- 0:21Speaker 1: It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh
- 0:26Speaker 1: with us inside the treehouse. Today is Monday, April twenty first,
- 0:32Speaker 1: two Thy twenty five. I'm Daniel Malley along with Trey
- 0:37Speaker 1: Trenholm and Raj Sharma. Happy Monday, gentlemen.
- 0:43Speaker 2: Happy Monday. Dan.
- 0:47Speaker 1: You know there's a if I'm being honest, there's really
- 0:51Speaker 1: no easy way to slide into this topic. So I'm
- 0:54Speaker 1: just gonna slap you in the face with it. An
- 0:57Speaker 1: adult toy fire destroyed the home of an eight eight
- 1:00Speaker 1: year old woman and she's now living in terror.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Oh tell me more.
- 1:17Speaker 3: He isn't it that hard? And it catches on fire?
- 1:20Speaker 3: I am going I guess there is some drama involved.
- 1:22Speaker 1: I recommend some lubricant to prevent that level of chafing.
- 1:27Speaker 2: That's just me, And she's also eighty eight.
- 1:34Speaker 1: If did he can for eighty eight people and she
- 1:38Speaker 1: can for one.
- 1:40Speaker 3: I'm just saying she's seen war. Yeah, so has her vagina.
- 1:49Speaker 1: But yes, an adult toy fire destroyed the home of
- 1:52Speaker 1: an eighty eight year old woman who is now living
- 1:54Speaker 1: in absolute terror. Has happened on Staten Island in New York.
- 2:01Speaker 1: It started in somebody else's backyard, but quickly spread and
- 2:05Speaker 1: destroyed two homes nearby, including the home of an eighty
- 2:10Speaker 1: eight year old woman. According to her caregiver, the daughter
- 2:16Speaker 1: in law of eighty eight year old Lillianne, who did
- 2:19Speaker 1: not want to give her last name, she said, the
- 2:24Speaker 1: first night, Grandma had a nightmare and she screamed really loud.
- 2:28Speaker 1: She screams so loud and never heard someone scream like that.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I'm sure it was a nightmare. They just not get
- 2:35Speaker 1: all the toys anyway. Angela goes on to say she's
- 2:39Speaker 1: talking to herself like I don't understand, asking herself questions.
- 2:43Speaker 1: She's trying to understand. The blaze forced Lilianne and her daughter,
- 2:48Speaker 1: Sophia to take refuge with Angela. Sophia, the daughter said,
- 2:52Speaker 1: I woke up crying. It's not that it was luxurious,
- 2:54Speaker 1: but it was mine. I had my stuff. I guess
- 2:57Speaker 1: she's talking about the home and the room that she
- 2:59Speaker 1: was in at the stuff that was torched in the backyard.
- 3:04Speaker 1: The fire, which authorities initially called suspicious, started around three
- 3:09Speaker 1: o'clock in the afternoon last Wednesday, and it quickly spread
- 3:13Speaker 1: to two neighboring buildings, which were then extensively damaged. That's
- 3:17Speaker 1: According to FD and Y officials, the person charged with
- 3:22Speaker 1: arson and reckless endangerment in the case is named Harry Torres,
- 3:27Speaker 1: which seems fitting. Harry was arraigned last Thursday and released
- 3:34Speaker 1: without bail. His lawyer did not respond to a request
- 3:40Speaker 1: for comment, which is strange for lawyers. They usually can't
- 3:42Speaker 1: wait to get in front of a camera or recording
- 3:45Speaker 1: device to get some publicity. But this guy was like,
- 3:47Speaker 1: I'm good. It's really not much choice to be here.
- 3:52Speaker 1: This is my own community service that I'm forced into.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Or maybe it's because maybe it's because the suspect is
- 3:59Speaker 1: straight up said in the criminal campaignt I started the fire.
- 4:03Speaker 1: I was in the backyard of my house and I
- 4:05Speaker 1: lit two Drux toys on fire. That's what he told investigators.
- 4:10Speaker 1: He used lighter fluid and told investigators he was trying
- 4:12Speaker 1: to get rid of the DNA on the toys, which
- 4:16Speaker 1: included a rubber who hat. One neighbors said, Harry Torres
- 4:22Speaker 1: seems a little off, which I think is a pretty
- 4:24Speaker 1: solid assessment of the situation. And I'm not sure if
- 4:27Speaker 1: I could pack any more puns in here, but I'm
- 4:29Speaker 1: gonna try. Most of these, by the way, were unintentional,
- 4:35Speaker 1: unlike his fire.
- 4:39Speaker 4: I just liked the fact that it was three o'clock
- 4:41Speaker 4: in the afternoon. Who's got that Harry's got time on
- 4:45Speaker 4: his hands?
- 4:47Speaker 1: Well, no, see, I think it's the opposite because from
- 4:50Speaker 1: what he said in the criminal complaint, his confession, basically
- 4:54Speaker 1: two police investigators or fire investigators, he's like, yeah, I
- 4:58Speaker 1: did it. I was trying to cover up DNA. He's
- 5:00Speaker 1: trying to hide evidence of his impropriety with adult toys,
- 5:04Speaker 1: and he's doing so at three o'clock in the afternoon.
- 5:07Speaker 1: That tells me that someone was on their way home
- 5:10Speaker 1: and he had limited time on his hands to try
- 5:13Speaker 1: to hide all of his personal evidence and.
- 5:16Speaker 3: It was a fake.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Huh huh, Yes, I hope so.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Well, it's like Harry, you know, was befuddled that he
- 5:28Speaker 3: couldn't make it squirt And.
- 5:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna let you email Brad, the owner of one
- 5:35Speaker 1: of three point five the X in Brownwood that airs
- 5:37Speaker 1: this station, on a whim.
- 5:41Speaker 3: I'm I'm just gonna edit this one out.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Are you gonna go in the backyard and set it
- 5:47Speaker 1: on fire? That's a good idea.

- 7:48Speaker 1: along with Trey and Raj Sharma. Today is Monday, April
- 7:53Speaker 1: twenty first, two Thy twenty five Trey Raj. On the
- 8:00Speaker 1: off chance a gen Z woman asked you out, would
- 8:03Speaker 1: you do it? Would you go out with a gen
- 8:06Speaker 1: Z woman?
- 8:07Speaker 2: Sure?
- 8:09Speaker 1: Tray, Yes, Interesting, especially considering all the hate we have
- 8:15Speaker 1: heaped upon gen Z as a generation.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Whether they're still willing to go out with me, Yeah, yeah.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Whether it's their disapproval and wanting to cancel the thumbs
- 8:29Speaker 1: up emoji because they deem it hostile or passive aggressive
- 8:32Speaker 1: in the workplace, or because they've recently discovered that you
- 8:36Speaker 1: don't have to buy coffee in a shop you can
- 8:39Speaker 1: actually make it at home for much cheaper. Along with
- 8:44Speaker 1: a plethora of other silly things that gen Z has done,
- 8:48Speaker 1: or is doing, or is in the process of learning.
- 8:50Speaker 1: You go out with a gen Z lady, Okay, yeah.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Listen, marriage boy.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what, You're right. I'm not even sure
- 9:02Speaker 1: if you need to finish that sentence. I get it. Yeah. Well,
- 9:06Speaker 1: according to reported dating trends and a flurry of TikTok chatter,
- 9:10Speaker 1: which is where a lot of old people find out
- 9:12Speaker 1: things about gen Z, a gen Z is warming to
- 9:15Speaker 1: the idea that age is just a number, at least
- 9:19Speaker 1: when the vibes are right. It leaves Trey fist pumping
- 9:22Speaker 1: there in the corner. For a generation famous for canceling
- 9:26Speaker 1: anything even remotely problematic or challenging, there's sudden love for
- 9:31Speaker 1: romantic pairings with a few decades between birthdays might seem surprising.
- 9:37Speaker 1: So look, the new term for this is age gap relationships.
- 9:42Speaker 1: When we were all coming up, it was cradle robbing. Yes,
- 9:47Speaker 1: so at least gen Z has softened the label a bit.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Maybe for their own benefit, I don't know, but I
- 9:53Speaker 1: think it's good that we put that out into the universe,
- 9:55Speaker 1: that you Trey and Euraj both very hard up gen
- 9:59Speaker 1: x Mail would be willing to go out with a
- 10:01Speaker 1: hard up gen Z.
- 10:02Speaker 4: Female, Well that's life was a technically a millennial. So
- 10:08Speaker 4: they did that in the X before that was twelve
- 10:11Speaker 4: years younger than me.
- 10:12Speaker 1: So okay. So according to some of the gen zs,
- 10:17Speaker 1: that ten to fifteen year age gap is totally fine
- 10:20Speaker 1: with them, and some are willing to take it even
- 10:22Speaker 1: you know, further on a larger age gap, because ten
- 10:25Speaker 1: to fifteen years from Gen Z to that next step
- 10:29Speaker 1: up is going to be you know, millennial. I think
- 10:32Speaker 1: we're learning now that Gen X and millennials have far
- 10:35Speaker 1: more in common than Gen Z and millennials do.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Yes, here's the thing with millennials, oo is it really is,
- 10:47Speaker 3: if you go back and think about it, Millennials matured
- 10:51Speaker 3: into Gen X when they started off and they wanted
- 10:54Speaker 3: a little generational wars. They were very whiny and everything else.
- 10:57Speaker 3: But then they quickly realized like the system with their
- 11:00Speaker 3: ass real fast. I remember I had a friend who
- 11:03Speaker 3: was very millennial and very uh you know when she
- 11:08Speaker 3: when she was in college when I first met her,
- 11:11Speaker 3: and she did not understand. She was like, I want
- 11:14Speaker 3: to see you know, you know, we should pay more taxes.
- 11:17Speaker 3: In that way, we'll have you know, better healthcare, better this,
- 11:19Speaker 3: I go, Wait till you're working. Wait till you see
- 11:23Speaker 3: that check chunk come out of your check and you
- 11:27Speaker 3: have no control where it goes. And then you see
- 11:29Speaker 3: all the waste and come back in ten years and
- 11:32Speaker 3: tell me repeat this to me, you know, about five
- 11:36Speaker 3: years into the workforce.
- 11:36Speaker 1: She was like you right, Yeah, you can't as much
- 11:40Speaker 1: as is if Look, you cannot money whip problems. You can't.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Just because just because you spend money on something doesn't
- 11:49Speaker 1: necessarily mean you made it better. We're not good at
- 11:53Speaker 1: as a country. We're not good at spending the money
- 11:55Speaker 1: we got, So giving the country more of it is
- 11:58Speaker 1: not going to suddenly make the country better at it.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Maybe maybe you tighten the right a little bit, make
- 12:05Speaker 1: the country, make the United States itself live on some
- 12:08Speaker 1: snap and some wig benefits, and see if it, you know,
- 12:10Speaker 1: learns how to prioritize things a little bit better.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Oh that's even if we just.
- 12:17Speaker 4: Even if we just collected the taxes that are owed,
- 12:20Speaker 4: not even adding on is one point three trillion dollars.
- 12:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 12:24Speaker 1: So anyways, the focus of this topic, though, is that you,
- 12:29Speaker 1: Trey and Raj would be happy to date a gen
- 12:32Speaker 1: Z and it's not just you know, peer pressure that
- 12:35Speaker 1: has been willing to do this. Television may also be
- 12:38Speaker 1: getting a little bit of credit. Do either of you
- 12:41Speaker 1: watch The White Lotus television show? I do not well.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Apparently Season three of The White Lotus was very good
- 12:50Speaker 1: and it involved a big age gap relationship between two
- 12:54Speaker 1: of the stars. The stars are Walton Goggins, who's representing
- 13:01Speaker 1: gen X on this topic, and the co star I
- 13:05Speaker 1: can't remember her name, but their their ages are like
- 13:08Speaker 1: he's in his fifties and she's like thirty one. But
- 13:10Speaker 1: in the show, I guess it's like gen X to
- 13:12Speaker 1: gen Z, and gen Z see this as like tacit
- 13:15Speaker 1: approval like this television shows like this girl chose the
- 13:18Speaker 1: old dude in Walton Goggins instead of the guy her
- 13:21Speaker 1: age because his character provided more stability and lifestyle and
- 13:26Speaker 1: you know, was I guess just an overall better dude,
- 13:30Speaker 1: more established, right, And so now that has gen Z thinking, well,
- 13:34Speaker 1: I might want a fifty something year old man. So
- 13:39Speaker 1: there you go, guys, go get him.
- 13:42Speaker 2: All right?
- 13:43Speaker 4: Serious saying I got a shot.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Exactly I made it helps you for Walton Goggins, But
- 13:49Speaker 1: I'm just yeah, I'm just saying that the opportunity might
- 13:54Speaker 1: be there. And I was especially fascinated by this because Dre,
- 13:58Speaker 1: you work with your day job as a bar manager,
- 14:00Speaker 1: you work with so many gen zs. You never know,
- 14:04Speaker 1: you might, you might, you might have one.
- 14:06Speaker 3: Actually ask Gap, I'm not gonna hold my breath, but
- 14:10Speaker 3: hope springs eternal.
- 14:14Speaker 4: That's the oldest thing you've ever said.
- 14:21Speaker 3: And and Walt Walton Gogans Walter Walton Goggins.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I honestly don't.
- 14:27Speaker 3: I got uh you know, go watch the Season of
- 14:31Speaker 3: Righteous Gemstones and part of his moment is he's you know,
- 14:36Speaker 3: he shows off his gemstones in two episodes.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Okay, so maybe not let gen Z watch that show
- 14:41Speaker 1: and only white Lotus.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Nope, if it's really him water skiing naked, you know what?
- 14:53Speaker 1: Oh, that just sounds dangerous and irresponse.
- 14:55Speaker 3: I know.
- 15:01Speaker 5: You're listening to the Treehouse.

- 15:32Speaker 1: all social media platforms. That's at Treehouse on air give
- 15:37Speaker 1: us a follow today back inside the Treehouse show right now,
- 15:40Speaker 1: I'm Daniel Malley along with Trey Trenholm and Raj Sharma.
- 15:45Speaker 1: How good are your manners? Trey, I'm pretty sure you've
- 15:49Speaker 1: got excellent manners. Your mom raised you part of the
- 15:53Speaker 1: time in Highland Park and your dad polished you off
- 15:56Speaker 1: in Leonard, Texas. So I'm very certain of your good manners. Raj,
- 16:02Speaker 1: coming from Indian immigrant parents, I'm also pretty sure you've
- 16:05Speaker 1: got decent manners as well. Am I wrong on either account?
- 16:10Speaker 3: No? No, I don't think.
- 16:11Speaker 2: So.
- 16:12Speaker 1: We've kind of touched on this before in uh with
- 16:16Speaker 1: a topic related to Alexa or Siri, you know, like
- 16:19Speaker 1: the voice assistance. But do you use please and thank
- 16:24Speaker 1: you when you speak to artificial intelligence? So, whether we're
- 16:28Speaker 1: talking about things that you're typing in or saying into
- 16:31Speaker 1: chat GPT or using a voice assistant like Siri or Alexa,
- 16:39Speaker 1: are you using your manners? Are you saying please and
- 16:41Speaker 1: thank you?
- 16:43Speaker 4: I don't use any of that, so I don't have to.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Oh, you don't use the technology, so okay, yeah, okay,
- 16:51Speaker 1: try what about you?
- 16:53Speaker 3: On the rare occasion I use Siri and it's usually
- 16:56Speaker 3: to set an alarm. I actually will generally say, hey,
- 17:00Speaker 3: please set an alarm for you know whatever.
- 17:03Speaker 1: So tell me you were beat as a kid without
- 17:06Speaker 1: telling me you were beat as a kid, because I
- 17:07Speaker 1: do the same damn thing. Hey, Siriah, I'm not I
- 17:10Speaker 1: want to say, hey, s will you do this thing
- 17:12Speaker 1: for me? Yes, I've done this thing, okay, thank you.
- 17:15Speaker 1: I can't like it's it's immediate. It is. It is
- 17:17Speaker 1: beaten into me, right. And I'm only assuming that the
- 17:20Speaker 1: reason you don't use any of these voice assistants or
- 17:23Speaker 1: AI is because you're your inner mesquite is shining through.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Just uh, I have thumbs, uh so I can just
- 17:34Speaker 4: look it up if you if you're I've said an
- 17:39Speaker 4: alarm before, so maybe maybe I have said please and
- 17:42Speaker 4: thank you. Okay, but uh I don't use like chat,
- 17:45Speaker 4: GPT or they are or any of that's tough. That's
- 17:48Speaker 4: stuff scares me.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Now. I'll say this. There are times when I have
- 17:53Speaker 3: said thank you to Siri and she doesn't say you're welcome,
- 17:55Speaker 3: and I dropped the C word on her.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Does she say anything back to you? Then, well that's
- 18:05Speaker 1: how you know she's not real, because you know from experience.
- 18:09Speaker 1: You drop the sea bomb on a woman, you're going
- 18:11Speaker 1: to get a response. Well, according to Sam Altman, who
- 18:16Speaker 1: is the Open AI CEO. He revealed that polite phrases
- 18:20Speaker 1: like please and think you are driving up energy use
- 18:24Speaker 1: and costing the company tens of millions of dollars annually.
- 18:28Speaker 1: So if you really feel like sticking it to the
- 18:30Speaker 1: tech billionaires, then by god, youse, please and thank you
- 18:33Speaker 1: to your heart's content. He says. The reason why is
- 18:36Speaker 1: these extra words increase processing demands. But Altman says, ultimately,
- 18:42Speaker 1: the human like interaction they create is worthwhile. So it's
- 18:46Speaker 1: costing millions of dollars when you say please and thank
- 18:48Speaker 1: you to artificial intelligence, but overall, he says, it's worth it.
- 18:53Speaker 1: And I have to agree because when the computers take over,
- 18:57Speaker 1: I want to make sure I'm on their good side.
- 19:00Speaker 3: The amount of power that these AI computers require is
- 19:05Speaker 3: astronomical like, so the fact that it even though it
- 19:11Speaker 3: sounds like a lot, I don't what it said, it's
- 19:13Speaker 3: costing him tens of millions of dollars, that's what he says.
- 19:16Speaker 3: I mean, I think that's a dropping the bucket for
- 19:18Speaker 3: their power bill.
- 19:21Speaker 1: You know, you're probably right, And I would love to
- 19:22Speaker 1: see like a pie chart of their overhead breakdown and
- 19:26Speaker 1: just see what the utility.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Bills are low.
- 19:31Speaker 1: I mean, uses are probably pretty low.
- 19:34Speaker 3: I think it was Google or somebody actually got denied
- 19:38Speaker 3: building a place somewhere because they were like, we can't
- 19:40Speaker 3: support your power your power requirements for this. Wow. Like,
- 19:46Speaker 3: I mean, you think about the amount of computers involved
- 19:48Speaker 3: in AI and all of them sucking, you know, energy
- 19:52Speaker 3: at the same time running twenty four to seven. It's
- 19:55Speaker 3: it's as it's it's like why you know crypto mining,
- 19:59Speaker 3: You know, when you're mining for a bitcoorn or whatever,
- 20:04Speaker 3: it takes a huge amount of power.
- 20:07Speaker 1: So Rajer, you said that part of the reason you
- 20:09Speaker 1: don't use these things is because you're afraid of them.
- 20:12Speaker 1: You're afraid they're eventually going to take over. So if
- 20:15Speaker 1: you ever do start using them, or on the off
- 20:17Speaker 1: chance you use it, just you know, maintain your manners
- 20:21Speaker 1: and maybe they'll be kind to you when the overthrow happens.
- 20:26Speaker 4: When they take over, they'll be like, hey, you said, please,
- 20:29Speaker 4: it might it might help. Look it won't hurt, and
- 20:33Speaker 4: look at it this you could well, no, hang on,
- 20:35Speaker 4: because if you're a jerk to AI throughout all of it,
- 20:38Speaker 4: and they do take over. Yeah, it's definitely gonna smoke you,
- 20:41Speaker 4: whereas if you're nice.
- 20:43Speaker 1: It might stand a chance. It might it might spare you,
- 20:46Speaker 1: and if it doesn't, you'll still have a moment at
- 20:49Speaker 1: the very end to flip it off and yell out
- 20:51Speaker 1: a very hearty queue before it smokes you too. But
- 20:55Speaker 1: at least you try, don't you.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Okay, when it if you're nice to it, when it
- 21:01Speaker 3: inserts you to the matrix, give you a nice thing.
- 21:04Speaker 4: You know.
- 21:04Speaker 3: If you're not, you're gonna be in the news for,
- 21:07Speaker 3: you know, starting a fire with sex toys.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Yes, exactly, Yeah, yeah. How do you how do you
- 21:12Speaker 1: want your plug How do you want your plugged in
- 21:14Speaker 1: life to go?
- 21:15Speaker 6: Like?
- 21:15Speaker 1: Do you want to be in in the fun pod
- 21:18Speaker 1: that's using you for energy like they do in the
- 21:20Speaker 1: matrix or or do you want to or do you
- 21:23Speaker 1: want to you want to be the pod?
- 21:26Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 21:26Speaker 4: I don't want to. I don't want it plugging into me.
- 21:28Speaker 4: Uh so, uh you know I'll say please and thank
- 21:33Speaker 4: you from now on.

- 22:22Speaker 1: April twenty first, twenty twenty five. I'm Dan, He's Trey.
- 22:25Speaker 1: There's Raj. Do you guys remember the name Kelly Tedford?
- 22:30Speaker 1: Do you know the name Kelly Tedford?
- 22:34Speaker 3: Nope, you do not.
- 22:36Speaker 1: You're going to now. She's the only fans model who
- 22:42Speaker 1: was caught going tete on the tomatoes at a New
- 22:44Speaker 1: Hampshire grocery store a couple of months ago. We talked
- 22:46Speaker 1: a little bit about that. Okay, Well, Kelly, who's twenty four,
- 22:51Speaker 1: she was hit with fresh charges last week for allegedly
- 22:55Speaker 1: urinating all over a Marriott hotel room. Turns out Kelly's
- 23:02Speaker 1: on a bit of a peace bree. She's now a
- 23:05Speaker 1: c what is it, Trey, which means people are paying
- 23:11Speaker 1: her to do do this stuff.
- 23:14Speaker 3: I mean, like, that's what I don't even want to
- 23:19Speaker 3: know how much money she's making.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Peeing in places I do. That's the thing I want
- 23:24Speaker 1: to know. That's the thing that's not in the story
- 23:26Speaker 1: that I want to know. How much is she getting
- 23:28Speaker 1: paid for this stuff? Well, in this new situation, she
- 23:32Speaker 1: is accused of recording herself peeing on an air conditioner unit,
- 23:37Speaker 1: the comforter, the curtains. I don't know if she pulled
- 23:42Speaker 1: them off the wall to do that, or somehow she
- 23:44Speaker 1: did it sideways. Again, that's a question I'd like to
- 23:48Speaker 1: have the answer to. And she also she also tink
- 23:51Speaker 1: of on the Bible in the room. Oh now, so
- 23:55Speaker 1: far there's been no comment from the Gideons, but I'm
- 23:57Speaker 1: assuming they're pissed off.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Snope, unintended.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Oh that actually, that was very intended. Now, the girl
- 24:08Speaker 1: who calls herself Kinky Kelly, Kinky Kelly also allegedly defecated
- 24:13Speaker 1: on the floor before hiding her dookies in the tank
- 24:17Speaker 1: of the toilet. I would like to pin a brief
- 24:20Speaker 1: letter from the Treehouse to Kinky Kelly. Dear Kelly, you're
- 24:25Speaker 1: not kinky, You're just an a trey. If you're trying
- 24:34Speaker 1: to look her up, it's kinky with an I and
- 24:38Speaker 1: Kelly with an I I don't want you getting confused
- 24:42Speaker 1: with the ky version of Kinky Kelly.
- 24:48Speaker 4: I just feel bad for the Indian guy that owns
- 24:49Speaker 4: the Marriott.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Yeah, just imagine what his reaction would be when he
- 24:58Speaker 1: goes into that room when house keeping calls him and says,
- 25:01Speaker 1: we're not cleaning this.
- 25:05Speaker 4: Who sends it a request for being on an air
- 25:07Speaker 4: conditioning unit?
- 25:09Speaker 2: That's very specific.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Honestly, I don't even think it's it's anything that's like
- 25:14Speaker 1: sexually gratifying. I just think it's guys that are basically
- 25:17Speaker 1: just seeing what she'll do for money. Like it may
- 25:20Speaker 1: not they may not get a rise out of it,
- 25:22Speaker 1: uh physically, they just may think it's funny. It's like,
- 25:25Speaker 1: what what won't Kinky Kelly do? Yes, like okay, okay,
- 25:29Speaker 1: I got it, I got it, go poopoo on the floor.
- 25:31Speaker 1: And then she does it, and then the next guy
- 25:33Speaker 1: is like, oh, we gotta we gotta go bigger. Okay,
- 25:35Speaker 1: now pick it up out the floor and go put
- 25:37Speaker 1: it in the tank of the of the toilet.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Yeah, do that?
- 25:39Speaker 1: Do that?
- 25:41Speaker 2: Yeah, that's.
- 25:43Speaker 1: I know, because that's what I would be doing. Like
- 25:46Speaker 1: I'll give you five bucks, go do this.
- 25:48Speaker 4: Yeah, that's sometimes sometimes you you white folks are weird.
- 25:56Speaker 4: Sometimes I'm just saying like, that's not that's not an
- 26:03Speaker 4: Indian girl, that's not all.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Yeah no, originally only danced on the ceiling. Who knows
- 26:13Speaker 1: what this chick is capable of.

- 27:14Speaker 1: I'm Dan, he is Trey, he is Raj. Today is Monday,
- 27:19Speaker 1: April twenty first, twenty twenty five. Let's celebrate today with
- 27:26Speaker 1: some birthdays. Turning thirty seven today is an actor named
- 27:31Speaker 1: Robbie ammil oml Never know how you say that, Robbie
- 27:34Speaker 1: Amel He is Nathan in the Amazon series Upload He
- 27:38Speaker 1: was also Firestorm on The Flash and Chris Redfield in
- 27:43Speaker 1: Resident Evil prequel Welcome to Raccoon City. Firestorm on The
- 27:47Speaker 1: Flash was on the CW series. He's also the younger
- 27:52Speaker 1: cousin of Aerostar Stephen Amel from the CW series. So,
- 27:57Speaker 1: Robbie's thirty seven, Google, I'm gonna screw the name up,
- 28:00Speaker 1: and so I apologize to her if she ever hears it. Google.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Umbatha Raw is forty two today? Why are you laughing
- 28:08Speaker 1: at me?
- 28:08Speaker 9: Raj?
- 28:09Speaker 1: Did I say it wrong? Do you know how to
- 28:10Speaker 1: do you know how to pronounce her name?
- 28:11Speaker 3: No?
- 28:11Speaker 4: But it just like if I didn't know that was
- 28:13Speaker 4: a person, I would just like Dan had a stroke.
- 28:17Speaker 3: Her. I thought, here another only fans page.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Uh, do do a quick search on your phone for
- 28:27Speaker 1: for Google Umbatha Raw, it's g U g u and
- 28:33Speaker 1: then uh Mbatha is nb a t H a hyphen Raw.
- 28:38Speaker 1: She is forty two. You may recognize her. I've seen
- 28:42Speaker 1: her on a number of things. Uh. You may not
- 28:44Speaker 1: know her by name, but you know her by face.
- 28:47Speaker 1: So she is an actress. She is forty two today.
- 28:51Speaker 1: She's Sophie on Apple TV's Surface. She's also TVA Judge
- 28:55Speaker 1: Ravona Renslayer on Loki Okay. She's also Plummet in the
- 29:01Speaker 1: live action Beauty and the Beast. She's Meg's mom and
- 29:03Speaker 1: the kids movie A Wrinkle in Time. She was also
- 29:07Speaker 1: on I Believe the first season of Morning Show with
- 29:12Speaker 1: Reese Witherspoon, Steve Carell, and Jennifer Aniston. She was on
- 29:17Speaker 1: that show. She's been in tons of stuff. So again, man,
- 29:20Speaker 1: I do know her by name, but you'll know her
- 29:21Speaker 1: by face. She's forty two today. Other birthdays. Dallas Cowboys
- 29:26Speaker 1: quarterback Tony Romo is forty five today. Tony Romo forty
- 29:32Speaker 1: five today. How do we all feel about old Tony?
- 29:36Speaker 1: Has has time made us fonder of him? Less fond?
- 29:42Speaker 1: Because Raj and I, you and I watched a lot
- 29:45Speaker 1: of Cowboys games back when he was the quarterback and
- 29:48Speaker 1: I was on team Romo. I thought he was a
- 29:50Speaker 1: great quarterback. I thought he had plenty of skill and
- 29:53Speaker 1: talent and all those things to lead the team to
- 29:56Speaker 1: a super Bowl. It did not happen. You were never
- 29:59Speaker 1: on the Romo trained. Do you feel differently now?
- 30:02Speaker 3: No?
- 30:03Speaker 2: He just didn't have it. He didn't have the like
- 30:05Speaker 2: Bakman had it.
- 30:06Speaker 4: Like you could tell he had that intensity he had,
- 30:09Speaker 4: you know, but it's it was the aushucks aspect of
- 30:14Speaker 4: Tony Romo that I couldn't handle.
- 30:16Speaker 1: And that's like, oh all right, and I agree with
- 30:20Speaker 1: you there. I didn't like his reaction to certain things,
- 30:23Speaker 1: but he's a guy that didn't let it get to him.
- 30:24Speaker 1: He is I'm gonna still go out there and still
- 30:26Speaker 1: try to throw and do my job. Where you and
- 30:28Speaker 1: I always differed, and you said it right there, it
- 30:30Speaker 1: was that you said Tony Romo didn't have it? Do
- 30:34Speaker 1: you think Trent Dilfer had it? Do you think Brad
- 30:38Speaker 1: Johnson had it? Because those guys were two Super Bowl
- 30:42Speaker 1: winning quarterbacks and I think everyone including them would say
- 30:46Speaker 1: I didn't have it. You know what I did have?
- 30:48Speaker 1: I had Ray Lewis, I had I had I had
- 30:52Speaker 1: Tony Dungee at the defense. I mean, I mean they had,
- 30:55Speaker 1: they had hillacious defensive carry them into the Super Bowl.
- 30:58Speaker 1: All they had to do was not f it up.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Yeah. I think people were just scared that Ray Lowis
- 31:02Speaker 2: would kill them.
- 31:04Speaker 1: That was legitimate concern.
- 31:09Speaker 2: They just got out of his way.
- 31:13Speaker 1: But what about you, what are your feelings on on
- 31:16Speaker 1: Romo then versus now player?
- 31:18Speaker 3: Wise. I always liked Romo. I always thought the saddest
- 31:24Speaker 3: part of his career to me was the fact that
- 31:27Speaker 3: the year he broke his back and he got replaced
- 31:30Speaker 3: by Dak, that was the one team I thought, if
- 31:33Speaker 3: they have finally put it all together, if he was
- 31:35Speaker 3: ever going to have a chance, that was the year.
- 31:38Speaker 3: The line was fantastic, good receiver, everything. He had all
- 31:41Speaker 3: the tools to put it together. I don't know if
- 31:44Speaker 3: he would have or not, but especially in light of
- 31:47Speaker 3: you know, the last eight nine years of Dak, I
- 31:51Speaker 3: would take Romo, you know, every day of the week,
- 31:53Speaker 3: and twice on Sunday, I would take Gary huggaboom.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Gary appreciates that. Yeah, I know he does. And I'm
- 32:02Speaker 1: and I'm with you, Trey. I think I think the
- 32:04Speaker 1: year that he broke us back, got injured and Dak
- 32:06Speaker 1: took over was the third year of his big chances
- 32:12Speaker 1: on really good teams. The first was the two thousand
- 32:15Speaker 1: and nine team, the two thousand and nine season or team.
- 32:19Speaker 1: I thought they had a great shot, but that's when
- 32:21Speaker 1: they lost in the divisional round of the Giants, partly
- 32:24Speaker 1: because Patrick Creighton couldn't catch a pass to extend the
- 32:27Speaker 1: drive he drops a pass and it's turnover on downs.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Giants go on and they ended up winning the World
- 32:32Speaker 1: in the World Series. The Giants going to win the
- 32:35Speaker 1: Super Bowl. The next time was I believe twenty fourteen
- 32:38Speaker 1: when they go to Green Bay and that's the des
- 32:40Speaker 1: Bryant catch non catch game, which if DeMarco Murray doesn't
- 32:45Speaker 1: fumble in that game, he might still be running through
- 32:48Speaker 1: the end zone.
- 32:49Speaker 3: So I don't I.
- 32:49Speaker 1: Don't put both. I don't put I don't put either
- 32:51Speaker 1: of those on Romo. I think that was a team thing.
- 32:54Speaker 1: And then the third season, right there with you, Trey,
- 32:56Speaker 1: he got hurt at the worst possible time.
- 32:59Speaker 3: Here's where I like the fourteen season. I just like,
- 33:03Speaker 3: I don't agree with you on that that that team
- 33:05Speaker 3: was a super Bowl team because go back and remember
- 33:08Speaker 3: that game. What really we gonna blame the des catch
- 33:12Speaker 3: one leg at Aaron rod They could not stop one
- 33:14Speaker 3: leg at Aaron Rodgers. He actually rushed for positive yards
- 33:18Speaker 3: on hobbling on one leg. That defense was awful. That's
- 33:22Speaker 3: the one thing about that. So what year do you
- 33:23Speaker 3: get hurt? The seventeen eighteen somewhere.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Hang on, it was sixteen seventeen. It was something like that. Yeah.
- 33:35Speaker 3: So that team had a better defense, but also the
- 33:39Speaker 3: offensive line that was the.
- 33:41Speaker 10: Best line that you're ever gonna see. Yeah, but yeah,
- 33:47Speaker 10: I mean, I mean I would revisit Quincy Carter at
- 33:51Speaker 10: this point.
- 33:52Speaker 4: Holy Jesus, you didn't have to go at visiting hours.
- 33:57Speaker 4: I still I think he's still encounter.
- 34:01Speaker 1: No, no, no, he got out. I used to He
- 34:03Speaker 1: and I used to work out at the same La
- 34:04Speaker 1: Fitness in Dallas.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Okay, he used to come to my club all the time.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Your nightclub, not your health club.
- 34:12Speaker 2: Yes.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Yeah, it turns out his priorities were flipped. He should
- 34:15Speaker 1: have been at LA Fitness in his playing days. Yes,
- 34:18Speaker 1: instead he was at your night club. So way to go,
- 34:21Speaker 1: Roja trufault. Dak Prescott's first season was in twenty sixteen, Tray.
- 34:25Speaker 1: So yeah, so Romo's final was he broke his back
- 34:28Speaker 1: in twenty sixteen, So there you go.
- 34:30Speaker 3: Yeah, So that that team was was great, and uh,
- 34:37Speaker 3: you know, I think I think we made I think
- 34:39Speaker 3: we made a mistake getting rid of of Cooper Rush.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Wow. Okay, I very bold statement.
- 34:51Speaker 3: I think I think more games last year than Dak.
- 34:53Speaker 1: Yeah you hear you hear that. The ticket eat you
- 34:56Speaker 1: getting that you're getting the HSO is out of trade today.
- 35:01Speaker 1: If you listen really closely, I think you can hear
- 35:03Speaker 1: them shaky.
- 35:11Speaker 5: You're in the tree house.
- 35:16Speaker 9: Listen US online a treehouse on air dot com. You're
- 35:31Speaker 9: in good tree houps listen US online Threehouse on air
- 35:35Speaker 9: dot com.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Back inside the treehouse now. I'm Daniel Maley along with
- 35:40Speaker 1: Trey Trenholm and Raj Sharma. Just a little bit more
- 35:43Speaker 1: left for our Monday show April twenty first, twenty twenty five.
- 35:47Speaker 1: We were just talking about former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony
- 35:51Speaker 1: Romo celebrating a birthday today. He is, if I remember correctly, yes,
- 35:55Speaker 1: forty five Tony Romo forty five today. And Trey, you
- 35:58Speaker 1: said you agree with Raj on Ramo's Oschuk's attitude when
- 36:02Speaker 1: he played.
- 36:02Speaker 3: I under like I did not. It did not make
- 36:06Speaker 3: me think less of him as a quarterback, but I
- 36:08Speaker 3: did find it irritating sometimes when he would just you
- 36:11Speaker 3: look a pain over to him on the sideline, his
- 36:13Speaker 3: hats backward and he just looked goofy and kind of
- 36:16Speaker 3: like that as chucks whatever. But that I could handle that.
- 36:20Speaker 3: That Zak Prescott, you know, after the Eagles win the
- 36:24Speaker 3: Super Bowl, saying on in front of a microphone that
- 36:29Speaker 3: the Cowboys are right there. We we play, you know,
- 36:32Speaker 3: we hang with the Eagles. We're right there, We're that
- 36:33Speaker 3: close to being there. What what are you watching? What? What?
- 36:38Speaker 3: What team? Clearly it's not the team you're playing for.
- 36:41Speaker 3: Like do they get do they get the Sunday Ticket
- 36:45Speaker 3: inside their helmet?
- 36:46Speaker 4: You know?
- 36:46Speaker 3: Now?
- 36:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I could see how then that you would think
- 36:50Speaker 1: you're playing right there with them? I say it in
- 36:52Speaker 1: my helmet?
- 36:55Speaker 2: Or do this pling Madden right there?
- 36:57Speaker 1: Maybe like maybe the Madden ratings going into last season
- 37:00Speaker 1: had the Cowboys and the Eagles pretty even, in which
- 37:03Speaker 1: case it would make sense for an idiot to say
- 37:05Speaker 1: that the Cowboys are right there with the Eagles. The
- 37:08Speaker 1: problem is is the games are played in real life,
- 37:11Speaker 1: not inside your head movies WHI while in the middle
- 37:14Speaker 1: of the game watching Sunday Ticket or you know, video gaming.
- 37:21Speaker 1: And it seems to me that the last two starting
- 37:26Speaker 1: Dallas Cowboys quarterbacks. Because I can't speak too much before
- 37:29Speaker 1: that about this example, I'm going to give Tony Romo
- 37:32Speaker 1: and Dak Prescott now have bold statements that they have
- 37:36Speaker 1: made that has pissed off the fan base. You mentioned
- 37:40Speaker 1: one with Dak right there, Trey, where he after the
- 37:42Speaker 1: Eagles are in the Super Bowl. He says, in front
- 37:44Speaker 1: of a microphone, I think we're right there what the
- 37:47Speaker 1: Romo's was when they lost to Philly forty four to six,
- 37:51Speaker 1: and said after the game, if this is the worst
- 37:53Speaker 1: thing that happens to me, I'll have lived a pretty
- 37:55Speaker 1: good life, which we all agree with from a life perspective.
- 38:02Speaker 1: But as Cowboys fans, right after they got their ass
- 38:06Speaker 1: kicked forty four to six by the Eagles, that's not
- 38:09Speaker 1: the That wasn't the perspective we were looking for in
- 38:12Speaker 1: that moment, and that's what he gave us, and we
- 38:15Speaker 1: hated him, and I hated him for that part. Goda
- 38:17Speaker 1: hated that statement. I don't remember any non Super Bowl
- 38:21Speaker 1: winning Cowboys quarterback saying something stupid like that that Dak
- 38:25Speaker 1: did or Romo did. Did Danny White ever say something
- 38:28Speaker 1: dumb like that, Gary huge boom or you know, did
- 38:32Speaker 1: they just go wash ucks? We just we just weren't
- 38:34Speaker 1: good enough.
- 38:36Speaker 4: I just loved the oga boom. That's nothing great word,
- 38:42Speaker 4: you know.
- 38:43Speaker 3: But but here's the difference between Romo and Dak. Even
- 38:48Speaker 3: though that. I remember that comment, and yeah it was
- 38:50Speaker 3: a pisser, but I still had faith that Romo could
- 38:52Speaker 3: actually win a game, a close game, you know, if
- 38:56Speaker 3: it was in the fourth quarter, I believe that they
- 38:58Speaker 3: might actually win. Yeah, I have all that delusion has
- 39:03Speaker 3: left me with Dak. If they're going in the fourth all,
- 39:06Speaker 3: I think the fourth quarter I would love. I'm sure
- 39:10Speaker 3: there's some statistician who could who has done it. Whatever.
- 39:13Speaker 3: If you stripped Dak Prescott's fourth quarter numbers out of
- 39:18Speaker 3: his stats, I bet he is below media below average.
- 39:26Speaker 1: And why do you say that?
- 39:28Speaker 3: Think about how many games they're behind and like they
- 39:31Speaker 3: don't do crap, and then all of a sudden they
- 39:33Speaker 3: score two or three trash time touchdowns in the fourth
- 39:36Speaker 3: quarter because the defense is basically playing prevent the other
- 39:40Speaker 3: team's playing PreventT Yeah.
- 39:42Speaker 1: So trash trash time statistics that are bumping up Dak's numbers.
- 39:46Speaker 1: I follow you that. I'm just I knew that's what
- 39:48Speaker 1: you were saying. I just wanted to hear you say
- 39:51Speaker 1: it for clarity for anyone that didn't quite grasp hardcore
- 39:55Speaker 1: sports stock coming out of the Tree Show. Because look,
- 40:02Speaker 1: if there's one thing that we can discuss that is
- 40:05Speaker 1: very on brand for the Treehouse Show in relation to
- 40:10Speaker 1: celebrating the birthday of Tony Romo. That is his greatest
- 40:14Speaker 1: accomplishment in his playing days was when he left Jessica
- 40:22Speaker 1: Simpson at the ihop in Temple, Texas, instead of taking
- 40:25Speaker 1: her all the way home, dumped her, both literally and figuratively,
- 40:30Speaker 1: on the side of I thirty five. That right there
- 40:35Speaker 1: should put his name up in the Ring of honor.
- 40:43Speaker 3: She did.
- 40:43Speaker 2: Think the pink Romo jersey and women and ate that up.
- 40:49Speaker 1: They did, and it was great. It was great then
- 40:51Speaker 1: and they and you know, that was a lot of fun.
- 40:53Speaker 1: And Jerry Jones made a lot of money on pink
- 40:54Speaker 1: jerseys and nine number nine jerseys being sold to women.
- 40:57Speaker 1: But he also won back a lot of dudes when
- 41:01Speaker 1: he left. When he left her on the side of
- 41:03Speaker 1: thirty five at an eye hoop in Temple, I mean,
- 41:06Speaker 1: my god, whoa you turn your hat backwards? They get out.
- 41:13Speaker 2: Take the pancakes with you.
- 41:18Speaker 3: They have pancakes here.
- 41:22Speaker 1: She probably walked in forgot what forgot what happened? I'm
- 41:27Speaker 1: still sat pancakes. Oh thank you, Tony Romo.
- 41:34Speaker 11: Oh all right, Uh we didn't even get to have
- 41:38Speaker 11: to this stuff I had on the doctor for today,
- 41:40Speaker 11: But that's okay because we're going to come back and
- 41:41Speaker 11: do it all again tomorrow right here inside the Treos.
- 41:45Speaker 1: We'll see you there
