- 0:40Speaker 2: the Epstein files. So yesterday Glaine Maxwell pleaded the fifth,
- 0:44Speaker 2: but she did say, hey, she will exonerate Trump if
- 0:47Speaker 2: he gives her a Barden, So break that down for you.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Massey and Connor were able to force the revelation of
- 0:52Speaker 2: one of the potential co conspirators with Epstein. The same time,
- 0:56Speaker 2: we're looking at Trump's housing ideas one of which is
- 0:59Speaker 2: being blocked by Congress. Controversy continuing to rage over some
- 1:02Speaker 2: American Olympian comments AI medical devices alleged to cause severe harm.

- 1:10Speaker 3: and how.

- 1:51Speaker 1: especially maybe somebody who mentioned something about Epstein. They're like, hey,
- 1:54Speaker 1: here you go, here's some good coverage on it. Maybe
- 1:57Speaker 1: even this episode. All right, so let's go ahead and
- 1:59Speaker 1: jump into it. The big story coming out yesterday Gallaine
- 2:02Speaker 1: Maxwell pleading the fifth before the House Oversight Committee, but
- 2:06Speaker 1: also extending a little bit of a pardon all advanch
- 2:08Speaker 1: to the Trump administration. Let's start with her pleating the fifth.
- 2:11Speaker 1: We have it on video. Let's take a listen, Miss Maxwell.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Were you a close friend and confidant of Jeffrey Apstein.
- 2:20Speaker 4: I would like to answer your question, but on the
- 2:23Speaker 4: Advisive Council, I respectfully decline to answer this question and
- 2:28Speaker 4: any related questions. My habeas petition is pending in the
- 2:33Speaker 4: Southern District of New York. I therefore invote my right
- 2:37Speaker 4: silence under the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Let the record reflect that Miss Maxwell is invoked at
- 2:46Speaker 1: the Fifth Amendment against self incrimination. Miss Maxwell, please be
- 2:50Speaker 1: very clear.
- 2:51Speaker 5: Are you declining to answer the question?
- 2:53Speaker 6: Puts you solely on the ground that you believe the
- 2:55Speaker 6: answer will incriminate you.
- 2:58Speaker 4: I invoke my fifth Man right to silence.
- 3:02Speaker 1: So you have here Galeane Maxwell, testifying from prison, saying
- 3:05Speaker 1: that she invokes all of her Fifth Amendment right in
- 3:08Speaker 1: refusing to answer any questions Her attorney, however, clarified, let's
- 3:12Speaker 1: put this up here on the screen, and this really
- 3:14Speaker 1: is the big news that she can quote clear Trump's
- 3:18Speaker 1: name in Epstein probe in exchange for clemency. Quote Miss
- 3:22Speaker 1: Maxwell is prepared to speak fully and honestly if granted
- 3:25Speaker 1: clemency by President Trump, the attorney said, only she can
- 3:29Speaker 1: provide the complete account. Some may not like what they hear,
- 3:33Speaker 1: but the truth matters. For example, both President Trump and
- 3:37Speaker 1: President Clinton are innocent of any wrong doing.
- 3:41Speaker 7: And this is such obvious, such an obvious ploy to
- 3:47Speaker 7: get the Clinton machine and the Trump machine united to say,
- 3:52Speaker 7: give give.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Give her what she wants, let her go back to England.
- 3:56Speaker 1: She'll disappear, and we can just make this all go away.
- 4:00Speaker 1: To the extent that we have any hope whatsoever, it's
- 4:03Speaker 1: that at this point the political outrage, at least I hope,
- 4:06Speaker 1: would be so insane that it would create a literal
- 4:09Speaker 1: political crisis here in Washington. Although who knows the level
- 4:12Speaker 1: of shamelessness is out of control. Here is what Representative
- 4:16Speaker 1: Rocanna and Representative Comer, who's the GOP member of GOP
- 4:22Speaker 1: chairman of the House Oversight Committee, had to say about that.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Let's take a listen.
- 4:26Speaker 8: Who were the other co conspirators? Who were the other
- 4:30Speaker 8: men who raped these underage girls? Did she have any
- 4:34Speaker 8: conversations about a deal with Donald Trump? Now she's taken
- 4:37Speaker 8: a blanket Fifth Amendment on any question. And my view
- 4:42Speaker 8: is that many of my questions don't in any way
- 4:45Speaker 8: incriminate her. So we'll see what she does. But there's
- 4:48Speaker 8: seven questions that I have specifically asked, and the assumption
- 4:52Speaker 8: is she's pleading the fifth to each one of those.
- 4:54Speaker 8: And the American people will say that there's an inconsistency.
- 4:57Speaker 8: Why did she not plead the fifth when Bland asked
- 5:00Speaker 8: her questions? And now she's pleading the fifth about things
- 5:03Speaker 8: that don't implicate her but may implicate many of the
- 5:06Speaker 8: other powerful people in the Epstein class that.
- 5:09Speaker 9: Committed these christ When we met with the survivors of Epstein,
- 5:13Speaker 9: it was pretty clear, according to the survivors, and you know,
- 5:18Speaker 9: we had twenty some members in that meeting, that Maxwell
- 5:21Speaker 9: was a very bad person and she committed a lot
- 5:26Speaker 9: of crimes. And it was the intent, in my opinion,
- 5:30Speaker 9: when we left that meeting in a bipartisan manner, that
- 5:33Speaker 9: we would not grant immunity. Now what she said today,
- 5:37Speaker 9: she's asked for clemency from the president. So I personally,
- 5:42Speaker 9: for the reasons you just stated, don't think she should
- 5:46Speaker 9: be granted any type of immunity or clemencies.
- 5:49Speaker 1: So at the very least, that's what we have right
- 5:51Speaker 1: now from you know, our political leaders that're laying the
- 5:54Speaker 1: ground saying that's not going to happen, at least for now.
- 5:56Speaker 1: But you can see how Maxwell is playing a very
- 5:59Speaker 1: very you know, she's a high level game. So to
- 6:02Speaker 1: recap her legal problems, she was not. Her petition for
- 6:05Speaker 1: habeas was rejected at the US Supreme Court. Everything banked
- 6:10Speaker 1: on her saying that the non prosecution agreement that she
- 6:14Speaker 1: and Epstein were a part of from two thousand and
- 6:16Speaker 1: seven should remain in place and that she remains unindictable
- 6:20Speaker 1: and thus that the conspiracy against her is thus completely invalid.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Now note she's not saying I didn't do any of that.
- 6:27Speaker 1: She's saying, you shouldn't have been able to prosecute me
- 6:29Speaker 1: for that because my crimes were granted immunity from you
- 6:33Speaker 1: in the Sweetheart deal. This is the corruption behind the
- 6:36Speaker 1: entire Sweetheart deal. Now that that has yet been rejected,
- 6:39Speaker 1: her last and only hope is clemency from Trump. And look,
- 6:43Speaker 1: Trump is clearly afraid of her. I mean, I don't
- 6:45Speaker 1: think Trump is the only person afraid of her. I
- 6:46Speaker 1: think Clinton and a lot of these other powerful people
- 6:48Speaker 1: are afraid of her too. That's why I don't think
- 6:49Speaker 1: they're dropping Clinton's name for any accident. Obviously Trump is
- 6:52Speaker 1: like the primary actor. But she's in the minimum security prison.
- 6:55Speaker 1: She's getting sweet, you know, playing with dogs, being single celled.
- 6:58Speaker 1: You've got what cellmates or other people in the prison
- 7:02Speaker 1: who are blowing the whistle about her treatment and who
- 7:04Speaker 1: are like, uh, hey, this is out of control, and
- 7:07Speaker 1: then they're shipped out of the prison like punitive things
- 7:10Speaker 1: that are happening. She's not even she has a sex
- 7:11Speaker 1: offenderg she's not even supposed to be at a low
- 7:13Speaker 1: level federal camp. So there are some very sketchy stuff
- 7:16Speaker 1: that's going on, and she's playing she's playing the game
- 7:19Speaker 1: at the highest level.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, h with this, And let's put put
- 7:22Speaker 2: that together with the fact that yesterday we covered how
- 7:26Speaker 2: in a filing in that yet that court case where
- 7:29Speaker 2: she's saying, hey, you shouldn't have been able to prosecute me.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Put They put in a little footnote there that said, hey,
- 7:33Speaker 2: by the way, there were twenty five other co conspirators.
- 7:35Speaker 3: She made deals with the government, so let's talk about that.
- 7:38Speaker 2: So, yes, she is playing power politics now in terms
- 7:42Speaker 2: of Trump and what he's.
- 7:44Speaker 7: Going to do.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Clearly they've done everything they can for her while keeping
- 7:50Speaker 2: her in the system. They're trying to make it as
- 7:53Speaker 2: cushy as possible for her in hopes that that will
- 7:56Speaker 2: be enough at least until he's on his way out
- 8:00Speaker 2: the door, and can you know, as they'll find a act.
- 8:02Speaker 2: By the way, Glaine, go free, you know, go out
- 8:05Speaker 2: and exonerate me, and we're all moving on when the
- 8:08Speaker 2: political backlash maybe wouldn't matter as much.
- 8:11Speaker 3: You also have to put it together.
- 8:12Speaker 2: The Clinton mentioned there with the fact that Bill and
- 8:15Speaker 2: Hillary are set to testify about whatever it is that
- 8:18Speaker 2: they know. Originally, when they were subpoenaed, they were saying, Nope,
- 8:21Speaker 2: we're not going to do it.
- 8:22Speaker 3: Now they've changed course.
- 8:23Speaker 2: We talked about this on the show yesterday and they're saying, okay, fine,
- 8:26Speaker 2: yes we're going to come out and we're going to
- 8:29Speaker 2: we're going to testify.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Now, we'll see. I'm not holding my.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Breath for any profound revelations here. But you know, Tim
- 8:36Speaker 2: Dillon had a pretty interesting bit where he's basically like, look,
- 8:39Speaker 2: the only way that you're going to really find out
- 8:41Speaker 2: is if one of these people who was on the
- 8:43Speaker 2: inside self immolates and actually exposes like themselves and others
- 8:47Speaker 2: do Hill and Bill here is a final act? Want
- 8:50Speaker 2: to you know, destroy themselves but in service of also
- 8:53Speaker 2: destroying Trump. Maybe that's a possibility. Who knows, But in
- 8:56Speaker 2: any case, that's a message to Bill, not a can
- 9:00Speaker 2: I make this all go away for Trump? Listen, I'll
- 9:02Speaker 2: make it all go away for you as well as
- 9:04Speaker 2: you go into you know this questioning from bipartisan members
- 9:08Speaker 2: of Congress.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Yeah, that's actually an interesting theory. That would require the
- 9:11Speaker 1: Clintons to have any notion of public service and not No, it.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Would have to require them to care more about their
- 9:19Speaker 2: revenge on Trump.
- 9:20Speaker 3: I could send anything else, that's what it would be when.
- 9:23Speaker 1: That endangered their great political fortunes and their reputation. I mean,
- 9:26Speaker 1: that's all what their entire currency is. Really. Yeah, and
- 9:29Speaker 1: that's part that's the problem with this entire thing, is
- 9:31Speaker 1: that everybody just lies about all of that. It's like
- 9:34Speaker 1: Lutnick and Trump and Clinton and I mean Bill and
- 9:38Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton. I oh my god, Leslie Wexner, Ried Hoffman,
- 9:41Speaker 1: Elon Musk, Elon's brother. Who am I missing? Bill Gates
- 9:46Speaker 1: till Peter. I mean, I could go down the list
- 9:49Speaker 1: of like the world Richard Mark Zuckerberg just showed up
- 9:52Speaker 1: in a photo with his wife at an Epstein dinner.
- 9:54Speaker 1: It's like Sarah Gay Brinn, you know, I mean, there's
- 9:57Speaker 1: so all of these guys. They're deep in the No Committee,
- 10:01Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, you know, oh my god, the Norway You've
- 10:06Speaker 1: got the Norwegian Princess or whatever. The sloping Yeah, the
- 10:11Speaker 1: Dubai Sultan, MBS. It's these are just off the top land.
- 10:15Speaker 2: And the way it functions is mutually assured destruction. That's
- 10:19Speaker 2: the principle that keeps it in place, which is why
- 10:23Speaker 2: as long as everyone is more interested in saving their
- 10:26Speaker 2: own ass than exposing the whole thing, why we we
- 10:30Speaker 2: get these glimpses. Right, we can see the outline of it,
- 10:33Speaker 2: but we can't see all of the details. We can't
- 10:35Speaker 2: see all of the specifics. This release in you know,
- 10:38Speaker 2: this latest batch has given us some of the clearest
- 10:42Speaker 2: ideas of what was going on, but you're still just
- 10:46Speaker 2: sort of seeing shadows of what this thing.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Actually.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Somebody asked me yesterday, they were like, why is nobody talking?
- 10:51Speaker 1: And I was like, well, think about it, like the
- 10:53Speaker 1: prisoner's dilemma, where you know, each person, if they cooperate,
- 10:57Speaker 1: one person will get a better deal. On the other
- 10:58Speaker 1: we'll get But here's the thing that requires somebody with
- 11:02Speaker 1: the power to punish you. There's no prisoner's dilemma because
- 11:05Speaker 1: there's nobody. If the people who are at the top
- 11:07Speaker 1: and who are running the system are the people who
- 11:09Speaker 1: are the ones implicated that, who's going to punish them?
- 11:11Speaker 10: You know?
- 11:11Speaker 1: The famous like who's going to watch the watchers? Like
- 11:13Speaker 1: that's literally what's happening here. So yeah, that's why there's
- 11:15Speaker 1: a conspiracy of silence, because if you know, why would
- 11:18Speaker 1: any of them There's no like the Clintons, everybody at
- 11:21Speaker 1: this level, they are alterra supreme narcissists, like all they
- 11:26Speaker 1: care about are themselves. They don't have any notion of
- 11:28Speaker 1: public service. I mean, isn't that what really comes through
- 11:31Speaker 1: for these emails? You know, I know a lot of
- 11:33Speaker 1: smart people. These people are not that smart. They're just
- 11:36Speaker 1: monomoniacally obsessed with power and money. That's it. And it
- 11:40Speaker 1: turns out that if you sacrifice your family, life, everything
- 11:42Speaker 1: else on the altar of you know, the false god
- 11:45Speaker 1: of riches and of sex and power, Yeah, you can
- 11:49Speaker 1: achieve it if you certainly want to. But they're not
- 11:51Speaker 1: actually intelligent, you know, none of them are people they
- 11:54Speaker 1: would really want to spend that much time around let
- 11:56Speaker 1: alone let run the world. Like, that's what comes through
- 11:59Speaker 1: in this. And that's why though there's a conspiracy not
- 12:02Speaker 1: only of silence, but you know this, this notion of
- 12:04Speaker 1: somebody would have to self immolate would require some sort
- 12:07Speaker 1: of incentive. Yeah, and I just I just don't see.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Here's the other here's the other thing is according to
- 12:13Speaker 2: the documents, Epstein was exploring with his defense.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Team cooperation cooperation.
- 12:19Speaker 2: He was exploring, Hey, maybe there's some information I can
- 12:22Speaker 2: provide on some other people and maybe, you know, in
- 12:25Speaker 2: order to lessen my sentence.
- 12:26Speaker 3: And the next thing, you know, he's dead.
- 12:28Speaker 2: So whatever happened there, and there are obviously profound questions
- 12:32Speaker 2: about what actually happened there. You don't think that the
- 12:35Speaker 2: people who were also in the circle are looking at
- 12:38Speaker 2: that and seeing that as a message. John Lubernew who
- 12:41Speaker 2: was one of the co conspirators and who was a
- 12:43Speaker 2: notorious pedophile, also ended up dead in prison under mysterious
- 12:48Speaker 2: circumstances where lo and behold, Oh, the cameras just happened
- 12:51Speaker 2: to not.
- 12:51Speaker 3: Work on that day.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Oops.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Sorry, uh, now he's gone.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Now we'll never know the reality of everything that went
- 12:57Speaker 2: down here, Like, regardless of whether you buy the official
- 13:01Speaker 2: narrative or not, the people who are implicated here, the
- 13:05Speaker 2: people who are in the most position to know what
- 13:09Speaker 2: was really going on in excruciating and horrifying detail, there
- 13:14Speaker 2: is no doubt that they took that as a message
- 13:18Speaker 2: that if you want to preserve your life, not just
- 13:20Speaker 2: your lifestyle, but your life, you're going to.
- 13:22Speaker 3: Keep your mouth shut.
- 13:23Speaker 1: That's right, all right. Last thing on Trump, This is
- 13:25Speaker 1: very interesting from a police chief report from back about
- 13:28Speaker 1: twenty years ago. Let's put it up here on the screen.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Julie K. Brown breaking the story over at the Miami Herald.
- 13:34Speaker 1: So the story here is from a piece of the
- 13:37Speaker 1: Epstein files, and it is basically involving a police report
- 13:42Speaker 1: from about twenty years ago where Trump allegedly told the
- 13:46Speaker 1: Palm Beast police chief quote everyone knew about Epstein and
- 13:50Speaker 1: that Gallaine was evil. Okay, so this is a twenty
- 13:53Speaker 1: nineteen FBI interview with the Palm Beast. Former Palm Beach
- 13:59Speaker 1: Police Chief Michael Rider. Writer allegedly told or told the
- 14:04Speaker 1: FBI that Trump allegedly told him, thank goodness, you're stopping him.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Everyone has known he's been doing this, and continued that
- 14:12Speaker 1: Gallaine Maxwell was evil. He said that Trump revealed Epstein's
- 14:16Speaker 1: Max Field associate was quote, his operative, and that she
- 14:19Speaker 1: is evil and to focus on her. Trump told writer
- 14:23Speaker 1: quote he was around Epstein once when teenagers were present,
- 14:26Speaker 1: and Trump got the hell out of there. Trump also
- 14:28Speaker 1: told Writer that he threw Epstein out of his mar
- 14:30Speaker 1: Alago club. That stands in contrast to what Trump told
- 14:33Speaker 1: reporters in twenty nineteen when he said, no, I had
- 14:36Speaker 1: no idea. It is an interesting report, and I mean,
- 14:40Speaker 1: I'm not exactly sure, you know how much to count it.
- 14:42Speaker 1: It is of course the pom Police. Actually, in my opinion,
- 14:45Speaker 1: they did one of the better jomps. Those are the
- 14:47Speaker 1: people who we doubt. They were the ones in the
- 14:49Speaker 1: beginning who were like, oh my god, this is horrifying.
- 14:51Speaker 1: We don't have the resources to be able to take
- 14:53Speaker 1: this guy on, and so well intentioned they go to
- 14:55Speaker 1: the FBI. They're like, please help us. You know, you
- 14:57Speaker 1: guys have the power of the United States federal government,
- 14:59Speaker 1: like put this guy away, and the original detectives. There's
- 15:03Speaker 1: a lot of interviews and all stuff with them. You
- 15:04Speaker 1: can go watch, So maybe I would believe it. It
- 15:07Speaker 1: also started making me think maybe this was the genesis
- 15:10Speaker 1: if you'll recall of Mike Johnson saying that Trump actually
- 15:15Speaker 1: was the one who tried to stop Epstein, because I
- 15:17Speaker 1: was like, is this this is the only known evidence
- 15:19Speaker 1: I have now currently of any sort of warning to
- 15:23Speaker 1: the police or any of that. It does make Trump
- 15:26Speaker 1: look bad, however, because he has claimed repeatedly he had
- 15:30Speaker 1: no knowledge and that his relationship was cut off at
- 15:33Speaker 1: a certain point. And this takes it all the way
- 15:36Speaker 1: back twenty years ago. I mean, look on his face,
- 15:38Speaker 1: it always collapsed literally two thousand and two. Jeffrey likes
- 15:41Speaker 1: him young. He said it on the record exactly magazine,
- 15:44Speaker 1: So it's not like he didn't know, but it is. Yeah,
- 15:46Speaker 1: the bigger thing is like, wow, so you know, was
- 15:49Speaker 1: there a cooperat Like in what context was he interviewed? Right?
- 15:53Speaker 1: And none of that really remains clear, but it's from
- 15:55Speaker 1: a twenty nineteen interview with the Palm Beach. Palm Beach
- 15:58Speaker 1: Police chief.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Absolutely believe that Palm Beach Police Chief is telling the
- 16:03Speaker 2: true geer. He has no reason to lie about this.
- 16:05Speaker 2: And look, Trump was very close with Epstein. They were best.
- 16:09Speaker 2: They hung out in New York, they hung out in
- 16:11Speaker 2: Palm Beach. Epstein was at mar A Lago. He wasn't
- 16:14Speaker 2: actually a member, but he was given special privileges there.
- 16:17Speaker 2: They would send girls to his house, even though they
- 16:19Speaker 2: didn't typically like to do that, Like of course, I
- 16:22Speaker 2: mean he he and Maxwell took Virginia Gooffrit from mar
- 16:27Speaker 2: A Lago when she was.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Sixteen years old.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Obviously Trump knew what was going on here, and so
- 16:32Speaker 2: this just has him dead to rights because he has
- 16:35Speaker 2: been adamant I had no idea, no idea what was
- 16:38Speaker 2: going on, nothing to do with it, blah blah blah.
- 16:41Speaker 3: And so it's like, Okay, well, why did you lie
- 16:42Speaker 3: about this?
- 16:43Speaker 2: You know, because in a sense, if you were honest
- 16:45Speaker 2: about it, in a way, it kind of makes you
- 16:47Speaker 2: look because you're like, oh my god, thank god, you're
- 16:49Speaker 2: doing something about it. Of course, how long did you
- 16:52Speaker 2: know something was going on, and you didn't go to
- 16:54Speaker 2: the police to protect these girls yourself. It took a
- 16:57Speaker 2: you know, a family and a young girl coming for
- 17:00Speaker 2: or to the police being very courageous against this extraordinarily
- 17:03Speaker 2: wealthy and powerful man to get the ball rolling on
- 17:06Speaker 2: this whole investigation. So no, I mean, he's got dad
- 17:10Speaker 2: to rights here. He knew, he knew some of what
- 17:13Speaker 2: was going on, There's no doubt about it. A bunch
- 17:15Speaker 2: of these events with Epstein were held at mar A Lago.
- 17:19Speaker 2: And to your point, Zager, we've got him on the
- 17:21Speaker 2: record saying Jeffrey likes him young. Like if anyone was
- 17:24Speaker 2: deluding themselves into thinking Trump had no idea, it was
- 17:27Speaker 2: just so innocent. I just thought it was, you know,
- 17:29Speaker 2: he just liked the you know, the nineteen year old girls.
- 17:32Speaker 3: I had no idea about these young police.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Please, obviously he knew some of what was happening here.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Can we just stop with a nineteen year old thing.
- 17:40Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Like I know everybody wants to defend that.
- 17:43Speaker 1: It's sorry, no, it's disgusting behavior. And as I said yesterday,
- 17:46Speaker 1: you can google it. It's called the Man Act. If
- 17:48Speaker 1: you import women across state lines for the express purpose
- 17:54Speaker 1: of having sex, you have violated federal law. Sure, it's
- 17:58Speaker 1: not the same thing as importing children across state lines,
- 18:01Speaker 1: you know, to abuse them for sexual purposes. But like
- 18:04Speaker 1: it's like everyone keeps pretending, is if this is not
- 18:06Speaker 1: also a federal crime, Like, no, that's disgusting, degenerate behavior.
- 18:11Speaker 1: If you participate in that, you should go to fucking prison.
- 18:14Speaker 1: So there's just all of this, you know, Oh, actually
- 18:16Speaker 1: it was a teenage women eighteen nineteen. Like again, like,
- 18:21Speaker 1: am I living in a different universe? Yeah, if you
- 18:23Speaker 1: put a girl on a plane for the express purpose
- 18:25Speaker 1: multiple and you pay them for the express purposes trying
- 18:28Speaker 1: to have sex with them, unless you're an insane libertarian,
- 18:31Speaker 1: most people are like, yeah, that's fucked up and you
- 18:32Speaker 1: should go to prison. Yeah, so that's just my last thing.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Everyone does. Oh even if they were just eighteen ninety,
- 18:36Speaker 1: it doesn't matter. Eighteen nine year old goals from Russia
- 18:38Speaker 1: who could barely consent, who don't even speak any English,
- 18:41Speaker 1: who are thrown into you know, maybe in some sketchy contract,
- 18:43Speaker 1: who are told they're doing so for modeling purposes. Is
- 18:46Speaker 1: this not still a heinous crime? Of course it is.
- 18:49Speaker 2: There's been a major an assault on the English language
- 18:52Speaker 2: attempt to also, you know, like clear and exonerate Trump.
- 18:56Speaker 3: Here, I saw somebody talking about how.
- 18:58Speaker 2: They always call them underage girl when we should be
- 19:01Speaker 2: calling them underage women, like oh, I'm sorry, what that is?
- 19:06Speaker 3: That is not a thing?
- 19:07Speaker 2: Or Megan Kella being like he liked the barely legal
- 19:10Speaker 2: type like fifteen, that's.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Not that's not even barely legal. As far as I know.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Here, I don't think there's any state in the country.
- 19:17Speaker 2: I think there is such age of consent. You know,
- 19:20Speaker 2: it's like sixteen years old, and a lot of times
- 19:22Speaker 2: there are provisions of like the age whatever. Anyway, Yes,
- 19:25Speaker 2: the some of the justifications have been completely insane. You
- 19:30Speaker 2: could go back and watch our segment from last week
- 19:32Speaker 2: on some of the defenders.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Okay, let's move on to Thomas Massey courageously been pushing
- 19:40Speaker 1: Thomas Massey Rocanam. Yesterday they were able to view some
- 19:44Speaker 1: of the unredacted files and so what did they do.
- 19:46Speaker 1: They immediately came out and started talking about some of
- 19:49Speaker 1: those redactions, which let's all remember this the express purpose
- 19:54Speaker 1: of the legislation which permits redactions says you may only
- 19:58Speaker 1: redact for now national security and victims' names. Well, what happened.
- 20:04Speaker 1: The DOJ has now been caught multiple times redacting the
- 20:07Speaker 1: names of the rich, the famous, and the powerful for
- 20:10Speaker 1: no purpose and in direct violation of this federal law.
- 20:13Speaker 1: So Thomas Massey Rocana, they go to the DOJ, they
- 20:16Speaker 1: are able to review some of the unredacted files. They
- 20:18Speaker 1: immediately start forcing some of us unredacting in public. Here's
- 20:23Speaker 1: what they had to say on the steps, and we're
- 20:24Speaker 1: going to get to some of the information they released.
- 20:26Speaker 5: I mean, what we're after is the demand who Jeffrey
- 20:33Speaker 5: Epstein trafficked women too?
- 20:35Speaker 10: We want those names published.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Are these men US citizens? What fields do they work in?
- 20:39Speaker 1: Are the finance?
- 20:40Speaker 9: Is the political?
- 20:42Speaker 5: At least one is a US citizen, at least one
- 20:45Speaker 5: is a foreigner, and the other three or four have names.
- 20:49Speaker 5: I'm not sure if they're foreigner US And.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Which field do they work in? It is it finance, banking, political?
- 20:57Speaker 5: One is pretty high up in the foreign government and.
- 21:01Speaker 8: Some are One of the others is a pretty prominent individual.
- 21:06Speaker 8: But I think that the point is that these six
- 21:09Speaker 8: are just what we found in two hours of a
- 21:11Speaker 8: review of the files, that aren't redacted. The broader issue
- 21:14Speaker 8: is why so many of the files they're getting are
- 21:18Speaker 8: redacted in the first place, and until that becomes unredacted,
- 21:23Speaker 8: the main things that they're sending to the career attorneys
- 21:26Speaker 8: to review, I don't think we're going to have full
- 21:29Speaker 8: compliance with the law. Get to the question that most
- 21:31Speaker 8: Americans want to know. Who were the rich and powerful
- 21:34Speaker 8: people who went to this island? Did they rape underage girls?
- 21:37Speaker 8: Did they know that underage girls were being paraded around?
- 21:41Speaker 1: Six men? Implicated foreign government, someone high up at a
- 21:45Speaker 1: foreign government. I would love to see some of that,
- 21:47Speaker 1: certainly would Immediately afterwards with Thomas Massey actually started tweeting
- 21:53Speaker 1: out very specific redactions which they had been made, which
- 21:56Speaker 1: violated again the very law that they authored and were
- 21:59Speaker 1: passed through con assigned by the President, and the DJ
- 22:02Speaker 1: had to start immediately unredacting said files as part of
- 22:05Speaker 1: this request. Let's put this next one up here on
- 22:07Speaker 1: the screen. Thomas Massey, in response to my posts today,
- 22:11Speaker 1: the DJ has now unredacted an FBI file that labels
- 22:14Speaker 1: two individuals as co conspirators. They have unredacted a file
- 22:18Speaker 1: that lists several men who they implicated, and they have
- 22:20Speaker 1: tacitly admitted Sultan Ahmed Binsuliyam was the center of the
- 22:25Speaker 1: torture video. Now, very specifically, what I think is very important,
- 22:29Speaker 1: perhaps more than anyone, is the explicit naming in this
- 22:33Speaker 1: case of Leslie Western. Now, this will come of no
- 22:36Speaker 1: surprise to literally anybody who knows anything about the Epstein case. However,
- 22:42Speaker 1: it does immediately downplay the initial claim by the FBI,
- 22:46Speaker 1: by Cash Bettel, by Dan Bongino that this was a
- 22:49Speaker 1: singular enterprise that only Epstein and Maxwell participated in. Wexner
- 22:54Speaker 1: was explicitly listed as a potential co conspirator here in
- 22:58Speaker 1: the DODA documents. It also just makes common sense. The
- 23:02Speaker 1: former CEO of Victorious Secret, who is the source of
- 23:05Speaker 1: Epstein's wealth and initial entree into high society, is the
- 23:10Speaker 1: person who, oh and who drew Boobs in the birthday book,
- 23:13Speaker 1: is a potential co conspirator in this entire scheme. Oh,
- 23:17Speaker 1: you're you know, you're shocking me with this information. Very important.
- 23:22Speaker 1: The second one is a sultan, the Dubai Sultan Ahmed
- 23:26Speaker 1: bin Soliyam, who we have actually talked previously about here
- 23:30Speaker 1: on the show. This is the guy who is the
- 23:33Speaker 1: chief executive officer of the Dubai Ports Now Ryan and
- 23:38Speaker 1: Mortaza saying over at drop site have written at nauseum
- 23:41Speaker 1: stories about the Sultan and Epstein's relationship and the way
- 23:45Speaker 1: that they were working as a financial conduit in the
- 23:48Speaker 1: Middle East, and that was real power, like real money
- 23:50Speaker 1: stuff that was going that seems to have been financing
- 23:53Speaker 1: some of the stuff behind the scenes for the intelligence
- 23:55Speaker 1: deals and other things that we've talked about previously. But
- 23:58Speaker 1: just to show you also that there are our own
- 24:00Speaker 1: relationship here with the alleged torture video in that infamous email,
- 24:04Speaker 1: and there's a lot of creepy jokes or comments between
- 24:08Speaker 1: the two. Also demonstrates that those two are linked, which
- 24:12Speaker 1: is such an important part of the story. Like the
- 24:14Speaker 1: sex stuff does not exist without the intelligence stuff and
- 24:17Speaker 1: the financial and then same vice versus the financial and
- 24:20Speaker 1: the intelligence doesn't exist without the sexual like degeneracy that's
- 24:24Speaker 1: present within the email. So very important reactions force unredactions
- 24:29Speaker 1: forced there by Thomas Massey Myrocana.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Yeah, and what that email just for as a reminder,
- 24:34Speaker 2: it said Jeffrey Epstein to now we know this, Sultan said,
- 24:39Speaker 2: I loved the torture video. Wow, that's what it was. Okay,
- 24:42Speaker 2: what torture video? What are we talking about exactly here?
- 24:46Speaker 2: These are the sort of things that can be explored
- 24:48Speaker 2: now that we know the name of this individual. And
- 24:50Speaker 2: just to underscore, you know, Thomas Massey was talking about, Okay,
- 24:53Speaker 2: now we know one potential co conspirator who was identified
- 24:58Speaker 2: by the federal government. Loved to know was there any
- 25:01Speaker 2: sort of a you know, cooperation grow was there any
- 25:03Speaker 2: sort of a deal that was shocked with Les Wexner?
- 25:05Speaker 2: Was that one of the people that Glene Maxwell is
- 25:07Speaker 2: referring to in her filing.
- 25:10Speaker 3: What was the investigation into him?
- 25:11Speaker 2: Like, what sort of evidence did you have on Les
- 25:14Speaker 2: Wexner and these other co conspirators that you were potential
- 25:17Speaker 2: co conspirators that you were looking into. Let's go ahead
- 25:19Speaker 2: and take a listen to Thomas Massey talking about this an.
- 25:22Speaker 10: Example of something maybe it wasn't intentional on their part.
- 25:25Speaker 10: I'd like to hear his take on the redaction of
- 25:28Speaker 10: the CEO who's listed as a co conspirator in the
- 25:31Speaker 10: twenty nineteen child sex trafficking case.
- 25:34Speaker 11: So can I ask you, because and now I want
- 25:36Speaker 11: to ask you if this is the same person Todd
- 25:37Speaker 11: Blinch also said about that tonight that the document you're
- 25:40Speaker 11: citing there has victim names in it, So I like
- 25:42Speaker 11: to say that's why there are redactions. He said, we
- 25:45Speaker 11: have just unredacted Les Wexner's name from this document, but
- 25:49Speaker 11: his name already appears in the file thousands of other times.
- 25:52Speaker 11: And he says the Justice Department is hiding nothing. Is
- 25:55Speaker 11: that the retired CEO.
- 25:57Speaker 10: That you're referencing it is he unredacted it after I
- 26:01Speaker 10: found it. That's a problem, and I'm glad they've admitted
- 26:04Speaker 10: they made a mistake by redacting that.
- 26:06Speaker 11: So you're saying it was redacted when you went in
- 26:08Speaker 11: there today and after you tweeted that, they unreducted it.
- 26:11Speaker 8: Correct.
- 26:13Speaker 10: Now he's got four other names he needs to unredact.
- 26:15Speaker 10: Did he respond to that. There's a list of twenty
- 26:17Speaker 10: people and there's four men in there that need to
- 26:20Speaker 10: be unredacted. Here's another troubling thing that I found.
- 26:23Speaker 11: Can you say who those four men are tonight?
- 26:26Speaker 10: I don't think they're well known, and so if I did,
- 26:29Speaker 10: it wouldn't matter. But I could probably say them on
- 26:31Speaker 10: the floor of the House. But I'll give the DOJ
- 26:33Speaker 10: a chance to do what they did in these two
- 26:36Speaker 10: examples where I've discovered something and now they've responded.
- 26:41Speaker 3: So a number of very significant things that he says there.
- 26:43Speaker 2: He casually mentions, well, I could probably say I'm on
- 26:45Speaker 2: the floor of the house, because yes, you are allowed
- 26:47Speaker 2: to reveal that sort of information, and you had sort
- 26:50Speaker 2: of an exclusion as a member of Congress, so you know,
- 26:52Speaker 2: at any time he's held out the possibility of what
- 26:54Speaker 2: he calls the nuclear option.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Listen, if you all don't.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Do what you're supposed to do, what you're legally oblsd
- 27:00Speaker 2: to do, I will come out and I will say
- 27:02Speaker 2: the names I will put on the record, who these
- 27:05Speaker 2: unindicted co conspirators are, who was being looked into. And
- 27:09Speaker 2: then the DOJ's defense here that, oh, well, Less Wexner's
- 27:12Speaker 2: name was in the file thousands of times.
- 27:14Speaker 3: Why do you care so much about this one?
- 27:15Speaker 2: It's like, because this is the one that specifically identifies
- 27:19Speaker 2: him as a potential co conspirator. It's one thing to
- 27:22Speaker 2: have emails about this person going back and forth and
- 27:25Speaker 2: whatever sort of dialogue was going on. It's another thing
- 27:29Speaker 2: to specifically know the government identified this wealthy man and
- 27:35Speaker 2: benefactor of Jeffrey Epstein over many, many years, as someone
- 27:39Speaker 2: who deserved an investigation, as someone who may have been
- 27:42Speaker 2: directly implicated in Epstein's crimes. That is a very different
- 27:46Speaker 2: thing than just seeing some email traffic back and forth
- 27:49Speaker 2: with less Wexner's name in it.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Yes, that's right. And then finally there is some horrific
- 27:54Speaker 1: new video. This is from Congressman James Jamie Raskin, who
- 27:59Speaker 1: also was able to review some files, and he's revealing again,
- 28:03Speaker 1: you know, for even though we talked previously about some
- 28:05Speaker 1: of the barely legal and all of that defense, here'son mentioned.
- 28:08Speaker 1: He says of underage girls. And in this case, there's
- 28:11Speaker 1: no even argument actual girls. Let's play a six and
- 28:14Speaker 1: take a listen.
- 28:15Speaker 6: I mean, it's an incredibly serious thing when you read
- 28:18Speaker 6: through these files and you read about fifteen year old girls,
- 28:22Speaker 6: fourteen year old girls, ten year old girls. I saw
- 28:25Speaker 6: mention of a nine year old girl today. I mean,
- 28:28Speaker 6: this is just preposterous and scandalous. So, you know, I
- 28:35Speaker 6: don't want to I don't want to get into any
- 28:38Speaker 6: particular case right now, but I hope the whole country
- 28:43Speaker 6: is focusing on the absolute gravity of the crisis that
- 28:47Speaker 6: we're in and you think the British are taking it
- 28:49Speaker 6: more seriously than we are, Oh, definitely, I mean it is.
- 28:52Speaker 6: I mean it's a huge scandal.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Right, So for all of the talk about you know,
- 28:57Speaker 1: it's just sixteen seventeen year old like they now, look,
- 29:00Speaker 1: I mean, who knows. But if there's a mention investigation
- 29:03Speaker 1: and by the way, even with the mention, what exactly
- 29:06Speaker 1: do they say? So that's fully kind of what we
- 29:08Speaker 1: know now in terms of the new information so far
- 29:11Speaker 1: that's been breaking. But I do think that the Massy
- 29:14Speaker 1: one is very significant, and the most significant is this story.
- 29:18Speaker 1: The DOJ, unless explicitly called out, is covering up for
- 29:24Speaker 1: all of these people.
- 29:25Speaker 10: Right.
- 29:25Speaker 1: If you go and look at the Deputy Attorney General's feed,
- 29:28Speaker 1: multiple of the claims that they say are not true. So,
- 29:31Speaker 1: for example, Thomas Massey, in his original tweet about Leslie
- 29:35Speaker 1: Wexner said, this is a well known retired CEO. DJ
- 29:38Speaker 1: should unredact this. Todd Blanch says, the document you cite
- 29:41Speaker 1: has numerous victim names. We just unredacted Leslie Wexner's name.
- 29:45Speaker 1: DOJ is hiding nothing. The document from twenty nineteen discussed
- 29:49Speaker 1: only ten potential co conspirators and contain known to victims' names.
- 29:53Speaker 1: These are just outright lies. And then here's the difficulty
- 29:56Speaker 1: for all of us. So as heroic as Massy and
- 29:59Speaker 1: Conna are, these are two guys. They are trying to
- 30:03Speaker 1: go in there to this skiff for these unredacted documents
- 30:09Speaker 1: and trying to remember from the top of their head
- 30:12Speaker 1: what is unredact, what should be redacted and not. We
- 30:16Speaker 1: they can't do that. And even if they'm in their staff,
- 30:19Speaker 1: there's three million file there's hundreds of lawyers at the
- 30:22Speaker 1: DOJ have been working on this stuff for months. Yeah,
- 30:25Speaker 1: we already violated the deadline. Like this would literally take
- 30:29Speaker 1: our entire team, their entire staff, every journalist who's potentially interested,
- 30:34Speaker 1: and then it would take us months just to go
- 30:37Speaker 1: through and flag what should be unredacted. Then there's a
- 30:41Speaker 1: process and a review. This is the extent to what
- 30:44Speaker 1: they're covering up. And by the way, don't forget there's
- 30:46Speaker 1: still three million more files yeah, that are out there
- 30:47Speaker 1: that remained completely unreleased.
- 30:49Speaker 2: And this is why you know, Roll, Conna and Thomas
- 30:52Speaker 2: Masseo were pushing for a special master, right, take it
- 30:54Speaker 2: out of the hands of the corrupted DJ and put
- 30:58Speaker 2: it in the hands of someone who was at least,
- 31:00Speaker 2: you know, supposed to be neutral and.
- 31:02Speaker 3: Who can follow a process.
- 31:04Speaker 2: And you know, because it's been a horror show, like
- 31:06Speaker 2: you have powerful men who are being protected, and you
- 31:09Speaker 2: have victims, names that have been and images who have
- 31:12Speaker 2: been exposed.
- 31:13Speaker 3: Like it's a mess. Jamie Raskin was.
- 31:15Speaker 2: Talking about that same thing, you were, Sagary's Like, there
- 31:17Speaker 2: are four computers in there. If every member of Congress
- 31:20Speaker 2: went in for an hour day every day, it would
- 31:23Speaker 2: take you know, it would take months, if not years
- 31:26Speaker 2: to get through all of this material and be able
- 31:29Speaker 2: even just to evaluate it to see whether they're actually
- 31:32Speaker 2: following the law. I mean, we know that they're not,
- 31:34Speaker 2: just by the nature of the fact that they are
- 31:37Speaker 2: continuing to hide files and that so many of these
- 31:40Speaker 2: reactions have been done improperly, over redacted, under redacted, et cetera.
- 31:45Speaker 3: So you know, that's where we are. It is, honestly though,
- 31:49Speaker 3: it is.
- 31:49Speaker 2: A miracle that we've even gotten this much and a
- 31:53Speaker 2: testament to you know, condent and Massy gets so much
- 31:55Speaker 2: credit here, but also testament to just the level of
- 31:59Speaker 2: pressure from the American people. All of these members of Congress,
- 32:02Speaker 2: having to come home and knowing they're going to get
- 32:04Speaker 2: questions about this and how utterly indefensible it is. That
- 32:08Speaker 2: pressure is what really led them to cave and realized like, okay,
- 32:12Speaker 2: well we got to do something because this thing is
- 32:14Speaker 2: going to boil over if we don't put something out
- 32:17Speaker 2: and give some pretense of transparency.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Absolutely, okay, let's get to the next part. This is
- 32:22Speaker 1: about files. Moving on now to some more of the
- 32:27Speaker 1: revelations from the files themselves. Remember, this is the gift
- 32:30Speaker 1: that just keep on giving. Let's go ahead and put
- 32:32Speaker 1: this up here on the screen. Newly released Epstein documents
- 32:35Speaker 1: showing that the FBI agent purposely removed a hard drive
- 32:39Speaker 1: from the jail video recording system and erased all the
- 32:42Speaker 1: prison footage during the time of death. If you don't
- 32:45Speaker 1: believe me, let me go ahead and read it directly
- 32:47Speaker 1: from the transcript. Advised an FBI agent was the one
- 32:51Speaker 1: who pulled out the DVR. Also advised he knew that
- 32:54Speaker 1: by replacing both hard drives the system would be wiped,
- 32:56Speaker 1: and he had advised personnel at MCC of that. Continuing
- 33:00Speaker 1: advised that only one hard drive of the camera system
- 33:02Speaker 1: was working at the time of the incident when a
- 33:04Speaker 1: DVR went bad, none of the cameras recorded. There was
- 33:07Speaker 1: a system failure failure of DVR two on July twenty
- 33:10Speaker 1: nine to twenty nineteen, and the motherboard failed on DVR
- 33:13Speaker 1: two on August eight, twenty nineteen. The hard drive failure
- 33:15Speaker 1: occurred on August ten, twenty nineteen. After the incident. Blank
- 33:19Speaker 1: was asked about the cameras. There were two new hard
- 33:21Speaker 1: drives to install, but installing the new hard drives would
- 33:23Speaker 1: mean that all prior data would be lost. The Warden
- 33:25Speaker 1: wanted video, and so Blank was exactly what happened. They
- 33:29Speaker 1: went ahead and wiped it. So there you go. All right,
- 33:33Speaker 1: that's a new one. So we have the memo. We
- 33:36Speaker 1: now have the DVR. So there's that. Now.
- 33:38Speaker 3: If the decoy body the decoy.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Body, right, which I mean I asked yesterday. Oh, I
- 33:44Speaker 1: did put out a public call yesterday for sulfuric acid.
- 33:47Speaker 1: I did say I would. So somebody actually did contact me,
- 33:50Speaker 1: and here's the response they gave me. I did check
- 33:52Speaker 1: and it actually is part of their potential explanation seems
- 33:55Speaker 1: to make sense, is because it said ro plant reverse
- 33:59Speaker 1: osmosis is like you know, it's like a water purification system.
- 34:03Speaker 1: They said that oro plant could be a reference to
- 34:07Speaker 1: reverse osmos. That's a potential innocent explanation. I'm fine with
- 34:10Speaker 1: innocent explanations, if you have innocent explanations for sulfuric acid
- 34:14Speaker 1: and ocean tunnels and what else. The de body decoys
- 34:18Speaker 1: and broken cameras and harder and early memos that are
- 34:22Speaker 1: drafted about deaths. I'm on about the.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Blurry orange image on our video missing minute.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Yeah, all those.
- 34:28Speaker 1: I'm I'm ready to present full context anytime, any day
- 34:32Speaker 1: that you would like. And yet and yet still to
- 34:36Speaker 1: this day, d o J. Look they're they're monitoring Thomas
- 34:39Speaker 1: Massey's Twitter feed with a magnifying glass. They know about
- 34:43Speaker 1: this early drafted memo. Where's your response? A routine we draft,
- 34:49Speaker 1: you know, PR releases about all inmates debts.
- 34:52Speaker 3: I want to just know with like, we screwed up
- 34:54Speaker 3: the dates, Yeah, and.
- 34:57Speaker 1: In turn screwed up the day. I mean actually honestly,
- 35:01Speaker 1: like genuinely believable. But they won't even offer that nothing.
- 35:05Speaker 1: So this is the latest one. Okay, got it, Let's
- 35:08Speaker 1: continue B two, shall we? This is a very interesting one.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Epstein installed secret cameras with the help of quote handy
- 35:16Speaker 1: Russians love the British press and their spelling of pedophile.
- 35:19Speaker 1: Pedophile credit card statements obtained by the Telegraph corroborate purchases
- 35:23Speaker 1: of Surveillan's technology. Jeffrey Epstein ordered staff to install hidden
- 35:28Speaker 1: cameras in his home after being told quote the Russians
- 35:32Speaker 1: may come in handy, and they analyzed some of his
- 35:36Speaker 1: credit card statements specifically to basically back up this allegation,
- 35:42Speaker 1: both with the emails and the credit card what they.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Show emails in there too, where he talks about, Oh,
- 35:47Speaker 2: they're really tiny and I'm going to put them in
- 35:48Speaker 2: some Kleenex boxes listen to.
- 35:50Speaker 1: Epstein asked his pilot to buy three motion detecting hidden
- 35:55Speaker 1: cameras that record. That's a direct quote, okay, direct quote,
- 36:00Speaker 1: three motion detective hidden cameras that record. He also worked
- 36:05Speaker 1: as a technician in general handyman across Epstein's properties. In
- 36:08Speaker 1: an email on February five, twenty fourteen, he said he
- 36:11Speaker 1: had bought the cameras from a spy shop in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
- 36:16Speaker 1: and was quote figuring out how they work as they speak.
- 36:20Speaker 1: On the same day as the hidden camera purchase. Epstein
- 36:22Speaker 1: received an email from someone else whose name was redacted.
- 36:25Speaker 1: Remember what we spoke about. If you want to put
- 36:27Speaker 1: cameras in the house, it will have to be very
- 36:30Speaker 1: discreetly done. The Russians may come in handy, okay, So
- 36:36Speaker 1: let's just start with that. So one of the core
- 36:38Speaker 1: claims of Epstein deniers is he never taped anyone and
- 36:41Speaker 1: never blackmailed anyone. There you go, one of the core
- 36:44Speaker 1: claims of Glene Maxwell. Remember everybody's forgotten this, but we've
- 36:47Speaker 1: already proven it incorrect. Ah, I built those houses from scratch.
- 36:51Speaker 1: There's no cameras anyway. Oh, except except all the photos.
- 36:56Speaker 1: It's actually not very good. I have a cold right now,
- 36:58Speaker 1: so I can't do the true posh British accent. But
- 37:01Speaker 1: you've got hidden cameras in the bedrooms. You got hidden
- 37:03Speaker 1: cameras everywhere else. She's a liar. She literally perjured herself
- 37:07Speaker 1: in that interview. It doesn't matter again, everybody just moves on.
- 37:10Speaker 1: But you've got mult you know, hidden cameras. Any of
- 37:12Speaker 1: the FBI in that She'll remember the twenty nineteen raid
- 37:16Speaker 1: of the Epstein property. They found all those DVD dis
- 37:19Speaker 1: CDs and all that stuff which was all labeled with
- 37:22Speaker 1: some of the people nobody ever heard about that. No,
- 37:24Speaker 1: no files on that one. Huh interesting, Maybe it'll be redacted.
- 37:27Speaker 1: You could maybe argue in it, what's the innocent explanation
- 37:30Speaker 1: that he'd like to tape himself, you know, having sex
- 37:33Speaker 1: and others?
- 37:34Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 37:34Speaker 1: Maybe, I mean if that's not all that innocent though,
- 37:37Speaker 1: if you're going to see, oh, I don't know, a
- 37:39Speaker 1: memorialized memo to yourself about STDs with Bill and Melinda Gates,
- 37:44Speaker 1: that seems pretty sketchy, don't you think? And so you
- 37:47Speaker 1: put this all together, and I mean, I don't know.
- 37:49Speaker 1: I just continue to think some of the most maximalist
- 37:52Speaker 1: conspiracy claims that have been made around this are basically
- 37:56Speaker 1: all just correct. And that's what I continue you know,
- 37:58Speaker 1: with the hidden cameras, the FBI's handling of the entire thing,
- 38:02Speaker 1: you would have to believe in competence, like to the
- 38:05Speaker 1: tenth power to come to the you know, I have reasonable,
- 38:10Speaker 1: the reasonable explanation that he just killed himself this entire time.
- 38:14Speaker 1: I just don't buy it.
- 38:15Speaker 2: We've got another billionaire two who is implicated here and
- 38:19Speaker 2: you know, caught dead to rights lying about the extent
- 38:22Speaker 2: of his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. This is Andrew Farcas,
- 38:25Speaker 2: who was not a figure out was particularly familiar with,
- 38:27Speaker 2: but he is, you know, I think part of this family.
- 38:30Speaker 2: Very wealthy. He was the campaign chairman for Andrew Cuomo
- 38:33Speaker 2: a number of times, so very you know, high level
- 38:36Speaker 2: in New York society. You could put this up on
- 38:38Speaker 2: the screen from the New York Times. They say that
- 38:42Speaker 2: the billionaire exchanged nearly two thousand emails with the sex
- 38:45Speaker 2: offender Jeffrey Ebste you know, for more than a decade,
- 38:47Speaker 2: revealing deeply personal thoughts about life, loneliness, and growing old.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Kept their relationship from his investors, apparently confident all the
- 38:53Speaker 2: links between Epstein himself, including the business they were partners
- 38:56Speaker 2: in and the trips he had made to visit mister
- 38:58Speaker 2: Epstein and jail, would never be disclosed. But the release
- 39:00Speaker 2: of three million additional pages of the Epstein files on
- 39:03Speaker 2: January thirty has made it clear that the billionaire in
- 39:05Speaker 2: the New York real estate mogul Andrew Farcas, had a
- 39:07Speaker 2: profound friendship with mister Epstein, who he called one of
- 39:11Speaker 2: the blessings in his life and one of the bravest.
- 39:14Speaker 3: Men I've ever known.
- 39:16Speaker 2: The relationship played out in the trading of deep confidences,
- 39:19Speaker 2: swapped introductions to powerful people and visits to mister Epstein's island.
- 39:23Speaker 2: The documents show and their business partnership was a mutually
- 39:27Speaker 2: beneficial real estate deal that helped mister Epstein save millions
- 39:31Speaker 2: of dollars in taxes. So not only were they close
- 39:34Speaker 2: friends exchanging thousands of emails visits to the island, they
- 39:38Speaker 2: were also business partners out there.
- 39:41Speaker 1: This, by the way, the tax thing, I still remain
- 39:43Speaker 1: think is bullshit, all right, because if you are a billionaire,
- 39:47Speaker 1: you have access to the wealth houses of Goldman, Sachs,
- 39:52Speaker 1: Deutsche and Morgan. Stand I mean, you are talking about
- 39:56Speaker 1: the best of the best of the best tax lawyers
- 39:59Speaker 1: in the world. Why do you need to hire a
- 40:03Speaker 1: basically illiterate, imbecile who can barely spell, and who from
- 40:08Speaker 1: all of his millions of emails, I have not found
- 40:11Speaker 1: one actual expert piece of tax advice beyond taking an
- 40:15Speaker 1: article written by an accountant and sending into his accountant
- 40:18Speaker 1: saying maybe we should try this. It's not tax advice.
- 40:21Speaker 1: I can absolutely guarantee you. I can only speculate again,
- 40:24Speaker 1: This is my own speculation based upon my review. I
- 40:28Speaker 1: think he was an expert at money laundering, and in
- 40:30Speaker 1: particular I'm talking about real money laundering on behalf of
- 40:33Speaker 1: the intelligence community, the CIA, and yes, also of the
- 40:36Speaker 1: ultra wealthy. Once you become very good at moving money
- 40:38Speaker 1: around to reduce your tax liability, that's not tax advice.
- 40:41Speaker 1: It's called fraud, all right. So like that's what I
- 40:44Speaker 1: think that he was.
- 40:44Speaker 2: Overall, had a very very high level criminal mind.
- 40:49Speaker 1: Yes, insider trading. I mean this is and again teevens
- 40:53Speaker 1: to call it criminal is funny because it's not really
- 40:54Speaker 1: a crime. If you get away with it, well.
- 40:56Speaker 2: It's every elite in the entire world sanctions it and
- 41:00Speaker 2: is participating in the crime. Then guess what, I guess
- 41:03Speaker 2: it doesn't really count. And I mean not just through
- 41:06Speaker 2: the insider trading and you know, parent money laundering, these
- 41:09Speaker 2: sorts of things, but the whole way. He would look
- 41:11Speaker 2: at the world, see a country failing or going to
- 41:15Speaker 2: war and think like, oh, this is my opportunity to profit,
- 41:19Speaker 2: realizing you know, talking to talking to wealthy, powerful people
- 41:23Speaker 2: and saying, look this chaos, this collapse, this is good
- 41:26Speaker 2: for us. This is how we consolidate even more wealth,
- 41:29Speaker 2: even more power. This game is easy, Like that's the
- 41:32Speaker 2: type of thinking that, yes, he was very good at
- 41:35Speaker 2: that type of thinking. Any sort of intricate tax planning,
- 41:38Speaker 2: financial advice. No, that's not what was fundamentally going on here.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Exactly right. So look again, I'm not alleging in any
- 41:45Speaker 1: way that mister Farcas was engaging in that type of behavior.
- 41:49Speaker 1: This is purely an opinion on mister Epstein himself. So
- 41:53Speaker 1: let's continue, shall we, whenever it comes to some of
- 41:56Speaker 1: the new releases. By the way, again, my great love
- 42:00Speaker 1: respect for the UK. God'd I love these people. This
- 42:04Speaker 1: is a full blown crisis. It may take down the monarchy,
- 42:07Speaker 1: and the monarchy must survive, and that's why the King
- 42:10Speaker 1: himself very willing to strip his own brother of titles,
- 42:14Speaker 1: completely throwing him under the bus. Let's go to the
- 42:16Speaker 1: next one and put this up here on the screen,
- 42:18Speaker 1: King Charles releasing a new statement profound concern and complete
- 42:22Speaker 1: cooperation with the police authorities over quote mister mount Batten
- 42:27Speaker 1: Windsor's conduct. That's how they refer to his very own brother.
- 42:31Speaker 1: While the specific claims are in question for mister mount
- 42:33Speaker 1: Batton Windsor to address. If we are approached by the
- 42:36Speaker 1: Thames Valley Police, we stand ready to support them as
- 42:40Speaker 1: you would expect. The Valley Police are confirmed it is
- 42:43Speaker 1: assessing now whether there are grounds to investigate a complaint
- 42:46Speaker 1: by a group which reported that Mount Batten Windsor is
- 42:49Speaker 1: suspected misconduct in public office and a breach of official secrets.
- 42:54Speaker 1: So I did talk a little bit about this yesterday,
- 42:56Speaker 1: but the details are actually really worth going into because
- 42:59Speaker 1: it connects back to the tax advice stuff I just
- 43:01Speaker 1: talked tax advice stuff I just talked about, and how
- 43:04Speaker 1: he really made his money. He's not a master trader,
- 43:06Speaker 1: insider insider trading. That's it. But by the way, that's
- 43:09Speaker 1: incredibly lucrative if you're friends with the wealthiest and most
- 43:12Speaker 1: powerful people in the world. So let's go to the
- 43:13Speaker 1: next one. Just to give you an example. The current
- 43:16Speaker 1: investigation in Britain is claims that the former Prince Andrew
- 43:19Speaker 1: shared sensitive reports with Epstein. So this is from a
- 43:23Speaker 1: November two thousand and tel email exchange that appeared to
- 43:26Speaker 1: show the Royal sharing quote visit reports after a Southeast
- 43:30Speaker 1: Asia trip. All right, so this focus is on some
- 43:34Speaker 1: emails that were provided, you know. In some of the
- 43:37Speaker 1: some of the release, the email chain quote appears to
- 43:39Speaker 1: show the former Prince forwarding Epstein visit reports from Vietnam, Singapore,
- 43:44Speaker 1: Hong Kong, and shen Jen, and one email who was
- 43:47Speaker 1: signed as a special advisor, appeared to contain an attached
- 43:50Speaker 1: document file and was forwarded to Epstein within five minutes
- 43:54Speaker 1: of receipt. Now, all of these documents appear to basically
- 43:58Speaker 1: be like summaries either of the Prince this visit. But
- 44:01Speaker 1: the reason why it's important is that he was acting
- 44:03Speaker 1: as the Trade Advisor of the UK at the time,
- 44:07Speaker 1: So in multiple of these emails, they tell Epstein that
- 44:10Speaker 1: he was planning trips to various different countries, what he
- 44:13Speaker 1: was doing and potentially what he saw. This is information,
- 44:16Speaker 1: right for a prince he gets to probably meet with
- 44:18Speaker 1: some of the you know, very high level officials, other
- 44:21Speaker 1: heads of state, you know, and gets to meet with
- 44:24Speaker 1: local executives and then forward some of that information along.
- 44:28Speaker 1: This would be a breach obviously acting in his official duties.
- 44:32Speaker 1: Not nearly as bad as oh, I don't know, Lord
- 44:35Speaker 1: Mandelsson being like, hey, we're going to bail out the government,
- 44:37Speaker 1: just so you know, just so you can go ahead
- 44:39Speaker 1: and trade on that information and tip off Jamie Diamond
- 44:41Speaker 1: so that he can get involved in this entire thing.
- 44:43Speaker 1: But it's still scandalous, and it just shows this is
- 44:46Speaker 1: information is currency. Information at the highest levels. It is
- 44:50Speaker 1: you know, enables them to manipulate and work the world
- 44:53Speaker 1: in whatever way that they possibly want. And you could
- 44:55Speaker 1: this is again the smallest, tiniest glimpse. I still think
- 44:58Speaker 1: it's just like the eye of the in terms of
- 45:01Speaker 1: what really is out there.
- 45:02Speaker 3: Yeah, that's exactly right.
- 45:03Speaker 2: And I mean, it's just so wild to me that
- 45:05Speaker 2: the first instinct of like Mandelssohn when they're deliberating about
- 45:09Speaker 2: how to respond to the financial crisis is like, I
- 45:12Speaker 2: got some confidential info.
- 45:14Speaker 3: Let me send it to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 45:15Speaker 2: That was like the first instinct there, allegedly, and you know,
- 45:19Speaker 2: being investigated currently, you also found soccer some more information
- 45:23Speaker 2: about potential epstein Cia ties of his former bodyguard.
- 45:27Speaker 1: That's right, I'll tell you this. I was not aware.
- 45:30Speaker 1: I'm pretty deep, and I really I'm ashamed to say
- 45:33Speaker 1: I was not aware of this. Lore. Let's go and
- 45:35Speaker 1: put this up here on the screen. Credit to Tarru
- 45:37Speaker 1: Palmieri we've talked to her before. She has her own substack.
- 45:40Speaker 1: Can go and subscribe to it if you're interested. She
- 45:43Speaker 1: also is very similar background. You know, she was part
- 45:45Speaker 1: of the mainstream media. She went independent and she actually
- 45:48Speaker 1: did a pretty deep dive in the Epstein case years
- 45:50Speaker 1: ago when it was not all that popular. So I
- 45:52Speaker 1: really trust her legit reporter for sure, exactly. That's what
- 45:55Speaker 1: anybody who came to this before it was popular. Those
- 45:57Speaker 1: are the people I respect. These are like the Julie
- 45:59Speaker 1: cape Tea Palmieri's and others. So here's what she said.
- 46:03Speaker 1: She said quote when a rare glimpse inside of Epstein's
- 46:07Speaker 1: network of protection from a chilling warning to a secret
- 46:09Speaker 1: trip to Langley, and why the government kept victims in
- 46:13Speaker 1: the dark. And so this was apparently traces back to
- 46:17Speaker 1: an interview that she did with Brad Edwards. He was
- 46:19Speaker 1: a lawyer for Epstein's victims. It is a conversation that
- 46:22Speaker 1: Edwards had with Epstein's bodyguard of five years, Igor Zenoviev,
- 46:28Speaker 1: who warned him to back off quote because of Epstein's
- 46:31Speaker 1: shadowy connections to the US government. Zenoviev said, you don't
- 46:35Speaker 1: know who you're messing with. You need to be really careful.
- 46:38Speaker 1: You are on Jeffrey's radar, and somebody that Jeffrey pays
- 46:41Speaker 1: a lot of attention to, which is not good. You
- 46:44Speaker 1: don't want to be on his radar. End quote. I said,
- 46:46Speaker 1: give me some examples, who am I messing with? Edwards recalled,
- 46:50Speaker 1: and that's when he looked across the table and whispered
- 46:52Speaker 1: three letters C, I, A. And he talks actually about
- 46:56Speaker 1: how while Epstein was serving his two thousand and eighth sentence,
- 47:00Speaker 1: how he actually was sent there on multiple information trips,
- 47:06Speaker 1: like to pick up information from Langley. He didn't seem
- 47:09Speaker 1: to fully explain some of this what was going on.
- 47:12Speaker 1: And again this is kind of hearsay. It's Brad, you know,
- 47:15Speaker 1: the lawyer for the victims, who's talking away half of
- 47:17Speaker 1: a conversation he had with Zenoviev. But I mean, nonetheless,
- 47:20Speaker 1: that is very extraordinary. I do believe that Tara did
- 47:23Speaker 1: either foya or call the CIA press office. I quote,
- 47:27Speaker 1: have not received any confirmation or denial of these mysterious
- 47:30Speaker 1: visits in two thousand and eight. But nonetheless, it does
- 47:33Speaker 1: back up like you have a bodyguard basically warning off
- 47:36Speaker 1: a lawyer. Here's the thing, whether it's true or not,
- 47:38Speaker 1: there was enough of there at least for him to
- 47:41Speaker 1: be credibly trying to make that threat of like, hey,
- 47:43Speaker 1: you're messing with some very powerful people when you're getting
- 47:46Speaker 1: involved here. And then all of these talks about trips
- 47:49Speaker 1: to Langley, Virginia back in two thousand and eight. So
- 47:51Speaker 1: again I was not aware of this particular part of
- 47:55Speaker 1: Epstein lore. And just add you know, another feather in
- 47:58Speaker 1: the cap. Yeah for the case.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Well, we also have more pieces that sort of fill
- 48:02Speaker 2: out the way that he schmoozed politicians to get whatever
- 48:07Speaker 2: he needed from them in the Virgin Islands in particular.
- 48:09Speaker 2: There needs to be more explanation exploration with regard to
- 48:12Speaker 2: New Mexico as well, because I do think the ranch
- 48:14Speaker 2: is and undercovered part of the story. Let's put this
- 48:17Speaker 2: up on the screen. This is backed up by some
- 48:20Speaker 2: of the emails. So this is from fifty shades away.
- 48:22Speaker 2: By the way, shout out to him. He's been doing
- 48:24Speaker 2: a good job going through files and we've used a
- 48:26Speaker 2: bunch of the stuff that he's pulled here. Epstein was
- 48:28Speaker 2: paying tuition for the children of the Governor of the
- 48:31Speaker 2: US Virgin Islands, the former first Lady of the US
- 48:33Speaker 2: Virgin Islands and Epstein multiple tuition in voices.
- 48:36Speaker 3: I mean goes on to say, are these bribes?
- 48:38Speaker 2: Why they turned a blind eye to his many crimes
- 48:40Speaker 2: and gave him huge tax breaks?
- 48:41Speaker 3: And you can see the email here.
- 48:43Speaker 2: And by the way, Seaton Hall confirmed that these tuition
- 48:47Speaker 2: payments were in fact made for the children of the
- 48:51Speaker 2: then governor of the US Virgin Islands. So you know,
- 48:55Speaker 2: in addition to campaign contributions that wasn't enough, he's giving
- 48:58Speaker 2: personal financial park site.
- 49:00Speaker 3: I don't worry your.
- 49:00Speaker 2: Kid's tuition, college tuition at this expensive university. I got
- 49:04Speaker 2: you covered, not a problem. And then you know he's
- 49:07Speaker 2: left alone to do whatever he wants, and you know,
- 49:09Speaker 2: have all sorts of benefits there in the Virgin Islands,
- 49:13Speaker 2: and you know they just look the other way because
- 49:15Speaker 2: they're in on the benefits from him.
- 49:17Speaker 1: I think that Virgin You know, you're very right about
- 49:20Speaker 1: New Mexico. Because Bill Richardson is dead. We don't talk
- 49:22Speaker 1: about it enough. He was deeply linked with Epstein, like
- 49:25Speaker 1: deep deep and Richardson was also part of the Clinton
- 49:28Speaker 1: cup all. Don't forget that. You know, he was tight
- 49:31Speaker 1: in the Clinton machine. Him and Epstein multiple visits and
- 49:34Speaker 1: all that, and you're talking about the New Mexico ranch
- 49:36Speaker 1: any place he seemed to own property he or spent
- 49:40Speaker 1: a lot of time and was committing some of his crimes.
- 49:42Speaker 1: He was in with the those local elites who and
- 49:46Speaker 1: look it kind of makes sense. New Mexico no offense.
- 49:48Speaker 1: But you know, not exactly an economic powerhouse. So when
- 49:51Speaker 1: you have a very rich person who is there, I
- 49:53Speaker 1: can pull a lot of strings and has a lot
- 49:55Speaker 1: of influence. Yes, the governor is going to get in
- 49:57Speaker 1: with I mean the Virgin Islands the same thing. Sure
- 49:59Speaker 1: they have a lot of tourism, but you know this
- 50:00Speaker 1: ultra wealthy man, he owns part of it. He's very wealthy.
- 50:04Speaker 1: He's got all these political connections. He's drafting campaign ads
- 50:07Speaker 1: for Bill Clinton. He's making sure that all of these
- 50:10Speaker 1: wealthy people are coming too the island. Yeah, he gets
- 50:12Speaker 1: a little bit involved here and finances a few things
- 50:15Speaker 1: at the campaign level. It's probably not an extraordinarily expensive race.
- 50:19Speaker 1: And then what do they do if they protect him,
- 50:21Speaker 1: which is exactly what happened after he died and you
- 50:23Speaker 1: had the initial lawsuit which was dismissed by the very
- 50:26Speaker 1: governor who Epstein was funding. From the very beginning, so
- 50:30Speaker 1: you can see exactly like, this is how you build
- 50:32Speaker 1: and buy political favors. He's smaller jurisdiction where there's not
- 50:36Speaker 1: as many people and they spend a decent amount of money.
- 50:38Speaker 1: You build up some social cachet, and boom, this is
- 50:41Speaker 1: how it all gets done. So very last thing we
- 50:43Speaker 1: want to put up here B nine again, not to
- 50:47Speaker 1: forget some of the creep behavior here from redacted to Epstein.
- 50:51Speaker 1: I'll find a girl for you this time, I promise.
- 50:53Speaker 1: I'm so bitter now I'll do anything. Dot dot dot
- 50:56Speaker 1: Europe would be better to find little girl. Okay, all right,
- 51:01Speaker 1: let's always remember what we're dealing with.
- 51:02Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, I'm glad, so glad our government is protect
- 51:05Speaker 2: protecting whoever it was that.
- 51:06Speaker 1: That's right exactly again, in violation of the law. That's
- 51:08Speaker 1: a victim. You're gonna tell me that's a victim right
- 51:11Speaker 1: or there? And if there's national security information, yeah, I
- 51:13Speaker 1: think we should probably know if that's a foreign leader
- 51:16Speaker 1: or somebody who is like that. Great
