A wildfire erupted in Ogden, Utah, just before 1 AM on a Saturday, forcing evacuations and damaging power lines. Authorities arrested 50-year-old Justin Derald Hurd, accused of intentionally starting the blaze while allegedly offering drugs to a juvenile. The teen claims Hurd lit a fire with a lighter on dry wood, then fled in his truck.
