- 0:00Speaker 1: What's going on? It's Romeo.
- 0:01Speaker 2: I don't know how we got caught up on it,
- 0:03Speaker 2: but we just got caught up talking about the NFL
- 0:05Speaker 2: and the Cowboy game and the fans, and wow, it
- 0:09Speaker 2: got out of hand.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Check it out. All right, let's talk.
- 0:11Speaker 2: About driver's ed, teaching your kids to drive, what happened.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Maybe something happened crazy when they were teaching you how
- 0:18Speaker 2: to drive.
- 0:19Speaker 1: I mean, I remember, and does anybody know this, any.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Of you teachers out there, anybody? When did they stop
- 0:27Speaker 2: teaching driver's ed.
- 0:28Speaker 1: In high school?
- 0:30Speaker 2: When I was in school, when I was in high school,
- 0:35Speaker 2: part of the semester or the semester of class was
- 0:38Speaker 2: broken up between health and driver's ed.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Which, by the way, kind of a crazy combination.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Are you going to teach us about sex and cars
- 0:49Speaker 2: in the same semester?
- 0:50Speaker 3: All right.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Maybe that's why a lot of people have sex in cars.
- 0:53Speaker 1: You ever think about that?
- 0:56Speaker 4: But....
- 0:57Speaker 1: It was taught in school.
- 0:58Speaker 2: So you would get with three other kids, and it
- 1:02Speaker 2: was a Dodge Dart or something like that. So, yeah,
- 1:09Speaker 2: does anybody remember when they stopped teaching driver's ed in school?
- 1:13Speaker 2: And I'll tell you one of the things. A lot
- 1:15Speaker 2: of you guys say these kids today, they don't want
- 1:18Speaker 2: to drive. But that's part of the reason. Because we
- 1:22Speaker 2: used to, when you were in school, that was the
- 1:23Speaker 2: whole thing. You were waiting for that driver's ed class.
- 1:28Speaker 2: So that's one of the reasons kids don't want to
- 1:30Speaker 2: drive as much anymore. They're not in a hurry. Rd4254,
- 1:34Speaker 2: 7 to 7. So, yeah, I thought it was, I'll
- 1:40Speaker 2: tell you when my dad taught me how to drive.
- 1:43Speaker 2: We owned a family, we had a family farm. So
- 1:47Speaker 2: we go out there and my dad gets a tall boy, says,
- 1:49Speaker 2: get in the car, let's go drive around the family farm.
- 1:52Speaker 1: So we took off. Just kind of funny. So that's
- 1:55Speaker 1: how I learned to drive. What happened when you learned
- 1:58Speaker 1: to drive?
- 1:58Speaker 2: Already 4-2, 5-4, 7-7, or what happened when you had
- 2:01Speaker 2: to teach.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Somebody to drive?
- 2:03Speaker 2: I always thought we had a crazy teacher who taught
- 2:07Speaker 2: us driving. It was always the crazy guy. He had
- 2:10Speaker 2: no fear, just always calm. I don't even know how
- 2:14Speaker 2: you find that person. Just calm and no fear whatsoever.
- 2:17Speaker 2: The guy might have been high all the time. Maybe
- 2:19Speaker 2: it was a burnout, but they found the right guy
- 2:21Speaker 2: to teach us how to drive.
- 2:23Speaker 1: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7. I mean, it's scary, man, getting in a car
- 2:28Speaker 1: with somebody that don't know how to drive.
- 2:30Speaker 2: And it's scary for you learning how to drive, right?
- 2:32Speaker 1: It's just, that's why I.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Think I would have to let somebody else teach somebody
- 2:38Speaker 2: how to. I could not teach you how to drive.
- 2:40Speaker 2: I'd have to let somebody else do it. It's just, man,
- 2:43Speaker 2: it's scary.
- 2:44Speaker 1: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 2:45Speaker 2: And now that I've seen some of you drivers out
- 2:48Speaker 2: there on the road today, it's almost like nobody's teaching
- 2:51Speaker 2: you how to drive. already four two five four seven
- 2:54Speaker 2: to seven good morning how what's going on yes you
- 2:56Speaker 2: guys are talking about the first time driving yeah what happened.
- 3:00Speaker 5: Oh my god my dad took me.
- 3:02Speaker 6: Driving when i was 16 to the back way and
- 3:05Speaker 6: i was going fast and um he was like.
- 3:08Speaker 4: Slow down and then a dog came in.
- 3:10Speaker 5: Front of my the car and i flicked on the
- 3:12Speaker 5: steering wheel and covered my.
- 3:14Speaker 4: Eyes no you didn't Yes, I did.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Did you hit the dog?
- 3:21Speaker 4: No, I did not hit the dog. I hit the
- 3:25Speaker 4: steering wheel right away, and I was like, oh.
- 3:27Speaker 7: My God.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Oh, so your dad grabbed the wheel?
- 3:35Speaker 4: Yes.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Did he let you drive after that?
- 3:39Speaker 8: No, he took me home.
- 3:43Speaker 1: We're talking about driving, right? What happened? When you learned.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Good morning, how's it going on?
- 3:48Speaker 3: Hey, what's up, Rome?
- 3:49Speaker 1: Hey, Ruben, what's going on, man?
- 3:51Speaker 9: Man, Rome, you know the Yukon, the lifted Yukon that
- 3:54Speaker 9: we used to.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Roll around in?
- 3:55Speaker 5: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 3:56Speaker 3: And the old lady shows, you know what I mean?
- 3:58Speaker 9: Well, I tried showing the girls how to drive, Rome,
- 4:00Speaker 9: but man, I took my daughter for a drive back
- 4:03Speaker 9: there on, what was that, Rudd?
- 4:05Speaker 3: Rome, we ended up in the middle of the field.
- 4:07Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 4:08Speaker 9: Because they started going.
- 4:09Speaker 3: To the side.
- 4:09Speaker 9: You know, the little roads back there are a little bouncy. Man, Rome,
- 4:12Speaker 9: I tell her, get out of the driver's seat. I
- 4:14Speaker 9: went back home, and I tell you what, I didn't
- 4:15Speaker 9: teach any of my girls how to drive.
- 4:17Speaker 3: The old lady did it. I couldn't do it, Rome.
- 4:20Speaker 3: My anxiety, man, PTSD, everything, Rome.
- 4:23Speaker 9: I look loony out there, and I feel all scared.
- 4:25Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 4:27Speaker 1: Oh, absolutely, man.
- 4:28Speaker 2: You've got to have a certain type of, I mean,
- 4:31Speaker 2: you've got to have a certain type of, You know, stress.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Level, you got to have a certain type of patience.
- 4:36Speaker 3: I don't give a you know what, you know what
- 4:38Speaker 3: I mean?
- 4:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I have a buddy who's like that. He don't care.
- 4:41Speaker 2: He will roll anywhere with any. He's just so laid back.
- 4:44Speaker 2: I don't know how he can do it.
- 4:46Speaker 9: Well, my uncle from Victorville over there, he has about
- 4:49Speaker 9: like 10 acres. And the girls were little, and I
- 4:52Speaker 9: think Samantha was probably like nine. And he said, oh,
- 4:54Speaker 9: I'm going to take them for a ride.
- 4:56Speaker 3: And he had a van, a big old caravan.
- 4:59Speaker 9: And all of a sudden, the van drives off, and
- 5:01Speaker 9: he's standing on the outside, and the kids are gone
- 5:03Speaker 9: in the van doing donuts out there and stuff. I'm like, deal, deal.
- 5:06Speaker 3: They never drove before. He's like, it's okay. It's my property.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Anything they hit, it's mine. He said, don't worry about it.
- 5:11Speaker 1: That's wild.
- 5:12Speaker 3: The only tree out there on my end is the
- 5:15Speaker 3: one they hit it. One tree in the middle of
- 5:18Speaker 3: the field, she had to hit it. Samantha was younger.
- 5:20Speaker 9: My answer was 10, and Samantha was about 8.
- 5:23Speaker 1: That's hilarious.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Oh, man. But, yeah, I was like, what are you doing?
- 5:27Speaker 9: But, yeah, you got to have some kind of other
- 5:29Speaker 9: mind to teach people how to drive because when you're
- 5:32Speaker 9: in control of that steering wheel, it's kind of a
- 5:33Speaker 9: crazy feeling when they're doing something crazy.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Yeah, that's wild.
- 5:36Speaker 3: All right, Roman. All right, Roman.
- 5:38Speaker 10: Yeah, that's wild, man.
- 5:40Speaker 2: I mean, you got to have a certain type of something.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Something that I don't have, I'll tell you that much.
- 5:46Speaker 2: All right, 842-547-7. Driver's Ed, man, what happened?
- 5:51Speaker 1: Good morning, how's it going on?
- 5:52Speaker 5: You're talking about teaching people how to drive?
- 5:54Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:54Speaker 4: I can only imagine what you've got to say.
- 5:56Speaker 1: What happened?
- 6:04Speaker 4: Okay, we were barely, like, teaching her how to drive, but, like,
- 6:08Speaker 4: we were letting her, like, reverse the car and stuff
- 6:09Speaker 4: like that. So my husband goes to go work on
- 6:13Speaker 4: a car at his friend's house, and while we go,
- 6:14Speaker 4: you know what I mean? Because we're in the front yard,
- 6:16Speaker 4: so we're hanging out. So he tells my daughter, hey,
- 6:19Speaker 4: he's sitting in the back, and he tells my daughter, hey,
- 6:21Speaker 4: just reverse the car. She's like, okay, how do I
- 6:24Speaker 4: do it? So we put it in reverse. She slams
- 6:26Speaker 4: on the gas, and he has to jump forward. He
- 6:29Speaker 4: hits his face and, like, has to push the brake
- 6:31Speaker 4: with his hand. And then his friend almost had a
- 6:34Speaker 4: heart attack. He was like, oh, my God, double-tipped my
- 6:36Speaker 4: neighbor's car and we just got good with my neighbors.
- 6:38Speaker 4: And I was just like, oh, heck no. I told
- 6:41Speaker 4: my daughter never again. So now she tries to tell
- 6:43Speaker 4: me to teach her how to drive. I'm like, you
- 6:45Speaker 4: better tell your dad. I start sweating.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Wow that's uh wow all right and.
- 6:56Speaker 4: Then what gets me it's like she gets mad because
- 6:59Speaker 4: i'm teaching my 17 year old now my son but
- 7:02Speaker 4: it's like he knows and my daughter she's like so
- 7:05Speaker 4: nervous she's like mom when i get a car i'm
- 7:07Speaker 4: gonna buy a sticker she already ordered the sticker don't
- 7:09Speaker 4: honk at me i'm probably already crying i cannot teach
- 7:17Speaker 4: my older daughter i cannot oh.
- 7:18Speaker 1: That's funny Yeah.
- 7:21Speaker 4: All right.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Thanks for calling. Bye.
- 7:25Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 7:25Speaker 1: All right. 842-547-7.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Driver's Ed, man, what happens when you're teaching the kids
- 7:30Speaker 2: to drive? Or when you learn how to drive?
- 7:32Speaker 11: 842-547-7.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Good morning. How's it going on?
- 7:34Speaker 12: Oh, man. I remember my time teaching somebody how to drive. Man,
- 7:39Speaker 12: I let them drive while I'm drunk, so I wouldn't
- 7:43Speaker 12: say nothing.
- 7:45Speaker 4: What?
- 7:47Speaker 12: I'm drunk, and I let them drive, so I won't
- 7:49Speaker 12: say nothing.
- 7:51Speaker 1: What is wrong with you?
- 7:53Speaker 12: There ain't nothing wrong with me.
- 7:56Speaker 11: Come on, man.
- 7:57Speaker 12: Because every time when someone teaches somebody how to drive,
- 8:00Speaker 12: they always have something to say while the person is driving.
- 8:02Speaker 3: I ain't trying to get in an accident.
- 8:04Speaker 1: What do you mean? You have to say something. You
- 8:07Speaker 1: could crash.
- 8:09Speaker 12: Yeah, but off of a stop sign that's coming up
- 8:12Speaker 12: in 15 seconds and you still speeding, I ain't going
- 8:15Speaker 12: to say nothing. If you don't know how to stop,
- 8:17Speaker 12: then you don't know how to stop.
- 8:18Speaker 1: You're right, but what if they crash?
- 8:21Speaker 12: Yeah, you're right, because one time we crashed in front
- 8:25Speaker 12: of a stop sign one time. Damn same what happened
- 8:29Speaker 12: to that dog.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Oh, God. What is wrong with you?
- 8:32Speaker 12: But if I would have said something, they probably would
- 8:35Speaker 12: have hit the damn cat, too.
- 8:40Speaker 1: You're an idiot. What is wrong with you? I'm sorry.
- 8:43Speaker 11: What's wrong with you?
- 8:44Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 8:46Speaker 2: All right.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Thanks for calling. Hey, wait.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Who are you teaching to drive?
- 8:50Speaker 3: The kids.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 8:55Speaker 5: All right.
- 8:58Speaker 1: All right, later.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Better teach him why you drive so he won't say nothing,
- 9:00Speaker 3: you know.
- 9:01Speaker 1: All right, all right. Rules to live by. All right, later.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Don't drink. All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Has anybody ever taught an adult to drive? Have you
- 9:13Speaker 2: ever done that? I mean, all the stories are about
- 9:16Speaker 2: teaching your kids to drive. Have you ever had to
- 9:18Speaker 2: teach an adult to drive? Good morning, how's it going?
- 9:20Speaker 13: What's up?
- 9:21Speaker 8: Good morning.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Hi, what's up?
- 9:24Speaker 8: So my brother taught me how to drive stick shift,
- 9:27Speaker 8: and my sister taught me how to drive automatic because
- 9:32Speaker 8: when I learned how to drive, my parents didn't want
- 9:34Speaker 8: to get us our license until we were 18 because
- 9:36Speaker 8: they didn't want to pay for no driving classes. But
- 9:39Speaker 8: I had already moved out to L.A. from Bakersfield for college. Okay.
- 9:45Speaker 8: So while I was taking my driving test, I had
- 9:49Speaker 8: to learn in L.A., first of all. That's pretty crazy.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Hold on, hold on.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Let me ask you one question first before we finish
- 9:55Speaker 2: this story. Why did you have to learn to drive
- 9:59Speaker 2: a man? and an automatic because once you can learn
- 10:03Speaker 2: the manual how do you an automatic's easy.
- 10:09Speaker 8: My brother had a, what was it, a Ford Ranger.
- 10:13Speaker 10: Okay.
- 10:14Speaker 8: And, you know, we would go everywhere together because he
- 10:16Speaker 8: was 18 before me. So, like, he just, he wanted
- 10:19Speaker 8: to teach me how to do that.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Okay.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Okay.
- 10:22Speaker 12: Because, you know, we would go out.
- 10:24Speaker 8: To concerts and stuff. And, you know, he had a
- 10:27Speaker 8: manual truck, so.
- 10:29Speaker 1: I get it.
- 10:31Speaker 14: I get it.
- 10:31Speaker 10: I get it.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I'm just curious. I was just curious why you.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Had to learn to drive both when one, when one,
- 10:38Speaker 2: the hardest one is the manual and the other one's easy.
- 10:41Speaker 2: The other one's like a video game.
- 10:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:44Speaker 3: I can barely drive still now.
- 10:46Speaker 8: I can't, I can't even see you in my backup camera.
- 10:53Speaker 2: All right.
- 10:54Speaker 1: So what happened in LA? You're driving. What went down?
- 10:57Speaker 8: Okay, so I have my driving test, and they said
- 11:00Speaker 8: turn left.
- 11:01Speaker 3: I went right.
- 11:02Speaker 14: And I was like, oh.
- 11:05Speaker 4: They're like, no, no.
- 11:07Speaker 8: I was like, oh, my God, oh, my God, oh,
- 11:09Speaker 8: my God, I'm failing. But I still got my license
- 11:11Speaker 8: that day.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Oh, you failed, huh?
- 11:16Speaker 4: I didn't fail.
- 11:17Speaker 8: I still got it.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Really?
- 11:19Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 11:20Speaker 3: Wow.
- 11:21Speaker 8: They're just like, she's probably dyslexic.
- 11:24Speaker 1: No wonder why you can't drive still.
- 11:26Speaker 2: I just want everybody to know I got a 100%
- 11:28Speaker 2: on my driving test.
- 11:31Speaker 5: Well, good for you.
- 11:32Speaker 8: You are the smartest man in Kern County, right?
- 11:36Speaker 15: I would hope so.
- 11:37Speaker 1: And I drive better than you guys. All right.
- 11:41Speaker 8: Very true.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Anyway, you took your test in L.A., though?
- 11:45Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 11:46Speaker 12: Wow.
- 11:47Speaker 1: They just handed out licenses. It was so hard. It
- 11:49Speaker 1: was so hard.
- 11:51Speaker 8: I did it in my, it was.
- 11:55Speaker 13: It was a 2002 Ford.
- 11:56Speaker 8: Taurus that had a bad radiator. So I had everything
- 12:01Speaker 8: against me.
- 12:03Speaker 1: That's awesome. Hey, thanks for calling. That's great.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Oh, I'd love to talk to the guy who runs
- 12:10Speaker 2: the driving school. With that, all your kids have to
- 12:13Speaker 2: go take lessons from him. I bet he has some stories.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Learning to drive. What happened when you did it? All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Good morning. How's it going on?
- 12:22Speaker 13: Hey, Romeo.
- 12:24Speaker 5: Hey, what's up?
- 12:24Speaker 1: What's up?
- 12:26Speaker 10: So, my first driving time.
- 12:31Speaker 5: It was in an L.A. freeway.
- 12:33Speaker 4: Oh!
- 12:35Speaker 8: I was scared to death. I had a sub deli
- 12:39Speaker 8: job at the time. And my manager said, take this delivery.
- 12:41Speaker 13: He said, I don't have a license.
- 12:43Speaker 5: He said, just go. Go ahead.
- 12:47Speaker 4: I didn't know that this destination.
- 12:50Speaker 5: Was only through a freeway. And I don't know how
- 12:54Speaker 5: I made.
- 12:54Speaker 8: It alive, but I got through it. And that's how
- 12:58Speaker 8: I taught myself how to drive.
- 12:59Speaker 4: It was a white Corolla, beat-up little car, but that
- 13:03Speaker 4: was my first time.
- 13:04Speaker 8: And ever since, I've learned how to drive.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Was it an automatic or a stick?
- 13:08Speaker 5: It was automatic.
- 13:09Speaker 2: You literally got into a car and drove the L.A.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Freeway for the first time.
- 13:15Speaker 13: I don't know how I did it.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Wow.
- 13:17Speaker 3: I don't know how I did it.
- 13:20Speaker 4: That's impressive.
- 13:23Speaker 1: That is very impressive. All right. Thanks for calling. No problem.
- 13:29Speaker 5: Good morning.
- 13:31Speaker 4: Wow.
- 13:31Speaker 1: That's impressive.
- 13:32Speaker 3: All right.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Eight, four, two, five, four, seven, a seven. Yo Rome.
- 13:35Speaker 2: I taught myself how to drive. Like I said, learning
- 13:40Speaker 2: to drive. Do you cheat somebody?
- 13:41Speaker 1: What happened?
- 13:42Speaker 2: People today drive far worse than back in the day.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Okay.
- 13:48Speaker 10: And why?
- 13:49Speaker 13: I don't know.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Because whoever's teaching you? I mean, maybe it's because you're idiots?
- 13:54Speaker 1: I have no idea. But, you know, we got.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Some of the worst drivers on the road right now.
- 14:01Speaker 2: It's got to be since millennials, right? What if you
- 14:06Speaker 2: had to guess? Hey, Rome, I'm a truck driver. You
- 14:09Speaker 2: should see how stupid some people drive.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Oh, I see it. Good morning. What's going on?
- 14:13Speaker 11: What's up, bro?
- 14:14Speaker 1: What up, man?
- 14:16Speaker 11: I taught myself how to drive, but that's the simple part.
- 14:20Speaker 11: I was stationed in Germany when I was in the military,
- 14:23Speaker 11: and all of their cars in Germany is all six.
- 14:26Speaker 11: Never drove a six before when I was 18, 19
- 14:29Speaker 11: years old, renting a car out there. And when I
- 14:35Speaker 11: say Germany, you don't have a speed limit, so trying
- 14:37Speaker 11: to teach yourself how to drive a stick out there
- 14:40Speaker 11: is the most interesting thing ever.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Wait, so when you went to Germany, you had to
- 14:45Speaker 2: teach yourself how to drive.
- 14:47Speaker 1: A stick shift?
- 14:48Speaker 11: Yeah, I had to teach myself how to drive manual.
- 14:51Speaker 1: That's fun.
- 14:52Speaker 2: You didn't have nobody that you were in the military
- 14:55Speaker 2: with that could help you?
- 14:56Speaker 11: Oh, everything I had was automatic.
- 15:00Speaker 1: All right, man.
- 15:05Speaker 5: All right.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Did you have an accident?
- 15:08Speaker 11: No, but I probably talked about three or.
- 15:14Speaker 12: Four of them.
- 15:15Speaker 11: They got them steep heels. So if you don't know
- 15:18Speaker 11: how that touch pad feels good in the first year,
- 15:21Speaker 11: you stall out every time.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Yeah, every time. All right, man. Thanks for calling.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Maybe that's why people today are such idiotic drivers, because
- 15:32Speaker 2: they never learned.
- 15:33Speaker 1: How to use a manual.
- 15:35Speaker 2: I mean, maybe if you had a manual transmission, you'd
- 15:38Speaker 2: know what's up instead of everybody with auto drive, autopilot.
- 15:41Speaker 1: What's it called? What's automatic?
- 15:47Speaker 2: I mean, maybe that's why these people all suck at driving,
- 15:50Speaker 2: because you never learned how to drive a real car.
- 15:52Speaker 1: All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Learning to drive, man. What happened? Good morning, Al.
- 15:58Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 15:59Speaker 4: Yo, Ron, what up, man?
- 16:00Speaker 1: What up, brother?
- 16:01Speaker 10: All right, look, here we go.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Let's face you.
- 16:05Speaker 11: Now, my mom taught me how to drive.
- 16:07Speaker 15: The first thing I ever just did, the only thing
- 16:09Speaker 15: I've ever, even nowadays, I drive a six-speed.
- 16:11Speaker 11: I don't drive automatic.
- 16:12Speaker 15: I don't like automatic.
- 16:14Speaker 11: Okay. Anybody can say, oh, well, you never drove an L.A.
- 16:16Speaker 15: Yeah, I'm from L.A.
- 16:17Speaker 11: I still don't care.
- 16:18Speaker 10: I don't like automatic.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Okay.
- 16:20Speaker 11: It's a lot more problem.
- 16:21Speaker 15: So here's the problem. They came out with these self-parking
- 16:24Speaker 15: vehicles and these lights that go on when someone's in
- 16:28Speaker 15: your blind spot.
- 16:29Speaker 11: So you're so.
- 16:29Speaker 15: Dependent on the car, you don't realize that that car
- 16:32Speaker 15: ain't going to tell you everything.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Okay.
- 16:35Speaker 15: Well, that's what I'm saying.
- 16:36Speaker 5: That's why I was curious. Did they stop putting blinkers
- 16:39Speaker 5: in cars, too?
- 17:00Speaker 13: Oh, well, yeah, it's like they kind.
- 17:01Speaker 15: Of stopped people from being born with common sense.
- 17:05Speaker 6: It's kind of the same thing, you know.
- 17:07Speaker 9: Like, I mean, if it's not a TikTok room, they're
- 17:11Speaker 9: not going to do it.
- 17:12Speaker 1: All right, man. Thanks for calling. Yeah, I don't know.
- 17:17Speaker 2: We got some of the worst drivers on the road
- 17:19Speaker 2: in Bakersfield, and I don't know how we got there.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Good morning, how's it going on?
- 17:23Speaker 7: Romeo, you know why people can't drive in Bakersfield?
- 17:25Speaker 13: Why?
- 17:26Speaker 5: Because it's a thug life, Romeo. It's a home-based capital.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Sometimes I just think you sit at home all day
- 17:38Speaker 2: and call to say stupid things to me.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Like that's just what you think about.
- 17:43Speaker 4: No, not at all.
- 17:44Speaker 5: I'm a reflection of what I'm hearing. So I'm kind
- 17:47Speaker 5: of like bouncing back the energy you give me.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Okay. All right.
- 17:51Speaker 4: Get out.
- 17:54Speaker 2: Why can't people drive in Bakersfield? Because the road rage capital. Yeah,
- 17:59Speaker 2: I don't think that's it. I think it's because you
- 18:03Speaker 2: got a bunch of idiots with auto park and auto
- 18:05Speaker 2: drive and you only got to drive an automatic and
- 18:08Speaker 2: you don't really learn.
- 18:09Speaker 1: How to drive a car. That's what I think. All right.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Driving lessons, right?
- 18:15Speaker 2: I don't know who's giving them out today, but you're
- 18:17Speaker 2: doing a terrible job because we have some of the
- 18:19Speaker 2: worst drivers.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Ever.
- 18:21Speaker 2: And it's not just in Bakersfield. It's in the world,
- 18:24Speaker 2: the country. I mean, we're terrible drivers. Why can't you
- 18:27Speaker 2: people learn to drive? And what happened when you learned?
- 18:29Speaker 2: All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7-8, Rome. I'm on 20th Street, downtown Bakersfield.
- 18:35Speaker 2: I just got hit by someone.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Well, okay. What happened? And that's what I'm saying. Why
- 18:43Speaker 1: did you get hit? What happened? All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7-8.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Now, Romeo, you know damn well this bee knows exactly
- 18:53Speaker 2: how they parked and would probably still argue they parked perfectly.
- 18:58Speaker 2: It's entitled Idiocracy that makes these morons drive the way
- 19:04Speaker 2: they do.
- 19:04Speaker 1: What did she write here? Oh, and sent me a
- 19:07Speaker 1: photo of it. And it's usually, you know what's even funnier?
- 19:11Speaker 2: It's usually some clown in a, you know, car that sucks.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Let me put it to you like that.
- 19:19Speaker 4: All right.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Eight, four, two, five, four, seven to seven. Hey, Rome.
- 19:23Speaker 2: I'm from Los Angeles. And the reason Bakersfield people can't
- 19:26Speaker 2: drive because they don't know how they don't have the
- 19:28Speaker 2: experience with traffic or pedestrians. Bakersfield barely starting to grow.
- 19:34Speaker 2: So they're only starting to learn to drive. They don't
- 19:36Speaker 2: know how to yield for pedestrians. They don't know how
- 19:39Speaker 2: to make a left turn without an arrow telling them
- 19:43Speaker 2: how to turn. And they have no idea what to
- 19:47Speaker 2: do in different weather conditions because of the lack of experience.
- 19:50Speaker 1: They're just dumb. Hey, you might be right.
- 19:55Speaker 2: I want to know why they don't know how to
- 19:56Speaker 2: use a blinker, and I want to know why they
- 19:59Speaker 2: think it's okay to make a U-turn anywhere they want.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Remember the old days when we would drive? If you
- 20:06Speaker 2: missed your turn, you'd drive around the block.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Remember that? Or you'd hit the net.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Yeah, now they just make U-turns or just stop in
- 20:14Speaker 2: the middle of the road and back up.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Yeah, I've seen that too. And Monday night.
- 20:18Speaker 2: No, no, Monday night football is not until Monday. I
- 20:20Speaker 2: will see you Monday night football at just wing it
- 20:22Speaker 2: at the marketplace for, like I said, Monday night football.
- 20:25Speaker 2: You got the Bills and Rams playing.
- 20:27Speaker 1: So it'll be a good game. Five o'clock.
- 20:29Speaker 2: We'll check it out. Wing specials, beer specials, drink specials.
- 20:32Speaker 2: handing out some tickets, things like that. But what happened
- 20:35Speaker 2: last night? There was a game last night that I
- 20:38Speaker 2: did not watch. I literally watched the last minute and
- 20:42Speaker 2: 16 seconds of it because I had no interest in it.
- 20:47Speaker 2: I just thought the Cowboys were going to come out,
- 20:49Speaker 2: Tampa Bay's 0-1-4, their quarterback's out. I didn't think it
- 20:54Speaker 2: was going to be a game at all, and for
- 20:56Speaker 2: some reason just didn't have any interest in watching football. Well,
- 20:59Speaker 2: apparently the Cowboys didn't have any interest in playing either.
- 21:02Speaker 2: Because they went out and got their asses handed to them.
- 21:04Speaker 2: Dak Prescott did what Dak Prescott does. Throws an interception
- 21:08Speaker 2: to blow the game, which was, well, blow a chance
- 21:11Speaker 2: to win the game. Like I said, I saw the
- 21:14Speaker 2: last minute and 16 seconds of it.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Them Cowboys. Somebody texted me. 8-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Yo, Rome, are they still them boys? Although, Roland told me.
- 21:26Speaker 2: I got to give Roland credit. He did tell me
- 21:29Speaker 2: that the Cowboys, after eight games, would be 3-5. And
- 21:33Speaker 2: he's our resident Cowboy fan. So what are they, two
- 21:37Speaker 2: and three now? So they're on their way.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Who do they play next? The Cowboys are so bad.
- 21:43Speaker 2: What was funny was, what was even funnier about it
- 21:47Speaker 2: was they went to Jerry Jones, right?
- 21:50Speaker 1: Oh, they got to play the Packers. They could probably
- 21:51Speaker 1: beat the Packers. The Eagles, the Eagles suck right now. Oh, no, Roland,
- 21:55Speaker 1: you're wrong. They'll probably win the Packers and the Eagles.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Might not win the Cardinals.
- 22:00Speaker 9: Yeah, anyway.
- 22:01Speaker 2: So what was funny was they went to once Dak
- 22:06Speaker 2: Prescott throws the interception, they still have three timeouts left.
- 22:10Speaker 1: So they still have time to get the ball back, right?
- 22:12Speaker 1: If they can just stop them three times, punt.
- 22:15Speaker 2: It, they'll get the ball back with like 50 seconds
- 22:17Speaker 2: or something like that, right? But like the second run
- 22:22Speaker 2: or the second or third run, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- 22:26Speaker 2: running back runs for a first down.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Jerry Jones just gets up. and walks out.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Of the suite before the game's even over. You can
- 22:34Speaker 2: tell he was pissed. It was funny. Walk out on
- 22:38Speaker 2: your own team. Who knows where he was going? I
- 22:41Speaker 2: was in Dallas, right? So he was probably going to
- 22:43Speaker 2: yell at the team or something.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Who knows?
- 22:45Speaker 2: Go meet the team in the parking lot or meet
- 22:47Speaker 2: the team in the locker room.
- 22:51Speaker 1: That guy's so bad. Boy, that team's just terrible.
- 22:55Speaker 2: All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. Hey, good morning, Rome. Hey, it's
- 22:59Speaker 2: Falcon Joe here. Man, the sorry Cowboys lost me money
- 23:04Speaker 2: to an 0-14. Yeah, that's pretty embarrassing that the Cowboys
- 23:11Speaker 2: lost to the Buccaneers. 0-4, their starting quarterback was holding
- 23:16Speaker 2: the clipboard in his workout clothes. I don't even know
- 23:22Speaker 2: who the quarterback was. Like I said, I didn't watch it.
- 23:25Speaker 2: I watched the last minute, minute 16.
- 23:30Speaker 1: That's all I saw of the game. But, man, how
- 23:33Speaker 1: about that? Poor guy lost money. Lost money on the Cowboys.
- 23:37Speaker 2: You got to be an absolute moron to bet on
- 23:39Speaker 2: the Cowboys just because there's never a guaranteed win with
- 23:42Speaker 2: the Cowboys.
- 23:43Speaker 1: They're that bad. Yeah, you should never bet on the Cowboys.
- 23:47Speaker 2: There's some teams you can guarantee a win, some matchups,
- 23:51Speaker 2: but never a Cowboys.
- 23:52Speaker 1: That's just stupid.
- 23:53Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, Jalen Daniels, the regular quarterback, is Baker Mayfield. Oh,
- 23:58Speaker 2: Jalen Daniels was the one who started for them? Yeah,
- 24:01Speaker 2: I never. I knew Baker Mayfield was the regular. I
- 24:07Speaker 2: knew Baker Mayfield was the regular quarterback.
- 24:10Speaker 1: I just didn't.
- 24:10Speaker 2: I thought he was hurt. I didn't know who the
- 24:11Speaker 2: backup was. All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Hey, Rome, I told my son, hey,
- 24:18Speaker 2: go to your boxing class. But no, he wanted to
- 24:20Speaker 2: stay home and watch the Cowboys lose.
- 24:22Speaker 1: He's pissed. Told him, I told him, son, don't make
- 24:26Speaker 1: the same mistakes I as me. You still young. Go
- 24:29Speaker 1: be a Rams fan since all other teams are L.A.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Too late for me, son. I'm 30 years in. 30
- 24:37Speaker 1: years of losing. Oh, my God. Good morning, Roma, Silos.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Here we go, man. Them Cowboys suck. So much talk
- 24:44Speaker 2: about it being their year this year. It's always every
- 24:47Speaker 2: year is their year. Every single year.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Good morning. Now what's going on is their year, according
- 24:51Speaker 1: to the Cowboys. What's up, man?
- 24:53Speaker 4: Hey, how about them boys, Romeo?
- 24:59Speaker 5: You know, they truly, their fan base is a reflection
- 25:02Speaker 5: of their team because they're losing at life and they're
- 25:04Speaker 5: losing on the field. I wonder if Calgar Rubin is
- 25:08Speaker 5: even going to call in today.
- 25:09Speaker 14: I bet he's out.
- 25:10Speaker 5: There getting lawnmower rage. He's helping everybody's yard this morning.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Lawnmower rage.
- 25:18Speaker 5: I bet you. Hey, how did the Buccaneers... Yeah.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Who's Jalen Daniels?
- 25:28Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 25:29Speaker 13: I never heard of him. That's so funny. You know,
- 25:38Speaker 13: that's the difference between the Raiders and the Cowboys. We
- 25:40Speaker 13: lost against an undefeated team. They lost against a team
- 25:44Speaker 13: that haven't won nobody.
- 25:46Speaker 12: Pathetic.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Yep, it is pathetic. Absolutely. Absolutely.
- 25:51Speaker 5: It was a good game. I can't wait to hear it.
- 25:53Speaker 5: I bet you Cowgirl Rubin's not going to call in.
- 25:55Speaker 5: I bet you.
- 25:56Speaker 1: We'll see what happens. We'll see what happens.
- 25:58Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 26:01Speaker 11: Later.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, the announcers made a comment.
- 26:08Speaker 1: I bet you they would have.
- 26:11Speaker 2: The announcers make a comment, boy, I bet you. They
- 26:15Speaker 2: would love to go to that room and get Joey
- 26:17Speaker 2: Porter Jr. out of that sick bed. The only thing
- 26:20Speaker 2: he's sick about is that he don't have a new contract.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Joey Porter Jr. does play for the Cowboys now.
- 26:28Speaker 2: Remember he was traded from the Steelers the other day?
- 26:30Speaker 1: He didn't play.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Like I said, I only watched the last minute and whatever,
- 26:36Speaker 2: 16 seconds.
- 26:39Speaker 1: JP Jr. didn't play last night.
- 26:42Speaker 2: I know he is looking for a new contract, but
- 26:45Speaker 2: he said, okay. Um, my boy Roland thinks the Cowboys
- 26:50Speaker 2: are not going to keep, uh, Joey Porter Jr. They
- 26:52Speaker 2: think they, I don't know why he thinks that, but
- 26:55Speaker 2: Roland kind of Cowboy fan, the one that I think
- 26:58Speaker 2: knows the most about it, but now we'll see what happens.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Yo Rome, the Cowboys suck. Make a Cowboy song.
- 27:05Speaker 1: No, I'm good.
- 27:07Speaker 2: The Cowboys know that, you know, what's funny about the Cowboys.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Hold on.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Let me see what, uh, what Raider Joe said. Um,
- 27:14Speaker 2: Dax the 10 toes on his acronym.
- 27:18Speaker 1: What is that? Uh, um, what was I going to say?
- 27:27Speaker 2: Um, um, Oh, you know, you know, Jerry Jones is,
- 27:34Speaker 2: I don't know why the media is so invested in
- 27:39Speaker 2: Jerry Jones.
- 27:39Speaker 1: And let's be honest, the Cowboys suck. Okay.
- 27:42Speaker 2: They've never had a chance in hell in the last
- 27:45Speaker 2: 30 years to win a Superbowl.
- 27:47Speaker 11: Okay.
- 27:47Speaker 1: They've never, they were never good enough. They still aren't
- 27:50Speaker 1: good enough.
- 27:51Speaker 2: And, um, what's funny though is, um, What's funny though
- 27:58Speaker 2: is they still, Jerry Jones has the media in his pocket.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Like you would not believe, every single year, nobody goes
- 28:09Speaker 2: against Jerry Jones.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Cowboys are great. Cowboys are great.
- 28:12Speaker 12: No, they're not.
- 28:13Speaker 1: They suck. Dak is not a Super Bowl quarterback. Dak's
- 28:16Speaker 1: not even a playoff quarterback.
- 28:18Speaker 2: He's mediocre at best. But yeah, look at what's going
- 28:22Speaker 2: on right now. Somebody, I guess, while Dak was walking away,
- 28:27Speaker 2: said that was embarrassing as he was walking back to
- 28:30Speaker 2: the locker room.
- 28:31Speaker 1: And that's what they're talking about. Not the fact that
- 28:33Speaker 1: Dak sucks.
- 28:33Speaker 13: 8-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Good morning, Rome. It's Gilrod here.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Like I said, I'm glad my flag football team was
- 28:40Speaker 2: not called the Cowboys or the Raiders.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Cowboys are embarrassing. It was embarrassing last night.
- 28:46Speaker 2: Dak Prescott and the Cowboys every year are touted as
- 28:51Speaker 2: Super Bowl champions.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Before the year starts.
- 28:53Speaker 2: And then they just go in and bear Dak Prescott
- 28:55Speaker 2: is 11 years into his career and has literally failed
- 29:00Speaker 2: more than he succeeded. But yet Jerry Jones has just
- 29:04Speaker 2: got everybody convinced. That guy is a freaking genius.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Oh my God. How, how good is this guy at marketing?
- 29:11Speaker 1: Just unbelievable.
- 29:13Speaker 2: He might be better than, and we all, you know,
- 29:16Speaker 2: if you live in Southern California, you know, Jerry West
- 29:19Speaker 2: are not Jerry West.
- 29:20Speaker 1: Um, What's his name? The owner of the Lakers.
- 29:22Speaker 2: You know, he was the greatest marketer ever when he
- 29:27Speaker 2: bought the Lakers.
- 29:27Speaker 1: I can't think of his name right now.
- 29:29Speaker 2: But I think Jerry Jones is better than him because
- 29:33Speaker 2: he's got you. He's got everybody fooled. Well, not all
- 29:38Speaker 2: the Cowboy fans and apparently ESPN. Hey, good morning, Rome.
- 29:41Speaker 2: That last, that game last night was the worst I've
- 29:44Speaker 2: seen yet. I'm a huge cowboy fan and the defense sucks.
- 29:47Speaker 2: The Vegas odds must have been too high yesterday. I've
- 29:51Speaker 2: never seen a script play out as well. I think
- 29:54Speaker 2: it's funny how you guys all think the NFL scripted.
- 29:56Speaker 2: That is so embarrassing. Um, I will say this, but
- 30:00Speaker 2: look at Dak Prescott. Look at all these quarterbacks that
- 30:04Speaker 2: are 10, 11 years in that you... Who are the
- 30:07Speaker 2: best quarterbacks in the NFL?
- 30:09Speaker 3: You know?
- 30:10Speaker 1: Not Dak. I mean, not Kirk Cousins. Not.
- 30:16Speaker 2: What's the one for the Baltimore Ravens? I can't think
- 30:21Speaker 2: of his name right now. All that guy has done
- 30:24Speaker 2: is failed. You got Josh Allen. All he's done is fail. Herbert,
- 30:30Speaker 2: all he's done is fail. I mean, pick your quarterback.
- 30:35Speaker 2: They all are touted as some of the best quarterbacks
- 30:37Speaker 2: in the NFL to ever play the game, and all
- 30:40Speaker 2: they've done is fail.
- 30:43Speaker 1: What's really going on?
- 30:45Speaker 2: Cowboys literally every single year for the last how many
- 30:50Speaker 2: years has every single analyst in a On any sports show,
- 30:57Speaker 2: tell you, oh, the Cowboys are great. Cowboys, this is
- 30:59Speaker 2: their year. They're going to be a Super Bowl champ.
- 31:02Speaker 2: This is their year. Dak's amazing. Look what they did
- 31:04Speaker 2: last year. They failed last year. And in 11 years,
- 31:09Speaker 2: all Dak Prescott done is fail. But yet, this is
- 31:13Speaker 2: his year. Last night was his game.
- 31:16Speaker 8: R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 31:19Speaker 3: Yo, Romeo.
- 31:22Speaker 1: You don't know anything about football.
- 31:24Speaker 2: All those guys you named off, all those guys that
- 31:26Speaker 2: you've named off have great stats in the league.
- 31:30Speaker 9: Stats.
- 31:31Speaker 2: You need to check their stats before you start saying
- 31:33Speaker 2: they suck. Well, I know exactly what I'm talking about.
- 31:38Speaker 2: You're just an idiot because the goal is this.
- 31:40Speaker 1: The goal in professional sports is to win a championship.
- 31:44Speaker 1: That's all it is.
- 31:45Speaker 2: There's one goal. Win a championship. And you got X
- 31:50Speaker 2: amount of years to do it in your career.
- 31:53Speaker 1: But that is the goal. Stats are a consolation prize
- 31:57Speaker 1: for losers.
- 31:59Speaker 14: You were thinking about Jerry Buss and Lamar Jackson.
- 32:01Speaker 2: Yes, Jerry Buss was the greatest marketer I've ever seen
- 32:05Speaker 2: until whatever the hell this guy in Dallas does.
- 32:09Speaker 14: I call him the greatest salesman that ever lived.
- 32:12Speaker 1: Oh my God, he could sell me a.
- 32:14Speaker 3: He sells so much.
- 32:16Speaker 14: He got to... His whole, you should have seen him
- 32:19Speaker 14: last night.
- 32:20Speaker 10: There was a thing, they were Dave and Buster's.
- 32:22Speaker 11: That whole place was full, dude.
- 32:24Speaker 3: All Cowboy fans.
- 32:25Speaker 14: I'm just like, oh my God, they just like fall
- 32:28Speaker 14: for it every, and they fall.
- 32:30Speaker 3: For it every year, bro.
- 32:32Speaker 1: I know, I know. This guy's a genius.
- 32:34Speaker 2: The guy is the best marketing salesman ever.
- 32:38Speaker 1: He even got us all the ESPNs and everything.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Fox is all telling everybody how great they're going to
- 32:44Speaker 2: be every year.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Every year!
- 32:46Speaker 14: Hey, and then Tuesday he was on Dak Prescott. They
- 32:51Speaker 14: had a presser. He said, hey, the Gotti, the greatest
- 32:55Speaker 14: team ever. The greatest offense.
- 33:00Speaker 3: At least. Wait, let me read it for you.
- 33:05Speaker 14: It is the greatest offense there is.
- 33:09Speaker 2: Wow.
- 33:09Speaker 1: That's embarrassing.
- 33:12Speaker 14: And he stood ten toes on that Tuesday.
- 33:15Speaker 11: Well.
- 33:16Speaker 1: I do got to say this.
- 33:17Speaker 2: At least Raider fans waited until they were 3-0 to
- 33:19Speaker 2: start talking about how good they were.
- 33:22Speaker 14: You know what's funny, too? After the game Sunday, these
- 33:27Speaker 14: Cowboy fans came out of nowhere to me.
- 33:30Speaker 3: Who won today? Raider Joe, who won today? Who won today?
- 33:34Speaker 14: Did the Raiders win?
- 33:35Speaker 3: Did the Raiders win?
- 33:36Speaker 9: I didn't say nothing, dude.
- 33:37Speaker 11: I'm just like.
- 33:38Speaker 3: What are you talking about? You guys are 2-2.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Exactly. Well, now they're 2-3.
- 33:42Speaker 14: I didn't even respond, but you know what I did
- 33:44Speaker 14: last night?
- 33:44Speaker 10: Well, you know, they showed Jerry Jones walking out.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Walking out.
- 33:47Speaker 3: I just posted that. He walked out before the game.
- 33:50Speaker 1: I posted that.
- 33:51Speaker 9: I go, oh, no.
- 33:56Speaker 3: Me and my wife are watching.
- 33:57Speaker 14: They're making that drive, right?
- 33:59Speaker 9: And I go, the Cowboys are going to cowboy it
- 34:01Speaker 9: right now.
- 34:02Speaker 14: And sure enough, dude.
- 34:04Speaker 9: His homeboy in the hands, and it flew up.
- 34:06Speaker 3: And we looked at each other, and we.
- 34:08Speaker 12: Just started laughing.
- 34:09Speaker 1: That was hilarious. All right, Joe.
- 34:11Speaker 12: They just cowboy themselves, man, all the time.
- 34:13Speaker 14: All right, Joe.
- 34:14Speaker 3: Later, man.
- 34:16Speaker 1: I mean, yeah. Every year, every single year, you pick
- 34:23Speaker 1: a sports show. You pick a cowboy.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Jerry Jones is literally the greatest salesman in the history
- 34:32Speaker 2: of salesmanship. Either that or every single one of you
- 34:36Speaker 2: are the stupidest people on the planet.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Hey, Rome, I don't want to hear old.
- 34:41Speaker 2: Feta fries Ruben talking about any other team. This weekend
- 34:45Speaker 2: or next, his team is the real trash. Probably worse
- 34:49Speaker 2: than he thought, or even eating Feta Fries. Dak is
- 34:54Speaker 2: washed up, and man, they played BC yesterday and couldn't
- 34:58Speaker 2: even beat them.
- 34:59Speaker 1: Feta Fries, Reuben, sad Cowboy fans. Dude, I ain't gonna lie.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Jerry Jones, I mean, it's incredible, the pitch. It's just incredible.
- 35:11Speaker 1: I don't know why. I don't know if it's financial reasons.
- 35:13Speaker 1: I don't know if Cowboy... I kind of understand the.
- 35:16Speaker 2: Cowboy fans falling for Jerry Jones' sales pitch, right? Because
- 35:22Speaker 2: they're a bunch of delusional idiots who are, you know,
- 35:25Speaker 2: their lives suck, so they need something to grasp onto
- 35:27Speaker 2: to make themselves feel better.
- 35:29Speaker 1: They need some success, so they need the Cowboys to win.
- 35:31Speaker 2: But these analysts in the sports world who supposedly are
- 35:37Speaker 2: supposed to know things about sports, even they... just talk
- 35:41Speaker 2: about how great the Cowboys are, how great the Cowboys are.
- 35:45Speaker 1: They're not. Dak is about as.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Overrated as you can possibly get. And, I mean, hell,
- 35:53Speaker 2: I'd rather have drunk-ass Tony Romo back, don't you think?
- 35:55Speaker 1: Hey, Rom, Dallas sucks so bad.
- 35:59Speaker 2: They got beat by a rookie quarterback who wasn't even
- 36:01Speaker 2: drafted and by a team who was 0-4 and at home.
- 36:05Speaker 2: How about them boys? Yeah, how about them boys? It's just,
- 36:11Speaker 2: You know, the Cowboys have, what, lost for the last, what,
- 36:14Speaker 2: 30 years, something like that, however long it's been. But
- 36:19Speaker 2: the bigger thing is that how could you suck and
- 36:24Speaker 2: lose so pathetically for 20-plus years and you still believe
- 36:30Speaker 2: they have a chance every year?
- 36:31Speaker 1: Nothing's changed.
- 36:33Speaker 2: Nothing.
- 36:35Speaker 1: It's embarrassing. Or not embarrassing. That damn Jerry Jones, bro,
- 36:40Speaker 1: he is too... Boy, he is a salesman. Man, I
- 36:46Speaker 1: hope I never have to meet him. He might sell
- 36:47Speaker 1: me something I don't need. Hey, good morning, Rome. You're right.
- 36:51Speaker 2: And to be more specific, only five active QBs are
- 36:55Speaker 2: Super Bowl champs. They all have one each with the
- 36:57Speaker 2: exception of Mahomes. The rest are just a bunch of losers.
- 37:01Speaker 2: And between Mahomes and Brady, you have won 50% of
- 37:04Speaker 2: Super Bowls from the past 20 or so years.
- 37:07Speaker 11: I mean.
- 37:09Speaker 2: That's the goal. The goal is to win a Super Bowl.
- 37:13Speaker 2: And that's the only goal. Not to be number one
- 37:15Speaker 2: in passing. Not to have the most, I don't know,
- 37:20Speaker 2: rushing yards. All that stuff is just a consolation prize
- 37:24Speaker 2: for losers.
- 37:25Speaker 1: That's all all that is.
- 37:26Speaker 2: To make you feel better about the fact that you're
- 37:29Speaker 2: not good enough to win.
- 37:30Speaker 1: There's only one goal. There's only one goal.
- 37:36Speaker 2: To win the championships. There's nothing else. If you're not
- 37:42Speaker 2: there to win a championship, yeah, that's the only goal
- 37:49Speaker 2: every year. Every year when you go to work, that's
- 37:53Speaker 2: your goal to win a championship.
- 37:55Speaker 4: What up, brother?
- 37:57Speaker 11: I'm calling in, man.
- 37:58Speaker 3: I'm going to start a petition, man.
- 38:00Speaker 11: It's time for you to make a cowboy song.
- 38:03Speaker 1: The Cowboys are idiots.
- 38:04Speaker 11: It's time for you to make a Cowboys song.
- 38:06Speaker 14: How are they going to call themselves the greatest offense
- 38:09Speaker 14: there is and then do that last night?
- 38:13Speaker 3: Come on.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Yeah, they are an embarrassment to the NFL.
- 38:18Speaker 11: Jerry Jones is the new Al Davis.
- 38:22Speaker 5: Yeah, maybe.
- 38:24Speaker 3: Oh, no, there's no maybe about it.
- 38:25Speaker 11: He is probably one of the very last few owners
- 38:28Speaker 11: that does everything, and look what he's doing.
- 38:31Speaker 3: I know what it looks like. I know what it
- 38:32Speaker 3: looks like.
- 38:33Speaker 2: Yeah, but the bigger problem is how these NFL analysts
- 38:39Speaker 2: and these fans actually believe every single year the same
- 38:43Speaker 2: hype and they get the same result.
- 38:46Speaker 14: Yeah, but Jerry Jones is a door-to-door salesman. And he
- 38:52Speaker 14: happens to sell, quote-unquote, America's team.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Like it's the next best thing since my friend.
- 38:57Speaker 5: He is.
- 38:58Speaker 1: He is. He's got it. He is the best. The
- 39:00Speaker 1: very best.
- 39:01Speaker 14: Man, that is the carnival.
- 39:03Speaker 5: What's the guy at the carnival that gets you to
- 39:04Speaker 5: play the games?
- 39:05Speaker 3: That's what Jerry Jones is.
- 39:08Speaker 11: That's what Jerry Jones is.
- 39:09Speaker 10: And people fall for him every time.
- 39:12Speaker 5: He moves the shell on you when you pick it.
- 39:15Speaker 1: We're playing three-card body with Jerry.
- 39:18Speaker 7: Yeah, he moves.
- 39:20Speaker 12: They fall for it.
- 39:21Speaker 14: They fall for it every year. That's hilarious.
- 39:23Speaker 1: You got to make that song.
- 39:25Speaker 3: Everyone call in.
- 39:26Speaker 14: Let's get Ron to make the Cowboys song.
- 39:27Speaker 2: Oh, hell no.
- 39:28Speaker 1: Get out of here.
- 39:29Speaker 2: Later.
- 39:30Speaker 1: Doing those songs. Cowboy fans.
- 39:32Speaker 2: The problem with Cowboy fans, though, is they are so
- 39:37Speaker 2: stupid that they believe it every year. I mean, Raider
- 39:41Speaker 2: fans are not stupid or delusional. They are just stupid.
- 39:49Speaker 2: How do I say it? Emotionally tied to the Raiders.
- 39:55Speaker 2: They know they suck. A Raider fan, after a couple
- 39:58Speaker 2: of drinks and a moment by himself, will look at
- 40:02Speaker 2: himself in the mirror and go, you know what, we suck,
- 40:04Speaker 2: but I'm not saying that.
- 40:05Speaker 1: I'm not going to say that out loud.
- 40:07Speaker 2: Cowboy fans are so stupid, they actually believe they're going
- 40:11Speaker 2: to win every year and have been that for decades.
- 40:15Speaker 2: That's just delusions. It's stupidity. Last night, the Cowboys lost
- 40:21Speaker 2: to an 0-4 Buccaneers team. And when are you guys
- 40:27Speaker 2: going to realize they're not good? I mean, how many
- 40:30Speaker 2: decades have to go by before the so-called experts on
- 40:35Speaker 2: the ESPN or Fox Sports start to say, you know what?
- 40:38Speaker 1: They suck. You know what? They're not good.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Every single year, you dumbass Cowboys. I understand the dumbass fans.
- 40:47Speaker 2: Because you fans are idiots, okay? I understand that. You're
- 40:49Speaker 2: grasping at straws every year because you got nothing else.
- 40:52Speaker 1: I get that. But the analyst, Jerry Jones, has got
- 40:55Speaker 1: control of everybody. Oh, my God. The guy's just.
- 41:00Speaker 2: Incredible how much the salesman that he is.
- 41:04Speaker 1: Because, man, you people are stupid.
- 41:09Speaker 2: A-Rome, I don't know what you're talking about. It's the
- 41:12Speaker 2: NFL any given Sunday.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Yeah, you're right.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Any given Sunday. But you guys were 2-2 to begin with.
- 41:22Speaker 2: You weren't even... You didn't even have a winning record
- 41:27Speaker 2: to go into the game to lose to an 0-4 team.
- 41:29Speaker 1: So what are you talking about?
- 41:33Speaker 4: Idiots.
- 41:34Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, I wonder how many Cowboy fans woke up,
- 41:36Speaker 2: broke a TV this morning.
- 41:38Speaker 1: Who knows?
- 41:40Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, I've been a lifelong Cowboy fan, but they
- 41:42Speaker 2: always disappoint. They look good on paper, but bad coaches
- 41:46Speaker 2: and bonehead penalties will always.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Shoot you in the foot.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Okay. How long, how many times can you do that, though?
- 41:56Speaker 2: What's it been, 20 years? I'll just go 20 years.
- 41:59Speaker 2: I won't even, it's probably been 30.
- 42:01Speaker 1: But 20 years?
- 42:02Speaker 2: 20 years you've had bad coaching, bonehead penalties.
- 42:07Speaker 1: For 20 years?
- 42:08Speaker 3: Yes.
- 42:12Speaker 2: Even the Raiders stopped getting as penalized as they used
- 42:16Speaker 2: to get. You can't blame that on coaches and bonehead
- 42:23Speaker 2: penalties for 20 years.
- 42:25Speaker 1: It's your owner.
- 42:26Speaker 2: And your owner's got you bamboozled to thinking that he's
- 42:30Speaker 2: one of the greatest owners in the NFL, but he's
- 42:33Speaker 2: the problem. That guy is the best salesman in the
- 42:40Speaker 2: history of the world.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Either that or you guys are that stupid.
- 42:49Speaker 2: Hey, it's called Hope Rome. Everyone can have hope, especially
- 42:51Speaker 2: Cowboys and Raiders fans. Well, hope is for losers who
- 42:59Speaker 2: have nothing else going on in their life except hope.
- 43:03Speaker 2: Winners don't need hope because we're succeeding in life.
- 43:07Speaker 3: Good morning. What's up?
- 43:09Speaker 12: And what do you think about the game?
- 43:11Speaker 1: Oh, I don't know.
- 43:12Speaker 2: I only watched the last minute, 16 seconds of it
- 43:15Speaker 2: to see Dak blow it for him.
- 43:17Speaker 12: That's all.
- 43:19Speaker 14: Right, right, right.
- 43:21Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 43:22Speaker 14: The Dallas Cowboys, they mad right now.
- 43:26Speaker 1: They should be. They suck.
- 43:29Speaker 3: Yeah, trash. Who took him out to trash?
- 43:32Speaker 12: Thank you for letting me in the trash can. Have
- 43:37Speaker 12: a good day, bro.
- 43:38Speaker 2: I mean, at some point, you got to be honest
- 43:42Speaker 2: with yourself and say, Dak Prescott is trash, the Cowboys suck,
- 43:48Speaker 2: and never going to win a Super Bowl. Hey, Rome,
- 43:53Speaker 2: and you know what's funny about it is, Look at
- 43:57Speaker 2: the Raiders. The Raiders went from Al Davis to his son. Now,
- 44:01Speaker 2: until he's gone.
- 44:03Speaker 1: The Raiders are never going to win a Super Bowl.
- 44:05Speaker 1: They're going to suck. Tom Brady's trying to get that.
- 44:07Speaker 2: Team, and maybe he will, maybe he won't, and maybe
- 44:09Speaker 2: they'll get better. But when Dallas, when Jerry Jones is
- 44:15Speaker 2: not running that team anymore... His sons or his son
- 44:19Speaker 2: is going to be running that team. You think he's
- 44:21Speaker 2: not going to do the exact same thing that his
- 44:22Speaker 2: dad did? That's what these guys do. So the Cowboys
- 44:25Speaker 2: are going to suck for a couple more decades also. Hey, Rome,
- 44:29Speaker 2: it's Niner Nick. The Niners on the road in Seattle.
- 44:31Speaker 2: It's a tough place to play. Seattle has a good
- 44:33Speaker 2: fan base, very loyal.
- 44:35Speaker 1: Well, what else would you got? You live in Seattle. Oh,
- 44:38Speaker 1: my God.
- 44:39Speaker 2: The only thing you have is sports there. Can you
- 44:41Speaker 2: imagine having to live in Seattle?
- 44:43Speaker 11: No.
- 44:44Speaker 1: R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7. Yo, Rome, it's been 30 years.
- 44:44Speaker 4: Get it right.
- 44:45Speaker 2: 30 years.
- 44:45Speaker 1: Could you imagine 30 years Jerry Jones has had you
- 44:47Speaker 1: on the hook? I mean, 30 years.
- 44:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 44:48Speaker 1: Even those women in those relationships....
- 45:13Speaker 2: Are smart enough to leave before 30 years. I mean,
- 45:18Speaker 2: my God, he's been telling you he's going to leave
- 45:20Speaker 2: his wife, telling you he's going to marry you, telling
- 45:24Speaker 2: you he's going to change.
- 45:25Speaker 1: Even they're smart enough to leave at some point. But
- 45:28Speaker 1: 30 years, you idiots are still there. Good morning. How's
- 45:32Speaker 1: it going on?
- 45:33Speaker 5: Romeo, would you guys stop carrying the Cowboys to the Raiders?
- 45:37Speaker 11: They're making us look bad.
- 45:39Speaker 1: Oh, they're in the same boat. They're the exact same team.
- 45:41Speaker 11: No, no, no.
- 45:42Speaker 5: The Jets. Compared to the Jets or the Chargers, because
- 45:44Speaker 5: we've actually improved.
- 45:48Speaker 1: No, you haven't.
- 45:50Speaker 2: You have not improved. You just think you have. You
- 45:53Speaker 2: guys are idiots, too. Did you send me here? Jerry
- 45:58Speaker 2: Jones is in it to make money. I don't think
- 46:00Speaker 2: Jerry Jones is in it to make money. Jerry Jones
- 46:02Speaker 2: has got enough money. I think Jerry Jones is in
- 46:05Speaker 2: it to win a Super Bowl, and he won't. Yo,
- 46:08Speaker 2: Rome Falcon Joe here. Do you have a Cowboys song
- 46:12Speaker 2: like you do?
- 46:12Speaker 1: No, I don't. I don't have a Cowboys song. The
- 46:14Speaker 1: Niners song is not mine, by the way. I found that.
- 46:17Speaker 1: Somebody else made that. I just found that years ago.
- 46:19Speaker 2: Hey, watch the Cowboys documentary on Netflix if you haven't yet.
- 46:24Speaker 2: It will all make sense after spoiler alert. It's Jerry
- 46:29Speaker 2: Jones' fault. I've seen the documentary, at least most of it.
- 46:33Speaker 2: It is Jerry Jones' fault, but.
- 46:37Speaker 2: My God, how genius of a salesman is Jerry Jones?
- 46:41Speaker 2: He's got all of you morons convinced every single year,
- 46:46Speaker 2: like literally convinced that you're going to win a Super Bowl.
- 46:52Speaker 1: For 30 years. And all he does is lose.
- 46:57Speaker 2: He's just a mad genius when it comes to salesmanship.
- 47:02Speaker 1: The guy is just insanely ridiculous.
- 47:07Speaker 2: So apparently after the Cowboys game, the valet driver told
- 47:10Speaker 2: Dak embarrassing, and then Dak kept walking, and he looked back,
- 47:14Speaker 2: and then the valet driver said, yeah, you heard me. Oh, yeah,
- 47:17Speaker 2: I saw the video. They asked the coach about it.
- 47:20Speaker 2: They asked Dak about it. Yeah, I saw the video.
- 47:23Speaker 2: It was embarrassing, though. And the bad part about it
- 47:27Speaker 2: is I thought Dak handled it pretty good. I mean,
- 47:33Speaker 2: you can't argue with Dak Prescott's professionalism. The guy is
- 47:39Speaker 2: a class act 100%. From 11 years in the league,
- 47:45Speaker 2: the guy's a class act. Now, you might ask his
- 47:47Speaker 2: ex-girlfriend or his ex-fiance if he's a class act.
- 47:49Speaker 1: That might be a different story. But on the.
- 47:51Speaker 2: Field and in public, he's been a class act. But
- 47:56Speaker 2: he's a mediocre quarterback.
- 47:59Speaker 1: He's not good. He's mediocre.
- 48:02Speaker 14: I mean.
- 48:04Speaker 2: Yeah, which is unfortunate because the guy seems to be.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Well, I don't know. I guess you'd have to ask
- 48:11Speaker 1: his ex what he's really like. R-D-4-2-5-4-7-S-7.
- 48:20Speaker 2: It's been 42 years for the Raiders since they've won
- 48:23Speaker 2: a Super Bowl, but Fader Dave thinks they improved. Exactly.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Raiders have not improved at all because you won... Three.
- 48:34Speaker 2: Games against three lousy teams, and then when you play
- 48:40Speaker 2: the standard, you get beat, and that's improvement for you?
- 48:43Speaker 1: I mean, my God, what an embarrassment.
- 48:48Speaker 9: I don't know how many times I've had to call
- 48:49Speaker 9: back about the Raiders.
- 48:50Speaker 12: We're back, baby.
- 48:52Speaker 3: We are back, and no one can tell us anything.
- 48:57Speaker 3: We are back.
- 48:58Speaker 2: You can't be that stupid. You really can't be that stupid. Wait,
- 49:04Speaker 2: how are you back? Explain to me how you're back.
- 49:06Speaker 11: Okay, explain?
- 49:07Speaker 3: We got Coach Kubiak, a.k.a. Kyle Shanahan Jr.
- 49:12Speaker 8: So that's how you start off an organization, because you
- 49:14Speaker 8: guys were nothing.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Without Andy Reid.
- 49:16Speaker 3: And then you guys get Andy Reid, you.
- 49:18Speaker 9: Get your little quarterback.
- 49:19Speaker 15: Okay, we did too.
- 49:20Speaker 3: Mendoza. And then we got Clay Kubiak.
- 49:23Speaker 9: And we got all these coaching staff that is smart.
- 49:25Speaker 14: And we're just scheming up, fools. That's what we're doing.
- 49:28Speaker 3: We're scheming up.
- 49:29Speaker 5: You guys are struggling.
- 49:30Speaker 3: The camp city was struggling.
- 49:31Speaker 15: You guys, we outplayed you.
- 49:33Speaker 14: We had time of possession. We had everything outplayed you guys.
- 49:36Speaker 5: Everybody.
- 49:37Speaker 1: Who won the game? Who won the game?
- 49:39Speaker 3: Yeah, we won the game.
- 49:41Speaker 2: You can't be that stupid. I mean, Raider fans are
- 49:44Speaker 2: literally that. That might be the dumbest in Bakersfield. Seahawk Lou,
- 49:49Speaker 2: Raider Dave, you guys just got outshined by that idiot.
- 49:54Speaker 2: You've accomplished nothing. Absolutely nothing this year.
- 50:00Speaker 3: Nothing.
- 50:02Speaker 1: But you're back. We're back, baby. Raiders are back. What
- 50:06Speaker 1: a moron.
- 50:08Speaker 2: I can't believe, I honestly feel sorry for how stupid
- 50:13Speaker 2: some of you are.
- 50:14Speaker 1: I mean, my God, how do you wake up in
- 50:17Speaker 1: the morning?
- 50:18Speaker 2: I feel absolutely sad for you and your life if
- 50:21Speaker 2: you're that stupid.
- 50:23Speaker 15: Hey, what's up, Rome? It's Seahawk Lou.
- 50:25Speaker 1: What up, Lou?
- 50:26Speaker 15: Hey, I'm loving it, Rome. This is a good morning
- 50:30Speaker 15: for me, man. This is a good morning for me,
- 50:35Speaker 15: listening to all these Raider fans and the Cowboy fans,
- 50:41Speaker 15: and they're all upset and making excuses.
- 50:43Speaker 1: You just got out dumbassed again, Lou. Now you're number three.
- 50:47Speaker 15: How to be a Raider fan, huh?
- 50:50Speaker 2: Well, Raider fans are top two, but you're number three.
- 50:55Speaker 1: Well, at least you still got the bronze, Lou, in dumbassery.
- 50:58Speaker 10: So you're good.
- 50:59Speaker 4: Damn, man.
- 51:01Speaker 15: I told you, Rome. I'm not no number two. There's
- 51:04Speaker 15: plenty of people, man.
- 51:07Speaker 1: Well, all right. All right, Luke. Get out of here.
- 51:11Speaker 7: All right, Rome.
- 51:12Speaker 1: Yeah, what's going on?
- 51:15Speaker 2: That was another Raider fan who ran out of minutes,
- 51:18Speaker 2: couldn't call back.
- 51:19Speaker 1: Hey, Rome, please stop talking about my boys. Let's change
- 51:21Speaker 1: the conversation. I get it. We suck. Yeah, you guys suck,
- 51:26Speaker 1: all right. Hey, Rome.
- 51:30Speaker 2: The Cowboys just lost at home to the Bucs 0-4.
- 51:34Speaker 2: They're 2-3, third in their own division behind the Giants
- 51:37Speaker 2: and the Giants. And Jerry's already out there saying he's
- 51:41Speaker 2: extraordinarily disappointed.
- 51:42Speaker 1: It's not a bad week. That's the same team it's
- 51:45Speaker 1: been for years. Prime time.
- 51:48Speaker 2: Prime time brand, bottom tier defense, and a head coach
- 51:51Speaker 2: who can't close the game. How bad are the Cowboys
- 51:54Speaker 2: right now? Well, they're just as bad as they were
- 51:56Speaker 2: for the last 30 years.
- 51:58Speaker 1: Yeah, how's it going on?
- 51:59Speaker 2: Another Raider fan who ran out of minutes.
- 52:04Speaker 1: Maybe you should buy a plan instead of getting those prepaids.
- 52:08Speaker 1: Let's see here. Hey, yo, Rome, it's Headbutt Raider.
- 52:12Speaker 2: Just wanted to say I do not approve of that
- 52:16Speaker 2: Raider fan. Well, you got to be a special kind
- 52:20Speaker 2: of stupid to call and say what he just said.
- 52:22Speaker 1: Hey, Rome, that guy's new nickname that just.
- 52:25Speaker 2: Called is named Raider Lou.
- 52:29Speaker 1: Oh, I don't know. R-D-4-2-5-4, 7-7.
- 52:36Speaker 2: Dodgers went 30 years also without a championship, and we
- 52:40Speaker 2: held on.
- 52:40Speaker 1: But for my Cowboys, it may be 60 years.
- 52:44Speaker 10: Maybe.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Here's the difference, though.
- 52:46Speaker 2: And I don't know a lot about the history of baseball,
- 52:50Speaker 2: if I know anything. Were the Dodgers a standard for
- 52:54Speaker 2: winning and success in baseball before the 30-year gap?
- 53:00Speaker 1: That's the problem.
- 53:01Speaker 2: The Cowboys are a standard, were a standard for success.
- 53:07Speaker 2: It's embarrassing what they are today and have been for
- 53:11Speaker 2: the last, what, three decades? So when you look at
- 53:16Speaker 2: certain organizations like the Yankees, I think the Yankees, weren't
- 53:19Speaker 2: they a standard for success in Major League Baseball? But
- 53:24Speaker 2: I don't think they've taken a decade-long break to win, right?
- 53:29Speaker 2: I'm not totally sure about baseball, but there are a
- 53:32Speaker 2: few teams in the NFL that were a standard for success.
- 53:36Speaker 2: And the Cowboys were one of them. And it's embarrassing
- 53:39Speaker 2: who they've become. I mean, look at the Lakers. The
- 53:43Speaker 2: Lakers were a standard. And they had a couple of
- 53:46Speaker 2: years falling off, but since Jerry Buss took them over. Yeah,
- 53:51Speaker 2: Jerry Buss bought them. and created the Showtime Lakers. They've
- 53:55Speaker 2: been a standard for success. And to this day, they're
- 53:58Speaker 2: still a standard. I mean, they've never taken decades off
- 54:01Speaker 2: without winning championships.
- 54:03Speaker 3: Hey, what's up, Rome?
- 54:04Speaker 1: What up, Rue?
- 54:05Speaker 12: Man, Rome, my daughter's mad at me right now.
- 54:09Speaker 14: Oh, well.
- 54:11Speaker 10: Hey, we met up at that NBA 2. I played
- 54:13Speaker 10: at the soccer practice. Her and her friends were hanging out.
- 54:17Speaker 10: And then I walked in, and all I told her was,
- 54:18Speaker 10: I told you so. And I tell you what, Rose,
- 54:21Speaker 10: she hasn't talked to me all night. She didn't want
- 54:23Speaker 10: to talk to me this morning. She's all mad at me.
- 54:25Speaker 3: And I told her, get over it, girl.
- 54:27Speaker 14: It's all about making money.
- 54:28Speaker 10: It's not about playing, you know what I mean, like that.
- 54:30Speaker 10: I said, it was obvious they were going to lose
- 54:32Speaker 10: to this team because they suck.
- 54:35Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 54:36Speaker 1: Well, first of all, it wasn't obvious they were going
- 54:38Speaker 1: to lose. The Buccaneers are pretty bad.
- 54:41Speaker 10: Well, when it's that easy, they're going to– when it's
- 54:44Speaker 10: that easy for the Cowboys, they always lose.
- 54:47Speaker 4: Okay.
- 54:48Speaker 1: Okay. You know what I mean?
- 54:51Speaker 11: And so my boy over here right now at work,
- 54:53Speaker 11: I told him, I said, I take it we're not
- 54:54Speaker 11: going to the Super Bowl.
- 54:56Speaker 10: And he's like, oh, that was just a little bump
- 54:58Speaker 10: in the road, Ruben.
- 54:59Speaker 14: You don't even know. That's just a little bump.
- 55:02Speaker 7: We got this this year.
- 55:03Speaker 3: And I'm like, poor guy.
- 55:06Speaker 1: Yeah, he's an idiot. That's pretty sad.
- 55:09Speaker 4: All right.
- 55:09Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 55:10Speaker 1: All right, Ruben.
- 55:11Speaker 11: But, yeah, I'm sorry. I love you, but I just
- 55:14Speaker 11: try to keep it real, baby girl.
- 55:16Speaker 1: You know, I'm sorry. All right. Later, Ruben.
- 55:18Speaker 4: Later, bro.
- 55:19Speaker 1: All right, what's going on?
- 55:21Speaker 7: Hey, Romeo, don't move on and change.
- 55:24Speaker 5: The subject so fast. This is the Cowboys' day.
- 55:26Speaker 10: They've earned this day.
- 55:27Speaker 2: I'm going to tell you dumbass Raider fans to stop calling.
- 55:31Speaker 6: You know, we've done enough losing that, It's okay for
- 55:36Speaker 6: us to chime in. We haven't been able to speak
- 55:39Speaker 6: on our team for a long time other than us sucking.
- 55:42Speaker 6: And I know it's early in the season, but wait
- 55:45Speaker 6: until the playoffs, and Raider Day will still be here.
- 55:48Speaker 1: Oh, God, get out of here. See what I mean?
- 55:51Speaker 2: It's the Cowboys' day to be made fun of, but
- 55:54Speaker 2: Raider fans, they can't help themselves. They just can't stand
- 55:58Speaker 2: the fact that somebody's being embarrassed more than them.
- 56:04Speaker 1: I mean, it's just embarrassing. It's ridiculous.
- 56:08Speaker 2: Hey, room, guys like that just ruin it for all
- 56:10Speaker 2: the legit Raider fans. I am very realistic Raider fan
- 56:14Speaker 2: and understand because we have won a couple of games
- 56:16Speaker 2: doesn't mean we're going to the big game, but can
- 56:19Speaker 2: say this.
- 56:20Speaker 1: The Cowboys are trash. Poor Ruben.
- 56:23Speaker 2: Hope he can see that his team is no good.
- 56:26Speaker 2: He must have a winter rye seed in his eyes.
- 56:29Speaker 2: That's why he can't see that they suck. No, Ruben
- 56:31Speaker 2: always says the Cowboys suck. Rome, the only reason why
- 56:34Speaker 2: the Raider fans winning because of Kirk Cousins for the Cowboys,
- 56:38Speaker 2: they need to get rid of coaching and actually get
- 56:40Speaker 2: experienced coaches. Yeah, Kirk Cousins will fade out just like
- 56:46Speaker 2: he's always done in his career. Cowboys are trash like
- 56:52Speaker 2: your radio station.
- 56:53Speaker 1: Well, then why are you listening? How stupid do you
- 56:58Speaker 1: have to be.
- 57:01Speaker 2: To call the radio station trash Yet you still listen
- 57:04Speaker 2: to it.
- 57:06Speaker 1: Must be a Raider fan. Hey, Ron, the Cowboys suck. Oh,
- 57:11Speaker 1: my God.
- 57:12Speaker 5: Bro, it's me.
- 57:15Speaker 13: You've got to give them a break.
- 57:17Speaker 5: Of course they will feel some type of way when.
- 57:19Speaker 6: You're known for nothing.
- 57:22Speaker 5: And known for failure.
- 57:23Speaker 3: And someone is coming and taking that.
- 57:26Speaker 5: Known for nothing.
- 57:28Speaker 7: Known for failure.
- 57:29Speaker 5: Like, it's the only thing that they have. So they
- 57:32Speaker 5: have to fight over it.
- 57:33Speaker 4: Like, you know, we're not going to talk about their wins.
- 57:36Speaker 5: We're not going to talk about their success.
- 57:38Speaker 7: And you're giving somebody else the attention.
- 57:40Speaker 5: Of being a loser.
- 57:42Speaker 14: How dare you?
- 57:43Speaker 5: How dare you?
- 57:45Speaker 4: Damn.
- 57:49Speaker 5: You know it's true.
- 57:50Speaker 3: I'm saying.
- 57:51Speaker 5: You're taking the only thing that they got.
- 57:53Speaker 2: I just stole the Raiders' identity by saying the Cowboys
- 57:56Speaker 2: are lit.
- 57:57Speaker 4: That's why they're crying. Let them have a L.
- 58:02Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Wow, that's awesome. Wow, that's funny.
- 58:07Speaker 4: Good morning.
- 58:07Speaker 1: How's it going on?
- 58:08Speaker 10: Oh, God.
- 58:10Speaker 4: Hey.
- 58:17Speaker 1: Why are the Raider fans calling in? I thought it
- 58:20Speaker 1: was the Cowboys.
- 58:21Speaker 14: I lost yesterday.
- 58:23Speaker 2: Well, nobody wants to be out-losered. Raider fans can't take it.
- 58:28Speaker 13: Please, man, tell the Raider fans to stop calling because
- 58:32Speaker 13: my gardener is.
- 58:32Speaker 3: Not going to come to my grass, man. He's all mad.
- 58:36Speaker 1: All right, man. Get out of here. I mean, I'm sorry, Raider.
- 58:40Speaker 1: I didn't mean to offend Raider fans, okay? I'm sorry, guys.
- 58:43Speaker 2: We know you're just as stupid, delusional, and moronic as
- 58:47Speaker 2: Cowboy fans.
- 58:48Speaker 1: I don't want you guys to be outshined by bigger losers.
- 58:51Speaker 1: You guys are.
- 58:51Speaker 2: Still the biggest losers on the planet, okay? I'm sorry
- 58:54Speaker 2: for saying that, Cowboy fans. But, you know, it's their day.
- 58:59Speaker 2: It's their day, and you want to take that from them.
- 59:02Speaker 1: Hey, good morning, Rome.
- 59:03Speaker 2: Julio here, just checking in on Cowboy fans. When I
- 59:07Speaker 2: go to the fair tonight for, oh wait, this though.
- 59:10Speaker 14: Is an old one.
- 59:11Speaker 1: I'm sorry, got that wrong. That was an old text. Hey,
- 59:14Speaker 1: good morning, Rome. Julio here, just wanted to say what up.
- 59:17Speaker 2: Just got back from Big Bear, and now I'm going
- 59:19Speaker 2: to go to shoot in celebration of the Cowboys' loss.
- 59:23Speaker 2: Go Raiders. Oh, damn, that looks bomb, Julio. Alex Ball, Julio,
- 59:29Speaker 2: whatever that food was. Yeah, we got to stop. Cowboy fans,
- 59:35Speaker 2: you're just as stupid as Raider fans, okay?
- 59:38Speaker 1: I love it, Romeo.
- 59:39Speaker 2: Even when my boys lose, the Raiders get punished.
- 59:43Speaker 1: Well, they can't do it, man.
- 59:48Speaker 2: The Raiders fans just can't accept the fact that there
- 59:52Speaker 2: might be a fan base that's more idiotic, That's more delusional.
- 59:59Speaker 1: That's dumber than they are. Hey, what up, Romeo? What up, brother?
- 1:00:03Speaker 11: Well, that's one way to look at it, I guess.
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: All right, man.
- 1:00:07Speaker 12: Later.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: Yeah, what's going on?
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: Hey, what's up, Rome?
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: What up, Ruben?
- 1:00:30Speaker 14: These Raider fans got me laughing this morning.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: Well, they are not the brightest bunch.
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: Hey, at least we're losers, too.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: At least we're losers, too. That's the Raider shirt. You're right,
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: at least.
- 1:00:46Speaker 14: At least I still listen to Romeo even though I
- 1:00:48Speaker 14: hate him, but I at least listen to him.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: I know. Everybody hates me.
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: Yeah, these fools, bro.
- 1:00:53Speaker 14: I feel bad for these guys. Like, they can't even
- 1:00:55Speaker 14: just shut up sometimes.
- 1:00:57Speaker 11: You know, sometimes it's better just to shut up.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: They can't help themselves. They can't help themselves.
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: And like I told my buddy, I go, dude, you
- 1:01:04Speaker 5: just got to let them talk. I say, don't you
- 1:01:06Speaker 5: listen to what Romeo.
- 1:01:07Speaker 15: Just let them talk and how stupid they look on
- 1:01:09Speaker 15: their own.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: Tell your co-worker, if you let the Cowboys loss last
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: night affect him that much, he's a loser and pathetic.
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: Oh, Rome, I'll be clowning on this fool, Rome. You
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: know I got to be clowning on this fool.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: All right, Ruben.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: Better miss. I mean, I'm just saying. I don't want to,
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: you know.
- 1:01:30Speaker 14: I know.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: Oh, hey, hey, Rome, I love it. Even when my
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: boys lose, the Raiders get punished. Have a good day. Well,
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: the Raider fans are stupid. Hey, Romeo, good morning, buddy.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: Hey, I think I seen Cowboy Ruben running down the
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: street yelling, not my cowboys.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: In Rich's voice, Raider Rob. Oh, I don't know about
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: all that. All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. What do we got here?
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: Somebody sent me a photo. Oh, y'all still them boys? Yeah,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: they are. Yeah, they funny.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, I have a co-worker that's a Raider fan,
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: and I swear he must have been punted across the
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: living room as a kid just by the stupid faith
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: he has in his team. And now he says the
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: Raiders are going to take it all the way every year.
- 1:02:18Speaker 14: Well, they do.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: They are stupid. I mean, you got to.
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: Be a special kind of stupid to say that as
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: a Raider fan and or a cowboy.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: But I guess.
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: We can't outshine the stupidity of the Raiders today. Sorry,
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: Cowboy fans. Raider fans are just as stupid as you are. Rome,
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: what's your plans this weekend? Perhaps a few beers?
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: No, I probably won't be drinking this weekend.
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: I am actually going to go play golf tomorrow with
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: a Cowboy fan, believe it or not.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: That's hilarious. Yeah, what's going on?
- 1:02:55Speaker 5: Romeo, Brown Nose Rubin shouldn't even be a Cowboy fan now.
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: You should just watch soccer or baseball or something else,
- 1:03:02Speaker 7: because he's not a real fan. And I think that's
- 1:03:05Speaker 7: the problem with.
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: Don't hang up on me.
- 1:03:07Speaker 6: Now, but the problem is that we're just real fans,
- 1:03:10Speaker 6: you know? You're talking crap about the Raiders, so we respond,
- 1:03:13Speaker 6: and we're the idiots?
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: No, I said you're delusional and stupid.
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, we're just keeping hope, but.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: Using the thing that we're using, this idea that I'm
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: a diehard fan... It doesn't exclude you from being a moron.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: You could be a diehard fan and a moron and
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: be wrong about what you're diehard about. That doesn't exclude
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: you or justify your behavior.
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: But if you watch the same game as I'm watching,
- 1:03:43Speaker 7: you can see that we're getting better. We're not making
- 1:03:45Speaker 7: the penalties. And if you deny that, you guys are
- 1:03:48Speaker 7: just haters.
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: No, you're wrong. You won three games.
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: So what?
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: You won three games last year.
- 1:03:55Speaker 14: But we're doing better.
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: Not as many penalties.
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: We're getting yards.
- 1:03:58Speaker 6: We show improvement.
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: And you guys are just trying to shut us.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: And you still lost. That's the point. Oh, my God. See,
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: that's the problem with a lot of you guys.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: You guys think because you're such diehard fans that that
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: justifies you being a moron. It doesn't justify you being
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: a moron. It makes you ridiculous. It's like all those
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: people that say, well, I, you know, all those women
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: out there that go, well, I just say how I feel.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: If you can't handle it, then that's on you.
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: No, you're not virtuous because you talk to people in
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: a way that's disrespectful and rude.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: It just makes you a jackass.
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: In the same way as just because you wear black
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: every day or you got a Raider tattoo or a
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: cowboy on your... Doesn't justify the fact that you're still
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: a moron or make you smarter because you're more dedicated.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: It makes you more of an idiot.
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: Better.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: We're better. No, you're not. Hey, Rome.
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: And the one thing that makes, let's see, the one
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: thing that makes himself, or the one that makes himself
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: look dumb is Ruben. That's why he's the talk of
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: the town, always on your show. I would even bet
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: money that he's still wearing his birthday sash while cutting grass.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: Too bad you don't have the smartest man in Kern
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: County anymore, because Ruben and Seahawk Lou would be in
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: the running for first. For first, the smartest man or
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: the dumbest man? Tell Siak-Lu to burn some carne asada
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: like he does for Ruben to add to his feta fries.
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: Oh, my gosh. Can I just tell you guys one thing?
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Now I know how you feel.
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: You guys know how you feel when you got a
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: bunch of dumbass coworkers and you still.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: Got the rest of the shift to work with them?
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: That's how I feel right now.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: Dumbass coworkers. Oh, what did I just do? And now
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: I just messed something up on my computer. It's turning
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: into a hell of a day. Hey, Romeo, at least
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: you only got about 40 minutes left for work.
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: Oh, I'm about to leave right now.
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: I'm just, yeah, man, sometimes your coworkers just drive you
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: insane and you got to go.
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: It's time.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: I'll just leave right now. Romeo in the morning.
- 1:06:33Speaker 8: Every morning.
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: 94.1.
