• 0:18
Speaker 1: say is repetitive, forgive us. It's difficult to hear in here,

Speaker 1: price tag on it or anything like that. It was
• 1:43
Speaker 1: just a small group question and she was looking for
• 1:47
Speaker 1: your input on political strategy or Glenn Maxwell's answer. It

Speaker 1: quite a while ago. I haven't been there in quite

Speaker 1: and twenty ten. Wait probably question do you remember why
• 5:37
Speaker 1: you were there? Answer? It could have been it could

Speaker 1: Answer just to say hi? Question how did you get
• 5:49
Speaker 1: invited to the house? Answer? A lot of times I

Speaker 1: to say hi? And vice versa. Question did Glenn Maxwell

Speaker 1: do the same thing? She would text him and see

• 6:30
Speaker 1: many times do you say that you've been to the

Speaker 1: Clinton home? Mister Waite, very few too. Question, Okay, you're
• 6:37
Speaker 1: visiting the president former president of the United States and
• 6:40
Speaker 1: don't know why you're there or if Glenn Maxwell, your
• 6:43
Speaker 1: girlfriend was with you? Callen jumps in. I don't think
• 6:47
Speaker 1: he said that she was with him, he doesn't recall. Wait,
• 6:50
Speaker 1: she could have been. She definitely could have been. I'm
• 6:53
  Speaker 1: just not saying I recall her. I can't recall a
• 6:55
Speaker 1: specific time when she was when I was there with her,
• 7:00
Speaker 1: mister spector, Miss Mace, If I may just clarify for
• 7:03
Speaker 1: the record for a second, the two thousand and seven
• 7:05
Speaker 1: meeting that we opened the hour with, was that not
• 7:08
Speaker 1: at one of Clinton's residences, mister Waite, That was at
• 7:12
Speaker 1: Secretary Clinton's residence in the area, in the Washington, DC area. Specter,
• 7:17
Speaker 1: So there was one meeting at a Clinton residence where
• 7:20
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell was there. Answer that one, Yes, she was.
• 7:23
Speaker 1: She was for that one, Mace. You recall that one
• 7:26
Speaker 1: answer yes question, but not the other two times in Chappaquah. Answer,
• 7:31
Speaker 1: I don't recall if she was with me. No, she
• 7:32
Speaker 1: could have been. I'm sorry. I'm just trying to be
• 7:35
Speaker 1: as exactuate as I can. Mace. Let's okay, all right?
• 7:39
Speaker 1: Do you have a scheduler that schedules you? Answer? I
• 7:43
Speaker 1: do not right now, I don't previous to that. I
• 7:45
Speaker 1: have question back in two thousand and three to twenty
• 7:48
Speaker 1: ten timeframe, would you have had a scheduler. Wait, typically yes,
• 7:53
Speaker 1: question would this document still exist, like your calendar, your meetings,
• 7:57
Speaker 1: et cetera. Who was there? Wait? I don't believe they do,
• 8:01
Speaker 1: but I'd be happy to check to see if they do. Mace.
• 8:04
Speaker 1: Would you have you put your meetings with Clinton on
• 8:07
Speaker 1: your calendar? Answer? I don't know. Question Okay, answer. If
• 8:11
Speaker 1: it was a formal event, it would have been on
• 8:13
Speaker 1: my calendar. Question. So the dinner in Hong Kong or
• 8:16
Speaker 1: whatever that was would have been on your gets cut
• 8:19
Speaker 1: off by weight? That was not on my calendar. That
• 8:21
Speaker 1: was a very impromptu thing, Mace, very impromptu thing. Wait.
• 8:25
Speaker 1: I texted Doug band and when I saw the Clintons
• 8:29
Speaker 1: were in town, and that would have not been done
• 8:31
Speaker 1: through my scheduler. Mace, And I think this was asked earlier,
• 8:34
Speaker 1: but I wanted to clarify. You have had a massage
• 8:37
Speaker 1: that was set up by Glenn Maxwell. Have you ever
• 8:40
Speaker 1: had a massage set up by Glenn Maxwell? Wait? I
• 8:43
Speaker 1: believe so there was a document that said yes. Question Okay,
• 8:47
Speaker 1: do you know how many times that happened? Wait? I
• 8:49
Speaker 1: don't know how many times, Mace. Do you know when
• 8:52
Speaker 1: this was Wait? That document was two thousand and four
• 8:55
Speaker 1: I believe. Question And do you know how many times
• 8:58
Speaker 1: it happened? Answer? No, question once five times, ten times
• 9:02
  Speaker 1: a dozen. Answer, I don't know. I get frequent therapeutic
• 9:06
Speaker 1: sports massages. I never had a massage of the sexual nature.
• 9:10
Speaker 1: Question where do you generally receive these massages? If Glaine
• 9:13
Speaker 1: Maxwell organized massage for you, where would have it had been?
• 9:18
Speaker 1: Answer this one? Do you want me to refer to
• 9:20
Speaker 1: the document in general? Mace? In general? In general? I
• 9:22
Speaker 1: don't recall answer or question. I don't have any documents
• 9:26
Speaker 1: in front of me. Question I would typically have a
• 9:29
Speaker 1: normal massuse that was a certified licensed massage therapist that
• 9:32
Speaker 1: was highly qualified for a sports type massage. Question. If
• 9:36
Speaker 1: you've admitted that Glaine Maxwell had organized a massage or
• 9:40
Speaker 1: some massages for you, where would it have been? Wait,
• 9:44
Speaker 1: she does one for me? Gets cut off by callen.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: The document indicates she may have organized one massage. Wait
• 9:51
Speaker 1: one massage in Florida. Mace, did you have any reason
• 9:54
Speaker 1: to suspect this messuse was then a minor? Wait? No, Mace,
• 9:58
Speaker 1: did they look young? Wait no, I don't remember the messuses,
• 10:02
Speaker 1: but that would not have happened. Question Okay, that's all
• 10:05
Speaker 1: I have for now specter if I may just follow
• 10:08
Speaker 1: up on a couple of documents that were mentioned in
• 10:11
Speaker 1: the last hour. Introduced in the last hour, I believe
• 10:14
Speaker 1: it's a minority exhibit f the email with the subject
• 10:17
Speaker 1: line WG wicked Glaine. Just to make sure the record
• 10:21
Speaker 1: is clear, you, I think testified that you you know
• 10:23
Speaker 1: very clearly you do not know that what she's referring
• 10:26
Speaker 1: to with regard to a trip with three eighteen year olds,
• 10:30
Speaker 1: it seems but your applied do tell you naughty girl?
• 10:33
Speaker 1: What did you mean by naughty? Answer? I mean again,
• 10:36
Speaker 1: I don't recall the specific message. This is her being
• 10:39
Speaker 1: kind of funny and smart. I don't recall any situation
• 10:43
Speaker 1: with three eighteen year olds, So I don't remember what
• 10:45
Speaker 1: this was. Question and my apologies. I know you've had
• 10:49
Speaker 1: a relationship with miss Maxwell. So was naughty more of
• 10:52
Speaker 1: a sexual reference or was it a reference to some
• 10:54
Speaker 1: sort of untoward thing? Answer? No, I think she Yeah,
• 10:58
Speaker 1: she's saying she was wicked. Doesn't mean she did something,
• 11:01
Speaker 1: you know, it's more like clever question, So you don't
• 11:04
Speaker 1: think maybe you were referencing her doing something? A moral answer?
• 11:08
Speaker 1: I don't read anything sexual into this. In this note.
• 11:11
Speaker 1: Question but regardless of sexual otherwise a moral or illegal answer.
• 11:16
Speaker 1: I don't see that in this no question, and you
• 11:19
Speaker 1: don't recall knowing about any immoral cuts them off and
• 11:22
Speaker 1: definitely not question. And then again minority exhibit. I believe
• 11:26
  Speaker 1: it's c r D is the JP Morgan statement that
• 11:29
Speaker 1: reflects a seven point two million dollar deposit that was
• 11:33
Speaker 1: made to Glenn Maxwell. I believe you testified that was you,
• 11:36
Speaker 1: you know, essentially something that you did to ensure that
• 11:39
Speaker 1: she could continue the lifestyle that she had come to have.
• 11:44
Speaker 1: Is that right answer? Yeah, it was the end of
• 11:46
Speaker 1: our relationship. Like I said, she was devastated. I felt bad.
• 11:50
Speaker 1: Question did she communicate with you that she had financial trouble? Answer?
• 11:54
  Speaker 1: I don't recall her communicating financial troubles, but I don't
• 11:57
Speaker 1: believe she had significant resources. Question why did you think
• 12:02
Speaker 1: she didn't have the resources to continue? Because, if I may,
• 12:06
Speaker 1: was the house that she was in New York she
• 12:08
Speaker 1: owned that prior to dating you? Is that right answer?
• 12:11
Speaker 1: She told me she did. Question, so why would she
• 12:14
Speaker 1: need seven point two million to continue, you know, a
• 12:16
Speaker 1: lifestyle that she had seemingly before you dated her? Answer? Yeah,
• 12:20
Speaker 1: for the upkeep. I just thought it was the right
• 12:22
Speaker 1: thing to do. Question. Did Miss Maxwell, did either of
• 12:25
Speaker 1: you a request or go through with any form of
• 12:28
Speaker 1: non disclosure agreement or any kind of agreement about disclosing
• 12:33
Speaker 1: information about the other? Answer not that I know of. Question,
• 12:37
Speaker 1: so she never asked you to keep anything confidential about
• 12:39
Speaker 1: your relationship with her? Answer no question, Ms Cathay, Did
• 12:44
Speaker 1: you mention that she owned the house prior to you
• 12:46
Speaker 1: dating you and that's what she told you? Did you
• 12:49
Speaker 1: have any reason to believe that was not the case,
• 12:51
Speaker 1: that someone else owned the house and she stayed there.
• 12:54
Speaker 1: Answer no, Specter, and I'm sorry. One last light aside.
• 12:59
Speaker 1: We were talking about fundraisers and other things having to
• 13:01
Speaker 1: do with the Clintons, and I just want to be clear.
• 13:04
Speaker 1: Did you ever give any money to the White House
• 13:06
Speaker 1: Historical Society or Association while President Clinton was President of
• 13:10
Speaker 1: the United States? Wait, not that I can recall, Not
• 13:14
Speaker 1: that I know of. No, mister Spector. Did you ever
• 13:17
Speaker 1: attend any functions for the White House Historical Society or
• 13:20
Speaker 1: Association while President Clinton was president? Mister wait, no, not
• 13:25
Speaker 1: that I can recall. All Right, folks, we're going to
• 13:27
Speaker 1: wrap up right here and in the next episode dealing
• 13:30
Speaker 1: with the topic, we're going to pick up where we
• 13:32
Speaker 1: left off. All the information that goes with this episode
