- 1:37Speaker 1: your top bean bean.
- 1:38Speaker 3: What I do now with my baked beans, and I
- 1:41Speaker 3: do it every time now, is I fry up some
- 1:43Speaker 3: bacon very finally, and I cout that in its own fat,
- 1:50Speaker 3: you know, and give it a bit of a stir around.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Then I put my baked beans in there with the fat,
- 1:55Speaker 3: with the fat, with the with the bacon with a
- 1:57Speaker 3: fat one. And I've got that that great jar of
- 1:59Speaker 3: chili with the nuts in it.

- 2:10Speaker 3: tir that ship is amazing, and I chuck it in
- 2:12Speaker 3: there and I and I want and a bit of
- 2:13Speaker 3: cream pepper. Yeah, give it a stir, and then I
- 2:16Speaker 3: get two pieces of white toast, slather it in butter
- 2:19Speaker 3: and then pour those basts.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Yes, spicy beans.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Chili chilli numbers here.
- 2:26Speaker 4: If you just type in chili oil, it'll be the
- 2:28Speaker 4: one that pops up and every single supermarket with the
- 2:30Speaker 4: lady on it it's and it's good types chili. There's
- 2:35Speaker 4: chili flakes and oil, and then there's chili sauce. I
- 2:39Speaker 4: prefer the chili sauce.
- 2:40Speaker 3: My wife actually made a very delicious ood on noodle
- 2:44Speaker 3: soup last night with chicken breast and egg and all
- 2:46Speaker 3: that sort of stuff in it. You chuck a spoonful
- 2:49Speaker 3: of this ship in it, Mogi, and the red oil
- 2:52Speaker 3: just seeps out into the whole bowl.
- 2:55Speaker 1: It's beautiful, Fellows. If it's logan.
- 2:59Speaker 5: That sounds about right?
- 3:00Speaker 1: Ye, possibly yellow lady, she's wearing something yellow.
- 3:06Speaker 2: It's good ship mate. If you love your chili, that's
- 3:09Speaker 2: the one to go.
- 3:09Speaker 5: It is the one to go for that.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I hate chili, is it?
- 3:12Speaker 3: Well?
- 3:12Speaker 1: I like that you don't.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Hate chili, but you love chili, man, Fellows.
- 3:18Speaker 4: Seriously, if you want to, if you get like a
- 3:20Speaker 4: really bland Asian dish that someone's made and it's not
- 3:23Speaker 4: very good.
- 3:24Speaker 5: Bit of that and a little bit of QP may always.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Say, say, you know, when my wife cooks a meal.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Not any of that loo gun mar?
- 3:32Speaker 2: I say, would you be offended if.
- 3:35Speaker 5: I put some loud gun mar on then even taste it?
- 3:37Speaker 2: And now she just goes no.
- 3:41Speaker 4: Actually, my wife used to get passed off because I
- 3:42Speaker 4: was obsessed with siracha for a while.
- 3:44Speaker 5: Yeah, and I'd put that.
- 3:45Speaker 4: In everything before I've even tasted it. I'd sit down,
- 3:48Speaker 4: put it all over it, and then she'd be like,
- 3:49Speaker 4: can you at least taste it first and see if
- 3:51Speaker 4: it takes gone?
- 3:52Speaker 1: There isn't?
- 3:52Speaker 5: It is prevalent enough?
- 3:57Speaker 2: Today? Hey, I was making a cracker and.
- 4:00Speaker 5: I was making are you fucking kidding me?
- 4:03Speaker 3: And I was going to put a little dollop of
- 4:06Speaker 3: siracha mayonnaise on it?
- 4:07Speaker 1: Yeah, right, God, this is good stuff.
- 4:09Speaker 3: And the top fell off and it just went good, good,
- 4:12Speaker 3: the cracker perfect.
- 4:14Speaker 5: I was, so, what do you do?
- 4:17Speaker 2: I beft it?
- 4:17Speaker 5: No, then what do you make another one?
- 4:19Speaker 1: No?
- 4:20Speaker 2: I sat on my couch and starved.
- 4:22Speaker 5: It just got grubby. Yeah, are you going to come
- 4:26Speaker 5: with us? To go get sushi.
- 4:28Speaker 4: Because you're obviously hungry and you're gonna bitch and then
- 4:30Speaker 4: you're gonna steal chips.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Three of us are going to get sushi. You should
- 4:34Speaker 1: just come. I'm thinking about trying to Oh no, I
- 4:37Speaker 1: need to eat. Damn. Yeah. I was going to just
- 4:40Speaker 1: not eat much till I got home. But I'm going
- 4:42Speaker 1: to go to the gym after the radio the Whole
- 4:46Speaker 1: Wracky Big Show wee days from four on radio hurraky
- 4:52Speaker 1: remember the Whole Wracky Big Show podcast.
- 4:55Speaker 2: I started up on my exercises again today.
- 4:58Speaker 1: You hit me out to the gym at all? Have
- 4:59Speaker 1: you been on your now the way you framed it,
- 5:02Speaker 1: so I'm going to put it to you. You didn't
- 5:03Speaker 1: go to the gym. You did some more of your
- 5:05Speaker 1: cheer yoga. Of all the fucking yo.
- 5:11Speaker 5: The yoga, the cheer yoga.
- 5:15Speaker 2: I slammed pretty quickly because it was ridiculous.
- 5:18Speaker 5: Still paying for the subscription.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Well, funnily enough, just this last weekend, I finally canceled
- 5:26Speaker 3: my fucking gym subscription, right because I kept trying to
- 5:29Speaker 3: do it through the bank and the bank went, no,
- 5:30Speaker 3: you actually have to go to the place and do it,
- 5:33Speaker 3: and so it was that through the bank, what are you?
- 5:36Speaker 2: And then what because it was because it was an
- 5:39Speaker 2: automatic payment, and I thought I could just stop payment
- 5:42Speaker 2: because you have to give them a probably a month
- 5:44Speaker 2: and advance. Well that's what they sit.
- 5:46Speaker 3: So I went in there and I said, yeah, good ay,
- 5:48Speaker 3: and they're like, and they recognized me because I'm a
- 5:50Speaker 3: bit of a radio start.
- 5:51Speaker 2: They know who I am, and they recognized me. And
- 5:53Speaker 2: the woman behind the counter.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Pick your part just for one fifteen seconds and you'll
- 6:01Speaker 1: distinctly be able to hear Jason mouthing the words fucking hot.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Oh come on you guys, come on man.
- 6:08Speaker 5: Turn the story though, what gym is this keys is
- 6:11Speaker 5: going to do?
- 6:11Speaker 3: I'm not I'm not going to tell you what Jim
- 6:14Speaker 3: and and she said to me, yes, no, that's all fine,
- 6:19Speaker 3: but you've got to give us a month's notice.
- 6:21Speaker 1: And I was like, just so that they can prepare,
- 6:24Speaker 1: just so they can prepare for you not being there.
- 6:26Speaker 1: It's been for the last twelve months.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Well it hasn't been twelve I was there at this
- 6:30Speaker 2: time last year.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Twelve months.
- 6:32Speaker 5: It's been about ago. It's about literally twelve months ago.
- 6:34Speaker 2: I would say, it's definitely been a good six or
- 6:37Speaker 2: seven months. Yeah, yeah, twelve, And I.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Was going, why am I doing that? Why am I
- 6:42Speaker 3: paying that? And I'm not even fucking going there.
- 6:44Speaker 1: You should go to the gym because you're worried about
- 6:45Speaker 1: you said you're looking at yourself in the reflection of
- 6:47Speaker 1: the heart.
- 6:48Speaker 2: To talk about that on today's show.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, And it was not a it's not a
- 6:52Speaker 3: pretty suck because I don't know if you fellows know this,
- 6:55Speaker 3: I was in pretty good nick mid last year. You've
- 6:58Speaker 3: got a couple of titties on you. I've got titties
- 7:00Speaker 3: on me at the moment. I'm not I've got a
- 7:02Speaker 3: couple of man.
- 7:03Speaker 5: Busy sweet airs and I'm not dump truck.
- 7:07Speaker 2: And I'm not happy about it at all.
- 7:09Speaker 1: So no, why not though, Well, because at his age,
- 7:13Speaker 1: it's going to have an effect on his his uh,
- 7:16Speaker 1: at the health of his heart. Casy, you start running
- 7:18Speaker 1: a bit of a porch and a couple of them
- 7:20Speaker 1: there titties, you're at a higher risk of a cardiac event.
- 7:23Speaker 5: He's thirty nine.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Men, I'm not young, ki yell, I admit it.
- 7:27Speaker 5: You're only five years older than me.
- 7:29Speaker 3: I know, man, But I mean I was looking at
- 7:31Speaker 3: you at the Black Clash and just going, holy hecker,
- 7:34Speaker 3: someone's let themselves.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Sweet immediately turns into a d.
- 7:47Speaker 4: Just sprayed with an oozy out the window.
- 7:51Speaker 1: What was your exercise?
- 7:53Speaker 2: Look? Look small steps?
- 7:56Speaker 1: What was it you then?
- 8:00Speaker 2: Or just run out? Yeah? The one thing that I
- 8:03Speaker 2: said that I will say that.
- 8:05Speaker 3: You know that I haven't been going to the gym,
- 8:06Speaker 3: but I have really up my walking.
- 8:09Speaker 1: I been doing out of interest, well a lot of good,
- 8:14Speaker 1: I think.
- 8:14Speaker 3: I think actually I'm a little bit more aerobically fit
- 8:19Speaker 3: because I was fucking.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Shock combined with your golf, I couldn't walk up a
- 8:22Speaker 2: hell without fucking nearly dying. Mind you, the last time
- 8:25Speaker 2: Keizy and I played golf, we walked at and that
- 8:27Speaker 2: fucking damn near killed me.
- 8:31Speaker 1: I woke ten thousand steps here today for possibly the
- 8:34Speaker 1: first time in my life. I like that out of
- 8:36Speaker 1: the rain that stopped me.
- 8:37Speaker 5: Out of purely out of act, like by accident.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Were trying to not trying to, So I just were.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I walked to work, then I walked here, then I
- 8:49Speaker 1: went to the German, then I came here, and then
- 8:51Speaker 1: I walked home. That was ten thousand.
- 8:53Speaker 5: That's a good amount. It's a good anount.
- 8:55Speaker 1: So I'm just going to try and do that every day.
- 8:58Speaker 3: I'm massively looking forward to living in the city. That's
- 9:01Speaker 3: the whole point. We're just going to fucking go. We're
- 9:03Speaker 3: going in this direction. To this point. My wife is
- 9:08Speaker 3: super fait sell again, she is super aerobics.
- 9:15Speaker 5: I think I'm going to start running again.
- 9:17Speaker 3: But it's that thing of you know, because she does
- 9:19Speaker 3: pilates and stuff every morning. She does a lot of
- 9:21Speaker 3: exercise and stuff, you know, and I can't. I can't
- 9:24Speaker 3: look like this.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what I'm saying.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Phellows, that's exactly right, you know exactly.
- 9:29Speaker 2: I've gotta I've got to get to a point where I'm.
- 9:33Speaker 1: You're in very good neck for an older You look
- 9:36Speaker 1: around at people your age. Yes, it's a lot of
- 9:40Speaker 1: fat fox out there. Men, Yes, there really are. So
- 9:42Speaker 1: you're in good neck. Don't be too hard on yourself.
- 9:44Speaker 5: But then when you get older, you've got to you
- 9:46Speaker 5: need to do.
- 9:46Speaker 1: You have to be you have to be. You have
- 9:48Speaker 1: to be hard on your parents.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Over the weekend, they were talking about how a couple
- 9:51Speaker 4: of their friends, who you know, they're in their in
- 9:53Speaker 4: their late sixties, a few of their friends have just
- 9:56Speaker 4: all of a sudden lost all of.
- 9:57Speaker 5: Their natural side right, and are sticks. It's really bad
- 10:02Speaker 5: going into that seventeen Yeah.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Yeah, Well you can lose your fat, but you might
- 10:06Speaker 1: also lose your your muscle. You lose the whole lot
- 10:09Speaker 1: and from the time, Yeah, what is it. I think
- 10:10Speaker 1: it's forty two, Say forty You lose like one percent
- 10:13Speaker 1: of your muscle mass per year.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Wow.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Yes, and then when you get to fifty it increases
- 10:18Speaker 1: like one and a half two percent. So that's why
- 10:19Speaker 1: you see these old people stooped over. They don't no
- 10:22Speaker 1: longer have the muscle mass to carry their own skeletons around. R.
- 10:25Speaker 1: So you have to be doing weights. You have to
- 10:27Speaker 1: have weights as a part of your.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Exercise or fell us. One thing I can promise you, well,
- 10:30Speaker 2: don't worry about it.
- 10:31Speaker 1: That's the other thing you can do.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Fuck it, old hood j will never lose as fat.
- 10:38Speaker 4: I reckon you be really old and decrepping, but has
- 10:40Speaker 4: to have a couple of buzzies.
- 10:42Speaker 2: I seriously, a couple of knockers. I want you to
- 10:44Speaker 2: look ahead.
- 10:45Speaker 3: I reckon you look ahead to thirty years from now
- 10:48Speaker 3: when I'm getting bathed in a bath by a nurse behind,
- 10:52Speaker 3: and I'll be a skinny rapped old flat with massive.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Ball, old Montgomery bull As.
- 11:00Speaker 4: Listen to the Big Show four or seven week days
- 11:02Speaker 4: on Radio Honak Good Listening
