- 0:00Speaker 1: Tonight we're going to discuss another excerpt from the book
- 0:04Spider by Barry Levine. Yesterday we discussed an excerpt of
- 0:11the book that talked about some of the gossiping going
- 0:15on within the jail in regards to Jeffrey Epstein and
- 0:21his conversations with Bill Mercy and another inmate. Well, today
- 0:26we're going to check out another excerpt of this book
- 0:29about Jeffrey Epstein's final days and how he was whining
- 0:33about bullying. Sounds about right. A guy like that, a
- 0:38real bully. The second you stand up to them, the
- 0:41second you punch them in the nose, they look for
- 0:44easier targets. And it's ironic that the king of the
- 0:49bullies would be crying about being bullied. This article is
- 0:55from The Daily Beast. The author of the article is
- 0:59Barry Levine. On the afternoon of July sixth, twenty nineteen,
- 1:05a force of NYPD officers and FBI agents were appropriately
- 1:10enough in a holding pattern at Teeterborough Airport in New Jersey.
- 1:15Now we know that's where Epstein was arrested. He was
- 1:17coming back from France and they nailed him at Teterborough. Now,
- 1:24why wasn't there a bunch of cameras there set up
- 1:26ready to go. Why wasn't it as publicized as some
- 1:30of the more political type arrests that we've had lately.
- 1:36It makes you wonder, doesn't it. The high that Saturday
- 1:41was a sweltering eighty eight degrees. Sweltering eighty eight degrees.
- 1:45I live in Las Vegas. We're going on like one
- 1:47hundred and seventy five days without rain. I got your
- 1:50sweltering right here. One hundred and fifteen damned degrees. That's sweltering.
- 1:55Skies were overcast, and the humidity made the tarmac feel
- 1:58even hotter. The federal agents and New York City detectives
- 2:02were wearing suits and ties. Others perspired in their navy
- 2:06blue windbreakers known as ray jackets, stamped with the yellow
- 2:09letters FBI. That's the worst possible thing you can imagine
- 2:14waiting for you or kicking in your door. Dudes wearing
- 2:17them blue jackets with those three letters on it. Yeah,
- 2:20I'll pass on all of that. As the airport's ground
- 2:24crew looked on the small army of law enforcement, close
- 2:28to fifty in all, assembled near a hangar one, an
- 2:31area adjacent to a US Customs and Border Protection Office.
- 2:35They were awaiting the arrival of Jeffrey Epstein. You know,
- 2:41it's great in all that he got arrested when he did,
- 2:43but still I can't get the taste out of my
- 2:46mouth of all of the decades, of all of the
- 2:48years that this man was able to operate and nobody
- 2:53stepped up to do a thing, and then when they
- 2:56do arrest them, there's no fanfare. We don't have a
- 3:00porter embedded, we don't have pictures, we don't have none
- 3:02of that stuff. The arrest team had been poised for
- 3:06this moment ever since word came down earlier that Epstein
- 3:11had boarded his golf Stream G five point fifty tail
- 3:14number N two one two je and Paris. Four days earlier.
- 3:19United States Southern District Magistrate Judge Barbara Moses had signed
- 3:23a sealed arrest warrant for Epstein. So while Epstein was
- 3:29in Paris doing whatever the hell he was doing with Shuliac,
- 3:32the prosecutors decided that now was the time. So they
- 3:36had this sealed indictment, and when Epstein was returning home
- 3:41to America, they decided to spring their trap. The operation
- 3:47at Teeterborough would be would be a statement of a
- 3:51carefully calibrated confidential effort that Jeffrey Berman, the US attorney
- 3:56in the district, and his team of prosecutors, had begun
- 3:59some six months earlier. So before he got arrested, there
- 4:03was six months of legwork done, all sorts of investigative work,
- 4:09I'm sure, interviews and gathering of information obviously, and then
- 4:14once they had their ducks in a row, they got
- 4:17the sealed indictment, and the second he came back to America,
- 4:21it was time to arrest his bitch ass. The problem, however,
- 4:26was that Epstein wasn't in the country. He was in France.
- 4:30Law enforcement tracked the movements of his private jet. See
- 4:33that's another thing. That's a little golden nugget here, right.
- 4:38I stated earlier that they were doing the same thing
- 4:40with Gilan Maxwell. There was no way that Gilaane Maxwell
- 4:44was going to get out of this country using conventional means,
- 4:47and that is why she was in New Hampshire so
- 4:49close to Canada. The Montreal connection. We've discussed all of that,
- 4:54and it is obvious that gle Maxwell would have bounced
- 5:01if she could have. They knew their best chance for
- 5:06a clean apprehension would be right after he touched down
- 5:09in the United States. Trying to arrest someone like Epstein
- 5:12in one of his palatial homes presented challenges and dangers
- 5:16that the FBI and NYPD were keen to avoid. What
- 5:20he has armed guards, He has guys with machine guns
- 5:23hanging out in machine gun nests in front of his house.
- 5:26That wasn't going to occur. You know, I get it
- 5:29why you want to pick him up at the airport,
- 5:31but there should have been at the same time that
- 5:33he was picked up, every one of his properties should
- 5:36have been raided, and we know that zoro Ranch wasn't.
- 5:39So the second he got picked up, what did his
- 5:41associates do with any documentation at zoro Ranch. I'm guessing
- 5:45they destroyed it. So that's just a big slap in
- 5:48the face to the survivors, everyone who was abused in
- 5:51New Mexico and justice itself. I've been pretty clear about
- 5:57how I feel about the New Mexico Erny general and
- 6:01how they have went after this case. I think it's
- 6:06appalling that there's no concurrent state investigation going on, and
- 6:10I also think that it is unimaginable that Zoro Ranch
- 6:16has still not been raided. Epstein had taken off from
- 6:20Paris four other times that year. His last flight in
- 6:23April took him from the French capital to Robot, Morocco
- 6:27for a nine hour visit. What's he doing in Morocco
- 6:30for nine hours? What the hell's going on in Robot
- 6:33that he's there for nine flip an hour's Flights to
- 6:37and from Teterborough were routine for him, like taking a
- 6:40car service. He expected to be back in his mansion
- 6:43within an hour or so of the N two to
- 6:45one two jees crossing into American airspace over Main the
- 6:50arrest team waited. I would have loved to see Jeffrey
- 6:53Epstein's face when they nailed him coming off that plane.
- 6:56And I also wonder if he was tipped off while
- 6:58he was in the air. You would think that if
- 7:01he was, he might have had the pilot skirt and
- 7:05head back to where he was going. But I really
- 7:07don't know how all of that would work, right, would
- 7:09the government scramble F sixteen's at that point? I have
- 7:12no idea, But I would have loved to see this
- 7:15guy's face when he got off that airplane. And there
- 7:17was an army of federal agents and NYPD officers waiting
- 7:21to greet them. That would have been joyful. The police
- 7:25officers and federal agents who made up the arrest force
- 7:28at Teeterborough had arrested hundreds of violent felons. Among them,
- 7:32only seasoned officers and agents with impeccable service records were
- 7:36handpicked for task force work. Well, that's good to know, right,
- 7:40some impeccable recorded agents on the case. You know. I
- 7:45give the FBI a real hard time and they deserve it.
- 7:49Same with the CIA, and I believe that there are
- 7:52way too many federal agencies as it is. But when
- 7:55it comes to the rank and file at the FBI,
- 7:58I would say the overwhelming majority of the agents themselves
- 8:01want to do the right thing. It's the bureaucrats that
- 8:05are above them that force shit on them. They forced
- 8:08them to eat shit sandwiches, and they force them to
- 8:10jettison cases. So when I talk about the FBI, I
- 8:14don't mean the rank and file. There are good people
- 8:17who work in the agency. I'm sure of that. I mean,
- 8:19let's be honest, But when it comes to the leadership structure,
- 8:23these bureaucrats that have been in these positions unelected by
- 8:26the way, have to go. There needs to be a purge,
- 8:30and there needs to be new blood brought into the FBI,
- 8:32and the CIA needs to be completely and utterly destroyed
- 8:36and rebuilt into something different. But the Epstein operation and
- 8:42its secrecy made some nervous. Epstein was rich and had
- 8:46ties to powerful figures in New York media. A source
- 8:50close to the investigation said Lawman feared that someone would
- 8:53give the financier pedophile a heads up. Yeah, well, you
- 8:57know what, that could have played into them not having
- 8:59the media there. That's definitely a good point that I
- 9:02might have overlooked, because we know Epstein had a bunch
- 9:05of friends in the media, Katie Kurk, George Stephanopolis, the
- 9:11list goes on. So if the media got wind of this,
- 9:16then they might have tipp Jeffrey Epstein off. I know
- 9:18that's horrible to say, but how long did the legacy
- 9:21media protect Jeffrey Epstein. How long did the legacy media
- 9:24run cover for Jeffrey Epstein? How long did the legacy
- 9:27media kill stories about Jeffrey Epstein? So why should we
- 9:32think that the legacy media would have kept their app
- 9:34shut in this instance. That's a very good point. Federal
- 9:39officials were afraid if Epstein learned about the planned arrest
- 9:42in flight, he would turn into Roman Polanski and order
- 9:45his pilot to make a detour to a place from
- 9:47where he could not be extradited, said Lieutenant Gene White
- 9:51of the NYPD. We didn't want to spook him because
- 9:54they were going to arrest him as soon as he
- 9:56landed and before his pilot could restart the engine. That's crazy.
- 10:01So you think what they're saying here is that they
- 10:03think his pilot was so loyal to him that his
- 10:06pilot was willing to restart that engine and aid and
- 10:10a bet a man wanted on felony crimes leaving the country.
- 10:16That shows you the loyalty of the pilot. Again. Sometimes
- 10:21we have to read in between the lines and see
- 10:23what they're saying in these sort of conversations, right, And
- 10:28it definitely is pretty jaw dropping to think that the
- 10:33pilot's loyalty ran that deep. And if that's the case,
- 10:37then you know that the pilot has some intricate, intricate
- 10:42knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein. And I'm not sure if it
- 10:45was Larry Vassoski who was the pilot of that flight,
- 10:48I should I have to look that up look into that,
- 10:50but I'm guessing it was, and Larry Vassoski obviously is
- 10:55super loyal to Jeffrey Epstein. The precautions turn out to
- 11:00be unnecessary. As Epstein's aircraft taxi to a stop on
- 11:03the tarmac, it was met by sedan's and SUVs with
- 11:07lights and sirens blaring. NYPD detectives and FBI agents swarmed
- 11:12the aircraft. They wore their blue windbreaker ray jackets. Their
- 11:15side arms were out. Epstein offered no resistance as he
- 11:19was placed in cuffs. It was five thirty PM. Well, yeah,
- 11:23why would he offer resistance. He figures he's gonna go.
- 11:26He'll get you into the court, they'll check him in,
- 11:30and then he'll be out that same day. That's what
- 11:32he thought. He thought that his contacts were still going
- 11:35to protect him. What he didn't know was that he
- 11:37was already burned as an asset the second he was arrested.
- 11:40The second time, his handlers burned him and got rid
- 11:44of all evidence that connected themselves that I am sure of.
- 11:48That's what happens in these sorts of operations. What you think,
- 11:51intelligence runs assets and then they keep information hanging around
- 11:56that can tie them to that asset. Hell no, not
- 11:58in black ops like this, Hell no. And that's why
- 12:04I think it's crucial to follow the money, because we're
- 12:06never going to find the ties that connect these higher
- 12:10upper echelon m managers, people, managers in intelligence. We're never
- 12:16going to find their fingerprints. There's zero chance it's going
- 12:19to be buried, in my opinion. But when it comes
- 12:21to the money, well, you can't hide that. And that
- 12:24is why I am so adamant about following the money
- 12:27in this case and tying all of these scumbags together financially.
- 12:33No one else on the plane was taken into custody.
- 12:36Some media reports indicated that the thirty year old Corina Shuliac,
- 12:40a Belussian emigree and dentist who was one of Epstein's
- 12:44latest romantic interests and a woman with whom he had
- 12:46grown closer of late, had been vacationing with Epstein at
- 12:50his Paris apartment, and that she had been on his
- 12:52jet when Epstein was arrested. Law enforcement sources familiar with
- 12:56Epstein's apprehension, however, dispute this insists I think Shuliac was
- 13:01not on the arriving flight. Well again, another little gem, right,
- 13:05another little nugget. And of course we don't, you know,
- 13:09we have to make sure that we're doing our legwork
- 13:12to find out what's what. But in this new book
- 13:15that Barry Levigne, Levine however you want to pronounce his
- 13:19last name, has just dropped. He's offering a different perspective here,
- 13:23some stuff that you know fills in a couple of
- 13:26the cracks perhaps, And again it's all about context, right.
- 13:30The more we know, the better off we are. After
- 13:35clearing US customs, Epstein was turned over to the custody
- 13:38of the US Marshall Service and driven some ten miles
- 13:41south to the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Lower Manhattan, a
- 13:45federal jail known as the MCC, where prisoners charged with
- 13:48federal crimes are detained while a waiting arraignment or trial.
- 13:55And we know the MCC is a pretty notorious place.
- 13:57I mean, l Chapo is there, et cetera, et cetera.
- 14:00Epstein had grown up in modest surroundings, but he never
- 14:03experienced conditions like those in the MCC. For a man
- 14:07who had long since grown accustomed to a pampered life,
- 14:10landing in the MCC was a rude awakening far harsher
- 14:14than anything he'd experienced years earlier in the county lock
- 14:17up in Florida. It was a long time coming. This
- 14:21dude should have been dropped in a federal cell a
- 14:23long time ago. N chemically castrated. The whole entire farce
- 14:29of his first so called arrest is ridiculous, all right.
- 14:33I don't even want to call it an arrest. He
- 14:35had sleepovers, glorified sleepovers, in a whole wing of the
- 14:39Palm Beach lockup. You want to talk about a stark
- 14:44difference a federal jail cell, And if anybody has ever
- 14:50deserved to lose their freedom, it's this scumbag here. Robert
- 14:56Boyce had retired from his job as the NYPD's Chief
- 14:59of Detectives in April twenty eighteen after a thirty five
- 15:03career with the department. Even though Boyce was no longer
- 15:06the department's top detective, his gregarious nature and close relationship
- 15:10with top brass within New York's law enforcement community made
- 15:14him an inviting go between for someone hoping to assist
- 15:17the believered financier pedophile without so much as leaving a fingerprint. Wow,
- 15:25that's crazy, it's ins I mean, the connections that Jeffrey
- 15:32Epstein had, all of the people that he was involved with,
- 15:39and all of these people like Boyce who worked on
- 15:42his behalf to try and get him freeze. Just mind
- 15:46blowing to me. Why would anybody associate with this dirt scumbag?
- 15:58Boyce revealed how in the days following Epstein's July twenty
- 16:01nineteen arrest, a handful of Police Foundation benefactors, those he
- 16:05termed one percenters, embarked on what amounted to a stealth
- 16:09lobbying campaign on Epstein's behalf, meant to ease his discomfort
- 16:14behind bars. Oh excuse me, So it wasn't Boyce, it
- 16:17was the other people he was working with, some of
- 16:20the top one percent in people in the Police Foundation, etc. Etc. So,
- 16:26of course the leadership structure, the bureaucrats, not the officers themselves.
- 16:34Despite the common knowledge that Epstein was a convicted sex offender,
- 16:37these sweet people believe the favor bank was open for business,
- 16:41and each caller importuning him sought to make a withdraw
- 16:46on Epstein's behalf, So they were all calling in trying
- 16:49to get Epstein more favorable conditions. You know, all the
- 16:53stuff we talk about the stuff that only people in
- 16:56high society, or so called high society are to gain
- 17:02people like us. No chance, you really think anyone's calling
- 17:04on our behalfs besides our family and a few of
- 17:07our friends. You think the Police Foundation is stepping in
- 17:11to try and help you out. Hell, no they're not.
- 17:13But if you're Jeffrey Epstein and you have a pocket
- 17:15full of money and they feel like they can use
- 17:17you as a vehicle to climb up the status ladder,
- 17:21well you're You're part of the crew. Now I'm making
- 17:23a call on your behalf, And it's all about the
- 17:27money always. So all of these people who were calling
- 17:31on his behalf, my suspicion is they all receive some
- 17:35sort of money from Jeffrey Epstein at some point, and
- 17:38that as well should be looked into. They were uppercrust
- 17:45elites who met Epstein over cocktails and thought he was
- 17:48charming he won them over. Boyce explained, you know that's
- 17:51just not an excuse for me. I don't care how
- 17:53charming you are. I don't care how cool you think
- 17:56you are. If you have a conviction as a sex
- 18:00the way Jeffrey Epstein did, and for the crime that
- 18:03he was associated with, I mean, I don't care how
- 18:07charming you are. I'm not hanging out with you at
- 18:11any dinner function. And furthermore, I most certainly I am not
- 18:14making any phone calls on your behalf. Maybe making a
- 18:17phone call to ask the federal marshals to make your
- 18:20life worse, but to help you. What sort of scumbag?
- 18:26The Foundation members making calls on Epstein's behalf had each
- 18:30at one time been generous benefactors of the Police Foundation.
- 18:34One contributed as much as fifty thousand dollars. You know,
- 18:38they're calling not to say hello, Bob, but rather we're
- 18:41concerned about a friend of ours who is imprisoned. What
- 18:44are they the mafia? Yo u yo egg John. Look,
- 18:47a friend of ours is in some trouble. I'm gonna
- 18:49need you to take care of it. Oh, I mean,
- 18:53that's basically how they conduct themselves. At least the mafia
- 18:56is straight up and upfront about what's going on. And furthermore,
- 18:59you'll he had a better rate if you borrow money
- 19:01from the mafia then you would from the banksters. They
- 19:09wanted to buy him things, certain comforts while comforts while
- 19:12he was in the jail cell, like a pillow or toiletries.
- 19:16The callers gave Boyce the impression that each was prepared
- 19:19to cut a personal check on Epstein's behalf on the spot.
- 19:25Epstein needed money, they needed people to cut checks. I
- 19:27thought he was rich, jad I thought he's a billionaire. None.
- 19:31None of this makes sense. None of this makes sense
- 19:35at all. Why would they be trying to put money
- 19:38on Jeffrey Epstein's books? What does that even mean? Boyce
- 19:43was not inclined to help. By the time the callers
- 19:46reached the former chief of detectives, word had reached him
- 19:49through another former law enforcement official about the nature of
- 19:52the cash of lured photographs that had been seized from
- 19:55Epstein's townhouse. The trove of photos numbered in the hundreds,
- 20:00and the subjects were suspected survivors of Epstein's predations. And
- 20:05now all of these people knew what Jeffrey Epstein was,
- 20:10They knew about the pictures, they knew about the video,
- 20:13and yet these ex law enforcement officials are calling on
- 20:17his behalf. And you wonder why I rant and rave
- 20:20about the just US Department on a regular basis. This
- 20:24is why, folks, And it's brazen, right in your face.
- 20:28They're saying, ha ha, you can't stop me. We have
- 20:31all the power. What are you going to do about it?
- 20:35And well, you know my answer to that, and that
- 20:38is vote every single incumbent out. Enough is enough. They
- 20:44want to play games, They want to literally negotiate with
- 20:48our lives. But yet they don't want to do their jobs.
- 20:53They don't want to go after people who they should
- 20:55be going after. Instead they protect them. Instead, they get
- 20:59in bed with them. Meanwhile, you and I continue to struggle.
- 21:08Boyce diplomatically discouraged the caller's misguided impulses. I told them, look,
- 21:12just walk away. This is a bad guy. He is
- 21:15much worse than you ever know. Don't walk run. They
- 21:19immediately said thank you very much, Chief and hung up.
- 21:22So this boys guy ex chief of Detectives, has his
- 21:27head on straight, understood what Epstein was and knew the
- 21:30sort of monster he was. He had access to Epstein's files,
- 21:33the chief of Detective and the detectives in the NYPD
- 21:36for thirty five years. Yeah, pretty sure the guy knew
- 21:39what was what And it was definitely a good decision
- 21:44on his part to not get involved with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 21:48to not vouch for Jeffrey Epstein to not co sign
- 21:51for Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein's first night inside the MCC was
- 21:56spent in what's referred to as the general population. Ninety
- 22:00percent of MCC population was in gen pop, including most
- 22:04pre trial prisoners who tend to be more agitated and
- 22:08potentially more dangerous than those who have been sentenced and
- 22:11are awaiting for a prison transfer or those do for
- 22:15eminent release. And I mean sending him to gen pop
- 22:20right is just a bad idea. The whole circumstance around
- 22:24his arrest and what transpired after is an absolute shit show,
- 22:30an absolute shit show, and there is no excuse for
- 22:33it by the Department of Corrections. They have a huge budget,
- 22:36a huge budget, and they mismanage and misappropriate their funds
- 22:41on a regular basis and then can plain that they're
- 22:43stretched so thin. Manage your funds correctly. The tier Epstein
- 22:50was first sent to seven n included gang members of
- 22:54MS thirteen and various Bloods factions. It was a holding
- 22:58home for murderers, narco trappers, and other violent criminals and
- 23:02jailhouse assaults, either to settle a score for hire or
- 23:06common no doubt about it. If you catch a green
- 23:08light in jail or prison, somebody is gonna have their
- 23:12way with you. You're gonna get shanked. You better be
- 23:14ready to go. And a convicted pedophile, a convicted sex offender,
- 23:19bro your priority number one. If you're on the yard,
- 23:22forget it. You are going to get a taste of
- 23:26jail house justice if you're in gen Pop. So this
- 23:29guy should have never, ever, ever, ever, eva been in
- 23:34Gen Pop. On Epstein's second day behind bars, the Bureau
- 23:39of Prisons administrator is transferred Epstein from seven to n
- 23:43to the ninth floor South or nine S and the
- 23:46Special Housing Unit or shoe. It was also known in
- 23:50the mcc vernacular as the whole look for his own
- 23:55safety and for the safety of the case, that's where
- 24:00he should have been from the beginning. Now we all
- 24:03know it was a shit show in there as well,
- 24:05But if he was in general population, I have no
- 24:08doubt that he would have found a shank stuck into
- 24:10his ribs. Not only do these people look to take
- 24:15out convicted sex offenders, they're looking for clout with the
- 24:18other homies, with the shot callers, with everybody else on
- 24:21the yard. So they make a move like this, they
- 24:25have automatic credibility. Everybody on the yard knows the deal. Yo,
- 24:29that's to do that, God Epstein. Yo, that's to do that,
- 24:31God Epstein. And all of a sudden he's a superstar.
- 24:36But as we see, even in the shoe, shit goes south.
- 24:43The MCC was a hard place to keep secrets. The
- 24:45nature of Epstein's crimes became rather known inside the building.
- 24:50Rather than harming Epstein physically, several young prisoners in the
- 24:53unit initially sought to intimidate and extort him. According to
- 24:57inmate Michael Miles Tisdale, who ran and the inmate Companion
- 25:01program that had been established to assist at risk prisoners.
- 25:06So we talked a little bit about this on the
- 25:08Daily Drop last night. He was run out, Tisdale explained,
- 25:14meaning Epstein was ostracized from other prisoners in the housing unit.
- 25:17That's the first step. First you're isolated. Go sit at
- 25:21that table by yourself, chomo and that's what they call
- 25:24child molesters in prison chomos. So first you're ostracized, Go
- 25:28sit at that table, Stay the f away from us.
- 25:31We don't want your taint on us. You're disgusting, your
- 25:33blah blah blah, etc. Etc. And that's how it all begins.
- 25:38Tisdale said he heard about this effort, initially from one
- 25:41of the guards and later from Epstein himself. Other inmates
- 25:45tried to extort him. They tried to control him by
- 25:47selling him commissary items like snacks, sodas, and certain meals
- 25:51for way above what they're supposed to be sold for. Yeah,
- 25:54they saw somebody to exploit, a piggy bank, somebody that
- 25:58couldnot defend themselves. And guess what, I have no sympathy
- 26:01for this bitch ass. He spent his whole life bullying,
- 26:04He spent his whole life in control. The fact that
- 26:08the inmates were dispensing their own justice at beat on
- 26:13his head. I am totally fine with that. You don't
- 26:16want to end up like that. Stay out of prison.
- 26:18You don't want to get, you know, stalled out. Don't
- 26:20be a punk bitch. And that's what Epstein was at
- 26:23his core, folks, a punk ass bitch, not even a man,
- 26:28just a straight punk. According to inmate accounts, Epstein did
- 26:33use commissary sales in an effort to secure his safety
- 26:36within the jail. In conversations with another one of his counselors,
- 26:40inmate William Dollar, Bill Mercy. Epstein expressed the fear that
- 26:44he would be targeted by black inmates. Epstein did not
- 26:48raise these specific fears with Tisdale, who was black. Well,
- 26:52I got news for Jeffrey Epstein. You don't have any
- 26:54friends in prison, bro, for your crimes, Black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Italian,
- 26:59you have no friends. Every single one of the cars
- 27:03on the yard wants nothing to do with you. Your
- 27:06only hope is to go into protective custody. Down to
- 27:10the shoe and shoe up. That's the only way you
- 27:15can't run the run on the yard and the black folk.
- 27:19What do you think the black shot callers aren't going
- 27:21to green light you? For sure? Green light the essay
- 27:26shot callers. What they're not green light of you? Green
- 27:28light the Aryan brotherhood? Huh, believe it? Green light and
- 27:34forget about it. Don't even attempt to stumble around where
- 27:38the ginzaloons are hanging out. You're asking for big trouble
- 27:41that way. The Asians and Pacific Islanders, they don't want
- 27:45nothing to do with child molesters. So my point is
- 27:50it's not just black people Jeffrey Epstein had to worry about.
- 27:53He was such a racist guy and so mentally unstable
- 27:58that he fixated on black folk, like black people were
- 28:01the biggest of his problems in prison breaking news, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 28:05your problems were much bigger than that, As Mercy understood it,
- 28:10Epstein's worries about his safety were related to his experience
- 28:14and feelings about race. He had mentioned he'd been bullied
- 28:17at school in Coney Island by black kids, not by Italians,
- 28:20not by the Irish, but by black kids. Mercy recalled,
- 28:23it's because you were a dork bro point blank period,
- 28:27and you weren't bullied. They broke your balls. Stop it.
- 28:31Just because you get your balls broke doesn't mean you're
- 28:33being bullied. If you're not sharp enough, you don't got
- 28:37good enough comebacks. Well, that's what happens. I went to
- 28:42school in the inner city. I know all about merciless
- 28:46ball breaking. Jeffrey Epstein just was not built for that life.
- 28:51In one conversation, Mercy recalled Epstein asking do I need
- 28:54to do? I need a big schwar. Schwar or schwatz
- 28:59is a pejorative Yiddish term for a black person, So
- 29:05it's like a slight for a black person, A not
- 29:11a good word that you want to call black people, okay,
- 29:14And Jeffrey Epstein was very just throw those words around
- 29:17nonchalantly like there's it's no big deal. Guy showed his
- 29:21colors on a regular basis. Maria told us about his racism,
- 29:25and the other survivors talked about it as well. Jeffrey
- 29:28Epstein was an unhinged maniac. Mercy said he tried to
- 29:34admonish Epstein about his insecurity, advising him to look fellow
- 29:37prisoners in the eye and stand his ground. Yeah, that's
- 29:40what you do. That's what men do, all right. Men
- 29:43stand their ground, look other people in the eye when
- 29:47they talk to them, and make it very clear I
- 29:49am not the one that you want to target. Epstein
- 29:53was not a man though. He was a coward. He
- 29:56was a snake. He was a bully, and he had
- 30:00no heart to deal with the repercussions of his actions.
- 30:07Within a few days of being assigned to the Shoe,
- 30:09Epstein was put on suicide watch, which meant he was
- 30:12moved to an even grimmer environment. The suicide watch area
- 30:16consists of four cell units on the second floor of
- 30:19the jail that provide some of the most restrictive housing
- 30:22in the facility. Inmates assigned to Suicide Watch are not
- 30:26permitted to leave their cells. Beds are without sheets, clothing
- 30:30is more minimal to prevent self harming behaviors. Lights are
- 30:34never turned off, and inmates are supposed to be under
- 30:37twenty four to seven watch by both prison guards and staff. Well,
- 30:42we know that that didn't occur. We know that Bill
- 30:45Barr's group of terribly trained correctional officers did not do
- 30:52their job. Their bosses did not do their jobs, and
- 30:55their bosses did not do their jobs. So it was
- 30:58just an epic dumps fire and there's been no fixing it.
- 31:03Has there been any sort of steps put into place
- 31:06to fix this stuff, I haven't heard about them. There
- 31:09needs to be a complete overhaul of the justice system
- 31:12and the Department of Corrections in this country. The question
- 31:15is which one of these talk a lot, do nothing
- 31:18politicians has the courage to do it. Tisdale remembered seeing
- 31:25Epstein in the unit, citing the distinctive jailhouse mufty worn
- 31:28by inmates on Suicide Watch a gown with velcro straps
- 31:33as proof. Tisdale and Mercy would both assert that Epstein
- 31:37was moved to suicide Watch soon after he became an
- 31:40inmate on July sixth. Again, I think it's not a
- 31:45bad idea to have him on suicide watch, right, all
- 31:47things considered, and if we had a competent force here
- 31:52at the MCC to watch him, I think that would
- 31:54have been a good idea. And to keep him there.
- 31:57He should have never been let off suicide Watch, just
- 31:59to have double protections in place. They would not move
- 32:05him from the shoe to suicide Watch unless he indicated
- 32:08to a prison psychologist or someone that he felt a
- 32:11desire to kill himself. Mercy said, you don't go there
- 32:14unless you express intent to hang up prison parlance for
- 32:17a desire to take one's life. Or maybe in Jeffrey
- 32:20Epstein's case, he preferred the solitude. Maybe he didn't want
- 32:23anything more to do with the inmates, after he was
- 32:26getting sweated, after he got punked out to put money
- 32:29on people's commissaries, after he was paying twenty bucks per soda,
- 32:34Maybe he said, you know what I'm gonna say, I'm
- 32:36gonna hurt myself. I'm gonna get moved to suicide watch,
- 32:39and that's gonna be that. The revelation of this previously
- 32:44unreported first instance of Epstein being placed on suicide Watch
- 32:48raises new questions about prison officials' efforts to safeguard their
- 32:52high profile inmate. A representative for the Bureau of Prisons
- 32:56declined to comment on the allegation. Of course, it's an
- 32:59ongoing instigation. We have another comment. It's such an absolute joke.
- 33:04And Bill Barr is a joke too, the way he
- 33:08can deconducts himself, the way he conducts business. This guy
- 33:11is CIA through and through, not a trustworthy individual. And
- 33:15like I always say, he's like the Wade Phillips of bureaucrats.
- 33:22How many times are we going to drag this guy
- 33:23back in, retreat him, and have him as the guy
- 33:26in charge? I am so tired of that. You mean
- 33:29to tell me in this country that there's not a
- 33:31better person to be Attorney General of the United States,
- 33:34A person with more integrity, a person who really wants
- 33:38to see justice, because from where I'm sitting, that certainly
- 33:42is not Bill Barr. After several days spent on suicide Watch,
- 33:48Epstein was transferred back to the shoe. We're all seemed
- 33:51okay until the morning of July twenty third, five days
- 33:55after his request to be remanded to house arrest was
- 33:57denied by a federal judge. On July eighteen, Epstein was
- 34:01found on the floor of his cell, semi conscious in
- 34:04the fetal position with Marx on his neck. Epstein's cell mate,
- 34:09Nicholas Tartaglioni, a muscle bound former police officer accused of
- 34:14a drug related quadruple homicide, summoned guards by yelling. Tartaglioni
- 34:20denied any complicity in the incident. Again, I don't believe
- 34:24that one bit. I believe that Tartaglioni did attack him.
- 34:27I believe that Tartaglioni was sending a message. And I
- 34:31believe that the footage that wasn't found, or the footage that,
- 34:36oh we didn't have a camera appointed to the jail cell,
- 34:39I think that's bupkiss. I think that's BS. And they
- 34:42knew that Tartaglioni was the one who assaulted him. Why
- 34:46would they put him in a cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni,
- 34:49a former cop who was accused of a quadruple homicide
- 34:54that was related to drugs. Why do you put Jeffrey
- 34:56Epstein in that cell? Why not make him cell mates
- 34:59with that Bill Mercy guy. None of it makes sense,
- 35:03and they don't have any logical answers for us. So
- 35:06until we have logical answers that make sense that connect
- 35:10the pieces here, we're going to keep putting them on
- 35:13blast for the terrible job that they did. I cannot
- 35:18wait for the day that Bill Barr is no longer
- 35:20the Attorney general. The guy is an absolute disaster. Epstein
- 35:27went back to the shoe only six days after his
- 35:29purported suicide attempt. On August ninth, Epstein's then cellmate transferred
- 35:35out with no immediate replacement. Epstein had his cell to
- 35:38himself in what would have been the last meal serf
- 35:43to Epstein. A database from the Federal Bureau of Prisons
- 35:46shows the dinner that night was likely baked ZD or
- 35:49a tofu pasta alternative by ten Epstein and the other
- 35:54inmates were locked in their cells for the night, so probably,
- 35:59I mean, my guess would be that Jeffrey Epstein's last
- 36:01meal was some baked ZD unless he is eating some
- 36:06toful alternative and I never heard anything about him eating
- 36:09like that, but quite possible. Interesting little tidbit though his
- 36:13last meal interesting Interesting Interesting by morning he would be dead.
- 36:21So there you have it, folks. Another excerpt from the
- 36:25book Spider by Barry Levine. Levine, I don't know how
- 36:30he pronounced his last name one way or the other.
- 36:31Either way, this is just more information for us to
- 36:36go through. I've started this audio book today. I'm a
- 36:41little bit into it, not very far. I've been in
- 36:43the studio all morning since five am, working on obviously
- 36:47this show and working on the first episode of the
- 36:54new podcast that will be premiering on October thirtieth. Definitely
- 37:00have that to look forward to as well. But as
- 37:03far as this book, Spider, it sure looks that it
- 37:06is pretty comprehensive, and it definitely looks like it's been
- 37:10well researched, well thought out, and it seems to have
- 37:14some nuggets of good information. So I'll continue to read it,
- 37:18I'll continue to keep my eye on articles breaking about it,
- 37:23and we'll continue to talk about it. The fact of
- 37:27the matter is this, we are very close to having
- 37:33our hands on that deposition, folks, And when that deposition drops,
- 37:39I have a funny feeling that we're going to have
- 37:42a lot of these connections make a lot more sense.
- 37:49If you'd like to contact me. You can do that
- 37:51at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bobby c
- 37:55ap u c Ci at ProtonMail dot com. And also
- 38:00find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore c ap u Cci.
- 38:06All of the links. All right, so let's jump into
- 38:10our article for today. The article is from Channel four
- 38:14dot com over there across the pond in England, and
- 38:18they're the ones who put this new xpos together. That is,
- 38:24you know, talking about this situation over in the UK,
- 38:27about the allegations about the girls who have come forward.
- 38:31So now they've put together a whole investigative piece and
- 38:36in this article there's a video clip you can check
- 38:38out as well. So this article was authored by the
- 38:44Channel four News Investigations team. Headline revealed Epstein and Maxwell
- 38:51implicated in multiple UK abuse claims over a decade. I mean,
- 38:59is that really news? Though, Like I get it. I'm
- 39:02glad that Channel four is doing this. Don't get it twisted.
- 39:04I'm not demeaning Channel four. I think it's great that
- 39:07they're you know, jumping in here and we're bringing this
- 39:11question up. But the fact is we've been asking these
- 39:15questions for how long? What about the unnamed girls. You
- 39:19mean to tell me that when they were in Eastern
- 39:21Europe they didn't abuse any of these girls in any
- 39:24of those countries. And I know that the justice system
- 39:28is different everywhere, but there has to be some sort of,
- 39:37at the very least type of situation where these girls
- 39:43who might come from these other countries, where they can
- 39:46report what happened to them. Is there's some kind of
- 39:49hotline that's been established, I don't think so. Is there
- 39:52some sort of email where they can, you know, reach out,
- 39:57I guess maybe to the FBI, but who's comfortable doing so.
- 40:04Got ourselves a whole situation over here, and I believe
- 40:09that this is just the tip of the iceberg. You know,
- 40:11I've said it a million times. It starts with one
- 40:15lady coming forward, and it's like a crack in a
- 40:19in a dam, right, You got one little leak that
- 40:22gets sprung, and then before you know it, the whole
- 40:24dam is breaking. And we're starting to see that with
- 40:27more and more girls ladies coming forward and letting people
- 40:33know what Jeffrey Epstein did to them. And finally, the
- 40:39legacy media over in England and here in America are
- 40:43starting to catch on at least serious question raised about
- 40:50Met Police. Why excuse me, serious questions raised about why
- 40:54Met Police chose not to investigate alleged defenses. Police said
- 40:58today they will review you the information reported by this program. Again,
- 41:05the police need the media to show them how to
- 41:07do their job. It's like the commercials you see for
- 41:10Big Pharma on TV right and they tell you, for instance,
- 41:14tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Well,
- 41:18how am I supposed to know if I have a
- 41:19parasitic infection? Isn't the doctor supposed to tell me that
- 41:24same thing here? Why does the news media the little
- 41:29bit of work that they're doing. By the way, why
- 41:32do they have to dog walk the authorities into investigating
- 41:36this case? You mean to tell me, as an authority
- 41:39figure over in England at the MET you don't see
- 41:43the boatload of evidence here. You don't see that Virginia
- 41:45has said she was abused in your country by Prince
- 41:48Andrew at Gilain Maxwell's house. You don't see any of
- 41:51that stuff. How can you say that? Oh, well, now
- 41:54that the Channel four investigation is kicked off, well now
- 41:57we're gonna review things, you dumb morons. You should have
- 42:03been reviewing things this whole entire time. What exactly is
- 42:06it that you've been doing arresting people for breaking COVID
- 42:13lockdown restrictions? I mean, come on, I find it almost
- 42:20galling at this point that they would actually act like, oh, well,
- 42:24now this has been brought to our attention, so we're
- 42:25gonna investigate, you know, breaking news. We've been screaming about
- 42:30this from the mountaintops. And when I say we, I'm
- 42:34talking about everybody following this story. I don't just mean
- 42:36us on this podcast. I'm talking about everybody following this story. Now,
- 42:42all of a sudden, you have an investigation going. Well, great,
- 42:45I'm glad that there's finally an investigation. But let's hope
- 42:49it's not bs. Let's hope these smarmy sobs do the
- 42:55right thing. A Channel four News investigation has found more
- 43:01than half a dozen claims that young women and girls
- 43:04are alleged to have been targeted, trafficked, groomed or abused
- 43:08in the UK by Jeffrey Epstein and Guilain Maxwell over
- 43:12a period spanning more than a decade. Yeah, should that
- 43:17come as a shock to anybody anytime these two disgusting
- 43:24feral animals got together and went to any other country
- 43:31they were abusing people. That is basically where I'm at
- 43:34at this point. I think there's more evidence that points
- 43:37in that direction then counters it, and we know that
- 43:43people like this can't stop themselves, they can't help themselves.
- 43:47It's like a serial killer. They have to abuse people.
- 43:50Jeffrey Epstein had to have what three or four girls
- 43:52a day? Isn't that what they were talking about? So
- 43:57everywhere they went, you know, they were abusing girls. New
- 44:00Mexico had a bunch of massage therapists names on tap.
- 44:06Not to digress, but has anybody found out who those
- 44:09massage therapists are? And if anybody's listening out there, and
- 44:15you know those massage therapists who worked on Jeffrey Epstein
- 44:18in New Mexico, I am keenly interested in speaking with you.
- 44:23Please shoot me an email and I'm willing to go
- 44:27down to New Mexico to speak with you face to
- 44:29face if if that's how you want to do it,
- 44:32because I think that those five massage therapists whose names
- 44:37were in that book can open a whole doorway into
- 44:41what was occurring down there, that's for sure. And you
- 44:46know the same things were occurring over in England. What
- 44:49he went over there, to England, to the UK, and
- 44:51he just stopped being a predator when he had all
- 44:54of those powerful friends over there to protect him, when
- 44:57he had the Prince of England, for f's sake, rolling
- 45:00around with him. Yeah, he just stopped abusing people because
- 45:04he was over in England. He just decided that, you know,
- 45:07I'm not going to do this over here. Yeah. Right,
- 45:10This dude was abusing people everywhere he went. In the planes,
- 45:13on the ground, you name it. Some of those survivors
- 45:18have provided detailed accounts of their experiences. The evidence comes
- 45:22from a combination of publicly available documentation, including court papers,
- 45:27witness accounts, and interviews. The alleged defenses detailed in the
- 45:32accounts include serious sexual assault and rape. Yeah. That's look,
- 45:38the unfortunate truth and the cold heart facts of this
- 45:41case are, when you get right down to it, that's
- 45:44what Jeffrey Epstein was a disgusting rapist. You can argue
- 45:48about labeling him however you want to label him, but
- 45:51the fact of the matter is the dude was a
- 45:54rapist and he was a predator. All the other verbiage
- 45:57really doesn't matter, right, you want to use some type
- 46:03of you know, some words that get to the heart
- 46:08of it, right, But at the end of the day,
- 46:10the dude was a rapist, the dude was a predator,
- 46:12and he was a sick bastard. So all of these
- 46:17girls that have come forward to the Channel four investigation
- 46:20in England, how many of them have come forward previously
- 46:24to the police, and they've had this story, but they
- 46:27swept it under the rug. Now, obviously I don't live
- 46:31in the UK. I don't have my finger on the
- 46:33pulse of how things work over there. I have a
- 46:37rudimentary knowledge at this point considering my coverage of the
- 46:40Epstein case. But I'm guessing it's just like any other
- 46:45major police department in any other major metro area. You know,
- 46:51you got the guys at the top, the bureaucracy, the
- 46:54corrupt sons of bitches who are out there to protect themselves,
- 46:57the agency and their friends. So my guess is, oh,
- 47:02they knew about all of these allegations. They knew that
- 47:05these girls were being abused, and they simply didn't act
- 47:09on it, because why go after their buddies in the
- 47:14so called realm of the elite when they have minor
- 47:19league drug dealers to put in prison for the rest
- 47:21of their lives. The Channel four News investigation reveals that
- 47:28despite this, the Met Police chose not to carry out
- 47:31a full criminal investigation into these alleged defenses, despite many
- 47:36of these claims being in the public domain, a direct
- 47:39approach from at least one survivor, and widespread evidence that
- 47:44Epstein had abused young women through a global criminal enterprise.
- 47:49I mean, look, folks, again, I'm not Sherlock Holmes, right,
- 47:53not even Larry Holmes, Okay, but it's not too difficult
- 47:56to put all the pieces together from the circumstantial evidence
- 48:00we have, court documents and interviews. I don't know how
- 48:04as an investigator who is working on this case you
- 48:07can act like there's not enough out there for you
- 48:09to do your job, for you to get busy, for
- 48:11you to get indictments, and for you ultimately to help
- 48:14get convictions. If you cannot get convictions in this case,
- 48:19you probably should find a different job. I hear that
- 48:25costco's hiring. Serious questions have been raised about why the
- 48:32force failed to carry out a full criminal investigation, including
- 48:36whether Prince Andrew's involvement with Maxwell and Epstein had any
- 48:40bearing on their decision not to fully investigate, and whether
- 48:44the Metropolitan Police faces a conflict of interest due to
- 48:48its role of its officers serving in proximity as royal
- 48:52protection officers. The Joe exotic of the Windsor family denies
- 48:57any wrongdoing. Of course, they don't want any ada on
- 49:00their face. What the MET wants people to know that
- 49:04this was happening right under their nose when they knew
- 49:06exactly the type of person Jeffrey Epstein is. It's the
- 49:10same thing you see in Florida, them trying to cover
- 49:13it up. Barry chrisher Villa Fauna and the rest of them.
- 49:18And you know, of course they're going to try and
- 49:20rewrite history with their scoundrel ass buddies in the legacy media.
- 49:25But we're not gonna let that occur. And the MET
- 49:30and the SDNY, the New Mexico law enforcement agencies, all
- 49:36of you already have egg on your face. So the
- 49:39best route going forward is transparency and being open with
- 49:44the people. Stop the bs, and if you really want
- 49:48to show everybody that you mean business, how about you
- 49:52unveil some nice shiny rico charges for the whole lot
- 49:56of these sons of bitches. Legal experts who reviewed the
- 50:02claims for Channel four News said that the allegations provide
- 50:06clear grounds for an investigation and accuse the Met Police
- 50:10of failing in their legal duty to launch a full
- 50:13criminal inquiry. Well, thank the Lord that someone finally shows
- 50:18up over in England and starts yelling from the rooftops. Again.
- 50:23I'm just some knucklehead, right, not a journalist, nothing like that.
- 50:26I'm just some content creator. But the writing was on
- 50:32the wall and you have to be fully engaged in
- 50:35cognitive dissonance at this point to think that what's going
- 50:40on in the Jeffrey Epstein case is some sort of
- 50:42conspiracy theory. There's no theory here, folks. This is a global,
- 50:48intercontinental criminal conspiracy. They tried to set it up as
- 50:55a conspiracy theory so that they could continue to sweep
- 50:58it under the rug. Boy, oh boy, did they make
- 51:02a crucial error in judgment. Nazir avsaal Obe, the former
- 51:10Chief Crown Prosecutor for Northwest England at the CPS who
- 51:14led landmark cases against grooming gangs in Northern England, said,
- 51:18from what I've seen, there is clearly enough evidence for
- 51:21the police to investigate more thoroughly than they have done
- 51:25up to now. One hundred percent. And again, look, it's
- 51:29one thing for me to be telling you that, right,
- 51:32some knucklehead guy, no law degree, most certainly not a
- 51:36law degree, not a journalist, nothing like that. But I've
- 51:39been telling you this for how long? And now you
- 51:42have the ex prosecutor coming out and saying the same thing.
- 51:45Because folks, look, there's only one way that this should go,
- 51:50and that should be everybody involved has to come in,
- 51:53go under oath and get the party started, because there's
- 51:59no way that any prosecutor in their right mind with
- 52:03all of this evidence can look at this. It's concerning
- 52:07because we've got potentially survivors here and maybe other survivors
- 52:11or alleged victims who may, if an investigation follows its course,
- 52:15be identified. There's definitely more girls, Okay, one hundred percent,
- 52:20without a question. I don't have any doubt about it. Now,
- 52:24Can I provide you a spreadsheet of naming them all
- 52:28or pointing you to them. No, I cannot, But it's
- 52:30my gut feeling. And one thing I will say throughout
- 52:34this whole entire case is my gut has been pretty
- 52:38spot on when it comes to this kind of thing.
- 52:42You get all of this evidence, you have all of
- 52:44this testimony, all of these girls making allegations. It's hard
- 52:49to think that there aren't a bunch of other women
- 52:53and ladies and girls who have been abused by this
- 52:56man who we have not heard from yet. A spokesperson
- 53:03for the for the Met Police told this program it
- 53:06would review the information put to them by Channel four News.
- 53:10You know it's a bunch of bs, right, Oh, we're
- 53:12gonna review the information. Okay, sure, because we can trust
- 53:16you because you haven't had this information all these years
- 53:19and just sit and you just sat on it. Right,
- 53:21So now we should trust that the MET not sorry,
- 53:24they're gonna be under scrutiny, at least for me, the
- 53:27same way the SDNY is. Now. Again, I can't really
- 53:31speak on the MET and you know their behavior on
- 53:34a day to day basis, but I am very familiar
- 53:38with the SDNY. I am very familiar with the way
- 53:41they conduct themselves and the way they handle business and
- 53:44the way historically they've went after criminal enterprises, and up
- 53:50till now with the Jeffrey Epstein case, I am not
- 53:53very impressed. Folks. You should see the way the SDNY
- 53:58pursues a low level mafia associate. We're not even talking
- 54:01about a dude who's made his bones. We're not talking
- 54:04about a made man. We're talking about an associate, and
- 54:09they will go after that person like he's al Capone.
- 54:12But yet all of these people in this criminal enterprise,
- 54:16they're still walking around, hanging out, chilling in their beautiful
- 54:21million dollar apartments. And you wonder why nobody trusts the process,
- 54:28and you wonder why nobody has faith in what's going
- 54:31on with all of these institutions that are supposed to
- 54:35provide stability and stay neutral. When asked if Kilay and
- 54:42Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were treated differently by the NPS
- 54:46because of their connection with Prince Andrew, Afzel warned, the
- 54:50perception here is a different approach was taken in relation
- 54:53to these alleged defenses. Then there would be than if
- 54:57it was some brown guy in Roschdale or some sex
- 55:00offender in London who didn't have any standing at all.
- 55:03And it's a fact. Let's let's be very clear that
- 55:07that's a fact. Okay, if these weren't rich people and
- 55:10they were just normal, you know, say, people who were
- 55:13running a school or something. They would have been put
- 55:17in prison for a bazillion years already because the prosecutors
- 55:20would have tried to make a point, right, they want
- 55:22to get that feather in their cap. We're here to
- 55:24protect the kids. It's about the kids. It's about the kids.
- 55:27That's what we always hear. So they the prosecutors would
- 55:30be looking for that feather in their cap. But now
- 55:35all of a sudden, you got these rich people, these
- 55:38people of means, and now it's not a situation where
- 55:42you're gonna go for the gusta. It's a situation where
- 55:44you're going to sit on the information. It's just such
- 55:49a bad look and anybody coming in from the outside
- 55:53and taking a unbiased look at what's going on here
- 55:56has to arrive at the same place. Why as the
- 56:00met not pursued these allegations, these claims with the gusto
- 56:05that they would a poor person under the same sort
- 56:10of allegations. Channel four News was also able to identify
- 56:17potential witnesses by tracing name and telephone numbers from a
- 56:21publicly available contact directory known as the Black Book, which
- 56:26openly details associates and workers, including drivers, pilots, and messuses
- 56:31in the UK, in a similar pattern to those seen
- 56:35in other countries that have launched investigations, including the US
- 56:40and France. None of the people we called told us
- 56:43they have received any contact from the UK police. Now
- 56:47imagine that, BS, You report Jeffrey Epstein, Glaine Maxwell and
- 56:53these knuckleheads to the police, right, and then you don't
- 56:57hear anything back from the police. Police are too busy
- 56:59doing whatever it is the police are doing, too busy
- 57:03to help you. That's for sure. What exactly is going
- 57:08on here, folks, That's the real question that needs to
- 57:13be asked. None of the other bs, none of the
- 57:15other nonsense, none of the other muddying the waters crap.
- 57:21All right, What the hell is really going on here?
- 57:25And who was involved with not investigating this? Whoever the
- 57:32boss man is, who made the decision not to investigate this,
- 57:35That person needs to be reprimanded and fired. Publicly available
- 57:44flight records from this period show Epstein and Maxwell were
- 57:47frequent visitors to the UK. Our analysis shows Epstein's private planes,
- 57:52a gulf Stream Jet and the luxury Boeing seven twenty
- 57:55seven dubbed the Lolita Express, flew in and out of
- 58:00UK airports at least fifty one times, including into rf
- 58:04Marham and Norfolk. The pair were also visitors at royal
- 58:09residences including Balmoral, Windsor and Sandringham. Imagine that, huh, people
- 58:16like me and you, we ain't invited to the gate
- 58:20of Windsor. Okay, we're not wanted within one hundred mile
- 58:25radius of these people. But if you're Jeffrey Epstein in
- 58:27Gilen Maxwell and you're engaging in a continental abuse, run ah,
- 58:35come on down, have some tea and crumpets. Let's hang
- 58:37out with the queen. You want to pet the corgi?
- 58:40How about you come over here and sit in the
- 58:41Queen's chair. What in THEO is going on, folks? It's
- 58:54so obvious that the MET has done everything in their
- 58:58power not to investigate the the way it should be investigated,
- 59:02And up until this point, the focus really was on
- 59:06the piss poor job done in the United States and
- 59:09especially in a place like New Mexico. Focus here on
- 59:12the podcast anyway, but not really so much on what's
- 59:16going on in England and with the MET. Now. I
- 59:19hope that this spurs them into activity. I hope that
- 59:22the MET and their investigators go all out here. But
- 59:26somehow I feel like they're just gonna blow smoke up
- 59:29our ass again. In twenty fifteen, the Met Police chose
- 59:37not to open a full criminal investigation into an incident
- 59:40involving Epstein, Maxwell and Prince Andrew in two thousand and one,
- 59:44despite a complaint from a third party who passed on
- 59:47evidence of serious criminal activity involving the exploitation of a
- 59:52vulnerable young woman. In twenty nineteen, the Met Police carried
- 59:57out a review of that decision and concluded that no
- 1:00:00further action was required. I mean, what did they get
- 1:00:04on the phone with Florida and talk to the guys
- 1:00:07from the FDL report? Oh yeah, So nobody did anything
- 1:00:11wrong here either. Everybody's all right, everybody did the right thing. Meanwhile,
- 1:00:16nobody did the right thing, not in Florida, not in
- 1:00:19New York, and not in London. These allegations should have
- 1:00:25been pursued as they came in, and they should have
- 1:00:28been taken as seriously as they would have been taken
- 1:00:33if they were against you know, random Joe and the
- 1:00:39gall of Maxwell and her friends to think that they
- 1:00:42aren't getting special treatment here. One of the alleged UK
- 1:00:50survivors and her legal team spoke directly with Met Police
- 1:00:54officers in twenty sixteen and urged them to investigate. When
- 1:00:58Channel four News has previously ask questions about this direct approach,
- 1:01:02the Met Police has not provided any answers and ignored
- 1:01:05the questions. The Met Police has never publicly acknowledged this
- 1:01:09direct approach, instead providing public statements referring only to the
- 1:01:14third party complaint in twenty fifteen. FOI see what happens
- 1:01:21when you try to avoid the old egg on the
- 1:01:23face and you're one of these agencies. Eventually it's all
- 1:01:27gonna come out. Eventually people are gonna find out what
- 1:01:30sort of bullshit you're up to. And now, folks, it's
- 1:01:34all starting to become crystal clear. The authorities in the
- 1:01:39UK were in on it. The people at the Met
- 1:01:43whoever the bosses were, they knew the stakes, just like
- 1:01:47Mukesy knew the stakes in America and still signed off
- 1:01:51on the non prosecution agreement. Once again, how much more
- 1:01:56evidence do you need that this is an intercontinental con
- 1:02:00conspiracy of the criminal sort. A spokesperson for the Met
- 1:02:07told Channel four News it would review the information put
- 1:02:10to them by this program. However, they they said they
- 1:02:14stand by their decision not to open a full investigation.
- 1:02:17Oh I'm sure they do. I'm sure they do. I
- 1:02:20bet that they're gonna close ranks now, right. Oh yeah, Well,
- 1:02:24we got to make sure that we don't look bad.
- 1:02:26Whatever we can do to make sure we look good
- 1:02:28in this. It's not about justice. It's not about the
- 1:02:32girls and the women who were abused, about them getting
- 1:02:35their reparations or getting made whole by these people. It's
- 1:02:40all about covering your ass and making sure your agency
- 1:02:43doesn't look bad. Well, guess what, There's no amount of
- 1:02:47ass covering available in the universe to make you people
- 1:02:52not look bad at this point, So you might as
- 1:02:54well just have your come to Jesus moment and be
- 1:02:58honest with us for once. In a statement before said,
- 1:03:08the NPS always takes allegations of sexual offenses and exploitation seriously.
- 1:03:13All officers, no matter what their role, are duty bound
- 1:03:16to uphold the law and conduct themselves with integrity. The
- 1:03:20NPS is clear that it will investigate allegations where there
- 1:03:23is sufficient evidence of an offense having taken place, where
- 1:03:27it is aproprity the appropriate authority to do so, and
- 1:03:31where those against whom the allegation are made are alive.
- 1:03:36The NPS stands by the statement made by Commander Alex
- 1:03:39Murray issued at the end of twenty nineteen. Oh well,
- 1:03:43that's glad that I'm glad that you stand by it.
- 1:03:46It's gonna make you look even more ridiculous when all
- 1:03:49of this comes out, though. I hope you guys understand that, right,
- 1:03:51because nobody's going away. This is just gaining steam as
- 1:03:56the trial draws near. This is going to be an
- 1:04:00explosion of interest in this case. So if the MET
- 1:04:06is hoping that people are going to just forget it
- 1:04:09and move on with their lives, they're sorely mistaken. There
- 1:04:13needs to be a reckoning. This confirmed that the NPS
- 1:04:20had received an allegation of non recent trafficking for sexual
- 1:04:24exploitation against the US national Jeffrey Epstein and a British
- 1:04:28woman in a twenty fifteen relating to events outside of
- 1:04:32the UK, and an allegation of trafficking to central London.
- 1:04:36In March of two thousand and one. Officers assessed the
- 1:04:40available evidence, interviewed the complaint and obtained early investigative advice
- 1:04:46from the Crown Prosecution Service. However, following the legal advice,
- 1:04:52it was clear that any investigation into human trafficking would
- 1:04:55be largely focused on activities and relationships outside the UK.
- 1:05:00So translation, let's kick the ball down the road. We
- 1:05:03don't want anything to do with this. This is outside
- 1:05:05of our boundaries, so let the United States and France
- 1:05:08deal with it. The UK wants nothing. There's nothing happened
- 1:05:10in the UK. Prince Andrew didn't hurt nobody in the UK.
- 1:05:14It didn't abuse Virginia. Here. Come on, we don't have
- 1:05:16an investigation to do here. It's tea time, folks. I
- 1:05:21mean really, that's basically what the METS saying. Officers therefore
- 1:05:29concluded that the NPS was not the appropriate authority to
- 1:05:32conduct inquiries in these circumstances, and in November twenty sixteen,
- 1:05:38a decision was made that this matter would not proceed
- 1:05:41to a full criminal investigation. Bad decision that should be fixed.
- 1:05:47Go back and do the right thing. Stop trying to
- 1:05:51protect Prince Andrew. That's what this all comes down to, right,
- 1:05:55Maybe not him directly, but they're trying to protect the
- 1:05:57royal family and I find it offensive, I find it absurd,
- 1:06:04and I certainly find it disgusting. The MPs has continued
- 1:06:12to speak and offer assistance with other law enforcement agencies
- 1:06:16who lead the investigation into matters related to Jeffrey Epstein,
- 1:06:20but is unable to comment on individuals with whom they
- 1:06:23may or may not have interacted with in regard to
- 1:06:27any allegations of crime. We will always consider any new information,
- 1:06:32and we will review the information sent to us from
- 1:06:35Channel four. I mean, could you have any more of
- 1:06:39a non committal from the law enforcement agency here? Come on, folks,
- 1:06:45get your shit together over there. Guys, open a criminal investigation,
- 1:06:50do the right thing, and put these people where they
- 1:06:56belong in prison. If you'd like to contact me, you
- 1:07:01can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
