- 0:48Speaker 1: So Thanksgiving is coming up. Every day really is Thanksgiving,
- 0:51Speaker 1: and should cherish life, spread kindness and compassion. Not everybody's
- 0:56Speaker 1: like us. Some people grew up here, some people grew
- 0:59Speaker 1: up there that this kind of an upbringing, that kind
- 1:02Speaker 1: of an upbringing. You have to be compassionate with each other, Okay,
- 1:06Speaker 1: and and and and kind and loving and patient. All
- 1:11Speaker 1: these good things are very important. And what's exciting here
- 1:15Speaker 1: is I love this video I show you of an
- 1:18Speaker 1: older couple who've been living together that are truly in
- 1:23Speaker 1: love with all the boibles of life of I like this,
- 1:29Speaker 1: you like that, we do this, you do that. Boo
- 1:32Speaker 1: boo boo boo boo booo. But in the end she
- 1:36Speaker 1: he'd marry her again, and she'd marry him again. Take
- 1:40Speaker 1: a listen to that, share with some friends and and
- 1:44Speaker 1: and just be happy. So we show a couple of
- 1:46Speaker 1: good stories here to this week. Our good friend a
- 1:50Speaker 1: Carosa lawyer protecting your Assets focused on women. We have
- 1:57Speaker 1: her new book, and we just give you a little
- 1:59Speaker 1: pblicity about that because she's really a very talented and
- 2:03Speaker 1: smart woman and I've had the honor to co host
- 2:06Speaker 1: some of her shows on WR on Sundays at ten thirty.
- 2:10Speaker 1: So take a listen, okay, and call in. It's a
- 2:14Speaker 1: call in show, so you could ask some questions on
- 2:17Speaker 1: protecting your assets, set yourself up, a will, get a trust,
- 2:22Speaker 1: take care of these things. It's very important for you.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Your family, whether you have a family or not. And
- 2:27Speaker 1: talking about family, save the children tie. Everybody needs a friend.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Second one is for drug addiction. This is serious. In January,
- 2:36Speaker 1: New York State will be in the Senate eight seven
- 2:40Speaker 1: one seven. I believe it's the bill bipartisan. There's a
- 2:45Speaker 1: lot of funds that have been brought into the state
- 2:47Speaker 1: of New York to study better ways to help drug addicts.
- 2:54Speaker 1: One of them that we're speaking about a lot is
- 2:57Speaker 1: I became. We're going to have a summit meant to
- 3:00Speaker 1: health summit here at the New York Academy of Sciences
- 3:04Speaker 1: on December eleventh and twelfth. So read up about that.
- 3:07Speaker 1: You can sign a petition that the state should proceed
- 3:12Speaker 1: with this. Sooner the better because we have attics all
- 3:16Speaker 1: around unfortunately, sadly, and some are hurting themselves and some
- 3:20Speaker 1: are hurting others, Okay, even young kids. So let's do
- 3:25Speaker 1: our best to try to get that message that we
- 3:28Speaker 1: need to make that happen. Thence on a lighter note,
- 3:31Speaker 1: I went to this gorgeous hotel, Yaman Hotel, with their
- 3:35Speaker 1: friend Emmanuel, and I think it's a private hotel. Actually
- 3:41Speaker 1: it's kind of a way that they're running their businesses
- 3:44Speaker 1: at thirty or so around the world. It's gorgeous. It's
- 3:47Speaker 1: on Manhattan here and they have a jazz club, the
- 3:50Speaker 1: Jazz Club and boy two great entertainers, two bands, and
- 3:57Speaker 1: take a listen because that's top draw music. Lastly, it's
- 4:02Speaker 1: tax season. You know it's tax season because you can
- 4:05Speaker 1: take tax deductions this year for whatever hopefully money you
- 4:11Speaker 1: have made this year towards that and the lower year
- 4:17Speaker 1: tax rate. Okay, So, Good News Corporation is a nonprofit.
- 4:21Speaker 1: We do our events. Our mission is to use media
- 4:25Speaker 1: for humanitarian efforts, and we do that since two thousand
- 4:29Speaker 1: and two. It's not easy. I have no idea how
- 4:33Speaker 1: we actually do it. And now we're making shows with
- 4:36Speaker 1: Grammy cru Big Stage, times Square eight, but twenty second
- 4:40Speaker 1: and September our international day piece. We have Birthday coming up.
- 4:44Speaker 1: If you want to help us move this forwards in
- 4:47Speaker 1: any way, in the donor way and get recognized on
- 4:53Speaker 1: the stage and so on and so forth for being
- 4:55Speaker 1: supportive of the efforts that we have been doing. Please
- 5:00Speaker 1: do lots of good stuff. That Home Group, oh my god,
- 5:03Speaker 1: they just had a great success, four or five million
- 5:08Speaker 1: people watching their Bolivia show. Next week. We'll share some
- 5:11Speaker 1: of that with you. So lots of good things. Peace
- 5:16Speaker 1: and love is the answer overall, and we'll always be
- 5:21Speaker 1: be kind to each other, Be kind to yourself. Watch
- 5:25Speaker 1: the Thanksgiving Day parade. I think it's specially you know,
- 5:27Speaker 1: Wednesday night you can come and see them blow up
- 5:29Speaker 1: the balloons here on seven the seventh Street off of
- 5:33Speaker 1: Columbus and Central Park West right in the neighborhood. Actually,
- 5:37Speaker 1: it's kind of a wild night on the upper west
- 5:39Speaker 1: side here, all right. Well, thank you for sticking with
- 5:44Speaker 1: us for a long time, since nineteen ninety eight. Alyve
- 5:47Speaker 1: fourth before YouTube. I like to always say that we've
- 5:51Speaker 1: been streaming and streaming just good news, people doing nice
- 5:55Speaker 1: things in this world. Okay, But I'll be honest. The
- 5:58Speaker 1: reality is what might be good news for one might
- 6:01Speaker 1: not be good news for somebody else, And that's part
- 6:04Speaker 1: of what life is. You need to, though, still be
- 6:06Speaker 1: compassionate for somebody other, someone other's opinion, another person's opinion,
- 6:12Speaker 1: and hopefully they'll be compassionate to you. And try to
- 6:16Speaker 1: find harmony amongst youselves, both of you, okay, and live
- 6:21Speaker 1: passionately and non violent, nonviolent communications. That's the key, Okay.
- 6:26Speaker 1: That's what Gandhi spoke about and so many and I
- 6:29Speaker 1: know our community is a bunch of peace lovers because
- 6:32Speaker 1: I know so many of you, and it's been my honor.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Thank you very much, bye bye, Have a good week,
