- 0:29Speaker 1: we might have to put a pause on the speak
- 0:31Speaker 1: pipes for a little while because we are adding another
- 0:33Speaker 1: show into our roster, which we will talk about tonight.
- 0:36Speaker 1: But for this night, on the day of My Cat's keen, Sanierra,

- 1:38Speaker 2: what we do over here.
- 1:39Speaker 1: No that's the end. No, it's not what I thought

- 2:36Speaker 1: and subscribers. And that's for me that's that's all. Yeah, yeah,
- 2:40Speaker 1: I don't have a lot of this world, but I
- 2:42Speaker 1: have that, and so if you could help, we would
- 2:44Speaker 1: appreciate it. Thank you, in appreciate it all. Right, Now
- 2:49Speaker 1: let's get into these speak pipes. Yeah, hoodie.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Well, first one we got is from Rachel.
- 2:56Speaker 4: Rachel, Yeah, Rache Raccoons.
- 2:59Speaker 5: This is Chill from Montana. I will be traveling to Flagstaff,
- 3:04Speaker 5: Arizona for my daughter's graduation the first, first and second
- 3:09Speaker 5: week of May. So if there's anything you want me
- 3:12Speaker 5: to do or see or say, or find or dig
- 3:17Speaker 5: up or trash you want me to go through, you
- 3:21Speaker 5: say the word. I'm sure that Coody and Robam live
- 3:25Speaker 5: in the new Mansion. I don't know where that's at,
- 3:29Speaker 5: but I think that I could probably find some stuff.
- 3:33Speaker 5: So if there's stuff you want me to look for
- 3:36Speaker 5: while I'm in the area, you say the word, get
- 3:39Speaker 5: your orders in.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I'm here for you. I'm here for all of.
- 3:42Speaker 6: Us, because I completely agree there's no reason in the
- 3:46Speaker 6: world that we still need to be filming in Flagstaff
- 3:51Speaker 6: other than some of Janelle and Christine's kids.
- 3:55Speaker 5: I don't care about anybody that's there, and I can't
- 3:58Speaker 5: imagine why Mary would ever go back to flag Stuff
- 4:01Speaker 5: for what great that Robin wants to get together with
- 4:04Speaker 5: her if she comes back to town. Why the hell
- 4:06Speaker 5: would she come back to town?
- 4:08Speaker 1: Anyway? I love your podcast, really enjoy it.
- 4:11Speaker 5: Put in your orders.
- 4:12Speaker 1: I'm here for you.
- 4:13Speaker 7: Bye.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Well, definitely if you're on the Patreon or on the YouTube,
- 4:18Speaker 1: drop down in the comments and let our friend Rachel
- 4:21Speaker 1: know what you want her to do when she goes
- 4:23Speaker 1: to Flag Stuff. Yes, I would never want to impose
- 4:25Speaker 1: my own requests on her, but since you asked, you
- 4:28Speaker 1: gotta go to Josephine's.
- 4:30Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, go to Josephinees.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Sit in the attic if you can my salsa Brava.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Oh yeah, take pictures of yourself. Sit at the table. Yeah,
- 4:37Speaker 1: table at Salta Brava. Yes, where Janelle had to let
- 4:40Speaker 1: Cody down not so gently like I will. We are
- 4:43Speaker 1: never ever getting back together. Go to that table, eat
- 4:46Speaker 1: those chips, yep, yep. So I mean to me, I
- 4:51Speaker 1: feel like if we wanted to, we could find the address.
- 4:55Speaker 1: I mean for the second mcmangen.
- 4:57Speaker 2: People definitely posted it online and it's not like were stalkers.
- 5:01Speaker 1: It's just I think curiosity is really important part of life,
- 5:06Speaker 1: and I'm I'm curious to just know, like what would
- 5:10Speaker 1: happen if you drove but not like a stalker would no,
- 5:13Speaker 1: just like somebody just looking at it. Black stuff. Wow,
- 5:15Speaker 1: a nice town.
- 5:16Speaker 2: But like just see if you can drive by the mansion.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Just happened upon the mansion?
- 5:21Speaker 2: Yeah, like if you're just like going for a drive
- 5:23Speaker 2: with your family or whatever, when you happen to be
- 5:26Speaker 2: in the neighborhood, Like.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Oh god, look at this.
- 5:28Speaker 4: I have a camera.
- 5:29Speaker 2: I have a camera, and Cody's like outside with his
- 5:32Speaker 2: shirt off, with his gloves on, showing his washboard abs
- 5:37Speaker 2: with any airbag. Happened to take a photo, that would
- 5:40Speaker 2: be amazing.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Oh absolutely, that would be amazing. If you happen to
- 5:45Speaker 1: see any of these folks, yes, like in or around town,
- 5:50Speaker 1: Like just take that phone. Let's take that.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Take your phone out, could send it to me on
- 5:54Speaker 2: the resolutely.
- 5:57Speaker 1: That would be super cool.
- 5:58Speaker 2: That'd be great.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Anything else we.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Need, that's it. I'm like, just show me the mansions.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I want to know about. I wanted to imagine And I
- 6:04Speaker 1: would never tell you to trespass. No, that's I think
- 6:07Speaker 1: that's a crime.
- 6:08Speaker 2: I'm not a crime.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I feel like it's a crime. But if it weren't,
- 6:10Speaker 1: But if it weren't a crime, and if it were.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Me, and if you did it in a way where
- 6:14Speaker 2: you didn't get caught.
- 6:15Speaker 1: And like if you could just get on the lane,
- 6:17Speaker 1: like scurry your raccom body, just like you know, around
- 6:21Speaker 1: the perimeter of the acreage that they no doubt have right,
- 6:25Speaker 1: they have a huge piece of property. I'man like, if
- 6:27Speaker 1: you could just go into the forest park, Yeah, hide
- 6:30Speaker 1: behind a tree and have one of those like telescopic
- 6:34Speaker 1: lenses on me, just focus in and see what you
- 6:37Speaker 1: can see that basement in the windows. I mean, we
- 6:41Speaker 1: would never ask you to do that, but I mean
- 6:43Speaker 1: since you're asking us to ask you, I mean that.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Would that'd be cool, That would be really cool.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Anything else, No, that's it. Well, Rachel, congratulations on your
- 6:51Speaker 1: daughter graduating from is University in flag stuff. Flag stuff
- 6:56Speaker 1: is beautiful. I've been a couple of times. It's wonderful.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I hope you and joy yourself and again.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Congratulations, congratulations. Next one, we have us from an anonymous rockling.
- 7:06Speaker 8: Oh here's hello, calling from a dumpster in Canada. Appreciate
- 7:13Speaker 8: that you listen to all the speak pipes and that
- 7:15Speaker 8: you share some of them, and I can only imagine
- 7:19Speaker 8: how many you get, so thank you just for listening.
- 7:25Speaker 8: I wanted to just chime in that I am just
- 7:29Speaker 8: patiently waiting for the day if it happens that Cody
- 7:33Speaker 8: and Robin split up for whatever reason, money's run out,
- 7:38Speaker 8: or that Robin finally wakes up and realizes this man
- 7:43Speaker 8: is an emotionally abusive human being. But in any case,
- 7:50Speaker 8: I would expect that Cody will have another version of
- 7:56Speaker 8: history where he never loved Robin in the first place,
- 8:00Speaker 8: and like he did with the OG three. And I
- 8:03Speaker 8: don't know if you've already heard the reports that kept
- 8:09Speaker 8: SOE twenty two season nineteen already was released to some people,
- 8:12Speaker 8: and that Cody made some insinuation that Aspen was being
- 8:20Speaker 8: confrontational with him just for asking why why he doesn't
- 8:25Speaker 8: like her, and it infuriated me. These poor kids are
- 8:30Speaker 8: the collateral damage of polygamy of this show, and it
- 8:33Speaker 8: just breaks my heart. Anyway, thank you, have a beautiful weekend.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Thank you. Anonymous raccoon in Canada International raccoon. I love
- 8:42Speaker 1: I want I've never been to Canada, me neither, and
- 8:45Speaker 1: I really want to go I want to that band place.
- 8:48Speaker 1: I want to go to Vancouver. Yeah, I want to
- 8:51Speaker 1: travel all around to k Back.
- 8:53Speaker 2: They're French there, they are, They're French there. Yeah.
- 8:56Speaker 1: And Alberta which is the planes.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Yeah, and no, the school shop on the water.
- 9:00Speaker 1: I want to do all of that stuff. Anonymous Raccoon. Yeah,
- 9:04Speaker 1: we did talk a little bit about the whole Aspen
- 9:08Speaker 1: thing in our recap this week and our recap, and
- 9:11Speaker 1: it was just really sad. It was very sad. It
- 9:14Speaker 1: was also enraging just in the way that Cody spoke
- 9:18Speaker 1: about it, and Robin and we talked at the time
- 9:21Speaker 1: about like a couple of reasons that that was pretty distasteful.
- 9:25Speaker 1: First and foremost, it felt like a private conversation that
- 9:28Speaker 1: Aspen was trying to have that was never intended to
- 9:31Speaker 1: be talked about publicly in that way. And also secondly
- 9:34Speaker 1: that Cody as a parent, just handled that terribly, because like,
- 9:38Speaker 1: when I tell you how crushed I would be as
- 9:42Speaker 1: a human being mom if my daughter said to me,
- 9:45Speaker 1: why don't you like me? Like I would just I
- 9:47Speaker 1: would be devastated on every level. So like, he just
- 9:50Speaker 1: handled that so terribly and it was awful.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Yep, what do you think about her other point about
- 9:56Speaker 2: Cody and Robin splitting up eventually.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Well, we actually talked about that as well, but that
- 10:02Speaker 1: was for the patrons only. Yeah, at the end of
- 10:04Speaker 1: the last episode from earlier this week. I don't know
- 10:10Speaker 1: if he would say he never loved her, because I
- 10:13Speaker 1: think that they're probably soulmates and I think that he
- 10:18Speaker 1: is completely in love with her.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Yep.
- 10:20Speaker 1: I think he would be devastated if she walked away
- 10:23Speaker 1: from him. I don't know what he would do with
- 10:25Speaker 1: his whole life.
- 10:27Speaker 2: I mean, he might have like a full blown, like
- 10:31Speaker 2: narc psychosis episode, like if Robin left him, like especially
- 10:36Speaker 2: if she was the one that initiated the divorce, Like
- 10:38Speaker 2: he would be totally crushed. I don't think Cody would
- 10:42Speaker 2: ever really leave her, no, unless like their marriage became
- 10:45Speaker 2: pretty miserable. But like he couldn't even leave the other
- 10:48Speaker 2: OG three, Like he's too much of a coward to
- 10:50Speaker 2: do that. So if anybody like leaves the situation, it's
- 10:54Speaker 2: going to be Robin, And I think Robin will leave
- 10:57Speaker 2: him if the money drives up.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Which I mean if the writing on the wall that
- 11:02Speaker 1: everybody is reading is accurate, which kind of makes us
- 11:06Speaker 1: feel like maybe this is maybe not the last season
- 11:09Speaker 1: of Sister Wives, but maybe the penultimate, the second to
- 11:11Speaker 1: the last season. Like if the money dries up, and
- 11:16Speaker 1: how catastrophic that might be, Like we've talked about their
- 11:19Speaker 1: finances feel like a house of cars, Like they've got
- 11:22Speaker 1: so much that they are juggling, and there's probably a
- 11:27Speaker 1: lot of debt, a lot of credit that has been extended.
- 11:30Speaker 1: And if all of a sudden it dries up, because
- 11:32Speaker 1: these people are not employable and they're not employed, like
- 11:36Speaker 1: everything would very quickly go away. And then I could
- 11:41Speaker 1: see Robin making a decision to leave him, yeah, and
- 11:45Speaker 1: make a different choice for herself and find herself another
- 11:49Speaker 1: parasitical host. She needs a host. She's the parasite exactly.
- 11:52Speaker 1: But it would absolutely devastate Cody, And wouldn't it be
- 11:58Speaker 1: isn't it ironic? Because the women who's stuck with him
- 12:01Speaker 1: through thick and thin, like Janelle was talking this week
- 12:05Speaker 1: about like pinning her brastrap with a diaper pin, like
- 12:07Speaker 1: these are the women who rode for you, and now
- 12:11Speaker 1: you have chased them away, they are gone and you
- 12:14Speaker 1: will have nothing.
- 12:15Speaker 2: You're gonna have absolutely nothing because Robin hasn't been there
- 12:17Speaker 2: through you, with there, with you through all of that hardship. No,
- 12:21Speaker 2: she's not a ride or di No, she is a parasite. Yep,
- 12:25Speaker 2: she's gonna need a new host.
- 12:26Speaker 1: And we already know how she acts when she leaves
- 12:29Speaker 1: a relationship. She leaves devastation in her wake.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Exactly. Let us know in the comments below though your
- 12:34Speaker 2: theories if you think Cody and Robin would stay together,
- 12:37Speaker 2: or if they would divorce and who would leave who?
- 12:40Speaker 2: We'd love to know your thoughts. Yes, so, thank you
- 12:42Speaker 2: anonymous Canadian raccoon. Thank you.
- 12:44Speaker 4: We love Canada.
- 12:45Speaker 2: We do. Next one we have is another anonymous raccoon.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Oh my god, I'm scared of you, Like all of
- 12:50Speaker 1: a sudden, I'm scared again.
- 12:51Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Hi ladies, this is Marianna calling from Seattle. There was
- 12:56Speaker 3: a color this week that said that she is a
- 13:00Speaker 3: teacher and she has wanted to use your ending tagline
- 13:05Speaker 3: as her as her kids are dismissed out of school.
- 13:08Speaker 3: This is my challenge to her, I double dog dare
- 13:11Speaker 3: you to do that? I think that's epically hysterical and
- 13:13Speaker 3: you should do that. Okay. My second point is I
- 13:16Speaker 3: can't wait for Polly Family I think it's going to
- 13:18Speaker 3: be a goddamn train wreck, no other words, So I
- 13:23Speaker 3: can't wait for that. And then the third question I had.
- 13:27Speaker 3: The third thought I had is Delia, do you do
- 13:31Speaker 3: like chart ratings? Would you want to do my chart?
- 13:34Speaker 3: I would love to do that. I think that would
- 13:36Speaker 3: be a lot of fun. And then fourth, the other
- 13:40Speaker 3: color that was this week was a lady out of
- 13:43Speaker 3: I don't remember what she was out of, but it
- 13:45Speaker 3: was like your last caller, and she said that she
- 13:47Speaker 3: couldn't stand the kids, the girl kids especially. I was wondering,
- 13:53Speaker 3: does your idea change because of Leon's you know, feelings
- 13:59Speaker 3: about the family? No, I mean they're not ever on TV.
- 14:02Speaker 3: They don't want to be on TV. I'm just curious.
- 14:05Speaker 3: I know you said that you found them spoiled during
- 14:07Speaker 3: the show, which yeah, I one hundred percent can say that,
- 14:10Speaker 3: but I'm just wondering how you feel about it. Now.
- 14:13Speaker 3: Thanks love listening to y'all. Bye, Thank you.
- 14:16Speaker 1: It's so interesting that she brought up like chart readings. Yeah,
- 14:21Speaker 1: because I have been thinking to myself that obviously I
- 14:27Speaker 1: don't do those. You do those? She probably meant you, maybe, yeah,
- 14:31Speaker 1: because you're the one that's into astrology, and you're the
- 14:34Speaker 1: one who does our chart readings for the family for
- 14:36Speaker 1: some friends, and like when I tell you, these are
- 14:39Speaker 1: extensive chart readings that are really really in depth and awesome,
- 14:44Speaker 1: I do not do that. I used to kind of
- 14:46Speaker 1: do something like that. We won't get into it, Yea
- 14:49Speaker 1: Atrons No, But Beatrice, what about you, Like, would you
- 14:52Speaker 1: ever maybe at some point you could offer them?
- 14:55Speaker 2: I mean, I've thought about it. It's just like I
- 14:57Speaker 2: don't know what I would charge because I just like
- 14:58Speaker 2: to do it. Like I literally do extensive readings for
- 15:01Speaker 2: like everybody I know. Yeah, And like Ethel's about to
- 15:05Speaker 2: have a baby this week, and I told her, once
- 15:07Speaker 2: her baby's born, I'm like, give me the exact die
- 15:10Speaker 2: all of it so I can do, like I'm gonna
- 15:12Speaker 2: do a whole chart reading for her baby, and I'm
- 15:14Speaker 2: just like gonna give it to her as like a memento,
- 15:17Speaker 2: like see if her baby will grow into that personality
- 15:20Speaker 2: archetype or if she won't, like who knows. But I
- 15:23Speaker 2: don't know. I like doing that kind of stuff.
- 15:25Speaker 9: I think I should think about it. I don't know
- 15:27Speaker 9: if she think about it, because I think that people
- 15:28Speaker 9: would really like that for those that are inclined. We'll
- 15:32Speaker 9: let me know in the comments below. If you guys
- 15:34Speaker 9: want like astrology stuff, maybe we could do it for patrons.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Maybe. I don't know. Then I kind of thought that
- 15:37Speaker 2: would be fun, like a little psychic reccum corner or something.
- 15:41Speaker 2: And then also Marianne, we're very excited for Polly family
- 15:45Speaker 2: because that looks like an absolute dumpster fire. We're going
- 15:49Speaker 2: to talk about it later in this episode.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Yeah, we're gonna do like a little fake psychic prediction
- 15:54Speaker 1: speaking of readings. Yeah, and we're gonna just break down
- 15:57Speaker 1: they're astrology like their sun signs, right, because that's all
- 16:00Speaker 1: I could find sun signs. We're gonna talk about that.
- 16:02Speaker 2: But they look like an absolute.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Trash bashi, which we love.
- 16:05Speaker 2: We love that, absolutely love it. So thank you for
- 16:08Speaker 2: your much.
- 16:08Speaker 1: We also, Leon, what are your thoughts about Leon currently?
- 16:13Speaker 2: I mean, they're still not my favorite person. Like it's
- 16:15Speaker 2: not like I'm like paying attention to everything that Leon's doing.
- 16:20Speaker 1: So here's what I know. I don't have any Leon
- 16:22Speaker 1: showed up to Christine's wedding, yeah, which is cool and
- 16:25Speaker 1: that was awesome. Yes, Leon has had the opportunity to
- 16:30Speaker 1: mature and that frontal lobe has grown, I would assume allegedly,
- 16:35Speaker 1: and Leon has made the very astute choice to remove
- 16:39Speaker 1: themselves from the public limelight to focus on their joy,
- 16:44Speaker 1: their relationship and their life, which I think is fantastic
- 16:48Speaker 1: and also a marker of maturity. And so I know
- 16:51Speaker 1: nothing about where Leon is in their life right now,
- 16:54Speaker 1: but I am heartened. I hope that they are happy,
- 16:58Speaker 1: yeah too, that they're living their best life life. And
- 17:01Speaker 1: I feel like we all grow up. Like when I
- 17:04Speaker 1: was younger, I was as a hot mess, yespress, and
- 17:08Speaker 1: I've changed obviously. I am now thirty and so come
- 17:11Speaker 1: a long way baby. And I don't know how old
- 17:15Speaker 1: Leon is, but Leon's barreling towards thirty two, right.
- 17:18Speaker 2: They're I think they're on my age, so like twenty eight, yeah,
- 17:22Speaker 2: twenty nine, So I think they're around there.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Almost nut, you're almost night, which is virtually thirty. Virtually,
- 17:29Speaker 1: she's a Leo shut up in case you couldn't tell,
- 17:32Speaker 1: she's a Leo virgo. But anyway, I think Leon is
- 17:35Speaker 1: almost thirty, so so they probably have grown up. And
- 17:38Speaker 1: can I imagine that? Can you imagine being Leo though
- 17:41Speaker 1: with a dad like Cody for all intents and purposes,
- 17:45Speaker 1: like tried to present himself as very accepting when Leon
- 17:50Speaker 1: came out, But then there were those rumors that in actuality,
- 17:54Speaker 1: both Cody and Robin are maybe transphobic and have been
- 17:59Speaker 1: isolating Leon. I don't know that those are just rumors.
- 18:01Speaker 1: I can't verify that at all, but like I wouldn't
- 18:03Speaker 1: be a bit surprised because they're trash people, sure, so
- 18:06Speaker 1: like for Leon to be dealing with all of that
- 18:08Speaker 1: this entire time, I just feel like it's a lot.
- 18:11Speaker 1: So I do extend a lot of grace. What when
- 18:13Speaker 1: I am talking about Leon, I am judging based on
- 18:16Speaker 1: what I am watching. Yeah, in the season in.
- 18:19Speaker 2: Their teenage hoods.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Yes, and we haven't even gotten to Catfish. We haven't
- 18:22Speaker 1: gotten to Leon calling out Mary's eyebrows. Like I did
- 18:26Speaker 1: not like that Leon at all. But Leon was a kid.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. Things change, Yeah, exactly. That's all I have
- 18:33Speaker 2: to say either. I don't have much to add to that.
- 18:36Speaker 1: But thank you though, Yeah, thank you, thank you Marianne
- 18:39Speaker 1: for your call.
- 18:40Speaker 2: And Hi from Seattle. I'm from Kirkland. I used to
- 18:42Speaker 2: live outside of Seattle.
- 18:44Speaker 7: All right.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Next one we have is from Diana.
- 18:46Speaker 4: Hey, This is Deona calling from the rocky mountain foothills
- 18:50Speaker 4: of southern Alberta, Canada. I want to thank you for
- 18:54Speaker 4: your take on things. I really enjoy it, and like
- 18:58Speaker 4: most people, I am fast with the dysfunction and insanity
- 19:03Speaker 4: that is the Browns, probably because I am an ex
- 19:07Speaker 4: Mormon and so I do just find that fascinating. Anyways,
- 19:13Speaker 4: there is a particular interview that Cody did sometime ago
- 19:17Speaker 4: with two men. Can't remember who they were or what
- 19:20Speaker 4: podcast it was, but he was talking about his infatuation
- 19:25Speaker 4: with an old movie called Man from La Mancha, which
- 19:29Speaker 4: he apparently watched when he was a little boy. And
- 19:33Speaker 4: I think he has an archetype built in as a
- 19:37Speaker 4: childhood fantasy surrounding the Sophia Lauren character. Now, I do
- 19:43Speaker 4: also think he transferred that onto Robin. Not that I
- 19:47Speaker 4: think Robin in any way resembles Sophia Lauren, but I
- 19:51Speaker 4: think in some way it's a resemblance of that archetype.
- 19:56Speaker 4: And I think that's why he can't ever let her go,
- 19:59Speaker 4: why he puts her before everything, well, not only the
- 20:02Speaker 4: bedroom stuff that she claims to deliver. But I think
- 20:06Speaker 4: it's deeper. I think there's an archetype there, and I
- 20:09Speaker 4: think that kind of explains some of the insanity. Anyway,
- 20:12Speaker 4: thanks a lot for listening.
- 20:14Speaker 1: That's interesting.
- 20:16Speaker 2: I think I know what podcast she's talking about. Do
- 20:18Speaker 2: you remember that podcast he did, I think last year
- 20:21Speaker 2: with those two Mormons Mormons, Yeah, I think Live or
- 20:24Speaker 2: something like that. Yeah, And I think we talked about
- 20:27Speaker 2: it last year, but we didn't like watch the full
- 20:29Speaker 2: thing because it was just really long, well, and they hadn't.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Done their research and so they didn't really confront him
- 20:36Speaker 1: on issues that they should have.
- 20:38Speaker 2: Right. But if Cody really thinks that Robin looks like
- 20:41Speaker 2: Sophia Lauren Loren or whatever, I'm.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Just like, what in the distorted hologram? How would you
- 20:49Speaker 1: ever get there? But I've never seen the movie, so
- 20:52Speaker 1: I actually don't know how Sophia Loren presents or like
- 20:55Speaker 1: what her character is like in that movie. So maybe
- 20:58Speaker 1: there's something there that we could parallel with Robin in
- 21:01Speaker 1: this comment. But I mean, I guess, out of all
- 21:04Speaker 1: of his wives, if we had to choose one that
- 21:08Speaker 1: most resembled Sophia Luran, like, if we had to pick,
- 21:11Speaker 1: I mean.
- 21:12Speaker 2: I guess it would be Robin only because she's a brunette.
- 21:14Speaker 1: She's a brunette.
- 21:15Speaker 7: That's it.
- 21:16Speaker 1: But yeah, I.
- 21:19Speaker 2: Think Robin looks more like his mom than anything else.
- 21:22Speaker 2: And like people have made this comparison before with some
- 21:25Speaker 2: of the older photos of Cody's mom, Like, Cody's a
- 21:29Speaker 2: little weird. There's a little bit of a Freudian complex
- 21:33Speaker 2: going on here? Is it freud where he talked about
- 21:35Speaker 2: boys sucking their mom's Yeah, it's I think Robin looks
- 21:40Speaker 2: more like his mom. Yeah, it's weird.
- 21:43Speaker 1: I think that is accurate. I think that there may
- 21:47Speaker 1: be some projection onto Robin as a result of issues
- 21:52Speaker 1: that Cody might have had with his father, Win that
- 21:55Speaker 1: maybe his mother protected him from or gave him a
- 21:58Speaker 1: safe space around, or maybe there's like some issue with
- 22:02Speaker 1: his literal mother that he's seeking to resolve through his
- 22:05Speaker 1: relationship with Robin. That seems more plausible to me than
- 22:09Speaker 1: an archetype of Sophia Urn Like I would. I love
- 22:11Speaker 1: talking about archetypes and them being emblematic of like larger
- 22:16Speaker 1: characteristics and things of that nature, But I just don't
- 22:18Speaker 1: know what Sophia Loren would embody as an archetype other
- 22:23Speaker 1: than like the sex pot.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Yeah exactly. But maybe he regards her as that ew
- 22:29Speaker 2: I think he does regard it, like we've seen him.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Say she's the pretty, that she's the shy wife, even
- 22:34Speaker 1: in this last episode giving her the jewelry, pretty jewelry
- 22:37Speaker 1: for a pretty woman. Like, maybe he does regard her
- 22:40Speaker 1: as a sex pot. And we don't know what happens
- 22:42Speaker 1: in their bedroom, like maybe she turns it out, hold well,
- 22:44Speaker 1: she pays it low and spreads it wide, and then
- 22:47Speaker 1: she pegs him with her big.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Purple Yeah, exactly, it's a purple. It's gotta be purple.
- 22:52Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. Let us know your thoughts below.
- 22:55Speaker 2: If you guys have seen that movie.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Let us know if you can from La mom chaw.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Yeah, let us know. You think that Robin resembles Sophia
- 23:02Speaker 2: laur in her character.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Yes, let us know. Interesting, I love that.
- 23:08Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you Deona from Alberta, Canada. You were just
- 23:11Speaker 2: trying to so international. Yes, all right, last one we
- 23:16Speaker 2: have his friend Grechen Hi.
- 23:17Speaker 7: Big Red and little Green. I'm calling from me and
- 23:21Speaker 7: I just had this one observation that you know, I
- 23:25Speaker 7: don't have the most perfect past I used to be
- 23:27Speaker 7: a bit of a wine mom, not anymore. But when
- 23:31Speaker 7: I listen to Christine sometimes I think I hear alcohol
- 23:35Speaker 7: in that voice. I want to know what other people thought.
- 23:39Speaker 7: I'm really trying to not gossip here. I'm just trying
- 23:42Speaker 7: to look at things objectively, thank you.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Yeah, she's in her hot mom era divorced mom era,
- 23:52Speaker 2: which most of the time equals someone. I mean, at
- 23:56Speaker 2: least in my experience when my mom got divorced from
- 23:59Speaker 2: my dad, I mean, Draken, it was on. Yeah, she
- 24:03Speaker 2: was having she was living her best life because she
- 24:05Speaker 2: was only like thirty three set, you know, she was
- 24:08Speaker 2: living her life right. But yeah, I mean I can
- 24:11Speaker 2: see that. I don't want to call like Christina a
- 24:13Speaker 2: total lush or a drunk or whatever.
- 24:16Speaker 1: I feel like this is a safe dumpster and we
- 24:18Speaker 1: can gossip here and it's there's nothing wrong with that.
- 24:21Speaker 2: I feel like they're having their evening cocktails, oh for sure.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Fucking In this last episode, she had a dirty martini
- 24:29Speaker 1: U huh, and she had another fruity drink yep. So
- 24:32Speaker 1: she was drinking, yeah, and she was having a nice
- 24:34Speaker 1: time and her skin was flushed, not onlike my own.
- 24:37Speaker 2: And I like a drink, I don't, I mean, I
- 24:39Speaker 2: drunk one.
- 24:40Speaker 1: I drink when we record. I don't really like to
- 24:42Speaker 1: drink other than that, but I don't begrudge her that.
- 24:46Speaker 1: I mean, can you imagine living a life of Mormonism.
- 24:49Speaker 1: I mean, right, but you spent the first fifty years
- 24:52Speaker 1: of your life never touching this stuff. All of a
- 24:54Speaker 1: sudden you have a mytie or a dackery and you're like,
- 24:56Speaker 1: oh my god, and I want to Yeah, I am
- 25:00Speaker 1: down to the can. I have a little drink, a
- 25:02Speaker 1: little social lubricat. I'm not here d and so I
- 25:06Speaker 1: can see how she would have a cocktail, and I
- 25:09Speaker 1: love that for her.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Of course.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Yeah, we don't judge that.
- 25:12Speaker 2: No, as long as it's not in excess. Yeah, not
- 25:14Speaker 2: at all, as long as it's all right, and Little
- 25:17Speaker 2: Truly doesn't get into it, because you know, when I.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Was Truly's age, Oh were you drinking?
- 25:20Speaker 3: Oh?
- 25:21Speaker 2: I was drunk all the time.
- 25:22Speaker 1: Are you busting into the liquor cabinet every night? There
- 25:25Speaker 1: was no cabinet, It was just out on the counter.
- 25:27Speaker 2: Probably, No, there was a cabinet there, but it was
- 25:29Speaker 2: like full. It was like a huge closet full of
- 25:31Speaker 2: so much alcohol. So they didn't notice that I was drinking.
- 25:33Speaker 2: I was a bad kid. But yeah, like every night
- 25:35Speaker 2: going to school hungover and the next day.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Yeah, you're not the only one. I mean, I was
- 25:39Speaker 1: smoking weed in sixth grade. Say, I was cutting school,
- 25:42Speaker 1: smoking weed, I was drinking kids. Well, we came from
- 25:46Speaker 1: very troubled fabil, troubled Fabily.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 25:49Speaker 1: So Christine is now like in her party girl era. Right,
- 25:52Speaker 1: she's fifty something, she's got her mane, she's living her
- 25:57Speaker 1: best life. And I love that for her, me too. Yeah.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Yeah, well right, that's it.
- 26:02Speaker 1: That's the last one.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Yeah, so now we have our Polly family discussion.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Well we did want to talk about it. Yes, Now,
- 26:07Speaker 1: the poly Family first episode, season one, episode one drops tonight,
- 26:11Speaker 1: and so we're obviously recording while it's dropping.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Yeah, so we're going to be a week behind. So
- 26:15Speaker 2: we're just going to talk about the couples.
- 26:16Speaker 1: We're going to talk about the couples. We're going to
- 26:18Speaker 1: look at their son's signs astrologically, and we're just going
- 26:21Speaker 1: to make some predictions and we're going to trigger warning.
- 26:25Speaker 1: We're gonna be rude. I feel rude about it, me too,
- 26:29Speaker 1: And I just I'm looking at their lifestyle and I
- 26:32Speaker 1: know it's not cool to judge people's lifestyle, especially you're
- 26:35Speaker 1: not breaking the law, Like, what do I care?
- 26:36Speaker 2: I didn't judge it hardcore.
- 26:38Speaker 1: I do care, and I'm probably gonna judge it a
- 26:40Speaker 1: little bit. So like if that bothers you, you might
- 26:42Speaker 1: want to log off right now, Hodie, Okay, I just
- 26:43Speaker 1: get out out of here, aud.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Sorry, we're in a dumpsters yeah okay. So there's four
- 26:48Speaker 2: people in this quad and they call themselves a closed quad,
- 26:51Speaker 2: a closed quad, which means that they don't include anybody else.
- 26:55Speaker 2: So we have Alicia and Tyler who are married.
- 27:00Speaker 1: He's the beard right, yes, I mean not with us.
- 27:03Speaker 2: They both have beards.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Oh okay, he's just the more attractive the dark beard. Okay, yes,
- 27:07Speaker 1: the dark So the dark beard and the blonde lady.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Alicia and Tyler. Yep, they've been married for eleven years
- 27:15Speaker 2: and they joined this quad with Tya and Sean.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Okay, so they were married for eleven years and then
- 27:23Speaker 1: they joined the quad.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Oh yes, yes, okay, and they have kids together.
- 27:28Speaker 1: What a choice?
- 27:30Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 27:30Speaker 1: How do you just happen upon a choice like that?
- 27:32Speaker 2: Yeah? It's almost like maybe one of them wanted to
- 27:35Speaker 2: open up the marriage and the other one was like Okay,
- 27:37Speaker 2: I guess because I love you. And so then they
- 27:40Speaker 2: joined up with Taya and Sean. Can we just refresh
- 27:46Speaker 2: everybody's recollection on this piece of crap? Sean, Oh, yes,
- 27:50Speaker 2: he's the one that was allegedly flirting or interacting with miners.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Was it his step child?
- 27:56Speaker 2: Who's something like that?
- 27:57Speaker 1: Left to comment? Somebody left to comment Auntie Elsie's Instagram
- 28:00Speaker 1: when they posted a trailer saying basically, he lost his
- 28:04Speaker 1: job because he was talking to a minor going to
- 28:09Speaker 1: miners and he's a creep and he's a weirdo. Yes,
- 28:11Speaker 1: and he looks like one too. I'm just gonna say.
- 28:13Speaker 2: It, yeah, total weirdo. And Tya is the one that
- 28:16Speaker 2: was in the trailer that was saying, I'm falling in
- 28:19Speaker 2: love with somebody else and.
- 28:20Speaker 1: You're married to Sean. I mean I would fall in
- 28:23Speaker 1: love with a chair.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Well because okay, So Tya and Tyler are dating, yeah,
- 28:28Speaker 2: and Alicia and Sean are dating poor, so it's a
- 28:34Speaker 2: whole mess.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Okay, it's a whole mess. So Alicia is with somebody
- 28:39Speaker 1: who wants to be polyamorous, and Tyler's banging Tia and
- 28:45Speaker 1: Alicia is just like, Okay, I guess I have to guess.
- 28:48Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, I have to be like they're all gross,
- 28:51Speaker 2: but they're not.
- 28:53Speaker 1: They're not the peak physical specimen. Like when I dream,
- 28:56Speaker 1: for example, like falling in love again in my youth,
- 28:59Speaker 1: I don't I don't envision any of.
- 29:01Speaker 2: Those people, any of these people.
- 29:02Speaker 9: No.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Well, apparently Tia also is like the only queer one.
- 29:06Speaker 2: I think she's pan sexual or something.
- 29:08Speaker 1: So it's Taia, the one that falls in love with
- 29:10Speaker 1: somebody's allegedly, I'm telling you it's a woman.
- 29:12Speaker 2: So okay, Alicia and Tya apparently never hooked up with
- 29:16Speaker 2: each other, which I find very hard to believe.
- 29:19Speaker 1: So it's just somebody ad a box.
- 29:21Speaker 2: It's gotta be. So it's just the girls dating the
- 29:24Speaker 2: other men in this closed polykill and they're like trying
- 29:27Speaker 2: to raise their kids together. Okay. Astrological signs just their
- 29:31Speaker 2: sun signs. So Tya, she was born on my Nannie's
- 29:35Speaker 2: birthday October twenty sixth, which makes her Scorpio.
- 29:39Speaker 1: She's Scorpio, but she's kind of belieber. She's cuspy.
- 29:42Speaker 2: Well yeah, it's it's pretty far into Scorpio, right, So
- 29:45Speaker 2: she's an October Scorpio.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Yeah, that's better than a November.
- 29:48Speaker 2: Scorpio, well offer debates. Carpios are spicy, yeah, and they're
- 29:53Speaker 2: also the sexual sciense.
- 29:54Speaker 1: They're sexual, but they're also very faithful. If they are
- 29:58Speaker 1: in love with you, they tend to become abst but
- 30:00Speaker 1: they also take things very personally. If you have hurt
- 30:05Speaker 1: me as a Scorpio, I will tell my dying breath.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I will get you back, bitch. I will get you
- 30:11Speaker 1: back for sure if you're a Scorpio.
- 30:13Speaker 2: And then Alicia is born on my poppy's birthday. Oh
- 30:16Speaker 2: my god, January sixth, the organ connection. I know it's weird,
- 30:20Speaker 2: right a Capricorn yep. Yeah, like she's the only birth
- 30:24Speaker 2: sign out of all of them. Ok, so Capricorn not
- 30:28Speaker 2: a good mix with all of these crazy people. Then
- 30:33Speaker 2: Sean the ugly one and a minor. Yeah, December seventeenth
- 30:42Speaker 2: sag Sagittarius.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Oh my god, that's one day after my daughter's And look,
- 30:47Speaker 1: I love a Sagittarius.
- 30:49Speaker 2: I love I'm married to a Sagittarius.
- 30:51Speaker 1: They're adventuress. They're out here to have a night. They're playful.
- 30:54Speaker 1: They're also a good time to hang.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Out totally at the party.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Little crazy. Yeah, it can be a little crazy because it's.
- 31:01Speaker 2: A fire signed Yeah, fire signs of nuts.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:04Speaker 2: And then last but not least, Tyler the.
- 31:06Speaker 1: Dark the dark beard.
- 31:08Speaker 2: Yeah, the more attractive one.
- 31:10Speaker 1: I mean, if I had to say one with a.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Yeah, he's the most attractive, yes, but the bar is
- 31:17Speaker 2: still really low. He's March nineteenth Pisces, but kind of
- 31:22Speaker 2: cusby with aries.
- 31:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:25Speaker 2: Yeah. And Pisces men tend to be a little bit
- 31:28Speaker 2: more problematic than like Pisces women. Is that because it's
- 31:33Speaker 2: like they're more like willing. I don't want to generalize
- 31:37Speaker 2: because I love I love a Pisces kind of, but
- 31:40Speaker 2: I'm a Leo, So Pisces kind of I don't jive
- 31:44Speaker 2: because they're more emotional. It's a water signed. They feel things, Yeah,
- 31:49Speaker 2: I don't. Well, you have a virgal moon as well
- 31:53Speaker 2: as moo.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Okay, yeah that's right.
- 31:57Speaker 2: So I do feel things sort of, but it's more five.
- 32:00Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 32:00Speaker 1: And so we're back from the uncensored portion of this
- 32:03Speaker 1: pod because I was talking crazy and Beatrice was giving
- 32:06Speaker 1: her raw opinion on polyamory. If you want to hear
- 32:10Speaker 1: all of that, all you have to do is go
- 32:11Speaker 1: to patreon dot com. Slash Reality TV cringe. That's for
- 32:14Speaker 1: the uncensored raccoons. But you were just saying like you
- 32:17Speaker 1: don't really understand polyamory as a structure, Like how does.
- 32:20Speaker 2: That don't work? Get it?
- 32:21Speaker 1: It seems like and I'm not saying it is, but
- 32:23Speaker 1: it seems like it's for people who just want to cheat,
- 32:26Speaker 1: And so like, if you're just a person who wants
- 32:27Speaker 1: to cheat, what does that say about your innate caric term?
- 32:31Speaker 2: Exactly? Well, and like I don't know, call me old fashioned,
- 32:36Speaker 2: but I feel like if you get married to somebody,
- 32:38Speaker 2: that's a commitment to them, you know, like it's a
- 32:40Speaker 2: commitment to be with them and to like not sleep
- 32:43Speaker 2: with other people. Like there's swingers and stuff, like I
- 32:45Speaker 2: can see a world like that. Like polyamory is different
- 32:48Speaker 2: because you're having other relationships with other people, So it's
- 32:51Speaker 2: more complicated, and it's like how do you navigate like
- 32:54Speaker 2: kind of like polygamy, Like how do you navigate all
- 32:57Speaker 2: these other relationships and you share your person with somebody
- 33:00Speaker 2: who might have a more intimate connection with somebody else.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I think there's actually a preview that I saw with
- 33:07Speaker 2: like Alicia gets kind of upset, like why is Tyler
- 33:11Speaker 2: like more in love with Tya. That's like because he is.
- 33:14Speaker 2: It's like because he is, Like you and Tyler were
- 33:17Speaker 2: married for eleven years, then he wants to do polly
- 33:20Speaker 2: Amory and like, maybe you suggested it too, to go
- 33:22Speaker 2: along with it. But now you're seeing the repercussions of
- 33:24Speaker 2: him falling in love with Taya and being more into
- 33:29Speaker 2: her than he is with you. And now you're stuck
- 33:31Speaker 2: with Sean.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Yikes.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Now you're stuck with Sean, who Tya probably doesn't even want.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Does I mean nobody wants shot, nobody wants nobody wants Sean. Yeah,
- 33:41Speaker 1: but that's your only other option because Tyler is spending
- 33:43Speaker 1: all of his time.
- 33:46Speaker 2: And I think Tya is pregnant with Tyler's baby, but
- 33:49Speaker 2: I think they're not. They're not saying who, like, somebody's pregnant,
- 33:53Speaker 2: and they're not saying who's the father.
- 33:55Speaker 1: It's gonna be Tya and Tyler. I'm saying it's the
- 33:58Speaker 1: double Teas. It's obviously so okay, So let's make let's
- 34:02Speaker 1: make some fake psychic predictions about what's going to happen
- 34:05Speaker 1: to these people. And I'm not really talking about their
- 34:07Speaker 1: storylines as they present them to us, because if TLC
- 34:10Speaker 1: does anything, it's overproduce a show.
- 34:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:13Speaker 1: But like as for these actual people on Earth sharing
- 34:15Speaker 1: our planet, none of them are going to make it. No, Like,
- 34:18Speaker 1: if you're going to marry a guy who is talking
- 34:21Speaker 1: to miners, like, you've married a dud, you've married a criminal,
- 34:24Speaker 1: you've married a loser. What's wrong with you though that
- 34:27Speaker 1: you would be okay to be in a union and
- 34:30Speaker 1: a partnership with somebody who's talking to miners. I don't
- 34:32Speaker 1: get it. I don't and I'm less judging than you.
- 34:37Speaker 1: In terms of polyamory. I wish ever do it. It
- 34:40Speaker 1: would never work for me. But I can acknowledge that
- 34:43Speaker 1: there are people out there who can come up with
- 34:45Speaker 1: agreements and make it work, and it's totally fine. But nonetheless,
- 34:49Speaker 1: I don't know if it's sustainable. I don't know if
- 34:50Speaker 1: it's sustainable. I can't see either of these couples making
- 34:54Speaker 1: it long term. And now you're going to introduce a fifth.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Un person in this cule that was sposed to be closed.
- 35:01Speaker 2: It's supposed to be a closed.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Quad, and now you're gonna happen what's happening in LIKEQLE.
- 35:05Speaker 2: You also have kids involved, and like how is it
- 35:07Speaker 2: good for the kids to the kid. I just don't
- 35:10Speaker 2: get it, But I'm gonna I'm here for it, like
- 35:13Speaker 2: I'm gonna watch the train Wreck and I'm going to
- 35:16Speaker 2: consume it. I'm going to judge it in all of
- 35:19Speaker 2: my raccoon glory.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 35:20Speaker 2: As if I'm like on some pedestal over top then
- 35:23Speaker 2: and be like looking down on them, but I am.
- 35:26Speaker 1: And you should be my dumpster. Why wouldn't you be
- 35:28Speaker 1: I'm looking down? I agree. I think that it's very problematic.
- 35:32Speaker 1: And I feel like if it's a closed polycule and
- 35:35Speaker 1: you want to introduce a fifth person without consent, like
- 35:38Speaker 1: there's already a deep problem.
- 35:41Speaker 2: I just feel like structure, Yeah, like you're just setting
- 35:44Speaker 2: it up for failure, like and you're denying that it's
- 35:46Speaker 2: going to fail, but like you're still doing it anyway,
- 35:50Speaker 2: So I mean.
- 35:51Speaker 1: Whatever, and it's gonna fail. Yeah, like have fun ye
- 35:54Speaker 1: and we'll watch yeah, yes, and hopefully they don't fuck
- 35:57Speaker 1: it up hopefully hope. No, I'm talking about deal. See,
- 36:00Speaker 1: hopefully they don't like overproduce it like Seeking Brother Husband,
- 36:04Speaker 1: which keep it real. Yeah, and I will watch Yeah, well,
- 36:09Speaker 1: good good thoughts. Yeah, and I'm looking forward to it
- 36:12Speaker 1: me too, and so our coverage of it is going
- 36:14Speaker 1: to be I think one week behind until Sister Wives concludes. Yeah,
- 36:19Speaker 1: and then we will catch up to like regular weekly
- 36:22Speaker 1: on time recaps.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Yes. And to those of you who were wanting us
- 36:26Speaker 2: to cover the Valley, we are going to cover that
- 36:28Speaker 2: on Patreon though, so keep an eye out for that.
- 36:30Speaker 2: If you're on our Patreon, it'll be there.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Yeah. We're going to start covering that in May, and
- 36:35Speaker 1: we'll start releasing those like probably in June.
- 36:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:39Speaker 1: So, but we're gonna have fun with it. I've been watching,
- 36:40Speaker 1: have you?
- 36:41Speaker 3: No?
- 36:41Speaker 2: I haven't. Oh, I'm waiting. I'm saving myself. Oh I heard.
- 36:46Speaker 1: It's crazy though, you are going to hate Jack's tailor
- 36:48Speaker 1: even more than you hate Jax Taylor.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Now I'm sure.
- 36:51Speaker 1: Okay. Is there anything else that we need to say
- 36:53Speaker 1: to these beautiful raccoons before we get up on out
