for a couple of minutes because I think a lot of people right now are tired.

I know I am. Not physically tired, though. Mentally tired.

Emotionally tired. spiritually tired and

sometimes we don't even know why anymore

life just feels heavy it feels like

there's this this huge rock on our shoulders social media never stops right

the pressure never stops the comparisons never stop everybody online looks happy

successful put together and meanwhile a lot of people are struggling silently.

And I think one of the hardest things today, especially for younger generations,

is feeling like you're always having to keep up.

Keep up financially, keep up emotionally, keep up spiritually.

You know, life is, life is like, well, like a box of chocolates,

right? You never know what you're going to get.

Like, life is like, okay, like if your life doesn't look perfect,

somehow you're falling behind. That's what some people feel like.

But I can tell you something honestly this morning.

Nobody has it all together. Nobody. Some people are smiling online and crying when nobody's around.

Some people are posting victories while privately fighting anxiety. Anxiety, excuse me.

Some people are exhausted and they don't even know how to explain it anymore.

And maybe that's why today God just wants you to slow down.

Take a breath. Let's do that together.

Stop carrying everything alone. Because faith, faith was never about pretending.

It was never about pretending to be strong all the time. Faith is trusting God

even when you feel weak, even when you're overwhelmed,

even when your mind feels crowded, even when you don't have it all,

even when you don't have all the answers.
