‘May the LORD bless you and keep you; — Numbers 6:24The Aaronic blessing —'The Lord bless you and keep you' — is a Gospel promise in Old Testament clothing. The blessing of the Lord makes rich, and He adds no sorrow with it. He blesses the righteous and surrounds them with favor as with a shield. The Lord is your keeper — He won't slumber or sleep. He keeps you as the apple of His eye.
