- 0:20Speaker 1: Zach Brown going to join us today. Looking forward to that.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Tom Haberstrow is going to join us as well.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Country singer Zach Brown.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Yes, these singers, Zach Brown. I thought we'd start heating
- 0:30Speaker 1: hornets today, but I think we own.
- 0:32Speaker 4: Apology to Ike.
- 0:33Speaker 1: He said last week during the second round of the
- 0:36Speaker 1: Masters that Rory had won it.
- 0:38Speaker 4: It was over.
- 0:39Speaker 1: He was running away with it and he wasn't exactly right,
- 0:43Speaker 1: but he ended.
- 0:44Speaker 4: Up being right. So our apologies to Ike. And again.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I thought we'd start with heat and hornets the playing
- 0:50Speaker 1: game last night, but is He sends me a note
- 0:53Speaker 1: right before we get started here that the live golf
- 0:56Speaker 1: story is laugh out loud funny.
- 0:57Speaker 3: I knew I should have done that. I knew it
- 0:59Speaker 3: would take your attention away from me.
- 1:01Speaker 5: I knew three pm Eastern it's way too late for
- 1:05Speaker 5: you to go back and recap an NBA games so
- 1:07Speaker 5: you want to talk about Look, I just heard was
- 1:10Speaker 5: that ike on the update there? I just heard it,
- 1:13Speaker 5: looked it up and just it feels better than the
- 1:18Speaker 5: heat lost felt bad last night?
- 1:20Speaker 3: Does that make sense?
- 1:21Speaker 5: I'm giddy when I hear what all these guys who
- 1:26Speaker 5: went for all the money, the money might not be
- 1:29Speaker 5: there anymore and they might have to what come back
- 1:31Speaker 5: with their tail between their legs.
- 1:33Speaker 3: And say, oh, I'm sorry? Can I play in your
- 1:35Speaker 3: tournaments again?
- 1:36Speaker 1: Yes, they're playing a tournament right now for Live Golf
- 1:39Speaker 1: and Brooks captain. It makes you think, It makes you
- 1:42Speaker 1: think what it Brooks now because he came back a
- 1:44Speaker 1: couple of months ago.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Yes, exactly?
- 1:46Speaker 3: What's that a trading?
- 1:47Speaker 4: Yes? Gotead so.
- 1:49Speaker 6: John Rahm's reported deal with Live Golf was three hundred
- 1:52Speaker 6: to five hundred million. If I have to walk with
- 1:55Speaker 6: my tail tuck between my leg three hundred and five
- 1:58Speaker 6: hundred million dollars, isn't.
- 1:59Speaker 5: The diamond and trusted tails, I'll gladly do it for
- 2:06Speaker 5: three to five hundred million dollars.
- 2:08Speaker 4: I'm with Taylor on that, Yes.
- 2:09Speaker 5: But I'd like to know what that contract includes, Like
- 2:12Speaker 5: does he guaranteed all that money? If they cut the funding.
- 2:14Speaker 5: What's John Roum gonna do. Just knock on the door
- 2:17Speaker 5: of the Saudi Public Fund people be like, he loo,
- 2:19Speaker 5: I would like the rest of my money please.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Regardless, he has haunted for the remainder of Todd, like
- 2:24Speaker 1: he'll go back to the PGA tour and he has
- 2:26Speaker 1: friends on the tour, but they'll all look at him
- 2:29Speaker 1: cross on because he decided to do that in the
- 2:31Speaker 1: prime of his career. Just totally sold himself out. I mean,
- 2:35Speaker 1: it's unbelievable. But we have to get to Heat and Hornets, Isy,
- 2:39Speaker 1: the floor is yours. We are sorry for your loss.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Taylor called it before anyone else did. Yeah, I'm not
- 2:45Speaker 1: the Hornet.
- 2:46Speaker 4: He said.
- 2:47Speaker 1: The Hornets are going for it right now, and I
- 2:49Speaker 1: think is he The only thing you can hope for
- 2:52Speaker 1: is that the Hornets and the Knicks meet up in
- 2:54Speaker 1: the Eastern Conference finals and then Taylor's really in some
- 2:57Speaker 1: sort of conundrum.
- 2:58Speaker 5: I mean, how about that that's not gonna happen. That
- 3:00Speaker 5: is not going to happen, the Hornets not advancing. Man,
- 3:04Speaker 5: there was so much about that game, but Taylor put
- 3:08Speaker 5: this on the pole, if you will, Let's see if
- 3:09Speaker 5: I can word this properly. If LaMelo Ball were somehow
- 3:16Speaker 5: raised not by LeVar Ball, his father, but by Dell Curry,
- 3:22Speaker 5: would LaMelo Ball be the best player in the NBA.
- 3:25Speaker 4: That's a book, not a pole.
- 3:27Speaker 3: I mean, jeez, I'll say it again and listen.
- 3:32Speaker 5: If LaMelo Ball were raised not by his father, LeVar,
- 3:38Speaker 5: but by Dell Curry, would he be the best player
- 3:42Speaker 5: in the NBA? Because Taylor Stu answer this question for me.
- 3:48Speaker 5: What is LaMelo Ball's shortcoming? What is it that limits
- 3:52Speaker 5: him from being a great player?
- 3:55Speaker 4: Shooting?
- 3:57Speaker 3: No, he shoots great.
- 3:58Speaker 6: The fact that he's a ball, I mean, the.
- 4:00Speaker 5: Fact that he's the ball. That's probably the best answer.
- 4:02Speaker 5: It's his personality. It's the way he approaches basketball, right.
- 4:06Speaker 5: He is an unseerious human being and a unserious basketball player.
- 4:12Speaker 4: He is.
- 4:13Speaker 5: If he were to have been brought up with a
- 4:15Speaker 5: strict parent, who was you know, about the team, not
- 4:20Speaker 5: about selling yourself, right, he probably wouldn't be doing all
- 4:23Speaker 5: these antics.
- 4:24Speaker 3: He probably wouldn't have well, this part I don't know,
- 4:27Speaker 3: but he probably wouldn't have a body for the tattoos.
- 4:29Speaker 3: But he probably.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Wouldn't play the way that he plays with just no
- 4:33Speaker 5: respect for the seriousness of the game, and that's partially
- 4:38Speaker 5: why he does the stupid side sweep thing of bam
- 4:41Speaker 5: Adebio and injures him for the game. But everything about
- 4:45Speaker 5: him says, I'm playing this game in a playground, and
- 4:49Speaker 5: it's so annoying because he's so bleeping talented and he
- 4:53Speaker 5: plays this ridiculous style of game, and I'm just wondering, like,
- 4:57Speaker 5: if he just grew up in a different household, that's it,
- 4:59Speaker 5: just you're up in a different household.
- 5:01Speaker 3: It's very nurture versus nature debate.
- 5:02Speaker 7: But would he be the best player in the game,
- 5:05Speaker 7: because physically there is absolutely nothing limiting him from being
- 5:10Speaker 7: the best scoring guard and probably the best overall point
- 5:13Speaker 7: guard in the game.
- 5:14Speaker 1: I gotta tell you, it's an odd time to be
- 5:16Speaker 1: lashing out of the Ball family, to mister Ball, to
- 5:20Speaker 1: Lonzo Ball, to all the balls out there. Considering that
- 5:24Speaker 1: you lost the game, and you had a ninety seven
- 5:27Speaker 1: point five percent chance of winning the game, even with
- 5:29Speaker 1: everything that transpired, with about a minute thirty to go,
- 5:32Speaker 1: you should have won the game.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Is he wait till I got to the nipples. But
- 5:36Speaker 3: the thing about well, go ahead, Taylor.
- 5:39Speaker 6: Stull, I'm so glad that you mentioned the ESPN analytic metrics.
- 5:44Speaker 4: Yes, that is.
- 5:45Speaker 6: My nominee for the most overrated metric in all of sports,
- 5:51Speaker 6: because in that game, somehow both teams had over a
- 5:55Speaker 6: ninety five percent chance to win, and neither team won
- 5:59Speaker 6: in that situation.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Yeah, that's cooed.
- 6:01Speaker 6: They both had to overcome it. So to the point
- 6:03Speaker 6: where I'm like, maybe I'm just missing you know, maybe
- 6:06Speaker 6: the only time I noticed the ESPN analytics is the
- 6:09Speaker 6: five percent of games, and somehow I notice every time
- 6:12Speaker 6: it's in the five percent of games, and then I'm
- 6:14Speaker 6: thinking about it, I'm like, no, this kind of seems
- 6:16Speaker 6: like a trend where ESPN analytics can't really catch up
- 6:19Speaker 6: to the fact that a ten point lead isn't really.
- 6:21Speaker 3: A tench point aid nothing.
- 6:23Speaker 6: It was ninety seven point five percent when the Hornets
- 6:28Speaker 6: were up six with like one forty five left, or
- 6:32Speaker 6: the heat were up six with one forty five left.
- 6:34Speaker 6: That's a two possession game. There's no way you're telling
- 6:37Speaker 6: me it's over ninety seven percent chance.
- 6:40Speaker 5: Now, even when this is why it was so maddening
- 6:43Speaker 5: when the score, well, Amazon had technical difficulties.
- 6:48Speaker 3: You can't do that in your play like stude.
- 6:51Speaker 5: There's this whole debate in basketball right now about whether,
- 6:55Speaker 5: because Mike Breen chimed in on it on this last
- 6:57Speaker 5: regular season game, whether it's okay whether people are happy
- 7:00Speaker 5: that the national broadcast have all of the playoffs because
- 7:03Speaker 5: it used to be at least a first round would
- 7:05Speaker 5: be done by your local teams. I like that, it's
- 7:08Speaker 5: because it just feels like your team's on a bigger
- 7:10Speaker 5: stage when it's the national broadcast.
- 7:12Speaker 3: But you can't screw up like that in your first
- 7:13Speaker 3: chance Amazon, well is.
- 7:15Speaker 1: He let me say this, and you're right, you can't
- 7:16Speaker 1: do that if you're Amazon. Although that's not going to
- 7:18Speaker 1: stop any of us from going to Amazon. I went
- 7:20Speaker 1: there today. I had to buy something, So I mean,
- 7:23Speaker 1: that's that's just a deal. It was a terrible, terrible job.
- 7:26Speaker 1: But Joe Buck joined me and Taylor out in Lake
- 7:28Speaker 1: Tahoe and he actually talked about this, and he's the
- 7:30Speaker 1: guy doing the national games where he doesn't like that
- 7:33Speaker 1: the local cities, the markets don't get the local play
- 7:37Speaker 1: by play guy for the opening rounds of the playoffs.
- 7:39Speaker 4: He doesn't like it. Joe Buck doesn't like it. That's crazy.
- 7:42Speaker 5: Yeah, So again, as somebody like. My opinion is, if
- 7:46Speaker 5: you've been listening to your local people all year long
- 7:49Speaker 5: and you're a real fan, I'm not going to bother
- 7:51Speaker 5: you that much. I think you know, you get a
- 7:53Speaker 5: different perspective from the national grip. It feels like you're
- 7:55Speaker 5: on a bigger stage, et cetera. So it doesn't bother
- 7:57Speaker 5: me too much. But you can't have technical difficulty.
- 8:00Speaker 6: There's a lot of talk today whether or not LaMelo
- 8:02Speaker 6: Ball should have been ejected from that game or not
- 8:05Speaker 6: the theory I subscribe to Stu.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Yeah, an eye for an eye.
- 8:09Speaker 6: The second bam out of bio was ruled out from
- 8:12Speaker 6: that game, even if you can't go back. Whatever the
- 8:15Speaker 6: pool reporter is saying is the reason why they weren't
- 8:17Speaker 6: able to review that. The second bamount of bio was
- 8:20Speaker 6: ruled out for that game. Somebody should have stopped in,
- 8:24Speaker 6: dropped the eye for an eye theory and said, bamount
- 8:26Speaker 6: of bio's out. Eye for an eye, LaMelo Ball, you
- 8:28Speaker 6: are now out for the game.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Yeah, you have like a little a fluff what do
- 8:32Speaker 3: you call those?
- 8:32Speaker 5: It this little like a corn cornhole bag, but it's
- 8:36Speaker 5: got a picture of an eye on it, and you
- 8:37Speaker 5: throw it out onto the floor, and it's just like, oh,
- 8:39Speaker 5: we have an eye for an eye claim, you gotta
- 8:42Speaker 5: take somebody out.
- 8:43Speaker 4: Taylor.
- 8:44Speaker 5: I'm so glad you brought that up because I tried
- 8:45Speaker 5: to start off with the you know, the Lamello ball
- 8:47Speaker 5: stuff and just because it is it is crazy frustrating
- 8:49Speaker 5: to me that all it is is a personality thing
- 8:51Speaker 5: that would make this guy.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Get an odd time to be attacking the balls. But anyway,
- 8:55Speaker 1: keep going.
- 8:55Speaker 3: It's not an all time odd time.
- 8:56Speaker 5: He took out Bam out of Bio on a BS play.
- 9:00Speaker 5: It's a perfect time to take out the balls. But
- 9:04Speaker 5: this is my frustration with this, okay, And you touched
- 9:06Speaker 5: on it, Taylor. There was a pull reporter who asked
- 9:08Speaker 5: that Zariba the lead official, and he said another play
- 9:11Speaker 5: had already happened. Therefore you couldn't go back to there
- 9:14Speaker 5: because nothing was called there. Stu, Why does it make
- 9:18Speaker 5: sense that they can review it the next day, the
- 9:23Speaker 5: next day to see if LaMelo did anything wrong, but
- 9:27Speaker 5: you can't review it the next play. It's so ridiculous
- 9:31Speaker 5: that the only option that Eric Spolster had there was
- 9:36Speaker 5: to run out on the floor immediately and get a
- 9:39Speaker 5: technical foul. So that play could stop and then he
- 9:43Speaker 5: could point to there and say, now you have to
- 9:45Speaker 5: review that. That is so ridiculous that you can review
- 9:48Speaker 5: it the next day, but you can't during the next
- 9:51Speaker 5: time out say that was an egregious flagrant foul. Ejected like,
- 9:56Speaker 5: I don't The NBA needs to fix that to make
- 9:58Speaker 5: it make sense, because if you again, if you can
- 10:00Speaker 5: review it the next day, you should be able to
- 10:04Speaker 5: review it the next play. I think Carl Douglas would
- 10:06Speaker 5: like that because it rhymes. There's no way that they
- 10:09Speaker 5: shouldn't be able to review that.
- 10:10Speaker 3: It's senseless.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Izy, did you ever think that you would hear this
- 10:15Speaker 1: sentence come out of any announcer's mouth. Kobe White is
- 10:18Speaker 1: from a different planet.
- 10:22Speaker 3: He kind of looks like he came from a different planet.
- 10:24Speaker 5: His face is a little hilarious like that that dude
- 10:28Speaker 5: was so sick and tired of losing to the heat.
- 10:30Speaker 3: He is so sick.
- 10:31Speaker 5: It was so sick and tired of his season ending
- 10:33Speaker 5: to the heat at this exact same time of year
- 10:35Speaker 5: that he's like, I'm just going to take everything.
- 10:37Speaker 3: It's so funny that I text this to Taylor.
- 10:39Speaker 5: What actually got Kobe White going in this game was
- 10:42Speaker 5: a banked in three pointer that obviously he didn't call.
- 10:44Speaker 5: And I want to say it was almost the very
- 10:46Speaker 5: next play, maybe a play after that, Pella Larson just
- 10:49Speaker 5: slips on a wet spot and gives the ball up,
- 10:52Speaker 5: and then LaMelo gives it to Kobe for a wide
- 10:54Speaker 5: open three. Those are two accidents that happened, but they
- 10:56Speaker 5: got him going and then he took that last shot
- 10:59Speaker 5: to take this game in overtime. It was a great,
- 11:01Speaker 5: like feel good performance for Kobe White. But yeah, it's
- 11:05Speaker 5: it's a little frustrating that LaMelo was in there at all.
- 11:07Speaker 4: Stu.
- 11:07Speaker 6: I know this isn't a mount Rushmore Monday, but I
- 11:09Speaker 6: think you can make the argument today that when it
- 11:12Speaker 6: comes to playing games, Kobe White is on the mount
- 11:15Speaker 6: Rushmore of playing games.
- 11:16Speaker 3: The Mitchell's on there too.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Yes, we have a mister Game seven in hockey. He's
- 11:21Speaker 1: mister playing game. I mean he is.
- 11:23Speaker 4: That's where Kobe White is at his best.
- 11:25Speaker 1: So you have a mount Rushmore of guys a playing
- 11:28Speaker 1: game heroes teller because I can't well, I would think,
- 11:35Speaker 1: who is the guy who hit the big shot before
- 11:38Speaker 1: before Kobe hit his the Brandon Miller. He would be
- 11:41Speaker 1: on the team and he had a big three is
- 11:43Speaker 1: he could get that game to within reach for.
- 11:45Speaker 3: The and not be the way he played. He was
- 11:48Speaker 3: so bad in the first half. He just kept fouling.
- 11:51Speaker 5: He had terrible offensive foul for the third foul to
- 11:53Speaker 5: get him out of the game.
- 11:54Speaker 3: That guy was not ready. The nipple was not ready.
- 11:58Speaker 3: It was not prepared.
- 11:59Speaker 5: You saw how scared he seemed to look every time
- 12:02Speaker 5: they put the camera on him. It was just not
- 12:04Speaker 5: a great and so it wasn't a great shooting performance
- 12:07Speaker 5: except for three guys on that team. Three guys hit
- 12:09Speaker 5: five three pointers and that was That was a huge difference.
- 12:12Speaker 5: But LaMelo Ball shouldn't have been in that game, and
- 12:16Speaker 5: it's you know, if that official can get reprimanded afterward,
- 12:20Speaker 5: it Lamello Ball could potentially, I don't think it's gonna happen,
- 12:23Speaker 5: but could potentially get suspended for the next play in game,
- 12:26Speaker 5: which how is that going to help the Miami Heat.
- 12:29Speaker 5: If all of that could happen, then that referee should
- 12:31Speaker 5: be publicly reprimanded and should be suspended as well, because
- 12:34Speaker 5: there's still frames of him staring right at the play
- 12:38Speaker 5: and not calling anything. Although I do want to take
- 12:41Speaker 5: credit because I told Taylor is America's team, the Hornets,
- 12:44Speaker 5: the Heat were going to be playing against the referees
- 12:46Speaker 5: as well.
- 12:47Speaker 3: And there you go.
- 12:48Speaker 4: He's a homer.
- 12:49Speaker 8: I mean.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Started.
- 12:53Speaker 1: He should have resorted to the thuggery is what they
- 12:55Speaker 1: should have done. Listen, this is all I'll say. We'll
- 12:57Speaker 1: take a quick time out, we'll take some phone calls.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Eight of its ninety nine on Fox eight seven seven
- 13:02Speaker 1: ninety nine on Fox. I understand what it is you're saying.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I understand why you would be frustrated. I know that
- 13:08Speaker 1: Ball committed the foul on Bam. I know it's frustrating
- 13:11Speaker 1: to lose a guy that could score eighty three points
- 13:13Speaker 1: on any given night if the coach leaves them in
- 13:15Speaker 1: too long. I get all of that, but I don't
- 13:17Speaker 1: want my best players not playing in games that have stakes.
- 13:20Speaker 4: Attached to it. Okay, And so you could.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Throw out LaMelo Ball all you want. I'm glad they
- 13:25Speaker 1: left him in. He hit the game winner, He made
- 13:27Speaker 1: the game exciting. He himself is exciting because you never
- 13:30Speaker 1: know what's coming next with him on the court or
- 13:32Speaker 1: off the court.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't care how exciting you are. You can't
- 13:35Speaker 3: cheat you can't take out the other team's best player.
- 13:37Speaker 5: And then don't even get me started on his response
- 13:40Speaker 5: afterward if we can play it on the next segment,
- 13:42Speaker 5: but him basically saying, oh, we'll check up on him
- 13:44Speaker 5: to see he's okay.
- 13:46Speaker 3: And and that's supposed to make it better.
- 13:49Speaker 4: That's nice. I mean, mister ball raised them well.

- 15:21Speaker 1: a soccer match is probably happening, bordop Ricardo, go ahead,
- 15:25Speaker 1: all right?
- 15:25Speaker 9: Well, Happy Jackie Robinson Day, everybody first, one of my
- 15:28Speaker 9: favorite days of the year.
- 15:30Speaker 3: Text day, right, Well, that's that's the ugly part of
- 15:33Speaker 3: the day, I guess.
- 15:34Speaker 9: But Larry Dobie was the second African American player to
- 15:38Speaker 9: be playing in Major.
- 15:40Speaker 3: League baseball after Jackie Robinson.
- 15:41Speaker 9: Two months afterward, and I don't feel like he gets
- 15:44Speaker 9: any credit.
- 15:44Speaker 3: So Major League Baseball, do me a favor. Give some
- 15:48Speaker 3: flowers of Larry Adobie. Do we need like a Larry
- 15:50Speaker 3: Adobe Day? Adobe Day sounds fun? I mean, that'd be fun.
- 15:54Speaker 9: I'd be cool with that because he was the first
- 15:55Speaker 9: guy in the America, first African American, the American league.
- 15:58Speaker 4: So that could justification college. And hey, yeah, I like it.
- 16:01Speaker 4: That's an excellent one. Board A Ricardo, Seriously, I agree with.
- 16:04Speaker 3: You, meaning, but I these do me a favors.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Let's go to EP Jason out in Sherman Oaks. EP
- 16:11Speaker 1: Jason to.
- 16:12Speaker 10: Everybody who hosts a national radio show or a national
- 16:16Speaker 10: sports podcast or television show, do me a favor if
- 16:21Speaker 10: you spend all of the NBA regular season telling us
- 16:24Speaker 10: how unwatchable it is and how nobody cares about it.
- 16:28Speaker 10: The players don't care, why should we care? Don't do
- 16:31Speaker 10: these deep dive takes about the NBA playoffs and who's
- 16:34Speaker 10: gonna win the series? And you have any credibility?
- 16:38Speaker 3: What do you think about that? Is he's playing bo
- 16:40Speaker 3: shives and they can't do that. I love it.
- 16:44Speaker 5: I mean, you can't complain about the league and then
- 16:46Speaker 5: just hop in in the postseason and be like, oh,
- 16:49Speaker 5: this is awesome and five that you can't have both ways.
- 16:51Speaker 4: I'm with you, Jason, you can and I have for
- 16:53Speaker 4: twenty years now. So I mean, I don't know what
- 16:55Speaker 4: the time you're talking about it? Right?
- 16:57Speaker 1: How about you make the regular season more interesting and
- 16:59Speaker 1: I'll jump in early.
- 17:00Speaker 4: It's not so I jump in during the playoffs. How
- 17:02Speaker 4: about that?
- 17:02Speaker 5: In your defense? Do you also don't really watch too
- 17:04Speaker 5: much of the playoffs either, so you know.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Listen, I was glued to the last night's game. I
- 17:09Speaker 1: saw that Kobe White three to take it to overtime.
- 17:11Speaker 1: I saw Tyler Herro choke down the stretch, and I'm
- 17:13Speaker 1: not certain Tyler Herrow was happy to hear his coach
- 17:16Speaker 1: say that Bams the best player on the team.
- 17:17Speaker 4: He choked, he was bad. How I sending over Todd?
- 17:22Speaker 6: How I knew Jason wasn't talking about Steve Gotts is
- 17:25Speaker 6: he said, if you care about your credibility, And if
- 17:28Speaker 6: there's one thing I know about Gotts, yeah he does
- 17:30Speaker 6: not care about his credibility. He's just gonna say whatever's
- 17:33Speaker 6: on his mind.
- 17:33Speaker 4: You never have, never will. Thank you, Teller.
- 17:35Speaker 1: I appreciate it and I'm sorry to eat p Jason.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Let's go to update anchor Ike Well. I also apologized
- 17:40Speaker 1: too earlier today because he told us Rory was going
- 17:43Speaker 1: to win the Masters.
- 17:43Speaker 4: We laughed at him.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Go ahead, Ike, do me a favor it.
- 17:48Speaker 11: People around sports media, make last night the last time
- 17:54Speaker 11: that a live streamed sports broadcast encounters technical difficulties during
- 18:00Speaker 11: crunch time. This one day might apply to the super Bowl.
- 18:05Speaker 5: There's been a few of these, and they've been bigger
- 18:07Speaker 5: than last night. Last night was only two minutes, and
- 18:09Speaker 5: it was a play in game and you didn't miss
- 18:11Speaker 5: any like lead change or anything like that. But it's
- 18:15Speaker 5: annoying and it just it's terrible debut postseason for Amazon.
- 18:19Speaker 1: I'd rather what happened last night than what happened at
- 18:22Speaker 1: the Masters, where I'm just seeing everyone and they're all
- 18:25Speaker 1: confused because no one knows where the golf ball is
- 18:26Speaker 1: on the eighteenth hole. Just black out, Okay, come back
- 18:34Speaker 1: what He's ready to hit his wedge?
- 18:35Speaker 4: Yeah, daylor No, is it my turn? Yes it is.
- 18:39Speaker 4: That's why I was saying, yeah, Taylor, Yes, So.
- 18:42Speaker 6: I'm watching up in Adam's k Adams Show on FanDuel
- 18:45Speaker 6: TV or FanDuel Network and Marcus Freeman is the guest
- 18:50Speaker 6: and Marcus Freeman, the entire head looks like it was
- 18:55Speaker 6: painted on. Marcus Freeman, Do me a favor, Come on home.
- 19:00Speaker 6: You're not fooling anybody with that, with that hair.
- 19:02Speaker 5: Job, dude, if you haven't seen it, like he's approaching,
- 19:07Speaker 5: was it Cam Boozer, Carlos Carlo's Boozer. Wow, it's going
- 19:10Speaker 5: to be confusing for the rest of my life. Carlos
- 19:12Speaker 5: Boozer levels because.
- 19:14Speaker 3: You don't even really need to zoom in.
- 19:16Speaker 5: If any light is hitting off of his head, you
- 19:19Speaker 5: can see his real hairline and where the fake stuff starts.
- 19:22Speaker 3: And man, it is thick.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Yes, anyone back in, anyone else back in Sherman Oaks,
- 19:28Speaker 1: have I know, Chris, you have one.
- 19:31Speaker 4: Do me a favor, Ye, do me a favor.
- 19:34Speaker 12: Athletic You're you're You're clearly gonna need an insider. And
- 19:38Speaker 12: I don't think he in Rapaport is gonna be long
- 19:40Speaker 12: from NFL network, considering consolidation and things that nature. I'm
- 19:43Speaker 12: just he seems like a nice guy. Just give him
- 19:46Speaker 12: a good landing spot. You know, he can do the job.
- 19:48Speaker 12: He can do everything. Rassini was doing. I can't imagine.
- 19:52Speaker 12: I can't imagine. Well, sorry, I Isaac just shot me
- 19:55Speaker 12: a particular uh glare at my praising So yes, I'm
- 20:00Speaker 12: gonna back.
- 20:01Speaker 4: None of you know what Rassini was doing?
- 20:02Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, I are you guys gonna continue to
- 20:05Speaker 1: put me.
- 20:06Speaker 4: In bad spots with this? Is that? Is that the
- 20:08Speaker 4: goal of the game here?
- 20:09Speaker 3: I mean, or you could just move along and go
- 20:12Speaker 3: to me.
- 20:13Speaker 5: Since he got about a minute left in the second
- 20:15Speaker 5: go ahead, is he do me a favor? Miami Heat,
- 20:20Speaker 5: get himI hock Hez Junior off my team? Oh my god,
- 20:25Speaker 5: he's so frustrating. He might be six Man of the Year,
- 20:29Speaker 5: but I don't know if his basketball i Q reaches six.
- 20:32Speaker 5: It is so frustrating in critical moments to watch that
- 20:37Speaker 5: guy make some of the dumbest decisions. Congratulations to the Hawks.
- 20:41Speaker 5: Is his sister's clearly the best player in the family.
- 20:44Speaker 5: They won a national title at UCLA, But oh my goodness,
- 20:47Speaker 5: they maxed out what they're gonna get out of Heimi
- 20:50Speaker 5: Hawkes Junior.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Get that man off of my team.
- 20:53Speaker 5: I need him to do some studying when it comes
- 20:55Speaker 5: to NBA basketball, all right.
- 20:57Speaker 4: And I guess we're seen over. He is seriously, he's
- 21:02Speaker 4: very emotional today.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Steph Curry, do me a favor. He's on a minute restriction.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Tonight Warriors are playing in a must win game. Steph Curry,
- 21:09Speaker 1: do me a favor. Remove the minutes restriction. Okay, if
- 21:13Speaker 1: you lose tonight, guess what you have nothing to do
- 21:17Speaker 1: for the remainder of the summer. Give him forty minutes
- 21:21Speaker 1: this evening. Because you're Steph Curry, do me a favor.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Be sure to catch live editions of Stu Godson Company
- 21:27Speaker 2: Live WEEKDAYCID three pm Eastern, twelve pm Pacific.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Very excited for this.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Zach Brown is a three time Granny winning singer, songwriter
- 21:38Speaker 1: and frontman of the multi platinum Zach Brown Band. He
- 21:41Speaker 1: has earned over ten awards with seventy seven over seventy
- 21:45Speaker 1: seven nominations throughout his career, including a Grammy for Best
- 21:48Speaker 1: New Artists in twenty ten and Zach Brown his band
- 21:53Speaker 1: will headline the UFC Freedom two fifty Fan Fest on
- 21:56Speaker 1: the Ellipse in Washington, d C. On June thirteenth, the
- 21:59Speaker 1: day before for the MMA promotion host it's Mega events
- 22:03Speaker 1: at the White House. How did you get involved with
- 22:05Speaker 1: this headlining the UFC Freedom to fifty Fan Fast and
- 22:10Speaker 1: the big MMA match at the White House.
- 22:12Speaker 4: How'd you get involved here? Man?
- 22:15Speaker 13: I heard this was happening and going down, I text
- 22:17Speaker 13: Dana and I said, man, I want to be a
- 22:19Speaker 13: part of this. Let me know what can be? What
- 22:21Speaker 13: can I do?
- 22:22Speaker 8: Can I be your service? He takes care of me
- 22:24Speaker 8: anytime I want to go to a fight. UFC is
- 22:26Speaker 8: my favorite sport, all time favorite sport, Avid MMA fan.
- 22:31Speaker 8: I did judo in college and then started understanding the
- 22:34Speaker 8: mechanics of it, and then thirty years of watching from
- 22:37Speaker 8: early even before UFC one, you know, watching MMA, you know.
- 22:43Speaker 14: From the beginning from King of the Cage too, and
- 22:45Speaker 14: then following through Pride, following through everything and watching the
- 22:50Speaker 14: empire that you know, Dana and everybody built with UFC
- 22:54Speaker 14: and Rogan, which is such an integral.
- 22:56Speaker 8: Part of you know, engaging a fan and explaining what's
- 23:01Speaker 8: happening and what's going on.
- 23:02Speaker 13: So it's my favorite sport. I'm a huge patriot. I
- 23:06Speaker 13: love this country. I love all the people.
- 23:09Speaker 8: We have an incredible facility we built here in Georgia
- 23:11Speaker 8: called Campus Southern Ground. We do thirty four weeks of
- 23:14Speaker 8: sleep away programs for our veterans there my alignment. Every
- 23:19Speaker 8: night will we play, we have soldiers come up on
- 23:21Speaker 8: stage and do a salute during Chicken Fried. This is
- 23:24Speaker 8: this is a chance to honor America and the service
- 23:27Speaker 8: people to be able to be there and to be
- 23:29Speaker 8: able to be part of the UFC all in one
- 23:31Speaker 8: thing together for our Bosingtonians. So I am super pumped
- 23:35Speaker 8: to be a part of it. And I told Dane,
- 23:37Speaker 8: I'll do whatever you need and whatever you want. However,
- 23:40Speaker 8: and so we're playing to show. They're gonna do the
- 23:42Speaker 8: weigh ends. They've got the incredible stage set up. I've
- 23:45Speaker 8: seen the renderings of it. And then we're gonna play
- 23:49Speaker 8: and then the next day we're gonna do the anthem
- 23:51Speaker 8: you know live and this this card is huge. I
- 23:55Speaker 8: think it's going to be streamed almost a billion homes internationally.
- 23:58Speaker 3: It's a great flex.
- 23:59Speaker 5: There's just being able to text Dana and say, hey,
- 24:02Speaker 5: could I be a part of this.
- 24:03Speaker 3: That's impressive there.
- 24:04Speaker 5: But you said you had such a long history of
- 24:06Speaker 5: fandom with the UFC. Just wondering who some of your
- 24:08Speaker 5: favorites were in the past, and maybe some of your
- 24:11Speaker 5: favorites currently still fighting what.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Era I mean, well, I mean you.
- 24:15Speaker 5: Can go back to one UFC one, So whatever era
- 24:17Speaker 5: you decide or your favorites on conversation, the.
- 24:21Speaker 8: First fight that I remember was probably keep Patney against
- 24:24Speaker 8: Emmanuel Yarborough and it was like two twenty five pound
- 24:29Speaker 8: like kin po karate guy against the six hundred pounds
- 24:32Speaker 8: Suma wrestlers. And this was back when it was mainly
- 24:35Speaker 8: single discipline, so you know, they were just bringing you
- 24:38Speaker 8: bring your best, you know, representative of martial arts to
- 24:41Speaker 8: the game.
- 24:42Speaker 3: That was wild times.
- 24:45Speaker 8: From that to watching all the you know, the Chemo
- 24:48Speaker 8: and and oys, Tracy and Dude early earlier days like that,
- 24:54Speaker 8: from guys like you know Dan, Dan Severn and.
- 25:01Speaker 13: I've watched it all. I've seen it all. I've followed
- 25:03Speaker 13: it throughout eras you know, I mean watching some of
- 25:06Speaker 13: the great champions. I always love seeing the champion that
- 25:08Speaker 13: can hold down a.
- 25:09Speaker 8: Rain you know, multi year ragin, which is unpredictable in
- 25:12Speaker 8: the sport as it is.
- 25:13Speaker 13: You know, from from Saint Pierre to Anderson.
- 25:17Speaker 8: Silva's probably in my mind one of the greatest champions
- 25:20Speaker 8: ever holding it down for seven years, you know, to
- 25:24Speaker 8: people like Matt Views, which is just the strength of
- 25:27Speaker 8: that dude super early on coming in.
- 25:30Speaker 13: And then guys like Carl Parisians early on was like
- 25:33Speaker 13: a you know, the first real Jodica that was.
- 25:36Speaker 8: Really throwing people on their heads, you know, using that discipline,
- 25:40Speaker 8: you know. I mean there's so many eras of it too,
- 25:43Speaker 8: you know, to Chuck with Dell, to Randy Couture too.
- 25:48Speaker 13: You know.
- 25:48Speaker 8: I just think about the eras and the people, the
- 25:51Speaker 8: personalities that it had like coming along the way. But
- 25:54Speaker 8: I was there from the beginning, watching the evolution of
- 25:56Speaker 8: the athletes, watching the evolution of everyone training, all the
- 26:01Speaker 8: watching the UFC grow and form and continue to evolve,
- 26:06Speaker 8: but keep everything really pious and true.
- 26:08Speaker 13: They did such a masterful job of keeping the quality
- 26:11Speaker 13: of the event.
- 26:12Speaker 8: And then when other network started trying to compete and
- 26:16Speaker 8: bring things in and you see their commentators and you
- 26:18Speaker 8: see the way they talk about it or whatever, it
- 26:20Speaker 8: just reminded you of the bar in the UFC.
- 26:22Speaker 13: It said, it was so hard to even get close
- 26:23Speaker 13: to that.
- 26:24Speaker 8: So you know, current fighters, I mean, man, there's something
- 26:30Speaker 8: I mean days he's one of my favorite all time
- 26:33Speaker 8: explosive the way that he gets in I mean, he
- 26:36Speaker 8: throws upper guts. You don't even see him until they
- 26:38Speaker 8: hit people and so choked. He's gonna be fighting. Bo
- 26:41Speaker 8: Nichol is one of my new favorite fighters. Getting to
- 26:43Speaker 8: see Boat fight on this car. You know, a lot
- 26:47Speaker 8: of the dominance of the incredible wrestlers, the people that
- 26:50Speaker 8: come out of wrestling world coming into UFC IS is
- 26:54Speaker 8: depressing to watch. I'm really excited to watch Bo Nickel,
- 26:57Speaker 8: excited to see Seanmalley fight. There's I mean, I love
- 27:02Speaker 8: it all. I watch every early prelm. I watched all
- 27:04Speaker 8: the free lambs. If I go from then, I'm sitting there.
- 27:07Speaker 8: I'm there early.
- 27:08Speaker 13: I watch every single fight because I know there's people
- 27:10Speaker 13: up and coming.
- 27:11Speaker 8: I haven't seen fight before, watching Peico fight in this
- 27:15Speaker 8: last I was there in Miami this last Saturday. I
- 27:18Speaker 8: was there watching some of the I mean, there's some
- 27:21Speaker 8: of the memorial fights that that hook It and Blade
- 27:24Speaker 8: fight is one I will never forget. That's like one
- 27:26Speaker 8: of the best ones that I've ever seen live. That'd
- 27:30Speaker 8: be such a character and personality, and I think that
- 27:32Speaker 8: kind of thing is is is going.
- 27:34Speaker 4: To carry a lot away.
- 27:35Speaker 8: I feel like, honestly, a star was born that night
- 27:37Speaker 8: with him, and I just I love the evolution.
- 27:41Speaker 5: Man, we talk to you for all the five minutes,
- 27:43Speaker 5: we can tell you're a certified die hard, like absolutely.
- 27:47Speaker 4: Yes, yes, no doubt, go ahead, Jayler.
- 27:50Speaker 13: Yeah, let's shot man.
- 27:52Speaker 4: I love it, Zach.
- 27:53Speaker 6: I'm also a massive baseball fan, and I love that
- 27:57Speaker 6: you got a part of the baseball season this year
- 28:00Speaker 6: with the Sunday Night song because yeah, well, first off
- 28:04Speaker 6: a banger too. I appreciate the fact that NBC is
- 28:07Speaker 6: dressing it up and making it feel like it's just
- 28:10Speaker 6: as big as Sunday Night Football. My question for you
- 28:13Speaker 6: as a Braves fan, what's your mount rushmore of your
- 28:17Speaker 6: Braves favorite players, not the best players, but your favorite players.
- 28:21Speaker 4: That is a great question.
- 28:23Speaker 8: Yes, Al Murphy as a kid was one of my
- 28:26Speaker 8: favorites all time. That was back in like Dale Murphy,
- 28:29Speaker 8: Bob Horner days, like I remember being.
- 28:32Speaker 13: At a game where Bob Warner hit four home runs
- 28:34Speaker 13: in a game.
- 28:37Speaker 8: And then when when I was in high school, I
- 28:39Speaker 8: was a senior in high school when we had Glavin
- 28:42Speaker 8: and Maddox and Smolts and Avery and the domination in
- 28:47Speaker 8: the bullpen that we had that year, and it was
- 28:50Speaker 8: baby Justice and Terry Pendleton and all of the people
- 28:54Speaker 8: that I watched in different era, same thing as the
- 28:56Speaker 8: eras of it, right, I mean going back to you know,
- 29:00Speaker 8: Phil Nicro, going back to throwing the weirdest pitches ever thrown, Like.
- 29:07Speaker 13: It's a it's a lifetime journey for.
- 29:09Speaker 8: Me through through sports and then seeing them, you know,
- 29:14Speaker 8: they gave me a ring when when they won the
- 29:17Speaker 8: same and I'm an honorary I have to be a
- 29:21Speaker 8: Socks fan also just because of Fenway, like Fenway is
- 29:25Speaker 8: we owed all the records from Fenway Park for selling
- 29:27Speaker 8: it out.
- 29:27Speaker 13: That's my city.
- 29:28Speaker 8: Also after Atlanta, So I got a ring when Boston
- 29:32Speaker 8: won the World Series, and I got a ring when
- 29:34Speaker 8: Atlanta won the World Series. And so I'm just like
- 29:37Speaker 8: I pinched myself at all the things that we get
- 29:39Speaker 8: to do and get to participate in because of the music.
- 29:41Speaker 13: But I was a kid.
- 29:44Speaker 8: When I was fourteen years old, I rode my bike
- 29:47Speaker 8: five miles five days a week to work at a
- 29:49Speaker 8: baseball car shop and the guy couldn't pay me in money,
- 29:52Speaker 8: so we had to pay me in cards. So I've
- 29:54Speaker 8: been collecting cards and that was early days. Like that
- 29:57Speaker 8: was when Eric Davis and Don Matting and Roger Clemens,
- 30:01Speaker 8: and like, those memories are forever seared because because I'm
- 30:06Speaker 8: I've held their faces in my hands on baseball cards
- 30:09Speaker 8: for you know, a decade that.
- 30:13Speaker 13: Was back like Jose Canseco. Yeah, and then you got
- 30:16Speaker 13: like the fire eras, you.
- 30:17Speaker 8: Got everything like going all the way through watching the
- 30:20Speaker 8: evolution of baseball the same way as kind of it's
- 30:22Speaker 8: kind of similar to UFC.
- 30:23Speaker 13: But I love I love the sport man. There's nothing
- 30:27Speaker 13: more American than than baseball.
- 30:30Speaker 4: You have that damn Eric Davis Rookie card, don't you.
- 30:32Speaker 1: I'm wondering if any of the cards he paid you
- 30:34Speaker 1: in baseball cards did you save them?
- 30:36Speaker 4: Did any of them turn into something really valuable?
- 30:42Speaker 13: Eric Davis Rookie card.
- 30:43Speaker 8: My brother conned me out. He was five years older
- 30:46Speaker 8: than me, and I remember my granddad bought it for me.
- 30:49Speaker 8: Spent thirty bucks back then to buy me the Eric
- 30:51Speaker 8: Davis Rookey card. And he was bordering on the on
- 30:54Speaker 8: the Alzheimer's spectrum, my granddad, so I could take him
- 30:57Speaker 8: out and he would buy me cards. And my dad
- 30:59Speaker 8: be like, you spent one hundred what is this? And
- 31:01Speaker 8: then my brother was five years older than me and
- 31:03Speaker 8: conned me out of all my good ship back then.
- 31:07Speaker 8: But these days, you know, I'm able to get the
- 31:08Speaker 8: stuff that I that I want, and I've actually and
- 31:12Speaker 8: I played I played Magic.
- 31:13Speaker 13: Like the card game. I played that when I was
- 31:15Speaker 13: in high school. I made a living off of playing
- 31:17Speaker 13: cards in high school. And I was balling in high
- 31:19Speaker 13: school making money playing that game. So that's translated into
- 31:22Speaker 13: now like getting into one Piece lately.
- 31:25Speaker 8: Like there's a new game i'll call One Piece that
- 31:27Speaker 8: is crushing investment wise, but I'm still a collector man.
- 31:32Speaker 8: And it's cool to be in this era right now
- 31:34Speaker 8: watching Otani doing what he's doing, I mean, the best
- 31:37Speaker 8: baseball player ever in the game. Being alive, like being
- 31:42Speaker 8: able to watch that happen and go down the best pitcher,
- 31:45Speaker 8: the best hitter. Like it's cool to be alive in
- 31:47Speaker 8: moments like that, when you see a generational you know,
- 31:51Speaker 8: talent like that and then things coming through.
- 31:53Speaker 13: I mean, there's this isn't so many incredible players out there.
- 31:56Speaker 5: Speaking of cool moments to be alive, you probably had
- 32:00Speaker 5: some few pinch me moments in your career, like Chicken
- 32:03Speaker 5: Fried becoming such an anthem. How big of a deal
- 32:06Speaker 5: is it for you to have that song at the
- 32:07Speaker 5: beginning of Sunday Night Baseball and just you know, it's
- 32:10Speaker 5: got to be one of those moments in your career,
- 32:13Speaker 5: just like that's pretty darn cool.
- 32:15Speaker 8: Absolutely, man, and Major League Baseball has been such a
- 32:17Speaker 8: great partner for us over the years, and we've played
- 32:20Speaker 8: all there. You know, a lot of the stadiums. I
- 32:22Speaker 8: love the baseball stadiums because they still feel intimate even
- 32:25Speaker 8: though it's a lot of people, and the sound is good,
- 32:27Speaker 8: the sounds coming kind of.
- 32:28Speaker 13: Out of home plate and out. I love that that
- 32:33Speaker 13: part of it.
- 32:34Speaker 8: I pinched myself every time that I get to go
- 32:36Speaker 8: out on stage. I never take that for granted. I
- 32:38Speaker 8: was just a kid playing in bars and hustling and
- 32:41Speaker 8: playing six hours a night or six nights a week
- 32:43Speaker 8: for ten years, trying to just make.
- 32:44Speaker 13: It and let people know who I was.
- 32:46Speaker 8: And then was able to be a people collector and
- 32:49Speaker 8: collect the right people to have around me to be
- 32:51Speaker 8: able to take it and to stay relevant.
- 32:53Speaker 13: And I got a lot of energy, and I put
- 32:55Speaker 13: a lot of hard work and discipline into my business,
- 32:57Speaker 13: into my shows, and into my family first. But it's
- 33:01Speaker 13: it's incredible to have.
- 33:03Speaker 8: The career that we've had and and to be able
- 33:06Speaker 8: to just keep going. You know, I want to be
- 33:08Speaker 8: among I want to be like spring Seeing or like Willie.
- 33:11Speaker 13: I want to be somebody that's dedicated my life to
- 33:13Speaker 13: doing this.
- 33:15Speaker 8: And in a world where we're in the middle of
- 33:16Speaker 8: you know, AI and a bunch of stuff like that,
- 33:18Speaker 8: people will always want to congregate and come together and.
- 33:21Speaker 13: Be reminded of our you know how we're all the
- 33:24Speaker 13: same and we're there to make memories and to.
- 33:26Speaker 8: Have fun and give me to give them the best
- 33:28Speaker 8: night possible. All my energy and times have been figuring
- 33:31Speaker 8: out how to create that every time we come back
- 33:33Speaker 8: to your city in a different way. And my band
- 33:37Speaker 8: is a testament the people around me I've got. I've
- 33:40Speaker 8: got one of the best bands in the world. People
- 33:41Speaker 8: are musicians that I have around me, the crew, and
- 33:44Speaker 8: everybody works hard, but they treat everybody like gold. And
- 33:47Speaker 8: that's led by example.
- 33:49Speaker 13: That's that's you can't you can't buy culture and momentum
- 33:53Speaker 13: and chemistry. You have to earn that. And we've done
- 33:55Speaker 13: that and we keep it going and we're hungry. Coort.
- 33:58Speaker 13: You know, I feel as good now as I've ever
- 33:59Speaker 13: felt I take good care of myself.
- 34:01Speaker 8: I try.
- 34:02Speaker 13: I try to stay fit, I try to stay active,
- 34:04Speaker 13: and I try.
- 34:04Speaker 8: To stay dedicated to our fans because that's really the
- 34:06Speaker 8: only people we owe anything to and have an opportunities
- 34:09Speaker 8: like like major League Baseball or getting able to being
- 34:12Speaker 8: able to do they use our song for the you know,
- 34:15Speaker 8: Mark Madness for NCAA, get to do the UFC event,
- 34:19Speaker 8: getting to be on Survivors, which I just did.
- 34:22Speaker 13: I'm on episode four of the season fifty and Survivor.
- 34:24Speaker 13: Like these are all dreams come true for me, and
- 34:26Speaker 13: I never taken for granted.
- 34:29Speaker 4: Zach, do you ever get nervous before a concert?
- 34:32Speaker 10: No?
- 34:33Speaker 13: No, I'm like interesting, I'm like a fighter man, I'm
- 34:36Speaker 13: like warmed up, I'm ready to go.
- 34:37Speaker 8: I get super excited. Like there's not any part of
- 34:40Speaker 8: me that that's like nerves or anything like that. It doesn't,
- 34:45Speaker 8: it doesn't affect me like that, Like I'm I'm an athlete.
- 34:48Speaker 8: I'm like ready to go, Like, let's get on stage
- 34:51Speaker 8: and get it done.
- 34:52Speaker 10: Zach.
- 34:52Speaker 6: Has anybody in the band ever tried to get their
- 34:54Speaker 6: name on the band.
- 34:57Speaker 4: Over Zach's dead body Get out of here?
- 35:00Speaker 12: HM?
- 35:01Speaker 13: But they trust me. You know, I've earned their trust
- 35:03Speaker 13: over a lot of years. We've been in a lot
- 35:04Speaker 13: of crossroads where we didn't know what we were gonna do.
- 35:07Speaker 13: But they trust me.
- 35:08Speaker 8: They trust me to lead it, and then I trust
- 35:11Speaker 8: them to help me to be my orchestra, to make
- 35:15Speaker 8: the exact thing that every song needs to try to
- 35:17Speaker 8: drive that emotion home on whatever it is. And you know,
- 35:20Speaker 8: the extraordinary people. I couldn't do anything by myself. I'm
- 35:24Speaker 8: pretty I'm pretty limited on it on my own. But
- 35:27Speaker 8: when my tribe around me, it is pretty incredible what
- 35:29Speaker 8: we're able to do. And that's just a testament to
- 35:30Speaker 8: the people that are around me.
- 35:33Speaker 1: You can only have one. Okay, you only have one
- 35:36Speaker 1: for the rest of time. Okay, you win another Grammy,
- 35:40Speaker 1: or the Braves win the World Series.
- 35:44Speaker 13: I give it to the Braves.
- 35:49Speaker 4: You would, huh? I take that Grammy? I would? You know?
- 35:56Speaker 1: I'm assuming you're an Atlanta Hawks fan, correct, I'm assuming, yes, sir?
- 36:01Speaker 1: All right, So me and Taylor we are New York
- 36:04Speaker 1: Knicks fans, and I would like to make some sort
- 36:06Speaker 1: of bet with Zach Brawm with the Knicks Hawks series
- 36:09Speaker 1: coming up here. Okay, you guys are gonna break our hearts,
- 36:11Speaker 1: but you might as well win something when you do it,
- 36:13Speaker 1: you know, right, let's go. All right, so it's on
- 36:19Speaker 1: us to come up with the bet.
- 36:20Speaker 4: Is that what you're saying.
- 36:24Speaker 5: I say it's pretty easy. I say, if the Hawks win,
- 36:26Speaker 5: he comes back and brags on it for the show.
- 36:28Speaker 1: Okay, all right, So if the Hawks win, you come
- 36:30Speaker 1: back on the show and we'll listen.
