- 0:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We are um just very, very grateful to have uh have a platform where we can share opinions, talk about public safety announcements, public uh announcements that uh have to deal with the public.
- 0:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And and sometimes those areas are hard to talk about, they're not easy, and sometimes we we laugh and we talk about lighthearted topics.
- 0:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It just really just depends.
- 1:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And if you can do us a big favor, and this is all free.
- 1:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So if you can give us the big thumbs up, like, follow, subscribe, share, reshare, repost.
- 1:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, if you're watching or listening on on your uh mobile device, uh if you could do us a huge favor that is also free, is uh send send a link to uh the voices for voices uh podcast and TV show, depending on how you consume your content.
- 1:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and we are Voices for Voices, a nonprofit 501c3 nonprofit organization.
- 1:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're here to help, we're here to spread awareness, we're here uh for bringing topics that come to our attention, uh, to help the community be as safe as possible.
- 2:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we appreciate each and every one of you.
- 2:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh again, what we do is uh is this covered under the First Amendment.
- 2:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and as I I say many times, if you don't like our content, just turn the channel, turn the page.
- 2:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's that's what you do.
- 2:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I live in the United States of America.
- 2:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't I don't know where everybody's from.
- 2:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We have viewers and listeners from over 111 countries.
- 2:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so here in the United States, we're allowed to have that freedom of expression, and we don't and have not threatened anybody.
- 2:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We have not wished harm on anybody, we don't have followers and let them talk about harming or hurting anybody.
- 3:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's what we don't do.
- 3:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We just talk about the facts to the best of our ability, to the best of our knowledge, in good faith.
- 3:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's what we do in good faith.
- 3:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it's really it's really a shame to see some people, some organizations, just whatever, um that could be inciting some type of violence, harm, bodily harm to a human being and or human beings' family.
- 4:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that needs a stop.
- 4:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's that's where we say, and you've probably heard this a lot of times.
- 4:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you see something, say something, and so that's what we do.
- 4:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We see, we saw, and so we reported.
- 4:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That that's just that's just being an upstander instead of a bystander, and especially when people's lives are being talked about potentially in a comment to a post, to a I don't know, anything.
- 5:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's posted online, right?
- 5:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's all over the world.
- 5:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Anyone can see it.
- 5:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So if one person or one organization says to another, here, you've done these things wrong, and so you know, you you can't do those, and you owe us, or you know, we're we're losing money, or whatever, whatever it is, and then again, we're talking hypotheticals here, and then what if somebody within that potential organization, group, individual sees and says, hey, we've tripled in size in the last year or period of time.
- 6:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: A year, two years, and so does that now to me that doesn't make a lot of sense in this hypothetical where I'm gonna try to recoup money for what?
- 6:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'm gonna demand videos they're covered under the First Amendment.
- 7:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Hey, the Joe Rogan experience, hey, the damn Bongino show.
- 7:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Hey, there's so many other out so many other channels and and shows out there.
- 7:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Find a different show then.
- 7:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Don't watch us, don't listen to us, don't subscribe to us.
- 7:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The last thing we want are is our people subscribing and then taking and then taking that information right off the press and sharing potentially maybe misinformation.
- 7:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What if person, organization lets you know the talk in the comments or wherever on the web, so again, worldwide, anybody can see it, and they say, Oh, we're being targeted.
- 8:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're this organization, this person is coming after us.
- 8:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So, in this hypothetical, the people taking that message and saying, Oh, somebody's coming after us legally, that they would be the defendant, and we would be the plaintiff.
- 8:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: However, hypothetically, when there are when there are court filings, it show exactly who filed first, who's the plaintiff, and who's the defendant.
- 9:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And if we're going to do these things in uh you know, in this hypothetical, we're gonna do things, you know, by the like let's go and talk about the facts.
- 9:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I would think as if I was a leader of an organization, and that information is getting out where whether it's somebody I know or not, whether that narrative is that, oh, we're the defendant, I would put a stop to that the best way I could.
- 9:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But that's not happening hypothetically.
- 9:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The hypothetical leader and leaders are letting that go on.
- 10:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There are there are comments again about bodily harm last I checked.
- 10:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's a threat.
- 10:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: A physical threat on top of the emotional distress that that cause causes.
- 10:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so when that's not being put when that's not that's not stopped, and something happens, hypothetically, then what do we do?
- 11:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, well, we didn't mean to do it, uh we don't know this person, we don't know here, we've been we've been talking about it, hypothetically.
- 11:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: For the last couple days.
- 11:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we bring and at least make the right people aware of what is occurring.
- 11:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What has, what is occurring And so when we say what that we are voices for voices, mythical creatures around the world watch our videos.
- 12:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Listen to them.
- 12:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We never once in this being the 550th episode of our show, never once have incited that people not excited, incited, or letting that happen.
- 12:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, these aren't hypothetically, these aren't just like you know, like jokes or a game like hide and go seek or something.
- 12:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No, this is talking about people's lives here, folks.
- 12:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And law enforcement and when this is let go on when is enough enough?
- 13:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And when do people step in and like myself be an upstander instead of a bystander?
- 13:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I will not stand idly when I receive information.
- 13:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I will not and you shouldn't either.
- 13:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But see, we haven't we haven't we haven't done that.
- 13:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: In fact, we actually prayed for every everybody, including people that we might not see eye to eye with.
- 14:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And yet that is going to be turned against us.
- 14:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, uh for me, look, I I believe in God and Jesus.
- 14:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not telling you who to believe in or not believe in.
- 14:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like you you know, you do your own thing.
- 14:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But for this to go on, and let's be frank, folks.
- 14:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's been going on for a long time, it's just now coming and bubbling up to the surface because of our awesome viewers and listeners from here in the United States and across the world.
- 15:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We may talk about hard topics and say we don't agree.
- 15:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Hey, is this the case?
- 15:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Is it not?
- 15:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We let people make decisions for themselves.
- 15:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We don't sit next to them and press the keyboard, press the keys and click the mouse, and we we don't do that.
- 15:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So when if there is hypothetically comments, like a specific comment about hey, we need to swat Justin, his house.
- 16:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's a threat.
- 16:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I understand I'm in the public eye, public figure, because of our show.
- 16:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I realize there's gonna be there's pros and cons.
- 16:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I get I get that.
- 16:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What I don't get are hate.
- 16:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't get any type of threats, especially bodily physical threats.
- 16:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's not right.
- 16:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And just as a human being, you don't have to be any you don't have to be a leader of anything, you don't have to have any special schooling.
- 16:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It should just register like, hmm, this doesn't make sense.
- 17:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't think this is right.
- 17:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And this isn't playing God, this is playing, look, we all get one chance at life.
- 17:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And when people are talking and inciting about potentially cutting a life short, we're going after somebody criminally because we prayed for them.
- 17:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh yeah, that's that's our doll Lucy.
- 17:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: She's chewing on her peanut butter sticks.
- 17:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Not a chainsaw, but it she just she loves the the best ten dollars spent on uh toy for her.
- 18:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we I actually got continued.
- 18:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We we did we got uh uh she ran out of dog food, so we we um she ran out basically last night, and so we we went and picked up some more dog food, and then we got a treat because uh we got we had some ice cream and ice cream, even the vanilla just didn't sit well with with her digestive system.
- 18:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So they had a little kind of bakery, so we got her a flip-flop cookie treat, and and so she she really enjoyed that.
- 18:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh but I digress.
- 18:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So anybody anywhere, I'm not telling you not to exercise your first amendment right, but the first amendment goes away when you're talking about threats, potential death threats, potential kidnapping threats from a potential organization that potentially tripled in size over the last year?
- 19:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't know.
- 19:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not a mathematician.
- 19:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I know there's analytics we can see and some that we can't because of private servers and you know, law enforcement that they they have rightly so.
- 19:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, so we can't see where that IP address, you know, or or what area that's registered to.
- 20:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so this is just me going out on a limb, I guess.
- 20:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think the reason why this potential organization potentially tripled in size because of us.
- 20:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Voices for voices, our TV show and podcast, because of our viewers and listeners.
- 20:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That if if you want that that's what I think.
- 20:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Again, that's my opinion.
- 20:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I'm not saying it's gospel, I'm not saying nothing.
- 20:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm I'm saying there are a lot more people that know about this potential hypothetical organization now versus this time last year and the year before.
- 21:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I call for all leaders, all people that hold power and law enforcement and the courts to say we need to stop this.
- 21:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We need to stop this as a country, we need to stop this as human beings.
- 21:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We need to stop this as human beings.
- 21:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's that's where we find.
- 22:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How a person's true colors when decisions to ignore potential comments to ignore hate speech to ignore potential threats, potential death threats, potential kidnapping threats.
- 22:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So this is a this is a deep episode.
- 22:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's what we do.
- 22:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We talk about deep topics, public safety concern.
- 22:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I think the public should know that there are people looking to harm a citizen in their community, in their city, in their state, in their country.
- 23:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Thank you for mean true law enforcement.
- 23:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So none of us know what's gonna happen day to day, minute to minute, second to second.
- 24:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: All I know is I'm gonna spend my time trying to help, trying to uplift, trying to make people's lives better, trying to help a person step off that ledge or have their mind step off that ledge so they don't go forward potentially.
- 24:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's why we have 550 episodes.
- 24:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Kinda interesting, huh?
- 24:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Take down all these videos, and quite a lot of them happen to be TikTok.
- 24:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And a few months ago, I woke up one day and I did not have a TikTok for voices for voices.
- 25:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Again, we voices for voices with these little creatures around the world, anybody we associate with, we have better things to do than to try to bring hate, spite, jealousy out.
- 25:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like I mentioned before, if you're so confident, and this goes for anything.
- 25:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If somebody's so confident in what they're doing, and apparently, I guess potentially tripling in size would probably be an indicator.
- 25:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um deposition said individual says, Oh, we're after two hundred days.
- 26:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, we we don't know how much we don't know what the damages are.
- 26:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay.
- 26:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So why do the pieces of paper say a particular number?
- 26:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Huh?
- 26:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That is you just pull it out of thin air?
- 26:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I know where it came from.
- 26:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I know where it came from.
- 26:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I know exactly where it came from.
- 26:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And you know where it came from too.
- 26:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's interesting, isn't it?
- 26:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then we say your organization and you it's because of you we've lost revenue.
- 26:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay.
- 26:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Mind deposition, did you say?
- 27:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, we had a little exodus of people, and then when the question was raised by our now ineffective counsel asked.
- 27:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, is voices for voices?
- 27:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, did people leave and and say, Hey Scott?
- 27:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Hey, Becky, Rebecca, we're leaving because of voices for voices.
- 27:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or Justin Allen Hayes or David Solomon.
- 27:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Couldn't answer the question, Scott.
- 27:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Could you?
- 27:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because you knew darn well what the numbers show.
- 28:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That potential comment by someone that was it's not you, Scott, but somebody that knows your revenue has guess members, whatever the terminology is actually tripled.
- 28:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That means three times bigger, not three times smaller, three times bigger.
- 28:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But yeah, we'll say, you know, this this nonprofit and another state.
- 28:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I I don't try to understand anymore.
- 29:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just know that God's watching over.
- 29:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: My dad's in heaven, he's watching over.
- 29:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Everybody's left this world, watching over, and people watching and listening to this particular episode, or all of our episodes.
- 29:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So again, I just want to say thank you very much for tuning in.
- 29:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Wherever you get your podcast, you get voices for voices.
- 29:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That it's it's that simple.
- 29:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Wherever your contacts that you reach out to on your phone that you share the voices for voices podcast with, they'll get voices for voices wherever they get their podcast.
- 30:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And last but not least, five hundred and fifty episodes.
- 30:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Wow, that's a big number.
- 30:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I thought fifty was a big number.
- 30:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I thought what hundred was, I thought two fifty fifty, four fifty, five hundred, five twenty-five.
- 30:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And this episode is number five hundred and fifty.
- 30:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's because of you for watching and listening.
- 30:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So if you could again know it's coming.
- 30:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Can you give us a big thumbs up, like, follow, subscribe, share, reshare, repost, and please reach out to maybe 25, 50, or 100 contacts in your phone, and share the voices for voices podcast.
- 31:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's been a blessing for me, all the days of my life, all the good days, all the bad days, all the days in between.
- 31:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'm grateful at this very second to be alive.
- 31:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So until next time, let's celebrate the voices of everybody in the world.
- 31:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And let's be a voice for not only ourselves, but maybe somebody who's not able to express their voice so easily.
- 31:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you for joining us, and we'll see you on the next show.
- 31:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Bye bye for now.
