- 0:14Everything is going to hell down here in Texas. Wow. Oh yeah,
- 1:02big bad vibe with you. This is the Lone Gunman Podcast. Boutin higging
- 1:11you and you and me makes three? What's up, everybody? Welcome to
- 1:15the show. I know I'm a day late, assuming uh but uh,
- 1:23you know, things happen and I'm here now and that's all that matters,
- 1:30all right. So today we're gonna be discussing a little bit of odd FBI
- 1:37documents that I've came across, and also a very interesting heel to the a
- 1:47r RB from a presentation made to them by researcher. So we'll take a
- 1:57look at all this stuff. We'll get into it. I promise on this
- 2:00episode of the Lone Government Podcast. I promised. I promise, I promise.
- 2:06All right, So let's start off with some weird FBI documents you may
- 2:12have not come across. And I believe this one and probably most of these
- 2:23come from the Malcolm Blunt archives that were dp UK. That's Dally Plaza UK
- 2:30website, folks, a very very hopeful resource for your research tools. And
- 2:40this is a partial document. We don't have all of it, but I'll
- 2:45read what we have. President CEO Moody vice President and Jack Rice Secretary.
- 2:55In the bottom of page ninety five are listed the name and tell phone number
- 3:02of Moody Plaza. They addressed ninety two hundred North Bay Shore Drive. These
- 3:08were found in the address book of Philip Philippe Dominique. Plaza eight two five
- 3:15O nine is listed to Missus Lily Moody of ninety two hundred North Bay Shore
- 3:23Drive, Miami, Florida. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
- 3:25blah blah. Okay, nobody gives a ship from a reliable confidential source who
- 3:32was learned that on July the twenty ninth and the year of our Lord nineteen
- 3:37fifty eight, the date of the Haitian Revolution Joe and this name was formally
- 3:51redacted Joe Madonna. I thought it was Joe Molina there for a second.
- 3:59Joe Madonna made a telephone call from the Garden of Alive Motel in Miami Beach,
- 4:05Florida, to the number lies of seven seven six six six in Miami.
- 4:12This telephone is listed to DC Cunningham of North sixth Avenue, Miami Shores,
- 4:16Florida. It is noted that this is in the same general neighborhood where
- 4:20Moody lives, but there is no specific indication that Moody and Cunningham are in
- 4:26any way connected. The records of the Credit Bureau of Greater Miami indicated Cunningham
- 4:31was born in eighteen ninety four in hat and came to Miami from that country
- 4:38in nineteen forty five, and has been associated with Major Miami from that major
- 4:46sorry Major Appliances of Northwest Seventeenth Avenue since nineteen forty five. This business is
- 4:54described by the Credit Bureau as a reputable firm dealing in major gas and electric
- 5:00appliances such as Motorola radios, freezers, etc. He is the general manager
- 5:06of this place, working on a salary and commission basis. He's income at
- 5:11the present time is unknown, although in nineteen fifty three he reportedly made a
- 5:15salary of nine thousand, nine hundred ninety nine dollars and received a bonus that
- 5:20year of fourteen thousand, eight hundred and thirty six dollars. His net worth
- 5:26was estimated in nineteen fifty three as forty thousand dollars. The name and number
- 5:32Clarence Moody were as indicated on page seventy seven of the previous report, which
- 5:38is missing in the address book of Henry Forget Opinion after he was killed in
- 5:45the Haitian Revolution Revolution Revolution as indicated above, LASA eight two five nine is
- 5:54a telephone of missus Lily Moody And apparently this is the same number. Now,
- 6:00folks, she wants to be saying, Rob nobody cares what the fuck
- 6:03says. I don't understand, trust me, I'm just reading the partial document
- 6:13that gets us to this place. In the document, all that stuff that
- 6:16I've read just read means nothing to me either. It is the next paragraph,
- 6:21however, that I find very interesting. So and I wish we had
- 6:32this previous report because it's apparently very long. But on pages one eighteen and
- 6:39one nineteen of the previous report, information is related concerning the dock of the
- 6:45Penellus Fish Company at Marathon, Florida, which is where the office of the
- 6:51Zapata off Shore Company of Houston, Texas is located. Okay, set off
- 7:00any alarm bells for anybody that is the name of George Bush Senior, George
- 7:08HW. Bush's oil company so Pata Offshore Company of Houston Texas is located.
- 7:15At this location, there is kept a helicopter of this company, which is
- 7:19a subsidiary of the Hughes Cool Company of Houston, Texas. Representatives of Howard
- 7:28Hughes under the name of Zapata Offshore Company are drilling for oil on the Casau
- 7:35Banks in the Atlantic Ocean, about eighty miles east of Marathon Land. Where
- 7:42this drilling is going on is reported to be leased two Hughes by one Clarence
- 7:48Moody. It was understood that Moody, who operates the Eminem Dredging and Construction
- 7:56Company, is presently in Havana, Huba, where he is doing some dredging
- 8:03a high Alia. Miami Springs Journal for Thursday, September twenty fifth, nineteen
- 8:09fifty eight harried in an article indicating that Italian greyhounds a midget and that's where
- 8:16it ends. Now. I don't know about you, but Italian greyhounds and
- 8:24midgets. I'm just imagining them running furiously fast with little midgets touched the back
- 8:31of and going around a track. No, no, that's not why I
- 8:37now this documents stood out to me. Even though that is fascinating in and
- 8:41of itself, it's the fact that this right here tells us folks that in
- 8:50nineteen fifty eight and nineteen fifty nine that Zapata Offshore Company of Houston, Texas,
- 8:58that's George Bush's oil company, is a subsidiary of Hughes Tool Company in
- 9:05Houston, Texas, and representatives of Howard Hughes. Yes, the famous reclusive
- 9:13millionaire under the name of Zapata Offshore Company are drilling for oil. So we
- 9:20have George Bush working for Howard Hughes in the late fifties in the Miami area
- 9:31near Marathon, Florida, drilling offshore. Interesting. Now, of course,
- 9:41this really means nothing. It's just, you know, it's one of those
- 9:46interesting things that make you say, m believe me. If you look hard
- 9:54enough and deep enough, you will find very intricate connections when it comes to
- 10:03CIA mafia, Howard Hughes and George H. W. Bush. Now,
- 10:11this means, in no uncertain terms that I believe that George Bush Senior was
- 10:18a a part of the CIA in nineteen sixty three. We have an absolutely
- 10:24no zero proof of that whatsoever. Nor does it mean that George Bush was
- 10:31in front of the school book Depository November twenty second, nineteen sixty three because
- 10:35he wasn't. Nor do I believe that George Bush was running a hit team
- 10:39out of the Dawt text Building on November twenty two, nineteen sixty three,
- 10:45and then went to go stand around in front of the school book depository after
- 10:50that because he didn't. But I do believe. But the connections you can
- 10:56draw between Mayhew Robert, Mahew Hughes, the the Vegas mafia like Johnny RUSSELLI,
- 11:09and a shit pile of money that we know Howard Hughes had and was
- 11:16making interesting and bears more research, of course. All right, moving on
- 11:26to the next one, and closed for Los Angeles is a copy of a
- 11:41self explanatory letter dated one eleven sixty four and directed to Plorado Publications Incorporated,
- 11:50newgal And I should say this is from January twenty one, nineteen sixty four,
- 11:56two Special Agent Charge Los Angeles from Hoover, Director of the FBI.
- 12:03Two agents of Los Angeles office immediately interviewed Voice for full details of what he
- 12:07alleges to be positive proof the Lee Henry Oswald. Yes, that's right,
- 12:13Lee Henry Oswald did not assassinate the president. Submit summary of attached letter and
- 12:18results of interview to Bureau in letterhead form under the caption Lee Harvey Oswald COMMA
- 12:26I S. Dash R for the additional information of Los Angeles. New files
- 12:33reveals subject, who was probably identical with the writer of enclosed letter, was
- 12:39born March fifth, nineteen thirty nine, in Oakland. Subject, on two
- 12:43occasions in July sixty two, contacted Soviet Embassy Washington, d C. From
- 12:48Denver, Colorado, advising he possessed top secret information concerning space vehicles and requesting
- 12:56Soviet ambassador recontact him. Voice was arrested in nineteen fifty four and an auto
- 13:01theft charge was confined to a NAPA hospital from December fifty four to February fifty
- 13:09five. Served in the US Army from October fifty six to August fifty seven,
- 13:13being separated under other than honorable conditions because of undesirable habits or traits of
- 13:20character. Voice operated a TV repair business in Denver until late sixty two,
- 13:26when he disappeared. In January sixty three, he was being sought by Adams
- 13:31County Sheriff's Office of Brighton, Colorado for issuance of short checks. A warrant
- 13:39for his arrest was issued by the District Attorney's office in Brighton. During interview
- 13:48of subject, questioned him concerning his background and concerning any contacts he has had
- 13:54with Soviets or Soviet Block representatives, but do not disclose the fact that Bureau
- 14:00is aware of his contacts. In July of fifty two, the midst separate
- 14:03letterhead memorandum covering this portion of the interview under subject caption Lost Angeles after confirming
- 14:11subject's residents address and notified Denver in order to appropriate police authorities Brighton, Colorado
- 14:18can be advised of subject's location. Note interview of subject to contacted Soviet Embassy
- 14:24on July sixty two was approved by Beulay dated twelve thirty one, sixty two.
- 14:33Prior to interview, he disappeared. Bulay two eleven sixty three instructed that
- 14:39fugitive type investigation the locate subject was not desirable to the Bureau and since he
- 14:43has a history of mental instability, no further action necessary with regard to subject's
- 14:50letter of one eleven sixty four, copy of which is enclosed. LA Mister
- 14:54Beaumont has instructed an interview subject at once and report to rank everybody knows who
- 15:03Jay Lee Ranking is right in the Warring Commission. But why did Ranking want
- 15:16the FBI to interview this voice fellow? Well, I'll tell you apparently,
- 15:26h I guess the owners of Parrot Parado Publications from Third Avenue, New York
- 15:35is a pretty fancy outfit. Apparently they have money. Apparently they know Jay
- 15:43Lee Ranking, and this letter was written to them from J. D.
- 15:48Royce of Clovis, California, one eleven sixty four to a mister Arthur Motley
- 15:58and a mister Edwin Keister, your serves, if you will forward, by
- 16:03a special delivery airmail one thousand dollars plus a round trip air affair to your
- 16:10city, I will arrive in your office within seven days with what I believe
- 16:15positive proof that Lee Henry Oswald did not assassinate the President of the United States.
- 16:26You are correct, sir, just that alone anybody can prove that.
- 16:34As this information may present a threat to someone in my life, Therefore on
- 16:40the line, the above conditions are the only arrangements acceptable to me. Also,
- 16:47in such a case, all such information shall be forwarded to the Honorable
- 16:52Judge Earl Warren for his commission. If I am correct, I will expect,
- 16:57without question alone in the amount of thirty five thousand dollars on a ten
- 17:03year note at an eight percent interest, he and I paid monthly after one
- 17:08hundred and eighty days. This will allow me to materialize a lifelong dream of
- 17:14a business in my field. If I am incorrect, I will repay the
- 17:18above expense moneys when possible. Either way, you will lose nothing. However,
- 17:26if I am indeed correct, you stand to gain millions and millions,
- 17:32and the nation will gain the truth. Either I am certain. Further,
- 17:38I am certain that my information will prove true. I will expect the above
- 17:47request of travel expenses end, confirmation and acceptance of the loan agreement as stated
- 17:53at your earliest convenience serves. Otherwise, I will make contact with other channels.
- 18:02I assure you that this letter is written in complete sanity and that the
- 18:06information that I have materialized is factual. And further, this letter is not
- 18:11a so called crank letter. I am an electronic engineer. I have four
- 18:18children, I'm twenty five years old, white, and carry secret clearances in
- 18:25the US Army, which I was in in nineteen fifty seven and the US
- 18:29Air Force, which I was in in nineteen sixty one, and would at
- 18:33my own expense arrive there too. However, it is not possible in consideration
- 18:38of my family's needs. Looking forward to your answer, Sincerely yours, J.
- 18:48D. Royce. Folks did Royce so what? And I don't No.
- 19:02Apparently they thought that this guy was cuckoo crazy that ship and weren't that
- 19:11interested in what he had to say. So I do not have the interview
- 19:19of the man, but it's interesting the rank and wanted to follow up on
- 19:26this proof positive on this guy JD. Royce, whoever the hell he is,
- 19:33someone who would have been about the same age as Oswald. Apparently back
- 19:37then he was asking for a lot of money, Folks, in nineteen sixty
- 19:41four dollars thousand dollars round trip ticket for him and a loan of thirty five
- 19:48thousand dollars which we repaid at eight percent interest over ten years. Now.
- 19:56Is this the act of desperate man wanting to cook something up to kind of
- 20:07pull the wall over this publishing company's eyes or did he have something significant?
- 20:11The world will never know? Right next up, we have a memorandum to
- 20:19mister Conrad are E the assassination of the President, no date, No date.
- 20:29This one says the Identification Division determined that the latent prints peering in the
- 20:37photograph taken of the gun by the Dallas Police Department are too fragmentary and indistinct
- 20:45to be of any value for identification purposes. Photographs of the weapon taken by
- 20:52the Bureau also failed to produce prints of sign of sufficient legibility for any comparison
- 21:02purposes. They read that again, determined that latent prints appearing in the photograph
- 21:14taking up the gun by a Dallas Police barm or two fragmentary and indistinct to
- 21:18be of any value for identification purposes. Photographs of the weapon taken by the
- 21:22Bureau also failed to produce prints of sufficient legibility for comparison purpose. Okay,
- 21:30so basically this is a letter from the FBI to mister Conrad whoever that is,
- 21:40stating that the pictures that they got from the Dallas Police Department of quote
- 21:45unquote fingerprints on the Oswald rifle or too fragmentary and indistinct to be of any
- 21:53value for ID purposes, and that photographs of the weapon taken by the Bureau
- 22:00also failed to produce any prints of sufficient legibility for comparison purposes, okay.
- 22:07A latent finger print developed by the ID Division of the Dallas PD on the
- 22:11brown paper bag recovered at the scene and marked quote bound next to six floor
- 22:18window gun fired from may have been used to carry a gun. Lieutenant J.
- 22:25C. Day was identified with the left index finger impression of Lee Harvey
- 22:32Oswald. In addition, one latent palm print developed on this paper bag was
- 22:37identified with the right palm print of Oswald. Several black cotton, orange yellow
- 22:45cotton, and gray black cotton fibers which matched similar fibers composing of the suspect's
- 22:52shirt, were removed from the gun. No fibers found on the gun that
- 22:57could be associated with the green blanket. A single brown fiscus fiber and several
- 23:03light green cotton fibers which match similar fibers president in composition to the blanket,
- 23:08were found on the paper bag. The above fibers could have originated from the
- 23:15indicated sources, but of course that's merely speculation. The cotton fibers found on
- 23:22the gun are the same colors as the cotton fibers composing the shirt. However,
- 23:26due to the limited number of colors in the shirt, which is three.
- 23:30It is not possible to state the shirt of positively the sort of these
- 23:33fibers. It has been determined that the signature Lee h Oswald on a typewritten
- 23:38letter dated eleven nine sixty three addressed to the Soviet Embassy was written by the
- 23:45suspect Lee h. Oswald. The letter to the Soviet Embassy was picked up
- 23:48eleven eighteen sixty three by Washington Field Office agents handling highly confidential Maile coverage of
- 23:56the embassy. The copy of the letter is attacked. The remaining examinations of
- 24:00the physical evidence are being expeditiously handled, and you will be advised as the
- 24:06results immediately upon completion. So let's back up here a second now. The
- 24:15shirt that Oswald was arrested in, Okay, the infamous brown, ugly brown
- 24:22shirt with gold threading running through it is not what he wore to work that
- 24:29day, folks. It's not. No One describes him in that shirt net
- 24:34worked that day, no one, no one at the TSBD, not Buell
- 24:41Frasier when he picked him up that morning, not any of his co workers
- 24:45whatsoever. Nobody. And when asked what Oswald did after the assassination, he
- 24:57says he went back to his rooming house and he changed his shirt and trousers,
- 25:03and they asked him what was he what he was he wearing, and
- 25:06he told him. He basically said he down a gray slacks and the maroon
- 25:10shirt, apparently over top of a white T shirt, which he may have
- 25:18not had his shirt over the white T shirt or he might not have.
- 25:21I don't know, but either way, the over shirt, it's not the
- 25:25same shirt that he wore to work that day. It wouldn't have been the
- 25:29same shirt that he was allegedly on the sixth floor wearing at the time of
- 25:34the shooting. He would not change into that shirt until about one pm at
- 25:42his roomy house on Beckley. So they can try to say that these fibers
- 25:48matched all they want, but again, if you read very carefully what they
- 25:53say, they basically tell you the prints are worthless. Okay, that the
- 26:00DPD had off the gun. They say all these fibers matched the suspect's shirt
- 26:07that were removed from the gun. But if the subject wasn't wearing that shirt
- 26:14at the time of the shooting, and that really doesn't matter what they allegedly
- 26:17found on this gun. God knows where they could have came from. And
- 26:22again they couldn't match the fibers to the gun from the blanket exclusively. And
- 26:33they tell you that they intercepted Lee Harvey Oswald's letter dated eleven nine sixty three
- 26:44to the Soviet Embassy because Washington Field agents handling highly confidential Maile coverage of the
- 26:52embassy, so they knew that Oswald was writing to the Soviet Embassy as much
- 27:03as five days before the assassination. And if they caught this one, I'm
- 27:10sure they caught the multiple other ones that he had been writing throughout the year
- 27:14of nineteen sixty three. And what he uh, what he supposedly wanted?
- 27:19Now, if I remember correctly, folks, the eleven nine sixty three letter
- 27:30to the embassy was the quote unquote Costakov letter, which basically tells them of
- 27:38his interactions with their their man, Valorie Costakov in Mexico City. I'm not
- 27:47sure either way. No alarm bells were set off at that point or Lee
- 27:56Harvey Oswald. Imagine that so interesting document there? The next document I have
- 28:04requires a little refresher. A little refresher from an FBI documentated six nine sixty
- 28:17four. It's June ninth, nineteen sixty four, mister Orspenia, owner of
- 28:23the Band of Bar, New Orleans, appeared at the New Orleans office with
- 28:30his attorney, John Tambarella, whose address is Blah blah blah. Mister Orespenia,
- 28:36through the attorney, he stated he would be happy to respond to questions
- 28:38put to him. Painia advised at sometime prior to the assassination, perhaps five
- 28:44or six months prior possibly a few as two or three. He's very vague
- 28:52on this. When he was at his bar, his bartender, Evaristo Rodriguez,
- 28:56came to where he was seated and spoke to him. As best Painton
- 29:00could recall, Evaristo Rodriguez told him that a customer wanted a lemonade what a
- 29:07pussy, which Painia claimed they do not normally serve at the Habandah Bar.
- 29:11Painia claims to have told Evaristo to fix the lemonade with water, lemon ice,
- 29:18and a little sugar, and to charge the customer twenty five cents.
- 29:23In response to the inquiry Painless, Painia said he did not personally observe the
- 29:29person who ordered the lemonade or the person or persons who had accompanied the individual
- 29:33who would ordered the lemonade. He did believe that the person who ordered the
- 29:37lemonade and the person or person accompanying him or either at the bar or at
- 29:42the table near the bar. Hence, he could not at this time or
- 29:45at any time, say whether or not the person who ordered the lemonade or
- 29:51the person or person's accompanying the latter or identical would le Harry Oswald or as
- 29:56Painia then explained, he does not recall exactly where he was in the are
- 30:00at the time that Evaristo Rodriguez came to him to inquire about the lemonade.
- 30:06He does recall, however, that after Evaristo Rodriguez had prepared and delivered the
- 30:11lemonade, that he heard either party who had ordered it, whether person or
- 30:17persons with that party, complaining that the price was too much. He does
- 30:22not now recall whether the complaint was in regard to the same customer. He
- 30:27did state, however, that he thinks Evaristo Rodriguez came to him and told
- 30:32him that these persons were complaining about the price. Now, I must say,
- 30:36twenty five cents for eliminating is outrageous. I mean, come on,
- 30:41come on, ar asked, I mean shit. You could go buy a
- 30:45ten cent lemonade from a little kid on the sidewalk in nineteen nineteen eighties,
- 30:52your way over price for the nineteen sixties. My friend Orspenia then stated that
- 30:57he has no other personal knowled about this incident, and he reiterated that he
- 31:02would not be able to recall person who ordered the lemonade. Okay or his
- 31:11pinion specifically stated that he never told anyone, including that motherfucker Carlos Bringier,
- 31:18that Oswald had been in the Havanda bar with a Mexican prior to the assassination
- 31:22of President Kennedy. He also said he never heard his brother Ruperto Pagia say
- 31:29that Oswald had been in the bar with a Mexican. He also stated he
- 31:33had no information that the FBI was ever looking for a Mexican who had patronized
- 31:37his bar. He stated the only thing he did recall regarding a Mexican was
- 31:41that, on one occasion, two Latins who were in his bar had asked
- 31:45him why his bongo drums were chained to a post. Amen, Amen,
- 31:52why you bungal drums cut to the clothes? Man cannot plead the bungos,
- 31:57what's up with dad, can you give me lemonade? Homes and you said.
- 32:05He then inquired where they came from, and they allegedly said they were
- 32:08from Mexico, and you said. He then became angry and told them,
- 32:15you don't worry about one of my fucking bungles came to the wall. See
- 32:21now. He told him that a person could not even leave his car and
- 32:23get a drink in Mexico without someone stealing four wheels from the car, and
- 32:29he claimed the Mexicans got angry and left. He stated, however, this
- 32:35incident had no connection with the individuals who were in this bar, who ordered
- 32:37the lemonade, and who would later complained about the price. And he does
- 32:42not recall specifically when it was that these two people who claimed they were from
- 32:45Mexico were in the bar. He said it could have been some time last
- 32:50year sixty three. He said that several days after these two persons were in
- 32:54the bar, his brother had come to him and said, the same two
- 32:58men who had given it or as Painias some trouble about the bongos, they
- 33:01come back to the bar on another occasion. And he explained, however,
- 33:06that here again there was no connection between these two people or the people that
- 33:10are the lemonade. He said that as bartender ever Resto Rodriguez was not in
- 33:15the bar when these two people from Mexico were there about the bongos. Also,
- 33:22he never mentioned to anyone the FBI was interested or inquiring about either one
- 33:29or both of these two people, nor had he made any such statement to
- 33:31anyone, including that motherfucker Carlos Bringer. Orespia then remarked he wished to state
- 33:37that his mother, repert to Opinia, was not president in the Vanna Bar
- 33:42when the party ordered the lemonade. Rspenia was then shown a photograph depicting Lee
- 33:47Harvey Oswald distributing handbills in front of the International Trademark in New Orleans, which
- 33:53photograph reflects other people standing in the same area. Where Aspenia studied this photograph
- 34:00and he advised that the only person whom he recognized in the photograph was,
- 34:04of course Lee Harvey Oswald. He then stated the only reason he was able
- 34:07to recognize Oswald was because he had seen Oswald's picture in the news media so
- 34:14often. After the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, inquiry was made
- 34:19of ores Penia concerning the dates that he was out of the country in sixty
- 34:22three, and he advised while he did not recall the dates, he did
- 34:25recall that he was in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic on vacation in nineteen
- 34:31sixty three, and that he would check his passport for the exact date.
- 34:36In response to inquiry, Painia furnish the following him background and descriptive data of
- 34:40himself or as Penia, also known as Barrestes Arnicio Penia Alfonso Mania explained that
- 34:49when he was naturalized, his name was legally changed from Barrestes Arnicio Penia Alfonso
- 34:54too simply or as Penia race white, sex mail five eight bobbing one hundred
- 35:05and forty pounds, soaking wet. Naturalized in New York City approximately nineteen fifty
- 35:10four fifty five. Date of birth eight fifteen twenty three. Place of birth
- 35:15Cologne, Matanzas Ubi, Single, twice married and divorced. First wife was
- 35:23from the dr and they were married in New York. Second wife, Mercedes
- 35:29Pays, a Nicaragua national, whom he divorced in Mexico and who he believes
- 35:34is still living in New Orleans. Brothers Ruperto Ruperta and Andres Pena. Andreas
- 35:42owns the Los Americans Bar on Decatur Street. He is allegedly a US citizen
- 35:49as well. Now this is the background that we have for Lauras Penia in
- 35:55nineteen sixty four. Now many of us following home alone. All right,
- 36:02I'm sorry, following it home along. We'll have came across in this show.
- 36:12And if you've been researching by yourself the HSCA interview of ours Painton and
- 36:23or as Painton painted a very different picture of things for the Householic Committee on
- 36:30Assassinations and their investigators. Then what he said in nineteen sixty four. He
- 36:37was also talking might mighty heavily with oh, what's his name, her Old
- 36:52Wiseberg, that's his name. When he was down in New Orleans investigating Lee
- 37:00Harvey Oswald for his book Oswald in New Orleans, he was told a great
- 37:07many things by Orspinion, very interesting book, very interesting what he said to
- 37:14the HSCA in the late seventies as well, after a lot of these people,
- 37:17a lot of these people that he was supposedly scared of it back then.
- 37:22We're dead by then. But to get back to the Mattarett Haynd.
- 37:29We have this document that predates the document that I've read you. Actually it
- 37:38doesn't predate it. It postdates it, but just by a couple of weeks.
- 37:44And this was an airtell on July thirtieth, nineteen sixty four, who
- 37:52j Edgar Hoover, Director FBI, and closed here with for the Bureau or
- 38:00six copies one for Dallas, one for information, and for New Orleans three
- 38:05copies of an LHM data and captioned it as above, setting forth results of
- 38:08investigation conducted the US Coastguard Headquarters. Like Carl Special Agent Carl Graham, It
- 38:19was noted Paenia was initially issued his Merchant Marine or certificate in nineteen fifty four
- 38:23after US Coastguard Intelligence conducted a national agency check which was completed October fifty four
- 38:31with no derogatory information found. Agencies included in that national agency check where the
- 38:37FBI CIA G two O and I and US Coastguard Intelligence or his Penia Internal
- 38:50Security QI. The following information was obtained by a representative of the FBI from
- 38:58a review of the Merchant Marine personnel file pretending to ores Penia obtained from Miss
- 39:01Lucille Shielder, supervisor of the Merchant Vessel Personnel records a welfare branch. So
- 39:10anyway, I can sit here and read this to you, but it's boring
- 39:14as hell, but basically we can skip around it does state. In fifty
- 39:24five May nineteen, opinion was issued to merchant Mariners document in the name of
- 39:30ores Pinia. The five reflected he requested his name to be changed to conform
- 39:34with his with his name as it appeared on his certificate of naturalization issued to
- 39:39him on May six, fifty five. January seven, fifty seven, Pias
- 39:46Merchant Mariners document was reissued at Mobile, Alabama, to show him as an
- 39:51able seaman any Waters twelve months. At that time he showed his permanent residence
- 39:57as five one five West one or seventh Street in New York, and next
- 40:00of ken was identified as his daughter, Margaret Painion, the same address.
- 40:06April twenty four to sixty one, he was issued a replacement document, at
- 40:09which time his local address was shown as one seventeen Decatur Street in New Orleans.
- 40:15The Merchant Marine jacket reflected on the following service record for Painion, and
- 40:21it's got it's got all kinds of documents and the vessels that he was on
- 40:34and the places that he was so and his rating for each one. So
- 40:45let's skip over a couple here, shall we. So from we guess the
- 40:51beginning of nineteen fifty five to the middle of nineteen fifty five where he was
- 40:55in New York City on two different vessels, one of the Columbia Heights and
- 41:01one called the Golf Service. Place was from oh, place place boarded,
- 41:12place off boarder, So he was off boarded from the Columbia Heights in Tacoma,
- 41:19Washington. His rating was a wiper. I don't know if that is
- 41:22a boat wiper, but wiper, windshield wiper, I don't know. That's
- 41:30his rating. And again from the Golf Service that he was on. He
- 41:37was discharged in Lake Charles, Louisiana as an ordinary seaman. Just just an
- 41:44ordinary seaman, folks, nothing, nothing, nothing to see you here.
- 41:52Apparently was on this Golf Service boat quite a few times back and forth between
- 41:55Lake Charles auion Inusiana in New York City till September of nineteen fifty six,
- 42:00where he was on the SS Sioux Lakes. Now why is this important?
- 42:08Oh, I don't know. Maybe because three years later Lee Harvey Oswald would
- 42:14take the SS Marion Likes over to Europe, where he would then proceed to
- 42:22effect to the Soviet Union. Interesting from then on he was only on the
- 42:32Sioux Lakes for about four months, and he was boarded in New Orleans and
- 42:42off to New Orleans. And then on he was on the vessel called yak
- 42:49Yaque. There he went from New Orleans to New York, from New York
- 42:53to Mobile, from Mobile to Mobile, from Mobile to New Orleans, from
- 42:58New Orleans to New Orleans. Now he was on this ship for almost two
- 43:04years, finally exiting the yacht in Baltimore, Maryland. Then he was boarded
- 43:15in New Orleans on board the Drake Victory Hey and in New Orleans got off
- 43:22in New York Orleans. Here he is rated as an able bodied seaman,
- 43:30a little seaman got a little extra muscle on at this time. Then in
- 43:36Houston, Texas, he boarded the Gene Likes to Galveston, Texas, where
- 43:42he was an able bodied seaman again. And yes, genelis part of the
- 43:49Likes steamline, the same one that Oswald took to Europe a year and a
- 43:57half later from this date thirty fifty nine, then in July from Houston.
- 44:06He was aboard the Gibbs Lights Houston to Houston, two weeks able bodied seamen
- 44:13from Houston to New Orleans, again aboard the Gibbs Likes another Likes steamship just
- 44:22like the one that Oswald road to Europe. And then his final voyage would
- 44:30be from Ostrica Louisiana on board the golf Light, disembarking in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- 44:38as an ordinary seamen. So he went from a wiper to an ordinary seaman,
- 44:44to an able bodied seaman back to just an ordinary seamen. I guess
- 44:49the seaman count was getting low. Oh Lord, Note voyages getting on June
- 45:00third, fifty five U twenty fifty five January five fifty six in October twenty
- 45:06five fifty seven worked coastwise trips. All other voyages were to foreign courts.
- 45:19Now it's interesting why the FBI would go into such a detailed background check on
- 45:28Rspenia. I wonder why, oh, by the way, did I mention,
- 45:38did we forget about all these accusations from Rspenia about Warren Debris being his
- 45:45FBI handler and the fact that he was a confidential informant for the FBI,
- 45:53and he also stated that so was Lee Harvey Oswald, by the way,
- 45:58who won special agents or warning debris who just happened to be the one the
- 46:05interview orspinion two weeks before this background check. This in depth background check was
- 46:12performed by the FBI. Interesting people, Yes, interesting, all right?
- 46:28Next up? Yeah, let's see here some reason I saved this one.
- 46:42The CIA document dated March twenty third, nineteen sixty five, Memorandum for Director
- 46:52of the FBI, subject Sammy Sammy. Number one. Reference is made to
- 47:06the following communications from your bureau containing questions to be put to Sammy. A
- 47:12letter dated fifteen October sixty four regarding Daniel at chial Trick what that is?
- 47:25A letter dated sixteen November sixty four regarding Lee Harvey Oswald. A letter from
- 47:31San Diego dated fifteen February sixty five are Dmitri Nixon letter dated nine March sixty
- 47:40five regarding John Andrew Shubin the two. As you are aware from discussions between
- 47:49representatives of this agency and representatives of your bureau held on fifth and seventh January
- 47:54nineteen sixty five, we are currently engaged in intensive questioning of sam along the
- 48:00lines and for the purposes discussed in those meetings, whenever it becomes feasible to
- 48:07service the referenced questions, we will do so and apprise you of the results
- 48:14for the Deputy Director of Plans, Signed James our Hunt, James Angleton,
- 48:22who this is from. And I believe that they are referencing the Yuri Nisenko
- 48:30interrogations here. What they're calling him Sammy Sammy. So I just thought that
- 48:42that was interesting. We have a letter here from James James Angleton to diegre
- 48:50Hoover concerning Uri Nisenko, code naming it for you, code naming it for
- 48:54you. Well, Sammy, wasn't Sammy the bold Gravano, That's for sure.
- 49:02All right, let's see you next up, Next up, Buttercup.
- 49:09We have another partial document, and I wish we had the rest of it
- 49:15because it's pretty interesting and we're just coming in hot to it. I have
- 49:20no date, I have no reference, I have known anything. I'm just
- 49:22gonna give it to you, like I hear it. Turned to his left
- 49:27to enter while walking westward on Commerce Street. While Franklin and Oswald were seated
- 49:31at a table, Man entered and spoke to several other patrons and then came
- 49:37to their table and said highly the Oswald. A few other casual remarks were
- 49:43made, and this man left to go elsewhere in the bar. Franklin stated
- 49:49he asked Oswald who was that character, whereupon Oswald reply, well, that's
- 49:53Jack Ruby, he owns this joint. Franklin stated he is absolute be positive
- 50:00this was the remark made by Oswald, and that after having observed photographs of
- 50:05Jack Ruby in numerous positions, I mean, in numerous newspapers and magazines,
- 50:10he is positive this was the same man who spoke to Oswald. Following their
- 50:15drinking at this unknown bar, Franklin and Oswald left it about three thirty pm,
- 50:21walked back to the Blood Bank, where Franklin had his car parked,
- 50:25and then drove to another bar named Jack's Bar, located on Harry Hines Boulevard
- 50:32and close to the Loop or circle from which the road to grape Vine,
- 50:36Texas eminates. At about dusk, they departed this bar and Oswald asked if
- 50:43Franklin would drive him to see his wife. Franklin agreed and recalls it.
- 50:47Upon leaving Jack's Bar, he drove south on Harry Hins Boulevard for a mile
- 50:53or so before turning right onto a feeder road, which then placed them on
- 50:59the pressway, possibly Interstate forty five, since it was not completed much beyond
- 51:05the city limits to Dallas. This expressway paralleled Harry Hines Boulevard, and they
- 51:10traveled south on it until arriving at fort Worth Avenue, where they turned to
- 51:15the right and drove for about two miles. They came to a small shopping
- 51:19center, where they turned it a traffic light to the left and continued for
- 51:22an unrecalled number of blocks before turning right, and then they made another unrecalled
- 51:29turns before arriving at the house allegedly occupied by Oswald's wife. Franklin stated this
- 51:35house required about fifteen to thirty minutes to reach once having turned off the shopping
- 51:42center at fort Worth Avenue. And that's the only piece of the document I
- 51:49got about that. I just thought that was interesting on how accurate it is
- 51:58interesting, and it sounds immediately can be chocked up as a cuckoo document.
- 52:05You know, that's one of the ones. It's too good to be true.
- 52:07Okay, you know this guy is talking to Oswald drinking in a bar
- 52:12at three in the afternoon, the guy pulls up highly. Who was that
- 52:20straining character? Wow, that's Jack Ruby. This is this is the Huan's
- 52:22the joint. Excuse me? So you have Oswald and Ruby or you have
- 52:29Oswald drinking in Ruby's bar at the carouse Held Club, I'm assuming, and
- 52:32then afterwards going to something called Jack's bar and then uh giving him a ride
- 52:39to see his wife. It's some here to four undisclosed locations, seemingly really
- 52:45far away from wherever the hell anybody was anywhere. So interesting. All right
- 52:55now for this next presentation, folks, I'm going to ask you to do
- 53:00something for me. We're going to take a trip in time. We're going
- 53:06to go backwards in time in our lone guming time machine to the date of
- 53:13November the eighteenth, nineteen ninety four in Dallas, Texas, and I,
- 53:22via researcher Stephen W. Osborne, I'm going to give to you the presentation
- 53:31you being the Assassination Records Review Board. Kay, So let's go back in
- 53:37time. Picture that in your mind you're part of the Assassination Records Review aboard
- 53:44the AARB, the newly formed a RB, and I W Researcher Stephen Osborne
- 53:51giving you this very important presentation, folks. So I appreciate the opportunity to
- 53:59address the board to day and appreciate the time you were spending going to the
- 54:02public or information. The premise you of the theories of the assassination revolves around
- 54:10the possibility that there may have been some involvement in persons with experience in the
- 54:15US intelligence community. In my study and research of the assassination, I have
- 54:21discovered and investigated supporting information of the presence of an intelligence unit of the US
- 54:27Army having been president and on assignment in Daily Plaza just before, during,
- 54:32and immediately after the assassination. To the best of my knowledge, information on
- 54:37this unit has not been has not been released publicly. Now, in nineteen
- 54:44ninety two, as the fury of the public was resulting in the proposed legislation
- 54:47that created this here board, I came across an individual who claimed to have
- 54:52been very near Daily Plaza during the assassination. As a researcher, this caught
- 54:59my immediate attention, and I began to question this gentleman about the experience.
- 55:04Yeah, it's where I tell you his entire story. I want you to
- 55:07know that I had a difficult time believing it the more and more I thought
- 55:12about it. Even though I have had personal experience with some of the devices
- 55:15and techniques this group used, I was still very skeptical, as you may
- 55:20be also, But with further investigation, I convinced myself that it technically could
- 55:25have been accomplished, and I think you will be similarly so impressed about the
- 55:30possibility when we're finished. Just when I spoke with, proceeded to tell me
- 55:37he was in the Army stationed in Courthood and Kaleen, Texas. On the
- 55:42day of the assassination. His group, a communications group, was assigned the
- 55:46task of observing and videotaping and presidents will motorcade as it moved through the plaza.
- 55:52This unit had no similar assignment in any other Texas city during the President's
- 55:58visit, and they were only to tape that portion of the motorcade as I
- 56:01proceeded through Dally Plaza. If this event actually happened, it makes their activity
- 56:07highly suspicious and adds new questions to the assassination, particularly with reverence to the
- 56:13possible four knowledge of the assassination by intelligence personnel. In my conversations with this
- 56:22gentleman, I asked questions of a technical nature, trying to discover how their
- 56:27assignment was accomplished. After discovering that the camera signals were transported by wireless means
- 56:34back to the controlled quote studio, which was actually in a semi attractor trailer,
- 56:39I found myself doubting that this type of equipment was even available in nineteen
- 56:44sixty three. I knew that ham radio operators had been sending television signals easily
- 56:49for years, as I had also participated in that hobby. I also knew
- 56:53that videotaping was still in its infant years. In nineteen sixty three, I
- 56:59started research available equipment to see if his story at any possibility of being true.
- 57:06This is the technical feasibility part of it. Using information from sources who
- 57:09would know about such equipment, I found a company that in nineteen sixty three
- 57:15regularly supplied television cameras to various agencies of the federal government, including the military.
- 57:22Upon making inquiries with that company, which is still in existence today,
- 57:27I discovered equipment existed in nineteen sixty two that would allow this event to have
- 57:32happened in the way related to me by this individual. I visited the factory
- 57:37and obtaining copies of flyers and pictures of the equipment, of which I have
- 57:42copies to distribute here to the board. Today. Here I distribute handouts.
- 57:47Here you go look at this additional information on interviews and investigations. Now that
- 57:54we know equipment existed in nineteen sixty three to perform this task, I can
- 57:59relate his tire a story to you now. The following information was obtained over
- 58:02approximately three separate conversations with this individual. I had extracted a verbal consent to
- 58:09get his story on videotape when the time came for doing it. So his
- 58:14attitude on the matter had undergone a complete reversal, and I'm only left today
- 58:19with the information from those conversations and subsequent information by an independent investigation. This
- 58:29military communications group had several cameras stationed around the plaza. The signals from the
- 58:35cameras were sent back to his semi attractor trailer acting as a mobile studio and
- 58:39parked a short distance from the plaza. Each camera had a preview monitor and
- 58:45a videotape machine associated with it inside the trailer, recording the view of each
- 58:50camera. There was no sound recorded in this assignment. Each videotape position had
- 58:55a single person responsible for its proper operation. Each position these men occupied was
- 59:01shielded from the others, so that they could only see the preview for their
- 59:06individual camera. Each man saw the assassination occur from a different perspective on their
- 59:13monitors. About fifteen minutes after the assassination, a group of men appeared who
- 59:19identified themselves as FBI agents. These Quote agents seized all the equipment used to
- 59:25videotape the motorcade. Each man was put on a bus which had been summoned
- 59:30to the scene, and they were all driven back to their base. On
- 59:35their arrival, they were simply told to Quote forget it. Finding that there
- 59:39was equipment available in nineteen sixty three made it much easier to accept the story
- 59:45I have just related. Several things have made me believe that this group was
- 59:49an intelligence unit. Firstly, the gentleman would not give me the name of
- 59:53his unit. Secondly, this individual advised me that his two to one file
- 1:00:00was inaccessible. Thirdly, he offered his opinion as pertaining to the reason his
- 1:00:06group was sent there, which would probably have been in line with the responsibility
- 1:00:09of an intelligence unit. Fourth having reflected on his story, and what I
- 1:00:15had additionally discovered. I am impressed that he realizes that he probably said more
- 1:00:19things to me than he should have. At one point, he had mentioned
- 1:00:22that he was allowed by a letter from the military to discuss some things in
- 1:00:25relation to his duties on the day of the assassination, but I believe he
- 1:00:30probably went further than he was allowed. All these things collectively make me believe
- 1:00:35that this unit in Daily Plaza was in intelligence unit. Still, one important
- 1:00:40step in my investigation was to find some additional evidence that the event actually occurred.
- 1:00:45You should know that there is some possible photographic evidence of this communications group
- 1:00:51being in Daily Plaza that day, and I would be happy to provide further
- 1:00:54information on that if time allows. At the end of my presentation. This
- 1:01:00is a section requested Board actions. Obviously, what would have been recorded on
- 1:01:07these videotapes would be invaluable aids to a serious study of the assassination as well
- 1:01:13as cast more suspicion on the intelligence community. An attempts should be made by
- 1:01:16the Board to locate the tapes in request that another government agency attempt to get
- 1:01:22the exact electrical format determined, and a videotape machine constructed to bring their images
- 1:01:28to view. Duplication to modern day formats would make the tapes available publicly.
- 1:01:35So far as locating the videotapes are concerned, the Dallas Field Office of the
- 1:01:37FBI and the Bureau headquarters may have information or be in possession of the tapes.
- 1:01:45If there remains in a state of the late jeg or Hoover, they
- 1:01:49may have some information and or be in possession of said tapes. That the
- 1:01:53men who seize the tapes were not real FBI agents, then CIA, military
- 1:02:00Intelligence, or other splinter groups of the intelligence community should be checked. Also,
- 1:02:05I would inquire mister E. Howard Hunt, if he is still alive,
- 1:02:07as to his knowledge of the tapes and their subsequent disposition. Regarding locations
- 1:02:15where you might find documents supporting this activity, I would suggest beginning with the
- 1:02:20records at Fort Hood. I would not be familiar with other depositories of documents,
- 1:02:24and you will probably have to use don't move your existing sources to hopefully
- 1:02:30lead you in the right direction. The fact that this individual I interviewed had
- 1:02:34received notifications that he did not have to continue to keep certain things confidential further
- 1:02:39indication that there continues to be individuals who are under an obligation of confidentiality.
- 1:02:45I believe this brings up an interesting problem for the Board. There appear to
- 1:02:49be several instances of individuals required by military order not to discuss any details of
- 1:02:58what they know of the assassination or its subsequent investigations. Perhaps even the Board
- 1:03:04members have been required to sign promises of confidentiality. As I look around knowingly,
- 1:03:12since these individuals do not have the permission of disclosure, may not have
- 1:03:15written of their experience or granted interviews to members of the media or the research
- 1:03:21community to record their recollections. This will give history an incomplete record of this
- 1:03:25tragic event, as well as making this information unavailable to the Board for review
- 1:03:30and release. Therefore, I believe in proposed that the Board to consider asking
- 1:03:37President of the United States, as Commander in Chief, to resend any and
- 1:03:43all standing orders issued from any department or part of the US government requiring the
- 1:03:47confidentiality of the information retained by these individuals, whether that knowledge isn't written or
- 1:03:53memory form. If our government is really serious about full disclosure of all facts
- 1:03:59surrounding the assassin nation, it will rescind all these orders prevent them from being
- 1:04:03renewed and allowing complete compilation personal records and recollections. This would allow your review
- 1:04:11board to further fulfill and properly perform it's congressionally mandated task. Additionally, as
- 1:04:20distasteful and wild as the thought is that the American intelligence community could be involved
- 1:04:26in such an event, I hope the board will keep an open mind as
- 1:04:30they sift through the records. Your work may be the last official attempt to
- 1:04:33bring to the light of days dark deed, so it is vital for you
- 1:04:38to question everything you find. Remember, if any intelligence personnel were involved,
- 1:04:44it is their profession and they are very adept at covering up any evidence of
- 1:04:47their involvement in any activity. We as citizens expect anything else in any operation
- 1:04:56that US intelligence personnel are involved in. We would them to be able to
- 1:05:00complete their missions with expert precision. We would expect that they would be able
- 1:05:04to cover up their involvement as an agency or involvement as a nation. We
- 1:05:09would expect them to have thought of every possible snag and an operation, and
- 1:05:13work to make their mission completely successful. I've spoken with individuals involved in intelligence
- 1:05:18work or who have known persons who were and they have indicated that the intelligence
- 1:05:24community could basically do anything that they wanted. We have had some recent indications
- 1:05:29of this in the form of millions of dollars spent on building projects unknown to
- 1:05:33Congress. Be this right or wrong, We as citizens should have a great
- 1:05:39amount of respect for and suspicion of the power that these individuals and agencies wield
- 1:05:45in our world. Please keep that in mind as you ponder the information brought
- 1:05:50to your attention, in whatever form it is presented. And finally, I
- 1:05:55would like to make a comment in relation to the Board's mandate. One of
- 1:05:59the problems that certain individuals in our government have had with the idea of releasing
- 1:06:02all the assassination records is that to do so make compromise methods employed by the
- 1:06:09various intelligence agencies in their covert activities. At first glance, we may take
- 1:06:15this to mean that it may make it difficult for them to use these techniques
- 1:06:18in the future if they are made known to the general public. But I
- 1:06:23would like to encourage the Board to consider that it may be that many of
- 1:06:27these covert methods were used to carry out the assassination of President Kennedy, whether
- 1:06:30by Americans or some other government. I have found circumstantial evidence of more than
- 1:06:35a few intelligence techniques used in the assassination. Then may not be generally known.
- 1:06:42But if this assassination was accomplished by Americans from the intelligence community, then
- 1:06:47they have not only betrayed the citizenry of this country by taking from them their
- 1:06:53president, but have betrayed their agencies in the US public by making it necessary
- 1:06:58to uncover in public expose their methods in order to bring satisfaction to the American
- 1:07:04people in this matter. This betrayal of their agencies alone makes them no better
- 1:07:10than mister Ames of recent history. Again, thank you for your time.
- 1:07:18Specific photographic evidence narrative in the film of the assassination known as the Next Film,
- 1:07:26I believe that the figure that has been studied in the past that has
- 1:07:30been referred to as the quote classic government image maybe one of the cameramen of
- 1:07:35this army unit. This figure can be seen in what appears to be an
- 1:07:42individual in a rifle firing position directly aimed at the motorcake and photographic enhancements and
- 1:07:47analysis of this figure following things have been related by the Select Committee on Assassinations.
- 1:07:55Note. After examining the so called enhanced image. The panel concludes that
- 1:08:00the so called classic gumming object was not a gunman. There's no evidence of
- 1:08:04human flesh tones in the head and hands area. Also, in the enhanced
- 1:08:10image, the shadow pattern above and to the right of the object is seen
- 1:08:14to be connected to the object itself. If you examine the photographs just given
- 1:08:19to you, you will notice that the portable transmitter was in the form of
- 1:08:25a backpack and thus would have been connected to the object itself. Also,
- 1:08:30since the camera's roof viewfinder was a through the lens viewing device mounted on the
- 1:08:35top of the camera, the camera would have hidden most of the facial flesh
- 1:08:40tones. I believe if the latter frames of the NIXT film are enhanced,
- 1:08:44showing the image upright, one may find that the shape near the head would
- 1:08:50be consistent with the side view of a camera similar in design and the pictures
- 1:08:55you now possess. The frames showing this pictures figure standing and turned somewhat sideways
- 1:09:01as though he was visually following the motorcade can be seen in the NIXT film
- 1:09:06a short time after the final gunshot, as mister Knicks photographed some people who
- 1:09:11started to run up the grass he knoled towards defense. If this object is
- 1:09:15one of the cameramen, he can now be seen training his camera towards the
- 1:09:18Triple underpass, where the motorcade proceeded after the shots. This would have been
- 1:09:24in obedience to his orders to videotape the motorcade. To my knowledge, these
- 1:09:29frames showing the subject or showing the object vertical were not studied by the Select
- 1:09:33Committee as closely as those showing the figure as a quote classic gunman image.
- 1:09:42No, and don't forget which this guy did, about Gordon Arnold dressed up
- 1:09:53in his little army unient form, taking his pictures and deali plaza from the
- 1:09:58knoll. Yeah, and don't forget about all of the other which he probably
- 1:10:02should have included, um in his presentation and research to the review board.
- 1:10:10Um about all the other military intelligence officers that were in Dearly Plasma, including
- 1:10:21James Powell and several others. So take that for what you will, folks,
- 1:10:30You know, here we go, Here we go. All nice,
- 1:10:38take that for what you will. Through the thought, think it over,
- 1:10:43roll it around in your brain all you can come back to the present time.
- 1:10:46Now, Yeah, come on back, get out of the DeLorean.
