- 0:13Speaker 1: divided highway across the province following the death of her sister.

- 0:39Speaker 2: would benefit us the most if they would do the

- 0:47Speaker 2: then do the entire highway would be beneficial to the
- 0:51Speaker 2: entire province.

- 1:20Speaker 3: There are some complicated legal hurdles ahead that needs to
- 1:24Speaker 3: be clarified, and most importantly, international communication between countries involved.
- 1:30Speaker 3: For example, Canadian authorities to continue diplomatic and consular engagement
- 1:34Speaker 3: for global affairs. Moroccan authorities to assist Bouchra as a
- 1:38Speaker 3: Moroccan citizen. And Egyptian authorities to continue addressing legal and
- 1:43Speaker 3: outstanding matters through proper legal channels. And also, very importantly,
- 1:47Speaker 3: Interpol status and clarifying within its mandate and facilitate communication
- 1:52Speaker 3: between countries as well.
