  When your heart feels heavy, there are some weights you
• 0:14
  cannot explain easily. You try to smile, answer
• 0:17
  messages, finish your work, and act normal, but deep down your
• 0:20
  heart feels tired. Maybe it is disappointment,
• 0:24
  anxiety, loneliness, pressure, grief, or just the kind of
• 0:28
  sadness that does not have neat words.

  Proverbs chapter 14 verses 10:50 says the heart knows its own
• 0:35
  bitterness and no stranger shares its joy.
• 0:38
  That means God understands something important about us.
• 0:42
  There are parts of your inner life that other people may never
• 0:45
  fully see, but the fact that others do not fully understand
• 0:49
  does not mean you are alone. Psalm 42, verse 11 speaks right
• 0:54
  into that heaviness. Why are you cast down, Oh my
• 0:57
  soul, and why are you in turmoil within me?
• 0:59
  Hope in God. I love that because it is
• 1:02
  honest. The writer does not pretend to
• 1:05
  feel strong. He talks to his own soul in the
• 1:08
  middle of the struggle. He names the turmoil, but he
• 1:11
  does not let despair have the final word.

  He tells his heart where to look.

  Hope in God Then Jesus says in Mark Chapter 11 verse 24,

  whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received
• 1:24
  it and it will be yours. That is not a blank check for
• 1:27
  selfish wishes. It is an invitation to trust
• 1:31
  that God hears you when you pray.

  Your heavy heart is not a burden he is tired of carrying.

  He welcomes it. He listens, he cares.
• 1:39
  So today, do not hide your pain from God.

  Bring him what feels tangled and messy.
• 1:45
  Bring Him the tears you have not cried yet, the questions you
• 1:48
  cannot answer, the fear you do not want to admit.

  He sees you completely and loves you fully.
• 1:55
  A heavy heart can still hope, A hurting soul can still pray, and
• 1:58
  God is still near. Let's pray.

  Heavenly Father, thank you for seeing the parts of my heart
• 2:04
  that no one else fully understands.

  When I feel heavy, tired, or overwhelmed, help me bring

  everything to You in prayer. Teach my soul to hope in You

  even before I see things change. Fill me with peace, strength and
• 2:18
  the quiet confidence that you are near and you care in Jesus

  name, Amen. What if you could rise up and

  declare with full spiritual authority, I shall not die, but

  says is happening, he shall have whatever he says.

  Therefore I tell you all things, whatever you pray and ask for,

  believe that you have received them, and you shall have them.

  Whenever you stand praying. Forgive if you have anything

  against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven may also

  forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive,

  neither will your Father in heaven forgive your

  transgressions. They came again to Jerusalem,

  and as he was walking in the temple, the chief priests, the

  scribes and the elders came to him, and they began saying to

  him, By what authority do you do these things?

  Or who gave you this authority to do these things?

  Jesus said to them, I will ask you one question, answer me and
• 8:47
  I will tell you by what authority I do these things.

  The baptism of John, was it from heaven or from men?

  Answer me. They reason with themselves
• 8:57
  saying, if we should say from heaven, he will say, why then
• 9:00
  did you not believe him? If we should say from men?

  They feared the people for all hailed John to really be a
• 9:07
  prophet. They answered Jesus, we don't
• 9:10
  know. Jesus said to them, Neither will
• 9:13
  I tell you by what authority I do these things.
