In-Custody Incident on Baltimore-Washington Parkway | Annapolis News
A Maryland Attorney General’s investigation is underway after a man went unresponsive in police custody following a crash on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. Officers from U.S. Park Police and Greenbelt PD responded to the scene, where the driver had been cuffed and removed from his vehicle. A baby in the car was unharmed. Authorities are reviewing the incident, and no names have been released. The Park Police spokesperson is withholding comment pending the investigation.
