- Breaking The Meta: Hello everyone and welcome to Breaking the Meta. name is Mike Winson. What if the biggest problem in American politics today isn't just who wins elections, but the places where no one even runs. Across the country, there are dozens of districts where voters never get a real choice on the ballot. One group, the group that I, who I am talking to today is trying to change that. Their name is the Fighting 50. Their mission is simple, but ambitious. recruit support candidates willing to run in the toughest, reddest districts in Georgia. The ones Democrats have historically written off, because if you want to build democracy, you can't just compete where it's easy. You have to show up everywhere. So today, we're going to sit down and talk with Bob Herndon, who is the executive director of Fighting 50. He's going to talk about why it exists and what he and his group are hoping to do for the state of Georgia. and something that we can hopefully ⁓ can spread to every other state in the United States so we can fix a lot of these problems. Hey, Bob, how are you doing? Bob Herndon: ⁓ living the dream because I am on breaking the meta podcast. have always wanted to be on breaking the meta podcast. This is like, ⁓ an amazing, ⁓ so grateful for your time and your attention. ⁓ we, you know, we just got through our, fundraiser. had a fundraiser at the Jimmy Carter center. raised $50,000 for our candidates. Breaking The Meta: Hahaha Yeah. Bob Herndon: Our first cycle, we had 34 candidates. Now we have 70. And so we doubled. I just want to tell you a quick history of the group. The Fighting 50 was named after the 51 Republicans in the state house who were unopposed in 2022. of 100. Our state house is 180 seats. There's a hundred Republicans, 80 Democrats. And. Breaking The Meta: Yeah, please. Mm. Bob Herndon: You can't run if you don't win. the reason there's three reasons we have candidates run in these seats. One, don't let them get away with it for free. They, they, they just do the same old, same old. You need to have people stand up our districts where our people run or anywhere from, I think our lowest district is 13 % Democrat and our highest is 43 % Democrat. And so our first cycle, um, Breaking The Meta: Mm. Bob Herndon: So in 2022, there were 51 unopposed Republicans. This year qualifying just ends, we've got it down to 22. We've improved. ⁓ I've sent you some maps. I know you can't see maps, but it's just a big, big difference in our candidates. We are meeting every week. We're talking about strategy. We're getting the word out and it's going to, our hope is for every candidate. Breaking The Meta: Wow. Yeah. Bob Herndon: bring out an extra 500 votes and move the needle a little bit. So 70 times 500 is 35,000. Go Biden won this state by 14,000. So we had 34 candidates run last time. Our highest candidates got two of them got 43%. We're really proud of them. However, one candidate buyers, Eric Gissler in Athens, Georgia. Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Bob Herndon: He got 39%, he raised $12,000 and did what he could do and it was fine. And he decided he's going to run again. He kept his campaign open, kept his website up and just, you know, poked along. In October of 2025, his opponent, the incumbent Republican, Marcus Weidauer, retired to go whatever family reasons. Eric was ready. He knew what he was doing. He had prior experience. Breaking The Meta: Mm. Bob Herndon: And he got the state behind him. got the state democratic behind him. He organized everybody. His opponent was a trucking magnet who raised $140,000 and just threw flyers all over the place. Eric had $40,000. All the groups that would help him canvas all the time worked his tail off and he won by 289 votes. He's our first fighting 50 victory. So we're. Breaking The Meta: Wow. Bob Herndon: We're trying to get the state house back by 2020, 2030. We've got targeted seats where they're having to raise 200, $300,000. We got a couple of seats we might flip, but the important thing is we're getting the vote out. We're making them spend money and we're planting seeds, like planting the seeds for Eric to maybe flip a seat one day. so that's our big success story. And he's got a Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Bob Herndon: funny stories about after he won. Breaking The Meta: Yeah. It's interesting because I think the other thing that is positive from what you're doing, which is one of the reasons that I love, you know, I loved reading the story about your group to begin with was there are so many people, especially in rural districts that in some ways have never either never talked to a Democrat or never realized they were talking to a Democrat in the first place. And there is become a lot of misnomers about who Democrats are and what they stand for and what they care about. And a lot of that was because for so many years, Republicans wouldn't run in those districts. ⁓ Presidential candidates would never go in those districts. Congressmen would never go in those districts. And I think that's the other great thing, especially in a time where there feels like there's a lot of division. And In many ways, there's probably not because both sides are really struggling with a lot of the same things. So I think that's the other thing that I love about what you're doing is it's getting, it's just getting the word out that Democrats actually care about you. They, you know, they, they struggle with the same things. They think about a lot of the same things the same way. In many ways, they actually, they actually want to fight for people's rights to actually do the things that they seem to think Republicans do but aren't actually fighting for. Bob Herndon: Yeah, I agree. really, friend of mine started a program with us called Circles of Support. And we have all these, like myself, I'm in Atlanta, it's a big blue dot in the red state. I'm surrounded by all blue elected officials. I don't have anybody I need to work for or do anything for. But our Circles of Support program, what we do is we get, you can adopt a candidate. So my buddy Sam, he gets his friends together, he says, We're going to help out Mitchell White. Mitchell's running for House District 81. And he's in Augusta, which is a hundred miles away. What can we do? They hold a fundraiser. They hold a Zoom fundraiser. And Sam calls all his Democratic friends in Atlanta and around the state, and they raised a couple of grand for Mitchell. You know, that's a huge, you know, I think, ⁓ you know, in these big races. Breaking The Meta: Mmm. Yeah. Yeah. Bob Herndon: where you have to raise a hundred thousand dollars, it's just overwhelming. But in a district like ours, our candidates raise anywhere from 2000 to $20,000. You know, they need money for yard signs and flyers and other stuff. It's not when you're in a district, it's 30%, a hundred thousand dollars versus $10,000. You're going to move the needle 1 % for $90,000. And it's not going from If you can move the needle from 35 % to 38%, that's great. It's just as good if you move the needle. If you had spent that other 90,000 and moved it to 39%, it's a waste of money. So you need to be kind of ⁓ invest where we can and not worry about huge amounts of money, which is good for our candidates because they worry about, know, hey, I've never raised money. What do I do? So. Breaking The Meta: Yeah. So I'm just interested. So you started this started in, you said, 2022 or 2024. OK. So you started in 2023 to run for the 2024 election cycle. Bob Herndon: 4, 23. Yeah, 2023 we had a zoom meeting with five people. Breaking The Meta: Gotcha. ⁓ wow. You started with five. Wow. There you go. Bob Herndon: Five people are like I'm trying to sell it to these five Okay, we'll see what happens and to see it where we had 200 people at our fundraiser and a really good Breaking The Meta: Ha ha ha ha! talked about how how slowly you've seen percentages with different with different people that have been running just start like slowly moving. Have you kind of just noticed a general change in for everyone that's running this year, especially with everything that is going on in the United States with this administration over the past year. Bob Herndon: We have, we have a signal chat that all our candidates are and they're taking pictures of all their work. And we have, we have weekly zoom meetings. So we're in constant con we're not in constant, but talk to a lot of them. And this guy from rural Georgia, Jay Kirkland, I'm trying to think what party he's in, but he said all the Trump signs are gone. He said there were seven, he says, I'm not exaggerating. There were 70 Trump signs where I was. Now there's four. mean, Breaking The Meta: Mmm. Wow. Bob Herndon: He said, ⁓ people are, ⁓ I got a cousin in Kansas who's a Republican. says, yeah, people were taking the Trump, Trump buffer stickers off because of what he did with beef in Argentina. So our, our candidates are noticing the erosion of Trump support in terms of, and they're very hopeful in terms of. I don't think they, they don't think they're going to win, but they're going to move the needle enough. Breaking The Meta: Mmm. Bob Herndon: Georgia is a very close state like North Carolina. And if we can, if we can move the needle three points, we're a blue state. And, and, and they're seeing the erosion of support. have a situation in social circle, Georgia. You know where that is? Neither do I, but anyway, no, I know, I know where it is. And they, uh, they're a town of 5,000 people. Breaking The Meta: I do not know. HA Okay. Bob Herndon: They're between Atlanta and Augusta, know, third of the way there. And they, ⁓ they're building a detention center. They have a detention center getting ready to build and they have water. They are, there's a water shortage. They have to get water from another, another town. And, ⁓ the detention center is supposed to hold 10,000 detainees. More than double. they don't have the water. Breaking The Meta: All right. Mmm. Bob Herndon: And the local officials are totally fighting this. And our candidates, you know what they're doing? They're talking about states' rights. We got to have states' rights as federal governments coming in and taking over our rights. We can't, you know, and it's like they're flipping it. They're using the language of Republicans against them. And our candidates are much more moderate candidates than our urban candidates. Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Yep. Bob Herndon: They're talking, their issues are, there's a lot of issues we have, but the main three are Medicaid expansion, data centers. Data centers are a big deal. And, ⁓ you know, this issue here also about the detention center. There's only one being built, but keeping that stuff up and there's, you know, a lot of. ⁓ local issues too. This one guy has an issue about right to repair. Have you ever heard of the right to repair? Breaking The Meta: Yes, with farming equipment, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Bob Herndon: Right. Farming equipment and phones, apparently. But if you want to try that. with farming equipment, these guys spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on their farming equipment. They bust. They want to fix it. And they're trying to fix it instead of sending it back to the shop for thousands of dollars. They can't. They're not allowed to do that and then get it fixed after they've worked on it. And it's just issues that Breaking The Meta: ⁓ Right. Bob Herndon: ⁓ our people are willing to talk to people, go out and listen to people and ⁓ I think it's gonna be a big, it's gonna be interesting to be able to measure what kind of change we made this cycle versus last cycle. Breaking The Meta: Yeah, absolutely. And now at the time of this recording, you guys are literally right now going through a special election for four different seats. Hopefully when this comes out, we'll be celebrating some great numbers for the Democratic candidate, Sean Harris, who we think is... Because is there more than one Democrat running? Bob Herndon: So the story there is they have two phony Democrats, two people who chose to run in to try to be a distraction. The county parties and the state party have all endorsed Sean. So every Democrat and every Democrat in the state has endorsed every Democrat holding a elected position has endorsed Sean. So he has the whole state behind him. And, ⁓ you know, he got 36 % against Marjorie Taylor Greene. Breaking The Meta: Okay. Gotcha. Bob Herndon: The odds of him winning outright are very low. And what we need to look at is not the fact that he, ⁓ he will, there's 15 Republicans running and he will be in the runoff. And if he gets anything over 40%, that's the victory that shows that our state is moving three or four points. And if we're moving three or four points in North Georgia and all over the state, we're, we're living in a blue Georgia, which. We're trying to model after Virginia. 30 years ago, Virginia was a bright red state, and now it's a bright blue state, and we think we're just a few years behind them. Breaking The Meta: Yeah, I also, you know, for for those listening, if you've listened to this podcast enough, you know that the average swing, especially in in in special elections since the twenty twenty four election is sixteen points towards Democrats. Now, again, we're not sitting here saying that Sean is going to magically get above the 50 percent. Wouldn't that be amazing? Absolutely. But Bob Herndon: Yeah. But it's the movement, it's the movement, it's not expected. The one thing I heard from a friend of mine, we were talking about this today, he said, apparently the turnout is low, which is good news for Democrats. And I think we had an election where we had a candidate doing really well and the Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Yeah. We just need people to get out and vote. Mm. Yeah. Bob Herndon: She had the election right after the Charlie Kirk shooting and all the Republicans turned out. My hope is this election is the first election after the quote unquote, after the war. And I'm hopeful that a lot of them are just staying home saying, it doesn't matter who's in charge. We're, we're not going to do it. And Democrats are motivated and it would, it would be shock of the world if he won. Breaking The Meta: Mmm. Bob Herndon: This, would really shock the world. It was pretty shocking if he gets over 40 % in a district, won 65, 35. And, uh, I mean, I, I, know, nothing would, and, and what matters is also, uh, what happens on the Republican side. So the Republican side in this race is Clayton Moore, uh, who is a rat, a crazy state Senator. Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Yeah. Bob Herndon: who got arrested by the Republican party as a Senator trying to enter the ⁓ state house of representatives when they didn't want him there because they had some feud going on. And he was actually arrested by the Republican party. then Clay Fuller, who is Trump's person, and between those two, only one of them is going to win. And I don't know, there's no real polling or anything, but that's a... It'll be a huge difference if Clayton Moore wins because he's crazier than Marjorie Taylor Greene. And that's, that's better for the Democrats. Breaking The Meta: Mm. The real question is, does he believe that the Democrats are controlling the weather? Bob Herndon: ⁓ absolutely. Breaking The Meta: Hahaha! Bob Herndon: We're controlling the weather. We're evil in Carnegie. It's just so sad, yeah, it's going to be, so there's going to be four more weeks of a runoff and we'll have a Democrat versus Republican. It's a jungle primary versus a Republican versus a Republican. So we're really grateful to have. Sean Harris is a retired brigadier general. Sean Harris has a military record. He's a moderate Democrat, a quality candidate for this type of district. Breaking The Meta: ⁓ my goodness. Yep. Yeah. Bob Herndon: And, you know, him doing, you know, I think he's raised $3 million and him doing all this work. We are so grateful that he's willing to put up with all this stuff. You have to do it again and put up with all the hassle of running for office just to make them spend money and look bad. Breaking The Meta: Do it again too. It's interesting. ⁓ have interviewed quite a few candidates that are running a second or third time. ⁓ It's really pretty amazing how many people see how important it is to keep coming out and keep showing that you care. And that's one of the things that Sean is obviously doing. He cares about it enough that he's willing to do it again and again. Yep. Bob Herndon: And it's also about name recognition and, and, um, I, know, Newt Gingrich, I hate Newt Gingrich. Absolutely. He ran four times before he won. He ran four times, like, and a friend of mine barely lost to him by 300 votes the second. Breaking The Meta: Yeah, well, we just had a we just had a primary. don't know if you heard it was pretty big deal in North Carolina. We had a primary. No, no. So that was one thing we had three people that that sided with Republicans that that our state just voted out in the primaries, which is pretty big. But the the the president of the Senate. Bob Herndon: So. between the two African women, two African... Breaking The Meta: who of the House Senate, which was just, who's the most corrupt politician you will ever meet in your entire life. Like he's got his brother in the Supreme Court or the Board of Elections or something. Like it's just, it's really bad. The sheriff of that county vote ran against him and won by two votes. Bob Herndon: Oh my God. was there a recount? Was there all that? Breaking The Meta: So they're letting all of the provisional ballots and stuff come in. So they're dealing with that. And I think now he's up to like 23 votes ahead. ⁓ But there will be a recount. It's an auto recount if it's under a half a percent or something like that. So it's an auto recount in this state. But that just shows, this is the thing that I keep saying to everybody. This is why your vote matters. Even if you think your vote doesn't matter, I guarantee your vote matters. Bob Herndon: Yeah Yeah Eric Gissler won by 289 votes, you know, that's it was 50.5 % to 49.5 % So it really it really makes a difference Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Yeah. I would love if you wouldn't, if there are some people who are part of this Fighting 50 that you would love to, that you could talk about. Bob Herndon: We have, we have great candidates. can tell you about, ⁓ we, lot of veterans, we have a lot of veterans. have NSA people. ⁓ I'm going to just, we have, I made this list of all our candidates and a little brief cause I got to keep track, but this one is a guy I've only known for a little bit. Quentin Postel running in house district four is a student who took a gap year from Dalton state. Breaking The Meta: Yes. Hahaha! Bob Herndon: pursue a political campaign. He's a two-time weightlifting champion. He's married, has a two-year-old, and he's running to make sure that ICE doesn't come into his town and destroy his town and policing. And he's a big LGBTQ advocate. That's his issues. ⁓ Let me tell you about Bella Bautista. Breaking The Meta: Wow. Yeah. Mm. Bob Herndon: Is running against the guy who They passed a bathroom bill here where you gotta have the same sex to go in the bathroom She's a trans woman non-profit executive award-winning activist 23 years old Running to stop the invasion of data centers and rural community lower electricity costs and expand access to health care ⁓ let me tell you about Mateo Sanabria. He's a software automation engineer. He's running on improving affordability, ensuring education that leads to a career and protecting all of us from corporations that exploit us. ⁓ One of our candidates that is, ⁓ we have a couple of candidates that are at 43%. And if things go well, they'll get close. Maybe they'll cross the finish line. Maybe they won't this year, but Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Bob Herndon: They're all committed to running in 2028, regardless. So one of them is Dumont Walker. He spent two decades as a communications professional, helping mission-driven organizations mobilize communities, move people into action. His campaign is on fully funding public education, expanding access to affordable healthcare, and lowering everyday costs for working families. Breaking The Meta: ⁓ wow, that's awesome. That's just so cool that so many people have are just seeing it. I mean, just the idea of saying I'm going to run four years from or two years from now is that is a huge commitment. And that's pretty that just shows how important though every one of them see it. Bob Herndon: Thank you. Yeah. Yeah, every one of them sees it are two other candidates like that. ⁓ what I'm proud is one of them is a truck driver and one of them is a lawyer, you know, and we're getting, we are, you look at our list, we're not only diverse racially, we're diverse economically. have teachers, a CPA, retired army officer, small business owner, professor of economics. ⁓ Breaking The Meta: Mm. Bob Herndon: Navy veteran retired from the postal service, community organizer, ⁓ tax preparer. You know, what's nice is it's not everybody ha you don't regular people can run for this office. You can't run for a statewide office in Georgia. If you're a regular person, really, you know what I mean? You have to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars. Breaking The Meta: Wow. Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah. Or at least that's how it's been. Bob Herndon: Yeah, that's way it really is. And so it's nice to be able to work with people and we're very flexible as a Fighting 50. We have all types of candidates. We had a woman, she's a retired nurse. She's doing great. She's going gangbusters. One of my favorite candidates was Rodney Moore. I had to talk him in at the last minute. He says, Bob, I'm a forklift operator at Lockheed. I got a two hour commute. I got an eight year old. I can't do this. I just. Breaking The Meta: Mm. Bob Herndon: don't have the time. say, Rodney, don't worry about it. You don't have to go gangbusters, rah rah rah. Just put your name on the ballot, go to some meetings, do some canvassing in October, September, October. That's all you have to do. We're not going to keep tabs on you raising thousands of dollars. And Rodney did fine. He, he, got 28 % and he said, he gives us Breaking The Meta: That's still pretty good. Bob Herndon: It gives us a measure to do something next time by, but it kept the other guy from getting away with it for free. You can't get away with it for free. We, we make them be accountable for their crazy positions. We, we give hope to other people and we plant seeds for the future. Breaking The Meta: Yeah. So if you had a message for the people of Georgia that watch this, are hearing everything you're saying, what would that be? Bob Herndon: ⁓ I think the message would be is get involved in your local party and help your local candidates. ⁓ That way, know, the statewide candidates and the federal candidates come around once in a while because they're going where the votes are in Atlanta and Augusta and all the big cities. But these candidates know who you are. They're listened to you. They're your local contact. And, ⁓ you know, be involved in your local party. and help your local candidates with their elections because you guys can start something there. Breaking The Meta: ⁓ is if people want to know more about the Fighting 50 and I don't know if there's ways to support the Fighting 50, I'm sure there are, ⁓ where can they find you? Bob Herndon: ⁓ our website is fighting 50.org spelled out F I G H T I N G F I T Y.org. We have all the information. ⁓ we just, I just updated the page, ⁓ the front page today. I've got a lot of updating to do on it because we just had qualifying and new candidates. There is a big donation button right in the front. is always the donation button is always updated. If you want to donate. Breaking The Meta: Yep. Bob Herndon: We take the donations. I work with a woman named Pam Woodley who is a retired actuary and we're both fortunate enough that we don't have to take pay for this. So all the money you give goes to the candidates and supporting those candidates. We support them. pay consultants to help them with their campaign. We ⁓ pay for a candidate convention every other year. We paid hotel rooms for them to people come up from Savannah. They need a hotel room for qualifying. We pay for things like that. So we're doing things. It's a very efficient way to support candidates who don't get any support. We love John Ossoff in Georgia. John Ossoff is growing gate great. He's got $25 million. I think that's going to be enough, but he's going to raise even more. and our candidates need a little bit of love as Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Well, I look forward to having a conversation two years from now and finding out that there aren't 22 or 21 counties that are running unopposed, but none of them are running unopposed. Bob Herndon: I will call you the minute it happens. I'll call you before then. I've already recruited, I recruited a guy on Saturday of qualifying for 2028. I was like, dude, dude, why didn't you call me a week earlier? We could have had you in now. So I was really frustrated about that, but there's only two of us and getting candidates is very tricky. The trickiest thing is how do you recruit a candidate to run in the district you don't win? Breaking The Meta: There you go. And yeah. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Bob Herndon: How do you find these people? We're the only kind of group that does this. And it's taken us years to figure this out. You try to find your local contacts, you contact the local party. ⁓ What happened for us was we got access to vote builder. Do you know what that is? So what vote builder is in Georgia is there's a giant database of all the voters in Georgia. And they're classified as it's run by the secretary of state. Breaking The Meta: I do not. Mm. Bob Herndon: Each of the parties get it. And in our previous Democratic party of Georgia, they would sell our candidates vote builder for 400 bucks as a way for the party to make money, which is kind of, Hey, you're running for office. You got to pay money for the get access to your voters. Little bit of kind of a ripoff. Well, we got Charlie Bailey is our new leader and he donated vote builder to our candidates. So our candidates don't have to pay 400 bucks. Breaking The Meta: Okay. Sure. Wow. Bob Herndon: which is can be, know, 10 to, you know, five to 25 % of your campaign for our guys. And that basically turned into a $30,000 donation to us that we give to our candidates. And what we did and what we found to be successful to find other candidates, we have statewide access. We're looking up House District 170. We pull all the voters out of 170. They're... Breaking The Meta: Mm-hmm. Wow. Yeah. Bob Herndon: Lean Democrat, strong Democrat, undecided, lean Republican, strong Republican. We pull out all the strong Democrats and there's anywhere from 1500, no matter how low the the district is, there's anywhere from 1500 to 2000 strong Democrats. And we sent them a text. Were you interested in running against Johnny Jones? We get some back and we talk to the person. We find out if they're interested and we've gotten some great candidates that way. ⁓ we do it's anything we can. had our guy running for attorney general who recommended us somebody. We've had people find us on the internet, join us. It is a, it's not a needle in a haystack, but it's almost, you know, it is hard to find people in some of these districts where Democrats have never run. Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Yeah. Bob Herndon: And you talked about, you know, spreading it to other states. I would love to have the money to hire, hire people. I feel my cousin lives in Kansas. If this was in Kansas and they could do this, it would turn blue or quicker. They have a blue governor, you know, in places like Arkansas, Mississippi, where, Hey, you know, you're going to run. No, there's no infrastructure to support you, but if you could get that infrastructure. Breaking The Meta: Mm. Mm-hmm. Bob Herndon: And we do work with national groups as well. We work with Run for Something that recruits young people. And we work with Contest Every Race, who sends out texts to a lot of people. So we're trying to coordinate with them and coordinate with the Democratic Party of Georgia. And we also work with the Georgia Democratic House Caucus, who are desperately trying to be in the majority. Being in the minority sucks. It's terrible. Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Hmm. Bob Herndon: You have no power and they pass terrible bills and we do the best we can, but it's exhausting. Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Well, if you're listening to this and you happen to work for a different state or care about a different state and you're interested in starting something like this, contact, so you put something in the comments, whatever, and we'll get you in touch with Bob. And maybe we can form a different group in all these states ⁓ and maybe we can slowly, slowly get. Bob Herndon: Yeah. Will they get the change we want? Breaking The Meta: Yeah, yeah. Bob, thank you so much for coming in here and spending some time and letting us hear about all the amazing work you guys are doing in Georgia. And I look forward to, I've already interviewed a few people running ⁓ for different seats in Georgia. And I hopefully look forward to ⁓ meeting and inter. Yeah, absolutely. I look forward to it. Bob Herndon: ⁓ yeah. Look at our candidates. some, some of our candidates come on. That would be great. And I just, ⁓ I really admire you for doing the work you do. And it's important work to have media out there that is speaking out, speaking truth to power, helping people get organized, helping, giving people hope. Mike, you're giving us hope with all the stories. Breaking The Meta: Thank you. Bob Herndon: from around the place. And that's what we need more than ever right now. Keep that light shining, brother. You're doing it. You're doing it. Breaking The Meta: Yeah. Yeah, I appreciate that. And I do tell everyone, if you want to feel a little hope, watch these interviews, because these people that are running across the country are some of the most amazing people that I have interacted with in my entire life. Like just down to earth, good people that love this country, that love people that care, that want to make a real change. And they didn't want to do this. They didn't, they had no desire be where they're at, but they said, I see this issue and they decided to stand up and it's just amazing. Yeah.
