire yeah, your boy, horned frogs are getting a field goal.
- 19:56Speaker 2: It's in Lubbock.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:59Speaker 2: You know what?
- 19:59Speaker 2: Give me the Red Raiders in the upset.
- 20:03Speaker 2: All right, shout out to Smelly.
- 20:07Speaker 2: I know that's his squad.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I agree.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't really, I'm not basing it on anything, Just those.
- 20:15Speaker 2: You know those, those kind of those lower level Texas schools.
- 20:18Speaker 2: I don't mean lower level derogatory, just like not Texas or Texas A&M, they just uh, they get into some battles.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Man, Texas Tech is kind of up and down.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Same thing with TCU home game.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Give me to fight and patty my homes All right ACC.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Tomorrow night it's going to be Wallace Wade.
- 20:45Speaker 2: You don't want to send the Wallace Wade.
- 20:48Speaker 1: You just don't walk into Wallace, wade, the dookies and uh, but Duke got shut out last week.
- 20:58Speaker 2: They're broken team man Elko risked it all and it backfired on him.
- 21:05Speaker 1: And well, Wake Forest is coming in.
- 21:07Speaker 1: They're getting destroyed at home.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Pretty much had one good run.
- 21:12Speaker 2: This is the kind of game you want to have if you want to get back on the winning track for the dookies and they're getting 12 and a half I think they cover.
- 21:19Speaker 2: They can just do it just by running the football, playing defense.
- 21:22Speaker 1: I think Duke covers at home.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Yeah, wake Forest is awful.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Yeah, this is the get right game for Mike Elko Wake.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Forest has some really good players on defense.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Um, they have no quarterback.
- 21:34Speaker 1: This is an ugly game right here.
- 21:35Speaker 1: First one to double digits wins.
- 21:38Speaker 2: At least one defensive touchdown for Duke.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Okay, how about?
- 21:44Speaker 1: Uh, let's go to Friday night.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Another ACC special.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Boston college is going to the carrot the dome.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Yeah, plain, syracuse, they're getting two and a half.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Oh man, they're getting two and a half.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Okay.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Well, I'm going to take Boston college by 10 points in this one.
- 22:06Speaker 2: I like them to continue to win, man you need them to win.
- 22:08Speaker 1: if you're a Florida safe, yeah.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Well they're.
- 22:12Speaker 2: You know they're a different team with Castellanos his quarterback, and they were the first couple of weeks.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Not that they're a juggernaut, you know, but they're better than what people thought they were Okay, so they'll probably end up getting blown out.
- 22:26Speaker 2: Watch, but I got them by 10 man, 3424.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Okay, notre Dame is going to Clemson Dabo.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Is this a night game?
- 22:41Speaker 1: No, it's at noon yeah.
- 22:44Speaker 2: Oh man, well, they still get rowdy at noon.
- 22:46Speaker 2: This one could be a little bit different, though Dabo's.
- 22:50Speaker 2: He's kind of.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I think this is it Backs against the wall, man You're four and four.
- 22:57Speaker 1: If you lose this, you're four and five.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Yeah, wow, no, it is not.
- 23:06Speaker 1: I think you're going to get that same type of effort out of Clemson that they had against Florida State in this game.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Right, we'll be enough to win.
- 23:13Speaker 1: I don't know, but I definitely think they're going to play hard.
- 23:18Speaker 2: Two, two things that I see really going wrong for for Clemson in this one Um the defense of Notre Dame creating turnovers and Cade Club Nick's propensity to commit turnovers.
- 23:31Speaker 2: Um, that's going to be bad news and I don't.
- 23:35Speaker 2: I don't think Clemson's physical enough to play with them.
- 23:38Speaker 2: I think they're going to get bully bald man.
- 23:41Speaker 2: It'll be low scoring.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Give me something like 21 to 13.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Clemson's getting a field goal at home.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Nah, give me 21, 13.
- 23:49Speaker 1: I'm going to take Clemson home dog here.
- 23:52Speaker 1: I'm putting it on the line here.
- 23:54Speaker 2: This is it.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Yeah, you're right, this is loss number five From Spartanburg.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Yeah, put Dabo out there.
- 24:03Speaker 2: Oh, he got under his skin, man.
- 24:04Speaker 1: He did.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Yeah, uncle Dabo, he went crazy.
- 24:09Speaker 2: He read off the resume.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Quote unquote Old Testament on Tyler.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Tyler Read off the resume.
- 24:17Speaker 2: You know, like not just a resume.
- 24:19Speaker 2: Man Said the A word twice.
- 24:22Speaker 2: You don't do that.
- 24:23Speaker 2: You don't do that, dabo.
- 24:29Speaker 1: Well, you know it's.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Oh, I put a dollar in the swear jar, tyler, I got a few.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Man it was it.
- 24:38Speaker 1: We'll see.
- 24:39Speaker 2: We'll see.
- 24:39Speaker 2: I got the IRS dude, I don't think.
- 24:41Speaker 2: I think they'll bully him.
- 24:43Speaker 1: And that's five losses.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Jimbo, another hot seat.
- 24:50Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm in Kiffin already with some some midweek fire from Lane.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, Not surprised there.
- 25:02Speaker 2: He's the king of trolling Jimbo.
- 25:04Speaker 2: He's got to win this time, though.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Jimbo is getting a field goal.
- 25:15Speaker 2: And it's in Oxford, correct?
- 25:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I think Lane might blow him out.
- 25:20Speaker 2: I agree.
- 25:21Speaker 2: I think this might this might be the loss that people are just like.
- 25:26Speaker 2: You know what, jimbo, I mean.
- 25:27Speaker 2: You can't come out and say, hey, the goal is to reach a bowl game and then get stopped.
- 25:33Speaker 2: So, but I think it's going to happen.
- 25:38Speaker 1: All right.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Well, ok, another back against the wall, like.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Joe and the same season, pretty much find themselves at a crossroad, and it's crazy.
- 25:51Speaker 1: Well, I definitely don't know if Davos on the hot seat yeah.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Not changed a lot and I think he's got to change.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Well, the thing is is, you know they forced him once.
- 26:02Speaker 2: They forced his hand like, hey, you know you're going to hire a coordinator we want, and somebody to run the defense, or we're going to find a new coach, and then you got boom, chad Morris and burnt vegetables, you know, kept going from there, and I think that's going to be what they do again.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Right.
- 26:19Speaker 2: We'll see this time, if his ego and his resume allow haven't been the same since vegetables left.
- 26:25Speaker 1: No, they haven't.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Ok, kansas State Going to Texas.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Oh, it's a sneaky game for the Longhorns.
- 26:38Speaker 2: I don't.
- 26:38Speaker 2: I haven't seen anything about Quinn Ewers being back.
- 26:41Speaker 2: He's not, so it's Malik Murphy.
- 26:43Speaker 2: Oh man, this is a very sneaky game for the Longhorns.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Kansas State's getting four and a half what in draft games.
- 26:56Speaker 2: You know what?
- 26:56Speaker 2: Give me the Longhorns to cover that.
- 27:00Speaker 2: All right.
- 27:01Speaker 2: I think they went by a touchdown, I don't know why.
- 27:05Speaker 2: It just seems more like Sark is just going to lose the big ones this year.
- 27:10Speaker 2: I think they should be able to beat.
- 27:11Speaker 2: I mean, I know Kansas State is.
- 27:14Speaker 2: They seem to be homing along right now, but Texas has some weapons, they do.
- 27:21Speaker 1: I think Texas is going to win.
- 27:22Speaker 1: I think the back of quarterbacks playing really well.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Yeah, team rallies around.
- 27:26Speaker 1: That sometimes defense plays well.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Now if Tray Sean War goes off for the Wildcats, yeah, you gotta watch out.
- 27:33Speaker 2: You better watch out.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Purple cat will get you All right.
- 27:36Speaker 2: I will be pulling for the Wildcats of Kansas State.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I don't think Rich Rod is going to play Beamer.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Oh.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Jacksonville State is going to South Carolina.
- 27:48Speaker 2: Oh man.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Speaking of this game, this could get interesting.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know, man, I don't know what's getting 15 and a half, oh, I think you can cover that.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Got no trick it rich ride going in there.
- 28:06Speaker 2: I think.
- 28:06Speaker 2: I think that they may find themselves down big at some point and have to rally to cover it, but I Think he can make it interesting.
- 28:13Speaker 2: Okay, just as easily going there and win man.
- 28:18Speaker 2: That's.
- 28:18Speaker 2: That's what's crazy.
- 28:19Speaker 2: You never know what Spencer Radler is gonna do.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Mm-hmm and then even when he has a good game and starts off like 22 for 22, like getting his Florida, like they still end up losing, right?
- 28:30Speaker 2: I Don't, yeah, that's a I would hate to have to play.
- 28:35Speaker 1: That better be ready.
- 28:36Speaker 1: South Carolina, they better be ready.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Yeah damn All right.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Speaking of better be ready and licking the wounds, the Gators Be glad to be back home.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Yeah, they're a good team.
- 28:52Speaker 2: That's one glad me not playing Georgia.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Yeah, well, they're playing the hogs.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Yeah, this is a game.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Is this who you want to play after you play Georgia?
- 29:02Speaker 1: Yeah, arkansas coming in, they're getting six.
- 29:05Speaker 1: I.
- 29:07Speaker 2: Think they cover that big time.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Florida.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Yeah, arkansas is a busted team right now.
- 29:12Speaker 2: They have no offensive coordinator.
- 29:14Speaker 2: They fired Dan Enos.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Sam Pittman is Grasping at straws for his job.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Kj Jefferson is just.
- 29:22Speaker 2: He regresses every season.
- 29:24Speaker 2: They're pretty one-dimensional.
- 29:25Speaker 2: I think there's a perfect game for the Gators to kind of, you know, get back in winning.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Back on track, yeah man, I mean you were there five and three.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Win this game.
- 29:37Speaker 2: You're six and three you're six and three, like you were gonna have a perfect game to be able to beat Georgia, even to just like keep it closed for four quarters.
- 29:45Speaker 2: And your coach kind of Bundled that in the first quarter.
- 29:49Speaker 2: So hey, just get, get back.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Kick the crap out of Arkansas.
- 29:53Speaker 2: You're six and three bowl eligible.
- 29:54Speaker 2: You know, start getting excited about beating Florida State at the end of the season and stuff like that, so that.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Oh, there's some crap games in the big 10.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Yeah, but we'll go to the ACC, the WB game there we go two o'clock Georgia Tech, the rambling wreck Going to Virginia the assassin.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Oh well, it's been playing better.
- 30:25Speaker 2: They've been playing better.
- 30:25Speaker 2: This is a team that Georgia Tech would lose to is gonna lose to right will lose to right.
- 30:32Speaker 1: This is.
- 30:32Speaker 1: This is maddening if you're yellow jacket.
- 30:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:35Speaker 1: I mean, you beat the good teams, you lose to all the bad teams.
- 30:39Speaker 1: I mean, what was the record?
- 30:40Speaker 1: What were you talking about?
- 30:43Speaker 2: They are 4-0 against ranked ACC teams, 0 and 5 Against everyone else since since Brent Key's taking over.
- 30:49Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Yeah so according to this, we'll see if that trend ends, but this will be.
- 30:55Speaker 2: Well, it's a text getting.
- 30:57Speaker 1: They're getting One and a half on the road we got.
- 31:01Speaker 2: I think Virginia wins by you know, maybe four or five points man they they were in it with with Miami, yeah.
- 31:08Speaker 2: I got Virginia as well, because Georgia Tech they're they're not ranked, they're not gonna beat you, it's gonna be one of those games or you got it and Virginia is gonna be Striving to get in the win after you know.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Yeah, you're right, it's one of those teams that Georgia Tech does not beat.
- 31:25Speaker 2: At the it was Virginia Tech look out.
- 31:30Speaker 1: All right, let's go to the 330 window and let's start it in the SEC big game for the second-ranked Georgia Bulldogs.
- 31:38Speaker 1: They're taking on the Missouri Tigers.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Missouri played them close last year.
- 31:46Speaker 2: They did.
- 31:46Speaker 2: It was in Missouri last year.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Yeah, it was um, I Think that you know we're getting 15 we alluded to it earlier.
- 31:53Speaker 2: You know, kirby smart is gotta be loving that number two ranking.
- 31:57Speaker 2: I Think they're gonna kick the crap out of Missouri.
- 32:01Speaker 2: I do.
- 32:03Speaker 2: I Think this is a game where everybody's gonna be like oh man, you know.
- 32:07Speaker 1: I do too yeah.
- 32:10Speaker 2: To be the champ.
- 32:10Speaker 2: You got to beat, yeah, and you walking into Athens.
- 32:13Speaker 2: It's, it's different man.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Missouri's a long way away.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Georgia's getting.
- 32:18Speaker 1: They're getting better as the season goes on.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Talking about on the other side that red depth man?
- 32:24Speaker 1: Yeah, they have the depth and it's starting to show.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean it's both sides of the ball.
- 32:29Speaker 2: Like I said, you got guys like Marvin Jones Jr making playing eight snap game.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Yeah, ridiculous man.
- 32:35Speaker 1: All right, penn State, maryland, maryland's getting eight at home.
- 32:43Speaker 2: Oh, I Would love for Maryland to be able to pull off the upset.
- 32:49Speaker 1: But this is a James Franklin special beat down.
- 32:51Speaker 1: I mean, they win these games.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Yeah, this is.
- 32:53Speaker 2: You know, this is a.
- 32:54Speaker 2: It's a very big rivalry in that area.
- 32:57Speaker 2: Recruiting purposes is huge.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Mike Locke's league against James Franklin, that's a huge rivalry in the recruiting game.
- 33:05Speaker 2: They both try to dominate that DMV area.
- 33:08Speaker 2: Yeah, dude, I think Penn State wins big.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Yeah, maryland is tailing off in true Maryland fashion.
- 33:18Speaker 2: They have some problems going on with Kevin Sumlin.
- 33:21Speaker 2: They're often some coordinator Got into some legal trouble a couple weeks ago.
- 33:26Speaker 2: So it's it.
- 33:27Speaker 2: I don't think they're really gonna be able to pull it off.
- 33:30Speaker 2: I think Penn State continues to win the games big.
- 33:33Speaker 2: That don't really matter, and then they'll lose to Michigan.
- 33:35Speaker 2: So All right.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Virginia Tech Gonna go to Louisville in a big game.
- 33:47Speaker 2: Big, one man, huge game.
- 33:48Speaker 1: These are the last two one-loss teams in the ACC.
- 33:51Speaker 2: Yeah, and I, you know the winner, winner of this game controls their destiny to Charlotte.
- 33:56Speaker 2: Yeah, both of them have a few more games left in.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Yeah, but they both will be favorable to win.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Yeah this is the toughest game Virginia Tech has.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Virginia Tech's got a really favorable schedule.
- 34:07Speaker 2: Louisville Survives this.
- 34:09Speaker 2: They got that game against Miami left.
- 34:11Speaker 2: I Think Louisville can beat them.
- 34:15Speaker 1: I think Louisville beats them right, I think Virginia Tech's getting nine and a half.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Oh, I think they cover that and they started at 10 and looks like some money came in on Virginia Tech.
- 34:25Speaker 2: They're really playing well.
- 34:26Speaker 2: They are think that the fact that it's a Louisville probably tips it a little bit.
- 34:30Speaker 2: I don't know, though, man, I don't.
- 34:33Speaker 2: I still don't know like what Louisville team you're gonna get.
- 34:36Speaker 2: You know, you watch the game that they played against Pitt.
- 34:39Speaker 2: They're awful Right.
- 34:40Speaker 2: The game they played against NC State.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Like the only reason they won is because Brennan Armstrong is the worst quarterback ever right, virginia Tech's playing well.
- 34:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:51Speaker 1: I Would not be shocked if they won this game.
- 34:53Speaker 2: No, no, no, this might be the upset special for me.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Give me the Hokies.
- 34:58Speaker 2: I think, okay, there you go, man.
- 34:59Speaker 2: I think it's very, very in chaos.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Likely scenario starts in the ACC.
- 35:04Speaker 2: Florida State clinches a place in in Charlotte, they'll be facing the winner of this game.
- 35:08Speaker 2: It could possibly plan the.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Hokies, hokies, twice man that's.
- 35:15Speaker 1: I've liked what I've seen out of them.
- 35:16Speaker 1: We'll see if that defense can slow down the big playmakers of Of, because Louisville has some playmakers.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Yeah, they do.
- 35:23Speaker 2: One thing they do not have is a lot of mobility with the quarterback, which is odd in today's, today's game.
- 35:31Speaker 2: He's kind of a statue back there.
- 35:33Speaker 2: But they, you know they use that run game.
- 35:35Speaker 2: They do is that play action.
- 35:36Speaker 2: They got some speed at receiver.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Florida State.
- 35:41Speaker 1: What a pit it's getting 21 and a half Hmm again, you should be able to cover.
- 35:51Speaker 2: Based on what we've seen out of pit, you know there's struggles offensively, winning by three touchdowns.
- 35:59Speaker 2: You should be able to do it.
- 36:00Speaker 2: I'm gonna say they don't cover, though I'm gonna say there's some, some early fight from the Panthers.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Hmm, well, I might, I could see that, but I'm gonna go nose here.
- 36:16Speaker 2: I Think they cover and win big big time Big enough to two to ten big enough to make a move in the playoffs.
- 36:26Speaker 1: No, no, because I mean it's not.
- 36:28Speaker 1: You're in a no win situation.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I Mean you just got to take care of business and win.
- 36:33Speaker 1: You know and you're gonna, you're gonna get a fight.
- 36:36Speaker 1: You got a, you got a whist and that and break them early.
- 36:39Speaker 1: You got to have a big second quarter again.
- 36:41Speaker 1: You don't want to have them hanging around at halftime here.
- 36:44Speaker 1: You want to put this thing away, like they did against weight that was great to see and just close out the game in the second quarter.
- 36:52Speaker 1: Same thing this week.
- 36:54Speaker 1: I would like and then that pits not gonna.
- 36:56Speaker 1: They're not gonna battle back, but don't let them hang around.
- 37:00Speaker 2: I would like to.
- 37:00Speaker 2: I agree, man defense.
- 37:02Speaker 2: I the trend of keeping guys at two to three yards of carry.
- 37:07Speaker 2: Let's continue that.
- 37:08Speaker 2: And there's no reason they shouldn't keep this guy, this quarterback, Villameo or whatever his last name is I can't pronounce it.
- 37:17Speaker 1: Well, we're gonna look more towards this game.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Yes, they should be able to keep him under 100 yards, just like they've been doing.
- 37:22Speaker 1: So all that expectation, you know this is really sad that this game's probably gonna be the last of it and bed them out in Oklahoma, you know, with the conference realignment next year, yeah, but Oklahoma's going to still water and this is gonna be a crazy game.
- 37:42Speaker 1: It's gonna be crazy atmosphere.
- 37:44Speaker 1: Oklahoma is giving Oklahoma State six, getting six at home.
- 37:56Speaker 2: I think they cover man.
- 37:57Speaker 2: I think they try to make a statement here.
- 37:59Speaker 2: I mean, I know Oklahoma State's been playing well, so you think?
- 38:04Speaker 1: Oklahoma wins.
- 38:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I think by a couple scores.
- 38:07Speaker 2: I'm going out on them saying they look good beating Oklahoma State.
- 38:12Speaker 2: I may or may not be trying to put a little jinx out there on them.
- 38:17Speaker 1: Well, that running back for Oklahoma State's been killing it.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Give me the cowboys, yeah, give me the six.
- 38:26Speaker 1: It's close up.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Hey close, loss man yeah.
- 38:32Speaker 1: All right, let's roll it down onto another good one here, and it's gonna be.
- 38:39Speaker 1: I'm still looking here.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Oh, kansas Gonna go to Iowa State.
- 38:50Speaker 1: Sneaky Big 12 game.
- 38:52Speaker 1: Iowa State controls their destiny to go to the Big 12 championship, kansas coming off the big win at home.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Do they go on the road?
- 39:02Speaker 1: They're getting two and a half in Ames.
- 39:04Speaker 1: What do you got?
- 39:07Speaker 2: Give me Kansas.
- 39:08Speaker 1: Kansas yeah.
- 39:10Speaker 2: Kansas by nine and a half points, taking the cyclones at home.
- 39:14Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, they've been playing well, they're man.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Oklahoma State.
- 39:22Speaker 2: Yeah, they have.
- 39:23Speaker 2: They've been, I mean, even without Jaylen Daniels.
- 39:26Speaker 2: I mean they don't have a great passing game, but they make it work.
- 39:31Speaker 2: Man Lance Leopold, I'd be looking out for him in that Michigan State job Now, whether or not he's gonna want it.
- 39:41Speaker 2: But I mean they'd be stupid not to have him at the top of the list.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Okay, all right, michigan.
- 39:54Speaker 1: No, we're not going to do that.
- 39:58Speaker 2: Who they playing.
- 39:58Speaker 1: They're playing Purdue.
- 39:59Speaker 1: They're getting 32.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Purdue's getting 32.
- 40:02Speaker 1: I think they're going to cover, but prove to everybody they're not stealing Purdue's signs.
- 40:10Speaker 2: They already got them.
- 40:11Speaker 2: Who knows, man, where hasn't that guy gone to steal signs at this point Right?
- 40:18Speaker 1: All right, let's go to USC.
- 40:22Speaker 1: We mentioned this game earlier.
- 40:25Speaker 1: They're going.
- 40:26Speaker 1: They're hosting the Huskies.
- 40:27Speaker 1: Usc is getting a field goal at home.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Do they have a fight in them?
- 40:33Speaker 1: Do they get the win here?
- 40:35Speaker 1: Huskies haven't looked that well.
- 40:39Speaker 2: No, they haven't.
- 40:40Speaker 2: I mean, I don't care.
- 40:44Speaker 1: Alex Grinch defense.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Yeah, man, just time to get right.
- 40:47Speaker 2: Did he go out there and hire a new defensive coordinator?
- 40:50Speaker 1: No, they're not bringing it.
- 40:52Speaker 1: This is going to be a shootout.
- 40:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it is.
- 40:53Speaker 2: I mean, you'll see, this will either be, you know, pinnick's back at number one or his, you know he'll be done.
- 41:01Speaker 2: They don't win this game If he doesn't look good.
- 41:03Speaker 2: That's it.
- 41:04Speaker 2: You can't go up and lay a stinker against USC's defense.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:08Speaker 2: That's as big of a golden gift as you can get man to put up stats.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm going Huskies, I agree.
- 41:18Speaker 1: OK, let's get to the big one here.
- 41:22Speaker 1: Lsu born to Bama Night game in Tuscaloosa.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Jaden Daniels, he's playing really well.
- 41:35Speaker 1: That LSU offense looks almost unstoppable.
- 41:38Speaker 2: We'll be able to submit himself as the front runner for the Heisman, if he can pull this off.
- 41:46Speaker 1: They're getting a field goal.
- 41:48Speaker 2: I think they win.
- 41:49Speaker 2: They went by a touchdown, maybe more.
- 41:52Speaker 2: I don't think Alabama can score with them.
- 41:56Speaker 2: I know Alabama is good on defense, but it you know you have to be able to score with LSU.
- 42:03Speaker 2: I don't, I don't see it happen 3420 LSU Wow.
- 42:12Speaker 1: Yep, wow, I agree.
- 42:15Speaker 1: I think this offense is going to have too much.
- 42:19Speaker 1: I think it's going to be a lot closer than that.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Give me 41.
- 42:22Speaker 1: Thirty eight.
- 42:25Speaker 2: Oh, there you go.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that because LSU's defense is not good no, they're not Alabama will figure out a way to keep it close.
- 42:33Speaker 2: Well, they'll run.
- 42:34Speaker 2: They'll run the ball first until Jaden Daniels starts throwing it on him.
- 42:40Speaker 1: All right, let's go back to the ACC, as Miami is going to Raleigh Carter Finley oh man a lot of crazy stuff can happen.
- 42:54Speaker 2: Yeah, hate playing at that place.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Four at home.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Wolfpack is.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Oh man, I it OK.
- 43:05Speaker 2: So Miami, didn't you know they should have just destroyed Virginia?
- 43:09Speaker 2: That's what should have happened.
- 43:11Speaker 2: I don't think Tyler Van Dyke is healthy.
- 43:13Speaker 2: Um, I got some worries if they go up there and try to just get into, like a physical running game type of game man, because that's kind of what they need to score in this game.
- 43:27Speaker 1: Yeah, that's kind of what Dave Dorn is hoping for they need to get the ball of the receivers in this game.
- 43:30Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you find a way to bust through that 335.
- 43:34Speaker 2: Get it to your playmakers at wide receiver.
- 43:37Speaker 2: Put up 1421 points in the first half and I think you can cruise the victory here.
- 43:42Speaker 2: Miami.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Are you taking the hurricanes?
- 43:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I am.
- 43:47Speaker 2: I'm taking Miami.
- 43:48Speaker 2: I think they cover Now it could be a big win.
- 43:53Speaker 2: If Van Dyke plays the way he has the past few games, then then it getting three touchdowns on the board in the first quarter could be iffy.
- 44:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 44:05Speaker 2: First half, not first quarter.
- 44:07Speaker 1: Right, I'm taking the Canes.
- 44:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 44:10Speaker 1: I need this game.
- 44:11Speaker 2: They need it.
- 44:12Speaker 2: I don't think NC State is anything.
- 44:15Speaker 1: It's their defense that will win this game for Miami's defense.
- 44:18Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah.
- 44:19Speaker 2: You know they're playing a young quarterback, mj Morris.
- 44:22Speaker 2: They've they've had problems offensively.
- 44:25Speaker 2: Anyway, you know that defense can take over.
- 44:27Speaker 2: A guy like Ruben Bain can.
- 44:29Speaker 2: You can shut it down.
- 44:30Speaker 2: So I think they come rolling in with seven and two record next week, man.
- 44:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I want them to win this for you.
- 44:43Speaker 1: Want them to be you know, be better for your sake.
- 44:46Speaker 1: You want Clemson to beat Notre Dame for your sake and to take it off of Notre Dame's sake.
- 44:53Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I mean I guess you want person to be better.
- 44:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm pretty entertained by, by.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Tyler.
- 45:05Speaker 2: Old Tyler from Sparta, I tell you what man he called out the wrong guy.
- 45:09Speaker 1: Yeah, what's up with Tyler?
- 45:10Speaker 1: They found out who he was.
- 45:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I think Dabbo got a little bit ahead of himself.
- 45:15Speaker 2: Was too eager to pull out his resume on a fan.
- 45:18Speaker 2: It's probably been this stuff, yeah ready yeah he had his stats ready, man, not even football related, like back in his personal life.
- 45:26Speaker 2: He wanted to get married.
- 45:27Speaker 2: He's been married 25 years.
- 45:28Speaker 2: He wanted kids.
- 45:30Speaker 2: He has three successful children, ok, man.
- 45:33Speaker 2: Well, tyler is actually an ex-Marine man.
- 45:36Speaker 2: Who's who's die hard Clemson fan?
- 45:38Speaker 2: Yeah, the furthest thing from what Dabbo had impegged us.
- 45:42Speaker 2: There's been going to games, since before Dabbo was even at Clemson Right.
- 45:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it was dad.
- 45:47Speaker 2: I just didn't want to call the show but was really getting irritated by the excuses coming out of Dabbo's mouth.
- 45:54Speaker 2: All the ifs and we could have, you know, just wanted a little clarity about why you're making 11 and a half million dollars a year to have all these excuses.
- 46:05Speaker 2: You know it's guys you hired and what's going on?
- 46:08Speaker 2: Dabbo just lost his mind.
- 46:10Speaker 1: Jim McElwain.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Jim McElwain, central Michigan.
- 46:14Speaker 1: Yeah, and nothing didn't know anything about what's his face.
- 46:20Speaker 2: No, nothing about Connor Stallions, connor Stallions on the sideline.
- 46:25Speaker 1: Yeah, shades and shades.
- 46:27Speaker 2: It's being a leg.
- 46:28Speaker 2: They're investigating now whether or not that was him Dude.
- 46:34Speaker 2: This, this is crazy.
- 46:35Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 46:36Speaker 2: I think at some point the committee, the NCAA, they're going to have to address it.
- 46:43Speaker 2: It's the elephant in the room right now.
- 46:45Speaker 1: Well, I mean, if the facts, more stuff keeps coming out.
- 46:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm starting to wonder if you start to see like officials on the field start to just penalize Michigan blatantly, not not with penalties, but just kind of calling the other teams favor.
- 46:59Speaker 2: Yeah, but we got to screw them over somehow.
- 47:02Speaker 2: Man, yeah, it's just, I don't know it's.
- 47:06Speaker 2: It's too crazy to believe almost that it's actually all the stuff coming out is.
- 47:12Speaker 2: But it's also like it can't all be coincidental.
- 47:15Speaker 1: A lot of things will be decided this week.
- 47:17Speaker 1: A lot of things.
- 47:18Speaker 1: We got a lot more games Look forward to.
- 47:20Speaker 1: We're going to pick NFL games tomorrow, we're going to preview the pit game and we're going to head to Pittsburgh Friday and we'll talk to you next time right here on the North Florida sports network.
