#395 Dissecting The Republican Debate, Donald Trump, Joe Biden: Can a Politician Save Us From the Impending Destruction? · Claymore: Become Who You Are

0:09
Jack: Welcome to the Become who you Are podcast, the production of the John Paul II Renewal Center.
0:14
Jack: I'm Jack Rigert, your host, and I am so glad you're with me Today.
0:18
Jack: The Republican debates, donald Trump, joe Biden and a can of politicians save us from the impending destruction that we all sense that's around us?
0:30
Jack: .
0:30
Jack: So buckle up and get ready for today's episode.
0:33
Jack: Before I get involved, I want to just tell you about our sponsor.
0:47
Jack: Our sponsor is you.
0:49
Jack: Our sponsor is you.
0:50
Jack: You make this possible.
0:51
Jack: You make this podcast possible.
0:53
Jack: You make the JP II Renewal Center possible All the work we do.
0:57
Jack: I wish you could follow me around for a couple of days and see the beautiful work that we're doing.
1:02
Jack: I know some of you have seen us talk, coming in with a new program called Love Ed, helping parents talk to their children about their sexuality and the beauty of God's plan, etc.
1:15
Jack: Etc.
1:16
Jack: And so please go to our website.
1:20
Jack: Go under partner on our website.
1:22
Jack: Our website is still in progress, but it's up and running.
1:27
Jack: Go under partner.
1:28
Jack: There's a 50-50 partnership there.
1:31
Jack: We're looking for 50 people that are generous enough to donate $50 a month to partner with us.
1:39
Jack: We have to bring somebody else on to help with this Love Ed program and some other things that we're doing, and that's just the start.
1:45
Jack: But if we can get that going, we have some other donors lined up, so that would get us at least to the point where we can launch this program, and it's much needed in the world.
1:55
Jack: So thank you very much.
1:56
Jack: Please consider that.
1:57
Jack: I want to start out as I analyze the Republican Party and also just look at politics in general with a little bit of groundwork.
2:06
Jack: You know Donald Trump for all his flaws.
2:09
Jack: I think we can all sense that something nefarious is going on there, isn't it that the left can get away with just about anything and they're just taken down any opponent.
2:22
Jack: So there's something really sinister about that and I think we all have to be aware of that and pay attention to that.
2:28
Jack: And we have to say this I would say that most people, at least now, can agree that, despite all his flaws and his tweets and not liking his personality, you'd have to say he was a good president.
2:42
Jack: You know, if president isn't there to be liked as much as to really unleash the beauty and the power of what our country stands for, which is the people, by the people, for the people, and that's what our government is supposed to be for to unleash the people.
3:01
Jack: Now here's the problem, and this is what I'm going to get right to the essence of this and what I'm going to get into.
3:07
Jack: The problem is also with the people.
3:09
Jack: Our people have become a morally corrupt people in so many ways.
3:13
Jack: We've thrown God out and we've lost our way, and we see that in the culture.
3:19
Jack: So that's part of this thing too.
3:20
Jack: So when you compare, though, donald Trump to what we have now with this administration now under Joe Biden, and the deep state that backs them, you know this is a godless group of people who seeks to rule us, and throughout history, whenever you throw out God, whenever you throw out morality, you're going to get death spots that seek to rule you.
3:46
Jack: You turn yourself over to the totalitarian government.
3:52
Jack: You know our founding fathers knew this right, our foremost constitutional theorists of the founding generation.
3:57
Jack: John Adams, observed our Constitution was made for immoral and religious people.
4:01
Jack: It's wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
4:05
Jack: And he wasn't the only one.
4:06
Jack: James Madison wrote that our Constitution requires sufficient virtue among men for self government.
4:12
Jack: Otherwise, nothing less than the change of despotism can restrain them from destroying and devouring one another.
4:19
Jack: So we unleash evil in the world through our own hearts, through our own individual hearts.
4:25
Jack: And so then we get to the second point I want to make you know of the Republican debate.
4:30
Jack: Then, if it wasn't Donald Trump, are there any other Republicans there and did any of them stand out?
4:35
Jack: And I'll just say this, and I'd love to, just I'm going to put this out there and I want you to email me, I want you to comment on this.
4:44
Jack: I'd love to get a good handful of comments that I can use coming up.
4:49
Jack: You can remain anonymous if you want to, of course, but coming up in the next couple of podcasts because we really need to explore this.
4:56
Jack: But there is one that stood out, and this is what I'd like you to see, if anybody stood out in your mind.
5:03
Jack: And so I want to start with one Samuel 8.
5:06
Jack: You know, once Samuel 8 talks about a king, you know this is God that should be ruling our hearts, god that ruled our country in the beginning.
5:13
Jack: Don't forget that we turned this pyramid upside down.
5:17
Jack: We said no more kings, no more totalitarians, no more dictators, that we're going to be ruled by the people.
5:24
Jack: The people were going to select their representatives and they were going to serve us and then we would, all you know, live out moral, religious lives, you know, based on marriage and the family, based on God's you know law written on our hearts, the natural law written on our hearts, you know, and this is this goes out into politics, this goes out and drives our whole country.
5:43
Jack: When you don't have a moral and religious people we don't have people, like Madison said, that are virtuous, sufficient, virtuous men for self-government, nothing less than the change of despotism can restrain them from destroying and devouring one another.
5:58
Jack: This is what's going on now, but this has happened all through history.
6:03
Jack: You know, there was a time when the Israelites, god's chosen people, didn't have a king.
6:09
Jack: Moses led them out and through their history, in the Old Testament you can read this in 1 Samuel, chapter 8.
6:15
Jack: God is leading them and they had judges there to interpret God's law, etc.
6:21
Jack: For the people.
6:22
Jack: But then they request a king.
6:24
Jack: Huh, and they request a king because all of a sudden, the system got corrupt.
6:29
Jack: That the well.
6:32
Jack: Let me read this to you Request for a king.
6:35
Jack: In his old age, samuel appointed his sons judges over Israel, and here's where it goes bad.
6:41
Jack: You know, samuel was a good man.
6:43
Jack: He judged correctly, but his firstborn was named Joel, his second Abijah, and they judged the bear sheba.
6:51
Jack: His sons, though, did not follow his example, but sought illicit gain and accepted bribes and perverting justice.
6:59
Jack: And you know, I make this illusion, and I want to stop here for a second, because this is what happened to our generations now.
7:05
Jack: Now we also forgot what our founding fathers stood for.
7:09
Jack: They weren't perfect people.
7:10
Jack: They were flawed people too, but that's why God always rules.
7:13
Jack: You know, god has to rule our own hearts.
7:16
Jack: God has to redeem us.
7:17
Jack: God has to bring our own hearts into the story so that we can bring the good into the world, but we've taken that for granted.
7:25
Jack: The same thing happened to these, especially this last few generations.
7:29
Jack: Look at, this has been going on since the beginning, since the fall right, but we've really thrown God out of the United States of America.
7:35
Jack: You know, when it was founded, it was founded on a religious and moral people, right?
7:40
Jack: So, therefore, with the bribes and perverting justice, therefore, all the elders of Israel came in a body to Samuel at Rama and said to him now that you are old and your sons do not follow your example, appoint the king over us, as other nations have to judge us.
7:55
Jack: Well, samuel was displeased when he asked for it.
7:58
Jack: When he was asked for a king to judge them.
8:00
Jack: He prayed to the Lord, however, who said in an answer grant the people's every request.
8:06
Jack: It's not you they reject.
8:08
Jack: They are rejecting me as their king.
8:11
Jack: Wow, and this is what we've done, right?
8:14
Jack: We've rejected God as their king, and now the tyrants will come to rule us.
8:19
Jack: Right?
8:19
Jack: And so I'm just going to go on, because I'm going to skip a little bit and just talk about what God says to them.
8:26
Jack: So Samuel delivered the message of the Lord in full to those who were asking him for a king.
8:31
Jack: He told them, though, the rights of the king who will rule you will be as follows Listen to how this is unpacked.
8:39
Jack: He will take your sons and assign them to his chariots and his horses.
8:43
Jack: In other words, he's going to take them into his military right and they will run before his chariot.
8:49
Jack: He will also appoint from among them his commanders of groups of a thousand and a hundred soldiers.
8:55
Jack: So he's setting up an army.
8:56
Jack: Huh, no longer have God to protect us.
8:59
Jack: Now we have to set up armies, and he will set them to do his plowing and his harvesting make his implements of war and the equipment of his chariots.
9:09
Jack: Are we not doing that today?
9:10
Jack: Listen to this.
9:12
Jack: He will use your daughters as ointment makers, as cooks, as bakers.
9:15
Jack: He will take the best of your fields, vineyards, olive groves, give them to his officials.
9:21
Jack: He will tie their crops in your vineyards and give the revenue to his eunuchs and his slaves.
9:28
Jack: You know, and it goes on and on and on, using and abusing his people.
9:33
Jack: I mean, look at, we're getting taxed to death here.
9:35
Jack: We should never have been taxed, you know, any more than 10 percent like a tithe here.
9:41
Jack: You know, in the beginning we didn't even have a tax at the federal level, and now we accept this, we've normalized that.
9:47
Jack: They just they're in our pockets all the time.
9:50
Jack: And but it's the moral corruption that I'm speaking about here today.
9:54
Jack: So I wanted to.
9:56
Jack: Jeffrey Tucker, who I really like.
9:59
Jack: He writes, writes for Brownstone, which I think he founded, actually brownstoneorg, you can go.
10:06
Jack: The article is the great game of let's Pretend.
10:08
Jack: And he also writes for the Epic News, and so I get that, and so he does a good job.
10:14
Jack: And he wrote this two nights ago was supposed to be a night of reckoning and truth.
10:20
Jack: He's talking about the Republican debates and also the interview with the Tucker head, with Donald Trump.
10:27
Jack: The intrepid and independent journalist Tucker Carlson, who I personally like I'll just add here right was to grill Donald Trump, who skipped the GOP debates because he is already the hands-down frontrunner and doesn't want anything to do with conventional politics.
10:43
Jack: Oddly, none of it came up in his interview with Trump.
10:47
Jack: The interview answered none of our questions about why Trump did what he did, which not only wrecked the American economy but arguably lost him the election.
10:56
Jack: When he shut down the economy, I mean, he was pushing the COVID backs and stuff right.
11:02
Jack: Even if you think the election was stolen, it was only through the mail-in ballots that the COVID controls unleashed Interesting right.
11:10
Jack: Tucker drilled down into none of this.
11:13
Jack: It was as if 2020 did not happen at all.
11:17
Jack: The simultaneous GOP debate was even worse.
11:21
Jack: Ron DeSantis started with a bang and spoke about lockdowns, with the topic fizzled quickly Following a fury of pharma ads.
11:29
Jack: Indeed, the entire event was funded by FDA-approved drug sales.
11:33
Jack: The moderators briefly asked former Vice President Mike Pence if he thought his administration bore any responsibility for learning loss because the Trump administration erred.
11:44
Jack: School closures Spent Pence, who spent 2020 running cover for Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx, wholly ignored the question and said something else.
11:54
Jack: The topic was never revisited again.
11:57
Jack: It's unbelievable, right?
11:59
Jack: So?
11:59
Jack: Mike Pence, donald Trump, they were fooled.
12:02
Jack: They trusted in these guys, as we know, but yet they were fooled.
12:06
Jack: These aren't perfect people.
12:08
Jack: Again, we need a God, don't we?
12:09
Jack: We need God to be able to see through all this stuff, and then we need to surround ourselves with God-faring people that also believe in God.
12:18
Jack: But what happens is right.
12:20
Jack: This deep state is there, attacking, attacking, attacking.
12:23
Jack: And then Tucker goes on this.
12:26
Jack: This is Jeffrey.
12:27
Jack: Tucker goes on to write there was not one word about text.
12:30
Jack: Censorship, the millions displaced and harmed by vaccine mandates, the dictatorial reach of the administrative state, the vast flurry of litigation against everything and everybody, the mass loss of trust and government and the media, the foundational attack on the Bill of Rights, the very threat that it could happen again.
12:48
Jack: On the same day as the debate, we already saw mass mandates being reimposed.
12:53
Jack: No one spoke about it.
12:54
Jack: You surely see what's going on here.
12:56
Jack: The biggest issues in American life, which everybody experienced with with vast tragedy and death all around, and about which everybody knows, are suddenly too sensitive to bring up.
13:06
Jack: It's something of which multitudes are aware, but because of all official institutions were involved, all official institutions are quiet about it.
13:17
Jack: Meanwhile, we've got Robert F Kennedy Jr out there on countless public interviews as a presidential candidate, saying remarkable things like the CIA in 1963 killed his uncle who was president, that the intelligence community works with Big Pharma on gain of function to create new killer viruses, that this germ game has been going on for a long time and the lockdowns of 2020 was a coup d'etat against representative democracy.
13:44
Jack: And right now we have industry captured.
13:48
Jack: Deep state agencies that are ruling America have no regard whatever for the US Constitution or the idea of freedom.
13:54
Jack: He says all of this, robert Kennedy, without any shyness and with a great deal of knowledge and detail.
14:00
Jack: He provides the receipts.
14:01
Jack: Indeed, he's written several books on these themes.
14:04
Jack: People listen and think, oh, that's very interesting, and they go to hear him speak without any presumption that he stands any chance to be president, despite his wild popularity, because essentially the fix is in.
14:17
Jack: Biden has already been selected to get the nomination, which rather demonstrates F RFK's point.
14:26
Jack: Meanwhile, I've never once heard any reporter read any article that challenges him on any of the facts it says.
14:33
Jack: If everyone knows what's going on and what he's saying is true, but we cannot do anything about it.
14:40
Jack: So he's tolerated as a wayward eccentric from a noble lineage, but best ignored if we know what's good for us.
14:48
Jack: You see, everyone in the top layer of this manufactured consent is glad to play along with this.
14:55
Jack: The deep state, tell everybody looking for money, power.
14:58
Jack: Everybody's got their little, their little piece of the action right.
15:02
Jack: And meanwhile all the citizens are fully aware now that the intelligence community is deeply involved in areas of life which we previously thought were independent, and we suspect this is true even of organizations and publications we once thought were more or less trustworthy.
15:18
Jack: How else to explain their silence or their lies and all the crucial issues of our time?
15:23
Jack: As regards all the institutions that locked down the population just a few years ago, nothing's changed.
15:29
Jack: Sure, there's a few court decisions, extent that said they went too far, but those are all being challenged and awaits appeals to the Supreme Court.
15:39
Jack: But while these grueling processes play themselves out, we have Google, youtube, facebook, linkedin and all the rest of our formerly free social media platforms that are more brutally sensorial than ever before.
15:55
Jack: Youtube even announced that it will tolerate no content that contradicts the World Health Organization, the WHO, which only three years ago recommended to the entire world the lock-nounds pioneered by the CCP in Wuhan.
16:11
Jack: And I'll add this to that.
16:12
Jack: You know, the WHO is put in place.
16:17
Jack: The leadership of the WHO has been put in place by the Chinese Communist Party.
16:25
Jack: It's amazing how this is twisted in the story.
16:28
Jack: The evil has got into everything and we allowed it.
16:31
Jack: Why?
16:32
Jack: Because we take God out, we let evil reign.
16:34
Jack: You know, as we go on here, you know who could imagine, really, that the collapse on this level would happen in plain sight and everyone would see it?
16:45
Jack: And yet the entirety of our culture and the planners, you see, the planners allowed to, in effect, impose on all of us.
16:56
Jack: And why don't we do anything?
16:57
Jack: It's like we sit in a proverbial pot with the frog and we just put our heads down.
17:03
Jack: And we've been sitting there for so long, apathetic, that we are stewing in the sewage right.
17:12
Jack: And meanwhile Tucker writes Jeffrey Tucker, I go back to his article.
17:16
Jack: The highest hopes for saving the country from ruin are being placed in the hands of the very chief executive under which all this began.
17:25
Jack: He said, and why he's talking about going back, you know, to Trump again, because people believe that he was tricked and betrayed into greenlighting of this wreckage, even though he has never actually said anything like this.
17:38
Jack: It's only and it's the only hope people have.
17:42
Jack: It seems it's a thin hope.
17:44
Jack: Indeed.
17:45
Jack: He writes so.
17:47
Jack: When I first read Orwell's 19th 84, it seemed like a dark and implausible fantasy and warning.
17:53
Jack: I never imagined it was a really something that could really happen.
17:57
Jack: Huh, a reality that that Orwell saw unfolding before him in the rising totalitarian of his of his time.
18:05
Jack: It turns out that he was a prophet of just how corrupt a highly politicized society with overweening bureaucracy can be in practice.
18:14
Jack: When careerism, trump's courage and the caste-nexus spreads the coercive mindset throughout all the commanding heights of the social order, wow, you know, I think about Bishop Sheen.
18:29
Jack: When you know sometimes you got to put this all into play, how could this evil come into the world?
18:35
Jack: Well, we see lessons of this all through history.
18:38
Jack: Bishop Sheen, I think, puts it into perspective just as well.
18:42
Jack: We're all complicit in this.
18:43
Jack: He says, only those who live by faith really know what's happening in the world.
18:47
Jack: The great masses without faith are unconscious of the destructive processes going on because they have lost the vision of the heights from which they have fallen.
18:58
Jack: End quote.
18:58
Jack: What have we done?
19:00
Jack: We've normalized the fall.
19:01
Jack: What is the fall?
19:02
Jack: The fall of sin.
19:03
Jack: You know the human being made up of a body and saw the default position it's sin and death.
19:08
Jack: You know you don't have a redeemer and then we unleash sin and death in our own hearts.
19:15
Jack: I mean, this is just the reality of who we are.
19:17
Jack: We suffer from the threefold concupiscence, from original sin.
19:22
Jack: Death is here.
19:24
Jack: It's a reality, tick tock, tick tock.
19:26
Jack: We have this little dash I always call it huh Between the day we were born and the day we die.
19:32
Jack: What do we do in that dash?
19:34
Jack: This is a battle between good and evil.
19:36
Jack: What side do we come on?
19:38
Jack: Jeff Childers, he writes coffee and COVID.
19:42
Jack: If you don't know coffee and COVID, jeff Childers, who's an attorney, he's been writing this.
19:48
Jack: When COVID first came out, I suggest looking him up and subscribing to describing to him.
19:53
Jack: And in essence, he says in his article he doesn't believe in the Superman theory of politics and in my opinion, neither should you and neither should I.
20:03
Jack: Right, politicians are all human beings, right, but that said, they're all flawed men and women.
20:08
Jack: We're looking for a savior where none exists.
20:12
Jack: Is it good to have good politicians?
20:13
Jack: Of course it is.
20:14
Jack: But good politicians, you know, moral, ethical, virtuous politicians, are voted in by who, selected by.
20:24
Jack: Good, moral, virtuous people, as John Adams said, a morally and religious people, as Madison said, a virtuous people, right, see, try as they might, they cannot solve the problems of the world.
20:38
Jack: You know.
20:38
Jack: They can only help, right, they can only serve us.
20:41
Jack: We have to be the lights.
20:43
Jack: We don't understand this somehow in today's time.
20:45
Jack: Our founding fathers understood this, that this was a battle for freedom.
20:50
Jack: But what happened here?
20:51
Jack: We were just like in one Samuel that I read, that next generation, see, we got away after a generation or two from what it was like before, when we were ruled and the Israelites were enslavement.
21:04
Jack: They were taken out of enslavement.
21:07
Jack: God ruled them, the judges were there, speaking to God, right, and bringing this moral fiber into our relationships and our families, and then we would go out and do good things in the world.
21:19
Jack: Stripped of that, you know, things get twisted and turned and we forget what it was like enslavement.
21:26
Jack: And when we're going to find out here, because we're here again, it's right, the train wreck is right at our door, it's not going to take much, right.
21:34
Jack: So you know, when we talk about Trump supporters and this is really in Jeff Childers article it feels like they're facing an existential crisis, that a wrecking ball needs to smash into our government in order to save America from certain doom.
21:50
Jack: And President Trump is that wrecking ball.
21:53
Jack: They think they don't particularly like Trump's involvement in the jab rollout and lockdowns, but they're convinced that the issue of saving the Republic eclipses that concern.
22:03
Jack: So a sizable minority of Trump supporters even think the stolen election and Biden's disastrous sundowner presidency could be a part of a master plan.
22:13
Jack: They believe that Trump, and only Trump, can save the country and they wisely trust no one connected to the DC establishment.
22:21
Jack: Trump supporters also have a perfectly valid grievance about the stolen 2020 election, when their candidate should have been elected.
22:30
Jack: They want to right that wrong.
22:33
Jack: They point to Trump's enduring popularity in spite of four criminal prosecutions more, I'm sure, will come, I add which have only made him more attractive.
22:42
Jack: They want to make America great again.
22:45
Jack: But what's lacking beneath this?
22:47
Jack: You know?
22:48
Jack: I heard Mike Pence up on stage.
22:50
Jack: We need a president, we need a government as good as the people.
22:53
Jack: Well, we have a president right now, with Joe Biden, in this morally corrupt world that may be as good as a lot of the people in this country.
23:03
Jack: Somebody voted for him and quite a few people voted for him.
23:06
Jack: I mean, if people can vote for a man like that, you got to think about the hearts of the people.
23:12
Jack: So what's lacking up beneath all of this?
23:14
Jack: Make America great again?
23:15
Jack: Well, times have changed and that we have thrown out, god, haven't we?
23:21
Jack: The sexual revolution has devastated our families, you know.
23:26
Jack: Think about the train wreck.
23:27
Jack: The train wreck is here and if you sit back much longer, you know, just watch until the train wreck comes for you.
23:35
Jack: It always does.
23:36
Jack: History points this out time and time again.
23:39
Jack: Take a few minutes to reflect on the radical dysfunction going on in so many families.
23:43
Jack: How many families have experienced a divorce, children on a wedlock?
23:47
Jack: They're suffering from pornography addictions, eating disorders, gender dysphoria, drug and alcohol abuse, domestic violence, abortion, anxiety, depression, thoughts of suicide.
23:57
Jack: Add to this the increasing crime rate on our streets, inflation caused by strictly, by incompetence and corruption at the highest levels.
24:05
Jack: The tack even on our food supply, that around the world, they want to control the wars that we're starting.
24:12
Jack: Look at the funding.
24:13
Jack: This Ukraine war is amazing, amazing, amazing devastation that are unleashed on the world and people are suffering.
24:21
Jack: Well, bishop Sheen, again, only those who live by faith really know what's happening in the world.
24:25
Jack: The great masses without faith are unconscious of the destructive processes going on because they've lost the vision of the heights from which they've fallen.
24:34
Jack: Are those Trump supporters right to believe in Trump?
24:37
Jack: You know, that's up to them.
24:39
Jack: Trump, it was a very good president in my opinion, and it's an injustice.
24:45
Jack: What's going on with him, isn't it?
24:47
Jack: I mean, everybody can see that, everybody can sense that.
24:50
Jack: You know we don't have a blind, we don't have a blind justice system anymore.
24:55
Jack: They can attack people praying outside of abortion centers.
24:59
Jack: They can attack parents at parent school board meetings.
25:03
Jack: You know, it's amazing how they're taking people out.
25:06
Jack: They're taking out lawyers.
25:08
Jack: They're taking out anybody that speaks up for what's true, good and beautiful right.
25:13
Jack: Our inherent human dignity is really what separates us from the powers of evil.
25:18
Jack: You know the world, these great masses that are unconscious of the destructive process going on, because they've lost their heart, they've lost the foundation and the fact that we are eternal children of God.
25:30
Jack: When God has forgotten, the creature itself grows unintelligible.
25:33
Jack: That's from God, he immense beds, number 36.
25:37
Jack: You know when I first heard that again.
25:39
Jack: When God has forgotten, the creature itself grows unintelligible.
25:42
Jack: Many, many years ago, I thought why did something make sense?
25:44
Jack: Today?
25:45
Jack: It makes so much sense, you see, whether you voted for Trump or not, whether the election was stolen or not.
25:51
Jack: Joe Biden is an obviously morally fallen old man with cognitive impairment that spent most of his time away from the public in his basement and wouldn't debate anybody, and yet we elected him like a king.
26:06
Jack: Huh, why, why, why?
26:09
Jack: We go back to Bishop Sheen.
26:11
Jack: I am President of the United States.
26:41
Jack: I am going to fix the wall.
26:43
Jack: I am going to fix this point or that point, but you know what?
26:46
Jack: It's just like playing whack-a-mole.
26:47
Jack: It's like a king or queen.
26:49
Jack: They sound like going out to battle.
26:51
Jack: We'll fix this.
26:52
Jack: We'll fix that.
26:53
Jack: You're not going to fix anything, my friends, unless you create a vision for people to step up to the plate and become a moral leader, you're not going to fix anything.
27:01
Jack: You're not going to fix anything.
27:03
Jack: You're not going to fix anything.
27:05
Jack: You're not going to fix anything.
27:06
Jack: But you're not going to fix anything.
27:08
Jack: You're not going to fix things.
27:12
Jack: We're just going to sit there.
27:16
Jack: We can take the form of the city.
27:17
Jack: We get the form of çevи nation.
27:18
Jack: We're going to look at the bi Seven Great Russia.
27:21
Jack: We're going to look at the American civil military NGOs.
27:32
Jack: We're no-transcript like Madison talked about.
27:20
Jack: Again, it's our inherent human dignity that separates us from the powers of evil.
27:25
Jack: America, in the name of democracy, has done some good things and brought liberty to countries, to some people and countries around the world, but it also did some very evil things and it brought heartache and suffering to many, many too.
27:39
Jack: Not even considering the abortion, contraception, the gender ideologies that we push abroad into the world.
27:46
Jack: We are bringing moral corruption today into the whole world, not only into our own country.
27:51
Jack: Abortion alone destroys more human beings than all the wars put together.
27:56
Jack: So here is what all the politicians on the Republican debate stage Donald Trump and Joe Biden seem to not understand or address the core of all these things, except for one, except for one that I heard something different.
28:13
Jack: Can you guess who he is?
28:14
Jack: Can you guess who he is?
28:16
Jack: Vivek Rameswamy.
28:19
Jack: Can you believe it?
28:20
Jack: He does something to me, he moves my heart.
28:23
Jack: Something about him.
28:26
Jack: Look at, he's Indian.
28:28
Jack: I don't think he's.
28:30
Jack: He's certainly not Catholic.
28:31
Jack: I don't think he's Christian, but he says these things and it seems to be.
28:36
Jack: He's a bright guy, he's a competent guy and he stands up there and he knows this and he says you know, this is not that complicated and what he's speaking about is not him doing all of this, but coming up to reality of who we are, as created beings, as children of God, to get our identity from there, to come into union and communion with God and to bring this out into the world, to bring our churches back right, to bring our marriages and families back.
29:06
Jack: That's the only way, and they go out into world and do good things.
29:09
Jack: Well, this is impossible without God, right?
29:12
Jack: So I'm gonna go through some of the things he says, but before I do, let me just talk about the crisis of our time here in John Paul's work, right?
29:21
Jack: And before I do, maybe even something from Orwell, where Orwell says each generation, imagine itself to be more intelligent than the one that went before it and wiser than the one that comes after it.
29:35
Jack: You know, as I listen to those people on stage, I thought, oh my gosh, you know you're bringing these same old things more war, more money.
29:43
Jack: You know, mike Pence, he's lost, he's hopelessly lost.
29:48
Jack: He's talking about we gotta fight communism in Ukraine and we gotta support more money, bring more money.
29:55
Jack: Those people are devastated.
29:58
Jack: They're gone.
29:58
Jack: They've lost so many soldiers and stuff.
30:02
Jack: Are you gonna just keep putting them out in the battlefield?
30:06
Jack: He says, that way we don't have to fight the wars.
30:08
Jack: You know, it's like he doesn't even see.
30:11
Jack: These are human beings.
30:13
Jack: These are human beings that we're talking about.
30:15
Jack: You're gonna just send them like fodder to fight our wars.
30:20
Jack: And you know, was Ukraine before that, the government in Ukraine, any better than anybody else?
30:24
Jack: They were one of the most corrupt countries in the world.
30:27
Jack: Go look them up, see where they were raided before on the corruption level abortion highs, human sex trafficking so high the corruption in government, I mean, and we were, and Bidens were in bed with them.
30:38
Jack: Just go read the facts so you know, at the end of the day, who suffers.
30:43
Jack: Again, you know it's the people that suffer.
30:47
Jack: It's amazing what goes on right.
30:50
Jack: So we're reminded of John Paul II's reflection on the 20th century, which began the same way with the hope of unlimited progress, but ended as the bloodiest century known to history.
31:01
Jack: Modern man had placed his hopes, john Paul II said, for a messiah in his own genius, not only politicians, but in science, technology and medicine.
31:12
Jack: And think about science today twisted and distorted, the technology censoring our own people, science that was let loose to bring a virus in the world Medicine, pharma, big pharma, right.
31:26
Jack: John Paul goes on to say whenever a man loses sight of the great mystery and sets his sights on this world, he always meets with disappointment, even despair.
31:35
Jack: He says the world is not capable of making man happy, it's not capable of saving him from evil, and it's all its types and forms illness, epidemics, cataclysms, catastrophes and the like.
31:49
Jack: This world, with its riches and its wants needs to be saved.
31:54
Jack: It needs to be redeemed.
31:56
Jack: That was from Crossing the Threshold of Hopes.
32:00
Jack: It's a great book.
32:02
Jack: It seems to me that we should have caught on to this cosmic story by now Good versus evil, light versus darkness, love versus lust and we should seek the better way.
32:12
Jack: That's been revealed to us.
32:13
Jack: Yet somehow we miss that larger story.
32:15
Jack: We get caught up in a much smaller story of our own.
32:18
Jack: So who's going to save the country?
32:20
Jack: Who's going to save our marriages and families?
32:22
Jack: Who's going to save the church Kind of adding my own thoughts to Bishop Sheen's thoughts it's not going to be our politicians, it's not going to be our bishops, it's not going to be the public school system, it's not going to be our military, it's not going to be big pharma.
32:38
Jack: It's up to you, the people.
32:39
Jack: Sheen would say.
32:41
Jack: You have the minds, the eyes, the ears to save the church and again, I'm paraphrasing with my own thoughts in here To save your marriages and families, to save our country.
32:51
Jack: Your mission is to see that your politicians act like servants of the people, that your priests act like priests, your bishops act like bishops, your teachers act like teachers.
33:03
Jack: Your military and your agencies, like the FBI, cia, doj, do not reign in sin, do not reign down death, but are rebuilt from within with moral and religious people.
33:19
Jack: Again, our inherent human dignity is what separates us from the powers of evil.
33:23
Jack: That has its foundation in the fact that we're eternal children of God.
33:27
Jack: When God has forgotten, the creature itself grows unintelligible.
33:31
Jack: So it's decision time.
33:33
Jack: As we start to look at politicians and who can, first we got to start with our own hearts.
33:37
Jack: See, history teaches us that each generation is confronted with a choice.
33:41
Jack: We all stand, each generation needs person before the timeless tree of the knowledge of good and evil, in a sense alongside Adam and Eve, and we have to decide the question put to every generation and to every individual is do I use my intellect, my reason, my freedom, to build my life in the world around me on eternal truth, on God, or do I squander my freedom and choose instead to be like God's, who know what is good and what is evil?
34:10
Jack: I'll decide what is good and I can call evil good and good evil.
34:15
Jack: What's the solution?
34:17
Jack: It's just like GK Chesterton said I am, I am the solution and I'm the problem.
34:23
Jack: And millions of Americans, if they stepped up to the plate, they embraced God and turned to our Redeemer, turned to Jesus Christ.
34:30
Jack: Remember this now Eternity doesn't begin tomorrow.
34:34
Jack: Eternity means forever.
34:37
Jack: We are eternal beings.
34:39
Jack: We stepped to eternal life and we gain or lose eternal life depending on what we do in this world.
34:45
Jack: Do we bring what's true, what's good and what's beautiful in the world?
34:48
Jack: And how do we know when we follow Jesus Christ who says I am the way, the truth and the life?
34:56
Jack: If that's not plain for everybody to see now, then you're on what I call the 3S highway to nowhere.
35:02
Jack: The 3S highway about selfishness and sex and the state, and around that broad highway.
35:08
Jack: But where does it lead?
35:09
Jack: It leads nowhere.
35:09
Jack: It leads to sin and death.
35:11
Jack: I say take the exit, mark the narrow gate, discover your identity and purpose and meaning.
35:16
Jack: Number one, that means they have an encounter with Jesus Christ again, the way, the truth and the life, who will open the veil so that you can see.
35:25
Jack: You can see the battle going on between life and death, literally for the souls of men.
35:30
Jack: That's what these wars are all about.
35:32
Jack: The war has already been won.
35:34
Jack: It's been won by Jesus Christ.
35:36
Jack: But each generation has to decide.
35:38
Jack: Do they choose the winner or will they go down?
35:42
Jack: Draw from the power of Christ, the Redeemer of each of us, and finally remember this redemption is collective Jesus offered this to everybody but salvation is individual.
35:56
Jack: You have to say yes.
35:57
Jack: So I just want to end with an interview with Vivek Ramaswamy.
36:04
Jack: I'm really impressed with this young guy.
36:05
Jack: Look at, you know, is he a flawed man?
36:08
Jack: I'm sure he is.
36:09
Jack: I don't know.
36:10
Jack: I don't know him that well, but I could tell you what.
36:13
Jack: I've heard him speak many times now and I'm magnetically drawn to what he's saying.
36:20
Jack: It makes sense, he sees it clearly, more clearly than anybody else, and he seems to have the spirit within him.
36:28
Jack: Now, I could be wrong, of course, you know, but it sure seems like that.
36:32
Jack: You know, when my heart is moved by some words or somebody, it's usually by Jesus Christ or the Holy Spirit, and it's usually them speaking, you know, which makes sense.
36:41
Jack: So here he is, and I kind of end with this, and this is why I say he's the one that stood out among all of these people.
36:52
Jack: Vivek says this that's where it all begins.
36:55
Jack: We are one nation under God.
36:57
Jack: John Adams said it well, our Constitution was made for a moral people.
37:02
Jack: James Madison said the same thing.
37:04
Jack: He went on to say we live a great civic culture, but it's built against the backdrop of the ultimate truth.
37:11
Jack: Once we start believing again, it's something greater than ourselves.
37:15
Jack: Then we're not going to be lost in the desert anymore as we are today.
37:20
Jack: He goes on to say so.
37:22
Jack: I think we need to talk about that more, and I don't think that God needs to be a four letter word in our culture.
37:29
Jack: So he outlines his 10 principles and I'll unpack these over time.
37:33
Jack: In fact, I've unpacked many of these already.
37:35
Jack: Don't get caught up in the individual issues you may or not agree with when I'm saying this.
37:42
Jack: Just listen to this and maybe do a search on Vivek Ramaswamy's 10 principles.
37:51
Jack: There's something really powerful there.
37:54
Jack: Number one God is real.
37:55
Jack: Number one God is real.
37:58
Jack: Number two there are two genders.
38:01
Jack: Look at, we're created a Mago day.
38:03
Jack: This goes back to Genesis, chapter one.
38:06
Jack: God created them in his divine image.
38:09
Jack: He created them how man and woman.
38:10
Jack: He created them.
38:11
Jack: This goes together.
38:12
Jack: These first two.
38:14
Jack: Number three he says human flourishing requires fossil fuels.
38:17
Jack: Won't get into that right now, but it's amazing what we're doing.
38:21
Jack: I will say this that as we're fooling around here, monkeying around with destroying our gas and our fossil fuel industries and trying to get into this, you know trying to work out with this climate change nonsense, at the end and don't forget I'm an old backpacker we got to have clean water.
38:41
Jack: We have to have clean air and there's ways to do that.
38:44
Jack: We've reduced our emissions in this country by a huge amount.
38:50
Jack: You know I used to live in Los Angeles and in Denver.
38:53
Jack: That smog that I used to encounter back in the 70s and 80s is no longer there like it used to be.
38:59
Jack: It's amazing how we clean.
39:00
Jack: We need to do that kind of stuff, right?
39:02
Jack: He goes on to say this oh, but let me just add to number three, while we're doing all this.
39:11
Jack: The BRIC countries Brazil, russia, india, china are adding more and more and more countries.
39:18
Jack: They're going to have control of 80% of the oil and energy pretty soon when they add if they add Saudi Arabia and some of the others, who are all coming on a board.
39:27
Jack: You know why are they doing this?
39:29
Jack: You know because they see the threat America and Western Europe is pushing on them with this Ukraine war and other things, and it gets a little in the weeds.
39:37
Jack: So I'll kind of just leave it like that.
39:39
Jack: But while Pence is worrying about using the Ukrainian people to fight the Russians, the whole world is going to start to collapse because Western Europe has lost its morality.
39:50
Jack: Western Europe is no longer who they were either.
39:53
Jack: They're a weakened people.
39:55
Jack: So anyways.
39:57
Jack: Number four reverse racism is racism.
40:00
Jack: You know critical race theory in the schools and the different, that the solution is to love people, to look at people under one God.
40:08
Jack: The solution is not to put down other races so that you can climb ahead of them, and this is done by Vivek, who is a brown-skinned man right.
40:20
Jack: Number five an open border is no border.
40:23
Jack: Every country has a right to close off its borders and to allow people to come in as it will.
40:31
Jack: America has always opened their borders to immigration, right to those seeking a better way.
40:37
Jack: But at the end of the day, if you just open up your borders, you lose your identity.
40:41
Jack: Well, this, of course, is what the powers of be want.
40:43
Jack: You know, and this goes up to Pope Francis and the Vatican too.
40:46
Jack: You know, surrounded by his own borders and his own guards, he wants the rest of us just to open it up and dilute, right Dilute, the American values.
40:55
Jack: And this is what's happening.
40:56
Jack: And we're indoctrinating the kids to do the same, to not love their country.
41:00
Jack: So it's going to be very hard to turn this around.
41:03
Jack: Number six is very, very important.
41:05
Jack: Parents determine the education of their children.
41:07
Jack: Parents are the primary educators of their kids.
41:11
Jack: Number seven the nuclear family is the greatest form of governance known to mankind.
41:17
Jack: That is a huge statement.
41:21
Jack: The nuclear family is the greatest form of governance known to mankind.
41:26
Jack: Look, it's the nuclear family breakdown that's bringing most of this violence into the streets of Chicago.
41:31
Jack: Over 80% of the minorities in Chicago are now growing up without fathers in the home.
41:39
Jack: Do you think that there might be violence or education may go down?
41:43
Jack: You know, of course, it's going to go down.
41:46
Jack: You know you're going to see a breakdown.
41:47
Jack: The nuclear family is not only where life comes from, but it's the building block of every civilization throughout history.
41:55
Jack: You break that down and those kids that can be indoctrinated like they are in our schools so easily, or they grew up without their biological parents, no one really to love them, guide them, etc.
42:06
Jack: And I'm generalizing, of course, here are adoptive parents or foster care people taking care.
42:14
Jack: Well, some of them do a great job, right?
42:16
Jack: We know that I'm speaking in general, and you can see this violence all over, these mobs that are going in and out of these stores that you watch on television every night.
42:25
Jack: I wish we could stop them and all ask them how they were growing up.
42:29
Jack: Do they have a biological father in the home?
42:31
Jack: And I bet you're going to find out that most of them don't.
42:35
Jack: Number eight capitalism lifts people up from poverty?
42:37
Jack: Of course it does.
42:38
Jack: We've seen this all over the world.
42:40
Jack: Now we have fascism, don't we?
42:42
Jack: We have these, you know these large corporations embedded with the government, embedded with the state.
42:47
Jack: And so this gets back to my earlier premise that capitalism is the best form of economy because it frees people, right, it frees people to own, and we own our own land.
43:00
Jack: We could build our own businesses.
43:01
Jack: We could bring our dreams to fruition.
43:05
Jack: We don't need the state to tell us what to do, but, but, but.
43:09
Jack: But.
43:09
Jack: This is all predicated, getting back to Madison and Adams, on a religious and a moral people, the virtuous people.
43:17
Jack: The same thing goes to our economy and our finance and in everything we do.
43:22
Jack: Capitalism can be twisted and distorted.
43:24
Jack: Once they get in bed with the government, they get a monopoly going, like so many of them do now.
43:29
Jack: They censor us right.
43:30
Jack: So we know that.
43:31
Jack: But yet socialism and Marxism isn't the answer.
43:35
Jack: The answer is Jesus Christ, number nine there's three branches of the US government, not four, and that's true.
43:42
Jack: The deep state is.
43:43
Jack: You may or may not know.
43:45
Jack: The deep state is what's running our country right now.
43:48
Jack: Look into that more.
43:50
Jack: It's amazing.
43:50
Jack: And you know what.
43:52
Jack: He's brave enough to say he would dismantle the deep state.
43:55
Jack: You know what he did when he said that he put a target on his own back.
43:58
Jack: You know we had Robert Kennedy talking about the CIA killing his uncle, maybe his father, we don't know who was behind that right.
44:07
Jack: And so Robert Kennedy is out there talking about this the CIA.
44:12
Jack: He says and he has proof, he says he has the receipts right.
44:15
Jack: And so I haven't read enough about that and I should.
44:18
Jack: You know it's amazing what he's talking about there and people aren't paying attention.
44:23
Jack: Now, people like Trump, could he be in danger?
44:26
Jack: His life in danger?
44:27
Jack: Certainly he could.
44:28
Jack: Could Vivek, when he talks like this?
44:31
Jack: Certainly he could.
44:32
Jack: So these are brave people, no matter what else you say about them.
44:35
Jack: You know it's amazing.
44:36
Jack: You know Some of these other politicians on the Republican states I don't know if they even understand this very well.
44:43
Jack: And number 10, the US Constitution is the strongest guarantor of freedoms in history.
44:48
Jack: And it certainly is.
44:50
Jack: The United States Constitution is the strongest guarantor of freedoms in history.
44:54
Jack: This was, you know, a spiritual, this was a, you know, a religious type of an underpinning for our country.
45:05
Jack: Right, when you read that, you could see, you know, and of course, our founding fathers took many of those principles right out of the Bible, right Right out of Deuteronomy.
45:14
Jack: It's amazing.
45:14
Jack: Number 11, well, he's got those are his 10 principles, but I added number 11, protect the Innocence of Children and the Woman Beyond, because if you don't do that, and then we release this evil on the world and it can't stand.
45:30
Jack: You know it's great with Roe v Wade being overturned, at least we have that, not that national mark against us.
45:38
Jack: That's a big deal right now and LifeSize News went on and asked Vivek about that about.
45:45
Jack: He says LifeSize asked him you use the words nuclear family is the foundation for everything that we aspire to.
45:52
Jack: Vivek says this it was the ultimate privilege that I was given.
45:56
Jack: My parents came into this country without a lot of money, so it's not like I was born into money, but I've lived the American dream because I was given two parents with a focus on education and a belief in God.
46:08
Jack: That was the ultimate privilege that I had and I want to make sure that every kid across the country can benefit from that same thing.
46:16
Jack: He went on to say what we learn is that this country was founded on that same foundation Nuclear family, parents as the primary educators of the children, who have a focus on education and a belief in God.
46:30
Jack: Who left us a church as a way to bring the gospel to each generation.
46:35
Jack: It's not just the religious foundation, he said.
46:38
Jack: Aristotle said great countries and great nations are built on the foundation of the household.
46:43
Jack: This is Aristotle 400 years right before Jesus Christ.
46:47
Jack: Vivek goes on to say so.
46:50
