Wanted: Armed Teen Linked to Double Homicide | Fayetteville News
Roanoke Rapids police are urgently searching for 18-year-old Eric Lamont Martin Junior, who they believe is armed and dangerous after he allegedly shot and killed two Whiteville teens — 15-year-old Mariah Thompson and 19-year-old Patrick Shane Faircloth — on June 22. Another suspect, 19-year-old Isaiah N. Cooper, was arrested for allegedly helping Martin flee the scene and now faces charges for fleeing and obstructing justice. Martin is also wanted in connection with a separate murder in Columbus County just 11 days prior. Authorities warn the public not to approach Martin, but to call 911…
