- 0:58Speaker 4: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I have a great
- 1:02Speaker 4: show for you. I read the Britney Spears book. I'm
- 1:04Speaker 4: going to take you through all of it, what the
- 1:06Speaker 4: headlines are, what I gathered from it. It's really great.
- 1:09Speaker 4: And then I have my friend Countess Luann, Real Housewives
- 1:12Speaker 4: of New York, Ultimate Girls Trip, Crappy Lake. She will
- 1:17Speaker 4: be here, and we're going to get her hot take
- 1:19Speaker 4: on everything that's going on in pop culture, in the headlines,
- 1:22Speaker 4: and the Bravo world. So this is going to be
- 1:24Speaker 4: a jam-packed, juicy show. So I read the book. I
- 1:29Speaker 4: know a lot of people listened to the audio, which
- 1:31Speaker 4: Michelle Williams read. I heard little bits of it. And
- 1:35Speaker 4: I don't know if she was trying to make her
- 1:37Speaker 4: voice sound like Britney, but a lot of people love
- 1:41Speaker 4: that they could listen to it. The one part that
- 1:43Speaker 4: got a lot of people playing it on their TikToks
- 1:45Speaker 4: or whatnot was her referring to when Justin really tried
- 1:51Speaker 4: to get in with what he thought rappers spoke like,
- 1:55Speaker 4: and that was considered quite cringe. But that is not
- 1:59Speaker 4: what I got from the book. What I really got
- 2:01Speaker 4: from the book is Yes, she worked with a ghostwriter.
- 2:05Speaker 4: Most celebrities do to some extent. But I think this
- 2:09Speaker 4: really is her telling us her story. It does, as
- 2:12Speaker 4: I read it, I could see her talking about it. She,
- 2:16Speaker 4: this is, you know, I really believe that she went
- 2:19Speaker 4: through it, went through the notes, got through the stuff.
- 2:23Speaker 4: And this is what she wanted to put out in
- 2:26Speaker 4: her own words. She said, my story on my terms
- 2:28Speaker 4: at last. It is the, um, the most successful, highest
- 2:33Speaker 4: selling celebrity memoir in history. I had said on my
- 2:36Speaker 4: show earlier that there was nine million copies sold in
- 2:42Speaker 4: a pre-order. Okay, I messed up. It was 90,000 and
- 2:46Speaker 4: that was a couple months ago. To right now, it's 400,000
- 2:50Speaker 4: and that does not count the audio or the Kindle
- 2:55Speaker 4: reading it on a computer. That is just this book, 400,000
- 2:58Speaker 4: so far. So I'm sure they're going to try to
- 3:02Speaker 4: sell the movie rights, and it is jam-packed, really juicy,
- 3:07Speaker 4: and we're gonna go through it. My general take on it,
- 3:13Speaker 4: like I feel like I'm writing an essay for college,
- 3:16Speaker 4: is I really feel that Britney, from the beginning, she
- 3:21Speaker 4: was a performer, she loved performing, but she also loved
- 3:24Speaker 4: being like a simple country girl that wanted to be
- 3:28Speaker 4: a mom and have babies. And there's oftentimes in her
- 3:31Speaker 4: career leading up to the first conservatorship where she would
- 3:35Speaker 4: be doing something, whether she was an understudy in a
- 3:37Speaker 4: Broadway play when she was a young child or one
- 3:40Speaker 4: of her first tours where she was like, I don't
- 3:42Speaker 4: want to do this anymore. And she kind of would
- 3:45Speaker 4: quit or want to quit. And I think that was
- 3:49Speaker 4: something that the family and the people around her is
- 3:53Speaker 4: why they pushed for this conservatorship when she showed that
- 3:57Speaker 4: she would want to quit. And the other side of
- 4:00Speaker 4: it is being a parent and saying, you are so
- 4:03Speaker 4: good at this. Don't quit. If you wanted to quit
- 4:06Speaker 4: the soccer team or whatever, maybe your family would be like,
- 4:09Speaker 4: can you not quit when you had a bad day?
- 4:11Speaker 4: Maybe quit when you have a good day, if that's
- 4:13Speaker 4: really when you want to quit or finish out the season.
- 4:16Speaker 4: So I think there was some of that of like,
- 4:17Speaker 4: you're so talented at this. But then I think there's
- 4:20Speaker 4: a big part of her where she's like, I just
- 4:22Speaker 4: don't want to do this anymore. And one of the
- 4:25Speaker 4: quotes that I took from the book is she said,
- 4:27Speaker 4: after touring and doing all this stuff, she did something
- 4:30Speaker 4: on TV. And she's like, wow, TV is easy. TV
- 4:35Speaker 4: is one day, one and done. TV is easy.
- 4:39Speaker 6: So much easier than touring.
- 4:41Speaker 4: TV is easy. Touring is not easy. And what I
- 4:44Speaker 4: wrote in my notes was, but Instagram is easiest. It
- 4:47Speaker 4: is my opinion after reading the book that the reason
- 4:51Speaker 4: she will not give up Instagram, the reason why she
- 4:53Speaker 4: loves Instagram so much is because it gives her that
- 4:56Speaker 4: initial response, whether it's, you know, 300,000 people liking it
- 5:01Speaker 4: because she has removed the comments months ago, which I
- 5:04Speaker 4: think was wise. And so she gets to perform. She's
- 5:07Speaker 4: a fan of music. She's a fan of a lot
- 5:09Speaker 4: of other artists. So she dances and gets to be
- 5:12Speaker 4: part of it. This is just my opinion since you
- 5:14Speaker 4: know how much I followed her. And I don't know
- 5:17Speaker 4: that she'll ever really want to go back to performing
- 5:20Speaker 4: on stage in Vegas the way that she did for
- 5:23Speaker 4: so many years and how she was just a good girl.
- 5:26Speaker 4: And she was a people pleaser. And she would say
- 5:28Speaker 4: yes and thank you. And she'd write thank you notes
- 5:31Speaker 4: to people. And she just really... is a genuinely nice person.
- 5:37Speaker 4: And now I'm going to go through this stuff. And
- 5:39Speaker 4: as I'm going through, I'm going to give you some
- 5:41Speaker 4: of my opinion even more now. But what I want
- 5:45Speaker 4: for Britney Spears more than anything is I want her boys,
- 5:49Speaker 4: who are now like 16 and 18, it's up to
- 5:52Speaker 4: them now to come back and forge a relationship with Britney.
- 5:56Speaker 4: This is what I'm hoping and praying. that she has
- 5:59Speaker 4: holidays with her kids this year and that they just
- 6:02Speaker 4: hang out and maybe good friends of hers that have
- 6:05Speaker 4: little kids come and she just has her home filled
- 6:09Speaker 4: with the family that she wants there. And they have
- 6:12Speaker 4: food and they have fun. And I don't know if
- 6:14Speaker 4: she has a pool table or can build a pickleball
- 6:17Speaker 4: court or a basketball court or whatever, have a putting
- 6:21Speaker 4: range for those kids, putting greens. something so the boys
- 6:24Speaker 4: can come and they can just do stuff together and
- 6:27Speaker 4: they'll want to be there and they won't be on
- 6:29Speaker 4: their phones and they can actually spend time together. That's
- 6:31Speaker 4: what I want for Brittany after reading this book. And
- 6:34Speaker 4: if she never performs again, I think that is okay.
- 6:38Speaker 4: So let's get into everything that was interesting. The Justin
- 6:41Speaker 4: Timberlake stuff you may have heard. She talks about her
- 6:44Speaker 4: relationship with him. She did lose her virginity at 14
- 6:48Speaker 4: to a 17-year-old boy. She was a freshman. He was
- 6:51Speaker 4: a senior, and he was a friend of her older brother, Brian's.
- 6:55Speaker 4: And she lost her virginity to him, and she would, like,
- 7:00Speaker 4: skipped the second half of class and her mom found
- 7:03Speaker 4: out after she missed 17 days and was very upset
- 7:06Speaker 4: with her. And then when her brother found out that
- 7:10Speaker 4: she was seeing him again, he told the parents and
- 7:13Speaker 4: that's when the parents said as a punishment, for you
- 7:16Speaker 4: lying and seeing this guy, you're going to pick up
- 7:18Speaker 4: the trash. Now, what I read in the different headlines,
- 7:21Speaker 4: because there's been thousands about this book, is that once
- 7:23Speaker 4: her parents found out that she lost her virginity, they
- 7:26Speaker 4: forced her to go out in the streets and pick
- 7:28Speaker 4: up trash, as if they were stoning her for losing
- 7:31Speaker 4: her virginity.
- 7:31Speaker 6: When you read the book, that is not the way
- 7:33Speaker 6: the story was portrayed.
- 7:35Speaker 4: It was just like, you lied to us, and this
- 7:37Speaker 4: is your punishment, and it's humiliating, but whatever. That's just
- 7:43Speaker 4: one to clear that up after reading the headlines and
- 7:44Speaker 4: then reading the book myself. They had a sexual relationship,
- 7:49Speaker 4: she and Justin Timberlake, but the team in the media
- 7:53Speaker 4: put out there that she was this virgin. And she
- 7:56Speaker 4: was kind of put on the spot with the media
- 7:58Speaker 4: throughout her career, where they would just ask her these
- 8:01Speaker 4: completely inappropriate questions like, are you a virgin? And I
- 8:04Speaker 4: think that's the first time she said, yes, I was,
- 8:07Speaker 4: and I am, and she hadn't been. And she and
- 8:10Speaker 4: Justin were clearly having, you know, we're having sex and
- 8:13Speaker 4: we're living together and everything. And then when Justin was
- 8:17Speaker 4: doing an interview, I think it was Diane Sawyer or
- 8:22Speaker 4: Barbara Walters that said to him, now, you know, the
- 8:26Speaker 4: right thing to do is to stay, you know, if
- 8:28Speaker 4: you're truly following the laws of God, stay a virgin
- 8:31Speaker 4: until you're married. Did you and Brittany do that? And
- 8:34Speaker 4: he's like, uh, sure. Meaning they hadn't.
- 8:36Speaker 6: So then.
- 8:38Speaker 4: Because Brittany was asked the first question about, are you still,
- 8:41Speaker 4: are you a virgin? And she said, yeah, because that's
- 8:44Speaker 4: what her team wanted to her and she put on
- 8:45Speaker 4: the spot. Then when it was revealed that she and
- 8:48Speaker 4: Justin had been sleeping together, then she was seen as
- 8:51Speaker 4: a liar and a hypocrite. And this is what has
- 8:54Speaker 4: happened throughout her career. And that's what she wants to
- 8:57Speaker 4: get across in her book. Okay. So she and Justin
- 9:01Speaker 4: have this relationship. She's madly in love with him. She
- 9:04Speaker 4: says he cheated several times that she knew about other
- 9:07Speaker 4: times where he may have been boasted about it there
- 9:10Speaker 4: was some girl that went by and he's like oh
- 9:12Speaker 4: I hit that could have been a lie could have
- 9:14Speaker 4: not and it was when she was with him now
- 9:17Speaker 4: when they broke up he broke up with her by
- 9:20Speaker 4: saying it's over prior to that she got pregnant he's
- 9:23Speaker 4: like let's not have a baby and unfortunately she didn't
- 9:27Speaker 4: go to the hospital consult with the doctor anything she
- 9:30Speaker 4: took the pills and had you know, had the, basically
- 9:35Speaker 4: had the abortion at home with like her assistant and Justin,
- 9:38Speaker 4: who was there during it and never told anybody until now.
- 9:43Speaker 4: And then they, then pretty soon after that, he started
- 9:46Speaker 4: to really distance himself and she could feel it. And
- 9:49Speaker 4: then he texted her one day and was like, it's over.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Then he went on his solo career. And I definitely
- 9:54Speaker 4: think he used her for clout, for content, for interviews,
- 9:59Speaker 4: making songs about her, talking about her in interviews. And
- 10:03Speaker 4: of course, the song Cry Me a River, where a
- 10:07Speaker 4: girl looked like her with a little beret. Cry Me
- 10:10Speaker 4: a River, then everyone's like, oh my God, it was
- 10:12Speaker 4: Britney who cheated. She does admit she cheated. She cheated
- 10:15Speaker 4: with Wade Robson. Robinson?
- 10:18Speaker 1: Wade?
- 10:20Speaker 6: And he was a choreographer. He also was the person
- 10:24Speaker 6: that was.
- 10:25Speaker 4: In Leaving Neverland Ranch, Leaving Neverland, in which he was
- 10:30Speaker 4: one of the two accusers that accused Michael Jackson of
- 10:34Speaker 4: sexually abusing him when he was a child. They had
- 10:38Speaker 4: a relationship, he said, a one-night stand. Since, there's been
- 10:41Speaker 4: another article coming out with someone that was around her
- 10:44Speaker 4: at the time who said, no, it was much longer
- 10:46Speaker 4: than that. And when she and Wade broke up, she wrote,
- 10:50Speaker 4: him a 14-page letter. So the assumption was, I don't
- 10:53Speaker 4: think you write someone a 14-page letter if it was
- 10:55Speaker 4: a one-night stand.
- 10:57Speaker 6: But Brittany says, hey, it's her book.
- 10:58Speaker 4: It's her story. She says, I had a one-night stand
- 11:00Speaker 4: with Wade. I also kissed someone one night. But Justin
- 11:03Speaker 4: cheated with many people. But I was seen as the harlot,
- 11:06Speaker 4: the cheater, the person who lied about being a virgin.
- 11:09Speaker 4: That was what was portrayed in the media. And I
- 11:12Speaker 4: totally agree with that because I remember it all, like
- 11:15Speaker 4: all of it happening in Everything. Colin Farrell, she had
- 11:19Speaker 4: a brief little fling with him, and he took her
- 11:22Speaker 4: to a movie premiere, and she doesn't say anything bad
- 11:25Speaker 4: about it. She said Paris Hilton was a good friend
- 11:28Speaker 4: to her and has always been supportive. Madonna came to
- 11:32Speaker 4: her apartment when she was in New York, and I
- 11:34Speaker 4: think Madonna's been a really great source of someone that
- 11:39Speaker 4: always has stuck by her, felt for her, and she
- 11:42Speaker 4: envied how much Madonna, they did a collab together. and
- 11:45Speaker 4: how Madonna, there was like a rip in her outfit
- 11:47Speaker 4: or something. And they're like, okay, we're going to shut
- 11:49Speaker 4: down because the seamstress is coming to fix Madonna's outfit.
- 11:53Speaker 4: And so then they took a break for a couple
- 11:55Speaker 4: hours and Britney was in her trailer. And that was
- 11:59Speaker 4: the first time that she was like, wait a minute,
- 12:02Speaker 4: I have like broken a heel, I've done all this
- 12:04Speaker 4: stuff and I've just been told to get back out there.
- 12:07Speaker 4: I never knew that I had the ability to shut
- 12:10Speaker 4: down production if I was not feeling it. Like I'm
- 12:13Speaker 4: such a workhorse, I'm such a people pleaser. And that
- 12:16Speaker 4: was kind of where she first started to see like,
- 12:18Speaker 4: maybe I could say no, maybe I could be more
- 12:20Speaker 4: like Madonna in choosing and insisting that it be my vision.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Throughout her Vegas residencies, she got so sick of doing
- 12:29Speaker 4: the same songs and the same routine again. And she's like, hey,
- 12:33Speaker 4: can we mix it up? Can we do a remix?
- 12:35Speaker 4: Can we change the dance? Can we add more music?
- 12:38Speaker 4: Can we do new music? And because her dad was
- 12:40Speaker 4: in charge of the conservatorship, and I think he was
- 12:43Speaker 4: just lazy, and I think the people around her were lazy,
- 12:45Speaker 4: were like, no, we can't do that. It would be
- 12:46Speaker 4: impossible to change because of the way the stage is
- 12:50Speaker 4: set up or whatever. And then later on, she realized, no,
- 12:53Speaker 4: I can do remixes. I can, this is, We can
- 12:56Speaker 4: change things. I know how the stage works now, but
- 13:00Speaker 4: she would just go along with it because they would
- 13:01Speaker 4: just say, no, no, do this, come here, be that.
- 13:06Speaker 4: And that is one of the reasons why she was
- 13:08Speaker 4: so upset when her sister came out and she was
- 13:12Speaker 4: at that award ceremony wearing that black dress and they
- 13:16Speaker 4: and all these people were singing her songs. And it
- 13:18Speaker 4: was because her sister came out and did a remixed,
- 13:22Speaker 4: you know, fresh version of Britney's song. And I don't
- 13:26Speaker 4: think it was so much that she performed her song.
- 13:28Speaker 4: It was like Brittany was like, OK, so you can
- 13:30Speaker 4: do a remix. You can change up my music, but
- 13:33Speaker 4: I can't. I have to do the same thing over
- 13:36Speaker 4: and over and over again every night. But my sister can.
- 13:39Speaker 4: So she talks about her sister a lot. The sister
- 13:42Speaker 4: was born. There was a big age difference between she
- 13:44Speaker 4: and the sister. And she just felt and a lot
- 13:47Speaker 4: of people feel like this in a family. about birth order,
- 13:51Speaker 4: the sister had a very different experience growing up. Well,
- 13:54Speaker 4: the sister grew up already with Britney being famous, already
- 13:57Speaker 4: reaping the financial benefits of Britney. She felt that her
- 14:01Speaker 4: mom really babied her, let her watch TV, let her
- 14:04Speaker 4: talk poorly to her. She felt that Jamie didn't appreciate
- 14:08Speaker 4: the fact that She bought homes for their family and
- 14:12Speaker 4: she bought a house, a condo in Destin, which is
- 14:15Speaker 4: like a beach community. And they would go there without
- 14:19Speaker 4: her and not invite her and just be at the
- 14:21Speaker 4: house without her. And then she would kind of mock, oh,
- 14:24Speaker 4: Brittany bought us a house. So she says she still
- 14:28Speaker 4: loves her sister and she's working on it, but she
- 14:30Speaker 4: was very unhappy with what the salacious things that her
- 14:33Speaker 4: sister Jamie Lynn said in her book. And then the
- 14:36Speaker 4: sister came out Jamie Lynn and was like going on
- 14:39Speaker 4: all these meetings with the dad while she was like
- 14:41Speaker 4: forced to stay at home. And then she'd come back
- 14:43Speaker 4: and she's like, oh, I have a great idea. We're
- 14:45Speaker 4: going to do a sister's talk show. Let's do a
- 14:46Speaker 4: sister rom-com. Let's do a sister sitcom. And she's just like, what?
- 14:51Speaker 2: You know?
- 14:52Speaker 4: And so that was interesting about the sister. Really unhappy
- 14:56Speaker 4: with Ryan Seacrest. He questioned her parenting skills during a
- 15:00Speaker 4: 2007 radio show. Kevin Federline, the father of her two kids.
- 15:05Speaker 4: She said when she, She met him. It was very,
- 15:09Speaker 4: you know, an instant attraction. And they were dating and
- 15:14Speaker 4: having sex all the time. And she definitely, I think,
- 15:16Speaker 4: is a very sexual person. And I think she, you know,
- 15:19Speaker 4: loves sex and loves being passionate. I don't think there's
- 15:22Speaker 4: anything wrong with that. And when she got with Kevin,
- 15:25Speaker 4: she really felt a connection with him, chemistry. And she says,
- 15:29Speaker 4: I didn't know at the time that he had a toddler,
- 15:31Speaker 4: let alone a girlfriend, Char Jackson, who's pregnant with his infant.
- 15:35Speaker 4: you know, who's pregnant with their child. But they wanted
- 15:40Speaker 4: to get married. They got married. And then she had
- 15:42Speaker 4: the two babies very close together right after she gave
- 15:45Speaker 4: birth to her first son. Three months later, she was
- 15:47Speaker 4: pregnant with the second son. At that time, you know,
- 15:50Speaker 4: they'd already tried to do this reality show called Kevin
- 15:53Speaker 4: and Britney Chaotic.
- 15:55Speaker 6: I remember it.
- 15:55Speaker 4: It was just awful. Then he tried to be a
- 15:58Speaker 4: rapper and she's like, bless his heart. And he was
- 16:01Speaker 4: in Vegas working on his music in the studio, trying
- 16:04Speaker 4: to make a name for himself because he was being
- 16:06Speaker 4: mocked in the media all the time as well. And
- 16:09Speaker 4: then she felt that he was pushing away from her
- 16:12Speaker 4: and not seeing her. She also says right now he claims, no,
- 16:15Speaker 4: that never happened. He never remembers telling the team to
- 16:18Speaker 4: not let her see him. But that's what she was feeling.
- 16:20Speaker 4: And that's why the relationship started to break up. She
- 16:23Speaker 4: also said there were times in her life where she
- 16:27Speaker 4: would regress and become much more childlike. you know, before
- 16:31Speaker 4: the children, after the children, during the conservatorship. And I
- 16:35Speaker 4: think we see that too in following her on Instagram
- 16:37Speaker 4: or whatever. And it's probably because she had the childhood trauma. Also,
- 16:42Speaker 4: I think it's just because she was a child star.
- 16:45Speaker 4: She says, you know, she always had issues with fame
- 16:49Speaker 4: and she really just couldn't enjoy it or grasp it.
- 16:52Speaker 4: And she mentioned J-Lo, she feels really has a great
- 16:56Speaker 4: relationship with fame. And I think that's because J-Lo- Had
- 17:00Speaker 4: a normal childhood. She, you know, went to normal schools.
- 17:04Speaker 4: Then she got on In Living Color. She was a dancer.
- 17:07Speaker 4: And not till she was like 26, 27, did she
- 17:09Speaker 4: get Selena and then really skyrocket.
- 17:12Speaker 2: So she.
- 17:13Speaker 6: And also, you know, she doesn't drink.
- 17:15Speaker 4: She's just led, even though she's had several marriages, J-Lo
- 17:19Speaker 4: just has always had her shit together. And I do
- 17:21Speaker 4: think she enjoys fame. She was just in Las Vegas
- 17:23Speaker 4: this weekend. She went to Usher and she went to Adele.
- 17:27Speaker 4: And sure, she had great seats, but she's like wearing
- 17:30Speaker 4: normal clothes and she's, you know, filming herself just like
- 17:33Speaker 4: any one of us would if we had a Vegas weekend.
- 17:36Speaker 5: So.
- 17:37Speaker 6: I agree with that.
- 17:38Speaker 4: And I think that's like what she would love, but
- 17:40Speaker 4: she just can't because throughout her time from, you know,
- 17:45Speaker 4: being in the Mickey Mouse Club on, especially when she
- 17:48Speaker 4: really hit it at 15, the paparazzi and the people
- 17:53Speaker 4: coming after her, she just never had a break. And
- 17:57Speaker 4: then she started, at one point she started dating. I'm
- 18:00Speaker 4: jumping around a lot because it's just too much to
- 18:02Speaker 4: try to cover in a sequence, but you guys, I'm
- 18:04Speaker 4: giving you the juice. When she started dating Jason Tarwick,
- 18:09Speaker 4: he actually knew her brother as well. And he was
- 18:13Speaker 4: the one that I said I had dinner with a
- 18:16Speaker 4: long time ago with Randall Emmett out at Coachella. And
- 18:19Speaker 4: I was like, tell me everything. How did you guys,
- 18:22Speaker 4: what happened with this relationship? And she said she started
- 18:25Speaker 4: dating him and she really liked him. And he was
- 18:28Speaker 4: an agent and he was very protective of her. And
- 18:31Speaker 4: he was very much aware of paparazzi and people when
- 18:34Speaker 4: they would go out. And she loved that and she
- 18:38Speaker 4: loved him. But then later on, she felt once he
- 18:40Speaker 4: became co-conservative with her dad, she then felt that she
- 18:46Speaker 4: wasn't enjoying that. She wasn't enjoying that he was like,
- 18:48Speaker 4: too much in her business and she, you know, pushed
- 18:52Speaker 4: him away and wasn't sleeping in the same room. And
- 18:55Speaker 4: she felt he was having a midlife crisis. All of
- 18:57Speaker 4: a sudden she said he put highlights in his hair
- 18:59Speaker 4: and he's like riding his bike around Venice when he
- 19:01Speaker 4: turned 40. But then she jokes and she goes, I've
- 19:04Speaker 4: had a midlife crisis too once I've turned 40. Like
- 19:06Speaker 4: I've regressed as well. And so I thought that she
- 19:11Speaker 4: had a lot of like self-deprecating and really honest moments
- 19:14Speaker 4: in as well.
- 19:16Speaker 6: But of course, it's her story.
- 19:17Speaker 4: And when you're telling your story, you're going to defend
- 19:20Speaker 4: any type of time that may have happened in your
- 19:23Speaker 4: life where you may have not acted well. The parents,
- 19:27Speaker 4: Jamie was absolutely awful to her. When the conservatorship started,
- 19:30Speaker 4: she was like, please, anybody but him, please don't have
- 19:32Speaker 4: him be in charge. He was so awful. You know,
- 19:36Speaker 4: she couldn't eat what she wanted. It was always about,
- 19:39Speaker 4: you know, her figure and he'd call her fat. And
- 19:42Speaker 4: he was just awful. And he would definitely hold the
- 19:45Speaker 4: boys against against her and he'd be like well you're
- 19:49Speaker 4: not going to see the boys this Christmas they want
- 19:51Speaker 4: to be with me in Kenwood that's where they want
- 19:53Speaker 4: to be and she was just like okay I guess
- 19:56Speaker 4: I guess they won't be with me and she had
- 19:58Speaker 4: Christmases I've heard from sources like completely alone with like
- 20:01Speaker 4: present gifts under the trees and the boys you know
- 20:05Speaker 4: didn't come and it's not their fault their children and
- 20:08Speaker 4: And they probably didn't love being in Vegas or on
- 20:12Speaker 4: tour with her when she took them when they were little.
- 20:14Speaker 4: I don't think any kid did. Maybe Blue Ivy does.
- 20:17Speaker 4: Maybe Madonna's daughter does. They're 11.
- 20:19Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 20:20Speaker 4: But I would think little boys like that would not
- 20:22Speaker 4: enjoy being on tour. I think they do love their dad, Kevin,
- 20:28Speaker 4: and I think they do love their grandpa and probably
- 20:33Speaker 4: did at that time. And it's not up to a
- 20:36Speaker 4: kid to think about, wait a minute, I don't think
- 20:38Speaker 4: we're spending enough time with our mom. So that part
- 20:41Speaker 4: is always really sad because she dedicated the book to
- 20:43Speaker 4: the boys, and I think she really loves them so much.
- 20:49Speaker 4: She did get offered the notebook. She auditioned for it
- 20:53Speaker 4: for the part that Rachel McAdams took. And I've seen
- 20:57Speaker 4: her audition and she is really good. Remember, when all
- 21:00Speaker 4: this time when people are saying she's crazy, she also
- 21:04Speaker 4: was the youngest person to host Saturday Night Live.
- 21:06Speaker 6: She did really funny, even after the conservatorship.
- 21:11Speaker 4: She did, I think, a few sitcom episodes of things
- 21:14Speaker 4: where she could like nail her lines. I mean, she
- 21:17Speaker 4: is a very talented person. And I think we all
- 21:22Speaker 4: obviously agree with that.
- 21:23Speaker 6: I'm going through everything.
- 21:25Speaker 4: Diane Sawyer, she said, was completely humiliating that all these interviewers,
- 21:31Speaker 4: Matt Lauer, He criticized her parenting skills.
- 21:36Speaker 6: And there were just like these perfect moments that we remember.
- 21:39Speaker 4: One time she was paparazzi wheels all around and she
- 21:42Speaker 4: was holding one of the babies and she like kind
- 21:44Speaker 4: of rounded her heel and like almost lost her balance.
- 21:47Speaker 4: And I remember that being everywhere. You know, Britney Spears
- 21:51Speaker 4: almost drops her baby on his head. There was another
- 21:54Speaker 4: time where she was, I think, on her property, but
- 21:56Speaker 4: her baby was on her lap and she was driving
- 21:58Speaker 4: her car. She wasn't on Ventura Boulevard again. She's like,
- 22:02Speaker 4: we're just that country like that. It was, we all
- 22:05Speaker 4: were part of it. Like I myself, obviously myself included,
- 22:08Speaker 4: we were fascinated by her. And then, so when that
- 22:12Speaker 4: would happen, then she just would like want to retreat.
- 22:16Speaker 4: And the rehab stints were, she says, because she was
- 22:20Speaker 4: dating this guy who was really into fitness and he
- 22:23Speaker 4: got her into these energy vitamins. And she loved him
- 22:27Speaker 4: and it made her feel great. And then all of
- 22:29Speaker 4: a sudden one day her dad was like, you have
- 22:32Speaker 4: to go to rehab. You're addicted to these energy vitamins.
- 22:36Speaker 4: Now that is a story she tells. Who knows if
- 22:39Speaker 4: that's really true? Who knows if there's anything more? Nobody
- 22:42Speaker 4: else has said that they've ever done drugs with her
- 22:45Speaker 4: or seen her do drugs. So we don't know if
- 22:47Speaker 4: it was she does admit to doing Adderall and she
- 22:50Speaker 4: says Adderall really helped her with her depression.
- 22:53Speaker 5: At her.
- 22:53Speaker 4: We know she loves coffee. She always says, I want
- 22:55Speaker 4: to talk about coffee, energy pills, energy drinks. She sounds
- 22:59Speaker 4: sometimes when she talks, she sounds like she has like
- 23:01Speaker 4: a little bit going like, you know, double speed. Is
- 23:04Speaker 4: that all that she's done besides like drink and smoke
- 23:08Speaker 4: a little pot? That's all we have evidence of, but
- 23:12Speaker 4: I don't know. You know, obviously they could get her to,
- 23:15Speaker 4: you know, they controlled her life. So she'd have to
- 23:18Speaker 4: go to these rehabs. She does say Sam Her husband
- 23:23Speaker 4: was just the love of her life. No, she didn't
- 23:26Speaker 4: say love of her life. She said it was a
- 23:27Speaker 4: gift from God. And she loved that Sam said, Brittany,
- 23:32Speaker 4: I don't think you're crazy. Well, now you know they're
- 23:34Speaker 4: getting divorced, but she doesn't have anything bad to say
- 23:37Speaker 4: about him. She did enjoy daiquiris with her mom. We
- 23:41Speaker 4: talked about that. My God, there's so many things here.
- 23:46Speaker 4: Let me see if there's anything else that I find
- 23:48Speaker 4: interesting that I want to share with you. The marriage
- 23:51Speaker 4: to Jason Alexander, that was the Vegas marriage. That was
- 23:55Speaker 4: because they were in her guest house in Louisiana with
- 23:59Speaker 4: a bunch of childhood friends.
- 24:01Speaker 6: And the mom was telling them they were loud. And
- 24:02Speaker 6: she was like, I'm rich.
- 24:04Speaker 4: Screw this. Let's go and spend New Year's Eve in Vegas.
- 24:08Speaker 6: They go to New Year's. They go to Vegas.
- 24:10Speaker 4: She gets up a place.
- 24:10Speaker 6: She wants to have fun. You know, she's having her party.
- 24:13Speaker 4: And after like partying and having fun and watching like
- 24:16Speaker 4: movies all night, she and Jason go and get married.
- 24:20Speaker 4: And that was all the mention of him. And then
- 24:22Speaker 4: the parents came and were like, oh my God, this
- 24:24Speaker 4: is awful.
- 24:25Speaker 2: What are you thinking?
- 24:26Speaker 4: And she's like, we were just being silly. So there's
- 24:29Speaker 4: nothing in there where she's like, I loved Jason. I
- 24:31Speaker 4: wanted to be with Jason. Nothing like that. The other
- 24:34Speaker 4: interesting thing is there was no mention of Sam.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Lutfi or Lufti.
- 24:41Speaker 4: That was the guy that we saw with her during
- 24:44Speaker 4: the time of shaving the head, which she said, I
- 24:47Speaker 4: shaved my head.
- 24:48Speaker 6: Because first of all, she did have issues with her hair.
- 24:51Speaker 4: She tried to dye it dark, then it was too dark,
- 24:54Speaker 4: then it became purple, then she had to get it
- 24:55Speaker 4: back to a brown. But she also said, my hair was,
- 25:00Speaker 4: you know, girls always, they always want to see that
- 25:02Speaker 4: hair flowing. They always want me to be the pretty
- 25:04Speaker 4: girl with pretty blonde hair. And that is where she
- 25:07Speaker 4: then said, I just want to shave my head and
- 25:09Speaker 4: be like, fuck you. Guess what? I don't look so
- 25:11Speaker 4: pretty now. And the other time with the umbrella was, again,
- 25:14Speaker 4: the paparazzis were out. And she was seeing Kevin and
- 25:17Speaker 4: obviously probably under some stress with talking about the kids.
- 25:20Speaker 4: And she grabbed the umbrella. It was that first thing
- 25:22Speaker 4: that she had. So a.
- 25:27Speaker 6: Lot of it is just, I'm not crazy. I didn't
- 25:30Speaker 6: need this.
- 25:31Speaker 4: I did have times where I'd get depressed. I did
- 25:33Speaker 4: regress and be childlike. There were times I didn't want
- 25:35Speaker 4: to go out of my house. And touring was really hard.
- 25:39Speaker 4: And like everyone says, it's exhausting. And I think the parents,
- 25:44Speaker 4: you know, the family was like, no, she's got to
- 25:46Speaker 4: keep doing it because this is what pays the bills.
- 25:48Speaker 4: But also because of the Sam Lofty character, I think
- 25:53Speaker 4: that brought on this conservatorship, which she said, her mom said,
- 26:00Speaker 4: I only thought it was going to be a few months.
- 26:01Speaker 4: And I thought it would be better that you be
- 26:04Speaker 4: mad at your dad than me because it was like,
- 26:06Speaker 4: why can't both of you do it? So she feels
- 26:08Speaker 4: felt abandoned by her mom. And the mom said, I
- 26:11Speaker 4: didn't think it would go on this long. Oh my God,
- 26:15Speaker 4: there's so much more to talk about. I'll probably talk
- 26:17Speaker 4: about it more, but about Sam, the reason I don't
- 26:20Speaker 4: think she mentioned him in her book is because I
- 26:25Speaker 4: don't think they ended on a good note. And I
- 26:28Speaker 4: think she's like, I don't want to give him any light,
- 26:30Speaker 4: any mention, nothing. And I think by having him around,
- 26:35Speaker 4: that is what really, everybody thought he was bad influence.
- 26:38Speaker 4: Everybody thought this is where and why people were kind
- 26:41Speaker 4: of for the conservatorship, even people that were just reading
- 26:44Speaker 4: the tabloids. And I thought, so maybe she kind of
- 26:48Speaker 4: also blames him for the sequence of events that put
- 26:51Speaker 4: her in that place. I don't know, but I can
- 26:53Speaker 4: see why she doesn't want to mention a name of
- 26:56Speaker 4: somebody that she doesn't want in her life that she
- 27:00Speaker 4: is hurt by. I have been, I've had that same
- 27:04Speaker 4: thing happen to me. So now you guys, and I'll
- 27:06Speaker 4: probably talk more about this because I'm going to probably
- 27:08Speaker 4: go through and realize I forgot other things that I
- 27:09Speaker 4: want to discuss. I'll talk about the week. Everything will
- 27:12Speaker 4: be there on tomorrow's episode. And now let's get into
- 27:16Speaker 4: it with the countess.
- 27:19Speaker 3: Christmas shopping has already started in our house. My daughter
- 27:22Speaker 3: is so organised, already planning Christmas gifts from Macaulay. Hair
- 27:26Speaker 3: care for her aunt and a fab fragrance for her bestie.
- 27:29Speaker 3: But the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I'm
- 27:31Speaker 3: an early bird, buying one present a week from now
- 27:34Speaker 3: till Christmas, which makes budgeting less stressful. I can buy
- 27:37Speaker 3: in-store or online from Macaulay.ie for home delivery or free
- 27:41Speaker 3: click and collect.
- 27:42Speaker 2: So easy.
- 27:43Speaker 3: Gifts they'll cherish at prices you'll love.
- 27:48Speaker 2: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next.
- 27:51Speaker 5: Each week on the show, I sit down with extraordinary
- 27:54Speaker 5: people who have faced tremendous setbacks and yet somehow have
- 27:59Speaker 5: found a way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 28:05Speaker 4: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 28:07Speaker 4: filed against me.
- 28:08Speaker 2: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 28:11Speaker 2: what would you do if it was given back?
- 28:13Speaker 5: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 28:16Speaker 5: you had.
- 28:16Speaker 2: To succeed in order to feel loved? He said, I
- 28:19Speaker 2: have a work dad. I need a home dad.
- 28:20Speaker 4: What happens next?
- 28:22Speaker 2: When I came in, he started crying. Everybody in life
- 28:24Speaker 2: encounters hardships.
- 28:26Speaker 5: What defines them is not those hard moments that they
- 28:29Speaker 5: go through.
- 28:30Speaker 2: It's about what happens next. I decided to risk it all.
- 28:33Speaker 2: I realized how valuable every day was. You're worth the work. Listen, Dara,
- 28:37Speaker 2: I'm not going to pull punches. You can use your
- 28:39Speaker 2: voice even if it's shaped.
- 28:40Speaker 5: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 28:44Speaker 5: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 28:54Speaker 4: Countess Luann back on Juicy Scoop.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Hello. Hi, Heather. It's great to be here in studio.
- 29:01Speaker 6: And I have your original Barbie.
- 29:03Speaker 2: Love the dress.
- 29:04Speaker 6: Which was, what reunion was that?
- 29:06Speaker 4: It was a black strapless with a slit.
- 29:08Speaker 6: I can't remember.
- 29:08Speaker 2: It was like five years in classic. Strapless black.
- 29:12Speaker 4: Do you still have it?
- 29:13Speaker 2: I do.
- 29:13Speaker 4: I do. Come on.
- 29:15Speaker 2: I do. Maybe I should bring it to BravoCon.
- 29:17Speaker 4: You probably should. You were just on Watch What Happens Live.
- 29:21Speaker 4: You and Dorinda both looking great. Really gorgeous. Thank you.
- 29:25Speaker 4: And everyone is like, what is going on? What is
- 29:29Speaker 4: happening here?
- 29:30Speaker 2: Well, I think it's the long hair, you know? People
- 29:33Speaker 2: are not used to seeing me with long hair and
- 29:35Speaker 2: straight hair, right?
- 29:36Speaker 4: Now, why did, why were you, why were you that
- 29:39Speaker 4: woman that had shorter hair for so long?
- 29:41Speaker 2: I don't know. I just loved my hairstyle. It was
- 29:44Speaker 2: just like mom kind of, you know, I cut my
- 29:48Speaker 2: hair short when I first went to Europe in like
- 29:50Speaker 2: the nineties. Um, Aldo Coppola cut my hair. And I
- 29:55Speaker 2: kind of kept it short since then. And so this
- 29:58Speaker 2: is a different look for me, which I think suits
- 30:00Speaker 2: me because I have a round, not round face, but
- 30:05Speaker 2: a big head. I don't have a small head, right?
- 30:09Speaker 2: And so I think longer hair accentuates my face better.
- 30:13Speaker 2: It just makes it look thinner.
- 30:14Speaker 4: It's so funny because I was with some of my
- 30:17Speaker 4: sorority sisters over the weekend.
- 30:19Speaker 6: And we were looking at a store.
- 30:20Speaker 4: We were just walking through a store. And I go,
- 30:21Speaker 4: you know, I'm like, I used to dress... like more
- 30:25Speaker 4: mommy and conservative when the kids were little and they
- 30:29Speaker 4: were all like, so did we.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:31Speaker 4: And so I kind of think you just, you just
- 30:33Speaker 4: like embrace that role.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 30:35Speaker 4: I was like, I need a sensible hairdo and like,
- 30:37Speaker 4: you know, whatever.
- 30:38Speaker 6: And now it's like, Fuck it.
- 30:40Speaker 2: I look great.
- 30:41Speaker 4: Let's relish in like having those legs. I think I've done,
- 30:45Speaker 4: you know, like work on my face. Sure.
- 30:47Speaker 2: I get, you know, the usual kind of, you know, Botox,
- 30:49Speaker 2: et cetera.
- 30:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 30:50Speaker 2: But I haven't done anything to my face. It's just
- 30:53Speaker 2: good makeup and the longer hair.
- 30:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, you really look great. Now, Dorinda looks
- 30:58Speaker 4: absolutely great, and I think that her hairstyle is banging.
- 31:02Speaker 2: Yeah, right?
- 31:02Speaker 4: Like, why didn't she ever think of going a little
- 31:04Speaker 4: longer like that? Like, it's like a side bob with
- 31:08Speaker 4: some weight.
- 31:09Speaker 2: It looks really cute on her. I love her hair short, though, too.
- 31:13Speaker 2: She's got that princess dye thing going for her.
- 31:15Speaker 4: Maybe you can't say, but did she have something more
- 31:18Speaker 4: major done?
- 31:18Speaker 5: No. No. No.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Because when I look at it, I'm.
- 31:21Speaker 6: Like, no, she still has her nose.
- 31:23Speaker 4: She still has. Yeah.
- 31:25Speaker 6: I think she, I mean, maybe she.
- 31:26Speaker 2: She looks like Dee.
- 31:27Speaker 4: She just, I think it's just glowing and happy maybe.
- 31:30Speaker 4: And then the longer hair.
- 31:31Speaker 2: Being single, you know. I know. It's fantastic.
- 31:34Speaker 5: I do.
- 31:36Speaker 2: I love being single. I'm having the best time. I'm
- 31:37Speaker 2: dating and having fun.
- 31:39Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 31:40Speaker 2: And you don't have to answer to anyone. And it's
- 31:42Speaker 2: kind of, it's really nice. Now, I'm a hopeless romantic.
- 31:46Speaker 2: So three times the charm, 2024 is going to be
- 31:48Speaker 2: my year. I love it. For love. Putting it out there.
- 31:52Speaker 4: You guys are on the St. Bart's trip with the legacy.
- 31:58Speaker 3: Oh, geez.
- 31:59Speaker 4: Yes.
- 32:00Speaker 6: It's you, Dorinda, Ramona, Kristen Taichman, Sonia.
- 32:05Speaker 2: Sonia. How do you say her name? I say Sonia. Sonia. Yeah.
- 32:09Speaker 6: And Kelly Bessamone. Now, when you guys.
- 32:13Speaker 4: Like when you got that offer and they were like,
- 32:16Speaker 4: we're going to also bring, you know, Kristen Takeman and
- 32:19Speaker 4: Kelly back. What was your thoughts? Like, what were you
- 32:22Speaker 4: thinking about this whole trip? Were you excited about it?
- 32:24Speaker 4: What was your initial thought?
- 32:25Speaker 2: You know, so excited. And, you know, it's kind of
- 32:28Speaker 2: like Scary Island Part Two.
- 32:29Speaker 5: Right.
- 32:30Speaker 2: You know, pirates and all. And we have a really,
- 32:34Speaker 2: really good time. Of course, there's always drama when you
- 32:36Speaker 2: bring back the OGs. And I think, you know, you'll
- 32:40Speaker 2: see a side of Kelly that, you know, you haven't
- 32:43Speaker 2: seen in a while, right? Kristen Taitman's been gone for
- 32:46Speaker 2: like a decade, like 10 years. So, you know, it's
- 32:51Speaker 2: fourth wall gets taken down.
- 32:53Speaker 4: Love that.
- 32:54Speaker 2: And you get to, you know, we talk about what
- 32:56Speaker 2: happened with her on Scary Island Part 1.
- 32:59Speaker 4: And wait, was Scary Island St. Barts or was that
- 33:01Speaker 4: someplace else?
- 33:02Speaker 2: It was someplace else.
- 33:03Speaker 4: Okay, but the.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I call it Scary Island Part 2 because it's an island,
- 33:07Speaker 2: you know.
- 33:08Speaker 4: Okay, but the.
- 33:09Speaker 2: Not the same one, but... Was in St.
- 33:11Speaker 4: Barts. He was in St.
- 33:13Speaker 5: Barts. Yes.
- 33:13Speaker 4: Because there's a restaurant that people dress up like pirates.
- 33:15Speaker 4: What was that about?
- 33:16Speaker 2: Oh, that was Lutie St. Barts, which is they have
- 33:20Speaker 2: like drag shows and they have dress up parties, et cetera.
- 33:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:23Speaker 5: Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah.
- 33:24Speaker 2: So we all dressed up.
- 33:25Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:25Speaker 4: And then that's the one that like both of you
- 33:29Speaker 4: were kind of seeing him. You and Sonia. What happened
- 33:32Speaker 4: with the pirate?
- 33:33Speaker 2: Oh, Jesus. This story again? I know it's so old,
- 33:35Speaker 2: but just remind me. It is so old. So what
- 33:37Speaker 2: happens is we go back to the house and I
- 33:39Speaker 2: get driven back by a producer, which I think is
- 33:41Speaker 2: just a driver. Yeah. All the girls had left and
- 33:44Speaker 2: I said, I'm staying because I liked, I thought the
- 33:46Speaker 2: pirate was cute. And I was with Italian friends, which
- 33:48Speaker 2: is true. I get back to the house. We have drinks, margaritas, whatever.
- 33:53Speaker 2: And he's never been to this house, right? So he's
- 33:55Speaker 2: heard about the house and it's like the most beautiful house.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Because it's like a famous, gorgeous house to stay at.
- 33:59Speaker 2: Most fabulous, right? The Dunes it's called.
- 34:01Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 34:02Speaker 2: Anyway, so we get back to the house, we have
- 34:03Speaker 2: drinks and I'm dating Jacques at the time.
- 34:05Speaker 5: Right.
- 34:06Speaker 2: So I said, hey, it's four o'clock in the morning,
- 34:08Speaker 2: time for you to go. And he wasn't happy about it.
- 34:11Speaker 2: He left. And then of course, the producer told the
- 34:14Speaker 2: girls how I got home, which I had no idea.
- 34:17Speaker 4: Oh, okay.
- 34:17Speaker 2: Because they were all sleeping. So I'm like, How did
- 34:20Speaker 2: they know that I came back with the pirate? Well,
- 34:22Speaker 2: the producer who drove us back told the ladies that
- 34:26Speaker 2: I came back with the pirate. So then I wake
- 34:30Speaker 2: up with a white lie, which is I was with
- 34:32Speaker 2: my Italian friends, et cetera. And they invite him for
- 34:36Speaker 2: dinner the next night.
- 34:38Speaker 4: Who does?
- 34:38Speaker 2: The producers or the girls? The producers, the girls.
- 34:40Speaker 4: Okay, got it.
- 34:41Speaker 2: They're all in on it.
- 34:42Speaker 4: Right.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Except for me.
- 34:43Speaker 4: Okay.
- 34:44Speaker 2: And then I get caught with the first time ever
- 34:46Speaker 2: I got caught with a mite pack on. When you
- 34:49Speaker 2: were speaking... When I was calling to say, hey... In
- 34:52Speaker 2: another language. Don't let them know that you were here
- 34:54Speaker 2: last night because I told them.
- 34:56Speaker 6: And you were speaking to him in French.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Yes, exactly.
- 34:58Speaker 4: That was so hot and juicy.
- 35:01Speaker 2: So I got caught with my pants down.
- 35:03Speaker 4: But I loved that you really used your ability to
- 35:07Speaker 4: speak multiple languages for the best reason.
- 35:09Speaker 2: For the best reason.
- 35:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Now, I was more concerned about Jacques and him finding
- 35:14Speaker 2: out that I had this guy back at the house, right?
- 35:16Speaker 4: Right. So.
- 35:17Speaker 2: I didn't sleep with the pirate, but guess who did?
- 35:20Speaker 4: Sonia. Of course. Yeah. Of course.
- 35:22Speaker 2: And that is the truth. And he even came on
- 35:25Speaker 2: Watch What Happens Live. Do you remember that? The pirate did.
- 35:27Speaker 2: Andy found him.
- 35:28Speaker 4: Oh my God, amazing.
- 35:29Speaker 2: Fished him out and he came on the show and
- 35:31Speaker 2: he said, he said, I did not sleep with Luann.
- 35:35Speaker 2: So there you go. I mean, why would I lie
- 35:37Speaker 2: at this point? I would be wearing it like a
- 35:39Speaker 2: badge of honor. Yes.
- 35:40Speaker 4: At this point, who cares?
- 35:41Speaker 6: But so when the show aired, were you still seeing Jacques?
- 35:45Speaker 4: Yes. And so it was okay.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Well, it was, it was not okay. Okay. It was
- 35:51Speaker 2: so not okay. He was really upset with me.
- 35:53Speaker 4: Yeah, of course.
- 35:54Speaker 2: Rightly so.
- 35:55Speaker 5: Right.
- 35:56Speaker 2: He's like, what? You brought back a guy to the house.
- 35:58Speaker 2: I mean, Yeah, he was not happy.
- 36:00Speaker 6: And so then when was a show where.
- 36:02Speaker 2: I mean, it didn't cause us to break up or
- 36:04Speaker 2: anything like that, but it was.
- 36:06Speaker 4: What was the season where the famous meme of don't
- 36:10Speaker 4: be cool, don't be all uncool?
- 36:12Speaker 2: Oh, that is from Turks and Caicos. Okay.
- 36:17Speaker 6: And that was.
- 36:18Speaker 2: That was when we brought.
- 36:20Speaker 6: Heather.
- 36:20Speaker 2: We brought guys back to the house, me and Ramona,
- 36:22Speaker 2: because we were single.
- 36:23Speaker 4: I loved it, yeah. Right?
- 36:24Speaker 2: And so Ramona's guy... So my guy at a certain point,
- 36:29Speaker 2: I'm like, you know what? I'm going to bed. You're
- 36:32Speaker 2: coming with me, but you got to leave at like
- 36:33Speaker 2: three o'clock in the morning because I have to film
- 36:36Speaker 2: and work tomorrow. Okay. So I kicked him out at
- 36:38Speaker 2: like three. Ramona, instead of kicking him out, she goes, well,
- 36:41Speaker 2: she does. And then he goes, I can't get a
- 36:43Speaker 2: car at this hour. So she goes- Well, you can
- 36:48Speaker 2: go and sleep in the bedroom. They're just, you know.
- 36:49Speaker 4: Wait, let me just do it.
- 36:50Speaker 5: You know what?
- 36:51Speaker 4: Okay. You know what? I found you really hot. Okay.
- 36:53Speaker 4: I really had a good time.
- 36:55Speaker 2: You know, I've got to sleep.
- 36:55Speaker 4: And the girls are going to freak out. But you
- 36:57Speaker 4: know what? There's like 14 bedrooms here. And I think
- 36:59Speaker 4: there's like a double bed in another room. And just
- 37:02Speaker 4: go in there and like have a good night's sleep.
- 37:03Speaker 4: And act like you don't know me.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 37:05Speaker 4: Boom.
- 37:06Speaker 2: Door closes. Then, of course, Heather is sharing. So it's
- 37:11Speaker 2: like a Jack and Jill? Bethany left literally the night before.
- 37:15Speaker 4: Okay.
- 37:15Speaker 5: Right?
- 37:15Speaker 2: She had to leave early. She always left early on
- 37:18Speaker 2: our trips. And so there was an empty bed. Problem is,
- 37:21Speaker 2: is the room shared a bathroom.
- 37:23Speaker 4: Oh, like a Jack and Jill.
- 37:24Speaker 2: So Heather goes to the bathroom. The door's wide open.
- 37:26Speaker 2: There's a naked butt staring at her face.
- 37:28Speaker 4: Just passed out sleeping.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Passed out sleeping. And of course, Ramona's like, well, I
- 37:34Speaker 2: don't know anything. She pulls the sheets over her head
- 37:36Speaker 2: when they come in. Like, who the hell's the guy
- 37:39Speaker 2: on the back? And then they come and get me.
- 37:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:41Speaker 2: And I put on my bathrobe, put on my sunglasses.
- 37:43Speaker 2: I go, what is the problem? What do you mean?
- 37:46Speaker 2: Maybe he drank too much. She let him sleep upstairs.
- 37:49Speaker 2: What's the big deal? Don't be like all uncool. That's
- 37:53Speaker 2: how it happens.
- 37:53Speaker 4: Be cool. And you know what I loved about it
- 37:55Speaker 4: is there are some of you that were single and
- 37:57Speaker 4: then some that you were not. And when you go
- 37:59Speaker 4: on a girl's trip, whether you're on spring break and
- 38:01Speaker 4: you're 22 or you're 52. Yeah. whatever don't be uncool
- 38:06Speaker 4: you fucking nerd exactly like what does it matter I
- 38:08Speaker 4: know I know but she acted like oh the guy
- 38:11Speaker 4: was this passed out guy was coming to like rape
- 38:13Speaker 4: and kill them or something.
- 38:15Speaker 2: Exactly exactly you know I get that but but listen
- 38:18Speaker 2: we are single we're having a good time on a
- 38:20Speaker 2: girls trip and of course yeah we brought back some
- 38:22Speaker 2: guys well sorry I would have been taking selfies next
- 38:25Speaker 2: to his naked father that's what I would have been
- 38:27Speaker 2: doing you know what I mean like oh there's a
- 38:30Speaker 2: naked man in the bedroom next to us I mean.
- 38:33Speaker 4: Yeah, I loved it because there was that other time
- 38:35Speaker 4: that Ramona was somewhere and she was flirting. with the
- 38:39Speaker 4: owner of the restaurant. One of those trips.
- 38:42Speaker 2: That was Turks and Caicos as well.
- 38:44Speaker 4: And, you know, I was like, I felt for her
- 38:46Speaker 4: because I'm like, she's single.
- 38:48Speaker 2: He's cute.
- 38:49Speaker 4: He owns a place. He's pretty eligible guy.
- 38:51Speaker 5: Right.
- 38:52Speaker 4: And Bethany was like, you know, mocking her for like,
- 38:55Speaker 4: you're rude to us. You're not paying attention to us.
- 38:57Speaker 4: I was like, God, it's a vacation. Right. She hung
- 38:59Speaker 4: out with you all day at the pool. Exactly. Like
- 39:01Speaker 4: in real life, I'd be like, fuck, leave me alone.
- 39:03Speaker 2: Yeah. No, we just have fun making fun of Ramona flirting.
- 39:08Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 39:09Speaker 2: That's the point. It's like, watch Ramona with her straw
- 39:13Speaker 2: and her drink, and she bats her eyelashes, and it's
- 39:17Speaker 2: hysterical to watch Ramona flirt.
- 39:19Speaker 4: Yeah, as long as it's in a fun way and
- 39:21Speaker 4: not in a mean way, which it isn't, which I love. Now,
- 39:26Speaker 4: I have noticed this a lot as we start to
- 39:29Speaker 4: pull back the curtain of things and people are liking that.
- 39:32Speaker 4: That when there is a cast member, whether it's meaningly
- 39:37Speaker 4: had complained about Kim, you know, she would always get
- 39:40Speaker 4: out of the trips and get out of the things.
- 39:42Speaker 4: And you just said, you know, Bethany would get out early.
- 39:44Speaker 4: I've always said, I think that really why that would
- 39:47Speaker 4: annoy you is just like anything else. If you were
- 39:49Speaker 4: working at a company and this person got to take
- 39:53Speaker 4: every Thursday and Friday off and you're all getting the
- 39:55Speaker 4: same amount, it's just like... Yeah. You know, in real life,
- 39:59Speaker 4: all right, you have to go back. But you're not
- 40:01Speaker 4: all like, you know, filming, putting a mic pack on
- 40:04Speaker 4: you and sweating on a camel while someone's like going
- 40:07Speaker 4: home early.
- 40:08Speaker 2: Going home early. Yeah. Totally unfair. That's not favored nations.
- 40:12Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah.
- 40:13Speaker 4: It's like, what do you mean?
- 40:14Speaker 2: I got to stay Friday and Saturday, like you said,
- 40:16Speaker 2: and you get to go off and, you know. But,
- 40:19Speaker 2: you know, that's why she's no longer a housewife, I guess.
- 40:22Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:23Speaker 2: One of the many reasons. Exactly.
- 40:26Speaker 4: Now we have a BravoCon coming. Yes.
- 40:29Speaker 6: In Vegas.
- 40:30Speaker 4: This will be the third.
- 40:31Speaker 2: Excited.
- 40:31Speaker 4: And yeah, I'll be there too. And what is like
- 40:34Speaker 4: your favorite part about doing something like this? I know
- 40:38Speaker 4: it's a lot and it's like kind of overwhelming, but
- 40:41Speaker 4: what's your favorite part about doing a BravoCon situation?
- 40:43Speaker 2: You know, my favorite part is really the fans. you know,
- 40:46Speaker 2: and their reaction, you know, when they see us. And,
- 40:50Speaker 2: you know, who doesn't want all that love? I mean,
- 40:51Speaker 2: we get so much love from the fans, first of all.
- 40:54Speaker 2: Second of all, I love to see all the Bravo
- 40:56Speaker 2: Leberties myself.
- 40:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:57Speaker 2: You know, I don't get to run into all the
- 40:59Speaker 2: housewives in one place.
- 41:00Speaker 4: Right.
- 41:00Speaker 2: You know what I mean? Or get to meet the
- 41:02Speaker 2: below deck people, you know? So I have my, you know,
- 41:06Speaker 2: shows that I love to watch and things that, so
- 41:09Speaker 2: it's nice to see everybody in one universe.
- 41:11Speaker 5: Right.
- 41:12Speaker 2: Which is in Vegas.
- 41:12Speaker 4: Right. And this is where I think it's, this is
- 41:15Speaker 4: where I think now gets tricky now that it's the
- 41:17Speaker 4: third year.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Okay.
- 41:19Speaker 4: Is like, where, how do you decide which of these
- 41:22Speaker 4: people that you're going to the cool dinner with when
- 41:26Speaker 4: there's all these events? Right. And like, how do you
- 41:29Speaker 4: make the reservation and decide, okay, the six of us
- 41:32Speaker 4: are going over here.
- 41:33Speaker 2: You know what? I play it by ear. I don't.
- 41:34Speaker 2: You didn't plan anything. I didn't plan anything.
- 41:36Speaker 4: Okay.
- 41:37Speaker 2: Because you know, it just, you just never know what
- 41:39Speaker 2: time we're going to be finished.
- 41:40Speaker 5: Right.
- 41:41Speaker 2: Who's going where. I know there's a Bravo party on
- 41:43Speaker 2: Saturday night. Uh-huh. So I'm definitely doing that.
- 41:47Speaker 6: With fans or just for the stars?
- 41:50Speaker 2: Well, I think it's fans as well.
- 41:53Speaker 4: Oh, it's like a little bit of a show too.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Yeah, but we're going to have our VIP area and
- 41:56Speaker 2: hang out.
- 41:57Speaker 6: Oh, but it's part of this thing.
- 41:59Speaker 4: It's part of a show.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 42:01Speaker 4: All right.
- 42:01Speaker 5: Good.
- 42:01Speaker 2: So that's already Saturday. Sunday, plan on chilling out when
- 42:05Speaker 2: I'm done after work. After the show was done and
- 42:08Speaker 2: I wanted to get tickets to Adele, but guess what?
- 42:11Speaker 2: Not happening. I know. It's just too bad because we're
- 42:15Speaker 2: in Vegas, right? I want to see Adele.
- 42:17Speaker 4: Well, maybe.
- 42:18Speaker 2: She announced new dates, by the way, Adele. She's prolonging
- 42:23Speaker 2: her stay.
- 42:24Speaker 1: Okay.
- 42:24Speaker 4: What if a fan reaches out and says, I have
- 42:27Speaker 4: an extra ticket?
- 42:28Speaker 2: Well, I'm going.
- 42:29Speaker 4: Then you'll be that fan's guest.
- 42:31Speaker 5: Yes.
- 42:32Speaker 4: Yes.
- 42:32Speaker 2: I would go 100%. I would too. Oh, yeah. I
- 42:35Speaker 2: want to see Adele. Love her.
- 42:38Speaker 4: If you have a connection to Adele Tickets and you
- 42:40Speaker 4: would like to take Luann, myself, separate, together, whatever, Sunday night.
- 42:46Speaker 2: DM us. Yes.
- 42:47Speaker 6: Because I go home Monday.
- 42:48Speaker 2: Yeah, me too.
- 42:49Speaker 3: Okay.
- 42:50Speaker 2: So I'm there Sunday night. So maybe we'll hang out.
- 42:52Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 42:52Speaker 2: We'll go to Adele together.
- 42:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 42:54Speaker 2: Let's put out positive vibes.
- 42:55Speaker 4: I remember the first time I saw Adele at the Beacon.
- 42:59Speaker 4: And she only had, I only knew like of one
- 43:01Speaker 4: song because she was so, and I was like, okay.
- 43:04Speaker 4: And I saw how the people reacted. I was like, okay,
- 43:07Speaker 4: this is like true.
- 43:08Speaker 2: This is. Yeah. How long ago was that?
- 43:10Speaker 4: Oh, this would have been like 10 years ago.
- 43:13Speaker 2: Yeah. 10.
- 43:14Speaker 4: And, you know, and her mom was there. And she was, oh,
- 43:17Speaker 4: my mom's here.
- 43:17Speaker 2: And I'm like, how is that your mom?
- 43:19Speaker 6: Like the girl, the woman looks so young.
- 43:20Speaker 4: Really? But she is, she was so young. I mean,
- 43:22Speaker 4: she was early 20s then. And the mom was probably
- 43:24Speaker 4: like early.
- 43:25Speaker 2: 40s or something.
- 43:25Speaker 4: Right, right, right.
- 43:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:26Speaker 5: Wow. Wow.
- 43:27Speaker 2: Yeah, really good time. What a night.
- 43:30Speaker 4: Okay, what about this? Have you heard that the butler
- 43:33Speaker 4: from Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 2 is suing
- 43:37Speaker 4: Bravo because he said he was sexually abused during the
- 43:40Speaker 4: boozy party. They were out on Dorinda's lawn and like,
- 43:44Speaker 4: you know, Phaedra slapped his butt or something. I'm sure
- 43:47Speaker 4: Brandy did too.
- 43:48Speaker 2: Yeah, Brandy did something.
- 43:51Speaker 6: And so now, you know.
- 43:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:54Speaker 2: Right.
- 43:54Speaker 4: But he's not getting a lot of sympathy from the fans.
- 43:57Speaker 5: No.
- 43:58Speaker 2: And he's an actor, by the way.
- 44:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 44:00Speaker 4: He was an actor that was like.
- 44:01Speaker 2: He's an actor, by the way, who put himself there.
- 44:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 44:04Speaker 2: And, you know, you're with a bunch of housewives. And
- 44:07Speaker 2: it gets boozy.
- 44:09Speaker 4: I wonder if this is like the one, because I
- 44:10Speaker 4: feel like this reality reckoning has not had a ton
- 44:13Speaker 4: of momentum. Right.
- 44:16Speaker 6: And they're like, oh, we're.
- 44:17Speaker 4: Talking to all these people and we have all these people.
- 44:19Speaker 4: And I'm like, where are they? Who are they? Right.
- 44:21Speaker 4: Which ones are they?
- 44:22Speaker 2: I think we're going to find out when Vanity Fair
- 44:24Speaker 2: comes out.
- 44:25Speaker 6: Oh, maybe we will.
- 44:26Speaker 4: And then maybe this dude is one of them. Mm-hmm.
- 44:28Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 44:28Speaker 2: I'm sure. Yeah. I'm sure.
- 44:31Speaker 4: So we'll see.
- 44:31Speaker 2: He was not that interesting in any case, right?
- 44:35Speaker 4: No.
- 44:36Speaker 6: No, I thought the one.
- 44:36Speaker 4: Do we remember him?
- 44:37Speaker 2: I barely remember what he looks like.
- 44:38Speaker 4: No, the one that I remembered was the Thailand one.
- 44:41Speaker 4: And he was with, they were in Thailand.
- 44:43Speaker 2: Brandy was on that trip too. No, no, no.
- 44:45Speaker 4: She wasn't on the Thailand one.
- 44:47Speaker 2: She wasn't?
- 44:48Speaker 4: No, the Thailand was like Whitney and Heather Gay from
- 44:51Speaker 4: Salt Lake City.
- 44:53Speaker 2: Right. And it.
- 44:56Speaker 4: Was kind of a boring season. Like Leah was like
- 45:00Speaker 4: sick the whole time. And it was just like, not
- 45:03Speaker 4: her fault. It was just like not happening.
- 45:05Speaker 2: Who else was on that? Miami. Mary Sol was there. Yeah.
- 45:10Speaker 2: She was fun. It was fun.
- 45:13Speaker 4: I don't know. But their butler did have a lot
- 45:16Speaker 4: of personality. And he was kind of funny and stuff.
- 45:19Speaker 4: But they were very nice to him. He just was overwhelmed.
- 45:23Speaker 2: He must have been.
- 45:24Speaker 4: Yeah. Taylor Swift is dating Kelsey. Travis Kelsey. And apparently
- 45:33Speaker 4: he is going to go and accompany her on the
- 45:36Speaker 4: rest of the European international tour.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Well, he makes a good bodyguard, right? The other day they.
- 45:42Speaker 4: Saw me walking and someone goes, Taylor's boyfriend. And he
- 45:44Speaker 4: was like, okay, I love it.
- 45:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 45:49Speaker 4: I think this is for sure the real deal. And,
- 45:55Speaker 4: but I don't know. I mean, like, have you ever
- 45:57Speaker 4: had a boyfriend come on the road with you or
- 46:00Speaker 4: do your shows?
- 46:01Speaker 2: Well, you know, Well, I used to date Rich, remember? Yes.
- 46:07Speaker 4: My former agent. And he's still your agent, right?
- 46:10Speaker 2: He's still my agent.
- 46:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 46:12Speaker 2: So I guess officially, I would say, yeah, I did
- 46:16Speaker 2: kind of have a guy on tour with me, but
- 46:18Speaker 2: he was my agent. So very Hollywood.
- 46:21Speaker 4: Very Hollywood.
- 46:22Speaker 2: Very Hollywood, like dating the agent Hollywood.
- 46:24Speaker 6: But also that's kind of perfect, you know?
- 46:26Speaker 4: You get what you need.
- 46:28Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. And he's a tiger.
- 46:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 46:29Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 46:31Speaker 2: No, meaning he's, you know, he's a killer.
- 46:33Speaker 4: Good at the job, yeah.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Yeah, he's great at his job.
- 46:34Speaker 4: Yes, yeah.
- 46:35Speaker 2: And a lot of other things.
- 46:36Speaker 4: You made sure, yeah. You made sure you got all,
- 46:39Speaker 4: you got your M & M' s separated.
- 46:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:41Speaker 4: You got your, what's on your, what do you call it?
- 46:46Speaker 4: The green room list. What's on your rider? Oh. How
- 46:49Speaker 4: diva are you?
- 46:50Speaker 2: My rider? Well, long stem roses.
- 46:54Speaker 4: Oh, really? Oh, yeah. What color?
- 46:56Speaker 2: Two dozen.
- 46:58Speaker 3: Oh, really?
- 46:58Speaker 2: What color?
- 46:58Speaker 5: White.
- 47:00Speaker 2: I love it. They sit on my piano when I perform.
- 47:03Speaker 4: Oh, okay. So not just for the green room. You
- 47:05Speaker 4: actually just want them on set.
- 47:06Speaker 2: Well, yeah. Okay. On set and for the green room. Okay.
- 47:11Speaker 2: And what else? Oh, my God. You know, from mixed
- 47:15Speaker 2: nuts to like vitamin waters and what do I have?
- 47:23Speaker 2: Like a crudité, crudité, you know, that kind of stuff.
- 47:27Speaker 4: And do you– Nothing crazy.
- 47:29Speaker 1: Right.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Right.
- 47:30Speaker 4: And I remember one of the shows, one of the
- 47:32Speaker 4: very early cabaret shows, you had them come with the
- 47:36Speaker 4: cameras and they came to say hi before the show.
- 47:39Speaker 4: And it was like a little chaotic.
- 47:41Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. And then they're like, oh, she was so rude.
- 47:44Speaker 4: And I was like, oh, my God.
- 47:46Speaker 2: You're going on. You're going on.
- 47:47Speaker 4: And I'm like, that's why I don't do– some people
- 47:51Speaker 4: like to do their meet and greets before.
- 47:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't do that. I don't because.
- 47:54Speaker 6: I'm really like preparing and like need to chill.
- 47:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 47:57Speaker 2: Getting out of here and makeup done, you know.
- 47:58Speaker 4: Yeah. And your room was tiny and then the cameras.
- 48:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 48:02Speaker 2: I was like, yeah. Anybody that knows anything about performing
- 48:07Speaker 2: is you do not see the artist before they go
- 48:09Speaker 2: out on stage.
- 48:10Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 48:10Speaker 2: You see them after.
- 48:11Speaker 3: Right.
- 48:11Speaker 2: You know, just because.
- 48:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 48:13Speaker 2: You know, you need that time to gather yourself, to,
- 48:16Speaker 2: you know, do your best, look your best, et cetera. Right.
- 48:19Speaker 2: And they didn't quite get that note. They didn't get
- 48:23Speaker 2: the message, the memo.
- 48:25Speaker 4: But it seemed like you and Dorinda were good, you know,
- 48:29Speaker 4: very good on the show.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 48:32Speaker 4: So the Giovanni has all worked out. You have a
- 48:35Speaker 4: song feeling Giovanni that just screaming the Giovanni. There really
- 48:40Speaker 4: are some classic moments. But I also can see like
- 48:43Speaker 4: on a littler level, You know, everything... What I like
- 48:47Speaker 4: about The Housewives is it is normal things that happen
- 48:50Speaker 4: in life in French. And then it is exaggerated because
- 48:53Speaker 4: it's the show. And then because you have all these
- 48:55Speaker 4: fans chiming in, you should have invited John or you
- 48:59Speaker 4: don't have to invite John.
- 49:00Speaker 2: And she did.
- 49:01Speaker 4: And the person that's like... If it wasn't for me,
- 49:04Speaker 4: you'd be naked on stage, you know, like, you know,
- 49:07Speaker 4: I got you at the Giovanni.
- 49:08Speaker 2: Right.
- 49:09Speaker 4: But it is amazing what you've done for Giovanni because
- 49:12Speaker 4: I don't think I've ever noticed them.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Right.
- 49:16Speaker 4: And now, like, if I go to Neiman's or looking
- 49:18Speaker 4: for a gown for something.
- 49:19Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 49:20Speaker 2: They have fabulous, you know, for me, it's a dream
- 49:23Speaker 2: come true. I walk into the Giovanni showroom and from,
- 49:26Speaker 2: you know, the jumpsuits that I wear to the evening
- 49:29Speaker 2: dresses to the short glittery numbers, you know, they just
- 49:33Speaker 2: carry it all for me. And I walk in, I
- 49:36Speaker 2: literally put a dress on and I can walk out.
- 49:39Speaker 2: You know, there's no altering. There's no nothing, you know.
- 49:41Speaker 2: And for me, because I'm tall, right?
- 49:44Speaker 4: What size are you in the gowns?
- 49:45Speaker 2: I'm a four.
- 49:45Speaker 4: Yeah, that's what I thought.
- 49:46Speaker 2: I'm a four. So I just, you know, walk in
- 49:50Speaker 2: size four and I take what I need. And they
- 49:52Speaker 2: really cover all the bases. Like I'm wearing Giovanni for BravoCon.
- 49:56Speaker 2: I wear them for my cabaret shows. So easy. Yeah.
- 49:59Speaker 2: And it's like, does daytime, does nighttime.
- 50:01Speaker 6: Do you return them after?
- 50:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:03Speaker 2: Cause I can't wear the same thing twice.
- 50:05Speaker 4: And so you never wear the same, like if you're
- 50:07Speaker 4: doing a weekend and you have in two different cities,
- 50:10Speaker 4: you'll bring.
- 50:11Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 50:11Speaker 2: No, I wear the same thing on tour.
- 50:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 50:14Speaker 2: Oh, okay. Absolutely. I mean, I changed three times during
- 50:17Speaker 2: my show. Right.
- 50:18Speaker 6: But then you'll wear those same things.
- 50:20Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, you know, sometimes I'll change it up. Right.
- 50:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 50:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:24Speaker 2: And it's like a dream come true. The Giovanni showroom
- 50:28Speaker 2: is like heaven. Have you been up there?
- 50:30Speaker 4: Just, I know I've only seen it on the show,
- 50:32Speaker 4: but I mean, yeah, down for it.
- 50:34Speaker 2: Amazing.
- 50:35Speaker 1: All right.
- 50:35Speaker 4: Well, maybe the next time I come to New York,
- 50:36Speaker 4: I can just go with you and play the dress up.
- 50:40Speaker 2: Playing Giovanni.
- 50:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:42Speaker 4: I like them together.
- 50:43Speaker 2: Let's play Giovanni.
- 50:44Speaker 4: Let's talk about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is premiering. Yeah.
- 50:48Speaker 2: Tonight, right?
- 50:49Speaker 4: Yeah. And- Yes, it would be Wednesday night, yes.
- 50:52Speaker 1: Okay.
- 50:52Speaker 4: So people will have watched it by now. And I
- 50:56Speaker 4: love Beverly Hills. I always, I'm never bored by it. Like,
- 51:00Speaker 4: I'm always.
- 51:01Speaker 5: Right.
- 51:02Speaker 4: And, you know, Kyle and Mauricio, they were going to
- 51:07Speaker 4: talk about that they've been having issues and separated. She's
- 51:10Speaker 4: been hanging out with this woman, Morgan Wade, who is
- 51:13Speaker 4: an out lesbian, tattooed singer, like 25 years younger than her.
- 51:18Speaker 6: And then he got Dancing with the Stars.
- 51:21Speaker 4: And, you know, it's not an amazing prediction because it
- 51:24Speaker 4: happens a lot, but a lot of people get with
- 51:26Speaker 4: their dancing partner because you're spending 10 hours and your
- 51:29Speaker 4: bodies are moving and everything. So like two days ago,
- 51:34Speaker 4: TMZ caught them and I noticed they were doing these videos.
- 51:38Speaker 6: Like, hey guys, you know, begging for the votes.
- 51:42Speaker 4: But it was the way they were doing it and
- 51:43Speaker 4: the way they were like chuckling and laughing. It felt
- 51:47Speaker 4: more than like coworkers, right?
- 51:49Speaker 5: Right.
- 51:49Speaker 4: And I don't know how old she is, but she's
- 51:51Speaker 4: a really pretty blonde. And then they caught them out
- 51:55Speaker 4: and they were walking across the street and there was
- 51:58Speaker 4: a zoom in and they were holding hands.
- 52:01Speaker 3: Oh, really?
- 52:02Speaker 4: And then Kyle went and removed all her, you know,
- 52:08Speaker 4: vote for my husband, Mauricio. And anything with Mauricio and
- 52:11Speaker 4: Dancing with the Stars has been removed from the grid
- 52:14Speaker 4: of her Instagram.
- 52:15Speaker 2: Oh, is that right?
- 52:16Speaker 4: Wow.
- 52:16Speaker 1: Wow.
- 52:17Speaker 6: And then she was seen yesterday.
- 52:18Speaker 2: There might be fire.
- 52:20Speaker 4: Yes.
- 52:20Speaker 6: And so then last night was the dance.
- 52:23Speaker 2: Right.
- 52:24Speaker 4: Holy shit.
- 52:25Speaker 2: It was hot as shit.
- 52:26Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 52:27Speaker 4: Well, it was contemporary, which is a real way to
- 52:30Speaker 4: get sexy. It wasn't the Foxtrot, you know?
- 52:31Speaker 2: Right, right, right.
- 52:32Speaker 4: So they were, you know, he looked really good. His
- 52:35Speaker 4: dancing totally improved. In the first dance, he got like,
- 52:38Speaker 4: 15 out of whatever awful score. Now he got like
- 52:43Speaker 4: all sevens and eights or something. And so he was better.
- 52:47Speaker 4: But then, of course, she's amazing. So she's spinning around.
- 52:49Speaker 4: She's spinning around. And it's like his arm is going
- 52:52Speaker 4: under her and lifting her. And it ends with her
- 52:55Speaker 4: throwing him on the ground and straddling him and then
- 52:59Speaker 4: laying down.
- 53:00Speaker 5: Wow.
- 53:01Speaker 4: Hot. It was really hot. The kids were there. His
- 53:04Speaker 4: kids were there. And then during that time, Kyle happened
- 53:10Speaker 4: to be caught by the paparazzi taking a walk on
- 53:14Speaker 4: the beach with Morgan.
- 53:17Speaker 6: I think she was with Morgan. In Malibu.
- 53:20Speaker 4: Which I definitely think she's one to call the paps,
- 53:23Speaker 4: which is fine. A lot of people do.
- 53:25Speaker 2: I just don't think they're hanging out on a rock
- 53:26Speaker 2: with a camera.
- 53:27Speaker 3: Right.
- 53:30Speaker 2: Although Malibu is pretty, you know, swanky. There's always photographers.
- 53:34Speaker 2: If you go to Nobu, there's photographers outside. At Nobu, yeah.
- 53:37Speaker 2: But it doesn't matter.
- 53:38Speaker 4: Right. So I've been going back and forth. Is this
- 53:42Speaker 4: a real relationship or not? Is this good PR press
- 53:47Speaker 4: for everything they're doing? And also because she's doing a
- 53:49Speaker 4: documentary on Morgan's life. I do love a late in
- 53:53Speaker 4: life lesbian story. I do think girls can be lesbians forever.
- 53:58Speaker 2: A season.
- 53:59Speaker 5: Right.
- 53:59Speaker 6: A reason, a season, but maybe not forever.
- 54:02Speaker 5: Right.
- 54:04Speaker 2: So what is your.
- 54:05Speaker 4: Opinion of all of this?
- 54:07Speaker 2: Well, I don't even know where to start. Listen, I
- 54:11Speaker 2: feel like people can do whatever they want to do.
- 54:13Speaker 2: I mean, if they want to date a woman, then
- 54:15Speaker 2: go right ahead. I mean, she was married for a
- 54:17Speaker 2: long time. 27 years.
- 54:18Speaker 4: 27 years.
- 54:18Speaker 2: And- Who knows if that's even true, if she's dating
- 54:25Speaker 2: this girl.
- 54:26Speaker 4: Right.
- 54:26Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. I don't know if that's true.
- 54:27Speaker 4: It could be that.
- 54:28Speaker 2: They could be best friends. They could just be.
- 54:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 54:30Speaker 6: I mean, now her style has changed.
- 54:32Speaker 4: Right. She went from, you know, her normal dresses and
- 54:35Speaker 4: her Birkin bags to. More.
- 54:37Speaker 2: I think she's spending more time out West and. When
- 54:40Speaker 2: she's not filming and asking.
- 54:42Speaker 4: It's even a little more, it's a little more like
- 54:45Speaker 4: Wayne's World-ish. Like she's got like big jeans on and
- 54:48Speaker 4: like a trucker hat. Like she's dressing like Morgan. Right.
- 54:52Speaker 4: You know how girls sometimes like morph into their partner
- 54:54Speaker 4: or whatever?
- 54:55Speaker 2: Right, right.
- 54:56Speaker 6: It's a little of that.
- 54:58Speaker 2: But again, I don't know.
- 54:59Speaker 4: She could just be having like a little midlife crisis
- 55:01Speaker 4: and just like changing her style. She also got sober.
- 55:05Speaker 2: Which is amazing. I think. You know, when we did
- 55:07Speaker 2: Ultimate Girls Trip, she was like, you don't drink? I'm like, no.
- 55:11Speaker 2: And she goes, wow, that's pretty incredible that you can
- 55:14Speaker 2: come on this trip and not drink. And she did
- 55:17Speaker 2: say to me that I did inspire her.
- 55:20Speaker 4: Oh, so she was kind of thinking about it.
- 55:22Speaker 2: I think she was already thinking about it.
- 55:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:23Speaker 2: Because you just feel so much better. You know what
- 55:26Speaker 2: I mean? Right. And, you know, I'm so happy for
- 55:31Speaker 2: her because that's amazing.
- 55:33Speaker 4: And, you know, sometimes when people get sober, whether they're
- 55:36Speaker 4: you know, who knows what is a calculating, you know,
- 55:39Speaker 4: a full alcoholic, someone that just is like, hey, it's
- 55:41Speaker 4: not working for me anymore health-wise or, you.
- 55:44Speaker 2: Know, whatever. I think a lot of people today are
- 55:46Speaker 2: not drinking.
- 55:46Speaker 4: I think there's a spectrum, like there can be more
- 55:48Speaker 4: of a spectrum of like, you know, I'm just going
- 55:51Speaker 4: to try it or I like it or whatever and
- 55:53Speaker 4: then being like, fuck, I don't think I ever need
- 55:55Speaker 4: to have another drink or whatever.
- 55:56Speaker 2: Right.
- 55:57Speaker 4: And I think what's interesting is, I remember like I
- 56:00Speaker 4: saw this movie When a Man Loves a Woman. It
- 56:02Speaker 4: was with Meg Ryan and... Andy Garcia. And she was
- 56:07Speaker 4: an alcoholic and a teacher. And in it, he was
- 56:10Speaker 4: so wonderful to her. And then once she got sober,
- 56:15Speaker 4: she left him. And I was like, you're such a bitch.
- 56:18Speaker 4: She was so great. But I've heard that with recovery sometimes,
- 56:23Speaker 4: it's like everything is clearer.
- 56:24Speaker 2: And even if your spouse was.
- 56:26Speaker 6: Nice, they're like, maybe... So I kind of feel the.
- 56:30Speaker 4: The wellness, the getting off alcohol, all of it. And
- 56:36Speaker 4: I guess we're going to see a lot of this
- 56:39Speaker 4: conversation in the show, which.
- 56:40Speaker 2: I think- Yeah, I can't wait to watch. Beverly Hills
- 56:43Speaker 2: is one of the few ones that I actually watch.
- 56:45Speaker 4: Right.
- 56:46Speaker 2: Because I know we're all, we're Oz's behind the curtain.
- 56:49Speaker 2: You know what I mean? Right. It's like, I know
- 56:53Speaker 2: what goes into it. And I think about those things
- 56:57Speaker 2: like the crew and where are they hiding to- like
- 57:00Speaker 2: get that shot or, you know what I mean? I
- 57:01Speaker 2: think about all the different, like the camera angles and,
- 57:04Speaker 2: you know, just production wise, you know what I mean?
- 57:07Speaker 4: What are some things that you've like, like one of
- 57:10Speaker 4: the things that I've noticed with people and I'm like,
- 57:12Speaker 4: oh my God, if I was ever on a reality
- 57:14Speaker 4: show is like, I have like a cowlick or whatever
- 57:17Speaker 4: call it. Like I have like the thing in the
- 57:18Speaker 4: back of my head. It's not a ball spot, but
- 57:20Speaker 4: it'll like go flat. And sometimes I see like other
- 57:22Speaker 4: people and I'm like, oh my God, the camera got
- 57:24Speaker 4: them behind and no one like looked at the back
- 57:26Speaker 4: of their head, whatever. And certain outfits and things like,
- 57:29Speaker 4: what did you, what have you learned over the years
- 57:31Speaker 4: that when you are filming, like really works for you
- 57:34Speaker 4: or not as far as like- what to wear or
- 57:37Speaker 4: do or.
- 57:38Speaker 2: Black works every single time. I've got a black dress
- 57:41Speaker 2: on today.
- 57:42Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 57:42Speaker 2: It's like... Yeah, I mean, listen, your style changes because
- 57:46Speaker 2: you get to watch back, right? It's like a living
- 57:48Speaker 2: photo album of, you know, lifestyle and everything else. You know, like,
- 57:53Speaker 2: did I say that? Oh, my God, I can't believe
- 57:54Speaker 2: I said that.
- 57:55Speaker 6: The Louis Vuitton shoes.
- 57:56Speaker 2: Louis Vuitton. Well, those are the good moments. Even Louis
- 58:00Speaker 2: Vuitton makes mistakes. Even Louis Vuitton makes mistakes. And that
- 58:03Speaker 2: is true.
- 58:04Speaker 6: Definitely true.
- 58:05Speaker 2: Definitely true. And, you know, so it's great because, you know,
- 58:09Speaker 2: you get to see yourself and you can edit yourself.
- 58:13Speaker 4: Yeah. Right?
- 58:13Speaker 2: So over the years, I've been doing a lot of editing.
- 58:16Speaker 4: Right. People too. And you've been on it for so
- 58:19Speaker 4: long that I feel sometimes because, you know, now it's replaying,
- 58:23Speaker 4: which is, it's like, I'm so jealous of someone that
- 58:27Speaker 4: has never watched that like might have the flu or something.
- 58:31Speaker 3: Right.
- 58:32Speaker 6: And is starting from scratch.
- 58:34Speaker 4: I know.
- 58:34Speaker 2: Like it is so fun. Right.
- 58:37Speaker 4: But in watching it, you're going to see something just
- 58:39Speaker 4: like if you watched a movie from 2005 while you're
- 58:42Speaker 4: getting your hair blown out at the dry bar and
- 58:43Speaker 4: you're going to be like, oh my God, that's so
- 58:45Speaker 4: inappropriate today or that's so backwards or whatever. So you
- 58:48Speaker 4: do sometimes see that.
- 58:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 58:50Speaker 4: And that's kind of a bummer for you guys sometimes
- 58:53Speaker 4: that I think like, because obviously, you know, you wouldn't
- 58:57Speaker 4: say that today.
- 58:58Speaker 2: Right.
- 58:59Speaker 4: And then people try to jump on that. But I
- 59:01Speaker 4: think the good news is that the audience is being like, oh, fuck,
- 59:04Speaker 4: shut up. I don't think those are getting any traction
- 59:06Speaker 4: of someone taking an isolated one sentence that someone said
- 59:10Speaker 4: in 2009 in the second season of whatever. And how
- 59:17Speaker 4: do you just keep it moving and not let that
- 59:21Speaker 4: shit bother you to the point where you try to
- 59:23Speaker 4: defend yourself and just move on?
- 59:24Speaker 2: Well, listen, I wrote a song about it. Chic, c'est
- 59:26Speaker 2: la vie, c'est bon, c'est bon. The little things can
- 59:29Speaker 2: take you down, so it's best to brush them off.
- 59:32Speaker 4: Oh, that's what that means.
- 59:32Speaker 2: Here done Giuliano Mir on the wall. Who's the fairest
- 59:35Speaker 2: in the land? I guess it's not their call. So
- 59:38Speaker 2: my music is all about that, really, which is you
- 59:42Speaker 2: get a thick skin after all this time.
- 59:43Speaker 4: And you wrote that because you were getting all the criticism. Sure.
- 59:46Speaker 2: I mean, you know, back when we were filming, you know,
- 59:50Speaker 2: Years ago, you know, everything you said, it was then,
- 59:53Speaker 2: it would show up in the New York Post also.
- 59:55Speaker 4: Right, yeah.
- 59:56Speaker 2: So everything. Now I don't feel like it's, I think it's,
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: should I say less and more?
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: I feel like it's more people reporting on it because
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: there's so many podcasts and there's so many TikToks. There's
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: just so many great people that are obsessed with it
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: that really do a great job covering it. And I
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: follow other people and I love it.
- 1:00:12Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: It's, it's a small, it's like a culty audience. And,
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: and even if one person tries to make a big thing,
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: like I can't believe someone said it may not get
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: big traction, you know, like, yeah.
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: Like when we first started, I mean, there was nothing like, right.
- 1:00:29Speaker 5: The house.
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: So everything kind of, you know, was, you know, exaggerated,
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: you know, and put out there.
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: And, uh, this, and now I feel like unless you're
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: flipping a table or unless you're, you know, doing something
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: crazy on the show, I don't think it gets picked
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: up like you said, like it would have years ago,
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: you know?
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: And yeah, I think that's the biggest thing is that
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: it's the fan accounts that have like made their own
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: little businesses.
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: And I think a big- And the Reddits.
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: Yeah, the Reddits, yeah. And I think a lot of
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: it is sometimes when in social media, when some cast
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: members go, you know, in other franchises or whatever, go
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: after each other and, oh, they're going at it now.
- 1:01:11Speaker 4: so much of that is because one of these people
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: like wrote the person and was like, your, you know,
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: your castmate said this about you or, and then with,
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: instead of the woman, the other castmate picking up the
- 1:01:25Speaker 4: phone and being like, you know, Dorinda, did you say this?
- 1:01:29Speaker 4: And you're into being like, no, I didn't say that. Right. Okay.
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: It's just a troll, whatever. I think, especially with like the,
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: the Salt Lake City people, they're like, you're a bitch
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: and your husband's gay and dah, dah, dah. And they
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: just go off on each other. And it's like, you
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: didn't even investigate to be mad. And that's where I
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: think it's kind of a shame versus when you guys
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: started because we just watched it.
- 1:01:56Speaker 6: And then we like waited till the next week.
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: Well, there's a lot of comedy in our show.
- 1:01:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: I mean, our show is really, you know, kind of
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: making fun of, oneself or fun in a fun way.
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: Not like I'm going to take you down or I'm
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: going to take down your family.
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: No, it's become really, I mean, a lot of the
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: franchises I think are, it's gotten really dark, you know,
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: and are we here to kill each other? I mean, no,
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: we're supposed to be making great television, but that doesn't
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: mean I'm going to take you down in your family.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: Take down your family, take down your marriage and take
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: down like your businesses. And it is dark and it
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: is scary. And I even think for some of the fans,
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: it makes you go, I don't, like, God, you know, who,
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: and then it's like, if we do this to every
- 1:02:40Speaker 4: new cast member, who the hell is going to do
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: this show? Like, this is too much.
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: Yeah, that's why I loved doing the spinoff with Sonia
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: with Crappy Lake, you know, because it was comedy, heartfelt,
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: you know, feel good.
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: And you were just being yourselves. Yeah, exactly. And your
- 1:02:54Speaker 4: friendship is your friendship. Exactly.
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: And, you know, and so it had a much different feel. And,
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: you know, I think some of the franchises can be dark,
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: you know, that's why I love the ultimate girls trip
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: coming up. Yes.
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: I love this too.
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: Because, you know, because it's not, it's not about that.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: It's not about, you know, so much storyline. There is
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: no storyline. It's, it's a week vacation.
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: But what I also like about it is that you
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: guys do have those real conversations where you'd be like,
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: so what was the deal with that? But this was
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: the first Ultimate Girls trip where you guys really do
- 1:03:29Speaker 4: all know each other.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: Because in the other ones, they mix you.
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: It is getting to know you.
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: Yeah. Maybe you've only had a lunch with Kyle or
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: only saw her at the infamous baby shower or whatever.
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:03:38Speaker 4: And maybe you guys hit it off. A lot of
- 1:03:40Speaker 4: them are like, And a lot of them are like,
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: I didn't watch your franchise. I don't even know anything
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: that's going on. So I think this one is going
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: to be really, really good. And they moved it up.
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:03:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: No, it's going to be really good because- They moved
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: it up because they know it's going to be good.
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: Like you said, I did the first Ultimate Girls trip
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: with Kyle. And that was the Bahamas, right? That was
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: in- Wasn't it? That was actually Turks and Caicos again.
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: Oh, okay.
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: And that was- And that was an amazing trip. And
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: there's a getting to know you period with those ladies
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: because I know them, but I didn't know them well. Right.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: And Kenya, everybody was like, oh, watch out for her.
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: We got along like a house on fire. I loved Kenya. Yeah,
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: she's beautiful. She's gorgeous. And she's a diva. I love divas.
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: And Kyle, I didn't know. And she was so funny.
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: She has a great sense of humor, Kyle. Loved her.
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: And then she also had, you know, I think on
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: that season she was, you know, she talked about her
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: anxiety and, you know, she was having some anxiety and
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: stuff like that. Well, when she talks.
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: About anxiety, I'm like, I don't think there could be
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: anything that is more of an anxiety-ridden job than being
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: a real housewife. Oh, yeah. So if you are susceptible
- 1:04:51Speaker 4: to it, and some people are more susceptible than others,
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: some are you, you know, and others, I can't imagine, like, going...
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: To a dinner and whatever. And maybe you've had a
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: few drinks, which is probably why she also getting off
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: the alcohol probably helps with that. Now, I'm just imagining
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: I was a housewife. So I'm doing it.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: I'm filming it.
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: I'm with my friends. And like, whatever, you pissed me off.
- 1:05:13Speaker 4: And now I've had a few drinks. And I wake
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: up at three in the morning and I'm like, what
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: the hell did I say to Dorinda about Luann, about
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: the Luann lunch? And now I'm not going to know
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: what I said or anything for like three months. Yeah.
- 1:05:28Speaker 6: And so now that's haunting you.
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: Well, you have to, you like relive.
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: You know, you relive that moment like six months later.
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: And that's, you know, when it's not going your way,
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: it's not fun. Wow. You know what I mean?
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: You know?
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: And then now I feel like it's such a big
- 1:05:45Speaker 4: thing with the reunion with the receipts. and the text messages,
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: how people bring all those up.
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: And so I wonder if more housewives are like, I'll
- 1:05:55Speaker 4: call you on the phone, bitch.
- 1:05:56Speaker 6: Like, that would be mine.
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: Oh, I don't put anything in writing to the housewives. No, no, no.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: It's a phone call for me, for sure.
- 1:06:05Speaker 4: Yeah, and I think sometimes with younger people, they so
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: rarely pick up the phone. And I'm like, pick up
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: the phone because A, I think the communication is better
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: and you're not reading a tone that isn't me.
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: And it's a conversation.
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: You're going to get through it or not, but also
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: there's no record of it that you can then screen
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: grab and send to somebody else. She said this or.
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: Well, that's the problem with texting. It could be taken
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: the wrong way. You may have said something that it's like,
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: I didn't mean that at all. And that's why I
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: prefer getting on the phone because it's more personal.
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: Speaking of Andy's shower.
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: Andy's shower?
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: His baby shower. I said it a while ago, but
- 1:06:42Speaker 4: it just popped into my mind. And anyway, Bethany said,
- 1:06:47Speaker 4: I think that's when everything changed, when all these women
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: got so big with their heads. And she's like, and
- 1:06:53Speaker 4: I was invited. I was in LA, but I decided
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: to come. I'm like, well, that's not very nice. Why
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: wouldn't you just come if he's really your friend? But
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: I'm like, I disagree. I thought that was a moment
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: where everybody got to enjoy each other in the best way.
- 1:07:10Speaker 4: And it's like, I think there's such a weird thing
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: sometimes where You know, there is a jealousy. And like
- 1:07:17Speaker 4: we've talked about this with you, there's certain housewives where
- 1:07:21Speaker 4: people are going to go after them in the beginning
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: because they are jealous of what's going on. Now you've like,
- 1:07:25Speaker 4: you know, surpassed. You're the cabaret. Is this like your
- 1:07:29Speaker 4: fifth tour or fourth round?
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: I think since 2018 I started cabaret.
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: Yeah, so it.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: Wasn't just like a one... One off.
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: Yeah. And like, I think people, sometimes I just think
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: they're not really happy for other people's success. And then you,
- 1:07:44Speaker 4: and you've got to go in there knowing like, no,
- 1:07:46Speaker 4: like let's all, you know, Lisa Rinna, cause she was
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: dancing and I was thinking of her and she, I
- 1:07:53Speaker 4: love her lipstick, but she has, she is not back
- 1:07:56Speaker 4: this season. Right. And now I, But that didn't happen
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: to you. They just said, we're going to make you
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: a friend one year, right? Right.
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: Right. Well, yeah, it was a contract negotiation issue is
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: what happened.
- 1:08:09Speaker 4: Oh, okay.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:08:10Speaker 4: But then I always say it turned out the best
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: for you.
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: I was on every episode in any case. Of that season.
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: But for you, it wasn't like, because in other cases,
- 1:08:21Speaker 4: when they've offered someone like that, they feel like their
- 1:08:24Speaker 4: ego has been crushed.
- 1:08:25Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:08:25Speaker 6: And they're like, fuck you. And they leave altogether.
- 1:08:28Speaker 4: Right. But what made you go, what is it?
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: I'm just going to make the best of it.
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: And I know I'm going to rise. Exactly. Do you
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: just have a faith that things work out?
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: I do. I feel like things happen for a reason.
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: I don't know, you know, like I said, it was
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: like a contract thing.
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: And they wanted to kind of give me a slap
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: on the wrist. kind of thing, situation. For asking for
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: what you deserve. Right, exactly, exactly. So I got the
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: ultimate slap on the wrist, which is you're not a
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: main character in the show, but you're going to be
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: a friend. And I was like, oh, okay, okay. And
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: you know what? I did that.
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: And that was which year?
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: And I moved on. They understood my value. And I
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: think that was like season– seven or eight or something.
- 1:09:18Speaker 4: So you'd already done like seven seasons holding an apple.
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: And then all of a sudden they're like, we don't
- 1:09:22Speaker 4: need you to come and hold the apple for the
- 1:09:24Speaker 4: photo shoot. Right.
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: Imagine that was a blow, but I've, you know, I've gotten,
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: I'm like that, you know, remember that blow up doll
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: that I had as a kid, the one with the
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: weighted bottom, you know what I mean? It was like,
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: you know, like four feet tall and you know, you
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: hit it and then it comes back. I feel like
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: that blow up doll, right. They can keep on hitting
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: me as much as they want. I keep standing back up.
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: I'm still here.
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: I'm still standing.
- 1:09:47Speaker 4: I really do think that's part of the attitude of
- 1:09:51Speaker 4: just not letting this stuff.
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: Get to me.
- 1:09:53Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a good.
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: Imagine, I mean, when I first started Cabaret, they were like, oh,
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: you know, I mean, I couldn't even go and see
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: my own poster. Lysani Catherin! I know, like, I was like,
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: I'm so proud of myself at the Film Arch, at
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: the Jackie Gleason Theater in Miami. I'm like, yeah, I'm
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: going to see my poster and what's wrong with that?
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: You didn't bring the truffle fries? Can't go to the beach?
- 1:10:17Speaker 4: First of all, truffle fries are not going to, no,
- 1:10:22Speaker 4: are you finished yours? Fine, have mine. Do not travel well, so.
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: No, and I'm not, I'm not their room service. I mean, fuck.
- 1:10:33Speaker 4: And also, it's so rare that you're in the city
- 1:10:36Speaker 4: before you get there so that you get that ultimate
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: photo to help promote it.
- 1:10:41Speaker 5: Exactly.
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:10:42Speaker 5: I know.
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: It was like you just couldn't even take a swim
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: on the beach. I couldn't even take a swim on
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: the beach. I mean, beyond.
- 1:10:51Speaker 5: Oh, God.
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: The stuff that I put up with.
- 1:10:53Speaker 4: What I love about you is like, you know, when
- 1:10:55Speaker 4: I went to your house and your house is beautiful
- 1:10:57Speaker 4: and I was like, oh my God, is this where
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: the fight happened with Ebony? Is this where the da-da-da?
- 1:11:02Speaker 4: And you have your boat.
- 1:11:04Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: And I was just, I'm like so impressed because I
- 1:11:06Speaker 4: think that's why Crappy Lake also really worked is because
- 1:11:09Speaker 4: even though you're the countess, you're like extremely capable of
- 1:11:13Speaker 4: of doing things. You're a nurse, you know how to
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: ride the boat, drive the boat, you can cook.
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: You can figure shit out. I'm a Renaissance woman. That's
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: why they picked us for Crappie Lake, because we know
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: how to get it done, you know?
- 1:11:23Speaker 6: But Sonya is, which is kind of funny.
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: You're the person that, you know, you were the Thelma.
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: Too, right?
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: You were the.
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: The odd couple, basically, Laverne and Shirley. She's Shirley, S
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: for Sonya, and L for Luann.
- 1:11:39Speaker 4: Right, yeah.
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: Um, which is like a major nod for us to
- 1:11:42Speaker 2: be compared to those greats. Um, but yeah, I do
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: drive my own boat.
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: Captain Lou.
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: I love it.
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: So fun.
- 1:11:51Speaker 4: So beautiful.
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: I do love to cook and I take care of
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: my house and my children and my mother. You know,
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: we wear a lot of hats, right?
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: Yeah. I love it. Well, I'm excited about, I'm going
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: to skip to your thing that you're doing here.
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: Where are we here? Oh, a cabaret. Oh, wait, no,
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: before I go. Okay, New York.
- 1:12:07Speaker 4: Let's just talk about real quick. So you didn't really
- 1:12:11Speaker 4: watch the whole season, right?
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: I have not.
- 1:12:15Speaker 6: Well, the reunion is only two parts.
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: Normally it's three.
- 1:12:18Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: And I think that's fine. It's funny because one of
- 1:12:24Speaker 4: the fights they had was Cy said to Aaron, you
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: went on a podcast and you said that I complained
- 1:12:30Speaker 4: about your cheese platter. And all of a sudden I'm like,
- 1:12:32Speaker 4: was that my podcast? So then she played some of it.
- 1:12:36Speaker 4: And my people are like, I think she was on
- 1:12:37Speaker 4: Juicy Scoop. And she was like so upset about it.
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: And Aaron didn't say anything. Aaron was like, I was like,
- 1:12:43Speaker 4: what's the deal with the cheese platter? And I was
- 1:12:44Speaker 4: almost mocking the fact that like, right. If your storyline,
- 1:12:48Speaker 4: if your storyline is cheese platter, like I hope you do. Yeah.
- 1:12:51Speaker 4: Or like, hopefully you guys have a real friendship and like,
- 1:12:54Speaker 4: you could just be funny and it's not, you know? Yeah. And,
- 1:12:58Speaker 4: but like, again, I was like, I thought some fan
- 1:13:01Speaker 4: told Psy, oh, she ripped you apart. And then she
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: goes and listens to it and she's like, yeah, she
- 1:13:08Speaker 4: is ripping me apart. I'm like, no, she wasn't. And
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: so Aaron was like, what? Like, I don't remember saying that.
- 1:13:14Speaker 4: I never complained about the cheese. I said, oh, are
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: you having dinner? And she said, no, I'm just having cheese.
- 1:13:19Speaker 4: And I said, fine, it's just cheese. I was like,
- 1:13:22Speaker 4: oh my God, this is like, yeah.
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: But they- Silly stuff.
- 1:13:26Speaker 4: But all of them, you know, whether you like them
- 1:13:29Speaker 4: or not, I do think they were well casted. I
- 1:13:32Speaker 4: think they're all interesting. I agree. And I think it's
- 1:13:36Speaker 4: all like exactly what you said. It's a totally different.
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: It's a totally different vibe.
- 1:13:39Speaker 4: Totally different show. It doesn't matter that it's the same city. Right.
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: Exactly. Well, you know, it's the women that make the
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: show and not the city. I always, although I refer
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: to New York as like our other housewife because, you know.
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: But I find them all interesting in their own right.
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: You know, Aaron is in the Hamptons and I saw
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: Uber the other night. I ran into.
- 1:14:01Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. We found out who Uber's man is. Good
- 1:14:05Speaker 4: looking German investor.
- 1:14:07Speaker 6: Real cute.
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: They're looking gorgeous. From Connecticut like me. Yes.
- 1:14:12Speaker 4: They're looking gorgeous. They went to the ballet. Oh, nice.
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:14:14Speaker 4: So you were saying you met all the girls.
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: I have, yes. And, you know, people got to give
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: them a chance. They just started. Yeah. And it takes time,
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: you know, before you invest in people.
- 1:14:27Speaker 5: Right. Right.
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: You want to get to know them first. It was
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: like a dating period.
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: I think I feel like they're just started started dating.
- 1:14:33Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:14:34Speaker 5: You know.
- 1:14:35Speaker 4: And there was a little bit where there was another
- 1:14:37Speaker 4: there was another cast member that left early on. And
- 1:14:40Speaker 4: so I think we didn't get that thing that we
- 1:14:42Speaker 4: got with you guys where we got to see you
- 1:14:45Speaker 4: in your home. Right. Like for to see like kind
- 1:14:47Speaker 4: of even before you started doing stuff, we really got
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: to know like. Jill Zarin and Bobby and like you
- 1:14:53Speaker 4: and your husband and like all that stuff. And so
- 1:14:55Speaker 4: I think it like, so I think when it began,
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: people were a little bit like, and when it began,
- 1:15:00Speaker 4: I was kind of like, can we just save a
- 1:15:02Speaker 4: couple of them and bring back some of you guys
- 1:15:04Speaker 4: and mix it? Right. Which I still think they could do,
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: but I still think I'd rather just have both casts.
- 1:15:11Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:15:11Speaker 4: I'd still rather have you guys do something.
- 1:15:13Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:15:13Speaker 6: Whether it's more ultimate girls trips or whatever.
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:15:16Speaker 6: Or shorter things so you can do other stuff.
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: Yeah, below deck. The OGs on below deck would be amazing.
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: Of course, we'd be above deck.
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: Any stuff like that.
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: I think it'd be great. The OGs take over the world.
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: We can go anywhere.
- 1:15:31Speaker 4: Yeah, I think it could be. And I think maybe
- 1:15:34Speaker 4: that's what we do.
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: Right. Yeah, we'll just send the OGs on a mission.
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: I think you do a bunch of different things, which
- 1:15:40Speaker 4: is good because then you're not beholden to stay– in
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: your house where they're filming you for whatever.
- 1:15:46Speaker 6: What is a normal, how long is a season?
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: Three, four months. Three, four months. Yeah.
- 1:15:50Speaker 4: That is really long.
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: So, you know, listen, we got eight episodes in Ultimate
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: Girls Trip.
- 1:15:54Speaker 4: We have eight to look forward to? Yeah.
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: Yeah. Seven days, eight episodes.
- 1:15:58Speaker 4: This is a great time.
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: We worked really hard.
- 1:16:00Speaker 4: When does that come out?
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: December. Beginning of December. I'm not, I don't have an
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: air date yet, but soon.
- 1:16:05Speaker 4: I wish it was already airing before BravoCon, but we'll.
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: Have, you know, Salt Lake. I'm sure we'll have news
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: at BravoCon.
- 1:16:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:16:12Speaker 4: The exact date. Wait, I want to get to Salt
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: Lake is crazy.
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not so up on Salt Lake.
- 1:16:20Speaker 6: Did you know that Meryl Streep and her husband are
- 1:16:22Speaker 6: getting divorced?
- 1:16:22Speaker 4: No. They were separated.
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: She has a type, huh? Well, I heard that she-
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: I met her previous husband before that. No, they've been
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: together 45 years. Really?
- 1:16:32Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: You couldn't have met him.
- 1:16:35Speaker 4: Did you meet him when you were six?
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: Meryl Streep, no.
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: No, they've been married for 45 years. They've been separated-
- 1:16:42Speaker 4: for six, but now they're actually divorcing.
- 1:16:45Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: And, okay, a rumor heard a long time ago from
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: a very good source was that she always, she would,
- 1:16:55Speaker 4: they had a thing where if she wanted to have
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: an affair while she was on set, it was like, okay. Uh-huh.
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: Kind of the first of like the open, like if
- 1:17:01Speaker 4: this is how I'm gonna get into the character, if
- 1:17:04Speaker 4: I'm with this person. Right. Then it is what it is.
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: Makes sense to me. I mean... Yeah, it's a tricky tightrope.
- 1:17:15Speaker 4: Right, yeah. And I think he was just like, okay.
- 1:17:18Speaker 4: But I mean, it is interesting when someone gets divorced
- 1:17:20Speaker 4: after a long time.
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: Well, yeah, 45 years is a long time.
- 1:17:23Speaker 4: Jada got a lot... I read that book.
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: Oh.
- 1:17:27Speaker 4: And it was just... I really, really hope that Will
- 1:17:31Speaker 4: and she get divorced.
- 1:17:33Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:17:33Speaker 4: They have this weird thing where they're both like... Where
- 1:17:37Speaker 4: she's like, I'm miserable. And he's like, and we're going
- 1:17:40Speaker 4: to stay miserable together. And this is, we're failing. I'm like, why?
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: Why? Life is too short.
- 1:17:46Speaker 4: I know.
- 1:17:46Speaker 6: And you have a whole, you could.
- 1:17:47Speaker 4: Have a whole nother like 30 year marriage and live
- 1:17:50Speaker 4: till you're a hundred.
- 1:17:51Speaker 6: Like, why would you torture?
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: Right. So I'm really hoping.
- 1:17:55Speaker 4: And then she, she said that she did get together
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: with girls at the beginning of her, but she doesn't anymore. Right.
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: Good for her.
- 1:18:02Speaker 4: I think they both enjoy.
- 1:18:03Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:18:04Speaker 2: So, and how's the book? Did you love the book?
- 1:18:07Speaker 4: Um, I mean, I read parts of the books, I
- 1:18:11Speaker 4: listened to parts of it, but no, she is just very,
- 1:18:18Speaker 4: I mean, I do believe she really is, from what
- 1:18:20Speaker 4: I understand, extremely narcissistic.
- 1:18:22Speaker 2: And a.
- 1:18:25Speaker 4: Lot about her happiness, like she does this weird gaslighting thing,
- 1:18:29Speaker 4: which this is what bothered me about her way back when,
- 1:18:32Speaker 4: is she had him come on the Red Table Talk,
- 1:18:36Speaker 4: And it was about the entanglement, when she slept with
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: her son's friend. And that all came out, because the
- 1:18:42Speaker 4: kid finally came forward.
- 1:18:43Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:18:44Speaker 4: But they didn't, she said, we were going to come
- 1:18:46Speaker 4: out and we were going to say, listen, we were
- 1:18:47Speaker 4: really separated, so therefore I didn't cheat.
- 1:18:49Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: And right before it happened, Will's like, I'm not willing
- 1:18:52Speaker 4: to share that but I'll like be accepting that you
- 1:18:55Speaker 4: had this entanglement. Right. So while they have that, then
- 1:18:58Speaker 4: she goes after him and she's like, for my 40th
- 1:19:01Speaker 4: birthday party and the daughter and the mother are there.
- 1:19:04Speaker 4: You threw me a party. And he's like, I did.
- 1:19:06Speaker 4: And she goes, and he's like, and you know, I
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: was so excited to have Mary J. Blige there and
- 1:19:11Speaker 4: all this stuff, this million dollar party. And, but then
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: I realized, and they're like, then you realize, I realized
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: I was doing it for myself.
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: And I was like, So it was like this weird.
- 1:19:22Speaker 4: Narcissistic circle going on. Yeah, like a lot of psychiatrists
- 1:19:28Speaker 4: jumped on it and was like, oh my God, there's
- 1:19:31Speaker 4: no way his intention was, I'm going to throw a
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: party so I look great.
- 1:19:36Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:19:36Speaker 4: So he throws, and then she was like, everyone thinks
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: you're great. And he's like, yeah, well, you did it.
- 1:19:42Speaker 4: And she like convinced him. And that's where I was like,
- 1:19:46Speaker 4: I really.
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: She convinced him that he did the party for himself.
- 1:19:48Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 1:19:49Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:19:50Speaker 4: Mm-hmm. And I was like, first of all, I can't
- 1:19:51Speaker 4: imagine anybody throwing me a party like that fabulous.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:19:55Speaker 4: I would be so thrilled. Right. So far from what,
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: and I just feel like she's just one of those
- 1:20:00Speaker 4: people where she is very manipulative.
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: I mean, I think. And maybe never happy. Who knows?
- 1:20:06Speaker 6: It sounds like she's miserable all the time.
- 1:20:08Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: And the mom's like, you were miserable on your wedding day.
- 1:20:11Speaker 4: She's like, I never wanted to marry you. You know that.
- 1:20:13Speaker 4: And they're like laughing about it.
- 1:20:14Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:20:15Speaker 4: Weird.
- 1:20:16Speaker 6: And I'm like, why would you want that?
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: I said, Like you're Will Smith.
- 1:20:19Speaker 6: You're worth like whatever, $ 300 million. You're gorgeous.
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: You're talented. Slap or not. Like you're going to have
- 1:20:25Speaker 4: a comeback, especially now after all this. Yeah. If he
- 1:20:28Speaker 4: did divorce her, start dating, go into the Oscars or
- 1:20:32Speaker 4: not for the next seven years, but he's banned.
- 1:20:34Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:20:35Speaker 4: Who cares? I think people are going to be so
- 1:20:37Speaker 4: like on his side now, even if they weren't before.
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:20:41Speaker 4: They're going to be like, look, this chick just fucked
- 1:20:44Speaker 4: you up.
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: Right. And yeah.
- 1:20:46Speaker 4: Yeah. Um, This is the prime minister of Italy, and
- 1:20:51Speaker 4: she had to leave her man because he wanted to
- 1:20:53Speaker 4: have threesomes. And I'm like, you can be running a country,
- 1:20:58Speaker 4: and it's still not enough.
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: It's still not enough. Oh, my God. And, you know, listen,
- 1:21:03Speaker 2: I lived in Milan. I lived in Italy. I love Italians. And,
- 1:21:10Speaker 2: you know, look at her.
- 1:21:12Speaker 5: Bye.
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: You want to sleep with other women? Okay, see you later. Exactly.
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: I mean, who needs that? But Italians are so known
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: for that, though. I mean, Italians would screw their best
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: friend's girlfriend in a heartbeat.
- 1:21:25Speaker 4: Totally.
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: I've seen it. I had an Italian boyfriend who was amazing.
- 1:21:30Speaker 2: And I had every guy who was a friend of
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: his try to bed me. I mean, I'm like, how
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: does that work? I mean, one guy said to me,
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: I'll meet you at church. I'm like, we want to
- 1:21:41Speaker 2: have sex in church in a pew? Swear to God.
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: This before you're married? This before I was married.
- 1:21:47Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: When I was single. And well, single, I had a boyfriend.
- 1:21:50Speaker 4: So, but is that the same as the French who
- 1:21:54Speaker 4: always have like a side piece or is that different?
- 1:21:57Speaker 4: Is it?
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: Well, you know, it's the same thing. I mean, in France,
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: you know, it's not unusual to have a mistress, you know,
- 1:22:05Speaker 2: everybody in Europe has a mistress, you know, it just
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: kind of goes.
- 1:22:09Speaker 4: But how do you, do you know, like at a
- 1:22:11Speaker 4: certain age, like I'm going to be the mistress or
- 1:22:13Speaker 4: I'm going to be the wife? Like, do you kind
- 1:22:15Speaker 4: of like, how do, as a woman, how does it
- 1:22:17Speaker 4: turn out that some are the wives and some of
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: the mistresses?
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: Well, you know, the.
- 1:22:21Speaker 4: Or are you also a wife and a mistress at
- 1:22:23Speaker 4: the same time? You know what I mean?
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: That would be ideal.
- 1:22:26Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: I'm your wife, but treat me like your mistress.
- 1:22:31Speaker 4: Right, yeah.
- 1:22:31Speaker 2: That would be perfect. But it's just the Kate, and
- 1:22:35Speaker 2: it's so widely accepted in Europe. Look at the art.
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: Look at the culture. Yeah. I mean, the Roman baths,
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: and French mistress, maîtresse, les maîtresses à la maison. I mean...
- 1:22:49Speaker 2: You know, it just kind of goes without saying. I mean,
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: it's a kind of a usual everyday thing that happens
- 1:22:54Speaker 2: in Europe, basically. And that people have mistresses.
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: And were you okay with that? Like when you've dated people,
- 1:23:00Speaker 4: are you okay with kind of having an open thing?
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: No, it doesn't work for me. In retrospect, you know,
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: it might now.
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: It's like, you do your thing, honey. I'll do mine.
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: And yeah, and let's stay married because we've got a
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: family and children. You know what I mean? So this
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: is how... A lot of, I think, Europeans stay married
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: is because they are given that hall pass. Right. You
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: know what I mean? They're not as strict, you know,
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: as like Americans, you know. And I think the.
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: Problem is, is that's probably been happening like that for
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: a long time and people are okay. And they have
- 1:23:32Speaker 4: those years or those decades where they do have some
- 1:23:36Speaker 4: dalliances or whatever, but then they come back as like,
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: you know, older people and they're down to stay together.
- 1:23:42Speaker 4: The problem with today is, Everybody, whether you're famous or not,
- 1:23:46Speaker 4: if you even have a business, it's like everything becomes
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: so public. And then you have the scrutiny of the
- 1:23:51Speaker 4: world being like, we don't like– I mean, that's why
- 1:23:54Speaker 4: they had– Jada and Will were like, well, we were separated,
- 1:23:57Speaker 4: but we didn't want the world to know.
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:23:59Speaker 4: And then everyone's.
- 1:23:59Speaker 6: Shocked because we knew you guys would all freak out
- 1:24:02Speaker 6: and be annoying about it.
- 1:24:03Speaker 2: Exactly. Yeah. And look at where they are.
- 1:24:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: That's the whole point, you know.
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: I feel like that's why a lot of people in
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: Europe stay married because they do have that whole pass.
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: And I feel like Americans are very puritanical in that way,
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: which is we can't do that, but we can show
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: porn or we can see this in movies, et cetera.
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: But it's a very puritanical way of looking at things.
- 1:24:31Speaker 2: I think that there's a lot to be said. Like
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: my brother's been married for over 40 years. My parents
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: were married for over 50 years. So I love that.
- 1:24:42Speaker 2: If you find that person that you grow with. Right.
- 1:24:45Speaker 2: But to be married that long and not have the
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: same– how can anybody be the same after 30 years?
- 1:24:52Speaker 4: Right. Right?
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: 40 years. Either you grow together or you don't.
- 1:24:55Speaker 4: Grow apart, yeah. Yeah.
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: Okay, tell us– Well, you've been married for a long time, right?
- 1:24:59Speaker 4: I've been married 23 years, yeah. Amazing.
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: Amazing.
- 1:25:01Speaker 4: Amazing.
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: Congratulations. I saw your husband. He's very handsome.
- 1:25:04Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: Very handsome.
- 1:25:05Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: I will make sure he knows that.
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: He does now.
- 1:25:10Speaker 4: Now, listen, I've seen you so many times. And it
- 1:25:13Speaker 4: is always the best time to go to a Countess
- 1:25:16Speaker 4: Luann show.
- 1:25:17Speaker 2: Oh, thank you.
- 1:25:17Speaker 4: It is always so fun. Get the groups together. You
- 1:25:20Speaker 4: will never leave disappointed.
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: That's right. I always see people coming in a Toyota
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: and they drive out in a Rolls Royce because they
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: don't know what to expect.
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: You know, it's really pop culture meets cabaret meets comedy.
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: And what's great is like a BravoCon or like one
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: of my shows, you're going to be with fun people
- 1:25:37Speaker 4: that like the same shit, that are in a good mood,
- 1:25:39Speaker 4: that just want to have some fun and drink and
- 1:25:41Speaker 4: know all the references that you know.
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 1:25:44Speaker 6: So tell us what shows you have coming up.
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: Well, I'm in Minnesota coming up November 3rd. Oh, you're
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: doing that right before BravoCon? I'm doing it right before BravoCon.
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: I arrive on Saturday to BravoCon, so I'm missing Friday night.
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: Hey, Minnesota people, if you can't go to Vegas, get
- 1:26:02Speaker 4: the next best thing and go.
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: Yeah, and Prior Lakes, right? Nice. And then I'm in Houston, Chicago.
- 1:26:10Speaker 4: Best cities. Atlanta.
- 1:26:12Speaker 2: Atlanta. New Orleans.
- 1:26:15Speaker 4: Oh, that'll be fun.
- 1:26:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:26:16Speaker 2: And then New York. I end up in New York
- 1:26:19Speaker 2: for the holidays.
- 1:26:19Speaker 6: For the Christmas.
- 1:26:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:26:21Speaker 6: Which I have this here. You're going to be there
- 1:26:22Speaker 6: for three nights.
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: Somebody just texted me that I'm sold out since a
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: while ago in New York. Because this is at the.
- 1:26:29Speaker 4: 54 Below, which is the first place you started doing it.
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: Exactly. That's where I got my start.
- 1:26:34Speaker 4: And I love it because, well, I think I had
- 1:26:37Speaker 4: the best booth. Yeah.
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: And it's great because you eat.
- 1:26:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:26:42Speaker 6: You have delicious food.
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: And the food is good.
- 1:26:44Speaker 4: It's like the best night ever. So hopefully they have
- 1:26:47Speaker 4: more dates for you. Yeah.
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: I'm going to let them know because somebody just reached
- 1:26:51Speaker 2: out to me and asked one of our producers from Bravo.
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: So I can't get tickets. Can you help me out?
- 1:26:56Speaker 2: And like, it's such a small room. Right. You know,
- 1:26:59Speaker 2: normally I have comp seats at a lot of my shows,
- 1:27:01Speaker 2: but this one in particular, I just don't because there's
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: no room.
- 1:27:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:27:05Speaker 5: Well, good.
- 1:27:05Speaker 2: But it's a good problem to have.
- 1:27:07Speaker 4: It's a great problem to have.
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: Like you, you're sold out in Vegas, which is amazing.
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: And it's such a nice thing.
- 1:27:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:27:12Speaker 4: And, you know, here you are.
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: I get to keep Barbie? You can keep her. I'll
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: let you keep her. I'll let you keep her.
- 1:27:18Speaker 4: Look at her.
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: She's great.
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: Her hair is longer now. It's a little messy because
- 1:27:22Speaker 4: she got laid last night.
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: Oh, my God. She's got that, yeah, that ridden hard,
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: put away wet kind of look. She's a hot mess,
- 1:27:32Speaker 2: which is so not me. But you know what? I'm
- 1:27:34Speaker 2: sure everybody's. I'm glad somebody's getting. Oh, wait, look, her
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: tits are coming out. Oh, whoops, her boobs are coming out.
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: I'm glad somebody's getting some action. There's my Barbie girl.
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: I love it. Everyone follow. I still have this dress.
- 1:27:45Speaker 4: I know everyone follows you. And it's Countess Luann. Yes.
- 1:27:48Speaker 4: And all the good stuff. And you've got, I know
- 1:27:50Speaker 4: you have some other exciting things coming that we'll hear
- 1:27:52Speaker 4: about soon.
- 1:27:53Speaker 2: So there you go. Oh, yeah. A lot of exciting
- 1:27:55Speaker 2: stuff coming up.
- 1:27:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:27:56Speaker 4: Thanks, girl.
- 1:27:57Speaker 2: Life is a cabaret.
- 1:27:58Speaker 4: Yes, it is.
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: Love you, darling.
- 1:28:00Speaker 4: Just sing a little Money Can't Buy You Class.
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: Money can't buy you class. Elegance is learned, my friends.
- 1:28:09Speaker 4: Oh, it's friends.
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: I said my friends. I say friends now.
- 1:28:13Speaker 4: Okay, good. Great.
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: Thank you. The car is beautiful. Where did you end
- 1:28:19Speaker 2: up going for it? This exclusive place that Dada's connections with.
- 1:28:23Speaker 4: They have more cars for more dealerships than like anywhere else.
- 1:28:25Speaker 2: You have to put me in touch.
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: What's it called?
- 1:28:28Speaker 2: It's Dunaidial.
- 1:28:30Speaker 5: Where?
- 1:28:31Speaker 2: Dunaidial.
- 1:28:32Speaker 4: There's an accent on the E.
- 1:28:36Speaker 2: Do you mean... Yes, I got it on done deal, cars.
- 1:28:38Speaker 3: Lift?
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: Please.
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: Kimmage?
- 1:28:41Speaker 4: Oh, Kimmage. No. Dundale Cars.
- 1:28:44Speaker 3: You couldn't possibly go anywhere else.
