Speaker 1: with by the state of Florida. So there are several

Speaker 1: The court, raise your right hand. After being called as
• 0:34
Speaker 1: a witness by the defense and after being first duly
• 0:37
Speaker 1: sworn by the court, was examined and testified as follows
• 0:41
Speaker 1: the defendant. Yes, ma'am, that's Epstein. And the court is
• 0:45
Speaker 1: this one case or two, Miss bellehov Lick. Two? The Court,
• 0:49
Speaker 1: may I see the pc affid David in both cases?
• 0:52
Speaker 1: Please bellohov Lick. There are no pc affid David's. There
• 0:55
Speaker 1: was originally an indictment. The second charge was filed a
• 0:58
Speaker 1: rising out of the booking. It was all testimony presented
• 1:01
Speaker 1: to the grand jury. The court, let me see the indictment.
• 1:04
Speaker 1: Then I have one indictment. Miss Bellehovelek correct the Court.
• 1:09
Speaker 1: So one case is charged by indictment, one is charged
• 1:12
Speaker 1: by information. Miss Bellohovlk correct the Court. In case two
• 1:17
Speaker 1: zero zero, six zero three six seven four to four,
• 1:20
Speaker 1: your charge with procuring a person under eighteen for prostitution,
• 1:24
Speaker 1: a second degree felony, maximum penalty of fifteen years Department
• 1:29
Speaker 1: of Corrections, minimum some period of probation, no mandatory minimum apply.
• 1:33
Speaker 1: Is that correct? State, Miss Bellehovelek correct the Court. And
• 1:37
Speaker 1: in case number six nine four five four CF, you're
• 1:41
Speaker 1: charged with felony solicitation to a prostitution, a third degree
• 1:45
Speaker 1: felony punishable by a maximum penalty of five years in
• 1:48
Speaker 1: the Department of Corrections and a minimum probation no mandatory
• 1:52
Speaker 1: minimums correct, Miss Bellohovelk correct the Court. The defendant has
• 1:56
Speaker 1: no prior criminal record. Miss Bellohovelk correct. Mister Oger, Yes,
• 2:00
Speaker 1: your honor the Court. You check the NCIC as well
• 2:04
Speaker 1: as state records, Miss Bellohovlk, Yes, the Court, and the
• 2:08
Speaker 1: guideline score sheet I have before me shows twenty one
• 2:11
Speaker 1: and a half months in the Department of Corrections as
• 2:14
Speaker 1: the lowest permissible prison sentence in months. Both sides agree
• 2:17
Speaker 1: to the preparation of the guideline score sheet. Mister Goldberger,
• 2:22
Speaker 1: so we agree, your honor, Miss BELLOHOVLK. Yes, the Court.
• 2:26
Speaker 1: What is proposed? It goes on for pages, Mister Goldberger,
• 2:29
Speaker 1: Your honor. Much of the documentation is acknowledgment by my
• 2:33
Speaker 1: client to community control sex offender status. The Court, I understand, okay,
• 2:38
Speaker 1: what is proposed? Those are the maximum and minimums. Mister Epstein.
• 2:42
Speaker 1: What is proposed is that you will be pleading guilty
• 2:45
Speaker 1: to felony solicitation to prostitution and procuring a person under
• 2:50
Speaker 1: eighteen for prosecution PSI would be waived. You would be
• 2:54
Speaker 1: adjudicated guilty of both felonies. Is that correct, Miss BELLOHOVLK. Correct. Court.
• 3:00
Speaker 1: And on six nine four five four, the defendant to
• 3:03
Speaker 1: be sentenced to twelve months in the pom Beach County
• 3:06
Speaker 1: Detention Facility. He is going to do time in the jail,
• 3:09
Speaker 1: Miss BELLOHOVLK. Yes, the Court, with credit for one day served.
• 3:14
Speaker 1: And on eight ninety three eight one, he is to
• 3:16
Speaker 1: be sentenced to six months in the pom Beach County
• 3:19
Speaker 1: Jail Detention Facility, with credit for one day served, and
• 3:23
Speaker 1: the six month sentence is to be served consecutive to
• 3:25
Speaker 1: the twelve month sentence. Miss Bellehovlk correct the Court. Following
• 3:30
Speaker 1: the six month sentence, the defendant will be placed on
• 3:32
Speaker 1: twelve months of the community control are attached here too
• 3:36
Speaker 1: and incorporated herein. As a special condition of community control,
• 3:40
Speaker 1: he is to have no unsupervised contact with miners and
• 3:44
Speaker 1: supervising adult must be approved. And I would say pre approved,
• 3:48
Speaker 1: approved ahead of time, not after the fact, by the
• 3:51
Speaker 1: Department of Corrections. And you would mean by that his
• 3:54
Speaker 1: community control officer. Miss Bellehovelk correct the Court. The defendant
• 3:59
Speaker 1: is designated as a sexual offender pursuant the Florida Statute
• 4:03
Speaker 1: nine four to three dot zero four to three five,
• 4:05
Speaker 1: and must abide by all the corresponding requirements of the statute,
• 4:09
Speaker 1: a copy of which is attached here too and incorporated
• 4:12
Speaker 1: here in. The defendant must provide a DNA sample in
• 4:15
Speaker 1: court at the time of the plea. Is this The
• 4:19
Speaker 1: attachments are the terms and conditions of community control. There
• 4:23
Speaker 1: are some squiggles on the bottom of the page. What
• 4:25
Speaker 1: would those squiggles be? Thank you, your honor. Those are
• 4:29
Speaker 1: my clients signature acknowledging that we have gone over all
• 4:31
Speaker 1: the conditions the court. One page after the plea sheet
• 4:35
Speaker 1: that really spells out the terms and conditions of community
• 4:37
Speaker 1: control Florida Statute nine four to eight dot one oh one.
• 4:41
Speaker 1: Mister Epstein, is at your squiggle at the bottom of
• 4:43
Speaker 1: the squiggle, the defendant, yes, ma'am the Court. Would those
• 4:48
Speaker 1: be your initials? Epstein, yes, ma'am the Court. Did you
• 4:52
Speaker 1: read all of the page? Epstein, yes, ma'am the Court.
• 4:55
Speaker 1: Can you read the defendant? Yes, ma'am the Court. How
• 4:58
Speaker 1: far did you go in school? The defendant? High school?
• 5:01
Speaker 1: The court? That's your highest degree? The defendant, yes, the Court.
• 5:06
Speaker 1: And is this your signature on the plea sheet that
• 5:08
Speaker 1: recites the terms of the plea I just read Epstein, yes,
• 5:11
Speaker 1: ma'am the court. Did you read that document as well? Epstein, Yes,
• 5:15
Speaker 1: ma'am the Court. You understand. Once you do your twelve
• 5:19
Speaker 1: months followed by your six months, all in the Palm
• 5:21
Speaker 1: Beach County Jail, you will then be put on community control,
• 5:25
Speaker 1: which involves having an electronic monitor attached to you. Mister Goldberger, Actually,
• 5:29
Speaker 1: your honor, the agreement of the parties is to it's
• 5:32
Speaker 1: community control one, which is not monitor the Court, oh
• 5:36
Speaker 1: community control one? Is that spelled out in here, Miss Bellohovlk. Yes,
• 5:40
Speaker 1: mister Goldberger, Yes, it is your honor, Miss Bellohovelck. He
• 5:44
Speaker 1: does not fall under the Jessica Lunsford Act, which requires
• 5:47
Speaker 1: the bracelet the Court Community control two, Miss Bellohovelek, correct
• 5:52
Speaker 1: the Court Community control one. That would be no electronic
• 5:55
Speaker 1: monitor Goldberger, that's correct the Court. Now, such of the
• 6:00
Speaker 1: terms and conditions of community control one are you incorporating,
• 6:04
Speaker 1: mister Goldberger. I can go through those with you, your
• 6:06
Speaker 1: honor the Court. None of them appear to be articulated
• 6:09
Speaker 1: in the plea sheet, which is why I'm asking, mister Goldberger.
• 6:13
Speaker 1: There are the standard conditions of community control by statute
• 6:16
Speaker 1: what apply to anyone that goes on community control and
• 6:19
Speaker 1: out of abundance of caution, we simply memorialize those standard
• 6:23
Speaker 1: conditions in the police sheet agreement the Court. The Court
• 6:26
Speaker 1: shall require intensive supervision and surveillance for an offender placed
• 6:30
Speaker 1: on community control, which may include, but is not limited to,
• 6:33
Speaker 1: specified contact with a parole and probation officer specified by who,
• 6:38
Speaker 1: probation officer specified by you, your honor the Court. I
• 6:42
Speaker 1: don't see that in the plea sheet. That's why I'm
• 6:45
Speaker 1: asking the questions. No one has specified how often, how
• 6:48
Speaker 1: frequently he is to have contact with his parole and
• 6:51
Speaker 1: probation officer confinement to an agreed upon residents during the
• 6:55
Speaker 1: hours away from employment and public service activity. Has that
• 6:58
Speaker 1: been articulated? Bellahovlick, I believe Judge mcsorlee has a standard
• 7:03
Speaker 1: order somewhere on the bench up there regarding this, I'm
• 7:05
Speaker 1: told by the prosecutor, Miss Lenhart. Judge usually this is
• 7:09
Speaker 1: the probation sheet she hands out to folks the court.
• 7:13
Speaker 1: I have seen those sheets. I have seen them incorporated
• 7:15
Speaker 1: in plea agreements. Which is why I'm asking, mister Goldberger,
• 7:18
Speaker 1: I see the court. Is there some reason you didn't
• 7:21
Speaker 1: use this particular document in this case, Miss Bellohovlick, I
• 7:25
Speaker 1: didn't realize until Miss Lenhart just told me that Judge
• 7:28
Speaker 1: McSorley has that. Mister Goldberger, we'd be happy to execute
• 7:32
Speaker 1: that document, your honor. We were we overreacted by just
• 7:35
Speaker 1: having him sign off on all the conditions of community control.
• 7:39
Speaker 1: The court, Well, this is mister Goldberger. Perhaps the better
• 7:42
Speaker 1: practice would be the court cuts him off. This is
• 7:45
Speaker 1: The reason Judge mcsorlee does this, which makes ultimate sense,
• 7:49
Speaker 1: is we're going to be here half the morning if
• 7:51
Speaker 1: we're going to decide among ourselves. Now, Goldberger interjects, that
• 7:55
Speaker 1: makes sense the court. I'm not going to leave this
• 7:58
Speaker 1: just unspecified. Lahovlik. We can take care of this right
• 8:02
Speaker 1: now if you could give us a few minutes. The
• 8:04
Speaker 1: court all right. These are the standard conditions that Judge
• 8:07
Speaker 1: McSorley usually uses. If you like them, you need to
• 8:10
Speaker 1: circle the ones that apply, and everyone must initial them.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: We will go over it. If you wish to change.
• 8:15
Speaker 1: You understand there is quite a bit of latitude given
• 8:18
Speaker 1: the court in putting somebody on community control. If you
• 8:21
Speaker 1: agree to some change, let me know, but understand at
• 8:24
Speaker 1: the outset that I'm a big fan of specificity. I
• 8:27
Speaker 1: want to know what he will be doing for employment.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: I want to know exactly where he's going to be living,
• 8:33
Speaker 1: and I want it on the record now. It can change,
• 8:36
Speaker 1: but it can only change with the approval by doc.
• 8:39
Speaker 1: I want it crystal clear. I don't want the community
• 8:42
Speaker 1: control officer who gets this case the day he walks
• 8:44
Speaker 1: out upon Beach County to have any doubt or confusion
• 8:47
Speaker 1: as to exactly what this defendant is supposed to do,
• 8:50
Speaker 1: where he's supposed to be when exactly what I'm requesting
• 8:54
Speaker 1: that officer to supervise. Miss Bellehovlik, absolutely, the Court. Okay,
• 8:58
Speaker 1: mister Goldberger, we will work on it. Thank you, your honor.
• 9:02
Speaker 1: The Court we will recall that case. They have a
• 9:05
Speaker 1: brief recess. Coldberger comes back, your honor, We are back
• 9:09
Speaker 1: on Jeffrey Epstein. Actually it worked. We had an opportunity
• 9:12
Speaker 1: to go through Judge mcsorley's conditions of community control, and
• 9:15
Speaker 1: we asked the Department of Corrections representative to assist us
• 9:19
Speaker 1: to make sure we did everything properly. That were very
• 9:21
Speaker 1: helpful and we executed the document. Miss Bellohovelck, Yes, and
• 9:26
Speaker 1: your honor, this defendant doesn't fall under the sex offender probation,
• 9:30
Speaker 1: but we have included special sex offender conditions as part
• 9:33
Speaker 1: of the community control and they are all circled there
• 9:37
Speaker 1: the court. The plea agreement stated the defendant is a
• 9:40
Speaker 1: designated as the sexual offender pursuant of Florida Statute nine
• 9:44
Speaker 1: four to two dot zero three five. Miss Bellohovelck, correct,
• 9:48
Speaker 1: But the sex offender probation the statute is different and
• 9:51
Speaker 1: only applies to certain offenses, and this one was not enumerated.
• 9:55
Speaker 1: You see how the state played ball with Epstein. You
• 9:58
Speaker 1: see what they were doing here, and this is what
• 9:59
Speaker 1: they did throughout the whole entire thing. So how is
• 10:02
Speaker 1: it that your favorite politicians in Congress haven't called up
• 10:06
Speaker 1: miss Bellohoveck. How have they called up any of the
• 10:09
Speaker 1: people that were involved in this prosecution. Oh, that's right,
• 10:13
Speaker 1: because they don't care about justice. They care about gotcha
• 10:15
Speaker 1: moments the court. Okay, I want to make sure both
• 10:20
Speaker 1: I and the defendant are clear. The sexual offender statute
• 10:24
Speaker 1: you were referring to in the police sheet is the
• 10:26
Speaker 1: one that requires registration, Miss Bellohovek. Correct. Mister Goldberger, correct
• 10:31
Speaker 1: the court, and we will talk about that, mister Goldberger. Okay,
• 10:35
Speaker 1: the court, but it's not the one that requires the
• 10:38
Speaker 1: special conditions of sex offender approbation, Miss bellehove correct the court.
• 10:43
Speaker 1: Now rather than nine forty eight, do you want me
• 10:45
Speaker 1: to disregard nine forty eight? He's read it, Miss Bellohovek.
• 10:48
Speaker 1: He's read it. The court. We will leave it in there,
• 10:51
Speaker 1: but these conditions are going to go over right now,
• 10:54
Speaker 1: are going to be viewed in my mind, yes, and
• 10:57
Speaker 1: they have been signed by the defendant and we will
• 10:59
Speaker 1: go over that in a second. As part of the
• 11:01
Speaker 1: whole plea, Miss Bellohovelek correct, the Court. So circled are
• 11:06
Speaker 1: conditions A. You will remain confined to your residence except
• 11:09
Speaker 1: one half hour before and after your approved employment, community
• 11:13
Speaker 1: service work or activity approved by your probation officer. B.
• 11:18
Speaker 1: You will maintain an hourly accounting of all your activities
• 11:20
Speaker 1: on a daily log, which you will submit to your
• 11:23
Speaker 1: supervising officer upon request. My understanding about the daily log
• 11:28
Speaker 1: maybe I'm just confused from other cases I've heard. Is
• 11:31
  Speaker 1: a daily log? Is a weekly log? I guess it's
• 11:33
Speaker 1: submitted ahead of time? Is that correct? Probation Officer? That
• 11:37
Speaker 1: is correct, your honor, the Court. So part A where
• 11:40
Speaker 1: he has to stay in his residence except for one
• 11:42
Speaker 1: hour before and after the approved employment, community service work
• 11:46
Speaker 1: and other activity. All that's information that will be recorded
• 11:50
Speaker 1: in writing, and the defendant will have a copy and
• 11:53
Speaker 1: he will know exactly where he's supposed to be and
• 11:55
Speaker 1: when probation officer. That is correct, your honor, the Court,
• 12:00
Speaker 1: as will his supervising probation officer. And then to document
• 12:03
Speaker 1: what he's supposedly done. All that he himself will be
• 12:06
Speaker 1: keeping a daily log probation officer. That is correct, your honor,
• 12:10
Speaker 1: the court and the log form will be provided by
• 12:12
Speaker 1: the department, and he will be turning that in every
• 12:15
Speaker 1: time he meets with the probation officer. That is correct,
• 12:17
Speaker 1: your honor. All right, folks, we're gonna wrap up episode
• 12:20
Speaker 1: one right here, and then the next episode dealing with
• 12:23
Speaker 1: the topic, We're gonna pick up where we left off.
• 12:25
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
• 12:28
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
• 12:31
Speaker 1: welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode,
• 12:35
Speaker 1: we're going to continue taking a look at Jeffrey Epstein's
• 12:38
Speaker 1: plea conference where Jeffrey Epstein pled guilty down in Florida.
• 12:43
Speaker 1: The court okay, so that applies, and F applies? Does
• 12:46
Speaker 1: he apply? No, Miss bellahovlik Did I circle ee the court? No?
• 12:51
Speaker 1: F made one up. The defendant will be residing at
• 12:54
Speaker 1: three fifty eight l Briol Way, Palm Beach, Florida, thirty
• 12:57
Speaker 1: three foury eighty. He knows now that that's where he
• 13:01
Speaker 1: will be living when he is released after his twelve
• 13:04
Speaker 1: months and six months, mister Goldberger. That's correct, your honor,
• 13:07
Speaker 1: the Court. That's a private residence, mister Goldberger, that's his home,
• 13:11
Speaker 1: the Court. Does he own his home, mister Goldberger, he does,
• 13:14
Speaker 1: your honor, the Court. Is there any possibility that he
• 13:17
Speaker 1: no longer owns the residence, mister Goldberger, not anticipated, your honor,
• 13:21
Speaker 1: the Court. Okay, should he not be for whatever reason,
• 13:24
Speaker 1: eighteen months is a long time. Should he not be
• 13:27
Speaker 1: owning that residence or be able to reside there, he
• 13:29
Speaker 1: will have the obligation of notifying his probation officer prior
• 13:33
Speaker 1: and I emphasize this prior to his release from custody.
• 13:37
Speaker 1: I assume that the department will be notified prior to
• 13:40
Speaker 1: to his release. Probation Officer. That's correct, your honor, the Court.
• 13:44
Speaker 1: And then you would need to send someone to meet
• 13:46
Speaker 1: with him before he walks out of the Palm Beach
• 13:48
Speaker 1: County jail and verify his address and employment information. Probation officer.
• 13:53
Speaker 1: That is correct, your honor, the Court. All address. I
• 13:57
Speaker 1: assume all of this to and from work and any
• 13:59
Speaker 1: other proved activities restriction to Palm Beach County. Is that correct,
• 14:03
Speaker 1: Probation officer. That is correct, your honor, the Court. So
• 14:07
Speaker 1: let's be clear, everything from the day he walks out
• 14:10
Speaker 1: occurs in pom Beach County. Is that clear, mister Goldberger,
• 14:13
Speaker 1: We understand, your honor. That's correct, the Court. Then the
• 14:16
Speaker 1: additional condition of his probation. They are not sex offenders'
• 14:20
Speaker 1: standard conditions. They are just conditions that are being imposed,
• 14:24
Speaker 1: especially in this case, Miss Bellehovelek, correct, the Court. They
• 14:28
Speaker 1: are as follows. You shall submit to a mandatory curfew
• 14:31
Speaker 1: from ten pm to six am, regardless of any other
• 14:34
Speaker 1: restrictions regarding work or approved activity. There will be no
• 14:38
Speaker 1: exception to being home at the house from ten pm
• 14:42
Speaker 1: to six am. Is that correct, Miss Bellehovelek, Yes, the Court.
• 14:47
Speaker 1: If the victim was under the age of eighteen years,
• 14:49
Speaker 1: which I gather is the case because it's circled, you
• 14:52
Speaker 1: shall not live within one thousand feet of a school,
• 14:54
Speaker 1: day care center, park, playground, or any other place where
• 14:58
Speaker 1: children regularly congregate. Has someone verified that three fifty eight
• 15:03
Speaker 1: Albrio is no such place, Miss Bellehovelck, No, but that
• 15:07
Speaker 1: will be done prior to his release, the court. So
• 15:09
Speaker 1: if three fifty eight l Brio will not be approved
• 15:12
Speaker 1: if it should happen to be one thousand feet from
• 15:14
Speaker 1: a school, daycare center, park, playground, or other place. This
• 15:19
Speaker 1: is rather open, mister Goldberger, where children gather the court,
• 15:23
Speaker 1: where children regularly congregate, Miss Bellehovelk right the court. The
• 15:28
Speaker 1: court knows three fifty eight Albrio Way is a residential neighborhood.
• 15:32
Speaker 1: Are there areas where there are children regularly congregate, Miss BELLOHOVELC.
• 15:37
Speaker 1: I personally do not know. The court neither do I,
• 15:40
Speaker 1: which is why I'm asking has that been investigated, Mister Goldberger.
• 15:44
Speaker 1: We have done our due diligence for what it's worth.
• 15:46
Speaker 1: There is a residential street. There are not children congregating
• 15:50
Speaker 1: on that street. We think the address applies. If it doesn't,
• 15:53
Speaker 1: we fully recognize that he can't live there. The court okay,
• 15:57
Speaker 1: d is you shall not have contact with the victim.
• 16:00
Speaker 1: Are there more than one victim, Miss BELLOHOVLK. There are
• 16:02
Speaker 1: several the court several all of the victims, So this
• 16:06
Speaker 1: should be plural. I'm making that plural. You are not
• 16:09
Speaker 1: to have any contact direct or indirect, And in this
• 16:12
Speaker 1: day and age, I find it necessary to go over
• 16:15
Speaker 1: exactly what we mean by indirect By indirect. We mean
• 16:18
Speaker 1: no text messages, no email, no Facebook, no MySpace, no
• 16:23
Speaker 1: telephone calls, no voicemails, no messages through carrier pigeon, no
• 16:27
Speaker 1: messages through third parties. No Hey, would you tell so
• 16:30
Speaker 1: and so for me? No having a friend, acquaintance, or
• 16:33
Speaker 1: stranger approach any of these victims with a message of
• 16:36
Speaker 1: any sort from you. Is that clear, Jeffrey Epstein, Yes,
• 16:40
Speaker 1: ma'am the court, and then it states unless approved by
• 16:43
Speaker 1: the victim, the therapist, and the sentence in court. Okay,
• 16:47
Speaker 1: the defendant. I understand the court and the sentence in court.
• 16:51
Speaker 1: So if there is a desire which I would think
• 16:54
Speaker 1: would be a bit strange, to have contact with any
• 16:56
Speaker 1: of the victims, the court must approve it. Miss Bellohovelek correct,
• 17:00
Speaker 1: the court. If the victim was under the age of eighteen,
• 17:03
Speaker 1: which was the case, you shall not until you have
• 17:06
Speaker 1: successfully attended and completed the sex offender program. So is
• 17:10
Speaker 1: this sex offender program becoming a condition of probation, Miss
• 17:14
Speaker 1: bellohove Lick. That is not. I don't believe I circled
• 17:17
Speaker 1: that one the court. You did, mister Goldberger. That's a
• 17:21
Speaker 1: mistake on our part. Actually, the statute that he is
• 17:24
Speaker 1: pleading guilty to does not require the court. I understand that,
• 17:28
Speaker 1: but you circled it. And just to interject here, you
• 17:30
Speaker 1: see what I mean when I say the fix was in.
• 17:32
Speaker 1: They undercharged all the time when it comes to Epstein
• 17:35
Speaker 1: and Maxwell, and that was on purpose. How much more
• 17:39
Speaker 1: evidence do you need that Jeffrey Epstein was being protected, folks?
• 17:42
Speaker 1: And again, look, that's not salacious bullshit. It's right here
• 17:45
Speaker 1: in black and white for you to see yourself. That's
• 17:48
Speaker 1: why we're going through these documents the way we do.
• 17:50
Speaker 1: I'll leave it up to the other idiots to be slacious.
• 17:53
Speaker 1: We're going to get to the bottom of things here,
• 17:56
Speaker 1: Miss Bellohovevick, I apologize that one is not He has
• 17:59
Speaker 1: already been treatment with a private psychiatrist the court, which
• 18:03
Speaker 1: you find to be an adequate substitute for a sex
• 18:05
Speaker 1: offender program. Miss Bellohovlick, it's not required. And based upon
• 18:10
Speaker 1: the evaluation am I contact with the doctor, I don't
• 18:13
Speaker 1: believe it's necessary at this point. So right there, she
• 18:16
Speaker 1: told you, Miss Bellohovlick tells you that it's not necessary
• 18:20
Speaker 1: for Jeffrey Epstein to be in this program. Do you
• 18:23
Speaker 1: know why? Because the fix was in the court? Has
• 18:27
Speaker 1: that been? I assume you have a law degree and
• 18:30
Speaker 1: do not have a PhD in psychology or MD in psychiatry.
• 18:34
Speaker 1: Miss Bellohovelc, that is correct. I don't the court, so
• 18:38
Speaker 1: it's just your judgment, Miss Bellohovelk correct the court. That
• 18:42
Speaker 1: is treatment with some fancy private psychiatrist or a psychologist
• 18:47
Speaker 1: in his case is okay, Miss Bellohovlick. That's correct, the court.
• 18:52
Speaker 1: So you are not imposing e Miss Bellohovelck, correct the court.
• 18:57
Speaker 1: F if the victim was under the age of eighteen,
• 18:59
Speaker 1: you shall not work or play as a volunteer in
• 19:02
Speaker 1: any school, daycare center, park, playground, or other place where
• 19:06
Speaker 1: children regularly congregate. Is that understood the defendant, yes, ma'am.
• 19:11
Speaker 1: The court. Children will be defined as anyone under the
• 19:14
Speaker 1: age of eighteen. There are a lot of places where
• 19:16
Speaker 1: a children regularly congregate. What kind of work do you do?
• 19:20
Speaker 1: The defendant, banking the court here in Palm Beach County,
• 19:24
Speaker 1: The defendant Virgin Islands man, the Court, you understand you
• 19:27
Speaker 1: will not travel from Palm Beach for the duration of
• 19:30
Speaker 1: this the defendant, yes, ma'am. Mister Goldberger, your honor, I'm
• 19:34
Speaker 1: sorry to interrupt. We do cover the employment later in
• 19:37
Speaker 1: the agreement as to what he's going to be doing
• 19:39
Speaker 1: during the one year where he's on community control. The Court, okay,
• 19:43
Speaker 1: and let me Condition G, which is circled unless otherwise
• 19:46
Speaker 1: indicated in the treatment plan provided by Sexual Offender Treatment Program,
• 19:52
Speaker 1: Mister Goldberger, that's not in there, the court. Is that
• 19:55
Speaker 1: what you want, Miss bellohovlik No, the court, But you
• 19:59
Speaker 1: do want the You will not view one or possess
• 20:02
Speaker 1: any obscene pornographic Miss bellohovelk correct the Court. But are
• 20:06
Speaker 1: you saying that this therapist can okay them to own
• 20:09
Speaker 1: certain pornographic material, Miss bellohovelk No, Not at all, mister Goldberger, No,
• 20:15
Speaker 1: your honor, the Court. Well, it would be really helpful
• 20:19
Speaker 1: if people read these things before they sign them thoroughly,
• 20:21
Speaker 1: unless otherwise indicated in the treatment plan I'm just going
• 20:25
Speaker 1: to strike out provided by the Sexual Offender Treatment Program.
• 20:28
Speaker 1: Is that what you intend that his therapist, Miss bellohovelk no,
• 20:32
Speaker 1: the Court. No, Miss bellohovelk no, the court unless otherwise indicated,
• 20:39
Speaker 1: Mister Goldberger. The parties have agreed that during the period
• 20:42
Speaker 1: that he cannot be the court interrupts him. Condition G
• 20:46
Speaker 1: will now read you shall not view, own, possess any obscene,
• 20:49
Speaker 1: pornographic or sexually obscene material, or auditory material, including telephonic,
• 20:56
Speaker 1: electronic media, computer program or computer services that are real
• 21:00
Speaker 1: to your deviant behavior pattern. And who is going to
• 21:03
Speaker 1: enforce that, Miss Bellohovlick, the Community Control officer, the Court.
• 21:08
Speaker 1: How Miss Bellohovlick, they have an obligation and included in
• 21:12
Speaker 1: therefore warrantless search to check at any time his home
• 21:15
Speaker 1: is computer anything he has contact with the court. And
• 21:19
Speaker 1: do they regularly do that? Probation Officer, Yes, ma'am the Court,
• 21:23
Speaker 1: since we have the pleasure of having someone from the
• 21:25
Speaker 1: Department of Corrections here. Okay, h you shall submit two
• 21:28
Speaker 1: specimens of blood to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
• 21:32
Speaker 1: to be registered in the DNA Data Bank. Jay, you
• 21:35
Speaker 1: shall submit to a warrantless search by your probation officer
• 21:38
Speaker 1: or community control officer or your person, residence or vehicle G.
• 21:43
Speaker 1: Where's g Miss Bellohovlick. That was under the original part,
• 21:47
Speaker 1: not under the sex offender part. The Court. Okay, Defendant
• 21:50
Speaker 1: to have contact with the Community Control officer at a
• 21:53
Speaker 1: minimum one time a week. Defender to work at Florida
• 21:56
Speaker 1: Science Foundation, two fifty Australian Avenue, West Pond Beach, Florida.
• 22:00
Speaker 1: Is that volunteer work or work for pay, mister Goldberger.
• 22:05
Speaker 1: It's a five oh one c corporation that he formed,
• 22:07
Speaker 1: your honor, that will be doing charitable work. The Court
• 22:10
Speaker 1: that he formed, mister Goldberger, Yes, the Court. What exactly
• 22:15
Speaker 1: is the Florida Science Foundation, Mister Goldberger? Do you want
• 22:18
Speaker 1: me to explain? The defendant. It funds science programs around
• 22:23
Speaker 1: the state and the country. The Court. How long has
• 22:25
Speaker 1: it been in existence? The defendant fifteen years? The Court.
• 22:29
Speaker 1: How many programs as it funded? The defendant numerous, more
• 22:33
Speaker 1: than fifty the Court. What's your position with the organization? Epstein? President?
• 22:39
Speaker 1: The Court? Is there a board of directors? The defendant, yes,
• 22:42
Speaker 1: ma'am the Court. Who's on the board of directors? The defendant?
• 22:46
Speaker 1: Two attorneys? The Court? What exactly do you do? The defendant.
• 22:50
Speaker 1: I'm an investment banker. But the Court no, No, I
• 22:53
Speaker 1: mean with the Science Foundation, Epstein, we fund science programs.
• 22:58
Speaker 1: The Court. I don't want to know what we do.
• 23:00
Speaker 1: I want to know what you do. How often are
• 23:02
Speaker 1: you there? The defendant, I'm there every day. I research
• 23:06
Speaker 1: I take in people who want to make presentations about
• 23:09
Speaker 1: how they need money for funding medical research, advanced science research.
• 23:13
Speaker 1: My background is in physics. I go through all the
• 23:15
Speaker 1: programs in detail, review the science work potentials. I follow
• 23:19
Speaker 1: through on a daily basis with what they have been
• 23:22
Speaker 1: given money to do. The Court. Who are some recent grantees?
• 23:26
Speaker 1: The defendant Harvard University. There is a full program of
• 23:29
Speaker 1: evolutionary dynamics, Neuroscience, Institute of California, the Physics Institute MIT.
• 23:37
Speaker 1: The Court. Do you ever, on occasion deal with anyone
• 23:40
Speaker 1: under the age of eighteen? The defendant? Not very often
• 23:43
Speaker 1: if someone is in college. Sorry, the Court. Right, That's
• 23:46
Speaker 1: why I'm asking the question, the defendant. Most of the
• 23:49
Speaker 1: people I fund are usually professors. The Court, thank you.
• 23:52
Speaker 1: You understand that you can't have contact with anyone if
• 23:55
Speaker 1: this organization. Do they ever have any involvement with high schools?
• 24:00
Speaker 1: Defend it, no, ma'am, the Court. Students are teachers. Defend it, no, ma'am,
• 24:04
Speaker 1: the Court. Okay, Miss BELLOHOVLK. Those are duplicates. You will see.
• 24:08
Speaker 1: Those are the same as the ones on the previous page.
• 24:11
Speaker 1: However it was reproduced. The next condition you shall maintain
• 24:15
Speaker 1: a driving log. You shall not drive a motor vehicle
• 24:18
Speaker 1: while alone without prior approval of your supervising officer. If
• 24:22
Speaker 1: there was sexual contact, you shall submit to a probationer
• 24:25
Speaker 1: or a community control his expense an HIV test with
• 24:28
Speaker 1: results to be released to the victims. Victims, parents or
• 24:31
Speaker 1: guardian will be victims plural. Has that been done, mister Goldberger,
• 24:35
Speaker 1: not yet, the Court. Do we have a timeframe on that?
• 24:38
Speaker 1: I would like asap? And that might be good on
• 24:40
Speaker 1: something like that, Bellohovlck, I believe they can actually do
• 24:44
Speaker 1: it at the jail the court at his expense, Miss Bellohovlk. Yes,
• 24:48
Speaker 1: the Court, I would request that that be done within
• 24:50
Speaker 1: forty eight hours. You shall obtain or use a post
• 24:54
Speaker 1: office box without prior approval of the supervising officer. Okay,
• 24:58
Speaker 1: Are all those the conditions you agreed to, Miss Bellohovlik, Yes,
• 25:02
Speaker 1: your honor, mister Goldberger, with the Court's amendments. Yes, the Court.
• 25:06
Speaker 1: Mister Epstein, do you understand the defendant? Yes, ma'am. All right,
• 25:12
Speaker 1: we're gonna wrap up right here and in the next
• 25:14
Speaker 1: episode we're gonna pick up where we left off. All
• 25:16
Speaker 1: of the information that goes with this episode can be
• 25:19
Speaker 1: found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome
• 25:22
Speaker 1: to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode,
• 25:25
Speaker 1: we're going to dive right back in to the Jeffrey
• 25:28
Speaker 1: Epstein plea conference from Florida. The Court, I need the
• 25:33
Speaker 1: defendant to sign number D where I added to the
• 25:37
Speaker 1: victim and G. We struck out the otherwise indicated language.
• 25:41
Speaker 1: Otherwise it's as you agreed, mister Epstein. Do you understand
• 25:45
Speaker 1: this is a somewhat complicated terms of a plea that
• 25:48
Speaker 1: you agreed to the defendant? Yes, ma'am the court. Do
• 25:51
Speaker 1: you have any questions about the terms of the plea? Epstein? No,
• 25:55
Speaker 1: the court. Can I ask the state why you choose
• 25:59
Speaker 1: or defense and the stay together? Why twelve months in
• 26:01
Speaker 1: the Palm Beach County jail followed by six months? Why
• 26:04
Speaker 1: not just send them to the doc Mister Goldberger. It
• 26:08
Speaker 1: was the agreement of the parties, your honor. We just
• 26:10
Speaker 1: decided that it was the best way to accomplish what
• 26:13
Speaker 1: we needed to be done here, and the parties agreed
• 26:16
Speaker 1: that the sentence satisfied everyone's requirements. The court, the taxpayers
• 26:20
Speaker 1: upon Beach County is going to pay eighteen months to
• 26:23
Speaker 1: house this guy instead of Doc Miss bellehovlk right, the court.
• 26:27
Speaker 1: You understand we're losing positions left and right in county
• 26:30
Speaker 1: government because we haven't got enough money. But you want okay,
• 26:34
Speaker 1: his requirement to register, there is many many. There is
• 26:38
Speaker 1: nine pages outlining the sexual offender's requirement to register with
• 26:41
Speaker 1: the department and penalty. Have you read all of those,
• 26:44
Speaker 1: mister Epstein, the defendant, yes, ma'am the court. Do you
• 26:48
Speaker 1: understand you will be required to register and this will
• 26:51
Speaker 1: be an ongoing, lifelong obligation the defendant, yes, ma'am the Court.
• 26:56
Speaker 1: And this registration occurs when Miss Bellohovelick within forty eight
• 26:59
Speaker 1: hours release the court. So when he gets out of
• 27:02
Speaker 1: the Palm Beach County Jail, he needs to register, okay,
• 27:05
Speaker 1: and the department who's going to provide him with the form,
• 27:08
Speaker 1: Mister Goldberger, he actually registers at the Sheriff's office, Your honor,
• 27:12
Speaker 1: we can do it out there the court. It's been
• 27:15
Speaker 1: brought to my attention that FDL is the one who
• 27:18
Speaker 1: is statutorily required to handle these registrations, but some of
• 27:21
Speaker 1: our municipal jurisdictions have taken upon themselves when it comes
• 27:25
Speaker 1: to imposing additional requirements. Y'all understand that Bellehovelet correct. Goldberger right,
• 27:31
Speaker 1: the court. What you are telling him is he has
• 27:34
Speaker 1: to do is the official State of Florida registration. Miss Bellehovelt,
• 27:37
Speaker 1: correct the Court. Mister Epstein, I need to make sure
• 27:41
Speaker 1: you understand that's what's required by this plea. Anyone on
• 27:45
Speaker 1: probation community control is required to live and abide by
• 27:48
Speaker 1: the laws. So if a jurisdiction you choose to reside
• 27:51
Speaker 1: in should have some additional municipal requirements, you'll be required
• 27:55
Speaker 1: in order to comply with the law of living there,
• 27:58
Speaker 1: just like you can't get a parking ticket or speeding
• 28:00
Speaker 1: ticket to comply with those regulations. But I want to
• 28:03
Speaker 1: make sure you understand because I have seen some defendants
• 28:06
Speaker 1: who have been confused about this. If you don't, for example,
• 28:10
Speaker 1: if the town of Palm Beach has you register, that
• 28:13
Speaker 1: does not take care of your requirement. Your requirement is
• 28:16
Speaker 1: to register with FDL through the Sheriff's office, is separate,
• 28:20
Speaker 1: distinct and must be done on their form according to
• 28:23
Speaker 1: their schedule. Jeffrey Epstein, Yes, ma'am the Court, and if
• 28:28
Speaker 1: my experience of the last few months is of any value.
• 28:31
Speaker 1: They're very serious about enforcing this. They'll be tracking you
• 28:35
Speaker 1: for the rest of your life. Do not move, do
• 28:37
Speaker 1: not go. I don't care when you are done with
• 28:39
Speaker 1: community control. They need to know exactly where you are,
• 28:43
Speaker 1: and if you go anywhere without registering, they will find
• 28:45
Speaker 1: you and you will be locked up. Yeah right, dude,
• 28:49
Speaker 1: broke all of these conditions. And if you're wondering why
• 28:52
Speaker 1: I say the NPA is a joke and why it
• 28:54
Speaker 1: should be done away with, here are my receipts, unlike
• 28:57
Speaker 1: the other people that want to just slam shit in
• 28:59
Speaker 1: your face. What are the receipts? The court? Okay, any
• 29:04
Speaker 1: questions about that? The defendant epstein, No, ma'am the court.
• 29:08
Speaker 1: Did you read the plea in the circuit court form
• 29:11
Speaker 1: that describes all the rights you are giving up by
• 29:13
Speaker 1: entering this plea? The defendant, yes, ma'am the court. I
• 29:16
Speaker 1: think I asked you before. Can you read the defendant? Yes,
• 29:19
Speaker 1: the Court. Are you under the influence of alcohol, drugs,
• 29:22
Speaker 1: or medication today, the defendant, no, ma'am. The court normally
• 29:27
Speaker 1: taking any prescribed medication, the defendant only for cholesterol. The
• 29:31
Speaker 1: court does that interfere with your mental ability. The defendant, No,
• 29:35
Speaker 1: the Court. Do you understand you have an attorney, you
• 29:38
Speaker 1: have the right to trial by jury. There is not
• 29:40
Speaker 1: going to be a jury trial. There won't be witnesses
• 29:43
Speaker 1: called that your attorney and you would have a right
• 29:46
Speaker 1: to confront and cross examined. Do you understand you have
• 29:48
Speaker 1: a right to call witnesses of your own and the
• 29:51
Speaker 1: court would issue subpoenas to compel their attendants, just like
• 29:54
Speaker 1: with any other witness called by the state. That you
• 29:56
Speaker 1: have the right absolute right to remain silent, and that
• 30:00
Speaker 1: you would not have to say anything or do anything
• 30:02
Speaker 1: at the trial if there were a trial. Do you
• 30:04
Speaker 1: understand those rights? The defendant Epstein, Yes, ma'am. The Court.
• 30:09
Speaker 1: Do you understand if you are not a United States citizen,
• 30:12
Speaker 1: your plea could subject to you to deportation pursu into
• 30:15
Speaker 1: the laws and regulations governing the United States Immigration and
• 30:19
Speaker 1: Naturalization Service, and this court has no jurisdiction or authority
• 30:23
Speaker 1: in such matters. Do you understand that, the defendant, Yes,
• 30:27
Speaker 1: the Court. Has anybody threatened you, coerced you, or promised
• 30:30
Speaker 1: you anything other than the terms of this plea to
• 30:33
Speaker 1: get you to enter this plea? The defendant, No, the court.
• 30:36
Speaker 1: Do you understand this is a plea in criminal court? Epstein, yes,
• 30:40
Speaker 1: ma'am the court. This has in criminal court in Palm
• 30:44
Speaker 1: Beach County, State of Florida. I have absolutely nothing to
• 30:47
Speaker 1: do with any civil matters or matters and any other jurisdictions.
• 30:51
Speaker 1: Do you understand that the defendant, yes, ma'am the court.
• 30:55
Speaker 1: Is this plea in any way tied to any promise
• 30:58
Speaker 1: or representation by any civil attorneys or other jurisdictions. Mister Goldberger,
• 31:03
Speaker 1: may we come sidebar on that, your honor the court.
• 31:07
Speaker 1: It's going to be recorded, mister Goldberger, that's fine. The
• 31:10
Speaker 1: court defendant needs to approach as well. Whereupon there was
• 31:13
Speaker 1: a conference on the bench. Mister Goldberger. The reason why
• 31:16
Speaker 1: I asked come to sidebar. There is a non prosecution
• 31:19
Speaker 1: agreement with the United States Attorney's Office that triggers as
• 31:22
Speaker 1: a result of this plea agreement. In other words, they
• 31:25
Speaker 1: have signed off and said they will not prosecute mister
• 31:28
Speaker 1: Epstein in the Southern District of Florida for any offense
• 31:31
Speaker 1: upon his successful taking of this plea today. That is
• 31:34
Speaker 1: a confidential document that the parties have agreed to. Just
• 31:37
Speaker 1: in an abundance of caution. I wanted to tell the court,
• 31:41
Speaker 1: the court, I understand that would also be invalidated should
• 31:44
Speaker 1: he violate his community control. There it is, folks, right there,
• 31:48
Speaker 1: the NPA is done for. And if you want any
• 31:51
Speaker 1: more evidence of a cover up, I'm providing it to
• 31:53
Speaker 1: you right now. And this is what makes me so
• 31:55
Speaker 1: aggravated and mad. They have all this information, the DOJ
• 31:59
Speaker 1: has it, they've had it, but instead they want to
• 32:01
Speaker 1: play games and talk about all this other bullshit. Mister Goldberger,
• 32:07
Speaker 1: absolutely that non prosecution agreement, Miss bellehov Lick, they spell
• 32:11
Speaker 1: all that out the court. Mister Epstein needs to come closer.
• 32:15
Speaker 1: Mister Epstein, your attorney has told me that, in addition
• 32:18
Speaker 1: to everything we have talked about, another inducement, shall we
• 32:21
Speaker 1: say to your taking this plea, is that the US
• 32:24
Speaker 1: Attorney for the Southern District of the State of Florida
• 32:26
Speaker 1: federal prosecutor has agreed to a non prosecution agreement with you,
• 32:31
Speaker 1: meaning that if you successfully complete probation and do everything
• 32:34
Speaker 1: you're supposed to do, they have agreed not to prosecute
• 32:38
Speaker 1: you federally. Did you understand that the defendant, yes, ma'am.
• 32:42
Speaker 1: The court and I would view that as a significant
• 32:44
Speaker 1: inducement in accepting this plea. Miss Bellohove Lick. They are
• 32:48
Speaker 1: actually in court here today also, the court okay, mister Goldberger,
• 32:52
Speaker 1: and the plea agreement is very carefully spelled out if
• 32:55
Speaker 1: there was a breach that would violate this agreement, so
• 32:59
Speaker 1: we are all well aware of that. The court okay,
• 33:01
Speaker 1: I would request that has sealed copy of that. Mister
• 33:04
Speaker 1: Epstein has signed that document. Goldberger, yes, I would like
• 33:08
Speaker 1: to seal the copy the court. I want a sealed
• 33:10
Speaker 1: copy of that filed in this case. That is the
• 33:13
Speaker 1: only other condition of the agreement that is influencing this
• 33:15
Speaker 1: defendant to make this decision. Mister Goldberger, absolutely, I think
• 33:20
Speaker 1: that's the right idea the court. Mister Epstein, is there
• 33:23
Speaker 1: anything else the defendant, No, ma'am the court, because I
• 33:26
Speaker 1: don't take these please unless they are freely and voluntarily
• 33:29
Speaker 1: made the defendant. I understand that the court. I also
• 33:33
Speaker 1: don't want somebody or anybody coming back a year or
• 33:36
Speaker 1: two from now and saying, oh no, no, they beat
• 33:39
Speaker 1: me over the head. Or if there is anything else
• 33:41
Speaker 1: that is influencing you to make the decision, then I
• 33:44
Speaker 1: need to know about it the defendant. I understand that,
• 33:47
Speaker 1: mister Goldberger, Thank you, Epstein, thank you very much, your
• 33:51
Speaker 1: honor the court all right, mister Epstein. Any questions about
• 33:54
Speaker 1: the rights that you were giving up by entering this
• 33:57
Speaker 1: plea the defendant, no, ma'am. The Court state, please give
• 34:01
Speaker 1: me a factual basis, Miss Bellahovlik. In zero six nine
• 34:07
Speaker 1: four or five four Cfamb. Between August first, two thousand
• 34:10
Speaker 1: and four and October thirty one, two thousand and five,
• 34:13
Speaker 1: the defendant in Palm Beach County did solicit or procure
• 34:16
Speaker 1: someone to commit prosecution on three or more occasions. It
• 34:20
Speaker 1: means prostitution, not prosecution. And in eight cf nine three
• 34:25
Speaker 1: eight one Cfamb between August first, two thousand and four
• 34:28
Speaker 1: and October ninth, two thousand and five, the defendant did
• 34:31
Speaker 1: procure a minor under the age of eighteen to commit
• 34:34
Speaker 1: prostitution in Palm Beach County. The Court I find that
• 34:38
Speaker 1: sufficient factual basis to support the pleas after all of
• 34:41
Speaker 1: the victims in both these cases, in agreement with the
• 34:44
Speaker 1: terms of this plea deal, Miss Bellohovlk, I have spoken
• 34:47
Speaker 1: to several myself and I have spoken to Council through
• 34:49
Speaker 1: council as to other victims, and I believe yes, the
• 34:53
Speaker 1: Court and with regard to the victims under age of eighteen,
• 34:57
Speaker 1: is that victim's parent or a guardian in agreement with
• 34:59
Speaker 1: the polea Miss Bellohovelik. That victim is not under the
• 35:03
Speaker 1: age of eighteen anymore, and that's why we spoke with
• 35:05
Speaker 1: her counsel the court and she is in agreement with
• 35:08
Speaker 1: the plea, Miss Bellohovlick. Yes, the Court and Community Control
• 35:13
Speaker 1: will be given information concerning how to contact these victims.
• 35:16
Speaker 1: Miss Bellohovlick, Yes, the Court confidentially that information will not
• 35:20
Speaker 1: be related to the defendant, but will be used exclusively
• 35:24
Speaker 1: for the purpose of verifying compliance with the agreement. Miss Bellohovelick, yes,
• 35:29
Speaker 1: the Court. Is there anything else from anybody else before
• 35:32
Speaker 1: I accept this plea, Mister Goldberger, No, your honor the Court,
• 35:36
Speaker 1: mister Goldberger, if it's your desire, you may enter your
• 35:39
Speaker 1: client's plea. Mister Goldberger, thank you, your honor. At this
• 35:43
Speaker 1: time we would withdraw our previously entered please, if not guilty,
• 35:47
Speaker 1: enter please of guilty pursuant to negotiation with the state
• 35:50
Speaker 1: the Court. Mister Epstein, I'm going to accept those pleas
• 35:53
Speaker 1: on your behalf. I find you are intelligent, alert, you
• 35:57
Speaker 1: understand what's going on here and the consequence of entering
• 35:59
Speaker 1: the plea. You are doing it freely and voluntarily pursuing
• 36:03
Speaker 1: too the plea. I'm waiving a PSI. I will sentence
• 36:06
Speaker 1: you at this time pursuance to it. I will adjudicate
• 36:09

Speaker 1: five A four five to four amb. And procuring a
• 36:21
Speaker 1: person under eighteen for a prostitution, a second degree felony
• 36:25
Speaker 1: eight cf zero zero nine three eight one AMB. With
• 36:29
Speaker 1: respect to solicitation a prostitution, I'm going to sentence you
• 36:33
Speaker 1: to twelve months in the Pombach County Detention Facility, with
• 36:36
Speaker 1: credit for the one day served. With respect to eight
• 36:39
Speaker 1: cf zero zero nine three eight one, I'm going to
• 36:42
Speaker 1: sentence you to six months in the pom Beach County
• 36:44
Speaker 1: Detention Facility, with credit for the one day served. That
• 36:48
Speaker 1: six month sentence is to be served consecutive to do
• 36:52
Speaker 1: the twelve month sentence. Following the six month sentence, you're
• 36:55
Speaker 1: going to be placed on twelve months a community control.
• 36:58
Speaker 1: That will be both cases I assume to run concurrently. Correct,
