Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bed.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Good day on our continuation of recording. Yes, not new
- 0:11Speaker 1: to us, it's new to everybody else, so maybe they
- 0:13Speaker 1: haven't seen the other videos in the In the previous video,
- 0:17Speaker 1: you start talking about pictures, and it just you know,
- 0:22Speaker 1: sometimes when we hop on here to do recording, both
- 0:26Speaker 1: of us like, I have no idea what we're going
- 0:27Speaker 1: to talk about. We had we both grabbed a minor
- 0:33Speaker 1: like oracle cards. I believe yours are more on a
- 0:36Speaker 1: to road type of deck. We've been grabbed card. Now.
- 0:41Speaker 1: I don't think we do this on a regular but
- 0:46Speaker 1: we both today grabbed cards and had them next to us.
- 0:49Speaker 1: So we're like, okay, well, if we need something to
- 0:51Speaker 1: talk about, then we'll just grab a card and that'll
- 0:54Speaker 1: give us a path. But once we start talking, it
- 1:00Speaker 1: for me it opens me up to oh yeah, I
- 1:02Speaker 1: experienced that, Oh yeah, I experienced that, and a lot
- 1:04Speaker 1: of times Bev and I are having similar experiences in
- 1:10Speaker 1: between the times that we are recording. So in the
- 1:13Speaker 1: previous video, you start talking about pictures and the pictures
- 1:16Speaker 1: of your mom who has transitioned, and thinking about the
- 1:20Speaker 1: person that you were then and how different you are
- 1:23Speaker 1: to who you are today. And looking at those pictures,
- 1:26Speaker 1: you're looking at pictures of people who have transitioned and
- 1:29Speaker 1: the you know, previously you might have looked at those
- 1:34Speaker 1: pictures and been maybe just full of anger or a
- 1:37Speaker 1: lot of sadness, but today, looking at them, you're just
- 1:40Speaker 1: like maybe overjoyed that you had the experiences with them,
- 1:44Speaker 1: and so didn't even think about it. But just yesterday, okay,
- 1:50Speaker 1: yesterday I had to go through pictures, a few boxes
- 1:58Speaker 1: full of pictures for a particular reason, and going through
- 2:05Speaker 1: and like, oh my gosh, I totally forgot about that
- 2:07Speaker 1: experience and some things I didn't remember. I'm just gonna
- 2:11Speaker 1: be real. I was like, oh, yeah, when was that so?
- 2:17Speaker 1: But also in a few of them, I would just pause.
- 2:21Speaker 1: I was quickly going through them because I was looking
- 2:23Speaker 1: for particular types of pictures, and some of them I
- 2:29Speaker 1: would pause and look at them and look at me
- 2:31Speaker 1: and be like wow, wow. And there were so many
- 2:38Speaker 1: pictures where I was laughing and smiling. But as I
- 2:45Speaker 1: was going through like my healing process, the only thing
- 2:49Speaker 1: I could focus on was all the anger I had
- 2:52Speaker 1: and all the shame and guilt I had, and I
- 2:56Speaker 1: did not hang on to the good memories, the fact
- 3:00Speaker 1: that there were moments of joy and things like that
- 3:03Speaker 1: when I was in my heaviness and then looking at those.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Pictures, who.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Wow, she was beautiful.
- 3:14Speaker 2: And didn't even know it.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Yeah she didn't.
- 3:18Speaker 2: No, that's when you say that kind of stuff. And
- 3:23Speaker 2: part of me says, why can't we have that experience
- 3:27Speaker 2: and with appreciation? Because I did not either. I did
- 3:31Speaker 2: not appreciate things. And then I told we've talked about
- 3:34Speaker 2: a long time ago, but what after Jim had transitioned,
- 3:38Speaker 2: I had we the girls, and I decided to hang
- 3:41Speaker 2: up pictures of all kinds of pictures of Jim traveling,
- 3:44Speaker 2: whatever pictures we could get of him, because he was
- 3:46Speaker 2: always behind the camera, so taking pictures of all this stuff.
- 3:50Speaker 2: And it's like I kept thinking that all we were
- 3:51Speaker 2: having we had nothing but bad times and all this
- 3:54Speaker 2: other stuff. And I kept thinking of all this stuff
- 3:56Speaker 2: that was negative, and it just goes to show you
- 3:58Speaker 2: that people are doing this all over the world. We're
- 4:00Speaker 2: doing the third thing. And then I look back at
- 4:02Speaker 2: the pictures and it's like there was so much happiness
- 4:04Speaker 2: and joy. Only thing is I wasn't present for all
- 4:07Speaker 2: of it. Right not with my stories right now. It
- 4:11Speaker 2: might have been in it when I was having it,
- 4:12Speaker 2: because you could see the smiles, you could see the laughter,
- 4:14Speaker 2: you could see you could see it. But I wasn't.
- 4:18Speaker 2: You know, we had so caught up in expectations ego,
- 4:20Speaker 2: there's so many different things that are going on all
- 4:23Speaker 2: the time. But it doesn't have to be that way.
- 4:25Speaker 2: And so maybe it wouldn't be a change for myself
- 4:28Speaker 2: because I'm not I'm I'm where I'm at right now,
- 4:32Speaker 2: and I'm loving where I'm at right now. But it
- 4:35Speaker 2: could be a difference for our kids or our grandchildren
- 4:37Speaker 2: to recognize where they're at right now and appreciate it.
- 4:41Speaker 2: We can't make them do those things, but for them
- 4:43Speaker 2: to look back and be able to see, oh man,
- 4:46Speaker 2: I remember when I was that happy. I remember being
- 4:48Speaker 2: happy like that. I remember that happy time and I'm
- 4:50Speaker 2: still happy. It saw. You know, it's just looking at
- 4:52Speaker 2: things differently. But I didn't have those experiences before either,
- 4:55Speaker 2: and I was always tuned into and I would only
- 4:58Speaker 2: say it's because someone probably told me you're you know,
- 5:00Speaker 2: you've been bad. You need to go sit over there
- 5:02Speaker 2: and think about what you did wrong, or you know,
- 5:04Speaker 2: all those things, and it's like our focus became on
- 5:07Speaker 2: what we did wrong instead of our focus being on
- 5:09Speaker 2: all the amazing things that we did or all the
- 5:12Speaker 2: amazing laughter that we had, or you know, I can
- 5:15Speaker 2: remember my great Grandma Glens popping into my mind right now,
- 5:18Speaker 2: which is I find strange, and now my Grandma Lily is.
- 5:21Speaker 2: But it's like it's funny how because it's well, because
- 5:25Speaker 2: it's their stuff. It's you know, it was a lot
- 5:27Speaker 2: of ancestral stuff, so it's a lot of their stuff
- 5:29Speaker 2: that we've been processing and learning from. So we're kind
- 5:32Speaker 2: of I'm kind of going a different direction even after
- 5:34Speaker 2: you just talk about all this stuff and it's but
- 5:36Speaker 2: it's like it's it's just when we look at it
- 5:38Speaker 2: all as a big picture, we have grown so much. Yeah,
- 5:43Speaker 2: thankfully we're doing our life reviews right now, because that's
- 5:46Speaker 2: what it seems like. We're life reviewing and looking back
- 5:48Speaker 2: at those times and now we're changing the story that
- 5:51Speaker 2: we were telling ourselves. Right it's because the story was
- 5:54Speaker 2: an incorrect story. But that's how anybody can do it.
- 5:57Speaker 2: We've I blamed narcissists about creating their own story in
- 6:00Speaker 2: their heads and stuff, but we all create our own stories.
- 6:02Speaker 2: It doesn't have to be labeled under a narcissist. Some
- 6:05Speaker 2: of us do it to keep ourselves safe. Some of
- 6:07Speaker 2: us do it to make it look like it was better.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Some of us do it from an egoic place. Some
- 6:11Speaker 2: of us do it from a defensive place. It doesn't matter.
- 6:14Speaker 2: But it's just fineing. I just know that when we
- 6:16Speaker 2: go there, it's if I can experience it from a
- 6:19Speaker 2: higher space, from a loving space, that feels better. Yes,
- 6:23Speaker 2: And I didn't look at the picture of Jim and think,
- 6:26Speaker 2: I bet you he was drinking. Look at his eyes,
- 6:28Speaker 2: because I used to do that. Look at his cheeks,
- 6:30Speaker 2: they're all flushed right now, his eyes are all red
- 6:32Speaker 2: and glossy. And you know what I mean. I would
- 6:34Speaker 2: go through that process. Yeah, yeah, it was great, But
- 6:37Speaker 2: your dad was drunk. I mean that I would have
- 6:38Speaker 2: been to conversation in a lot of times. And it's like,
- 6:40Speaker 2: that's not that's just a story that I was telling myself.
- 6:44Speaker 2: It was not even a true story. So now my
- 6:47Speaker 2: story is to Jim, like you were beautiful and you
- 6:49Speaker 2: were the most amazing man ever. And you know I
- 6:51Speaker 2: talked to him about these things all the time because
- 6:54Speaker 2: because it's a form of appreciation because I appreciate him
- 6:57Speaker 2: and during me during his his human experience, and that
- 7:01Speaker 2: he chose to be with me during his human experience.
- 7:04Speaker 2: That's awesome.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, And and thinking about those joyous moments, and
- 7:13Speaker 1: like you said, but I wasn't present, maybe just in
- 7:18Speaker 1: that glimpse, I was, but then busy in my head
- 7:25Speaker 1: with other things, busy in my head with the life
- 7:28Speaker 1: experiences that I had that I was that I was
- 7:31Speaker 1: hanging on to and beating myself up for. And yeah,
- 7:35Speaker 1: so it was amazing to look back on those.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Yeah, the traumas, but to me, that's that's almost that's
- 7:41Speaker 2: changes the traumas in a lot of ways. And I
- 7:43Speaker 2: do know what we're saying, is I mean from my perspective,
- 7:46Speaker 2: I do know because there was I had a lot
- 7:47Speaker 2: of stories. I had a lot of stuff that was
- 7:50Speaker 2: recycling over and over and over again. It's like I
- 7:52Speaker 2: didn't I could have turned off the radio at any time.
- 7:54Speaker 2: I could have threw that book away anytime, but I
- 7:57Speaker 2: chose to stay in that space. But at least I
- 8:00Speaker 2: know that I did have happy moments, and that was
- 8:02Speaker 2: the thing that I looked at before because I didn't
- 8:05Speaker 2: find them. And it's like, the more that we start
- 8:07Speaker 2: asking Spirit, show me the happy times that I've had
- 8:10Speaker 2: growing up, you will be blown away. Yeah, blown away
- 8:14Speaker 2: because I couldn't see any of those things because I saw, well,
- 8:17Speaker 2: I was made to grow up and I was more adult,
- 8:19Speaker 2: and I didn't get to be a child. Well, I
- 8:21Speaker 2: get to be a child now as an adult with awareness.
- 8:26Speaker 2: What I don't have to be that child that doesn't
- 8:28Speaker 2: have any awareness of any of this stuff. So maybe
- 8:30Speaker 2: they're not even appreciating it. Yeah, so I get to
- 8:33Speaker 2: have I got the opportunity to do that.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Now, yep. And what a blessing that is to you.
- 8:40Speaker 2: It's a blessing.
- 8:41Speaker 1: So I had two coach coaching college yesterday, and both
- 8:47Speaker 1: of them it's so funny when I when I have clients,
- 8:50Speaker 1: especially on the same day, because it ends up similar
- 8:54Speaker 1: conversations two people that don't know anybody each other, that
- 8:58Speaker 1: live in different, completely different areas of the state, and
- 9:04Speaker 1: they have similar things going on. So it's almost like
- 9:08Speaker 1: I could have just made a recording and played it
- 9:10Speaker 1: for both of them because it was almost the same conversation.
- 9:14Speaker 1: But I was telling them that when we're thinking about
- 9:23Speaker 1: manifesting and what we want to set our intentions for
- 9:28Speaker 1: the main thing to focus on is how you're feeling.
- 9:31Speaker 1: And I told them, I said, create some kind of
- 9:34Speaker 1: a movement in the moment. When you feel something in
- 9:39Speaker 1: your body that feels joyful, relaxed, you want more, meaning
- 9:43Speaker 1: I want more of this. So that's that's the message
- 9:47Speaker 1: to the universe. I want more of this feeling. And
- 9:50Speaker 1: the motion I was had explained to it. I said,
- 9:55Speaker 1: this is what you could do, but it could be
- 9:57Speaker 1: something different. But I would say, you know, you have
- 10:01Speaker 1: your hand, but it's down by your leg, and when
- 10:04Speaker 1: you feel that, you just kind of kind of just
- 10:07Speaker 1: move your hand. Like to me, it's like, oh, I
- 10:09Speaker 1: want more of that. I want more of that. But
- 10:12Speaker 1: my hand's down by my leg because it's not an
- 10:14Speaker 1: obvious I'm not gonna be talking to somebody, Oh I
- 10:16Speaker 1: want more of that. It's just gonna be down by
- 10:18Speaker 1: my leg like naturally, and I'll just make that hand
- 10:21Speaker 1: movement subtly to be like it's my own internal acknowledgment.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Oh I want that felt good. I want more of that.
- 10:29Speaker 1: And there's a there's an influencer who bought a business
- 10:36Speaker 1: influencer who When something happens and he's he wants to
- 10:39Speaker 1: acknowledge you, he snaps. I'm like, well, that's kind of
- 10:42Speaker 1: if I was out a conversation with somebody. To me,
- 10:45Speaker 1: that would be a little awkward to be like, oh right,
- 10:47Speaker 1: So not into the snapping, but just some kind of
- 10:50Speaker 1: movement to acknowledge how you're feeling in that moment and
- 10:53Speaker 1: that you want more of that, and to let the
- 10:55Speaker 1: universe know that, because it sends that signal from your
- 10:59Speaker 1: brain to your body to begin to acknowledge that even more, like, Wow,
- 11:05Speaker 1: this really feels good, and I want to experience more
- 11:08Speaker 1: of it. And the more of it that you experience,
- 11:11Speaker 1: the more it's selling the universe. Bring more, bring more,
- 11:15Speaker 1: bring more, And then things are so good and feel
- 11:18Speaker 1: so good that when you have those mom moments where
- 11:23Speaker 1: it's kind of throws you off kilter, maybe you just
- 11:26Speaker 1: feel a sense of negativity or sad or something just
- 11:30Speaker 1: throw takes you into your default programming of the way
- 11:33Speaker 1: you used to be. You'll be like ooh, I don't
- 11:37Speaker 1: feel good right, and you acknowledge it super fast like ooh,
- 11:41Speaker 1: that's no, don't want to I don't want to stay
- 11:43Speaker 1: in that I want more of this, some more of this,
- 11:47Speaker 1: and start focusing on that.
- 11:49Speaker 2: So I'm glad you brought that up, and I've been
- 11:54Speaker 2: talking to people because I've been experiencing it too. When
- 11:56Speaker 2: we're going through emotions that maybe your ability reaction to
- 11:59Speaker 2: some of your emotions that you don't you don't want
- 12:02Speaker 2: that kind of emotion, you might try to stop it
- 12:03Speaker 2: real quick inside of yourself. I'm not. I'm just really
- 12:06Speaker 2: sitting with it and feeling it. I'm not labeling an
- 12:08Speaker 2: experience or a person or anything like that, an animal, whatever.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I'm not labeling it or trying to put blame on
- 12:14Speaker 2: anything else. I'm just going right with it and feeling
- 12:16Speaker 2: it because that was an opportunity for that to come forward. Now,
- 12:21Speaker 2: also being aware of what we're digesting, right, what are
- 12:24Speaker 2: we bringing into our experience? What are we watching, what
- 12:26Speaker 2: are we listening to? Are we reading? What are we
- 12:29Speaker 2: what are we thinking?
- 12:30Speaker 1: Like?
- 12:30Speaker 2: All these things they're all part of ours. It's part
- 12:34Speaker 2: of our creativity. All it is because we're creating from
- 12:37Speaker 2: that space and sometimes that we're creating from a space
- 12:39Speaker 2: that doesn't feel good. And sometimes most of the time
- 12:41Speaker 2: I would say I'm creating from a space that feels better.
- 12:44Speaker 2: But I noticed it. Just a couple of days ago.
- 12:47Speaker 2: One of my grandchildren was watching something on YouTube with
- 12:51Speaker 2: my phone, because I always sit with them when they're
- 12:53Speaker 2: watching anything on my phone, so I make sure that
- 12:56Speaker 2: it's good stuff, it's not bad stuff, and it is.
- 13:00Speaker 2: He was listening to this one and it was probably
- 13:02Speaker 2: like the third video, and I'm looking over it and
- 13:04Speaker 2: I'm like, are you noticing that this is all drama?
- 13:07Speaker 2: Are you noticing that every single video is like, Oh,
- 13:10Speaker 2: it's like all this bad stuff's happening. And he's not noticing.
- 13:13Speaker 2: He's not He's like kind of in it. He's like, well,
- 13:15Speaker 2: the dog's really missing, I said, But I could feel
- 13:18Speaker 2: the dog's really not missing. This was all drama, trying
- 13:21Speaker 2: to bring the person in, to keep captive audience right
- 13:24Speaker 2: to because people like that, they like the drama queen,
- 13:27Speaker 2: or they liked that not the drama queen, but they
- 13:29Speaker 2: liked the damnsel and distress because they want to come,
- 13:31Speaker 2: you know, fix something or help somebody, and they could
- 13:34Speaker 2: be the hero of the day and all these other things. Well,
- 13:37Speaker 2: by that evening, he was into a place of filling
- 13:40Speaker 2: these feelings that I've never felt I've never I guess
- 13:42Speaker 2: I've never had a panic attack or anxiety whatever. But
- 13:45Speaker 2: he's in this space, not even knowing why he's in
- 13:47Speaker 2: this space, and I'm thinking I'm sending his mom message
- 13:50Speaker 2: like hey, I don't know what you want to do.
- 13:51Speaker 2: And then I had him facetimer and she immediately caught
- 13:55Speaker 2: on that he was. The feeling that she was he
- 13:57Speaker 2: was having was anxiety because she has that, she understands
- 14:01Speaker 2: what that feels like. I did not, so I couldn't
- 14:03Speaker 2: speak from that experience, not for that exact thing. But
- 14:06Speaker 2: then I recognize that watching all that stuff, we don't
- 14:10Speaker 2: realize how much this stuff has an effect on us.
- 14:13Speaker 2: And I'm talking about an eight year old, but he's
- 14:15Speaker 2: getting affected by this energy that's creating this drama, not
- 14:20Speaker 2: intentionally trying to hurt anybody or harm anybody, but just
- 14:23Speaker 2: trying to make some content, getting popular ego. You know,
- 14:25Speaker 2: there's a lot of stuff that's there, and just recognizing that,
- 14:29Speaker 2: recognizing taking the time to notice. And that's why I
- 14:32Speaker 2: told him, I said, hey, if it doesn't if something
- 14:34Speaker 2: doesn't feel good, if you don't feel good when you
- 14:36Speaker 2: watch it, you don't feel lighthearted and uplifted, maybe it's
- 14:40Speaker 2: not something you want to put into your diet. If
- 14:43Speaker 2: it's making you feel worried and concerned and fearful and
- 14:46Speaker 2: all these other things, maybe it's not something you want
- 14:49Speaker 2: to have on your plate. So it's like it's just
- 14:52Speaker 2: it was an opportunity. But it goes along with what
- 14:53Speaker 2: we were talking about because it is experiencing all that stuff,
- 14:56Speaker 2: and it's like, we don't have to stay in that space,
- 15:00Speaker 2: don't We can get up and leave from that space. Anytime.
- 15:02Speaker 2: We could change the channel, we can change the chapter,
- 15:04Speaker 2: we could get a new book, you know. And so
- 15:07Speaker 2: that's for experiences. And I feel like we just don't
- 15:10Speaker 2: realize how how influenced we are by everything outside of us,
- 15:13Speaker 2: because we feel we are feelers. Until people start really
- 15:18Speaker 2: paying attention there, they may not notice it. I know
- 15:20Speaker 2: you notice it. I know a lot of our listeners
- 15:22Speaker 2: notice it. But I can tell I can pick up
- 15:25Speaker 2: my grandkids, I can pick up anybody. I picked up
- 15:27Speaker 2: my grandson last night, and I told my daughter, I'm like,
- 15:30Speaker 2: he's nauseated, Like I'm feeling physically nauseated right now because
- 15:35Speaker 2: he's got a stomach thing going on him. He's getting
- 15:37Speaker 2: at the end of it, but he still has all that.
- 15:39Speaker 2: I could feel it. I can pick up my grand
- 15:42Speaker 2: my grandson after a baseball game because he wasn't happy
- 15:44Speaker 2: with his the way he had shown up on that evening,
- 15:48Speaker 2: and he was upset and all this cheering. It doesn't
- 15:51Speaker 2: want people cheering for him. He doesn't want us cheering
- 15:53Speaker 2: for him and stuff. And I picked him up and
- 15:56Speaker 2: I held him because he wasn't He wouldn't even talk
- 15:58Speaker 2: to me, would you even make with me? Because he
- 16:00Speaker 2: was just dealing with his emotion and it wasn't about me.
- 16:03Speaker 2: But I picked him up and immediately why just my
- 16:06Speaker 2: eyes watered and stuff, because I could feel all his
- 16:09Speaker 2: I could feel the unhappiness in his heart, the heaviness,
- 16:12Speaker 2: the sadness, and it's like but I also know I
- 16:15Speaker 2: can feel those things because I can transmute it. I
- 16:17Speaker 2: can take it, and I don't have to be the
- 16:19Speaker 2: victim to it. I can get you know, I can
- 16:21Speaker 2: give some relief. I can help him be more grease
- 16:23Speaker 2: and ease with learning this process instead of it happened
- 16:26Speaker 2: to be hard. But all of it's through feeling, And
- 16:28Speaker 2: we don't know until you stop to feel, when you
- 16:31Speaker 2: get when a Frank comes up and gives you a hug.
- 16:33Speaker 2: It's like, feel the energy that you feel when that
- 16:36Speaker 2: person's given you the hug, Like it's all it's to be.
- 16:39Speaker 2: All these experiences that are happening in our life are
- 16:41Speaker 2: just bringing us right back to ourselves. It's bringing us
- 16:44Speaker 2: right back within. And then that's then we're so much
- 16:47Speaker 2: more powerful in that space, instead of us being so
- 16:49Speaker 2: scattered outside of us, instead of me being the balloon
- 16:52Speaker 2: that I'm carrying outside of myself that's like ten feet
- 16:54Speaker 2: above my head, doesn't have to be that way. We
- 16:57Speaker 2: just reel it back in. So it's like there's been
- 16:59Speaker 2: a lot that I've been noticing, and it's like the
- 17:01Speaker 2: more that I noticed, the faster it's coming through or
- 17:03Speaker 2: stronger it is.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Yeah, and you notice that if you're present.
- 17:09Speaker 2: So that's true.
- 17:11Speaker 1: One of the things that will leave our audience with
- 17:14Speaker 1: is practice presence and acknowledge and notice how you're feeling
- 17:19Speaker 1: in that moment. How are you feeling in those conversations,
- 17:22Speaker 1: How are you feeling when you're watching that program, how
- 17:25Speaker 1: are you feeling when you're driving, or how are you
- 17:27Speaker 1: feeling when you're just sitting in meditation? Having that self
- 17:32Speaker 1: awareness and recognize, is this how I want to feel
- 17:37Speaker 1: right now? If it maybe it is something coming up
- 17:40Speaker 1: that is a layer of that is wanting to be
- 17:44Speaker 1: recognized for some healing, so for some releasing, and you know,
- 17:50Speaker 1: I have to stay in it, feel it, acknowledge it,
- 17:53Speaker 1: do your process, and then right now we can go
- 17:58Speaker 1: and have some joyous moments in life. And then at
- 18:03Speaker 1: another time, maybe something else will come up and it
- 18:06Speaker 1: needs your attention and some healing, and then go experience
- 18:11Speaker 1: something lighter and more fun. So it's it is going
- 18:14Speaker 1: to be a continuous process. It it's okay, it's okay
- 18:21Speaker 1: with where you're at. It's okay to give yourself permission
- 18:25Speaker 1: to feel the feels good, bad, or indifferent, But you
- 18:30Speaker 1: decide which of those do you really want to stay
- 18:36Speaker 1: in and relish in and feel on a more continuous basis.
- 18:41Speaker 1: To me, it's feeling good, it's feeling lighter, it's feeling relaxed,
- 18:45Speaker 1: it's feeling calm. It's it's being in a responsive manner
- 18:48Speaker 1: than a reactive manner.
- 18:50Speaker 2: It's being.
- 18:52Speaker 1: More ease in my life and more flow. So that's
- 18:57Speaker 1: my focus, but there are still layers that show up
- 19:00Speaker 1: me too, and and I take the time to acknowledge
- 19:03Speaker 1: them and do my part, and then it gets just
- 19:07Speaker 1: gets easier and easier and easier. So be in the
- 19:10Speaker 1: moment that which you want to experience more of. Do
- 19:15Speaker 1: sign some kind of a gesture to yourself. Maybe it's
- 19:19Speaker 1: just touching your finger and your thumb together. Maybe it's
- 19:23Speaker 1: that hand movement I showed. Maybe it's the snap. I
- 19:27Speaker 1: don't know, but just having again, just bringing some hyper
- 19:31Speaker 1: awareness too. How are you feeling in the moment and
- 19:35Speaker 1: what do you want more of? Do you have any
- 19:39Speaker 1: final words?
- 19:41Speaker 2: I want to say, free yourself and the freedom comes
- 19:43Speaker 2: from within. Yeah, so the bondage comes from within, honestly,
- 19:48Speaker 2: I mean there's a lot. I mean, I'm not saying
- 19:49Speaker 2: that someone's not having an experience out there or people aren't,
- 19:52Speaker 2: but I'm just saying most of our stuff are we
- 19:54Speaker 2: put our own prison walls up. We have stopped to
- 19:57Speaker 2: take a look at those pictures and see, you know,
- 20:00Speaker 2: see it for really what it was, and feel the
- 20:03Speaker 2: energy of that, even if it's you.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I knew what I thought. I didn't say. I'm
- 20:09Speaker 1: just gonna say this real quick. I've been putting off
- 20:12Speaker 1: looking at these pictures for like two months going through
- 20:16Speaker 1: pictures because I was like, oh, I don't know if
- 20:19Speaker 1: I want the stuff to come up for me, but
- 20:21Speaker 1: you know, it was way it felt way better than
- 20:24Speaker 1: what I had in my mind. So I'm glad I
- 20:27Speaker 1: did it nice.
- 20:29Speaker 2: That's awesome, And I'm.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Glad I was put in a position where I had
- 20:31Speaker 1: to do it. It was well, I didn't have to,
- 20:34Speaker 1: but for the reason of why I was doing it,
- 20:37Speaker 1: kind of had to. And so it put me in
- 20:40Speaker 1: a position to have to glimpse at least glimpse at
- 20:44Speaker 1: all these photos. So I'm very appreciative of that because
- 20:47Speaker 1: now I can acknowledge the joy that I actually had
- 20:51Speaker 1: experience that I had forgotten about.
- 20:53Speaker 2: So yeah, that's awesome.
