- 0:01Speaker 1: Now on the Voice of New York. It's the Mark
- 0:04Speaker 1: Simone Show on seven to ten. Woor hey, it's one day.
- 0:10Speaker 1: We got a lot to get to. We'll get to Gaza,
- 0:13Speaker 1: We'll get to the shutdown. We'll get to Portland, We'll
- 0:16Speaker 1: get to MSNBC, Taylor Swift, Mark Sanchez, We'll get to
- 0:23Speaker 1: Netflix has seven big problems. We got lots to talk
- 0:26Speaker 1: about today. We'll get to the mayoral race. Throughout the program.
- 0:30Speaker 1: There's all kinds of myths in this mayoral race. Why
- 0:33Speaker 1: if only Eric Adams would drop out, that would help Cuomo,
- 0:38Speaker 1: then Cuomo could well. First of all, Eric Adams did
- 0:40Speaker 1: drop out. You'll see this coming the polling pretty soon.
- 0:44Speaker 1: This is the myth that people don't get. If Eric
- 0:46Speaker 1: Adams were to drop out, which he did, the votes
- 0:49Speaker 1: don't go to Cuomo. He might pick up a couple,
- 0:52Speaker 1: but half those Adams votes will go to Mom Donnie.
- 0:54Speaker 1: It's not going to change much. You know. He keeps
- 0:56Speaker 1: saying Curtis, if only Curtis would get out. If Curtis
- 0:58Speaker 1: gets out, the votes are not going to Andrew Cuomo.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Curtis's voters aren't switching to Andrew Cuomo. They hate Andrew Cuomo.
- 1:07Speaker 1: At best, they'll just stay home. That'll be it. So
- 1:09Speaker 1: these getting these people to drop out will not affect
- 1:12Speaker 1: the race. But we'll get to the mayor ole race
- 1:14Speaker 1: in detail coming up. President Trump, looks like tomorrow's the end. Well,
- 1:19Speaker 1: tomorrow is the anniversary of October seventh, two year anniversary.
- 1:23Speaker 1: It looks like the deal is going to happen. Now
- 1:27Speaker 1: Hamas is holding out. You got to remember Hamas the
- 1:30Speaker 1: most awful, evil, treacherous, dirtiest, filthiest snakes. So when you
- 1:37Speaker 1: make an agreement with them, I don't know what that's
- 1:40Speaker 1: going to do in the long run. It may get
- 1:42Speaker 1: the hostages out right away, that'll be good. Benjamin Natya,
- 1:47Speaker 1: who had to really really be pressured into it by
- 1:49Speaker 1: Donald Trump basically screaming at him, stop being according to
- 1:53Speaker 1: this exchange, stop being so f a negative. It's a win.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Take it. You're not going to ever do any better
- 1:58Speaker 1: than this. And it looks like it's a pretty good deal.
- 2:03Speaker 1: And if there's delays, that's okay too. Let Israel go
- 2:06Speaker 1: in there and keep finishing up the job. But we'll
- 2:09Speaker 1: see what happens. It'll happen probably in the next couple
- 2:12Speaker 1: of days. Hey, the government shutdown. You know, it's fascinating
- 2:16Speaker 1: if you watch the news, if you watch anything, even
- 2:19Speaker 1: the left left, left wing Morning Joe type shows. The
- 2:23Speaker 1: government shutdown was like the twenty seventh story buried somewhere
- 2:26Speaker 1: half an hour into the show. It's not even a
- 2:29Speaker 1: story anymore. You had that Hakeem Jeffreys all over television
- 2:33Speaker 1: and Schumer yelling everybody's going to die. This is the
- 2:36Speaker 1: worst crisis. Everybody's gonna die. Then Friday they said, we're
- 2:41Speaker 1: off for the weekend. We'll see you next week, and
- 2:43Speaker 1: they left for the weekend. If everybody's going to die,
- 2:45Speaker 1: but we're taking a couple of days off, be back
- 2:47Speaker 1: next week. It's a strange and you can blame Republicans
- 2:52Speaker 1: for that too. They should have been demanding a vote
- 2:55Speaker 1: every second. But the government shutdown is not affecting everybody.
- 2:59Speaker 1: It'll drag on, it doesn't mean much. Do you remember
- 3:01Speaker 1: where you were December twenty eighteen. No, Well, that was
- 3:07Speaker 1: when we had the longest government shutdown ever, thirty five days.
- 3:10Speaker 1: You don't even remember it. You've been through literally a
- 3:13Speaker 1: dozen shutdowns, you don't remember any of them. So don't
- 3:16Speaker 1: worry about it. What else is going on. This is
- 3:22Speaker 1: great news. MSNBC has been thrown out of NBC. NBC
- 3:28Speaker 1: wants nothing to do with MSNBC. They've been told to
- 3:31Speaker 1: get the hell out of the building, get that peacock
- 3:34Speaker 1: off your logo, take our name out of there. It's
- 3:37Speaker 1: going step by step by step. So this week is
- 3:40Speaker 1: when they pull away all of NBC news access from MSNBC.
- 3:46Speaker 1: You know, MSNBC tries to they make it look like
- 3:49Speaker 1: there's some sort of a news network. It's just very,
- 3:52Speaker 1: very very left wing site. Some call it a propaganda site,
- 3:56Speaker 1: but it's extremely slanted pro Democrat stuff. But because they
- 4:03Speaker 1: can keep switching now our NBC News correspondent and then
- 4:06Speaker 1: they can put the NBC News logo, people get the
- 4:09Speaker 1: impression of watching some sort of a news network. It's
- 4:11Speaker 1: not in any way a news network. So this is
- 4:15Speaker 1: the week they'll start taking away every resource of NBC News.
- 4:20Speaker 1: They will not be able to cut to an NBC
- 4:22Speaker 1: News correspondent or say NBC News. They'll have to hire
- 4:25Speaker 1: their own correspondents. They've also they're getting tossed out of
- 4:29Speaker 1: the building over there in Rockefeller Center. They're moving to
- 4:32Speaker 1: temporary studios in Times Square, they by the end of
- 4:36Speaker 1: the year have to stop saying MSNBC. The new name
- 4:39Speaker 1: will be ms NOW. And we've finally been told what
- 4:42Speaker 1: the now will stand for. Ms NOW will stand for.
- 4:50Speaker 1: This is ridiculous. It will stand for my source news
- 4:53Speaker 1: Opinion World. Huh, what the hell does that mean? My
- 4:58Speaker 1: source new Who's opinion world? This is how bad things
- 5:03Speaker 1: are over there. This is all they could come up with.
- 5:05Speaker 2: This.
- 5:06Speaker 1: They had a month to work on this, My source
- 5:08Speaker 1: News Opinion World doesn't even make any sense. Hey, this
- 5:12Speaker 1: just happened. Moments ago. Gallaine Maxwell had gone to the
- 5:16Speaker 1: Supreme Court to get her conviction overturned. Supreme Court turned
- 5:20Speaker 1: her down. So that's it as far as getting the
- 5:23Speaker 1: conviction overturned. Supreme Court rejected her bid to do that. Hey,
- 5:28Speaker 1: the Charlie kirkshooter apparently the assassin. They've absolutely confirmed everything
- 5:33Speaker 1: about him being there. I guess he didn't take his
- 5:38Speaker 1: cell phone, you know, they would have a GPS tracker
- 5:40Speaker 1: in it, but they were able to confirm it. The campus.
- 5:43Speaker 1: College campuses don't have great security, but they do have
- 5:46Speaker 1: great surveillance video, and they've used the surveillance video. They've
- 5:50Speaker 1: tracked the shooter every inch of the way. They know
- 5:53Speaker 1: exactly what he did. Apparently came a couple hours before
- 5:56Speaker 1: the shooting, walked around, scoped out the whole area, left,
- 6:01Speaker 1: changed his clothes to all that black, and then came
- 6:03Speaker 1: back and that's when it happened. They've also got his footprints.
- 6:07Speaker 1: He was wearing these Converse sneakers, which they have and
- 6:10Speaker 1: they absolutely match all the footprints on the roof and everywhere.
- 6:15Speaker 1: So it looks like a sure conviction for this guy.
- 6:18Speaker 1: You know, normally if you have an assassination, there's NonStop
- 6:22Speaker 1: coverage of the assassin. Remember Lee Harvey Oswald. They delve
- 6:26Speaker 1: into all these reports and stories about Oswald, has passed
- 6:29Speaker 1: his life, his family is This same thing happened with
- 6:32Speaker 1: Sirhan Sirhan and James Earl Ray. But because these are
- 6:37Speaker 1: Republicans that are targets, no coverage, no coverage the Trump
- 6:41Speaker 1: shooting in Pennsylvania. Have you ever heard one word about
- 6:44Speaker 1: the assassin, instant cover up, not a word about it, nothing,
- 6:50Speaker 1: not even mentioned second Trump shooter, not a word of
- 6:54Speaker 1: coverage about who the guy is or anything about him.
- 6:57Speaker 1: And the same thing with this Charlie Kirk shooter. No
- 7:00Speaker 1: coverage at all. Speaking to no coverage. Here's the most
- 7:04Speaker 1: uncovered story, no coverage at all of this from mainstream media.
- 7:09Speaker 1: There's a Virginia race, governor's race, attorney general's race, and
- 7:13Speaker 1: the Democratic candidate, Attorney General j Jones, gets caught calling
- 7:18Speaker 1: for assassination, endorsing assassination of Republicans. They find his text
- 7:24Speaker 1: messages where he's talking about certain Republicans and he says
- 7:28Speaker 1: things like two bullets in the head for this guy
- 7:31Speaker 1: and one bullet for his family. Literally just talking about assassination,
- 7:36Speaker 1: endorsing assassinations. So everybody calling, well not everybody, but Republicans
- 7:40Speaker 1: calling for this Jay Jones to drop out of the race,
- 7:44Speaker 1: and not a word from Democrats about it. Democrats should
- 7:48Speaker 1: be condemning this kind of stuff, this calling for assassination.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Nothing from them. The only Democrat that commented on it
- 7:55Speaker 1: tried to defend it, said, well, it was a private conversation.
- 7:58Speaker 1: But even the Sunday shows would not cover this story.
- 8:03Speaker 1: One of the panelists sorts of very end to meet
- 8:05Speaker 1: the press brought it up and the subject was quickly changed.
- 8:10Speaker 1: But it's amazing what they will not cover. They just
- 8:15Speaker 1: bury this stuff. There's another story you'll never see you
- 8:19Speaker 1: won't read this anywhere. Netflix stock is plunging because of
- 8:23Speaker 1: their pro trans stuff. They've been promoting transgender stuff, offending
- 8:28Speaker 1: a lot of the audience. It's no need to promote this,
- 8:32Speaker 1: but I don't know why, but Netflix has been doing it.
- 8:35Speaker 1: The stock is plunging as a result. You got to
- 8:38Speaker 1: get that book, Charlie Gasprino's book, Go Woke, Go Broke.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Read the book. It's not going to help any company
- 8:44Speaker 1: to go woke. Chub Insurance that's considered the finest insurance company, Chubb.
- 8:51Speaker 1: You know, you got all your regular insurance companies, but
- 8:53Speaker 1: there's AIG is very good and all that, but Chubb
- 8:57Speaker 1: is like the gold standard. But he gives better coverage
- 9:01Speaker 1: than Chubb. It's expensive, you gotta pay a lot more,
- 9:04Speaker 1: and they turned down a lot of people. It's not
- 9:06Speaker 1: easy to get them. But now they're under fire. They
- 9:09Speaker 1: got a new chairman apparently trying to take them woke.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Chubb becoming woke. Now watch this or you got the
- 9:14Speaker 1: greatest insurance company there is. Watch watch this guy. I'll
- 9:17Speaker 1: ruin this company with his woke nonsense. Hey speaking in
- 9:21Speaker 1: which Jane Goodall, well he hears these wonderful things about
- 9:25Speaker 1: Jane Goodall. Look at her parting words were her final words.
- 9:29Speaker 1: She'd like to send Musk up in one of his
- 9:31Speaker 1: spaceships with Trump putin and net Yahoo. In other words,
- 9:35Speaker 1: this is what she These are the people she hates
- 9:37Speaker 1: in life, Musk Trump Putin Okay, I can understand Putin,
- 9:43Speaker 1: but net Nyaho. That's the final words from Jane Goodall.
- 9:47Speaker 1: So don't nominate her for sainthood just yet. Hey, mom,
- 9:52Speaker 1: Donnie is in Uganda, his home country. He's a citizen
- 9:59Speaker 1: of Ugan. You know, besides the political nonsense of mom Donnie,
- 10:04Speaker 1: have we ever had a mayoral candidate who is just
- 10:07Speaker 1: a little kid. He's thirty four years old. This would
- 10:09Speaker 1: be his first job. Have we ever had a mayoral
- 10:11Speaker 1: candidate who just became a citizen a few minutes ago,
- 10:15Speaker 1: became a citizen just a couple of years ago, has
- 10:18Speaker 1: dual citizenship. I mean, of course, you got a total
- 10:22Speaker 1: corruption of the media, no coverage of this, nobody going
- 10:26Speaker 1: after any of this. But he was in Uganda, and
- 10:29Speaker 1: there's a woman there who is backing this legislation to
- 10:33Speaker 1: have you put in jail for being gay. If you're gay,
- 10:35Speaker 1: you go to prison. That's it, and here he was
- 10:38Speaker 1: smiling and hugging her and arm around her, smiling for
- 10:43Speaker 1: a picture. Now, of course he's now being asked about it.
- 10:47Speaker 1: I was in the airport, she came up to me.
- 10:49Speaker 1: I didn't know who she was. Yeah, nobody's buying that. Hey,
- 10:52Speaker 1: they're going back to This is when you're really getting weak.
- 10:55Speaker 1: They're going back to attacking anybody who doesn't pronounce his
- 10:58Speaker 1: name correctly. If you don't say my Donnie correctly. Remember
- 11:01Speaker 1: the debates Cuomo couldn't pronounce his name, kept saying Mandanni
- 11:05Speaker 1: or whatever. Uh, I like the Al Sharpton pronounce You
- 11:08Speaker 1: remember Al Sharpton called him man Danny. But there's a
- 11:12Speaker 1: whole flack now. But if you don't get his name right,
- 11:14Speaker 1: take a listen.
- 11:15Speaker 3: The President reserves the right to get involved in racist
- 11:18Speaker 3: or not get involved in racist, although he has gone
- 11:20Speaker 3: as far to say he absolutely does not want to
- 11:22Speaker 3: see uh.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Zimdamidami Zoronda Mandami zoron Maundami. His name is Zorn Mandanie,
- 11:33Speaker 1: mister Mandami. He's very good on Twitter and with videos,
- 11:37Speaker 1: but he actually produces nothing.
- 11:38Speaker 3: The name is mom, Donnie, m A M D A N.
- 11:43Speaker 3: I you should learn how to say it, because we
- 11:45Speaker 3: got to get it right.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Oh, calm down, and when you're really weak, deep down.
- 11:51Speaker 1: This is what Kamala Harris did. Remember you got yelled
- 11:53Speaker 1: at if you didn't pronounce your name correctly. I still
- 11:55Speaker 1: don't notice it. Kamala, Kamala, Kamala. If you said Kamala,
- 12:01Speaker 1: you were practically run out of the country. It was
- 12:03Speaker 1: the worst thing in the world. And everybody mispronounced her name.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Obama mispronounced her name. You know, when she was sworn
- 12:09Speaker 1: in as vice president, was just a soda my air
- 12:12Speaker 1: that swore her in. And if you go back and
- 12:14Speaker 1: check the swearing in, listen to the swearing in. She says, Kamela.
- 12:20Speaker 1: She gets it wrong. So but you can't worry about this.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Here's mom Donnie about this subject.
- 12:26Speaker 3: What I take offense to is not someone's initial mispronunciation
- 12:30Speaker 3: of my name. What I take offense to is the repeated,
- 12:33Speaker 3: intentional Like Andrew Cuomo, this is someone who has made
- 12:37Speaker 3: it a part of his politics to deny even the
- 12:41Speaker 3: basic modicum of dignity to me as someone who is
- 12:45Speaker 3: running in the same race. And I think what is
- 12:48Speaker 3: so troubling is not what it means for me as
- 12:50Speaker 3: an individual. But it's the fact that this is the
- 12:52Speaker 3: experience of so many.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I see you sounded a little pompous and pious.
- 12:57Speaker 1: I don't think he's trying to take your dignity away.
- 13:00Speaker 1: He just honestly doesn't know how the hell to pronounce
- 13:02Speaker 1: your name. So hey. Saturday Night Live debuted the season.
- 13:07Speaker 1: This is season fifty one. There wasn't mom Donnie, or
- 13:10Speaker 1: as Al Sharpton would say, mam dammy. There was a
- 13:12Speaker 1: character based on him New York.
- 13:14Speaker 2: New York candidate Zoran Mam Donnie ran an ah.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Well.
- 13:20Speaker 2: He ran an ad during an episode of Golden Bachelor,
- 13:23Speaker 2: in which he said, New York, will you accept this roles?
- 13:26Speaker 2: Not to be outdone, Andrew Cuomo ran an ad in
- 13:29Speaker 2: which he said, Hanker, all.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Right, it's not that funny, but for Saturday Night Live,
- 13:35Speaker 1: it's funny. You know, in year three it wouldn't have
- 13:37Speaker 1: made it into the final cut. But Saturday Night in
- 13:40Speaker 1: life not so funny anymore. Uh, that makes it now.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Eric Adams, New York maya Eric Adams has ended his
- 13:48Speaker 2: re election bid, citing an official reason. Citing an official
- 13:52Speaker 2: reason of too much swagger for.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Y'all again, that wouldn't have made it into the final
- 13:59Speaker 1: cut year three to twenty six. But it's now you're
- 14:03Speaker 1: fifty one. They'll run out of gas. They're running on fumes,
- 14:06Speaker 1: and that's about as good as a guess. Now, hey,
- 14:09Speaker 1: they had Bad Bunny as the host this past week.
- 14:13Speaker 1: You know, he's really not bad that Bad Bunny. Musically
- 14:15Speaker 1: he's great and as far as I mean he's not
- 14:18Speaker 1: a brilliant stand up comedian with the monologue, but the sketches,
- 14:21Speaker 1: the guy was great. He's got a lot of charm.
- 14:23Speaker 1: He's the argument is he shouldn't be the super Bowl halftime.
- 14:27Speaker 1: You could make that case. He's not big enough to
- 14:29Speaker 1: be the super Bowl halftime. He's big enough to be
- 14:32Speaker 1: a host of Saturday Night Live because ninety percent of
- 14:35Speaker 1: the time when you watch that in Night Live, you know,
- 14:37Speaker 1: you know you're getting older when you don't know who
- 14:38Speaker 1: the musical guests are. You know you're getting much older
- 14:42Speaker 1: when you don't know who the hosts are. So but
- 14:45Speaker 1: usually NFL halftime he's like the biggest star, like the
- 14:49Speaker 1: top tier. He's big Bad Bunny, but he's not absolute
- 14:54Speaker 1: top two. I mean, it really should have been Taylor
- 14:56Speaker 1: Swift this year. But I guess, I guess you got
- 14:59Speaker 1: too big and be the NFL halftime show. Hey, we'll
- 15:02Speaker 1: take some calls next. Michael Goodman will be with us
- 15:04Speaker 1: in a few minutes. Scott Shannon will be with us later.
- 15:07Speaker 1: We'll talk about the Taylor Swift release and what it's
- 15:11Speaker 1: actually done, and we'll take some calls next. Eight hundred
- 15:15Speaker 1: three two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight
- 15:18Speaker 1: hundred three two one zero seven ten
