A Portland man, Mahmoud Said Ali, 42, faces second-degree murder charges after fatally shooting rideshare driver Anwar Osman in a pre-dawn ambush near an ICE facility. The trial begins September 28th, as investigators reveal Ali — also a rideshare driver who knew his victim — was tracked in a blue SUV for 30 minutes before the fatal shots.
