  Speaker 4: and time again. It brought them into bondage, these demons,

  Speaker 4: got them captured by other nations, broke down family unit unities,
• 11:05
  Speaker 4: and it just it doesn't do anything. Now look at
• 11:08
  Speaker 4: the United States of America. The Bible says that sin
• 11:13
  Speaker 4: is a reproach to any people. What have we benefited
• 11:17
  Speaker 4: from turning away from God, from being sexually immoral, from
• 11:25
  Speaker 4: the corruption that is running rampant. What has it benefited us?
• 11:30
  Speaker 4: And how is the next generation going to be affected
• 11:35
  Speaker 4: by it? That's why I have a heart for millennials
• 11:38
  Speaker 4: in gen Z because they were born into this. I mean, yes,
• 11:44
  Speaker 4: you know we've had it from generations above us, but
• 11:48
  Speaker 4: we could have stopped it in our generation and give them,
• 11:52
  Speaker 4: giving them a better foundation to stand on. Now they
• 11:56
  Speaker 4: have to come from deep darkness that has flooded the land,

  Speaker 4: and by the grace of God, we can all survive this.

  Speaker 4: peace for temporary pleasure. They trade truth for popularity, holiness

  Speaker 4: for compromise. People trade purpose for worldly acceptance, and in

  Speaker 4: the end, the things they chase cannot truly satisfy the soul.

  Speaker 4: That's why people can have fame and still be depressed
• 12:45
  Speaker 4: money and still feel empty popularity and still feel lonely
• 12:52
  Speaker 4: because a human soul was created for God and God alone. Hallelujah.

  Speaker 4: Verse twelve. Be astonished, Oh heavens at this, and be

  Speaker 4: horribly afraid, be very desolate, says the Lord. Now this

  Speaker 4: verse here is intense. God calls heaven itself to be

  Speaker 4: shocked at what his people have done. Wow, Judah's rejection
• 13:32
  Speaker 4: of God was so tragic that even creation is called
• 13:37
  Speaker 4: to stand in horror. Why because humanity was rejecting the
• 13:44
  Speaker 4: very source of life. Who when we reject God, we
• 13:54
  Speaker 4: reject life itself. And honestly, society today is doing this

  Speaker 4: same thing. People reject truth, righteousness, holiness, God's design, and
• 14:08
  Speaker 4: God's authority. Then wonder why confusion, anxiety, hopelessness, and darkness

  Speaker 4: increase in the land. When people disconnect from their creator,

  Speaker 4: everything else begins to fall apart. So just think about
• 14:30
  Speaker 4: your life today. Why are things falling apart? Why is
• 14:34
  Speaker 4: there opposition? Why are people coming against you? Why are
• 14:39
  Speaker 4: your finance is not flowing like they should? Why are
• 14:44
  Speaker 4: you not seeing success the way you should? Because could
• 14:49
  Speaker 4: it be that you've rejected God as the lord of
• 14:55
  Speaker 4: your life. The Bible says, seek you first the kingdom
• 14:59
  Speaker 4: and is righteousness, and all things will be added Amen.

  Speaker 4: Verse thirteen. My people have committed two evils. They have
• 15:12
  Speaker 4: forsaken me in the fountain of living waters. And you
• 15:19
  Speaker 4: now themselves cisterns, broken, cisterns that cannot hold water. Wow,

  Speaker 4: now this is deep. This is one of the deepest
• 15:35
  Speaker 4: verses in Jeremiah. God says, they've committed two evils. They
• 15:43
  Speaker 4: forsook them, They abandoned the foundation of living water. Then
• 15:51
  Speaker 4: they created broken cisterns, man made systems that cannot hold
• 15:57
  Speaker 4: water at all. In ancient times, cisterns were containers used
• 16:06
  Speaker 4: to store water, but broken cisterns leaked and eventually became empty.
• 16:14
  Speaker 4: People often leave the endless supply of God's life and
• 16:21
  Speaker 4: satisfaction for empty substitutes that can never fulfill them and
• 16:29
  Speaker 4: the family. That's exactly what is happening today as we
• 16:34
  Speaker 4: break it down. People try to feel spiritual emptiness with addictions, lust, validation, fame, relationships, materialism, entertainment.

  Speaker 4: But broken cisterns never satisfy. Only God can satisfy the soul.

  Speaker 4: This is why people can keep chasing more and still
• 17:02
  Speaker 4: feel empty inside, because nothing created can replace the Creator.

  Speaker 4: Let me say that again, nothing created can replace the Creator.

  Speaker 4: Just maybe beloved, Maybe someone listening right now realizes I've

  Speaker 4: been drinking from broken cisterns. You've tried everything. You've tried relationships, partying,

  Speaker 4: turning up, You've tried money, making money, earning money, status,

  Speaker 4: attention from others. You want to be the center of
• 17:46
  Speaker 4: attention and even addiction. But your soul is still thirsty,
• 17:55
  Speaker 4: and that thirst is spiritual and only Jesus can fill it.

  Speaker 4: The world offers temporary escape, but God offers living water.

  Speaker 4: Let me say it again, the world offers tipperary escape.

  Speaker 4: Some people try to escape reality. They want to numb reality.

  Speaker 4: They trying to find it in so many ways. Entertainment,
