- 0:13Speaker 2: and you can hear him every night with a really
- 0:16Speaker 2: interesting show every night nine to midnight on wor nine
- 0:19Speaker 2: to midnight every weeknight. And then make sure you watch
- 0:22Speaker 2: his Saturday night show. It is the best late night
- 0:25Speaker 2: show in television Saturday night at ten on the Fox
- 0:29Speaker 2: News Channel. In fact, we'll tell you how you can
- 0:31Speaker 2: be there in the audience coming up, and he's with
- 0:34Speaker 2: us now, Jimmy Fayla, How you doing?
- 0:37Speaker 1: How you doing?
- 0:37Speaker 2: You know what?
- 0:38Speaker 1: I'm laughing as a New York guy that the Mets.
- 0:40Speaker 1: I was just reading the story the Master are doing
- 0:42Speaker 1: a dating night at their stadium. Well, I guess the
- 0:46Speaker 1: mess have decided they just want somebody to score at
- 0:49Speaker 1: that stadium. You know what, we can't somebody else. I
- 0:55Speaker 1: just saw this in the elevator at Fox. I'm dying laughing.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Well, actually, what I've got it said singles night. Maybe
- 1:01Speaker 2: it's they realize many of the people come and can't
- 1:04Speaker 2: get anybody to go with them doing Mets game, so
- 1:06Speaker 2: they'll just come along.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Yeah, like this is the problem they're going to have
- 1:11Speaker 1: with this event. Most of the people going to Mets
- 1:13Speaker 1: games these days put a bag over their head. So
- 1:16Speaker 1: how are you going to know if you've got a
- 1:17Speaker 1: good looking person.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Well, it is a strange thing. Dating night, happy hour
- 1:23Speaker 2: at a Mets game. There's no such thing anymore at
- 1:25Speaker 2: a Mets game. But you're a Yankee fan.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Right I am. I grew up in the accent, the accent.
- 1:31Speaker 1: They're riding high right now, they're turning around. They hit
- 1:33Speaker 1: the ball last night. Things are looking up.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Yeah, Hey, your friend President Trump, he's a big fan
- 1:38Speaker 2: of Jimmy Failey, loves the Saturday Night Show. He's going
- 1:43Speaker 2: to Long Island tomorrow. Can you give him some Long
- 1:45Speaker 2: Island advice? How to deal with those people?
- 1:51Speaker 1: You know what, because this is true. I grew up
- 1:53Speaker 1: in Levittown, Nassau County, Bruce Blakeman Territory, by the way,
- 1:58Speaker 1: And as you know, the Trump Man, he's like, he's
- 2:02Speaker 1: kind of like an honorary Long Islander. Yeah, you know,
- 2:06Speaker 1: he plays a lot of golf, he talks a lot
- 2:08Speaker 1: of smack, you know, and I think he's gonna fit
- 2:11Speaker 1: in fine, Like, you know, he just needs to find
- 2:13Speaker 1: a good diner because you know how he likes to
- 2:15Speaker 1: eat on the road. Yeah, so I gotta send I
- 2:17Speaker 1: gotta send Trump to a good Long Island diner. That's
- 2:19Speaker 1: what he actually needs. In terms of advice. I can't
- 2:22Speaker 1: really help him at this point because Trump doesn't listen
- 2:24Speaker 1: to anybody anyway. That's why. You know, if you saw
- 2:28Speaker 1: my girl, Caroline Levitt is leaving to go watch Paw
- 2:31Speaker 1: Patrol with her kids, and everybody's like, who's gonna be
- 2:35Speaker 1: the press secretary? I'm like, guys, Trump is the press secretary.
- 2:37Speaker 1: This guy just thirty five press conferences a day, literally
- 2:42Speaker 1: on them. It's a Doctor Seus's book. On the on
- 2:44Speaker 1: the plane, on the train, on the boat. You know,
- 2:47Speaker 1: he's talking to reporters. So yeah, we know it doesn't
- 2:49Speaker 1: matter who the press secretary is from here because he
- 2:52Speaker 1: never stops talking. No.
- 2:53Speaker 2: And Caroline Levitt, you know, you know, she's got a
- 2:55Speaker 2: huge future in front of her. She's only twenty eight.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Imagine what she'll do in this.
- 2:59Speaker 1: She is fremendous, Like she is such a super talented,
- 3:03Speaker 1: sweet girl. I knew her when she was a White
- 3:07Speaker 1: House intern and she ran for Congress up in New Hampshire.
- 3:10Speaker 1: And then her her family, her parents, and her husband
- 3:13Speaker 1: came to one of my stand up shows in Fort Lauderdale.
- 3:16Speaker 1: And this is before she started working for the RNC
- 3:19Speaker 1: and then ultimately the White House. And she is a
- 3:22Speaker 1: really cool girl. And yes, I can't imagine how long
- 3:27Speaker 1: the line is right now to pitch her thing, you
- 3:29Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Yeah, And I've never had that line.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I'm usually the guy in the line trying to pitch herself.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Hey what, but she is. Yeah, you're right to say
- 3:40Speaker 1: she really did crush that job. And what people don't understand,
- 3:45Speaker 1: you know that don't work in media, is there is
- 3:47Speaker 1: a genuine hostility in the White House right now that
- 3:51Speaker 1: doesn't exist under any other administration. Meaning you know, when
- 3:55Speaker 1: Biden was president, he actually just didn't talk to the
- 3:58Speaker 1: press and they didn't even complain about it, you know,
- 4:00Speaker 1: whereas this one, every question is a loaded, seething Well
- 4:05Speaker 1: you like President Trump, you're literally hitler. So when you
- 4:08Speaker 1: say and you're like, wait, what that was a question?
- 4:12Speaker 1: So yes, she was the only White House Press secretary
- 4:15Speaker 1: to be the away team. Every single time she stepped
- 4:19Speaker 1: up to the podium, she was the away team. It's
- 4:21Speaker 1: pretty commendable.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Hey, you gotta listen to Jimmy Fayla every weeknight nine
- 4:26Speaker 2: to midnight. Now, I'm just warning you. The only problem
- 4:28Speaker 2: with the show is you start listening to, you get addicted,
- 4:31Speaker 2: and you keep listening, and you keep listening to and
- 4:33Speaker 2: you have a flow on that show that I don't
- 4:36Speaker 2: know how you do it because I just start doing
- 4:37Speaker 2: three hours. It's killing me. But you just start talking
- 4:40Speaker 2: and it flows for three hours, And tell me the secret.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Is the magic trick is you don't do three hours.
- 4:46Speaker 1: You do ten minutes at the top of this hour,
- 4:49Speaker 1: nine minutes after you come back from commercial, you know,
- 4:52Speaker 1: twelve minutes after that break, you know. So I look
- 4:55Speaker 1: at it as a series of individual shows. That's literally
- 4:58Speaker 1: how I do it. And each individual show, if we're
- 5:01Speaker 1: on the air twelve minutes, you know, that's a show.
- 5:04Speaker 1: And then you go to commercial and you do, you know,
- 5:05Speaker 1: two three minutes commercials, you come back, you're doing an
- 5:08Speaker 1: eight or nine minute show. You know. That's the way
- 5:10Speaker 1: I look at it, and it makes all of it
- 5:12Speaker 1: spontaneous and fun for me. And you're gonna laugh, but
- 5:15Speaker 1: I don't actually prepare it that much. It's better for
- 5:19Speaker 1: me if I'm just reacting to things I saw and
- 5:22Speaker 1: it's a little more spontaneous, and because of that, I
- 5:26Speaker 1: don't I'm not really I don't feel the clock, I
- 5:28Speaker 1: don't feel the time. It really does feel like a conversation,
- 5:31Speaker 1: and I'm just you know, I'm trying to find a
- 5:32Speaker 1: creative way to not tell you I'm doing drugs.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Hey in the TV show every Saturday night, ten o'clock
- 5:41Speaker 2: on the Fox News Channel. Best monologue in television. Of course,
- 5:46Speaker 2: the bar has not been set very high here, but
- 5:48Speaker 2: even in the heyday, that would still be the best
- 5:50Speaker 2: monologue in television. And now people can be in the audience, right,
- 5:54Speaker 2: they can get tickets and it's free.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Help tickets always free as Fox across America dot com.
- 6:00Speaker 1: If you want to come down, you meet all the
- 6:03Speaker 1: Fox people. You can hackle. It's a very involved show,
- 6:07Speaker 1: like I during commercial breaks talk to the audience until
- 6:09Speaker 1: they're literally hitting me with a cattle prod to get
- 6:12Speaker 1: me back into my seat. But it's because a lot
- 6:15Speaker 1: of times the audience tells you things that you bring
- 6:17Speaker 1: up on the show. So like you know, if somebody
- 6:19Speaker 1: says they're visiting from you know, Wisconsin or whatever, you know,
- 6:24Speaker 1: you might not have planned on talking about that crazy
- 6:26Speaker 1: lady that was running for governor, but now you're gonna,
- 6:29Speaker 1: you know, because you come back from commercial and you go, oh,
- 6:31Speaker 1: we had a person here from Wisconsin, and now you're
- 6:33Speaker 1: telling Francesca honjoke. Did you see that nutty lady who
- 6:36Speaker 1: lost this week, who uh running for governor complaining about
- 6:41Speaker 1: her proximity to whiteness even though she has a white
- 6:44Speaker 1: husband's She reminds me of that old Andy Kaufman bit.
- 6:49Speaker 1: So do you remember Andy Calvin was? You know, he
- 6:51Speaker 1: has this alter ego Tony Clifton, and Tony Clifton used
- 6:55Speaker 1: to start his act by coming on stage reminding the
- 6:58Speaker 1: crowd that it was a no smoking ven you and
- 7:00Speaker 1: then he would light us agaf like and he'd walk
- 7:04Speaker 1: off stage. And that's basically this. Every one of these people,
- 7:07Speaker 1: they're like, we got to defund the police, and then
- 7:09Speaker 1: they leave with the police escort. We got to get
- 7:12Speaker 1: rid of these white guys. Then they go home to
- 7:14Speaker 1: their white husband. You know, it's all that Andy Kaufman did.
- 7:16Speaker 1: It's kind of funny when you think of it that way.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Hey, you also pointed out it's a great point. They
- 7:20Speaker 2: always blurt these things up. And as you say, they
- 7:22Speaker 2: never tell you what's next. Defund the police, tax the rich.
- 7:26Speaker 2: They never say what's next or ever get to the
- 7:28Speaker 2: consequences of this.
- 7:30Speaker 1: No, they just want to wreck things. It's the point.
- 7:33Speaker 1: It's like when you're a little kid and you're playing
- 7:35Speaker 1: with blocks. The most exciting thing is not building a building,
- 7:39Speaker 1: it's running through it and knocking it back down. And
- 7:42Speaker 1: these are children. That's the same thing. We built all
- 7:45Speaker 1: the building blocks, and they just want to walk into
- 7:48Speaker 1: the room and kick them down there. They don't have
- 7:50Speaker 1: a plan. They didn't want to clean it up, clean
- 7:52Speaker 1: it up. Excuse me?
- 7:53Speaker 2: Yeah, Hey, we listen to Jimmy Faylor every night nine
- 7:56Speaker 2: to midnight here on w R. What do you got
- 7:58Speaker 2: tonight coming up?
- 8:00Speaker 1: Oh, buddy, Jim Jordan's gonna be on Great State of Ohio. Yes,
- 8:06Speaker 1: he actually represents Neil Armstrong's district. That's where my wife
- 8:11Speaker 1: is from. My wife, Jenny, lives in the fourth Congressional
- 8:14Speaker 1: District of Ohio. She went to lived in the hometown
- 8:16Speaker 1: of Neil Armstrong, the guy who pretended he walked on
- 8:19Speaker 1: the moon. And we're gonna have that. I'm kidding I'm kidding,
- 8:23Speaker 1: but Jim Jordan's on and comedian Dave Landau one of
- 8:26Speaker 1: my favorite guys in the world. So we'll have the
- 8:28Speaker 1: dumb The Dumb Button will be working overtime for this one.
- 8:32Speaker 2: And then you gotta watch this TV show every Saturday
- 8:36Speaker 2: night at ten o'clock on the Fox News Channel. Now,
- 8:39Speaker 2: you tape that on Friday nights. If people want to
- 8:40Speaker 2: come sit in the audience.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Friday night taping, yep. If anybody listening wants to go,
- 8:44Speaker 1: the tickets are free. It's Fox Across America dot com.
- 8:48Speaker 1: You'll meet the whole show. You'll be a part of
- 8:50Speaker 1: the show, which is really a cool, unique thing that
- 8:52Speaker 1: we do. And you know, you're also tasked with keeping
- 8:56Speaker 1: me sober before I do Hannity every Friday night. You
- 9:00Speaker 1: come as a fan, but you stay with a job.
- 9:02Speaker 1: It's going to be great.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Now, if you watch Colbert, it's a four minute monologue
- 9:07Speaker 2: and he's got seventeen writers. You do like a twenty
- 9:10Speaker 2: minute monologue and you got how many writers.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Do you have? You don't just me, baby, I write
- 9:14Speaker 1: my whole show man, every script, every intro, every outru
- 9:17Speaker 1: It's on me. Now, I like that because it sounds
- 9:21Speaker 1: more organic, it sounds like me. That's what makes it
- 9:23Speaker 1: come off well. But you have to have the ability
- 9:26Speaker 1: to do that. Guys like Colbert don't have that. Jimmy
- 9:28Speaker 1: Kimmel doesn't have that. They're not really writers, you know,
- 9:31Speaker 1: they're TV personality, they're presenters. And because if they were
- 9:35Speaker 1: true comedians and true writers, they'd have better instincts. Because
- 9:38Speaker 1: to be a good writer you have to have good
- 9:40Speaker 1: instincts like, don't do this, it won't work. That's why
- 9:42Speaker 1: they're willing to get on TV and do the kind
- 9:44Speaker 1: of garbage that they do. Like someone with good instincts
- 9:47Speaker 1: does not dress up as a vaccine needle and do
- 9:50Speaker 1: a dance on a show like Colbert did ye, but
- 9:53Speaker 1: oddly enough they use those needles to euthanize his show,
- 9:56Speaker 1: so it worked out.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Also, they would know, if you want to get left,
- 9:59Speaker 2: don't walk out look like a math teacher every night,
- 10:01Speaker 2: which Kilbert did.
- 10:02Speaker 1: So of course, well you get it.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Got Jimmy faylub brilliant as always, and make sure you
- 10:08Speaker 2: listen the tonight every weeknight nine to midnight on seven
- 10:13Speaker 2: to ten. Wrar. I'm just telling you're going to get
- 10:16Speaker 2: hooked on this show nine to midnight every night. Jimmy Fayala,
- 10:19Speaker 2: thanks for being with us.
- 10:21Speaker 1: You're the best buddy, all right, take care?
- 10:24Speaker 2: Yeah, really is good. Try it out tonight nine o'clock.
- 10:27Speaker 2: And don't forget coming up at noon today it's Buck
- 10:30Speaker 2: and Clay. They do a great show at twelve noon.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Now I'm three hours now. Remember this show now starts
- 10:36Speaker 2: at nine am every day. If you're tuning in ten,
- 10:39Speaker 2: you're missing the first hour. Now it's nine am till
- 10:42Speaker 2: noon every day, and that means Curtis and Larry. Curtis
- 10:45Speaker 2: Lee will Larry Menty six to nine every morning on
- 10:49Speaker 2: seven ten WR
