- 0:00Speaker 1: Tampa Bay's best music is magic Jadge nine.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Welcome to another episode of Scotty and Abbey Unfiltered.
- 0:07Speaker 1: This is going to be a very fun one.
- 0:09Speaker 3: This is one that the people have been waiting for.
- 0:10Speaker 2: We've talked about this name so many times, mainly because
- 0:14Speaker 2: it feels like every time we go on Instagram, this
- 0:17Speaker 2: is the face, this is the name that pops up.
- 0:19Speaker 2: And also there's a cool encounter that happened on Bass Shore.
- 0:22Speaker 2: So let's just get right into it. So excited to
- 0:24Speaker 2: welcome into the studio Tampa. Terrence Terbo one of the
- 0:29Speaker 2: biggest influencers in Tampa, which I don't even know if
- 0:32Speaker 2: you realize what you're getting yourself into when you stepped
- 0:35Speaker 2: into that world.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Was that your plan to be an influencer for this? Oh?
- 0:37Speaker 1: Never was my plan. It just kind of happened randomly
- 0:40Speaker 1: on it.
- 0:40Speaker 2: How did it happen randomly? Because did you go to
- 0:42Speaker 2: ut Yes?
- 0:43Speaker 1: I went to you Tampa for three years. I transferred
- 0:45Speaker 1: from small school in Connecticut.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Nice, so you came down from the North down to Tampa.
- 0:49Speaker 2: It's always what I'm finding. I have a lot of
- 0:51Speaker 2: friends that have moved here that have become bigger influencers
- 0:55Speaker 2: than the ones that grew up here, which.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Is very fascinating.
- 0:58Speaker 3: It is funny. I feel like the.
- 0:59Speaker 4: Transplants are more we're passionate about Tampa than the locals.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Actually, honestly, I feel like the same way. Honestly, yeah,
- 1:04Speaker 1: oh maybe we get used to it.
- 1:06Speaker 2: We're like, okay, we've already seen this, you know, we
- 1:09Speaker 2: don't utilize it the same way you might.
- 1:11Speaker 1: But at this point, how long have you been in
- 1:13Speaker 1: the Tampa area? Fifth? Fifth year?
- 1:15Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, so at this point you're kind of like
- 1:17Speaker 2: ingrowned in the community. But I want to talk about
- 1:20Speaker 2: this stardom that you've created for yourself because there's so
- 1:22Speaker 2: many things that I've seen you post about. When did
- 1:26Speaker 2: you dive into that life of being an influencer?
- 1:28Speaker 1: Was it at UT that You're like, yeah, it was
- 1:30Speaker 1: posted at UT And honestly, I just posted a random
- 1:32Speaker 1: video of one of the bars and soho and it
- 1:35Speaker 1: just blew up. I got like two million views.
- 1:37Speaker 3: What bar was it?
- 1:39Speaker 1: No? I think it was Dubliner?
- 1:40Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, that's what I saw. We just saw a
- 1:43Speaker 4: fight break out there. This old literally it was a threttle.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Yeah, anyway, and.
- 1:48Speaker 2: It broke out, but I saw that you obviously go
- 1:51Speaker 2: to every spot that I'm interested in going to.
- 1:54Speaker 1: You hit up. Oh really, are you going out every
- 1:57Speaker 1: night of the week? Yeah, pretty much. Honestly, I don't
- 1:59Speaker 1: drink my but I I'll always go out. You're just
- 2:01Speaker 1: a good time Yeah, I loved. I love to have
- 2:03Speaker 1: a good time.
- 2:03Speaker 4: I was asking him, I was like, is your job
- 2:05Speaker 4: being Tampa Terrence, and he's like, yeah, it's like what
- 2:07Speaker 4: I do full.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Time though, that's fair. What'd you go to school four marketing? Oh?
- 2:10Speaker 3: There you go?
- 2:11Speaker 1: So I worked out well?
- 2:12Speaker 4: Yeah, no, I mean the degree worked out. Shout out you, Tampa.
- 2:15Speaker 4: Whenever they're teaching you worked out.
- 2:16Speaker 2: I actually, oh, there's a lot of people that I
- 2:18Speaker 2: know from you, Tampa that I have done very well
- 2:20Speaker 2: in the social media space.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Do you know Biceps by Britain? Yeah, of course, Yeah,
- 2:23Speaker 1: she's awesome.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I went, yeah, okay, I spoke out of class that
- 2:26Speaker 2: she was in. I see her stuff blowing up as well.
- 2:29Speaker 2: I'm like, y'all have claimed this scene. But we really
- 2:32Speaker 2: started talking about you because Abby had a run in
- 2:34Speaker 2: with you on Bay Shore randomly.
- 2:36Speaker 4: Yeah, so we both live on di I and so
- 2:38Speaker 4: it's so easy to go to Bay Shore. And so
- 2:40Speaker 4: I was out on Bay Shore and I'm walking and
- 2:43Speaker 4: I'm doing what most girls do. We're kind of on
- 2:45Speaker 4: your phone, You're like listening to music. And I look
- 2:47Speaker 4: up and I'm like why.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Just like this man is running at me with bare.
- 2:50Speaker 4: Feet and then you stopped and I kind of looked
- 2:52Speaker 4: and I was like, this man is not wearing shoes.
- 2:55Speaker 4: And I told Scotti, thinking this was like a Florida
- 2:57Speaker 4: man story. I was like, Tampa really is like the
- 2:59Speaker 4: most ratchet place on earth. He's like, you don't understand,
- 3:02Speaker 4: Like that's Tampa Terrence. And I'm like, that's Tampa Terrence.
- 3:05Speaker 4: Like I've heard your name whispered in the wind on
- 3:08Speaker 4: social media, but I didn't realize you're actually you're not
- 3:12Speaker 4: just running barefoot for the love of the game, like
- 3:13Speaker 4: you're doing this for a good cause.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I'm doing it. So I'm running the Boston
- 3:16Speaker 1: Marathon and what April twentieth, So it's about like three
- 3:20Speaker 1: weeks and I got the opportunity to run for a charity,
- 3:23Speaker 1: and I was like, let's do this barefoot. You know,
- 3:25Speaker 1: that's like I go barefoot a lot. I never really
- 3:27Speaker 1: like ran barefoot that much. But I love like the
- 3:30Speaker 1: barefoot lifestyle. You know, I had really bad fee playing
- 3:33Speaker 1: hockey growing up, and and just like going barefoot help that.
- 3:37Speaker 1: You know, It's become literally your stick right now. Yea, yeah,
- 3:39Speaker 1: pretty much. Every time I see.
- 3:42Speaker 2: A video, I'm like, oh my god, there he goes again.
- 3:44Speaker 2: That must have been okay first off? And when you
- 3:46Speaker 2: started that, how painful was it?
- 3:48Speaker 1: It was? It was tough, and how long? Firstly a
- 3:50Speaker 1: couple of months you can't even walk.
- 3:52Speaker 4: So it's less painful being barefoot than it is walking
- 3:56Speaker 4: with shoes.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Like, tell me why I want to run with shoes.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I would have like a thousand times more pain than
- 4:00Speaker 1: it running barefoot, which is crazy. Yeah, what's the The
- 4:03Speaker 1: barefoot running style is also so different from running with
- 4:06Speaker 1: shoes on. When you run with shoes, you heal strike
- 4:08Speaker 1: and when you run with barefoot, you're kind of you
- 4:10Speaker 1: like lean forward a little bit because you want to
- 4:12Speaker 1: land on like the front of your feet. So if
- 4:14Speaker 1: I like switch the shoes, I'm running on my heels
- 4:16Speaker 1: and my I just get like so much pain. You know.
- 4:18Speaker 1: That's so cool, But you're gonna run an entire marathon.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Entire marathon, I haven't done that. I've done most of sixteen,
- 4:23Speaker 1: so it's gonna be a chance. This is your first
- 4:25Speaker 1: marathon in general, first marathon in general. I never even ran.
- 4:27Speaker 1: I started running forty days ago. Honestly, dude, you're a
- 4:30Speaker 1: wild I love your lifestyle. I literally I never ran
- 4:33Speaker 1: my whole life. I hated running. I still hate running.
- 4:35Speaker 1: It sucks.
- 4:36Speaker 4: I feel like we got to get you, like a
- 4:37Speaker 4: good insul Like there's got to be like a doctor's shoulder,
- 4:39Speaker 4: someone who will endorse you.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Somebody can like mold something so you can you can run.
- 4:44Speaker 2: He's become the perfect Florida man, especially for the Tampa area.
- 4:47Speaker 2: So when you get that first video it gets two
- 4:49Speaker 2: million views, what is your thought next of you're gonna
- 4:52Speaker 2: run with this?
- 4:52Speaker 1: There's something there. Basically I was like like maybe I
- 4:56Speaker 1: have something here. Posted a few more videos, and each
- 4:58Speaker 1: video did like two million. It was crazy, and I
- 5:01Speaker 1: never see I was like, is it this easy? Like,
- 5:03Speaker 1: clearly it's not that easy, but it was. It seemed.
- 5:06Speaker 1: I was like, this just doesn't seem right. So I
- 5:08Speaker 1: kept posting in the videos, like honestly, kept doing well,
- 5:10Speaker 1: and I was like, maybe I'll just switch my name
- 5:12Speaker 1: to Tampa Terrence, because I'm posting a lot of Tampa
- 5:13Speaker 1: content so.
- 5:15Speaker 2: And it just blows up. Yeah, and I think, what's
- 5:17Speaker 2: so cool about your content? And I watched it the
- 5:19Speaker 2: other day. I was like, you were showing us the
- 5:21Speaker 2: side like I'm on the Panela side. I'm like, dang,
- 5:22Speaker 2: I do wonder what the scene is like at these bars?
- 5:25Speaker 2: Like what is it looking like?
- 5:26Speaker 1: And that's literally your video if you're curious, this is
- 5:28Speaker 1: what it's like right now. Honestly, those videos go crazy
- 5:31Speaker 1: viral every time because people love to see what's going
- 5:33Speaker 1: on at these bars. You know.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Yeah, You're like, do I want to go out and
- 5:36Speaker 2: say I have to go for you? What are the
- 5:38Speaker 2: spots so far that like, okay, you have to go
- 5:40Speaker 2: to every place, but what are your favorite, like your
- 5:42Speaker 2: top three that you're like, all right, if I'm not
- 5:43Speaker 2: going to work as Tampa Terrence, I just want to
- 5:45Speaker 2: go out.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Where are you going? So? I love Lower Deck That's
- 5:47Speaker 1: that's a new one on Hard Island. Have you been
- 5:50Speaker 1: there yet?
- 5:50Speaker 3: I haven't. So here's my thing about Tampa.
- 5:53Speaker 4: And I am kind of notorious for having some criticisms
- 5:55Speaker 4: about Tampa, and it's because I feel like Once you
- 5:58Speaker 4: cross the twenty five threshold, you run out of places
- 6:01Speaker 4: to go out like a point I go if I
- 6:03Speaker 4: go to lower deck, it's like a babysitting.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:05Speaker 1: No, it gets crazy. Sometimes I'm twenty four, and even
- 6:08Speaker 1: sometimes I'm like, okay, this is this is getting a
- 6:10Speaker 1: little too young. There'll be like nineteen eighteen year olds.
- 6:12Speaker 1: I'm like, all right, god, wait a seconds, like we're
- 6:14Speaker 1: not that much older than I'm like, ah, this is bad,
- 6:16Speaker 1: you know, making this sound like geriatric over here.
- 6:19Speaker 4: I shouldn't feel that way at twenty eight, Like I
- 6:21Speaker 4: shouldn't be walking here.
- 6:22Speaker 1: No, I agree, that's a great point. A lot of
- 6:23Speaker 1: people DM me's being like, well, where can I find like,
- 6:26Speaker 1: you know, a little older crowd, And I'm like, honestly,
- 6:28Speaker 1: there's not like too many options.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Wait a second, we need to have that recorded right there.
- 6:31Speaker 2: I'm glad we're doing this because we've gotten in a
- 6:33Speaker 2: whole battle with people in this build. Yes, because Abby
- 6:37Speaker 2: put up a video that was like, look, I mean,
- 6:39Speaker 2: where's the scene for.
- 6:40Speaker 1: The people that are over twenty five? People lost their mind.
- 6:43Speaker 1: They're like, what are you talking about? Soho all these areas.
- 6:47Speaker 5: And you're confirming that's actually yeah, Mayor Tampa, Tampa Terrence
- 6:51Speaker 5: confirming that my observation is not only true but has
- 6:56Speaker 5: some validity to it.
- 6:57Speaker 1: And so a lot of people just not you are
- 6:59Speaker 1: experiencing that.
- 7:00Speaker 4: Yeah, but listen, Like I live in Tampa. My family's
- 7:03Speaker 4: all on Tampa. I'm not here being like I fuck Tampa.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Like I think I'm asking for a bar that I
- 7:08Speaker 4: can go to with men between the ages of twenty
- 7:11Speaker 4: six and thirty five, Like, that's just give me one.
- 7:15Speaker 4: I can only go to Anchor Tavern so many times,
- 7:17Speaker 4: you know what I mean.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Yeah, that's why it's just dads there. I go to.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Anchor is a good spot.
- 7:22Speaker 4: I'm not in like second wife territory yet, so not yet, right, Yeah,
- 7:26Speaker 4: we're getting there.
- 7:27Speaker 2: What are some of the things that you've seen out
- 7:28Speaker 2: in the scene that I've just been one of your
- 7:30Speaker 2: like wilder nights, Because when you're going out to so
- 7:32Speaker 2: many bars, I go out maybe once a quarter where
- 7:36Speaker 2: it's like I'm gonna go out and have a time
- 7:37Speaker 2: of my life.
- 7:38Speaker 1: You're doing it like every other day, it feels.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Yeah, So I feel like you see these things that
- 7:42Speaker 2: are just bonkers. What are some of the things that
- 7:44Speaker 2: you've seen in the Tampa scene, whether it's like fantastic
- 7:47Speaker 2: things or just downright trashy things.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Okay, so it's actually a funny story. One of my
- 7:51Speaker 1: most like really viral videos was in soho uh, probably
- 7:55Speaker 1: about a year and a half ago, and that Chapote
- 7:57Speaker 1: parking lot at three am used to turn in to
- 8:00Speaker 1: just shit shout. Oh boy, I'm talking just like like
- 8:05Speaker 1: it would get it would get really messy there. So
- 8:07Speaker 1: one night i'm walking, I'm like walking on mcdon's is
- 8:09Speaker 1: three am, just literally close mcdin's out. I'm like, all right,
- 8:12Speaker 1: let's go check out the Chipoli parking lot because they
- 8:14Speaker 1: got the pizza shop over there. So I kind of
- 8:16Speaker 1: hang out and I'm over there and there's just like
- 8:18Speaker 1: two hundred people and they're all just towerking on cars
- 8:22Speaker 1: and just getting rowdy and it's like the music playing,
- 8:26Speaker 1: and I make a video of like I'm like, look
- 8:29Speaker 1: at this Chapoti parking Lot's absolutely lit. And as I'm
- 8:32Speaker 1: doing that, like three cops come over. They're like flashing
- 8:34Speaker 1: all their lights like yelling at all the people. Like
- 8:36Speaker 1: it got like crazy. It was so funny. That's insane.
- 8:39Speaker 1: I love it. That's why I love your contact is
- 8:41Speaker 1: like catching me at three am?
- 8:42Speaker 4: Absolutely not no, but I mean that's like the most
- 8:44Speaker 4: Tampa thing I've ever heard. All that's actually shirt at
- 8:46Speaker 4: three am.
- 8:47Speaker 3: The most liplace in Tampa is just yeah.
- 8:50Speaker 1: People towerking on cars going nuts. I'm like music blaring.
- 8:53Speaker 1: I'm like, oh my gos. But you also do wild things.
- 8:56Speaker 2: I see you've swam across the river to go to
- 8:59Speaker 2: claud Yeah.
- 9:00Speaker 1: So I had this cool series when I was I
- 9:02Speaker 1: graduated in May and uh, I was like, yo, what if?
- 9:06Speaker 1: So my first first DeDeo I made was paddleboard into class.
- 9:08Speaker 1: I was like, wow, we live right on the water,
- 9:10Speaker 1: we do utilize this area. Well, like it would be
- 9:13Speaker 1: so cool to paddleboard a class. Like who could say
- 9:16Speaker 1: they paddleboardto a college class? So I made that video.
- 9:18Speaker 1: It did really well, called million views, and I was like,
- 9:21Speaker 1: maybe I'll make a whole series of how many different
- 9:23Speaker 1: ways can I get to class? So I took a
- 9:25Speaker 1: giant flamingo, I jet ski, I took a boat, I swam,
- 9:29Speaker 1: I wakeboarded, which was a really vour one. And then
- 9:32Speaker 1: I was like maybe I can sky I tried to skydive,
- 9:34Speaker 1: couldn't get the clearance, but I was like, who can't
- 9:37Speaker 1: make that happen? I was really close. I was working
- 9:40Speaker 1: like the local skydive in z Hills and they're like, yeah,
- 9:43Speaker 1: let's do it, like we're gonna make it happen, but
- 9:44Speaker 1: we just couldn't get Did you ever go skydving out there?
- 9:46Speaker 1: I did, Yeah, a few times.
- 9:47Speaker 2: That place that was a wild and see, you just
- 9:49Speaker 2: like I feel like you're just like they're a devil
- 9:51Speaker 2: that like when something goes to your mind. It's not like,
- 9:53Speaker 2: oh I'm kind of nervous to do this or maybe
- 9:56Speaker 2: I shouldn't. You're just like full scent.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Oh yeah, one hundred percent. I love it. That's wild.
- 10:00Speaker 2: See I want like I could turn that side of
- 10:01Speaker 2: my brain on. But I love when I meet someone
- 10:03Speaker 2: that's like, no, just everything's just all in or nothing. No, seriously,
- 10:08Speaker 2: do you have any of those moments or you're going
- 10:09Speaker 2: into those bars and you're like you're not worried about
- 10:12Speaker 2: how you look, how you sound, or what you post.
- 10:14Speaker 1: At first I was, but now I'm just swick whatever.
- 10:16Speaker 1: I get a lot of support for it, honestly, which
- 10:18Speaker 1: is surprising. Like, shoot, that was your sport was awesome,
- 10:20Speaker 1: And when I go out, people are like, yo, thank
- 10:22Speaker 1: you so much for the videos. You're the reason why
- 10:24Speaker 1: I'm in Tampa at this bar. So I'm like, yeah,
- 10:26Speaker 1: that's pretty cool. So it motivates me a little bit. Yeah,
- 10:29Speaker 1: that was awesome.
- 10:30Speaker 4: Tell us about the negative side, because that was one
- 10:31Speaker 4: of the things we talked about when you first said, like,
- 10:33Speaker 4: oh I heard, thank you for talking about it, blah
- 10:35Speaker 4: blah blah, and.
- 10:36Speaker 3: You're like, it can get a little bit negative.
- 10:38Speaker 4: So tell me about some of the off the off
- 10:39Speaker 4: hand sides of being on social media.
- 10:41Speaker 1: I mean, honestly, I would say in person, it's one
- 10:43Speaker 1: hundred percent positive. I've never had a negative interaction, which
- 10:46Speaker 1: is awesome. Sometimes, like maybe some people come up and
- 10:48Speaker 1: even try and mess with me a little bit, and
- 10:50Speaker 1: I'm just like, I don't really give it much attension.
- 10:52Speaker 1: It kind of dies out like that. Smart. But obviously
- 10:55Speaker 1: you'll get some dms here from random accounts being like
- 10:57Speaker 1: fuck you, I hate leave Tampa, no it Tampa likes you,
- 11:01Speaker 1: fucking implants. I'm like, you'll get those here and there,
- 11:03Speaker 1: which I expect, you know, yeah, which, yeah, But here's
- 11:07Speaker 1: the positive.
- 11:08Speaker 4: Here's the thing for I'm an advocate for transplants, because
- 11:10Speaker 4: without transplants, we wouldn't have Water Street or any of
- 11:14Speaker 4: like the Sparkman War places that weren't here what five
- 11:17Speaker 4: years ago.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Oh yeah, if you're in downtown Tampa, just a decade ago,
- 11:20Speaker 2: it was not what it is now.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:21Speaker 4: And the fact that like so many people are moving
- 11:23Speaker 4: here is why those things are getting built. And it's
- 11:26Speaker 4: I'm as somebody who's local to Florida, like I get
- 11:28Speaker 4: to now enjoy it because people are moving here and
- 11:30Speaker 4: bringing money to the economy.
- 11:31Speaker 3: So we have to stop hating on the transplants.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Oh, I agree. I think it's just the one. I
- 11:35Speaker 1: definitely see both ways. I had a kid come up
- 11:37Speaker 1: to me. He was like, you're on fifth generation Tampa.
- 11:39Speaker 1: I fucking absolutely hate your videos. You pissed me off
- 11:41Speaker 1: so much, But now meeting you, like, I respect it
- 11:43Speaker 1: and I like how you help out look stuff. I
- 11:46Speaker 1: was like, showcase the size.
- 11:49Speaker 2: You're literally saying like, here's the places to go, this
- 11:52Speaker 2: is the places to do, this is the things to try.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Like all those things are good, because even.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Yesterday I was like looking at what I wanted to
- 11:57Speaker 2: do this weekend, and I was at first I went
- 12:00Speaker 2: to like old Grandpa Scott over here.
- 12:02Speaker 1: I was like, let me get on Google and look
- 12:03Speaker 1: up like, yeah, I don't even use Google anymore. I
- 12:08Speaker 1: literally just used Instagram. I was in Italy last week
- 12:11Speaker 1: and I was like, all right, what's fun? My Mom's like,
- 12:13Speaker 1: can you find a good food spot Instagram? Right away?
- 12:15Speaker 1: I'm like food Bologna and then like whatever the most
- 12:18Speaker 1: power ones where I'm like, we're going here. This one
- 12:19Speaker 1: looks fire.
- 12:20Speaker 2: So when your friends or family come in to town, like,
- 12:22Speaker 2: what is your spreadsheet on what I want to hit
- 12:25Speaker 2: in Tampa? If you're like, all right, I'm gonna hit
- 12:27Speaker 2: the top couple spots dinner, want to go out later?
- 12:30Speaker 1: An activity to try? What would you tell them to do?
- 12:32Speaker 1: Of course? Yeah. I mean I like to keep it
- 12:34Speaker 1: in in the downtown Tampa area, whether it be Water
- 12:37Speaker 1: Street like Boulon or or Harbord Island. I think American
- 12:41Speaker 1: social is always a good vibe. You know, you never
- 12:43Speaker 1: go wrong there. It gets a little loud sometimes, but
- 12:45Speaker 1: just like vibe wise, if they want to see, like yo,
- 12:47Speaker 1: what is this city Like, I'm like, okay, let's go
- 12:49Speaker 1: here because it's always packed. It's always you how good vibes.
- 12:52Speaker 2: I'm sure you've met some really cool people doing this
- 12:55Speaker 2: as well.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Oh definitely.
- 12:56Speaker 2: I feel like I probably saw a lot of videos
- 12:58Speaker 2: of you with the hurricane stuff. But what are some
- 13:00Speaker 2: of the celebrities that you've been able to run into
- 13:02Speaker 2: in the area or interesting people that you've been able
- 13:05Speaker 2: to meet.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Of course, Burke Reischer, he came, he did a show
- 13:08Speaker 1: which was awesome. A lot of the tam Bay Lightning guys.
- 13:11Speaker 1: I mean I live on David Sad and all of
- 13:12Speaker 1: them lived there too, so they've all been awesome, really friendly.
- 13:16Speaker 1: I worked for Jake Paul. You know Jake Paul like that, Yeah,
- 13:18Speaker 1: the YouTuber. Yeah, So I worked with him, had an
- 13:20Speaker 1: opportunity to just help with marketing. He started a Deoduring brand,
- 13:23Speaker 1: which was awesome. That is so so I met like
- 13:26Speaker 1: his brother Logan Paul, who's like w W G I,
- 13:28Speaker 1: which was fun, and then just threw that a bunch
- 13:30Speaker 1: of other people.
- 13:31Speaker 4: So have you gotten to do anything with the Lightning
- 13:33Speaker 4: since you were so big in a hockey.
- 13:34Speaker 1: I honestly no, no, I don't. They might think I'm
- 13:36Speaker 1: like too much of brand risk. But I did some
- 13:38Speaker 1: stuff with the box which was fun. Stuff with the
- 13:41Speaker 1: Thunderbug you got to get the bug out.
- 13:44Speaker 4: Funny Thunderbug should have carried you to class or something,
- 13:47Speaker 4: get on his back, just like ride Thunderbug into all.
- 13:50Speaker 1: I think we have an idea there. I did a
- 13:53Speaker 1: paddle board to a Lightning Lightning game, which did pretty bad.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I don't know if they like messed with that or not,
- 13:58Speaker 1: but because I like brought the paddle Boar up and
- 14:00Speaker 1: they're like, you can't do this, like you can't paddle
- 14:02Speaker 1: board here, like why And I was like, well, They're like, okay,
- 14:05Speaker 1: we'll make an exception this time. But they actually banned
- 14:07Speaker 1: like people from paddle Boar into the games stop because
- 14:10Speaker 1: I literally like checked the paddle board in in the
- 14:12Speaker 1: bike rental with a bike check thing.
- 14:14Speaker 3: You know, do people hate fun?
- 14:16Speaker 4: Because now I'm thinking that could be such a sick
- 14:19Speaker 4: thing for people to paddleboard into Benchmark Arena.
- 14:21Speaker 2: You imagine the videos of like the whole crew everybody's
- 14:24Speaker 2: coming into the game.
- 14:25Speaker 1: That's actually great idea, like a paddle board night or
- 14:29Speaker 1: it just like yone's paddleboards to the game and they
- 14:31Speaker 1: like go with that doc and it's really easy to
- 14:34Speaker 1: do the docs right in front of the rink. Yeah,
- 14:36Speaker 1: it's it's very easy.
- 14:37Speaker 4: And then they could if you can't get a ticket,
- 14:38Speaker 4: maybe they projected at Sparkman Wharf and then like you palwoard.
- 14:42Speaker 5: Now, literally, Tampa, you got to make another list video.
- 14:46Speaker 1: I know.
- 14:46Speaker 4: It's like things that Tampa is shooting themselves in the
- 14:48Speaker 4: foot over things that.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Tampa have just missed out completely on missed opportunities. Would
- 14:53Speaker 1: you say the biggest missed opportunities Tampa has right now?
- 14:55Speaker 3: The night life for one.
- 14:56Speaker 4: And maybe it's just because that's my pain point, because
- 14:58Speaker 4: I'm like, I don't have to go to Saint Pete
- 15:00Speaker 4: every single time. I want to see people my age
- 15:02Speaker 4: out the restaurant seeing I've been a little critical.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Over Oh maybe this is one that Terrence can help with.
- 15:08Speaker 3: Oh yeah, what's your favorite restaurant?
- 15:10Speaker 1: I mean, I honestly I kind of agree with you. Yeah,
- 15:12Speaker 1: there's not too many. There's some good spots, but there's
- 15:15Speaker 1: I don't know, there's really not Like what do you.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Think, well, I think the place is that Well, I'm
- 15:20Speaker 2: not a huge restaurant guy, because I mean I go
- 15:22Speaker 2: back and forth about this because.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Trud just snort protein powder.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Well, I think if I was to say, okay, I
- 15:29Speaker 2: want to have a really nice night out, And of
- 15:31Speaker 2: course everyone says Burns.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I personally love Burns. That's like a treat myself kind
- 15:35Speaker 1: of night.
- 15:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 15:35Speaker 2: The other places that I've gone that have been extremely
- 15:37Speaker 2: impressed are like you, Lally.
- 15:39Speaker 3: I haven't see it.
- 15:40Speaker 5: You heard really good things about Ulele because I feel
- 15:43Speaker 5: like you get a best of both worlds.
- 15:44Speaker 1: You're right on the water.
- 15:45Speaker 2: It's beautiful, the food's outstanding, and again, I love the
- 15:49Speaker 2: atmosphere inside. It has that like soft lading kind of
- 15:52Speaker 2: almost like I'm not going to save farmhouse because I'm
- 15:55Speaker 2: not the most esthetically knowing guy, but like the wood look.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I like a wood look.
- 15:59Speaker 3: It's rustic.
- 16:00Speaker 1: That's the word I watch a t TV. Yeah, I
- 16:03Speaker 1: would throw that.
- 16:03Speaker 2: In there, and then I'm sure there's some other I
- 16:05Speaker 2: went to a steakhouse in that like big Cylinder building
- 16:08Speaker 2: that was really good.
- 16:09Speaker 3: The beer can building, Yes, there.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Was a steakhouse in there. There's a steakhouse in the box.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Now we know I didn't either, but that's a cool
- 16:15Speaker 1: spot to try.
- 16:16Speaker 2: But all these places like they excel in one area
- 16:18Speaker 2: and then they kind of die off in the other.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Like Burns, I love their food locations a little odd.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a weird box in Soho, and I don't
- 16:26Speaker 4: want to go out again.
- 16:28Speaker 3: I don't want nothing to do with Soho.
- 16:29Speaker 4: Like there's another Yeah, there's another restaurant that just opened
- 16:32Speaker 4: up in Soho called the land In. I'm like, oh
- 16:34Speaker 4: my god, it's so cute. It's like what place where
- 16:36Speaker 4: the girlies would go.
- 16:37Speaker 3: It's in Soho.
- 16:37Speaker 2: I want to go so I just I think there's
- 16:39Speaker 2: I think Soho needs more bars with the older vibe.
- 16:42Speaker 1: So Sunset Rodeo did that. They twenty three plus, oh
- 16:45Speaker 1: okay talking about and I was in there and it
- 16:47Speaker 1: was it's an older crowd. It's a good vibe.
- 16:49Speaker 3: He's like, those bitches are so.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Like I would definitely say that that's like thirty plus honestly, yeahah,
- 16:55Speaker 1: that's actually the apum looking. It was a really good vibe.
- 16:57Speaker 1: I was impressed. I took my parents are there, like
- 16:58Speaker 1: this is this is a sweet live That's.
- 17:00Speaker 2: What I want because they send us out and I
- 17:02Speaker 2: love the bars that they send us out to, but
- 17:04Speaker 2: a lot of the times I'm like, it's almost too
- 17:06Speaker 2: rowdy for me.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Now, I used to be a rowdy dude. As I've
- 17:09Speaker 1: gotten older. I got you. It's gonna happen to YouTube day,
- 17:12Speaker 1: I know, and it's already happening, dude, I'm already.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Like all of a sudden, You're like, I just kind
- 17:15Speaker 2: of want to have a drink and a good conversation
- 17:16Speaker 2: and a little bit of music, not all music yelling,
- 17:19Speaker 2: fights happening behind me and bottles breaking.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Listen.
- 17:22Speaker 4: There's a time and place with that. Absolutely, I just
- 17:23Speaker 4: want them all to be my age. That's correct.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I agree.
- 17:26Speaker 2: If you're gonna yell at me, at least makes somebody
- 17:28Speaker 2: that I could potentially date.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Are you in the dating scene in Tampa, Terrence, I'm
- 17:31Speaker 1: not right now. It's kind of you're just doing your business.
- 17:34Speaker 1: Just single right now. Good for you, man, that's awesome.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Do you plan on just I would love to try
- 17:39Speaker 1: and find a girlfriend eventually, But have you tried Tampa? Not?
- 17:42Speaker 1: Not try?
- 17:43Speaker 2: It's like I can only imagine, Like what does it
- 17:44Speaker 2: look like if you're on the dating apps?
- 17:46Speaker 1: So like, are you the guy? Yeah, you the guy
- 17:48Speaker 1: that kicks stuff barefoot? Like I get that hotter. I'll
- 17:50Speaker 1: go out there be like, oh you have shoes on tonight?
- 17:52Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, I do wear shoes. When I go, oh, like,
- 17:54Speaker 1: you plan on staying in Tampa onc. I love Tampa.
- 17:58Speaker 1: What is he gonna do if I leave? If I
- 18:00Speaker 1: moved career over? But is your family still up in Connects?
- 18:03Speaker 1: They're in Boston. Oh okay, yeah, so they you got
- 18:06Speaker 1: to convince them to come on down. I know a
- 18:07Speaker 1: lot of people from north in the Northeast for you.
- 18:10Speaker 1: I want to get back to this because the crazy
- 18:12Speaker 1: foot stuff is wild. How have you strengthened your feet
- 18:15Speaker 1: for the Boston Marathon? Just walking barefoot? Running barefoot?
- 18:18Speaker 2: So I did see the video you just mentioned it.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I do like random toastuff. But he is like,
- 18:24Speaker 1: doesn't really hell bush for the running? You just got
- 18:26Speaker 1: to kind of just tough enough. And it was all
- 18:28Speaker 1: for charity. Yeah yeah, it's for charity. Yeah. So are
- 18:31Speaker 1: you raising money for it? I am yeah? How are
- 18:33Speaker 1: you raising money? Where can we send people to the
- 18:35Speaker 1: links in my bio? Actually so Tampa, Terrence on in
- 18:38Speaker 1: the bio. Nice? So what does the charity do? So
- 18:40Speaker 1: it's just a charity in Boston, Home from Boston originally obviously,
- 18:44Speaker 1: and it's just like helps like inner city kids do,
- 18:46Speaker 1: like extra activities after school it's off, you know, so
- 18:48Speaker 1: it was it's been fun, is.
- 18:50Speaker 3: Going to be at the marathon.
- 18:51Speaker 1: So I would love to get under four hours. That's
- 18:53Speaker 1: like a respectable time. That's very it's going to be like, yeah,
- 18:58Speaker 1: it's definitely going to be a battle. So I we'll
- 18:59Speaker 1: see how that goes.
- 19:00Speaker 2: I think, you know, as somebody that has done a couple,
- 19:03Speaker 2: obviously make sure you're hydrating and eating the entire everybody's
- 19:06Speaker 2: been telling me, yeah, because that's gonna be the one thing.
- 19:08Speaker 2: I think you're strong enough in your legs to be
- 19:10Speaker 2: able to make it happen. But the adrenaline is gonna
- 19:12Speaker 2: be pumping. Your body's gonna be all right. Cool miles
- 19:14Speaker 2: sixteen drop.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Off, right. Everyone says you hit that wall and it's
- 19:17Speaker 1: just brutal. Oh it's brutal, but it's so satisfying at
- 19:20Speaker 1: the end.
- 19:20Speaker 2: And people have done I've seen people do bear crawl marathons.
- 19:24Speaker 1: You might be the one of the somebody lunged one.
- 19:26Speaker 1: I was like, that's insane. Yeah, I feel like my
- 19:28Speaker 1: legs would legit fall off.
- 19:30Speaker 4: I think somebody did it in heels, but like the
- 19:32Speaker 4: sneaker heels.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Oh yes, someone did a burpie one. Did you see that? Okay,
- 19:36Speaker 1: that's insane.
- 19:36Speaker 3: He did the entire marathon burpies ridiculous.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Well, Barefoot is definitely up there, and you're representing Florida
- 19:42Speaker 1: very well. How much money have you raised so far?
- 19:44Speaker 1: Seven thousand so far? Yeah, so you have to raise
- 19:47Speaker 1: ten actually for Boston, like it's a minimum. Okay, yeah, yeah,
- 19:51Speaker 1: got you there. It is so Tampa Terrence on Instagram.
- 19:55Speaker 1: You've done so much in this area. I'm so excited
- 19:58Speaker 1: to see how I appreciate it. You continue you to
- 20:00Speaker 1: put out there. What do you have in the work
- 20:02Speaker 1: so far?
- 20:03Speaker 2: Is there anything that we could look towards after this
- 20:05Speaker 2: marathon that you challenges.
- 20:06Speaker 1: That you question? Nothing yet he's getting on, which is randomly.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Stuff always randomly just comes up, whether I have like
- 20:13Speaker 1: a video ideas.
- 20:14Speaker 2: I know there's gonna be so many opportunities that continue
- 20:17Speaker 2: to fall out for you. What has been some of
- 20:18Speaker 2: the cooler collaborations you've been able to do because of
- 20:20Speaker 2: your content?
- 20:21Speaker 1: So obviously that Jake paul One was awesome, right, The
- 20:23Speaker 1: fact that I got that was sick. I learned a lot.
- 20:25Speaker 1: He's like one of the best marketers, you know. Oh,
- 20:27Speaker 1: he's a little crazy obviously, but say you kind of
- 20:31Speaker 1: are too there, definitely a little crazy. This guy Mad
- 20:35Speaker 1: from horn Blasters, you know him, He's he's like a
- 20:37Speaker 1: Tampa Ledge Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. He's hooked me
- 20:39Speaker 1: up with a bunch of stuff. He's dude's like so
- 20:41Speaker 1: tapped in. He got me with like with the gronks
- 20:43Speaker 1: and stuff, which has been cool. Yeah, sick, Yeah, yeah,
- 20:45Speaker 1: awesome guy. And uh so yeah, like or not recommendation,
- 20:50Speaker 1: but advice.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Let's say somebody's coming in, they're maybe at ut right now,
- 20:54Speaker 2: and they get they listened because they heard you were
- 20:56Speaker 2: going to be on here. They want to step into
- 20:58Speaker 2: this influencing world. What is the advice that you'd give
- 21:00Speaker 2: them or what would you help them steer clear away from.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Yeah, so the whole influencer thing is is crazy right now.
- 21:07Speaker 1: You know, like everybody is trying to be an influencer,
- 21:10Speaker 1: and the line of like influence, it's all getting so blurred.
- 21:13Speaker 1: You know, It's just it's just so much of it. So,
- 21:16Speaker 1: I mean it's not really a great way to make
- 21:19Speaker 1: make a living, you know, Like I don't recommend you
- 21:21Speaker 1: trying to like be like maybe like ten years ago. Yeah,
- 21:24Speaker 1: I think fully you could do it, but now the
- 21:26Speaker 1: line is just so blurred. Everybody's posting, everyone's attention spans
- 21:30Speaker 1: are shot or you know shot. Like long form stuff
- 21:33Speaker 1: is like really how you make money, and to make
- 21:35Speaker 1: it in long form is like nearly impossible. Now you
- 21:38Speaker 1: have to be like a plus you know. So I
- 21:41Speaker 1: really don't recommend it. What it's great for is connections,
- 21:44Speaker 1: you know. That's like the best thing that's happened to
- 21:46Speaker 1: me is just like the people I've met through it.
- 21:49Speaker 1: And hopefully I can you know, land a job, doing
- 21:51Speaker 1: something or just just being part of like the Tampa
- 21:53Speaker 1: community and seeing Tampa grow is unreal. Yeah, yeah, we're
- 21:57Speaker 1: still so early. Yes, And to be a part of
- 22:00Speaker 1: the growth I think will be the best thing ever,
- 22:02Speaker 1: because like I love Tampa and I think Tampa. I've
- 22:04Speaker 1: been to forty six states, like I've seen the whole country,
- 22:08Speaker 1: and Tampa is really special.
- 22:10Speaker 3: And I tell everybody that what are the four you
- 22:12Speaker 3: haven't been to?
- 22:12Speaker 1: Uh, Washington, Oregon, North Dakota, Nebraska.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Okay, I feel like you can skip North Dakota, right,
- 22:19Speaker 4: I feel like of all the ones.
- 22:20Speaker 3: You can skip.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Maybe that's when people are like, oh, you don't know, no,
- 22:23Speaker 1: like I've seen the whole country, Like I've been everywhere.
- 22:25Speaker 1: I could tell you Tampa is very special city. Like
- 22:28Speaker 1: just being a part of it's amazing.
- 22:30Speaker 3: What is your favorite thing about Tampa?
- 22:32Speaker 1: Just the location is amazing. You know, we're forty minutes
- 22:35Speaker 1: from the beach. We're right on the water run a river,
- 22:37Speaker 1: which is awesome. The weather is always great. The city's
- 22:40Speaker 1: you know, building up every day. It gets bigger and bigger.
- 22:42Speaker 1: A lot of new shops, restaurants, So that's what actually
- 22:45Speaker 1: I love about it, you know, and there's so much
- 22:47Speaker 1: still in the airport. Let's talk about airport. Oh yeah,
- 22:50Speaker 1: we have the best airport in the country. It's not
- 22:51Speaker 1: even a question hands down.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Who do you say?
- 22:54Speaker 2: Okay, because I know if you put that up there
- 22:55Speaker 2: right now, people are gonna be like, no, absolutely not,
- 22:58Speaker 2: we have a better one.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Who do you think is a.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Close compet because I will say, hands down to somebody
- 23:01Speaker 2: that's flown across the country multiple times.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Nobody compares. But there are some that have come close.
- 23:06Speaker 2: There's some that are in that realm of like, oh
- 23:08Speaker 2: you could be really good, but you're not as good
- 23:10Speaker 2: as Tampa. When it comes down to cleanliness, bathrooms are
- 23:13Speaker 2: a huge thing. I've never seen a cleaner set of
- 23:15Speaker 2: bathrooms when I've traveled across the country. We also have
- 23:18Speaker 2: a bird, big ass phoebia things out there. What are
- 23:22Speaker 2: the close contenders in your mind out of some that
- 23:24Speaker 2: you've seen, honestly, because there are some good ones. I
- 23:26Speaker 2: would say when we went to was it Austin? Austin
- 23:30Speaker 2: at a pretty decent airport?
- 23:31Speaker 1: No, hard disagree. Really.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Now here's what I'll say about the airport DFW. DFW
- 23:37Speaker 4: is terrible.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Yeah that one.
- 23:38Speaker 3: Yeah, Dallas love Field.
- 23:40Speaker 4: That's a great airport. They don't do a lot of
- 23:42Speaker 4: international for me. Like I just moved from Atlanta, and
- 23:45Speaker 4: even though I gave the Atlanta airport a little bit
- 23:47Speaker 4: of a hard time, I will say now having so
- 23:49Speaker 4: few direct international options, I'm like, I didn't know how.
- 23:53Speaker 3: Good I had it.
- 23:53Speaker 1: That's true that it's the only thing about Tampa is
- 23:55Speaker 1: the direct international options.
- 23:57Speaker 3: Yeah, but it is easy to use.
- 23:59Speaker 1: And then who's the worst? Who would you say? Because
- 24:01Speaker 1: everyone says that K is brutal, JFK is brutal.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Oh my god, I would say I would have you
- 24:06Speaker 2: been to Miami's airport? Oh, Miami, I I'm about to.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Shut down this entire conversation. MCO. Have you been to
- 24:13Speaker 3: m C.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm trying to think, where is that one?
- 24:15Speaker 3: Orlando?
- 24:15Speaker 1: Oh my god, yea, Orlando is painful.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Yeah, that's the worst.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Miami is brutal. I literally walked two miles to get
- 24:22Speaker 1: to my gate one.
- 24:23Speaker 3: That's what I said.
- 24:24Speaker 1: I was like, at least a mile, ripping sweat. I
- 24:28Speaker 1: would like, this is awful. Why is this even a thing?
- 24:29Speaker 3: That's how you're marathon training?
- 24:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I was like, oh my god, this is brutals.
- 24:33Speaker 1: I was like, already laid for my flight and I'm
- 24:34Speaker 1: like kind of jogging. I have two bags and I
- 24:36Speaker 1: show up to the gate. I'm like wet, oh yeah,
- 24:38Speaker 1: I've done that.
- 24:39Speaker 2: And then they say, wait, we're gonna change gates and
- 24:41Speaker 2: you got to turn back and go the whole mile back.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Yeah you're like.
- 24:43Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I would say, well, I used to not
- 24:45Speaker 2: like Atlanta. It's not as bad as I think people say.
- 24:47Speaker 2: I think getting into the airport sucks, because that sucked
- 24:49Speaker 2: driving with everyone just stopped in traffic.
- 24:51Speaker 1: That was horrible.
- 24:52Speaker 4: Yeah, it's like a it's a stressful airport, but it
- 24:54Speaker 4: objectively is a good airport.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Is there a dirty airport that comes to mind? Because
- 24:58Speaker 2: mine goes to Newark. I think in Newark, and I
- 25:00Speaker 2: think it's dirty.
- 25:00Speaker 4: So I just flew out of the newest Newark airport.
- 25:03Speaker 4: But I know they have a ton of flight cancelations and.
- 25:05Speaker 1: I was yeah, I heard that.
- 25:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Yeah, so like Boston had a nice airport, Yeah, Logan's
- 25:09Speaker 2: it's pretty good. Yeah, that was a smaller one, but
- 25:11Speaker 2: it gotten.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's definitely gotten bigger. Yeah.
- 25:14Speaker 2: So in general, i'd say we do have the best, Yeah,
- 25:16Speaker 2: the best there. There's water there, it's not as busy
- 25:18Speaker 2: as the other cities in Florida, and you've been obviously
- 25:20Speaker 2: down to like Miami's nightlife, of course, not impressed.
- 25:23Speaker 1: It's Miami. It's too fast, Honestly, it's a lot of drugs,
- 25:26Speaker 1: it's a lot of people trying to want of each other,
- 25:29Speaker 1: a lot very showing. It's very show. You don't feel
- 25:32Speaker 1: like Tampa's showing. Not as bad as Miami, for sure.
- 25:35Speaker 2: I'd agree with that. It's like the middle ground, middle ground,
- 25:37Speaker 2: like water streets, very nice. It could be showing, of course,
- 25:39Speaker 2: and it's not as bad as like Miami, where it's
- 25:41Speaker 2: like you said, everybody wants to just one level.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Everybody's just clawing at each other. The girls are painful.
- 25:47Speaker 3: Sometimes find painful.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Just how much money you have? Literally gotcha? That's yeah,
- 25:54Speaker 1: it's crazy.
- 25:55Speaker 3: Everyone has a suspicious Yeah, like do you have.
- 25:56Speaker 1: A table tonight? Yeah? Oh yeah, I mean low key.
- 26:00Speaker 4: I mean I feel like Florida, except for Miami, as
- 26:02Speaker 4: a whole, is very just low key.
- 26:04Speaker 1: But do you think we're gonna get to that point?
- 26:07Speaker 1: People are scared about that. They're like, oh, we don't
- 26:09Speaker 1: want Everyone's like Tampa's next Miami and everyone.
- 26:11Speaker 3: I don't like that.
- 26:12Speaker 1: Yeah, we shut that down. You do not want that. Honestly,
- 26:15Speaker 1: I don't think it will be. I think, like you said,
- 26:18Speaker 1: Tampa's very low key. And one thing I love about
- 26:20Speaker 1: Tampa is is how low key it is. And the
- 26:23Speaker 1: fact that you can literally walk from one end of
- 26:25Speaker 1: Tampa to the other Tampa in like ten minutes, you
- 26:27Speaker 1: know which you're used to, which is cool. I walk
- 26:32Speaker 1: home from the airport, Like, that's pretty unreal. You can't
- 26:33Speaker 1: really do that in many other cities.
- 26:35Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure I saw that video walked home from Yeah,
- 26:38Speaker 2: I do the multiple times. Yeah, it's only four four
- 26:41Speaker 2: and a half miles, like it's really that bad. It's
- 26:43Speaker 2: all about it all though the route does kind of suck, like.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Walking on the side of the road.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Cars are just like, yeah, there's Terrence walking and I'm
- 26:51Speaker 2: pretty sure you did it barefoot.
- 26:52Speaker 1: I have done a barefoot Yeah, there was everywhere.
- 26:55Speaker 4: Well, thank you for all the Tampa insight. We need
- 26:58Speaker 4: to get you like a shoe endorsement, doctor.
- 27:01Speaker 1: I don't wear shoes.
- 27:02Speaker 2: But who are the other influencers that you would like
- 27:05Speaker 2: this show love to? Have you been able to run
- 27:06Speaker 2: into any of them out on the scene.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I've seen them all out there, honestly, all awesome.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Who are something that you put on? Guy Christian, I just.
- 27:13Speaker 3: Saw him on front. That was the one.
- 27:15Speaker 4: I call him Tampa Tray because I've just started calling
- 27:17Speaker 4: everyone Tampa.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, so Christian's awesome. He does. He does mostly
- 27:21Speaker 1: like talking videos where I'll just be like, oh I
- 27:23Speaker 1: love Tampa for this reason, or you know a lot
- 27:25Speaker 1: of cool stuff like that. Nice. There's some other some
- 27:27Speaker 1: of the guys, a lot of like fitness guys. Oh yeah,
- 27:30Speaker 1: there's the overtime men's health guys. I don't know if
- 27:32Speaker 1: you've seen them they do. Like the Pep Tides. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 27:35Speaker 1: Juleen and Jacob they're great guys too. I've seen a
- 27:37Speaker 1: lot of the Pep Tide videos. Now I feel like
- 27:39Speaker 1: they're trying to get me. Yeah, it's almost working.
- 27:41Speaker 4: There's not a lot of prominent and I don't mean
- 27:43Speaker 4: this as like a dig. There's not a lot of
- 27:44Speaker 4: prominent female influencers, but there's a lot of girls trying
- 27:48Speaker 4: to become influencers.
- 27:49Speaker 2: There's like too many where it's like it's saturates it. Yeah,
- 27:52Speaker 2: it's very satur Like.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Have you met Tampa Brie. We've mentioned her a couple.
- 27:56Speaker 3: She's the real church.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I've messaged her a few times. Yeah, she's hilarious.
- 28:00Speaker 2: Cat Stickler obviously is like the pinnacle of like who's
- 28:02Speaker 2: been able to take off massive in this area.
- 28:04Speaker 3: She's not really like a Tampa influencer though, Oh.
- 28:07Speaker 1: She's just There's a lot of food girls. The food
- 28:08Speaker 1: girls are good.
- 28:09Speaker 3: Lots of food girls.
- 28:10Speaker 1: Yeah, the food ones are awesome.
- 28:11Speaker 4: There's a lot of Saint Pete influencers, Like I follow
- 28:13Speaker 4: a lot of all the influencer girls that I follow,
- 28:15Speaker 4: they're all Saint Pete girls. They're all like beachy and
- 28:18Speaker 4: they all have like perfect bodies, and I'm like, She's like,
- 28:21Speaker 4: if I keep watching them, become one of you.
- 28:23Speaker 1: That's how I feel like. There's not many people that
- 28:25Speaker 1: do like what I do. I kind of I'm kind
- 28:27Speaker 1: of like influencer slash like journalists, you know. I want
- 28:29Speaker 1: to show people like what's going on in Tampa, whether
- 28:32Speaker 1: it be like I kind of like hit try and
- 28:33Speaker 1: hit all areas. You know, you do a good job
- 28:35Speaker 1: like keeping scripted yea on scripted exactly. And a lot
- 28:37Speaker 1: of my videos are like pretty basic. I film on
- 28:39Speaker 1: Snapchat and I'll just be like, oh, look at this
- 28:41Speaker 1: bar tonight, it's packed, or look at this club, look
- 28:44Speaker 1: at this line, look at this you know. So that's
- 28:47Speaker 1: kind of how I keep it.
- 28:48Speaker 2: I feel like because I feel like I get to
- 28:49Speaker 2: just watch from my couch and I'm like, gosh, what.
- 28:51Speaker 1: A wild night in Tampa. Yeah exactly. Like and I post.
- 28:54Speaker 1: One thing that I pride myself on doing is I
- 28:56Speaker 1: post in real time.
- 28:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:58Speaker 1: So if I'm at the bar to a Levin and
- 29:00Speaker 1: I it's like slammed, like I'm posting out. I want
- 29:03Speaker 1: to show people whether they want to comm it's packed
- 29:05Speaker 1: two packed or so I'll really posted a real time
- 29:08Speaker 1: so that way people can see like what is actually
- 29:10Speaker 1: going on? Right, I think bars ever get mad like
- 29:13Speaker 1: pretty supportive?
- 29:14Speaker 3: Yeah, good pr for them.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Well if you go over yeah yeah that's true.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Yeah, that's say it's like a dead night and you're like, well,
- 29:20Speaker 2: this is what it looks like, and who do do?
- 29:21Speaker 3: Yeah, because aren't you starting an app?
- 29:23Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, exactly. I'm like working on an app. It's
- 29:25Speaker 1: going to be called where to and basically it's going
- 29:28Speaker 1: to be like an app on what I do on
- 29:30Speaker 1: social media, just posting what these bars are looking like.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Oh but everybody gets to do it, yeah exactly, Yeah
- 29:36Speaker 1: that's due. Yeah, we'll see how it might be like
- 29:38Speaker 1: kind of tough to do, but we'll see how it works.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Have you stepped into like the Panela side, seen any
- 29:42Speaker 2: of that scene?
- 29:42Speaker 1: No, I haven't get over there all right, Tampa Bay.
- 29:48Speaker 2: I'll do the first Fridays, but other than that, Yeah,
- 29:50Speaker 2: there's so many. Because I saw when you did the
- 29:52Speaker 2: lower Deck video. I went out to a beach bar
- 29:54Speaker 2: and I was about to send you a video like, well.
- 29:55Speaker 1: This is the vibe over here. It would look the
- 29:58Speaker 1: same it was.
- 29:59Speaker 2: I was like, God damn, Like I don't do it
- 30:00Speaker 2: enough though, because I was like, is this what it's
- 30:02Speaker 2: always like?
- 30:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean I've heard lower Deck is kind of
- 30:05Speaker 4: one of the newer places to be. But when you
- 30:07Speaker 4: posted that video, I thought, damn, do I do it
- 30:08Speaker 4: a lower Deck? Like I'm gonna be the oldest girl there,
- 30:11Speaker 4: but like I want I still want to, like see
- 30:12Speaker 4: what it's all about.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Walk her out, And I would say lower Deck is
- 30:15Speaker 1: one of the better ones with age. Okay, it kind
- 30:17Speaker 1: of like hits all ages, you know, gotcha. I'm convinced
- 30:19Speaker 1: to go to Sunset Radio Now Radio. Yeah, definite should
- 30:22Speaker 1: check out the rodeo. That sounds all goode Is it
- 30:24Speaker 1: country music?
- 30:25Speaker 2: Is that?
- 30:25Speaker 1: Because it sounds like, yeah, it's country, but they also
- 30:27Speaker 1: they'll switch it up. Okay, I've got a little vibe going, man, Tance.
- 30:30Speaker 2: I appreciate you coming by what you've done for the
- 30:32Speaker 2: Tampa Bay community, Like just keep doing it. Obviously, I
- 30:34Speaker 2: appreciate it. It's just rock in this community. Everyone loves
- 30:37Speaker 2: seeing it. All the haters they could suck it. They
- 30:39Speaker 2: can get out. There's gonna be plenty of it because
- 30:42Speaker 2: they're jealous of the stuff that you've done, but you've
- 30:44Speaker 2: done such a good job of it and it's only
- 30:45Speaker 2: getting better.
- 30:46Speaker 1: So thank you, Thank you so much. I appreciate it. Yeah,
- 30:48Speaker 1: at the end of the day, I just love Tampa
- 30:49Speaker 1: and you know, want to hype it up as much
- 30:51Speaker 1: as I can. So I was gonna say, if we
- 30:53Speaker 1: need to plug your social but at this point, yeah,
- 30:56Speaker 1: if you don't have it. Who is this again? I
- 30:58Speaker 1: think that was Tampa taear.
- 31:00Speaker 3: Like Tampa Tray.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Okay, that's the one name. The Temple terrorist they called
- 31:04Speaker 1: me sometimes, Temple terror Yeah, some people like, are you
- 31:06Speaker 1: temple Terrorists? I'm like close close, Well I'll take it.
- 31:09Speaker 3: That's a you're gonna start in fifteen years Temple terrace.
- 31:12Speaker 2: Well, follow along, Tampa, Terrence obviously, Abby, what's your.
