- 1:47Speaker 3: The Root, the Root, the Root is on fire, as
- 1:50Speaker 3: we say every single show. President Trump is about to
- 1:54Speaker 3: declare a national security emergency. My idea is Very proud,
- 1:57Speaker 3: very honored. If it happens, I assume it's going to happen.
- 2:00Speaker 3: I assume he's going to lay out the case for
- 2:02Speaker 3: it on Thursday night in his presidential address and then
- 2:05Speaker 3: announce it either Thursday night or sometime over the next month.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Some are telling me it's going to happen in the
- 2:12Speaker 3: next month, like maybe early August, mid-August, late August, but
- 2:15Speaker 3: not necessarily on Thursday night. But he's going to lay
- 2:18Speaker 3: out the case on Thursday night for foreign interference cases.
- 2:22Speaker 3: American elections. Here is my commentary. President Trump's about to
- 2:25Speaker 3: declare a national security emergency for elections. Democrats and the
- 2:29Speaker 3: liberal media are panicked and hysterical, and it all starts
- 2:32Speaker 3: Thursday night with the presidential address to the nation. For
- 2:36Speaker 3: many months now, I've been on a national security emergency crusade. Well,
- 2:42Speaker 3: Republicans in the House and Senate and conservative activists like
- 2:45Speaker 3: Scott Pressler, who obviously means well, I like Scott, have
- 2:49Speaker 3: been pushing the SAVE Act 24-7. I've been pushing something
- 2:53Speaker 3: a thousand times better, a national security emergency for elections.
- 3:00Speaker 3: This national security emergency invention was created by myself and
- 3:04Speaker 3: an assist from my election security expert, John Goodman. This
- 3:08Speaker 3: idea is like comparing, you know, when comparing this to
- 3:11Speaker 3: the SAVE Act, It's like comparing a tiny 1% tax
- 3:14Speaker 3: cut to Ronald Reagan's massive record-setting Income Tax Act of
- 3:20Speaker 3: 1981 that cut income tax rates from 70% to 28%.
- 3:24Speaker 3: There is no comparison. Now, don't get me wrong. The
- 3:28Speaker 3: SAVE Act is good. I support it if it could
- 3:31Speaker 3: ever pass, but it can't. The GOP would need to
- 3:34Speaker 3: suspend or permanently kill the filibuster, or they need 60 votes.
- 3:39Speaker 3: And we don't have 60 votes. It's not even close.
- 3:41Speaker 3: We don't have 52 votes. But even if by miracle
- 3:45Speaker 3: the GOP could suddenly find a way to pass the
- 3:47Speaker 3: SAVE Act, it's too little, too late. It would never
- 3:50Speaker 3: be in place to protect the midterms. Why does no
- 3:53Speaker 3: one understand this? Get this through your skulls. As I've
- 3:56Speaker 3: pointed out, for many months, the GOP needed to pass
- 3:59Speaker 3: the SAVE Act a year ago. thereby leaving enough time
- 4:03Speaker 3: for nonstop Democrat legal challenges and a final Supreme Court ruling.
- 4:09Speaker 3: And seeing the terrible, awful, horrible, embarrassing Supreme Court decisions
- 4:13Speaker 3: of last month on birthright citizenship and on allowing the
- 4:17Speaker 3: counting of late ballots past Election Day, does anyone feel
- 4:21Speaker 3: confident we'd even get a positive outcome for the Supreme Court?
- 4:26Speaker 3: And then there's the final problem with the SAVE Act.
- 4:28Speaker 3: It doesn't go far enough. It never addresses the disaster
- 4:32Speaker 3: of machine voting versus paper ballots. The SAVE Act could
- 4:36Speaker 3: pass and elections would still be stolen by machine vote fraud.
- 4:41Speaker 3: In particular, fraud committed by foreign enemies of the United States.
- 4:45Speaker 3: So knowing all that, while the whole GOP was obsessing
- 4:48Speaker 3: 24-7 with finding some long shot, one in a million
- 4:53Speaker 3: way to pass the SAVE Act, I came up with
- 4:55Speaker 3: something a thousand times better that addresses every failing of
- 4:59Speaker 3: the SAVE Act. The problem is that most MAGA conservatives
- 5:04Speaker 3: still do not understand why my national security emergency is
- 5:08Speaker 3: so much better than the famous and, I believe, flawed
- 5:12Speaker 3: SAVE Act. First, understand the most positive sign of all.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Democrats and the media are freaking out about my national
- 5:19Speaker 3: security emergency idea. If Democrats are scared to death, then
- 5:22Speaker 3: you know You know we're on the right track. As
- 5:26Speaker 3: soon as I appeared on Steve Bannon's War Room TV
- 5:28Speaker 3: show to promote this idea, the Democrat media machine led
- 5:31Speaker 3: by George Soros-funded media batters went into overdrive, shrieking at
- 5:36Speaker 3: my idea, howling at the moon, screaming, the sky is falling.
- 5:41Speaker 3: That's because Democrats realize my idea is foolproof. They cannot
- 5:45Speaker 3: stop it. Second, This isn't my first rodeo. This is
- 5:49Speaker 3: my second national security emergency idea. It was already proven
- 5:53Speaker 3: unstoppable the first time around. Way back in 2019, President
- 5:57Speaker 3: Trump could not secure the open border and build his
- 5:59Speaker 3: wall because Congress refused to provide the funding. So I
- 6:03Speaker 3: came up with the idea for President Trump to declare
- 6:05Speaker 3: a national security emergency at the border. And that would
- 6:09Speaker 3: allow him to take the money From the Pentagon budget
- 6:13Speaker 3: to finish building the wall, it would also allow him
- 6:16Speaker 3: to bypass Congress. President Trump adopted an idea. It worked then,
- 6:19Speaker 3: and it will work now. It worked because this national
- 6:22Speaker 3: security emergency could not be challenged in court. The Supreme
- 6:26Speaker 3: Court already ruled in 1983 under Reagan. that a national
- 6:30Speaker 3: security emergency can only be overturned by a two-thirds vote
- 6:33Speaker 3: on both houses of Congress, which is literally impossible to achieve. Third,
- 6:38Speaker 3: my idea is not an executive order. So please stop
- 6:42Speaker 3: confusing the two. Traditional executive orders can be challenged in court,
- 6:46Speaker 3: but a national security emergency is a whole different animal
- 6:49Speaker 3: and cannot be challenged in court. Fact. So I've invented
- 6:53Speaker 3: a way to grab every element of the SAVE Act,
- 6:56Speaker 3: voter ID, proof of citizenship, and strictly limiting mail-in voting. Plus,
- 7:02Speaker 3: this idea adds many more important reforms for election integrity
- 7:06Speaker 3: and rolls them into a foolproof vehicle, a national security
- 7:10Speaker 3: emergency declaration. Again, let me stress, my idea is not
- 7:14Speaker 3: an EO, executive order. It's a national security emergency, a
- 7:18Speaker 3: whole different animal, completely different, and it cannot be challenged
- 7:21Speaker 3: in court. No wonder Democrats are panicking. No wonder Media
- 7:25Speaker 3: Matters is hysterical. Fourth, my idea stops Democrats, i.e., communist
- 7:31Speaker 3: traitors who steal elections, cold in their tracks from using
- 7:34Speaker 3: foreign interference to hack into machines, change vote totals, and
- 7:39Speaker 3: steal elections. Even if the SAVE Act passed, it does
- 7:43Speaker 3: not address machine voter fraud. This national security emergency mandates
- 7:47Speaker 3: voting by paper ballots. This is how Americans have voted
- 7:51Speaker 3: from the beginning of our nation 250 years ago, and
- 7:54Speaker 3: it works. I would also include bans of ballot harvesting
- 7:57Speaker 3: and ballot drop boxes, which are illegal in every other
- 8:01Speaker 3: major country because both practices lead to massive voter fraud. Fifth,
- 8:06Speaker 3: my national security emergency really is based on a serious emergency.
- 8:11Speaker 3: It's based on foreign interference in U.S.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Elections.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Our elections are being rigged. and stolen by foreign enemies
- 8:18Speaker 3: of the United States. President Trump is holding a presidential
- 8:21Speaker 3: address to the nation on Thursday night. Word has it
- 8:23Speaker 3: this will be when he starts to lay out his
- 8:25Speaker 3: case of foreign interference in U.S. elections to the American people,
- 8:29Speaker 3: and not just stolen presidential elections, but dozens of U.S.
- 8:34Speaker 3: Senate and House seats have been stolen. Soon, therefore, I
- 8:37Speaker 3: expect President Trump to declare a national security emergency for elections.
- 8:42Speaker 3: If you think President Trump can't prove foreign enemies are
- 8:44Speaker 3: stealing our elections, I have news for you. Why do
- 8:47Speaker 3: you think America invaded Venezuela's presidential palace, captured their president,
- 8:52Speaker 3: Nicolas Maduro, and brought him back to U.S. soil? Why
- 8:56Speaker 3: go to all that trouble? We could have just bombed
- 8:58Speaker 3: his palace and killed him. Why go to the trouble
- 9:02Speaker 3: of capturing him? Because they needed him to testify. Maduro
- 9:06Speaker 3: coordinated the stolen election of 2020, knows the details of
- 9:10Speaker 3: how it was done, and could testify against Democrat leaders involved.
- 9:15Speaker 3: But the most obvious example of foreign interference in US
- 9:17Speaker 3: elections is a no-brainer. The open border invasion conducted and
- 9:23Speaker 3: coordinated by Democrats to change the demographics of the electorate.
- 9:28Speaker 3: The plan was simple and purposeful. Open the borders, invite
- 9:32Speaker 3: the whole world in, wave them in, illegally register them
- 9:36Speaker 3: to vote, and use the illegal alien foreign invaders to
- 9:40Speaker 3: steal elections across the USA. Non-citizens are voting. That is
- 9:45Speaker 3: a fact. This is the perfect proof of foreign interference
- 9:49Speaker 3: in US elections and the perfect reason to declare a
- 9:52Speaker 3: national security emergency for elections. It all starts with President
- 9:56Speaker 3: Trump's address to the nation on Thursday night. Want to bet?
- 10:02Speaker 1: Alright.
- 10:03Speaker 3: That was my opening commentary. I've been campaigning for this.
- 10:06Speaker 3: I've been lobbying for this. I don't know what word
- 10:08Speaker 3: you want to use. I've been begging for this. I've
- 10:10Speaker 3: been hounding this. I've been cajoling this. For months and months,
- 10:14Speaker 3: of course, I've been hounded by John Goodman, my national
- 10:17Speaker 3: security expert, who never leaves me alone. He is always pushing, pushing, pushing. Wayne,
- 10:22Speaker 3: push President Trump to do a national security emergency. And
- 10:25Speaker 3: by George, I think we're going to get it. I
- 10:27Speaker 3: think we're going to win this one. All right, the
- 10:29Speaker 3: sponsor of this segment of the show, Zichogenesis Medicine. They're
- 10:35Speaker 3: a biotech company. They've been developing medicines to treat Parkinson's disease.
- 10:40Speaker 3: reverse type 2 diabetes, and to grow new blood vessels
- 10:44Speaker 3: in the heart to reverse heart disease, which is going
- 10:46Speaker 3: to kill about one-third of the people watching right now.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Zika has a new breakthrough to potentially reverse chronic pain.
- 10:53Speaker 3: More than 50 million Americans suffer from chronic pain. Their
- 10:56Speaker 3: medications could lessen or eliminate pains such as neuropathy, back pain,
- 11:01Speaker 3: or migraine headaches. Data shows at least 10% of everyone
- 11:05Speaker 3: watching right now suffers from severe back pain alone. To
- 11:09Speaker 3: get this medicine to market, they're seeking investors to fund
- 11:11Speaker 3: more medical research studies, each as offering investors a royalty
- 11:16Speaker 3: of 50% of cash received until they reach 10 times
- 11:20Speaker 3: their investment. If you're interested in learning more about this
- 11:22Speaker 3: investment opportunity, go to the website they created just for
- 11:25Speaker 3: my fans, cure-war.com. That's cure-war.com. Wouldn't it be great to
- 11:31Speaker 3: make money and help cure diseases at the same time?
- 11:34Speaker 3: Go to cure-war.com. All right, we're headed to a break.
- 11:39Speaker 3: I'm Wayne L.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Root.
- 11:40Speaker 3: The Root, the Root, the Root is on fire. When
- 11:43Speaker 3: we get back, lots of new stories that I haven't
- 11:45Speaker 3: got to yet because... I was busy reading my commentary
- 11:48Speaker 3: I'm so excited about. By the way, it's the lead
- 11:50Speaker 3: commentary at the very top of thegatewaypundit.com. We are the
- 11:54Speaker 3: official podcast of thegatewaypundit.com. This is the big one. I'm
- 11:58Speaker 3: telling you, I've pushed President Trump to do a national
- 12:01Speaker 3: security emergency for borders in 2019, and he funded the
- 12:04Speaker 3: wall with my idea. Now we're going to push him
- 12:07Speaker 3: to put into effect a national security emergency for elections
- 12:10Speaker 3: and stop stolen elections. We'll be right back. All right,
- 12:19Speaker 3: Wayne Allyn Roots, joining me is Silvano DiGenova, owner of
- 12:23Speaker 3: Tangible Investments. Sil, I've known you forever, and I've been
- 12:28Speaker 3: buying gold forever and silver forever and rare coins forever.
- 12:31Speaker 3: It's great to have you with us. With the Iran
- 12:33Speaker 3: deal done, how do you see the economy and inflation
- 12:36Speaker 3: moving in the near future?
- 12:39Speaker 5: Well, nothing's really changed. We're in an inflationary environment. The
- 12:44Speaker 5: government deficits are through the roof. The reality is that
- 12:50Speaker 5: oil prices may come down, but inflation is going to
- 12:53Speaker 5: be with us long term.
- 12:56Speaker 3: How does inflation impact the demand for gold and silver?
- 13:01Speaker 5: Well, the more inflation there is, the more demand there's
- 13:04Speaker 5: going to be for gold. People want to get away
- 13:07Speaker 5: from their paper assets. They want to hold something that
- 13:10Speaker 5: is going to hold its value or appreciate in inflationary times.
- 13:15Speaker 5: And gold and hard assets are the only real thing.
- 13:18Speaker 5: that are an insurance policy against this type of inflation.
- 13:23Speaker 5: And the reality is we may still have rampant inflation.
- 13:28Speaker 5: And we saw that under a different administration. And this
- 13:33Speaker 5: one's doing OK to try and buckle it down. But
- 13:36Speaker 5: long term, government spending is not going to stop. World
- 13:40Speaker 5: government spending is not going to stop. And that's going
- 13:43Speaker 5: to be good for gold and hard assets into perpetuity
- 13:47Speaker 5: at this point.
- 13:49Speaker 3: And world debt is not going to stop, and America's
- 13:51Speaker 3: debt is not going to stop. It just keeps getting
- 13:53Speaker 3: higher and higher. How should buyers of gold and silver
- 13:57Speaker 3: know which gold products to buy and what to avoid?
- 14:01Speaker 5: Well, they certainly don't want to buy products that trade
- 14:05Speaker 5: or are being offered.
- 14:06Speaker 1: At big premiums.
- 14:08Speaker 5: If you're going to buy gold as your hedge, you
- 14:11Speaker 5: want it as close to the spot price of gold
- 14:14Speaker 5: as possible. Right now, we have an anomaly. You can
- 14:18Speaker 5: actually buy some fairly rare coins at no premium or
- 14:23Speaker 5: very little premium to just bullion coins, like $ 20 gold
- 14:28Speaker 5: pieces that are 100 years old. We're selling them at
- 14:33Speaker 5: $ 50 over the melt price.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Or you can buy.
- 14:39Speaker 5: Bullion coins from us at a very small premium over
- 14:43Speaker 5: the spot price. You know, there's a lot of gimmicks
- 14:46Speaker 5: out there, a lot of companies selling certified gold coins
- 14:50Speaker 5: at big premiums and saying.
- 14:52Speaker 1: They're a gold investment.
- 14:53Speaker 3: Well, they're not.
- 14:54Speaker 5: I mean, you're going to have to overcome their markup.
- 14:58Speaker 3: If you want gold, silver, precious metals, or rare coins
- 15:01Speaker 3: from a real firm with real credibility and honest pricing,
- 15:04Speaker 3: call Sill. Tangible Investments is Silvana's company. 888-330-4351. Or go
- 15:11Speaker 3: to the website they created just for my fans. Rootforgold.com.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Tell them war sent you. All right, Wayne Allyn Root,
- 15:46Speaker 3: welcome back to Warzone Live, official podcast of The Gateway Pundit,
- 15:51Speaker 3: number five, most popular conservative website in America, behind only
- 15:55Speaker 3: Fox News and Breitbart and The Wall Street Journal and
- 15:58Speaker 3: The New York Post. Very impressive company we're keeping. You
- 16:01Speaker 3: can reach me at RootForAmerica.com. And you can email me anytime,
- 16:05Speaker 3: WayneRoot at gmail.com. And don't forget about my call-in show
- 16:09Speaker 3: called America Speaks, which starts an hour– well, actually, it's
- 16:13Speaker 3: about an hour 45 from now. It's an hour after
- 16:15Speaker 3: this show ends. When this podcast ends, my show starts
- 16:19Speaker 3: on Real America's Voice TV, but it's on their YouTube channel.
- 16:22Speaker 3: And then it replays on Real America's Voice TV at
- 16:25Speaker 3: midnight Eastern, 9 p.m. Pacific. But it's live on YouTube.
- 16:31Speaker 3: at 6 p.m., and you can call in at 6 p.m. Eastern,
- 16:34Speaker 3: 3 p.m. Pacific, 800-347-ROOT. If you ever wanted to talk
- 16:37Speaker 3: to Wayne Root live on the air or give your opinion,
- 16:40Speaker 3: doesn't matter if you want to talk to me, if
- 16:41Speaker 3: you just want to tell America what you think about
- 16:43Speaker 3: certain issues in the news, 800-347-ROOT, and you can leave
- 16:47Speaker 3: a voicemail 24 hours a day. You just press a button,
- 16:50Speaker 3: want to talk to Wayne live, press a button if
- 16:51Speaker 3: you want to leave voicemail, and I play your voicemails
- 16:54Speaker 3: on the air, 800-347-ROOT. If you're scared of talking to Wayne,
- 16:58Speaker 3: just leave a voicemail, 800-347-ROOT. I don't bite. 800-347-ROOT. I
- 17:03Speaker 3: promise you. But if you want to talk to me,
- 17:06Speaker 3: just press the button that says you want to wait
- 17:08Speaker 3: in line and talk to Wayne on the air. 800-347-ROOT.
- 17:11Speaker 3: And that starts at 6 o'clock Eastern, 3 o'clock Pacific.
- 17:15Speaker 3: All right. Rashida Tlaib lays out her socialist agenda in
- 17:20Speaker 3: a rage-filled rant. The Democrat Socialists of America have taken
- 17:24Speaker 3: over the Democrat Party. And I've always argued Democrats were
- 17:28Speaker 3: always socialists, but they couldn't say it out loud because
- 17:32Speaker 3: they'd be thrashed at the polls. They'd be destroyed. So
- 17:37Speaker 3: they were always socialists, but they couldn't say it. But
- 17:39Speaker 3: now they're not only saying it, but they're saying it
- 17:41Speaker 3: with gusto. They're a bunch of communists. They hate America.
- 17:46Speaker 3: They've made it very clear they want to dismantle our country,
- 17:49Speaker 3: and they hate Jews and want to dismantle Israel. Rashida
- 17:52Speaker 3: Tlaib speaking at the People's Conference for Palestine repeated what
- 17:56Speaker 3: we've known for a while by saying America is built
- 18:01Speaker 3: on things like slavery and white supremacy, and they can
- 18:05Speaker 3: use that as grounds to justify abolishing our government and
- 18:09Speaker 3: abolishing our constitution. Rashida Tlaib said, the political structures that
- 18:13Speaker 3: we are surrounded by were built on slavery and genocide
- 18:16Speaker 3: and oppression. Look at this room, mother you-know-whaters. We aren't
- 18:21Speaker 3: going anywhere. Now we're in Congress and every corner of
- 18:24Speaker 3: the United States. She said, real change doesn't come. We're
- 18:30Speaker 3: all surrounded by, and what this country is built by, slavery, genocide, rape,
- 18:34Speaker 3: and oppression. That's interesting because all the rapes and all
- 18:37Speaker 3: the murders... all happen in black neighborhoods. So I don't
- 18:41Speaker 3: know what rape and oppression she's talking about against people
- 18:43Speaker 3: of color. It's people of color that are committing all
- 18:46Speaker 3: the rapes and murders in literally inner city neighborhoods. There's
- 18:50Speaker 3: no rape and murder in white neighborhoods. I don't know
- 18:52Speaker 3: what she's talking about. No one's doing it to black
- 18:54Speaker 3: people in white neighborhoods. Black people with money can move
- 18:57Speaker 3: to white neighborhoods. Nobody cares. I don't care if my
- 18:59Speaker 3: neighbor's black on one side, Latina on the other, and gay.
- 19:02Speaker 3: Two doors down. If you have the same amount of
- 19:04Speaker 3: money as me, God bless you. Welcome to the neighborhood.
- 19:06Speaker 3: Nobody's raping you. No one's murdering you. She said, Gaza
- 19:10Speaker 3: is the compass in this country. Now we're in Congress.
- 19:12Speaker 3: We're in every corner of the United States. I'm telling you,
- 19:17Speaker 3: the Democrat Party is now full-blown commie. They're the full Monty.
- 19:22Speaker 3: They're totally communist. And if they were to get power,
- 19:26Speaker 3: they would murder Jews. They would round up Christians. They
- 19:29Speaker 3: would enslave Christians. And they would destroy this country from
- 19:32Speaker 3: beginning to end. Steal all your money. We'd become Cuba overnight. Right?
- 19:37Speaker 6: Right?
- 19:37Speaker 3: Look around your constituency, says an answer to her on
- 19:42Speaker 3: X to Rashida Tlaib. Someone says, look around your constituency, Rashida.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Muslims have held people as slaves for centuries. So you're
- 19:52Speaker 3: just dealing with such scum of the earth. Scum of
- 19:56Speaker 3: the earth. Yeah, they're in every quarter of Congress. Right.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Like I say, Joe McCarthy was right. He was just early.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Here's another story. What kind of person did the show
- 20:10Speaker 3: you exactly the type. I can't wait to read this one.
- 20:13Speaker 3: In the deleted pictures and posts of one DSA member
- 20:17Speaker 3: from Denver, you will find out why they're simultaneously the
- 20:20Speaker 3: least and most scary contingent on the American political spectrum.
- 20:24Speaker 3: So in New York City, three virulently anti-Israel, pro-Medicare for all,
- 20:28Speaker 3: DSA candidates backed by DSA Mayor Zoran Mondami won the
- 20:32Speaker 3: Democrat primaries for the U.S. House. One week later in Colorado,
- 20:36Speaker 3: I mentioned this on my podcast and on my shows,
- 20:38Speaker 3: Malat Kiros I just mentioned this on my Top Ten
- 20:42Speaker 3: show on Saturday. A DSA insurgent who has been working
- 20:47Speaker 3: as a barista after she was fired from her legal
- 20:49Speaker 3: job due to an anti-Semitic pro-Hamas open letter to law
- 20:53Speaker 3: firms won a Democrat primary to unseat a Democrat who's
- 20:57Speaker 3: been representing the Denver area district since 1997. Roughly a
- 21:02Speaker 3: third of Democratic voters now want candidates who describe themselves
- 21:05Speaker 3: as Democrat socialists. Even as even as Graham Platner had
- 21:10Speaker 3: to step down in Maine, you know, with the with
- 21:13Speaker 3: the Nazi tattoo on his chest and spent most of
- 21:16Speaker 3: his life as a blackout alcoholic who rapes and assaults women. Allegedly,
- 21:22Speaker 3: even with that, you know, you know, it's like it's
- 21:24Speaker 3: like the women who see Islam and the men who
- 21:27Speaker 3: beat the crap out of them and rape them every
- 21:29Speaker 3: single day. You know, just when there's no goats around,
- 21:32Speaker 3: they rape the women. There's no goats. There's no cows.
- 21:36Speaker 3: There's nothing else to rapes. Then they rape the women
- 21:39Speaker 3: or they stone them. They bury them to their neck
- 21:40Speaker 3: and they stone them or they pour acid in their face.
- 21:43Speaker 3: If a little girl wants to go to school and
- 21:45Speaker 3: they see this, and then there's white American women who go, Oh,
- 21:49Speaker 3: I want to be married. I want to change to
- 21:51Speaker 3: Muslim and go marry a Muslim. Anybody who sees what
- 21:55Speaker 3: the Democrat socialists are like and wants to be a
- 21:58Speaker 3: Democrat socialist is sick in the head, sick in the head. So, um,
- 22:04Speaker 3: I just want to see if they've got anything about
- 22:08Speaker 3: who these people look like. A bunch of scared white
- 22:12Speaker 3: kids wearing masks in July of 2026, like it was
- 22:15Speaker 3: the peak of COVID hysteria. Half the people at the DSA,
- 22:21Speaker 3: Democrat Socialist Meeting, packed house, lying out the door, and
- 22:25Speaker 3: half of them were wearing masks. That's funny. I had
- 22:28Speaker 3: no idea what to expect. I thought they were just
- 22:30Speaker 3: going to say they're all ugly because communists are always ugly.
- 22:33Speaker 3: They're the ugliest people in the world. But they're all
- 22:36Speaker 3: wearing masks at DSA events. That's probably because they're ugly.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Ugly people took advantage of COVID. They said, wow, for
- 22:44Speaker 3: the first time we can wear a mask over our
- 22:46Speaker 3: face and nobody can see us. I might actually get
- 22:48Speaker 3: a date. If they can only see my eyes, I
- 22:50Speaker 3: might get a date. The ugliest people in the world
- 22:53Speaker 3: are communists. And they're all wearing masks now in the
- 22:56Speaker 3: year 2026. Can you imagine how mentally ill these people are?
- 22:59Speaker 3: How effed up these people are? And they want the
- 23:03Speaker 3: streets to run blood red with the blood of their enemies.
- 23:07Speaker 3: They evoke images of Lenin and Mao and Marx. They're
- 23:10Speaker 3: all crazy. They're all absolutely crazy. I think throughout history
- 23:16Speaker 3: you find that communist mobs have masks over their face.
- 23:20Speaker 3: The DSA, Democrat Socialists, call for abolishing the Constitution. Our
- 23:26Speaker 3: goal is to put workers in charge of the government
- 23:28Speaker 3: through a new democratic constitution. They're just absolutely insane. Think
- 23:34Speaker 3: about this for a minute. You just can't argue that
- 23:38Speaker 3: we're the greatest nation in the history of the world.
- 23:42Speaker 3: And you can't argue with that because we are. And
- 23:45Speaker 3: yet what got us there? The Constitution. And they want
- 23:48Speaker 3: to destroy it, set it on fire and change our
- 23:51Speaker 3: country to Cuba. It's just insanity. All right, when we
- 23:59Speaker 3: get back, my guest is in the house, and we'll
- 24:02Speaker 3: talk about Mondami. He's roasted over the assertion that higher
- 24:06Speaker 3: New York City rapes, rape is up dramatically in New
- 24:08Speaker 3: York City since he became mayor. It comes from the
- 24:11Speaker 3: expanded definition of rape, he says. Can you imagine if
- 24:16Speaker 3: a Republican said that? Oh, murders are up because we've
- 24:19Speaker 3: made murder a different category. Rapes are up because we're
- 24:22Speaker 3: actually expanding the definition of rape. It's not because you've
- 24:26Speaker 3: turned illegal aliens loose in your town. It's not because
- 24:29Speaker 3: you've turned Muslims loose in your town, radical Islam crazy
- 24:33Speaker 3: men who rape goats and now they're choosing women instead because,
- 24:36Speaker 3: you know, women are a better target than goats if
- 24:38Speaker 3: you can get them. It's not that. It must be
- 24:41Speaker 3: because we've expanded the definition of rape. Sounds like Harvey
- 24:45Speaker 3: Weinstein to me. I don't know. Sponsor of this segment
- 24:48Speaker 3: of the show is VRA, Vertical Research Advisory. Instead of
- 24:51Speaker 3: reading this, I'm not going to read it. I'm just
- 24:53Speaker 3: going to tell you. I'm going to speak from the heart.

- 27:22Speaker 3: great friends, John and Chelsea Jubilee of Energized Health. Energized
- 27:27Speaker 3: Health changed my life. I lost 25 pounds of fat,
- 27:30Speaker 3: including dangerous inner body, visceral fat, and gained about 10
- 27:34Speaker 3: pounds of muscle and intercellular hydration in only 88 days. Now,
- 27:39Speaker 3: over two years later, I look and feel the best
- 27:41Speaker 3: of my life. I'll be on this program for a
- 27:43Speaker 3: life because it's easy, all based on a foundation of
- 27:46Speaker 3: the life pain changers, extra and intracellular hydration. Now science
- 27:51Speaker 3: backs it up. A new study just released by the
- 27:54Speaker 3: National Institutes of Health reveals that proper hydration might slow
- 27:58Speaker 3: down the aging process and prolong the disease-free life. Here's
- 28:01Speaker 3: your chance to be like Wayne. Energized Health can change
- 28:04Speaker 3: your life just like it did for me. Right now,
- 28:07Speaker 3: Energized Health is offering my fans the war 40% off discount,

- 28:23Speaker 3: Allen Root, America Speaks. You call in and we talk
- 28:26Speaker 3: about it. Your opinions, your comments, your questions. How do
- 28:30Speaker 3: you call in?
- 28:30Speaker 1: 800-347-ROOT.
- 28:34Speaker 3: 800-347-ROOT, 800-347-7668. The show airs at midnight East Coast time,
- 28:40Speaker 3: 9 p.m. Pacific, but we tape it at 6 p.m.
- 28:44Speaker 3: East Coast time, 3 p.m. Pacific. So you call in
- 28:48Speaker 3: at 6 p.m. Eastern, and I talk to you, and
- 28:51Speaker 3: it airs that night at midnight. The phone number again, 800-347-ROOT.
- 28:54Speaker 3: That number is 24-7. You can leave voicemails. We play
- 29:00Speaker 3: your voicemails on the air as well. Hey, Wayne, what
- 29:03Speaker 3: do you think about Obama? He was a communist, socialist,
- 29:06Speaker 3: Marxist radical. I agree. Or you can email me, waynebrook
- 29:11Speaker 3: at gmail.com. I'll read your email live on the air
- 29:15Speaker 3: with your comments or questions. America speaks. My new book
- 29:29Speaker 3: is out, how illegal immigrants have made America great. You
- 29:32Speaker 3: can only get it at Amazon. How illegal immigrants have
- 29:34Speaker 3: made America great. Finally, all of their unsung achievements in
- 29:39Speaker 3: one book. And it's 100 plus blank pages. Okay, I
- 29:42Speaker 3: get it. It's a gag gift. And it even says
- 29:44Speaker 3: on the front, warning, do not show this book to Democrats.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Their heads will explode. And the greatest gift ever for conservatives, Republicans,
- 29:51Speaker 3: MAGA patriots, and anyone born in the USA, how illegal
- 29:54Speaker 3: immigrants have made America great. 100 blank pages. Go get
- 29:58Speaker 3: 10 copies, 20 copies. Give it out to all your friends.
- 30:00Speaker 3: So they get the message that illegal immigrants have not
- 30:03Speaker 3: done anything to make America great. And by the way,
- 30:07Speaker 3: understand my theory here. Legal immigrants have done lots of
- 30:10Speaker 3: things to make America great. Our whole country is legal immigrants.
- 30:13Speaker 3: My grandparents were legal immigrants. Your grandparents were legal immigrants.
- 30:17Speaker 3: Your great grandparents were legal immigrants. All right. Way down
- 30:53Speaker 3: the road. Welcome back. We've got a guest here. I
- 30:56Speaker 3: do want to start, though, by mentioning Mondami, Mayor Mondami,
- 31:00Speaker 3: New York City's CompStat data. That's the police data. shows
- 31:05Speaker 3: a 6.6% increase in rape compared to the same time
- 31:10Speaker 3: last year. That's with Mondami as mayor. Rape is up dramatically.
- 31:13Speaker 3: And instead of agreeing that rape is up dramatically, he
- 31:17Speaker 3: says that's because there's an expanded definition of rape. And
- 31:21Speaker 3: it's not Wayne Reuters hitting him. The whole country's hitting him.
- 31:24Speaker 3: Mondami's comments on the expanded definition of what counts as
- 31:28Speaker 3: rape surprised his critics. While Mondami's defenders online said he
- 31:32Speaker 3: was merely providing context, and was not downplaying the seriousness
- 31:36Speaker 3: of rape, others called out what they viewed as his
- 31:39Speaker 3: dismissal of the upswing. Expanding the legal definition of rape
- 31:44Speaker 3: was an important step towards recognizing more survivors under the law,
- 31:47Speaker 3: but it should never be used to deflect from the
- 31:49Speaker 3: responsibility to reduce sexual violence. How did women vote for
- 31:54Speaker 3: this guy, said women's activist Riley Gaines. Republican Texas Representative
- 31:59Speaker 3: Chip Roy remarked, Rapes are up. Rents are up. Foreign
- 32:02Speaker 3: diseases and parasites spreading. Historic churches burning left and right.
- 32:06Speaker 3: Elect the third world. Get the third world. And Clay
- 32:08Speaker 3: Travis said, sure, New York City rents hit an all-time
- 32:11Speaker 3: high today, but at least the mayor is still very
- 32:14Speaker 3: eloquent on social media. Whoops. All right. Can you imagine
- 32:21Speaker 3: if a conservative made the mistake of saying rape isn't
- 32:24Speaker 3: really up? It's the definition that's up. Crazy.
- 32:27Speaker 1: All right.
- 32:27Speaker 3: My guest is here, Jim Paff. The president of the
- 32:30Speaker 3: conservative caucus is with us. Hey, that's an interesting background.
- 32:33Speaker 3: Where are you, Jim? That's new. Is that just a
- 32:35Speaker 3: new background for you or you're away somewhere? I'm away.
- 32:38Speaker 1: I'm in Colorado. And I was on vacation this last
- 32:42Speaker 1: week and my flight got canceled yesterday. So I'm just
- 32:45Speaker 1: kind of juggling things around.
- 32:46Speaker 3: Well, it's a beautiful background. Maybe you should stay in Colorado.
- 32:49Speaker 3: I like it.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe. I lived in Colorado for most of this century.
- 32:53Speaker 1: I've missed it a lot.
- 32:55Speaker 3: To make Wayne Root happy, you should stay in Colorado. No,
- 32:57Speaker 3: I'm just kidding around with you. All right, so your
- 33:00Speaker 3: reaction to Lindsey Graham's very sudden and untimely passing.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Well, listen, I've been a harsh critic of Lindsey Graham
- 33:10Speaker 1: in a lot of areas. But as I said when
- 33:12Speaker 1: I posted up on this, you know, when it comes
- 33:15Speaker 1: to death, there is no politics. You know, you're always
- 33:18Speaker 1: sad to see someone pass away, at least almost always.
- 33:23Speaker 1: I guess maybe unless it's a truly evil person. And
- 33:27Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham has had, in my mind, his issues. But
- 33:30Speaker 1: that said, you know, I think the guy sincerely wanted–
- 33:35Speaker 1: the country to do well. I just, you know, there
- 33:38Speaker 1: were issues on the neocon end of things, I would
- 33:41Speaker 1: put it, that seemed far too aggressive for me. But
- 33:44Speaker 1: I do think he wanted the country to do well.
- 33:47Speaker 1: It is the bigger impact, and I think the more
- 33:49Speaker 1: important impact here, is that we need to see what's
- 33:52Speaker 1: going to happen in Congress now, because he had a
- 33:55Speaker 1: way of helping Donald Trump get things done that he
- 33:58Speaker 1: wanted to do, and you have to give him credit
- 34:00Speaker 1: for that. Also, he was a very strong voice against
- 34:05Speaker 1: the weaponization that Democrats have used on Supreme Court nominees
- 34:11Speaker 1: and other judicial nominees. And that gets lost because he
- 34:14Speaker 1: was very capable of working that in the system as well.
- 34:18Speaker 1: All right.
- 34:19Speaker 3: By the way, will that have an effect on the
- 34:22Speaker 3: passage of President Trump's bills? I mean, I'm going to
- 34:25Speaker 3: say something you're going to be shocked at, okay, Jim?
- 34:28Speaker 3: Because you know that I'm a huge fan of President Trump,
- 34:30Speaker 3: and I love President Trump, and I'm always with him.
- 34:33Speaker 3: But I think this is the stupidest thing I've ever heard,
- 34:36Speaker 3: naming Lindsey Graham's sister to replace him. What the hell
- 34:40Speaker 3: has she ever done? to be a United States Senator.
- 34:43Speaker 3: What is her achievements in life? Last I checked, she
- 34:46Speaker 3: was some sort of a social worker who got disabled
- 34:50Speaker 3: people jobs. What has that got to do with being
- 34:53Speaker 3: a U.S. Senator? Has she ever been elected? No. Should
- 34:57Speaker 3: she be elected? I have no idea. I don't know
- 34:59Speaker 3: anything about what she believes in. Is she a conservative?
- 35:02Speaker 3: Is she MAGA? Is she a rhino like her brother?
- 35:05Speaker 3: I have no idea. Don't you find that strange? that
- 35:09Speaker 3: you name someone's sister to replace a United States senator?
- 35:13Speaker 1: And it would depend on the person. I will tell you,
- 35:18Speaker 1: they wanted to have a placeholder so that they could
- 35:21Speaker 1: have a real primary and not give someone the leg up.
- 35:24Speaker 3: I mean, why?
- 35:25Speaker 1: Actually, I think the way you put it in politics,
- 35:27Speaker 1: you do want to do that. But in terms of her, no.
- 35:30Speaker 1: I mean, there's no qualification at all. Part of this
- 35:35Speaker 1: I would have to imagine is that she's going to
- 35:37Speaker 1: be an easy yes vote. You just president, just call
- 35:40Speaker 1: her up. What I need you to do and she'll
- 35:43Speaker 1: do it. And that's also not always the best way
- 35:48Speaker 1: to do people in elected positions, you know, even if
- 35:52Speaker 1: they're replacing someone that's passed away. So I'm with you.
- 35:54Speaker 1: I think it's I think it's kind of odd. And
- 35:57Speaker 1: I don't think doing it in honor of Lindsay to
- 36:01Speaker 1: help his sister get elected, whatever. Those are good reasons
- 36:05Speaker 1: for all this. This is politics. We need people that
- 36:07Speaker 1: are in there. ready to roll, or at least close
- 36:10Speaker 1: enough to ready to roll.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Well, yeah, think about South Carolina. It's an all-Republican red state.
- 36:14Speaker 3: You don't have a governor, a lieutenant governor, a state senator,
- 36:17Speaker 3: a state assemblyman, a congressman that's ready to fill the
- 36:20Speaker 3: role as an interim. You have to pick the sister.
- 36:23Speaker 3: Why would you pick anyone's sister? What have they done
- 36:27Speaker 3: to qualify as a U.S.
- 36:28Speaker 1: Senator?
- 36:28Speaker 3: It just drives me crazy. I don't know what she
- 36:30Speaker 3: believes in. So maybe she's going to be, as you said,
- 36:33Speaker 3: a yes woman who does whatever Trump wants. I don't know.
- 36:36Speaker 3: Lindsey Graham didn't do whatever Trump wanted. Trump acts like
- 36:39Speaker 3: he was the greatest senator. Do you know his heritage rating, Jim,
- 36:42Speaker 3: was 52 percent? Lindsey Graham was a rhino semi-liberal.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Yeah, it's horrible. And what I pointed out are just
- 36:51Speaker 1: a few instances where he could have been helpful. But
- 36:55Speaker 1: the guy was about war. He enjoyed war. And he
- 36:59Speaker 1: rarely would go along with saying what we would want
- 37:04Speaker 1: the House Freedom Caucus guys to do and what they
- 37:06Speaker 1: would do. That was not his play. I remember when
- 37:09Speaker 1: I was working for Congressman Tim Hill's campus as chief
- 37:12Speaker 1: of staff– That was before the House Treatment Caucus became
- 37:16Speaker 1: what it was. I was deeply involved with that. We
- 37:19Speaker 1: were making headway on budget issues. And then suddenly one
- 37:23Speaker 1: day we find out that John McCain and Lindsey Graham
- 37:26Speaker 1: wanted to meet with all of them. And they all accepted.
- 37:29Speaker 1: And I went into that meeting and I was sitting
- 37:31Speaker 1: there thinking, man, this is– This is really nuts. These
- 37:35Speaker 1: people are trying to co-opt what was a really fantastic
- 37:39Speaker 1: Tea Party movement that had begun. And it was people
- 37:42Speaker 1: like Lindsey Graham and John McCain that played a role
- 37:45Speaker 1: in that all getting messed up. So, you know, I just...
- 37:49Speaker 1: That's not honorable. Again, I hate it when people die.
- 37:53Speaker 1: I really feel bad about that. But from the political perspective,
- 37:57Speaker 1: we really need to fill this seat with the right
- 37:59Speaker 1: kind of people, guys like Ralph Norman. Even Nancy Mace
- 38:03Speaker 1: could do really well. I mean, there are some people
- 38:05Speaker 1: who have been there and gone through the rolling around
- 38:09Speaker 1: of the process who could get up to speed quickly
- 38:12Speaker 1: and do what we really need to do. Lindsey Graham
- 38:15Speaker 1: was never a conservative.
- 38:17Speaker 3: Yeah, well, Lindsey Graham's sister is the interim until January.
- 38:19Speaker 3: She's not the one running for the office permanently. But
- 38:23Speaker 3: this Congressman Norman, as an example, do you know him
- 38:25Speaker 3: to be a real staunch conservative? Is that his deal, Norman? Oh, yeah.
- 38:29Speaker 1: I think he's pretty awesome. He was in the House
- 38:31Speaker 1: Freedom Caucus and played a good role. So that would
- 38:35Speaker 1: be someone that's a possibility. You know what his problem is?
- 38:38Speaker 1: You know what his problem is?
- 38:40Speaker 3: Lindsey Graham's dead at 71 and he's 73. It's like
- 38:44Speaker 3: our whole system is filled with old people. You know,
- 38:47Speaker 3: the average young person doesn't want to vote for a 73-year-old.
- 38:51Speaker 3: And I just think it's a problem.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Well, let me say this. If I could have my choice,
- 38:55Speaker 1: the person I'd love to go in there, and I
- 38:57Speaker 1: don't think it's likely to happen, sadly, is Adam Morgan.
- 39:00Speaker 1: You might remember that Adam Morgan was calling out Democrats
- 39:03Speaker 1: and Republicans in the state legislature. He was a state
- 39:06Speaker 1: legislator until recently and attempted to— run in the seat
- 39:12Speaker 1: around Greenville last cycle and was ineffective. But he's in
- 39:17Speaker 1: his late 40s, fantastic conservative. We do need younger people
- 39:21Speaker 1: like that that can really take up the ball and
- 39:24Speaker 1: who have been to battle with people fighting against them
- 39:28Speaker 1: to attempt to tear them down. and survived it. And
- 39:31Speaker 1: he did. So, yeah, that would be my choice. If
- 39:34Speaker 1: I had any choice, that would be the guy. A
- 39:36Speaker 1: couple other possibilities, but he'd be number one on my list.
- 39:39Speaker 3: Well, you know what's funny? I always liked Nancy Mace.
- 39:42Speaker 3: I thought she was great until she started kind of
- 39:45Speaker 3: fighting over the Epstein files and pissed Trump off. Once
- 39:49Speaker 3: she pissed Trump off, then he didn't like her anymore,
- 39:51Speaker 3: and then he endorsed anyone but her and anyone running
- 39:53Speaker 3: against her, and then she lost in the primary for governor.
- 39:56Speaker 3: Now she says she's going to run for this U.S.
- 39:58Speaker 3: Senate seat, but I'd be willing to bet you she
- 40:00Speaker 3: has no traction at all anymore. It's really sad. She
- 40:03Speaker 3: went off the deep end on the Epstein file and
- 40:06Speaker 3: went against Trump, and she ruined her career, and she
- 40:08Speaker 3: was great until then, so... I feel bad because I
- 40:10Speaker 3: thought she would have made a great, perfect U.S. senator.
- 40:15Speaker 3: Let's talk about Graham Platner because that's just such a
- 40:18Speaker 3: stunning thing. You know, that a guy with a Nazi
- 40:21Speaker 3: tattoo who is a blackout drunk who attacked women and
- 40:26Speaker 3: raped women against their will, it appears, allegedly, according to
- 40:30Speaker 3: many women, he was abusive. and maybe raped them or
- 40:33Speaker 3: sexually assaulted them, whatever term you want to use. I
- 40:36Speaker 3: just saw yesterday that the two biggest news aggregators, Apple
- 40:40Speaker 3: and Google, didn't mentioned one word negative about him for
- 40:45Speaker 3: almost a year before this all broke down and exploded
- 40:49Speaker 3: in the Democrat Party's face. So the average voter never knew,
- 40:53Speaker 3: you and I did, and conservatives who listen to our
- 40:55Speaker 3: shows would, but the reality is, Jim, that the average
- 40:59Speaker 3: person who works for a living and has no time
- 41:02Speaker 3: to stare at conservative news all day long did not
- 41:04Speaker 3: know anything about his Nazi tattoo or his blackout drug
- 41:08Speaker 3: background or his sexual abuse background or his rape background.
- 41:12Speaker 3: We got a real problem in this country. The problem
- 41:14Speaker 3: is the media is on the side of Democrats and
- 41:17Speaker 3: we can't get our points across.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Well, thank goodness for X and a few other platforms.
- 41:24Speaker 1: It has helped a little bit, but we're far from
- 41:27Speaker 1: having solved the censorship problem. And, you know, what we're
- 41:31Speaker 1: potentially going to suffer under, as apparently Apple and Google
- 41:36Speaker 1: suffer under, is the desire to use Zoram Mamdani's definition
- 41:41Speaker 1: of rape rather than the real definition of rape. Because
- 41:45Speaker 1: this is a serious issue. I don't care if it's
- 41:48Speaker 1: a Republican or Democrat. You have anyone who acts in
- 41:51Speaker 1: this manner and are given a free ride. It's an outrage.
- 41:56Speaker 6: And it is absolutely we we have to recognize that
- 42:00Speaker 6: if anyone like a Joe Biden administration gets back into power,
- 42:04Speaker 6: we're going right back to the kind of censorship.
- 42:06Speaker 1: Regime we were dealing with. way back in the day.
- 42:10Speaker 1: And that was a very serious problem for us that
- 42:14Speaker 1: we barely survived because we had Elon Musk purchase Twitter,
- 42:21Speaker 1: turn it into X. It's not enough. It's still a
- 42:24Speaker 1: free speech platform, but we've got a lot to fight
- 42:27Speaker 1: for here.
- 42:28Speaker 3: It's done nothing for me. I mean, I was banned
- 42:31Speaker 3: by Twitter in the old days, banned for life. And
- 42:34Speaker 3: Elon reinstated me But somebody there, Jim, doesn't like me.
- 42:39Speaker 3: And someone put their finger, their thumb on my scale.
- 42:42Speaker 3: And the three years that I've been back under Elon,
- 42:45Speaker 3: nobody can see anything I write and nobody can join.
- 42:49Speaker 3: I'm just completely flummoxed. I'm completely whitewashed. I'm completely shadow
- 42:54Speaker 3: banned at X under Elon Musk. Isn't that quite amazing
- 42:57Speaker 3: to hear?
- 42:59Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I think that is amazing to hear. It
- 43:02Speaker 1: just goes right back to the point. We have to
- 43:06Speaker 1: diligently fight. what we need in this country. We have to, listen,
- 43:12Speaker 1: I'll be nice to Lindsey Graham about dying, but I'm
- 43:15Speaker 1: not going to be nice about his career. And we
- 43:18Speaker 1: can't be nice about any of these people's careers. They've
- 43:21Speaker 1: got to come into line with what American values are.
- 43:25Speaker 1: And by the way, you were talking about Rashida Tlaib
- 43:29Speaker 1: before I came on. I was listening to a little
- 43:31Speaker 1: bit of what you said. We need to very aggressively,
- 43:34Speaker 1: if Republicans don't do this, they're failing us miserably. We
- 43:37Speaker 1: need to recognize that people like her who are literally
- 43:40Speaker 1: calling for the overthrow of the American Republic should be
- 43:43Speaker 1: expelled from Congress because they take an oath to the
- 43:46Speaker 1: Constitution that is very clear. And if not willing to
- 43:49Speaker 1: keep it, they should be knocked out. That is how
- 43:52Speaker 1: serious that oath should be treated. And members of Congress
- 43:55Speaker 1: have not done that for years.
- 43:56Speaker 3: I tweeted out just last week. I was on vacation
- 43:59Speaker 3: last week. in beautiful Park City, Utah, and I tweeted
- 44:01Speaker 3: from Park City that President Trump needs to ban communism
- 44:06Speaker 3: in the United States, and he needs to ban communist
- 44:09Speaker 3: groups in the United States, he needs to ban communist
- 44:12Speaker 3: politicians in the United States, and he needs to ban
- 44:15Speaker 3: Sharia law and radical Islam in the United States. You
- 44:18Speaker 3: can't have people preaching the overthrow of capitalism and our
- 44:22Speaker 3: country and democracy in our country. Isn't it weird? Democrats
- 44:25Speaker 3: talk all day long about democracy and Trump is a fascist.
- 44:29Speaker 3: And then they preach the overthrow of everything we believe
- 44:32Speaker 3: in since the day the country was founded. They want
- 44:34Speaker 3: to turn it all into garbage. They want to get
- 44:37Speaker 3: rid of the Constitution. They don't believe in democracy. There
- 44:40Speaker 3: is no democracy if you get rid of the Constitution
- 44:42Speaker 3: and make it a socialist nation.
- 44:44Speaker 1: Strange. Strange. Absolutely. And listen, democracy for them is a
- 44:51Speaker 1: euphemism for authoritarianism because that's what they're seeking through communism.
- 44:55Speaker 1: And then when you talk about fascism, fascism is a
- 44:59Speaker 1: euphemism for what they do politically that they say that
- 45:03Speaker 1: others do when they don't do it. So this is
- 45:06Speaker 1: something we've got to continue to contend for by speaking
- 45:09Speaker 1: out in public and doing what we need to be
- 45:11Speaker 1: doing every election cycle. That's getting good people elected. We're
- 45:17Speaker 1: on the way out.
- 45:18Speaker 3: We're on the run. Jim Papp, president of the Conservative Caucus.
- 45:20Speaker 3: His website is theconservativecaucus.org, theconservativecaucus.org. I hope you are able
- 45:26Speaker 3: to get a new flight and get back home, Jim.
- 45:28Speaker 3: Good luck and safe travels for you. Safe travels. Thanks, sir.
- 45:33Speaker 3: I'll be right back. Wade Elroot. This is Warzone Live.
- 45:49Speaker 3: All right, one of my favorite guests ever, Alan Pariser
- 45:51Speaker 3: is with us, an advocate for greatpatriotstore.com. He's been a
- 45:55Speaker 3: customer for 36 years, almost four decades. My wife and I, Cindy,
- 45:59Speaker 3: do much of our monthly shopping now at greatpatriotstore.com. It's
- 46:04Speaker 3: an alternative to wokeness. It's run by pro-American conservatives. USA
- 46:08Speaker 3: Today voted it one of the best stores in America
- 46:11Speaker 3: in 2025. And with all these communists taking over Ellen Pariser,
- 46:16Speaker 3: New York, Seattle, Chicago, promising cheap government groceries are free,
- 46:21Speaker 3: you need to buy American. Tell us why. Absolutely.
- 46:24Speaker 7: You know, a lot of our competitors have completely lost it.
- 46:27Speaker 7: They've gone totally woke over the years. But our founding
- 46:30Speaker 7: axiom is really very simple. For 41 years, we've been
- 46:34Speaker 7: focused on manufacturing exceptional products at reasonable prices made by
- 46:39Speaker 7: Americans here in America for Americans only.
- 46:42Speaker 3: And we've expanded.
- 46:43Speaker 7: We have manufacturing plants across the United States, distribution plants
- 46:47Speaker 7: across the United States. And not only can Americans get
- 46:50Speaker 7: the best quality, the best price from Great Patriot Store,
- 46:54Speaker 7: in most cases, we can deliver to your front door
- 46:56Speaker 7: even faster than Amazon.
- 46:59Speaker 3: So prices are high everywhere. Procter & Gamble and Amazon
- 47:03Speaker 3: are considering price increases. How do the prices of Great
- 47:06Speaker 3: Patriot Store compare to national brands?
- 47:10Speaker 7: Well, we've got hundreds of products, Wayne, but if you
- 47:12Speaker 7: just take a look at one like our laundry detergent,
- 47:15Speaker 7: we make it, it's patented, and it's literally almost fractions,
- 47:19Speaker 7: almost half the price of our competitors. And you get
- 47:22Speaker 7: 96 loads of wash. It's the best value. There's no
- 47:25Speaker 7: toxic chemicals in any of our products whatsoever. And if
- 47:28Speaker 7: you're looking to lose some of those holiday pounds, you
- 47:31Speaker 7: don't need the shots with the LPG-1 drugs.
- 47:33Speaker 3: We have something called Berberine. Nature's Ozempic is what people
- 47:37Speaker 3: are calling it. It's legit.
- 47:39Speaker 1: It works.
- 47:40Speaker 7: And we've got it at a better price than anybody,
- 47:42Speaker 7: any of our competitors.
- 47:44Speaker 3: All right, we've got just seconds to go, so be quick.
- 47:46Speaker 3: I love your beef. I eat your sirloin and your
- 47:49Speaker 3: New York steak all the time. It's kind of breakfast
- 47:52Speaker 3: and lunch for me all the time. Why is your
- 47:54Speaker 3: beef superior?
- 47:56Speaker 7: Made in America, never, ever any hormones, ever any antibiotics,
- 48:01Speaker 7: no mRNA.
- 48:02Speaker 3: It's all prime.
- 48:03Speaker 7: It's the best quality that you can find at the
- 48:04Speaker 7: best price, free shipping, and it's the best beef on
- 48:07Speaker 7: the planet.
- 48:09Speaker 3: All right, to get your free gift, that's right, a
- 48:12Speaker 3: free gift, purchase the beef and other great American products.
- 48:15Speaker 3: You've got to be a member. Go to greatpatriotstore.com. Fill
- 48:18Speaker 3: out the form. One of their conservative team members will
- 48:21Speaker 3: contact you right away. Greatpatriotstore.com. Happy New Year. Thank you, Alan.
- 48:26Speaker 3: Thank you, Wayne. God bless. All right, last segment of
- 49:06Speaker 3: the show. Everybody is leaving blue states, everybody. I told
- 49:10Speaker 3: you yesterday that $ 11 billion has left New York City
- 49:13Speaker 3: since Mondami became mayor. I keep telling you there's going
- 49:16Speaker 3: to be no money left. I keep telling you it's
- 49:18Speaker 3: the divorce of America. No money left. wants to be
- 49:20Speaker 3: around high-tax states. Nobody wants to be around big regulation states.
- 49:24Speaker 3: No one wants to be around high-crime cities. No one
- 49:26Speaker 3: wants to be around transgender weirdos. Nobody wants to be
- 49:29Speaker 3: around states where you can't carry a gun to protect yourself. Bet.
- 49:34Speaker 3: No one wants to be around the weirdos of the
- 49:35Speaker 3: Democrat Party that are all vile, violent, you know, killers, literally.
- 49:40Speaker 3: Upstate New York man charged with threatening Don Trump Jr.
- 49:43Speaker 1: Online.
- 49:43Speaker 3: He says, I'm going to kill you. James Gerald Eckhart Jr., 39,
- 49:48Speaker 3: of Rochester, New York, allegedly used his full name while
- 49:51Speaker 3: posting a series of chilling threats to President Trump's oldest
- 49:55Speaker 3: son in the chat group on Don Jr. 's podcast.
- 49:59Speaker 3: He said, I'm going to kill you, then expletive, I'm
- 50:01Speaker 3: going to kill this, expletive on the screen. Those were
- 50:04Speaker 3: just some of the messages on the feed for Triggered
- 50:07Speaker 3: with Donald Trump Jr. The threats were spotted by a
- 50:10Speaker 3: member of the U.S. Secret Service on duty at Don Jr.
- 50:12Speaker 3: 's home. He also made repeated threats to Don Jr.
- 50:16Speaker 3: in a rambling eight-minute video on the video platform Rumble
- 50:20Speaker 3: while watching a stream of the First Sons podcast. He said,
- 50:24Speaker 3: you are dead with an expletive in the middle of it.
- 50:27Speaker 3: It's over, guys. I'm going to go to YouTube and
- 50:30Speaker 3: be calm. And I'm going to expletive kill Trump Jr.
- 50:33Speaker 3: We're going to get world peace. Expletive die guy. Try
- 50:37Speaker 3: to get out of this surviving. Expletive you forever. Expletive
- 50:42Speaker 3: you forever. He also allegedly threatened Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovsky.
- 50:48Speaker 3: Earlier posted threats against Rochester's Democrat Mayor Malik Evans.
- 50:53Speaker 7: Um.
- 50:54Speaker 3: I mean, the guy's nuts. A typical crazy leftist. He's nuts.
- 50:58Speaker 3: But he did. I guess he's a fair equal opportunity
- 51:01Speaker 3: moron and crazy man because he went and posted threats
- 51:05Speaker 3: against the Democrat mayor of Rochester as well. He's just nuts.
- 51:09Speaker 3: All the Democrats are nuts. One justice found to be
- 51:13Speaker 3: the most partisan on the Supreme Court.
- 51:15Speaker 1: Guess who?
- 51:16Speaker 3: Guess who? There's one justice who's been determined to be
- 51:19Speaker 3: the most partisan of all, pushing a political agenda against
- 51:22Speaker 3: President Trump in 98 Out of 100 cases, this is
- 51:26Speaker 3: a report for the Federalist Analysis released to readers of
- 51:30Speaker 3: the Wall Street Journal. Katonji Jackson voted against President Trump's
- 51:34Speaker 3: plans and agendas in 98 out of 100 major cases.
- 51:39Speaker 3: Those often accused of being partisan for President Trump, Samuel
- 51:45Speaker 3: Alito agreed with Trump 89% of the time. Clarence Thomas,
- 51:48Speaker 3: 88% of the time. She votes against him 98%. And
- 51:52Speaker 3: that's the point I've tried to make. For so long
- 51:54Speaker 3: now that Democrats claim that, you know, they're nice people.
- 52:01Speaker 3: They're moderate. They're friendly. They're bipartisan. Here in Nevada, I
- 52:08Speaker 3: see it all the time. Our senators have a zero
- 52:12Speaker 3: rating with the Heritage Foundation. Zero. That's, you know, Bernie
- 52:16Speaker 3: Sanders is like at 15 to 18 percent at all times.
- 52:20Speaker 3: And our senators are at zero. And our congresswoman, Susie Lee,
- 52:23Speaker 3: is at zero. Stephen Horsford is our congressman. He's at zero.
- 52:27Speaker 3: Dina Titus, zero. These are the most extreme ideologues, communist
- 52:32Speaker 3: ideologues possible. And they claim they're bipartisan and they're out
- 52:36Speaker 3: to help Nevada. And I find that with all the Democrats,
- 52:41Speaker 3: they're all close to zero. Just wonderful people. Wonderful people.
- 52:47Speaker 3: And that's why everyone's got to get the hell out
- 52:49Speaker 3: of their states. It's the divorce of America, as I
- 52:51Speaker 3: keep saying. Batar's laughing. Paramount Advisors push for California exit
- 52:56Speaker 3: as the state of California sues to block the Warner
- 52:59Speaker 3: Brothers discovery merger. David Ellison is being pushed by confidants
- 53:05Speaker 3: to leave the state. Isn't that funny? Paramount has to
- 53:09Speaker 3: be in the state of California, right? They're Hollywood. They
- 53:13Speaker 3: are Hollywood. They produce movies for a living. And yet
- 53:17Speaker 3: they're going to have to leave California, set up here
- 53:19Speaker 3: in Nevada, bring it to Las Vegas, man. Build a
- 53:22Speaker 3: movie studio here and bring it to Vegas. A lot
- 53:24Speaker 3: of companies are thinking about bringing movie studios to Vegas.
- 53:27Speaker 3: So make us the entertainment capital of the world. You
- 53:29Speaker 3: know what the negative is? There's a real problem with that.
- 53:33Speaker 3: The good news was it would have brought billions of
- 53:34Speaker 3: dollars in business to Nevada. The bad news is it
- 53:37Speaker 3: would bring 10,000.
- 53:38Speaker 1: Liberals to Nevada.
- 53:39Speaker 3: We'd lose elections because of these people. Because you're bringing 10,000 L.A.
- 53:43Speaker 3: Hollywood people here to produce movies. So I was not
- 53:47Speaker 3: really very thrilled about the prospect. But if he owns
- 53:51Speaker 3: Paramount and he wants to put it somewhere, I guess
- 53:54Speaker 3: Las Vegas is as good as anywhere. without nutcases being
- 53:57Speaker 3: involved in trying to change laws to block a merger
- 54:03Speaker 3: that's worth billions and billions of dollars. Crazy. And speaking
- 54:07Speaker 3: of crazy, the UK government lobbied for putting migrants and
- 54:11Speaker 3: transgenders on banknotes on your dollars. You know, they don't
- 54:15Speaker 3: have dollars anymore. obviously, but they have their version of
- 54:18Speaker 3: the dollar. The UK's own cabinet office pushed hard to
- 54:22Speaker 3: overhaul their fiat currency by elevating LGBT plus and transgender
- 54:29Speaker 3: and ethnic minority figures claiming historic greats like Winston Churchill
- 54:34Speaker 3: gave an incomplete picture of British identity. This push came
- 54:39Speaker 3: just before the Bank of England decided to ditch those
- 54:42Speaker 3: same towering historical figures and for images of hedgehogs and foxes.
- 54:48Speaker 3: So they wanted to get rid of Winston Churchill. Can
- 54:51Speaker 3: you imagine the greatest man ever? I mean, I love Trump,
- 54:55Speaker 3: but I put Winston Churchill in the number one position.
- 54:58Speaker 3: You know, maybe number two behind maybe only George Washington.
- 55:02Speaker 3: Maybe it's like George Washington won in the world history,
- 55:06Speaker 3: Winston Churchill too. And maybe number three would be Maybe
- 55:11Speaker 3: Ronald Reagan. Number four would be Donald Trump. Number five
- 55:13Speaker 3: would be Thomas Jefferson. Those are some greats I'd list
- 55:16Speaker 3: in the top five in the history of America and
- 55:18Speaker 3: the world. But Winston Churchill right up there fighting for
- 55:22Speaker 3: number one. That's why his bust is on President Trump's
- 55:25Speaker 3: desk is the Winston Churchill bust along with the Abraham
- 55:28Speaker 3: Lincoln bust. You know why I don't put Lincoln in
- 55:31Speaker 3: the top five? Because Lincoln really was an authoritarian fascist.
- 55:36Speaker 3: I mean, you know, he may have won the Civil
- 55:38Speaker 3: War and he may have kept America together. He did
- 55:40Speaker 3: some great things. But he really was a fascist. He
- 55:44Speaker 3: was a guy that said, if you disagree with me,
- 55:46Speaker 3: I'll send the police to come arrest you, break down
- 55:48Speaker 3: your door and arrest you. He made it illegal to
- 55:51Speaker 3: disagree with the government. So I'm not really a fan
- 55:54Speaker 3: of Lincoln for that reason alone. You can't do that.
- 55:58Speaker 3: The only way I ever believe in you know, stopping
- 56:01Speaker 3: someone from speaking in a free speech nation is communism.
- 56:04Speaker 3: You have no right to be a communist in America.
- 56:07Speaker 3: Communism goes against everything America ever was founded for, ever
- 56:12Speaker 3: believed in, that made us great, that made us the
- 56:14Speaker 3: greatest nation in world history. Communism destroys everything. You can't
- 56:19Speaker 3: allow communism in America. All right. The whole saga is
- 56:25Speaker 3: ridiculous because the core argument for axing Churchill and other
- 56:30Speaker 3: giants was they were too ideologically divisive for modern Britain.
- 56:36Speaker 3: So putting a Muslim on the, you know, some anonymous
- 56:39Speaker 3: nobody Muslim on a bank, on a banknote, on a
- 56:41Speaker 3: fiat currency, on their pound. Oh, that's not a problem.
- 56:46Speaker 3: That's not divisive. They simultaneously pushed and stalled figures selected
- 56:51Speaker 3: explicitly through the lens of identity politics and group representation
- 56:55Speaker 3: and approach guaranteed to be far more polarizing in practice.
- 56:59Speaker 3: It reveals the selective outrage. Traditional British heroes are labeled
- 57:03Speaker 3: divisive for their achievements while injecting contemporary activism onto the
- 57:08Speaker 3: currency is framed as a unifying process.
- 57:11Speaker 1: Right.
- 57:12Speaker 3: They left something out too. The people that make it
- 57:15Speaker 3: onto currency are not just amazing and brilliant and love
- 57:21Speaker 3: their country, but in almost every case, maybe in every
- 57:26Speaker 3: case in history, they're the most successful people with great
- 57:30Speaker 3: achievements in the history of your country and in the
- 57:32Speaker 3: history of, in this case, America, right? I mean, great
- 57:36Speaker 3: people are on the bills, the dollar bills, the $ 20 bills,
- 57:39Speaker 3: the $ 100 bills. And they want to replace them with
- 57:43Speaker 3: people that aren't great. Not just that they're black and
- 57:46Speaker 3: you're only using their color and nothing else. Not just
- 57:49Speaker 3: that they're gay or transgender. Not just that they're communist.
- 57:53Speaker 3: But they've never achieved a damn thing in their lives.
- 57:56Speaker 3: And you're putting them on my $ 20 bill. Crazy. Absolutely crazy.
- 58:03Speaker 3: All right. Let's see if there's any other stories that
- 58:06Speaker 3: catch my fancy. We know that a very big story,
- 58:11Speaker 3: we know that a very big story in the news
- 58:13Speaker 3: right now is the Maine ice shooting. And the Maine,
- 58:17Speaker 3: and that's where, you know, ice officers shot an illegal
- 58:20Speaker 3: alien who was not evidently the subject of who they
- 58:23Speaker 3: were going after with their warrant, but actually was just
- 58:26Speaker 3: driving by and panicked, I guess, when he saw ice officers.
- 58:30Speaker 3: He panicked, then he tried to run them over. Maine
- 58:33Speaker 3: ice shooting witness confirms agents issued Multiple warnings before car
- 58:38Speaker 3: was put into drive and was trying to hit the
- 58:42Speaker 3: ICE officer. A witness to the ICE-involved shooting in Maine
- 58:46Speaker 3: completely obliterated the anti-ICE narrative being pushed by Democrats in
- 58:51Speaker 3: the left-wing media by confirming ICE's account of the incident.
- 58:56Speaker 3: That 26-year-old Joan Sebastian Guerrero of Columbia attempted to run
- 59:01Speaker 3: over ICE agents during a targeted enforcement operation on Monday.
- 59:06Speaker 3: So again, you know, it's always someone who gets killed
- 59:09Speaker 3: is by police or law enforcement or ICE. It's always
- 59:12Speaker 3: someone who did something stupid and caused trouble and didn't
- 59:17Speaker 3: listen to the orders of law enforcement. When a policeman
- 59:21Speaker 3: tells you something, the only answer is yes, sir or yes, ma'am.
- 59:25Speaker 3: It's never do the opposite because you'll get shot. I
- 59:29Speaker 3: don't understand why people don't understand this. All right. You
- 59:33Speaker 3: could argue about it later. You could hire a lawyer later.
- 59:36Speaker 3: You could cry to your mommy and daddy later. But
- 59:40Speaker 3: at the moment, you're standing there with the police. Do
- 59:42Speaker 3: what they tell you to do and be nice and respectful.
- 59:47Speaker 1: All right.

- 1:00:04Speaker 3: its peak, his company, Pinnacle Energy, grew about 100 to
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: 1 for investors. Ultra Petroleum, 1,000 to 1, a $ 10, 000 investment,
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: turned into $ 13 million over 10 years. Need I say more?
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: Have you ever taken $ 10, 000 and turned it into $ 13 million?
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: I would argue most people have never taken $ 10, 000 and
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: turned it into $ 13, 000, let alone $ 130, 000, let alone $ 1. 3 million,
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: let alone $ 13 million. That's the background of this guy.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: And it's all about the surge in AI data centers.
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: They require a lot of energy. And the way to
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: do it is the way to power the AI future
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: of America is with inexpensive, clean, natural gas. Mark Bruner
