  it's just him drawling around, although he goes berserk in this one. Oh,

  two thousand seven and ninety dollars. LaQuan already sounds like a no good,

  which is the value of a car and a refund on a car, multiple

  cars. La Quan just wants a DNA test. That's it. That's it,

  that's all. He's twenty twenty seven, ninety twenty seven, ninety.

  Keanu and LaQuan met in twenty eleven. They met at work. Things moved

  quickly escalated within a week, she met his mom. Shortly after that,

  she became pregnant. It was a tough time for her. She lost her

  grandpa. You know, now she's pregnant, pregnant, things are just kind

  of happening. They're they're young, they're they're they're they're young. Uh and

  uh so she gives birth and that's when you know, la Quan starts to

  act out. So uh, you know, she starts to she starts saying,

  hey, he's going out there. This is when everything changed, you

  she says he was twenty. I was twenty two. And he says,

  you, uh, you expected this guy to just just stop being twenty that's

  right, right, yes, he's he's gonna do things that twenty year old

  kids are doing. It's not saying it's right when he was judge mathis was

  twenty you maybe he'd have done some of the same things. Maybe who can

  say? Uh and uh, like if you think that you're just gonna twenty

  year twenty year old guy is gonna have a baby and just turn around,

  turn his life around, You're wrong, You're wrong. So uh, he's

  gonna go out there. Lakwan Uh says Keana is wrong. I'm a perfect

  father. I'm always there there, I've been there for every doctor's appointment.

  Now, I I questioned this a little bit based on things that will come

  out in just a minute. But good on him, I say. He

  says, if I'm so bad, why uh, why do you have another

  kid with me, judge. Judge says, how how long after the first

  one did you have the same one? He says four years. And Judge
• 3:51
  asked Keana did he change in those four years, and she says, uh,

  unfortunately, no, no, no, he don't. He didn't say

  say the same. La Kwan says, I may or may not have been

  emotionally available, but I was always supporting the household financially, always always,

  always do it it. Now I had a I have a criminal record selling

  drugs. Judge says, no, wonder you support the household financially. I'm

  not saying you know, I support this, that's but you're at least you're

  using the money for what's right. Judge asked if the children were planned.

  Lakwan says, the second one was not planned, and I have doubts that

  that I'm the I'm the father in the first place, but I still treat

  it like I'm the father. So Keana speaks up and says that when he

  got out of jail, uh, he takes an Accura out of his uh
• 4:46
  out of her sister's yard, just took it, signed, signed it over
• 4:49
  to his name, and she followed a police report. She has a police
• 4:53
  report. Uh La Kwan says that when I got out of jail, I
• 4:59
  was sharing a car with my girlfriend, but it was hard. My girlfriend

  like needed the car along the word I know. So he says, you

  know, before I went to prison, and now don't I don't ask me
• 5:11
  how he was going all those doction's appointments while he was in prison. You

  know, that's not that's exactly right. Before he went to prison, he
• 5:17
  bought the Accura, That's what he says. And he says, I never

  gave her that car. She uh, she took it from me. She
• 5:27
  stole it from me. She had all my belongings in her house when I
• 5:30
  got arrested, and when I got arrested, she forged my signature on the
• 5:32
  title. So that's why when I got out, she was willing to give

  the car back to me, no problem. She just gave it back to
• 5:40
  me. Keana says, after all of this, he says, hey,

  my cousin can get you a vehicle for four hundred dollars. Four hundred dollars
• 5:50
  down, easy peasy. But the car was not good. Uh So she
• 5:56
  gave it back to the cousin, and she wants a refund for that that
• 5:59
  car was. At this point that Judge Mathis uh starts giving LaQuan a hard
• 6:03
  time because, uh, my girl, Keana has a lot of evidence,
• 6:12
  just stacks and stacks of papers, and you start to see La Kwan standing
• 6:16
  on his tippy toes just kind of look like trying to see what you got
• 6:20
  on you got over there, one of those things you got, And so

  Mathis starts to give give him a hard time for that, like, hey,
• 6:27
  if you're the fears not if you're not guilty, why are you trying
• 6:30
  to like see what the evidence is type of thing. Back to La Kwan

  Uh, he wants the court to do a DNA test on that second child.

  He says that while he was in jail for the first time, he
• 6:42
  asked his homeboy his words so much. I had to go over to the
• 6:46
  house every so often. I'm more serious than that. Well that he that's
• 6:49
  his suspicion. Uh, we don't know for sure, but that's his suspicion.

  Yeah, he thinks that it did. And Judge Mathis says, in

  her defense, Hugh did send your home boy over, that's right. I

  don't know you. I don't know what you want from them. That's right.

  At this point, Keana hands the judge a stack of evidence full of

  text communications with La Kwan doesn't make him look good. We don't really get

  specifics about what's in this text, but you know there's there's stuff there.

  He's ready for the we're ready for the verdict. And you can guess amount

  of money and whether or not he's the father. He's the father, she

  gets the money. I'm just kidding a wild guess here. You're correct,

  the plane of Shaquita Thomas. Shakita Thomas. She is suing her cousin,

  Letitia Cobray, for the maximum of five thousand dollars for damages to her car

  and lack of rent payment. Shakita is suing Siskita is suing Letitia Latsia.

  That's right, Shakita, Leticia got so. Shakita starts by saying, I

  had ninety seven accord, all right, Latitia, ain't none wrong with that?

  and she lets uh, she lent it to Letitia on Valentine's Day?

  And so then Judge Joe Brown takes this opportunity to be you know, overly

  like particular, well, excuse me, miss Thomas on or around about the

  month of February. Uh, did you lend your car? You know what

  I mean? Like it's this full thing. Because he's clearly perturbed at Latisha.

  Now Latsia told him, get your facts, that's right, told Judge

  Sho Brown. He does not respond, but he's gonna don't work. So,

  uh, Joe gets more specific Shakida is like, yes, I learned

  the vehicle to her she needed to get to work, and he says,

  well, it was the vehicle returned to you in the same condition, and

  she says no. When I get the car back, the front grill was

  torn up and the front end was damaged. And she told me that a

  friend of hers back to U haul truck just straight into sheh yes, do

  we get pictures. We do. It's it's the the the actual vehicle is

  cracked, so not just the grill. Wow. Then Shakida says there's a

  Oh no. Latitia says, you had like that car is brand new.

  It was raggedy when you gave it to me, and the little bit of

  damage that my calls was nothing. I didn't even do it, but my

  friend did it. But like your car was raggedy, your car was not
• 11:05
  branded. Chequita is like ignoring her Judge Joe Brand ignoring her. Well,
• 11:09
  the second accident, she was going to work and according to her, she
• 11:13
  was trying to hide from her ex girlfriend who was stalking her. Oh no.

  And then Latisha's like, na, we were still together at that time.
• 11:22
  And what Shaquita is like, whatever the case may be is she hid
• 11:28
  the car in between a trash can and her building, and the whole left
• 11:33
  side just got scraped up, and the picks of the car pretty bad.

  I mean there's a mirror torn off, scratches the whole thing. Wow.

  So Latitiha said, well, none of this. Look, I'd have paid
• 11:46
  you already. But if you had taken it to a reasonable place to get
• 11:50
  an estimate, I'd have paid you already. But you took it to Honda
• 11:56
  and they gave you that high dollar estimate, and I'm not paying that high
• 11:58
  dollar. I think she's gonna be Now, if I borrowed your ninety seven

  Honda, I think you and I did bump it, and or you did
• 12:09
  it to me. I think we would do each other. The service would

  be like, hey, it's a ninety seven Honda, let's get this fixed,

  and just like you can pay me back, and it's not gonna I'm

  not taking up to break away right like I'm probably it's a ninety spot.

  If you're going to court. If you're going to court, you're going to

  break no doubt. She's like, blah blah blah, she needed to get

  a reasonable estimate. Judge Joe Brown she doesn't have to. Well, I'm

  working on it somewhere that's gonna come in handy. It's good where Judge Judge

  Joe land to the future. So anyway, she Judjo Brown says, she

  doesn't have to take it to where you wanted to take it. She can

  take it to the Honda place. And Latisha says, well, that's why

  she don't have her money. So Judge Joe Brown still takes a deep breath.

  Is not going after real so she can't. Judge Jo Brown's like,

  and Shaquida's basically like, well, she needed a place to stay.

  My lease was up, so I got a new lease with her. She

  got a bedroom. She signed on the lease. She has that document.

  She signed on the lease, and she agreed to pay her cost, which

  is like two hund ninety two dollars and eighty some cents a month. Is

  this this is after the car accident? Yes, all right, a decision.

  Yeah, it's a decision. Uh. She paid four months and then

  stopped paying the other eight months on what Yes, it's at this point that

  the dog is scratching a hole in the TV stand feel out like a fifteen

  TV fee out. You got a puppy, Golden Retriever back there, going

  Judge Brent, Judge Joe Brown. Now what happens here is Brandon has brought

  a puppy into a studio. Now he thinks that's within his his his rights

  the other. So then Judge Joe Brown is like what, Like, why

  did you do this for her? That's a question. She's my favorite cousin.

  We've always got along. She's my favorite cousin. But even after the

  so you're ready for this, it gets it gets worse. She loans the

  car twice, gives her place to stay with the lease of only two or

  ninety dollars a month. Then she gives her a two thousand dollars loan.

  Now, why would you give this Onlma? Two thousand dollars lo Now,

  Shaquita says, I need my car back. I picked up a second job,

  I got two kids, I was delivering pizzas. I needed my car

  back. So what I did was as I got my car back, and

  I gave her a two thousand dollars loan. I said, go get something

  reliable transportation. And then here's the head start on paying bills. Go spend

  fifteen hundred dollars on a car. Fifteen hundred dollars a car, and there's
• 15:26
  two months rent. You can pay that back to me later. They wrote

  out a contract for that. She has documentation for every good lord, let

  me tell you a better plan, because you don't even want that accurate or

  the cord back. At this point, go buy yourself, buy yourself a

  car, a car that's exactly right, and get her to pay for the

  cord. Yeah, both and so so. Letitia then says she's already admitted

  she had the vehicle, already admitted she did all the damage or her friend
• 15:52
  of the damage. And she gets lectured by Joe Brown and then she basically
• 15:58
  says now. He goes, now, your girlfriend's after you, and she

  says she wasn't after you, and he says, you signed a LEAs and
• 16:06
  didn't pay for it. Your girlfriend's not the Plaineff problem. It's anything to

  say about that. The girlfriend is your problem. And she says whatever to

  judge Joe Brown, Oh so that was it. That's that's K nineteen,

  the widow Maker. That's the last straw. He goes nuts. He's chewing

  the mic court He's like, you come in here all mad with your mad

  face, and he does a full bit. He's yelling at her, and

  she says, I can do that. I mean, this is a language

  is about to occur. Oh I can do that. I'm a grown ass

  woman. Yeah, I'm a grown ass woman to do that, and he

  says, you're way wrong. You don't have a leg to stand on.

  You come in my court room. You know what that's called. And she

  says I can do what I want. And he says, that's why you

  lost a job at waffle house? Or was it because you ate too much

  of the product. He says, that fat joke from Judge Joe Brown.

  She is bigger. Yes, crowd goes nuts. He goes, I tell

  you what. We can get La County in here. If you want to

  go any further, they got it. We can take you down there.

  They got a lot of girls who'd love to see you. And she says,

  that's okay, Judge, I like women. I love women. Go

  ahead and lock me up. I've been there before. I love women.

  And he says, well, you've embarrassed yourself and your family. You've got

  two kids. I see it right here. I thought you loved women.

  What happened there? Were you checking to see if the plumbing still work?

  Oh? Jog? Judge Joe Brown is badgering out of hand, questioning her

  weight, questioning everything, and then he finally says, get your life together,

  get your life and people are applauding this from Judge Joe Brown. Obviously

  he awards her everything the maximum amounts and let me guess, I don't think

  she can't get anything. She's not. Yeah, I believe it or not,

  that's what happens. And that's the end of my case. Wow,

  we did it, you know what I'm with, Judge Joe Brown. I

  can't know how. I don't know. Hey, it could be yeah,

  man, I mean, man, it's just tough. Sometimes you just got

  a no one to call it Quitso when you're I think you're wearing the road,

  there's some responsibility that comes in there, and maybe questioning someone's sexuality or

  their weight isn't the best route to go there. But I'm not judging the
