Covington’s new small business incentives are hitting the Latonia corridor hard—starting in FY27, storefronts can get up to $15K in forgivable loans (up from $10K) to upgrade facades, signs, and lighting, based on last year’s Ritte’s Corner study that found better-looking commercial spaces = more foot traffic and investment.
