  But anyway, here's a quote that I think is very apropos of the current situation right now, not just with geoengineering, not just with COVID, not just with vaccines, not just with the systemic pollution of our atmosphere that we're being subjected to by these globalist forces.

  But it's more a philosophical notion that I think we do well to keep in mind.

  And in this quote, John Leake writes, I get the impression that many of the old men who now run the world are experiencing a desperate struggle to come to terms with their mortality.

  The diabolical pseudo-religions they have erected are an expression of this.

  So that's John Leake commenting on the Klaus Schwabs, the George Soros' the, even though I guess he's a little younger, the Bill Gates is of the world.

  It seems they want to remake the world in the image of their despair.

  What other mindset would other view of the world would.

  Move somebody to deliberately pollute the planet and deliberately blot out the sun.

  If there's anything more life destroying and death wish oriented than blotting out the sun, I don't know what it is.

  Someone's going to have to tell me what that might be.

  It's so perverse to want to block out the sunlight, the life-giving sunlight that all of us yearn for every day when we go outside.

  There's nothing more hateful, nothing more death wish like then blotting out the sun.

  I'd argue it's a tough choice, but it's even worse than simply killing something.

  Because killing something involves taking that one life.

  But destroying the sun or blotting out the sun from the earth's presence from the earth's surface.

  Of course, symbolically and in a real way involves destroying everything on the planet.

  And one of the things that we hear, one of the excuses or one of the sources of denial for people who don't admit that these things are happening, is why would anyone do that?

  And the answer I think is this the answer is that if you are insane, if you are sociopathic, if you are quite frankly, evil, you will do things for reasons that an ordinary person who is not filled with hate, who is not sociopathic, who is not on a death wish of the sort that John describes here.

  You will do things for reasons that an ordinary person just cannot comprehend.

  I'm reminded of a quote by Mark Twain.

  He has actually a couple of these.

  I'm not going to get it quite verbatim, but essentially that when we realize that people are insane.

  In another place, Mark Twain states something to the effect of when the world is insane.

  The sane must be put into an asylum.

  And this is dark stuff, but I think it's very important for us to realize that there's an element of this.

  There's an element of this just sheer insanity that's going on.

  The idea of the evil scientist is not just some fictional trope that Mary Shelley came up with when she wrote Frankenstein.

  It's a real thing.
• 13:19
  And it's grounded in an element of truth.

  And as we shall see working through the rest of this presentation, we shall see that these evil scientists have been at this project and others, but this project of geoengineering for many decades.

  It's a multi-generational project of destruction.

  So let's move forward.

  And by that I mean, well, of course, those of us who are familiar with the New Testament are familiar with the apocalypse or familiar with the book of Revelation, and of course, there are the four horsemen of the apocalypse there.

  I would have liked to, for consistency, been able to narrow mine down to four, but I could only get it down to five in terms of the principal tools that this multi-generational destructive death wish-based globalist project.

  The five major avenues that I can identify, there may be others that are their mechanisms to reduce the world population, to enslave those who do live, and to impose their view of the world.

  This desire to remake the world in the image of their despair, as John Leake says, these are the main tools.

  So the first, as we saw during COVID of these five horsemen, is the gain of function bioweapons development and the pandemic preparedness scam.

  So what do we mean mean by that?

  We mean that yes, it's possible that pandemics can arise naturally, but the great majority of them in our lifetimes and even before then come deliberately as a result of bioweapons development.

  That's true of COVID, of course.

  That was true of RSV.

  That was true of Lyme disease, just to give a couple of examples.

  Number two, and as we shall see, extremely analogous to gain of function bioweapons development is geoengineering and the climate change scam.

  People ask me, someone just recently asked me, do I believe in anthropomorphic climate change?

  And I say, absolutely.

  They're doing it over our heads every day.

  They're doing it deliberately.

  It's deliberate human climate change.

  It's extremely destructive, extremely harmful.

  The third horseman that I've identified is digital ID and the mass migration scam.

  So bring in huge numbers of illegal immigrants from other countries, illegal aliens from other countries, and create havoc, and then use that as a reason to mandate digital ID, which of course is happening right now in the United Kingdom, or they're trying to put through in the United Kingdom.

  The fourth is central bank digital currency and the elimination of cash.

  Elimination of cash money means that your usage of money can be controlled.

  We saw that in a very disturbing way during COVID with the Canadian truckers being defunded.

  We saw that with President Trump while he was out of office with efforts to debank him and his family.

  Again, we are seeing this extremely severely right now in Great Britain.

  So those are the five horsemen, if you will.

  Well, when we stopped off the last segment, we have been talking about what I call the Five Horsemen of the Globalist Apocalypse.

  This was gain of functions bioweapons development, geoengineering, digital ID, central bank digital currency, and online surveillance and censorship.

  As I said, we're going to focus our attention to the second of those, which is geoengineering.

  And a common question we get is what exactly is geoengineering.

  Is it old fashioned cloud seeding?
• 21:30
  Is it SAI?
• 21:33
  SRM.

  Is it radio frequency?
• 21:38
  Is it NextRED?
• 21:39
  Is it HARP?
• 21:41
  What is it?
• 21:42
  And as I said at the opening title of this segment, it's all of the above.

  Geoengineering may be defined as the sum total of all the weather and climate manipulation methods that humans employ to deliberately and unnaturally change control and weaponize weather and climate.

  I'll say that one more time.

  Geoengineering may be defined as the sum total of all the weather and climate manipulation methods that humans employ to deliberately and unnaturally change control and weaponize weather and climate.

  That's a broad definition because there are a lot of geoengineering techniques.

  Just a few of these include first generation geoengineering, which would include old fashioned cloud seeding with silver iodide and other compounds.

  This has been around almost since there's been airplanes.
• 22:45
  It's still used to generate rainfall, particularly west of the Mississippi and the United States.
• 22:51
  Then there's next generation types of geoengineering, which are generally used under the pretext of reflecting sunlight back into space to prevent global warming.

  And these include prominently stratospheric aerosol injection.
• 23:15
  This involves a tremendous amount of particulate matter, including nanoparticulate metals such as aluminum, barium, strontium, so-called Wellsbach particles, and coal fly ash.

  More of this type of second generation geoengineering would include solar radiation management with compounds like sulfur dioxide, sulfuric acid, and others.
• 23:49
  There's also ground-based sources of geoengineering, where either particulates or water vapor are sent up into the air from ground-based sources.

  There's sea-based or oceanic-based sources, platforms out at sea can be used, ships to put particulate matter and or water vapor up into the air, other products as well.

  And then there is the element that we can't see, and that's the electromagnetic radiation-based types of geoengineering.

  These include ionospheric heaters, such as HARP.
• 24:32
  They include advanced radar technologies such as NexRAD, which are not just in place to observe the weather, but actually to hold and direct weather systems where desired.

  And there are others.

  So the list of possible techniques is virtually endless.

  If you want to get a handle on what may be the most common particulates that you're going to be sprayed with, I would say that it would be reasonable to start with one group being the nanoparticulate heavy metals such as aluminum barium strontium coming from coal fly ash and those types of products being sprayed.

  A second would be sulfur dioxide, sulfuric acid, those type of compounds, and the third would be other particulates.

  We know that graphene oxide, perhaps uh nanobots and other products are being sprayed as well.

  We certainly know that there are patents for those.

  And then there's always, as we've talked about in the show before, suspicion of the spraying of infectious agents, such as Serracea, Marcessins, and others.

  As I mentioned before, uh geoengineering shares an uncanny number of commonalities between with gain of function bioweapons development.

  As we shall see, this is something that has been going on for decades.
• 26:37
  The Department of Defense, now renamed the Department of War, is deeply involved in these activities in both areas.

  And so there's a tremendous number of commonalities.
• 26:49
  So for example, let's look at one characteristic that's common to both gain of function bioweapons development and geoengineering.

  Well, they both involve the manipulation of nature, don't they?

  Uh in the case of gain of function research bioweapons development, it's the manipulation of infectious agents to make them more transmissible and more deadly.

  In the case of geoengineering, it's the weather and the climate that are manipulated.

  Another characteristic common to both is that they have been weaponized against humans.

  We know that bioweapons, um, gain of function developed infectious agents have been released into the human population.

  Example, of course, would be COVID-19 or the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

  Also, Lyme disease.
• 27:42
  Those would be just two obvious examples.

  For geoengineering, we know that during Vietnam, the United States military performed Project Popeye, creating persistent rainstorms over the Ho Chi Minh Trail for a long period of time.

  And we know that more recently we're highly suspicious of events like Hurricane Helene, where a very severe rainstorm, hurricane went inland and sat over Bunkham County, North Carolina, sat over the western part of North Carolina and caused absolutely biblical levels of rain and flooding.

  It was completely unnatural.

  Another characteristic common to both is the very top secret government funding.

  So for gain of function bioweapons research, DARPA, Department of Defense, Health and Human Services, and other federal agencies are involved for geoengineering.

  Again, DARPA, Department of Defense, but also NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the National Science Foundation, and so on and so forth, Department of Energy.

  So what we see is that the funding is spread out amongst multiple agencies to make it harder to trace, harder to stop, and easier to conceal.

  We also know that both are protected by disinformation campaigns for the gain of function bioweapons research.

  We have the epithet of causing any calling anyone an anti vaxxer who dared to speak out against the COVID vaccines.

  For geoengineering, we have the fairly nonsensical chemtrail versus contrail debate, which is a completely deliberately constructed falsehood.

  Both gain of function and biopics.

  Weapons research and geoengineering have huge amounts of corporate involvement.

  Of course, we saw during COVID that Pfizer, Moderna, and other large pharmaceutical companies are deeply involved in the whole bioweapons.

  Milieu and in geoengineering, defense defense agencies such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and so on, are similarly involved.

  Both have the characteristic of being involved in infiltrating the universities with university payouts to perform so-called research.

  We have gain of function laboratories in many American universities, including, of course, the University of North Carolina, where Ralph Berrick's lab was located, where COVID was largely developed.

  With geoengineering, there's over 120 universities that have received funding.

  Some have full geoengineering departments, including Harvard, University of Chicago, and others.

  And then finally, we even have Bill Gates involved in both.

  We have Bill Gates, of course, in the whole pandemic preparedness world funding.

  And then with geoengineering, he has an analogous organization called Pfizer, F-I-C-E-R.

  We'll talk more about that later.

  So it's really the same playbook and a different deception.

  Perhaps that's why so many people who like myself, frankly, who became very involved in the COVID battles, uh, have now turned towards geoengineering.

  But as I hinted earlier, until recently, geoengineering was just another conspiracy theory.

  Um over the last couple of years, there's been an intense social media battle on X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms where despite shadow banning, despite suppression, individual citizens have constantly been posting photos, videos, documentary evidence of things like massively increased stratospheric aerosol injection, so-called chemtrails worldwide, intensive use of ionospheric heating and next rad to direct weather patterns, tracking of flight patterns of offending aircraft.

  And then there's also just been growing evidence of geoengineering causing extreme storms over the last couple of years.

  Of course, Dubai, we all remember Valencia in Spain, Wales in the UK, and then, of course, Hurricanes Helene and Milton in Florida and North Carolina.

  And last year, right around July 4th, the Camp Mystic disaster.

  And then, as we've talked about before, FogVid 24.

  And it just shows you that commonality in people's mind that when this fog event happened, they called it fogvid reminiscent of COVID-19.

  They called it FogVid 24, and we seem to have a slightly less extreme case of the same phenomenon in 2025, around the same time, right around the holidays.

  So it's no longer just another quote unquote conspiracy theory.

  Social media attempts to post about geoengineering have met with repression, very much of the kind seen by truth tellers during COVID.

  We've seen shadow banning, content removal, bots, trolls, and shills.

  And it's worth noting that I've seen a tremendous amount of bots and trolls from the UK when it comes to geoengineering.

  Really striking when X changed its policy so that you could see where a person's, what country a person's account came from.

  This was very informative because a disproportionate number of the bots and trolls on X that try to discredit geoengineering posts are from the UK.

  But the tide is turning when it comes to public awareness.

  Numerous large platform influencers are now addressing geoengineering.

  I'll give you just a few examples.

  Tucker Carlson had Dane Wiggington on his program, got many million views.

  He had Peter Kirby as well.
• 35:12
  Um Glenn Beck, he had Lee Zeldon asked him about it.
• 35:16
  Zeldon, as we know, was somewhat evasive, but did acknowledge that it was in existence.

  Benny Johnson did the same with Lee Zeldon.
• 35:25
  Uh other large platform podcasters like Jimmy Dore have addressed this issue.

  Um, of course, Alex Jones, uh, and a lot of relatively prominent influencers on social media.

  Rob Schneider, Carol Swain, General Flynn, Simon Godeck, Niami, Naomi Wolf, Camu, Vigilant Fox, Illuminati Bot, all of these large profile influencers who, again, many of whom developed a profile during COVID, are now addressing geoengineering.

  Numerous prominent politicians are openly addressing geoengineering.

  That includes Thomas Massey, Marjorie Taylor Green, who's sponsored a bill to stop it in Congress, although she left Congress, and of course, that bill's not moving now.

  Tim Burchat, uh, Greg Stuby, representative from Florida, Ron DeSantis, and Andrew Bridgeon out in the UK.

  And of course, the rallying cry for many of us came from Secretary Kennedy when he posted that we are going to stop this crime.

  Amen to that.

  Numerous COVID warrior groups are now addressing geoengineering.

  This includes the Children's Health Defense, Global Wellness Forum, and Stand for Health Freedom, ICANN and Del Bigtrees Group, multiple members of the disinformation dozen, famous from COVID, Sayer G, Sherry Tenpenny, Mary Talley, uh Bowden, and many COVID dissident physicians, Meryl Nass, Mary Telly Bowden, Kat Lindley, and myself.

  So this has gone from being something that people would not even broach the subject about to being something that people are talking about widely.

  It's not been stopped yet by any means, but it is out in the open much more.

  And to date, over 30 U.S.

  states have seen some legislation brought to at least to bill form to stop geoengineering, and at least three states, Tennessee, Florida, and Louisiana have passed laws.

  The laws are not fully effective, in large part because the federal government, as we shall see, is one of the primary offenders.

  In the final segment today, I would like to read from Nicole Shanahan's excellent article on X, which is a few months old, but it is very good information for anyone who wants to know more about what's going on in the skies above us, what's going on with geoengineering.

  And I'm now reading verbatim from Nicole Shanahan's article.

  Over the past month, I've been in contact with a government whistleblower, an individual who has held high-level security clearances and spent over a decade consulting directly with major federal agencies.

  Their experience spans the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, NOAA, and the intelligence community.

  NOAA, of course, is the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

  With the whistleblower's permission, I've agreed to share here on X the information they provided me, as they and I believe it raises serious concerns.

  While the whistleblower did not disclose any classified information, what they did provide was a roadmap roadmap to navigate the tangled mess that is our government's geoengineering programs.

  They told me that despite President Trump's 2020 directive to halt taxpayer funded climate change initiatives, federal grants for solar radiation management, stratospheric aerosol injection, and other geoengineering technologies are still being issued.

  The programs haven't stopped.

  They've just been rebranded.

  Geoengineering is now commonly called climate intervention.
• 42:37
  SRM is now referred to as solar radiation modification.
• 42:42
  And SAI is now stratospheric aerosol intervention rather than injection.

  These semantic shifts aren't scientific, they're strategic.

  They're designed to obfuscate the truth and shield these programs from Freedom of Information Act or FOIA requests, media scrutiny and public opposition.

  The whistleblower provided me with federal grant data showing millions of taxpayer dollars flowing to universities under these new labels.

  One organization stood out, the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, or UCAR, this nonprofit consortium of 130 colleges and universities, manages the National Center for Atmospheric Research on behalf of the National Science Foundation.

  UCAR has received more than 230 million in direct federal awards, yet much of the documentation about their work is inaccessible without an internal login.

  Even so, the public-facing pages and scientific papers reveal clear participation in stratospheric aerosol assessments and other geoengineering research.

  The university to geoengineering pipeline is a real problem.

  According to the whistleblower, this network of programs is far more advanced and coordinated than the public has been led to believe.

  Now, notably, as we pointed out, uh Russ Voigt and the president have moved to shut down or dramatically curtail the national center for atmospheric research, which I believe is based in Boulder, Colorado.

  So the Trump administration seems to be trying to work on stopping some of this, but obviously all the chicanery common to the deep state is being used against those efforts.

  Going back to Shanahan's article, in addition to internal files and historical documentation, they directed me to the Biden Harris administration's mandated 2023 SRM report, which outlines the federal agencies currently involved in geoengineering, climate intervention, solar radiation management, and stratospheric aerosol injection.

  These include NOAA, NASA, the National Science Foundation, the U.S.

  Geological Survey, and the Department of Energy.

  I will tell you, I believe there's 15 agencies in all that are involved, maybe right around that number.

  It even includes the Smithsonian Institution, if you can believe that.

  NOAA was emphasized as a critical place to start digging an agency that has taken deliberate steps to discourage public inquiry into its own archives.

  One document that was highlighted titled Weather Modification published in 1979 describes nearly 100 geoengineering projects.

  These included hurricane manipulation, radioactive and electromagnetically enhanced fog dispersal, microwave chaff deployment, supersonic ice nucleation, and conventional cloud seeding operations.

  The report was released nearly 50 years ago.

  Since then, both the funding and technology have expanded significantly.

  Today, NOAA insists it does not fund geoengineering.

  However, it is currently allocating an estimated 1.2 million to solar radiation research.

  NASA also plays a critical logistical role with a fleet of high-altitude long-range aircraft and a global network of satellites.

  The agency is uniquely positioned to support large-scale deployment and monitoring of solar radiation management technologies.

  The Solar Radiation Management Report even references the National Academy's publication describing NASA's involvement in climate-related flight operations and airborne labs.

  Shanahan goes on to write that none of this is speculation.

  It is documented, federally coordinated and strategically concealed behind euphemistic labels.

  The programs haven't been discontinued.
• 46:46
  They've been renamed and reframed.

  So what we see is that despite efforts both during the first administration and during the current administration, Trump so-called 1.0 and 2.0, these programs have continued and in the end expanded.

  There was also very important funding initiative.

  The Biden Harris's mandated 2023 SRM report, which I believe funds through 2027.

  So Shanahan goes on and talks about the history of weather warfare.

  What many Americans don't realize is none of this is new.

  Our government has been investing in weather modification for over a half a century, quietly and expansively with almost no public oversight.

  A 1964 congressional hearing by the Senate Subcommittee on Irrigation and Reclamation revealed astonishing testimony about the scale and ambition of federal efforts, even at that time.

  During that hearing, the National Science Foundation was officially designated as the lead federal agency responsible for weather modification research.

  This explains why.

  So many of today's geoengineering grants are routed through NSF rather than more obvious environmental or energy related agencies.

  As early as 1959, the NSF was funding large-scale cloud seeding programs, awarding millions to universities for experiments involving the dispersal of silver iodide hail suppression and the manipulation of tropical storms and hurricanes.

  1959, ladies and gentlemen, how many of us were even born back then?

  These programs were already accelerating in the early 1960s.

  By 1962, NSF had more than doubled its weather modification funding compared to 1961.

  In its annual report, the agency stated plainly the promise of useful weather modification techniques is sufficiently great that research into its full potential should be pushed urgently.

  It even went so far as to claim that large-scale weather control might equal or suppress, or excuse me, equal or surpass atomic energy and its potential to solve global problems, such as the population explosion.

  So even in the early 1960s, people in the deep state were saying we have a population explosion.

  This is a problem we need to solve it.

  And the weapon weaponization of the weather may be a way to do that.

  At the same hearing, Senator Clinton Anderson of New Mexico recalled a chilling warning from Dr.

  John Van Neumann, a member of the Atomic Energy Commission and a pioneer in modern computing.

  John Van Neumann was one of the people along with Edward Teller, who were

  Were supposedly models for Dr.

  John Van Neumann was deeply involved in geoengineering, as was Edward Teller.

  According to Anderson, von Neumann had warned that weather manipulation, not the ICBM, not the intracontinental ballistic missile, would be the ultimate weapon for the protection of the free world.

  Other expert witnesses echoed the concern.

  Irving Langmeyer, a Nobel prize winning chemist and early cloud seeding researcher was quoted as saying that the real long-term threat wasn't from missiles but from weather control.

  In his own words, one could control the march of armies and everything using weather modification.

  Continuing, Nicole Shanahan writes that geophysical warfare, a term the New York Times used way back in 1972, has been in fact used by militaries for millennia.

  Despite extraordinary claims made during the hearing, legal and ethical concerns were largely brushed aside.

  Senators acknowledged that liability could become a problem if weather modification went wrong.

  However, they repeatedly suggested that legal issues could be addressed later and should not hinder rapid experimentation.

  At no point did they consider public input, environmental safety, or the long-term impacts of aerosolized metals used in these operations.

  So, ladies and gentlemen, we can see that even going back to the 1960s or perhaps earlier than that, we have a tremendous number of sociopathic scientists, many of whom were involved in the original Manhattan Project.

  Many of whom, like Edward Teller, were subsequently involved in developing the hydrogen bomb, are involved in geoengineering as well.

  This is the mindset of the people that are interested in this science.

  Shanahan goes on and says the obsession with weather control was and arguably still is driven by a militarized industrial mindset.

  Nature is not treated as something to preserve, but as a system to be engineered.

  The Colorado River offers a prime example.

  The results have not lived up to the promises.

  The funding, however, hasn't slowed.

  One of the most shocking pieces of information the whistleblower provided was testimony from a 1974 hearing before the U.S.

  Senate Subcommittee on Oceans and the International Environment, where lawmakers addressed the pressing need for an international treaty to ban the use of environmental and geophysical modification as weapons of war.

  While Congress expressed strong support for a ban, the executive branch at the time was unwilling to take initiative.

  Testimony revealed that the Department of Defense held primary authority over weather warfare programs, all of which required at least top secret clearance.

  Furthermore, it was disclosed that the DOD requested the inclusion of vague or flexible language in any treaty, such as where feasible or to the greatest extent possible to avoid binding prohibitions.

  Testimony also revealed that weather modification experience experiments had been conducted domestically since the 1960s, including various regions across the United States.

  Perhaps the most provocative testimony came from Dr.

  Gordon McDonald, who discussed the use of electromagnetic frequencies to influence human brain activity.

  He described the potential for global scale manipulation of neurological states, provoking erratic behavior, disrupting cognition, and generating widespread adverse psychological effects.

  His testimony suggested that these emerging technologies could one day be used not only for environmental warfare, but also as tools of psychological manipulation.

  It goes on, ladies and gentlemen.

  Our government is also not the exclusive source of funding for these programs.

  The fossil fuel industry has also taken a seat at the geoengineering table.

  ExxonMobil Shell and BP, that's British Petroleum, have all lobbied for solar radiation modification as a convenient engineering solution to climate change, one that allows them to continue emissions heavy operations without regulatory consequence.

  These company scientists are publishing academic papers, funding think tanks, and shaping narratives that normalize geoengineering.

  In addition, elite private foundations like the Simons Foundation, the Alfred P.

  Sloan Foundation, and Bill Gates' Fund for Innovative Climate and Energy Research, PfICER, are all actively funding projects.

  They funnel millions into academic institutions, where the work proceeds without public engagement or informed consent.

  Bill Gates's PICER is particularly alarming.

  The person in charge of distributing funds there is David Keith, one of geoengineering's most vocal champions.

  Keith has appeared on national TV and publicly acknowledged that these activities could result in the premature deaths of at least 10,000 people annually.

  Still, he continues to advocate for expanding these technologies.

  Sadly, these deaths may not be purely speculative speculative, independent medical research, has raised serious concerns about human exposure to the fine particulates used in stratospheric aerosol injection, particularly aluminum, barium and strontium.

  A 2020 review in the Journal of Alzheimer's disease found that chronic aluminum exposure correlates with Alzheimer's type dementia, pointing out risk of atmospheric dispersants leaching into the human body.

  Other peer-to-view research has associated aerosol pollution with rising asthma rates, COPD, and even endocrine disruption.

  Yet these risks go largely unaddressed.

  The EPA has not conducted any long-term toxological studies on atmospheric dispersants used in climate intervention.

  Neither have state health departments, because if you acknowledge the risk, you must accept liability.

  They testified before state legislatures in support of bills to ban geoengineering, only to see most quietly get held up or killed in committee.

  The reason that many lawmakers are the reason is that many lawmakers are funded by utility and water authorities, organizations that stand to benefit from cloud seeding and other types of weather modification.
