  Speaker 4: Particularly we're looking at the prayer ministry. So I want

  Speaker 4: to show you how to come into partnership with the

  Speaker 4: Word of God in and through prayer, how to birth

  Speaker 4: supernatural possibilities, how to birth the verdicts of God in

  Speaker 4: the place of prayer. That it is not enough to

  Speaker 4: know what God has said. You must understand that transportation system,

  Speaker 4: how to import divine realities to make them manifest in

  Speaker 4: your life here and now?

  Speaker 4: it is in heaven. Then he goes to the other discussions,

  Speaker 4: He says, your kingdom come, that is the agenda. Then

  Speaker 4: So your kingdom comes by your will being allowed to

  Speaker 4: find expression. Notice he never said on earth. He said

  Speaker 4: earth as it is in heavens. And perhaps you've heard

  Speaker 4: God's program. So there are many people who are believers,

  Speaker 4: but they can't do much for the kingdom. They are saved,

  Speaker 4: but they are still babes infronting knowledge. They have not

  Speaker 4: grown through transformation. And there are others who have contended

  Speaker 4: for transformation. But without empowerment, you will be an ineffective witness.

  Speaker 4: God can do that never gets done through your life.

  Speaker 4: Empowerment brings you to a point where you can give

  Speaker 4: defense to the speakings of God that when you say

  Speaker 4: God can heal, you will show that God heals. When

  Speaker 4: you say God can lift, you will show that God lived.

  Speaker 4: When the believer becomes transformed and empowered, he stops being

  Speaker 4: called a believer. He's called a witness. And it is

  Speaker 4: a witness who is given and a location in God's program.

  Speaker 4: There is a space in God's program. He sends you

  Speaker 4: as a preacher. He sends you as a businessman. He

  Speaker 4: sends you as a leader, because you are beyond a believer.

  Speaker 4: everybody can be called a witness. Just because you want

  Speaker 4: So the journey is salvation, transformation, empowerment, and then you

  Speaker 4: for destruction or it is for growth, whether it is

  Speaker 4: for glory or for decline, man will always participate in

  Speaker 4: divine supernatural activities for them to find expression upon the earth.

  Speaker 4: Two ways we enforce the will of God. Let me

  Speaker 4: go straight to the points this morning. There are two

  Speaker 4: biblical ways that every time God speaks, every time God

  Speaker 4: announces a verdict on a matter, there are two ways

  Speaker 4: to enforce that verdict. Number one is through partnership.

  Speaker 5: In prayer, you birth that verdict to be made manifest

  Speaker 4: These are the two biblical pathways to bething the will

  Speaker 4: of God, to bething the program of God. Pet Number

  Speaker 4: one is your partnership with God in the place of prayer.

  Speaker 4: Every time you are clear about the will of God

  Speaker 4: and yet you do not see it manifest, these are

  Speaker 4: the two things that are wrong. Every time the will

  Speaker 4: you are not in doubt. He's told you I am

  Speaker 4: visiting your family, but it looks like nothing is happening.

  Speaker 4: The two areas to consult is whether or not he

  Speaker 4: has found a man who can pray in partnership, or

  Speaker 4: he has found obedience. These are the places for diagnosis.

  Speaker 4: If you ever see the will of God wanting in

  Speaker 4: your life, something is wrong. You have not known how

  Speaker 4: to do business with God in the place of prayer

  Speaker 4: or number two, you do not understand the dynamics of

  Speaker 4: obedience or obeying the principles that allow for the manifestation
