- 0:43Speaker 1: Different ways when it comes to healing and recovery, and
- 0:46Speaker 1: instead of putting them on most one particular podcasts, I
- 0:50Speaker 1: decided to put.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Them on all of them.
- 0:52Speaker 1: It just made sense to just do different versions of
- 0:57Speaker 1: healing and recovery on different podcast because some things when
- 1:03Speaker 1: it come to healing and recovery don't apply to others,
- 1:06Speaker 1: and the only thing that happens it makes people confuse,
- 1:09Speaker 1: and I'm not trying to make people confuse when it
- 1:11Speaker 1: comes to healing and recovery. Also, if you want to

- 1:44Speaker 1: I hope you guys are doing well. Me I am
- 1:48Speaker 1: doing okay despite my circumstance. And I wanted to make
- 1:53Speaker 1: today about people that have lost age jobs, people that
- 1:59Speaker 1: right now are going through right now, the worst of
- 2:01Speaker 1: the worst right now and trying to figure out how
- 2:04Speaker 1: they're going to be above water, wondering if there's even
- 2:08Speaker 1: a light at the end of the tunnel. People that
- 2:11Speaker 1: are right now being told today that this is their
- 2:16Speaker 1: last day. People that are losing their apartments, their cars,
- 2:21Speaker 1: their homes, losing everything because everything right now is falling apart.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Everything is rising, food prices are.
- 2:29Speaker 1: High, clothing is high, everything is high.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Housing is even high.
- 2:34Speaker 1: I was looking at some houses that I know that
- 2:38Speaker 1: are not worth three hundred and fifty three hundred and
- 2:40Speaker 1: forty thousand far as a house, and I was looking
- 2:43Speaker 1: in different areas to see about a house, and it
- 2:47Speaker 1: just blows my mind how expensive the houses are.
- 2:51Speaker 2: And I'm like, well, good gracious.
- 2:54Speaker 1: So I'm trying to debate, do I want to go
- 2:57Speaker 1: back home to North Carolina and get a house, or
- 3:01Speaker 1: do I want to go to Georgia and buy a house.
- 3:06Speaker 2: I gotta look in Georgia to see how much.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Their houses are, because I found two of them. One
- 3:11Speaker 1: is like three hundred and forty thousand and then one
- 3:15Speaker 1: is like three hundred and ninety some thousand. But the
- 3:20Speaker 1: houses are both nice, and you wouldn't think it's so
- 3:25Speaker 1: much space in a house when you first look at it.
- 3:28Speaker 1: But then again, i'd have to go in there and
- 3:30Speaker 1: look at the houses and then see as far as
- 3:33Speaker 1: you know, actually seeing the house, and then determining from
- 3:37Speaker 1: there if it's something that I want. But let me
- 3:40Speaker 1: say this, a lot of people right now are panicking
- 3:44Speaker 1: because they are basically feeling like everything that could go
- 3:48Speaker 1: wrong is going wrong.
- 3:51Speaker 2: They went to work and then was.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Told their last day is Friday, told they were losing
- 3:57Speaker 1: a job, immediately out their husband or wife is cheating,
- 4:02Speaker 1: finding out that they're getting divorce, your child is in
- 4:07Speaker 1: the hospital because they have some type of cancer or
- 4:10Speaker 1: because they're sick. Regardless of what it is that you're
- 4:14Speaker 1: dealing with, we are going to go through challenges. But
- 4:19Speaker 1: the one thing I learned through my own situation, I
- 4:24Speaker 1: was on vacation, I was visiting my family, and I
- 4:27Speaker 1: was working remote and I was told our last day
- 4:31Speaker 1: was going to be January.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Ninth, right when I was coming home from vacation.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I was getting ready to actually go on a week
- 4:40Speaker 1: vacation on.
- 4:41Speaker 2: A cruise, right before I lost my job.
- 4:45Speaker 1: I came home and I was like, oh my god,
- 4:48Speaker 1: what am I going to do. The first thing I
- 4:49Speaker 1: did was I waited a couple of days just to
- 4:53Speaker 1: get settled, just to deal with what was happening, and
- 4:57Speaker 1: taking the time to just breathe a little bit. And
- 5:00Speaker 1: then I said, well, after I get my last check,
- 5:04Speaker 1: then I filed funemployment, which is what I did. Got
- 5:08Speaker 1: my unemployment, so I'm not spending any money. Most of
- 5:13Speaker 1: the stuff that I got on the firm. I am
- 5:15Speaker 1: almost paid off, so that's.
- 5:17Speaker 2: A good thing.
- 5:19Speaker 1: But I've been putting applications in every day, and I
- 5:22Speaker 1: would say out of those applications, I would probably say
- 5:25Speaker 1: about a good eighty percent of them have told me
- 5:28Speaker 1: no or I haven't heard anything else from them. I've
- 5:31Speaker 1: had people call me about jobs, but I haven't heard
- 5:34Speaker 1: anything back from them about it. But yet they want
- 5:37Speaker 1: the last of your Social Security number. And most of
- 5:40Speaker 1: the ones who have called have been people there from overseas,
- 5:43Speaker 1: not people from America.
- 5:45Speaker 2: But one lady did call me.
- 5:47Speaker 1: I did send her what times were for me, but
- 5:51Speaker 1: I hadn't heard anything else from her since she reached
- 5:54Speaker 1: out to me. So, like I said, you know, you're
- 6:00Speaker 1: gonna have your share of ups and downs. And there
- 6:05Speaker 1: are people that's been out since twenty nineteen that have
- 6:08Speaker 1: now came on social media and said, I really don't want.
- 6:11Speaker 2: To go back to work.
- 6:13Speaker 1: A lot of people are coming to the realization that
- 6:15Speaker 1: maybe it's not meant for them to work and recognize
- 6:18Speaker 1: a five job. I had somebody that when I had
- 6:23Speaker 1: posted my travels.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Of you know, I did like these. You know how
- 6:30Speaker 2: you can.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Put a bunch of videos and then do the auto
- 6:34Speaker 1: clips and they will post from the videos. That's what
- 6:37Speaker 1: I did today. And yesterday somebody said, well, it looked
- 6:42Speaker 1: like your cruise was boring, and I responded by saying,
- 6:47Speaker 1: I've been on Carnival as well, and Carnival there are
- 6:53Speaker 1: people that are standing around.
- 6:55Speaker 2: They're not partying. What are you talking about.
- 6:58Speaker 1: I don't know anywhere that I've seen where every single
- 7:02Speaker 1: person in that place starts dancing. My old thing is
- 7:07Speaker 1: people are too worried about other people and not worried
- 7:12Speaker 1: about themselves. Now, mind you, I thought about going into
- 7:15Speaker 1: travel agency, and when I get done with this, I'm
- 7:19Speaker 1: going to watch somebody talk about it.
- 7:23Speaker 2: But there are two ways to be a travel agent.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Either you can go through somebody else and you get
- 7:29Speaker 1: a percentage, or you can go through someone else and
- 7:31Speaker 1: basically have your own travel agency and somebody will help
- 7:35Speaker 1: you to do that. Now I would say this, I
- 7:40Speaker 1: would say, work with someone else, but still have something that.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Is of your own and get your own certification.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Not only that, learn about the different types of cruises.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Try to build your own connection so that way you
- 7:58Speaker 1: can build When you do build something up your own,
- 8:02Speaker 1: you're able to take your clients with you. But if
- 8:04Speaker 1: you have a non contractual then it's gonna be kind
- 8:08Speaker 1: of hard to do that. Even though people should be
- 8:10Speaker 1: able to make their own choice far as whether they
- 8:12Speaker 1: want to go with you or whether they want to
- 8:13Speaker 1: go with someone else, that's really up to them. But
- 8:18Speaker 1: what I will say is you have the right to
- 8:22Speaker 1: choose whether or not which way you want to go.
- 8:27Speaker 1: But I would say, do your research before you decide
- 8:31Speaker 1: to do anything.
- 8:32Speaker 2: So we all noticed a tax season. I filed my taxes.
- 8:36Speaker 2: They were approved. I'm just waiting to say when I'll
- 8:40Speaker 2: get my money.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I haven't checked today, but when I get it, I
- 8:46Speaker 1: am investing in becoming a travel agent. I am investing
- 8:49Speaker 1: in my coaching business. I am investing in motivational speaking.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Matter of fact, the rest of the weekend, I'm going
- 8:56Speaker 1: to be focusing on doing a bunch of you know,
- 9:01Speaker 1: writing and stuff for my book because I decided to,
- 9:06Speaker 1: you know, I think I know what direction I want
- 9:07Speaker 1: to go in it.
- 9:09Speaker 2: So I'm going to continue.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Just writing and just letting the book write itself, you know,
- 9:15Speaker 1: just going in and just writing and then going you.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Know, continuing on.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Now, am I gonna use chat GT that thing, the
- 9:26Speaker 1: chat thing, yep or whatever else is gonna help me
- 9:29Speaker 1: to write the book, Yes, because I might take some
- 9:31Speaker 1: information from it as reference.
- 9:34Speaker 2: But that's about it.
- 9:36Speaker 1: But I have jewelry in there, so I got a
- 9:41Speaker 1: look to see if I can find something to put
- 9:43Speaker 1: jury in so I can start sending off some jewelry
- 9:46Speaker 1: and stuff and start selling my jury.
- 9:50Speaker 2: But it's about really coming up with a plan.
- 9:53Speaker 1: But I would say, while you're not working, get some sleep,
- 9:58Speaker 1: just be just do nothing for a couple of days.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Because when's the last time you haven't done anything where
- 10:07Speaker 1: you didn't get up, go to work, be in front
- 10:09Speaker 1: of screens or whatever you did, go home, take care
- 10:11Speaker 1: of kids, and then turn around and cook dinner and
- 10:15Speaker 1: clean up your house.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Take the time to just beef for a little bit.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Go for a walk, go for a drive, go and
- 10:24Speaker 1: have you some coffee, Go and just sit and just
- 10:29Speaker 1: beef for about a week. And then next week just
- 10:33Speaker 1: figure out what your next movie is gonna be. Not
- 10:36Speaker 1: saying don't continue looking for another job, I'm not saying that,
- 10:40Speaker 1: But what I'm saying is this time around, you are
- 10:45Speaker 1: no longer gonna let nobody pull.
- 10:46Speaker 2: The rug from up under you.
- 10:50Speaker 1: You're gonna say to yourself, you know what, I am
- 10:53Speaker 1: going to have a safety net. I'm not giving up
- 10:56Speaker 1: my safety net. The best thing to do right now
- 11:00Speaker 1: is if you can go to the gym, work out,
- 11:05Speaker 1: go for a walk, go for a drive. Even if
- 11:08Speaker 1: you don't go shopping, just go to the mall and
- 11:13Speaker 1: walk around and find something that is gonna be something
- 11:20Speaker 1: that represents.
- 11:21Speaker 2: What you're gonna want when you go back to work.
- 11:24Speaker 1: So, for example, you may say I'm gonna want a
- 11:30Speaker 1: new car, go to the dealership and look at one,
- 11:33Speaker 1: find out which card that you won't might be a
- 11:36Speaker 1: new version of it.
- 11:38Speaker 2: But what car do you want.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Let's say you want to buy a house, start looking
- 11:44Speaker 1: for it because this time around, not only you're gonna
- 11:48Speaker 1: have your job, but you're also gonna have multiple strings
- 11:51Speaker 1: of income. So you might document your journey in a book,
- 11:57Speaker 1: you might document journey on podcasts, my documentary, journey on them, YouTube,
- 12:03Speaker 1: or whatever you're gonna do, and you might start getting
- 12:06Speaker 1: views because what you're going through may help others. Now
- 12:11Speaker 1: you start to get views, Now you start to get followers.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Now you're getting into these different things, and now you're like, oh, okay,
- 12:19Speaker 1: this is cool. It's just like I have a TikTok
- 12:22Speaker 1: and a Facebook and a YouTube and Instagram.
- 12:26Speaker 2: Can I do and X get all of that?
- 12:32Speaker 1: But I said to myself, you know what, I'm gonna
- 12:36Speaker 1: create a coaching channel on TikTok. I got one on
- 12:39Speaker 1: Facebook and YouTube, but I decided that every day I'm
- 12:43Speaker 1: gonna work on each one of the channels.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Because on.
- 12:49Speaker 1: YouTube, I have four different you know channels that I have,
- 12:57Speaker 1: So starting next week, each one, I'm gonna work each one.
- 13:02Speaker 1: So I might spend one day working on one, one
- 13:05Speaker 1: day working on another, one day working on another.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Then after that I'm not gonna do no.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Strolling unless I'm gonna buy something. And then I'm going
- 13:14Speaker 1: to put my phone down and I might get up
- 13:17Speaker 1: and go.
- 13:18Speaker 2: For a walk.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Get up since whatever needs to be done in my house,
- 13:22Speaker 1: make breakfast, do my normal routine.
- 13:25Speaker 2: That's it, sit down, maybe watch.
- 13:28Speaker 1: A movie, get back to reading a book, and getting
- 13:32Speaker 1: back to getting my eyes back to where they need
- 13:35Speaker 1: to be. Because this morning I woke up they were hurting,
- 13:38Speaker 1: so I knew it was times like social media break
- 13:41Speaker 1: But if you have enough commentary and enough content, then
- 13:45Speaker 1: this is when you start promoting.
- 13:47Speaker 2: People to it.
- 13:48Speaker 1: So now you can take a break, because if you
- 13:50Speaker 1: have enough content, you want to build the content you
- 13:53Speaker 1: already got before you do anymore, because all you're doing
- 13:56Speaker 1: is wasting your time. So don't stop doing what you're
- 13:59Speaker 1: doing because right now you have no views or right
- 14:03Speaker 1: now you have no sales.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Just keep doing what you're doing.
- 14:06Speaker 1: You may have to add things, may have distract things,
- 14:08Speaker 1: but once you figure out a rhythm and you start
- 14:11Speaker 1: getting people, you're gonna start.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Getting a bunch of people.
- 14:13Speaker 1: And then the question is are you gonna be able
- 14:16Speaker 1: to handle all those people are coming into your platform
- 14:18Speaker 1: or come into your channel. I'm trying to figure out
- 14:21Speaker 1: a way that when I promote certain products that I
- 14:25Speaker 1: can add it on my Amazon store so I start
- 14:30Speaker 1: making money that way. So again, you know, while I'm
- 14:33Speaker 1: sitting here, it's gonna be studying because I'm taking some
- 14:37Speaker 1: more courses as far as coaching for holistic and some
- 14:41Speaker 1: other things.
- 14:42Speaker 2: But then I'm also gonna start making.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Jewelry because I'm about to go through this weekend the
- 14:46Speaker 1: containers to find the one that got the jury in
- 14:48Speaker 1: it and start going through it, and I might go
- 14:50Speaker 1: on Live going through it and then ask it going
- 14:53Speaker 1: on live showing me just trying to make stuff, make bracelets,
- 14:57Speaker 1: and showing me actually making stuff, and who knows, somebody
- 15:00Speaker 1: may say, you know, I would love for you to
- 15:02Speaker 1: make me a bracelet.
- 15:04Speaker 2: I would love for you to make me this.
- 15:06Speaker 1: So when I get my taxes back, I'm gonna invest
- 15:08Speaker 1: in getting some stuff so I can start sending off
- 15:12Speaker 1: products for the stuff that I bought. I want to start,
- 15:15Speaker 1: you know, getting my money back as far as all
- 15:17Speaker 1: the jewelry that I bought. So again, you know, it's
- 15:23Speaker 1: all about planning and then also a schedule stuff like that.
- 15:27Speaker 1: So every day I'll be doing something where it'd be
- 15:29Speaker 1: a day of just doing jewelry, a day of just
- 15:32Speaker 1: you know, doing juicing, exercising.
- 15:36Speaker 2: There'll be a schedule.
- 15:37Speaker 1: That's what I'm working on now because I got a
- 15:39Speaker 1: nice calendar book. So that's what I'm about to work
- 15:42Speaker 1: on now. But again, this might be the time while
- 15:47Speaker 1: you're not working to figure out how you can make
- 15:50Speaker 1: other streams of income that have nothing to do with
- 15:52Speaker 1: a job. How much money do you want to make
- 15:56Speaker 1: before you quit your job permanently? How long do you
- 16:00Speaker 1: want before you just say you know what I'm giving
- 16:02Speaker 1: up this job. So for example, you may say, like myself,
- 16:05Speaker 1: twenty thousand a month, which is reasonable, So twenty thousand
- 16:10Speaker 1: a month starting off. Once I do that for a
- 16:13Speaker 1: good two years, then I'll quit when I start making
- 16:17Speaker 1: twenty thousand. When I start making thirty fifty thousand, then
- 16:20Speaker 1: I might quit before then. But I'm not just gonna
- 16:24Speaker 1: go because I made twenty to fifty thousand dollars a
- 16:28Speaker 1: month and say Okay, I'm just gonna buy a brand
- 16:32Speaker 1: new house.
- 16:32Speaker 2: No, I'm not doing that. I'm stacking up my money.
- 16:35Speaker 1: While I'm living in the apartment that I'm in to
- 16:38Speaker 1: make sure that I have a safety net. Then I
- 16:41Speaker 1: can say, okay, I have now within three years, over
- 16:44Speaker 1: three hundred thousand dollars. And now I can say, okay,
- 16:47Speaker 1: now I can buy a house because now I can
- 16:50Speaker 1: pay for it outright without doing a down payment or
- 16:53Speaker 1: doing a huge down payment where the payments.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Will be cheaper than what they are.
- 17:00Speaker 1: So again, it's really about planning. Then it's about while
- 17:05Speaker 1: you're not working, find out what works for you, won't
- 17:08Speaker 1: or will not work for you. Work on your health
- 17:10Speaker 1: and wellness, work on your healing, work on recovery, work
- 17:14Speaker 1: on the fact that you just spend more time with
- 17:16Speaker 1: your kids.
- 17:17Speaker 2: So even though.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Yes you're not working, but you are still working, still
- 17:24Speaker 1: got kids take care of. Still gotta make sure they good.
- 17:28Speaker 1: But put it in the Higher Power's hand. Regardless of
- 17:31Speaker 1: what religion or spirituality that you serve, just make sure
- 17:36Speaker 1: that you let him lead. He can't lead if you
- 17:43Speaker 1: keep trying to take over.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Let him lead.
- 17:47Speaker 1: So even though things right now may seem very difficult,
- 17:50Speaker 1: may seem very hard, doesn't mean that it's not a
- 17:53Speaker 1: light at the end of the tunnel, because it is
- 17:56Speaker 1: because I'm the one also.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Going through it.
- 17:58Speaker 1: And you gonna have negative the people that's gonna want
- 18:01Speaker 1: to see you in a certain place so they can say, Cee, see,
- 18:05Speaker 1: I told you this wasn't gonna happen for her. But
- 18:08Speaker 1: then when it does, people want to bring up stuff
- 18:10Speaker 1: that happened twenty thirty years ago. Or because you don't
- 18:13Speaker 1: want to do for these people what they want you
- 18:15Speaker 1: to do, they want to tear your life apart.
- 18:17Speaker 2: That's to be expected.
- 18:19Speaker 1: When you get back on your feet, you're gonna have
- 18:21Speaker 1: people that's always gonna remind you of the past version
- 18:24Speaker 1: of you that wasn't very pleasant. That was very negative,
- 18:29Speaker 1: so they're gonna remind you of that. It's about how
- 18:32Speaker 1: you choose to handle it, not everybody else. So at
- 18:39Speaker 1: the end of the day, yes, it's hard for some people.
- 18:41Speaker 1: They have a spouse, they have the help, or they
- 18:43Speaker 1: got a roommate. Other people are doing it by themselves.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Some people are going back home and they're just moving
- 18:50Speaker 1: back home after their.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Leases are up.
- 18:53Speaker 1: But people are really going through it right now. They are,
- 18:56Speaker 1: and I pray for every single person that is going
- 18:59Speaker 1: through something, just like people that are going through illnesses
- 19:03Speaker 1: and diseases.
- 19:04Speaker 2: I want people to.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Know there are ways that you can find cures, but
- 19:10Speaker 1: it's about finding it before it gets too far gone.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Some people don't find out till they gat stage four,
- 19:16Speaker 1: it's already too late. That's because they didn't have the
- 19:19Speaker 1: insurance to go to the doctor. They didn't have insurance
- 19:22Speaker 1: to go to the dentists and go get stuff.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Done, so they couldn't get it done. And now the
- 19:27Speaker 2: dead things happen.
- 19:29Speaker 1: You abuse, trauma, You got a whole bunch of drama
- 19:32Speaker 1: going on. So is it really worth it? No, because
- 19:39Speaker 1: it ain't. So your happiness should begin in with you
- 19:46Speaker 1: and not with anybody else.
- 19:48Speaker 2: So I know it's not easy.
- 19:51Speaker 1: I know it's hard wondering how you're gonna pay Peter
- 19:54Speaker 1: to pay Paul aka bills, But they don't want you
- 19:59Speaker 1: to that even if you did have a regular job,
- 20:03Speaker 1: you don't even have the time to even enjoy a concert.
- 20:07Speaker 1: You don't even have a time to even go on
- 20:09Speaker 1: a seven day vacation. If you go back to work,
- 20:12Speaker 1: then the copays and deductibles are so expensive as far
- 20:16Speaker 1: as going to the doctor that you don't even have
- 20:21Speaker 1: universal health care.
- 20:24Speaker 2: So, of course, is this going to be easy.
- 20:27Speaker 1: No, because it's not anybody that says these journeys are
- 20:32Speaker 1: easy and there's not other things that's gonna come in between.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Think again, should me give an example. Now we had
- 20:42Speaker 1: bad Bunny on the Super Bowl, right, and now you
- 20:46Speaker 1: know Chris Brown says that he wants to put his
- 20:48Speaker 1: hand in the ring for being a super Bowl, And
- 20:52Speaker 1: somebody said, why shouldn't we have K pop artists or
- 20:58Speaker 1: those different artists to actually perform at the Super Bowl.
- 21:02Speaker 2: That would be interesting to have K part K pop
- 21:05Speaker 2: artists like what's some kids' names?
- 21:11Speaker 1: Uh, straight kids and all these other different artists to
- 21:16Speaker 1: perform at the Super Bowl.
- 21:18Speaker 2: But are they gonna do it?
- 21:20Speaker 1: I don't know, because it would definitely be some controversy
- 21:22Speaker 1: considering everything that's going on between China and Korea and
- 21:26Speaker 1: the United States and all of Asia. So I don't know,
- 21:29Speaker 1: But would it be interesting to have these artists, as
- 21:33Speaker 1: far as Asian artists to perform at the Super Bowl.
- 21:37Speaker 1: It'd be very interesting and it would definitely be a
- 21:40Speaker 1: fu to politicians and mega if they did, because that
- 21:46Speaker 1: would be really insane.
- 21:48Speaker 2: But I don't know.
- 21:49Speaker 1: But if they did, Bad Bunny, who's to say that
- 21:52Speaker 1: they wouldn't have straight kids or a bunch of straight
- 21:56Speaker 1: a whole bunch of K pop artists performing at the
- 21:59Speaker 1: Super just so it can hit multiple other countries with
- 22:04Speaker 1: these prides. They already talking about putting the NFL in Brazil,
- 22:11Speaker 1: so I mean, anything is possible. So again, you know,
- 22:17Speaker 1: the NFL is looking at Chestnut Checkers. They're like, look,
- 22:22Speaker 1: if everything right now go on, we gotta figure out
- 22:24Speaker 1: where we're gonna put the NFL just in case everything.
- 22:27Speaker 2: Goes wrong in the United States. You're thinking, not thinking
- 22:29Speaker 2: about it.
- 22:30Speaker 1: God saw video on YouTube with Travis Kelcey and the
- 22:34Speaker 1: other quarterback from the Kansas Citty Chiefs and they're supposed
- 22:39Speaker 1: to be playing in Brazil because they're talking about doing
- 22:42Speaker 1: something with the NFL gonna be in Brazil.
- 22:44Speaker 2: That is gonna be interesting. But do you hear anything
- 22:48Speaker 2: about it?
- 22:49Speaker 1: No?
- 22:50Speaker 2: Did anybody turn about it on TikTok?
- 22:52Speaker 1: No? They ain't said your words, because again, these billionaires
- 22:57Speaker 1: are preparing for this downfall in the Nina States.
- 23:00Speaker 2: They're preparing for it.
- 23:02Speaker 1: So many of these billionaires have had to basically deal
- 23:07Speaker 1: with humong is lost and a lot of these billionaires
- 23:11Speaker 1: have lost businesses from COVID nineteen up until now, and
- 23:17Speaker 1: they're still losing businesses.
- 23:19Speaker 2: But what's even more crazy is is the reason they're
- 23:23Speaker 2: doing it.
- 23:24Speaker 1: What it is is right now, fast food restaurants and
- 23:29Speaker 1: certain other jobs cannot keep employees in these jobs. So
- 23:37Speaker 1: what they do is they find out the fact that
- 23:41Speaker 1: certain fields need positions.
- 23:44Speaker 2: So they lay you off.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Why because it makes you desperate and it makes you
- 23:48Speaker 1: go run and try to get a job, regardless of
- 23:51Speaker 1: where it is. But gen Z is proving that they're
- 23:56Speaker 1: not settling. I'm not going to work for McDonald's. These
- 24:00Speaker 1: kids don't even want to work for McDonald's. Majority of
- 24:02Speaker 1: people that work in McDonald's. Are not even young people
- 24:04Speaker 1: no more. It's older people and people with disabilities that.
- 24:08Speaker 2: Work in McDonald's.
- 24:09Speaker 1: These young kids don't even want to work in McDonald's
- 24:12Speaker 1: and they don't.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Majority of the ones you see are the ones that
- 24:15Speaker 2: probably never went to college, or the.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Ones that never went the high school, or people that
- 24:21Speaker 1: just got out of jail that are working at fast foods.
- 24:25Speaker 1: So they're trying to get people to work fast foods.
- 24:28Speaker 1: So by laying people off, that means you're making it
- 24:33Speaker 1: so they're that.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Scared where they have to do any and everything. So
- 24:38Speaker 2: because every time they put.
- 24:39Speaker 1: An application in the field they're actually went to school for,
- 24:43Speaker 1: they're being rejected crazy enough, so that means.
- 24:47Speaker 2: They have to do what they have to do. Well.
- 24:49Speaker 1: You have companies like you know, countries like Denmark to
- 24:52Speaker 1: saying you know what, y'all can come here, you ain't
- 24:56Speaker 1: gotta stay there. You got companies, you know, countries and
- 24:59Speaker 1: companies outside of the United States is saying you come here,
- 25:05Speaker 1: you don't have to stay there.
- 25:06Speaker 2: If you got a degree and.
- 25:09Speaker 1: You want a better work right balance had you can
- 25:11Speaker 1: come here. You got people going to Thailand. There was
- 25:15Speaker 1: a girl that was in Thailand, but unfortunately has to
- 25:18Speaker 1: come back because when her and her girlfriend broke up,
- 25:22Speaker 1: she now doesn't have enough money to stay in Thailand,
- 25:25Speaker 1: so now she gotta come back.
- 25:26Speaker 2: To the United States. And they're even messing to the
- 25:30Speaker 2: passport bros. When it comes down to.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Them bringing people to the United States as far as foreigners.
- 25:40Speaker 1: And then we all know what happened with ice and
- 25:43Speaker 1: what happened to the two Caucasian people that lost their.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Lives due to ice. We all know this.
- 25:48Speaker 1: But at the end of the day, like I said,
- 25:51Speaker 1: you need to pay attention what's going on. And for
- 25:53Speaker 1: some of us, we ain't meant to be a part
- 25:55Speaker 1: of society standards, we're not meant to be a part
- 25:58Speaker 1: of it at all. Lot of people going in different directions.
- 26:01Speaker 1: And you know, if you know anything about a stock
- 26:04Speaker 1: exchange and you know how to go ahead and start
- 26:06Speaker 1: your stocks, by all means, go ahead.
- 26:08Speaker 2: If you have somebody can help you with stocks, and
- 26:10Speaker 2: by all means go ahead. Cryptocurrency. If you know somebody
- 26:13Speaker 2: can help you in cryptocurrency, then hey, do your thing.
- 26:16Speaker 1: But if some of us who don't know nothing about that,
- 26:17Speaker 1: we ain't gonna take risk. And yeah, you're gonna have
- 26:20Speaker 1: a bunch of people to scam artists, con artists that
- 26:23Speaker 1: are gonna manipulate, bamboozo and lead you astray and basically
- 26:27Speaker 1: take everything they can take from you. But the way
- 26:30Speaker 1: the world is now is the haves and the have nots,
- 26:35Speaker 1: and they are trying to keep at have nots. So no,
- 26:39Speaker 1: they're not trying to let you be better. No, they
- 26:41Speaker 1: don't want you to get better. Do y'all know understand?
- 26:43Speaker 1: They make billions of dollars off you being sick. They
- 26:47Speaker 1: make billions of dollars off the vorce. They make billions
- 26:50Speaker 1: of dollars off women being single mothers. Y'all don't understand
- 26:53Speaker 1: they make billions of dollars off this dozing. If they
- 26:57Speaker 1: really care, then they will get rid of the second
- 27:00Speaker 1: send these people.
- 27:00Speaker 2: They're not gonna do that.
- 27:02Speaker 1: So again, when you start looking at things for what
- 27:04Speaker 1: they are and you start paying attention, you're like, well, dang,
- 27:10Speaker 1: I don't know how I missed all this stuff, But
- 27:12Speaker 1: this is while you at home. You just sit back
- 27:15Speaker 1: and observe, Sit back and just watch, because I'm telling
- 27:19Speaker 1: you you gonna see a lot of things and you're
- 27:21Speaker 1: gonna be like, well, dang. So now take the time
- 27:25Speaker 1: to heal, take the time to sit still, take the
- 27:27Speaker 1: time to while you are not working, be actually productive,
- 27:32Speaker 1: travel a little bit, take some time to just be
- 27:36Speaker 1: spend some time with your kids.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Why you can pay her everything.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Because like I said, I seen people that just got
- 27:46Speaker 1: off one cruise and now going on to another cruise
- 27:48Speaker 1: when I was on Margaritaville.
- 27:50Speaker 2: These people, these.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Older people that can retire, the baby boomers are probably
- 27:56Speaker 1: gonna be the last one that's gonna be able to
- 27:58Speaker 1: retire because the between gen X and gen Z, they're
- 28:04Speaker 1: not gonna be able to retire.
- 28:05Speaker 2: Why because there's nothing in their savings.
- 28:09Speaker 1: A lot of people in gen X were no different
- 28:11Speaker 1: than gen Z as far as jobs were concerned, and
- 28:15Speaker 1: weren't at jobs long enough to retire. Some people haven't
- 28:20Speaker 1: even weren't even at a job for six months. Some
- 28:24Speaker 1: people were only at jobs like six to eight years.
- 28:27Speaker 1: So they're not gonna have a lot of retirement that's
- 28:30Speaker 1: gonna be enough to.
- 28:31Speaker 2: Be able to pay their bills. And that's just the
- 28:33Speaker 2: reality of it.
- 28:35Speaker 1: So this is why now you gotta start having multiple
- 28:38Speaker 1: streams of income. This is why you have to keep
- 28:41Speaker 1: your houses and keep everything that you bought, because that
- 28:44Speaker 1: was the whole point, was to be able to keep
- 28:46Speaker 1: what you bought, and that way you wouldn't have to
- 28:49Speaker 1: worry about buying something else and you can actually enjoy
- 28:52Speaker 1: your money and be able to retire. Only thing you
- 28:54Speaker 1: have to do is just pay whatever taxes that there are.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Now, if you even.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Think about trying to get another house, then you're gonna
- 29:03Speaker 1: get somebody.
- 29:03Speaker 2: Else to move into the house.
- 29:04Speaker 1: The way things are right now, nobody can afford to
- 29:07Speaker 1: buy a house right now. They said a lot of
- 29:10Speaker 1: realtors didn't even sell anything last year, So a lot
- 29:14Speaker 1: of people didn't even make money last year because people
- 29:16Speaker 1: couldn't even get a house because people credits are so bad,
- 29:20Speaker 1: I mean, student loans and nothing. So there's so many
- 29:23Speaker 1: different things that go on that you really got to,
- 29:26Speaker 1: you know, sit there and think about.
- 29:28Speaker 2: But what I will say is.
- 29:30Speaker 1: That despite all of that, you're gonna have to have
- 29:33Speaker 1: a plan, and you're gonna have to have a safety net.
- 29:36Speaker 1: So those of y'all that lost your jobs, please make
- 29:39Speaker 1: sure you have a safety net. Please make sure you
- 29:42Speaker 1: have something for a rainy day, because now you just
- 29:45Speaker 1: can't be I sold everything now I paid off everything.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Now I want something else. Now, if your car is
- 29:54Speaker 2: broken down, you need to get another car.
- 29:55Speaker 1: I completely understand, because it's more expensive to get another car.
- 30:02Speaker 1: I mean to fix a car, then they get a
- 30:04Speaker 1: new car.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Got it, But a house. Keep your house.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Because there's no point now you can rent it out,
- 30:13Speaker 1: but just know you need to have something that can
- 30:17Speaker 1: be passed down for your children just case something happening.
- 30:20Speaker 1: They need a place to stay. That's the whole point
- 30:22Speaker 1: safety in it. And a lot of kids don't understand that.
- 30:26Speaker 2: You know, you might want to keep.
- 30:28Speaker 1: That house because you never know if you may have
- 30:32Speaker 1: to move into that house because you have no place
- 30:34Speaker 1: to stay. So it's important that you understand that because
- 30:40Speaker 1: I'm not saying give your kids stuff for free, not
- 30:44Speaker 1: saying that, but when it comes to a house, you
- 30:47Speaker 1: want to have something that if your needs, your nephew
- 30:49Speaker 1: or your child is in a situation or bind, they
- 30:54Speaker 1: have a roof over their.
- 30:55Speaker 2: Head and a place to stay.
- 30:57Speaker 1: That is just something that is extremely am So if
- 31:02Speaker 1: and when you go back to work, make sure it's
- 31:06Speaker 1: time around you put some money aside. Don't just go
- 31:09Speaker 1: because you went back to work and start spending money.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Don't just because you start making twenty thousand dollars a
- 31:16Speaker 1: month then you just start spending.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Above your means.
- 31:20Speaker 1: Stack your money up, put your money back into your business.
- 31:24Speaker 1: When you're making money where you can afford to put
- 31:27Speaker 1: money back in your business, and you have enough money
- 31:29Speaker 1: to really enjoy it, then you can spend it. But
- 31:32Speaker 1: don't go buy all this stupid stuff like Louis Patan
- 31:36Speaker 1: and something because it got a name on it. Just
- 31:39Speaker 1: remember how you were before you basically started making money.
- 31:43Speaker 1: Don't forget what happened before you started making money. Don't
- 31:47Speaker 1: forget that because again you're gonna be reminded of that.
- 31:52Speaker 1: People are gonna remind you of your past anyway. People
- 31:56Speaker 1: gonna remind you of who you were before any of
- 31:59Speaker 1: this happens. So just understand that it's not easy. So
- 32:08Speaker 1: you have people that are trying to buy, you know,
- 32:11Speaker 1: houses in other countries, you know, then it's also about
- 32:16Speaker 1: trying to you know, become a citizen. So in Thailand,
- 32:22Speaker 1: I have not known anybody to become a citizen over there,
- 32:26Speaker 1: and people been trying. So I would just say, you know,
- 32:34Speaker 1: understand that it's not easy. It is a lot of work,
- 32:39Speaker 1: but it could be anything. Your health and wellness should
- 32:44Speaker 1: also be while you're not working.
- 32:46Speaker 2: Focus on that.
- 32:47Speaker 1: Focus on being healthy, focus on taking care of yourself,
- 32:51Speaker 1: focus on sleep, focus on exercise, focus on dieting first,
- 32:56Speaker 1: focusing on reading, educating yourself, focus on you know, your
- 33:00Speaker 1: mental health, psychological health, focus on you know your children,
- 33:05Speaker 1: you know, being able to make time with them.
- 33:07Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. So is it easy?
- 33:11Speaker 1: No, not at all. But you're gonna have a lot
- 33:16Speaker 1: of people talk about these you know they're gonna be
- 33:21Speaker 1: talking about. All it is is what thirty days. You
- 33:24Speaker 1: can do this in thirty days, You can do that
- 33:26Speaker 1: in thirty days. But those are just temporary solutions. Those
- 33:29Speaker 1: are not permanent things that's gonna help you later on
- 33:33Speaker 1: down the line. So yeah, they are temporary, and yes,
- 33:37Speaker 1: these are things you can do for right now. But
- 33:40Speaker 1: when it comes down to permanently doing something, permanently being successful,
- 33:47Speaker 1: then understand that you got to find something that you
- 33:53Speaker 1: can maintain and you've got to be realistic when you
- 33:56Speaker 1: go back out here. So don't think that you won't
- 34:00Speaker 1: go backwards, because you will, And then don't tell the
- 34:04Speaker 1: world that what you got going on never let the
- 34:08Speaker 1: left hand know what the right hand does.
- 34:10Speaker 2: So just keep on moving, keep doing what you're doing.
- 34:14Speaker 1: Don't let none of this stuff stop you from your greatness,
- 34:20Speaker 1: but understand that you gotta take it one day.
- 34:22Speaker 2: At a time, one step at a time.
- 34:24Speaker 1: So with that being said, I hope this information helps
- 34:27Speaker 1: you out. And with that being said, I thank you
- 34:29Speaker 1: guys for joining me for this episode.
- 34:31Speaker 2: I'm your old Scott Zashamayama.
- 34:33Speaker 1: And until next time, just remember every journey that you
- 34:38Speaker 1: go on can either pass or fail. That's really up
- 34:42Speaker 1: to you, not up to everybody else.
- 34:44Speaker 2: It's up to you.
- 34:45Speaker 1: If you mind your own business and focus on yourself,
- 34:48Speaker 1: then you'll be amazed what.
- 34:49Speaker 2: You can accomplish.
- 34:51Speaker 1: But if you're trying to be like everybody else, do
- 34:52Speaker 1: like everybody else, think like everybody else, act like everybody else,
- 34:54Speaker 1: and be where everybody else is, you never gonna make it.
- 34:57Speaker 2: But that being said by y'all, oh,
