- 0:08[SPEAKER_00]: My two favorite words, the equity and compound interest.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_03]: How did you get here?
- 0:11[SPEAKER_03]: How do you have millions in real estate?
- 0:15[SPEAKER_03]: How do you travel for free?
- 0:17[SPEAKER_03]: How do you get back to your community?
- 0:18[SPEAKER_03]: How do you do all these things?
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: We don't ask how much it calls, we ask how much it'll make us.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_00]: Just to extra cash flow, literally have you to credit card to purchase the real estate and Dubai.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: And so, for me, this is hearing, and hoard all this knowledge and hoard all these resources, and money will be just an abomination to me.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_03]: Well, it starts in the mine first, and it doesn't stop in your pocket.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_03]: I know you want to watch this next video, but listen, if you are an entrepreneur, business coach, business consultant or a small business owner who has a story and wants to learn how to create multiple strings of income from your story.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_03]: I need you to text me right now.

- 1:06[SPEAKER_03]: I have been an author for over 12 years, I've written 10 books, four of them have been best sellers, and I've sold over 100,000 books, but I've also helped a lot of my clients, take their expertise and put it into a story, then create multiple streams of income from that.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_03]: So I wanna help you do the same thing.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_03]: So text my book to six, four, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_03]: I, let's go back to the video.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_03]: So welcome to another awesome episode of Inside The Vault with Ashcast.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_03]: The greatest money mindset show on the planet today.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_03]: We're tapping into a blueprint that starts at long view, Texas, and stretches all the way to Dubai.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_03]: From Jukego buses and cross country runs to credit cards, real estate and global investments.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_03]: This brother didn't just beat the odds.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_03]: He hacked the system.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_03]: He's a track coach, a community leader, a real estate investor and a funding strategist who turned bad credit and no direction into multiple income streams, international property, and total financial freedom all while staying rooted.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_03]: in his purpose.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_03]: He didn't just build wealth.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_03]: He built it with intention, with strategy, and with heart.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_03]: And now he's teaching others how to run their own race from credit to keys, from funding to freedom.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_03]: Please welcome the founder of Credit to Real Estate, the man behind the money, the mindset, and the balance.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_03]: My God, Lee, how to sit in the building?
- 2:52[SPEAKER_00]: Well, uh, other than that.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_00]: And that was, that was, that was so amazing.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: Do it again, I ain't never had one like that.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_03]: That's it.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_03]: I'm excited about this interview, man, because I think a lot of times, people believe that in order to create financial freedom, you have to come from money, you have to have money, you have to, you know, just be well off, right?
- 3:18[SPEAKER_03]: Cause because we hear this.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_03]: You got to have money to make money, but this one is so dope.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_03]: This interview because you've learned, right?
- 3:27[SPEAKER_03]: You've like literally had the system, like you've literally learned how to live off of other people's money and then actually build wealth through other people's money.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_03]: So we want to, you know, I want to dissect all of that.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_03]: I want to get to the bottom of how are you building wealth using other people's money.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_03]: But before we start, before we get there.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: And y'all all words, who is Lee Patterson?
- 3:50[SPEAKER_00]: Who is Lee Patterson, man of God, man of faith, man of the people, somebody who saw beyond his current situation, somebody who just knew that there was something greater and bigger out there for him, because of God.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_00]: You know, God said, well, we
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: if we can believe we can achieve and if we manifested and if we pray and we ask and his name we got it.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: So I always tell people like I might have grew a broke, but I ain't never been poor.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_00]: You're right because it says in the good book that God owns it all, he got it all.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_00]: And so again, growing up in faith, sometimes it's hard to, you might not believe it, believe it,
- 4:27[SPEAKER_00]: I was too stupid, not to believe, but what else I don't believe in?
- 4:29[SPEAKER_00]: Pretty cool.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 4:31[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you believe in a lot of crazy stuff.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: So I chose to believe in the positive.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_00]: So I couldn't, I don't want them people.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: I couldn't wait to be grown.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: You know, they be like, man, stay young.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_00]: Long as you can.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_00]: I can wait to carve out my own story.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: And to who you see today, Lee Patterson, and I like to say,
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: I took that risk.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_00]: This is what the other side of the risk looked like saying here with the legend, as trans talking to your people, bro.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 4:55[SPEAKER_00]: So that's who I am.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's a man of people, a man of uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: You know, just just live on the great commission and God is giving me in my life, which I say you doing so I mean you inspire me.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: I appreciate you.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_03]: You said something that's that's an interesting and intriguing and I don't want the audience to miss it.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_03]: You said you grew up broke, but you would never pour, expand on that for me.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: You know, hey.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: You know, sometimes you don't really know you, but like I can tell you something, you know, the whole, you know, shouting outside and the light's going out, you like the candle, just going through the struggles of my parents with the boars, man, just the whole night yours.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_00]: We used to grow our own vegetables, pick peas, and you know, I know you city boy.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so again now, we know we went fishing,
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: stuff that y'all just never knew like we never flew.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: I never flew till I came to college.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: I never left the state of Texas.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: You know what you need to leave state of Texas.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: So be it.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: But you know what I'm saying?
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: I really never even left my home town until later in like my teens.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_00]: And that was because of high school.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know what I'm saying and so like that that's that's how we grew up, man And that's something the things like I just I always think about When it comes to when I see an in front of audience like you're them with people with you and people ask me who I am like came from Why and how was I
- 6:31[SPEAKER_00]: You know, what's the difference between broke and poor, right?
- 6:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I said?
- 6:34[SPEAKER_00]: Because it might have already knew when I left long view, it was on.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I knew, yeah, movies that can be fake, but I also met a few people that it was real.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 6:46[SPEAKER_00]: And so once I just smelled, not taste, but just smelled that it could be a reality.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: And then it was on.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_03]: And so I want, I want to, I want to talk about,
- 6:57[SPEAKER_03]: I want to talk about your upbringing and what you came from and things of that nature, but I want to fast forward a little bit because as you sit here now, you've built a multi-million dollar portfolio, you have real estate, you have, you travel the world, you've been around the world, you're doing so much great things in your community, and you've done that through leveraging credit.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, talk a little bit about that for me.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe back up, somebody to learn how to leverage money.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_00]: You'll work for somebody who will and that stuck with me and a lot of people who come to me to this day.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just like what what kind of assets do you have right because the bank is trying to lend you on something you Can leverage or something that you own or calf control or let's say control right?
- 7:54[SPEAKER_00]: You won't read on most people got alone on a lot of stuff and so and you know we try to get in much that as we can and meaning
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: good debt, and so that we can leverage our assets.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's what I first learned, like, okay, what is the debt we need to learn?
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: And then I learned everything started with your credit.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: All right, unless you had millions came from money, but
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: it starts with your credit and I understood right away I had control over.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't no black white thing poor rich thing.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: It was a discipline thing.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 8:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_00]: And so you're discipline enough to do the five facts of credit which is, you know, pay people on time, pay people back, keep your utilization down, you know, learn, you know, other things come with like the bar and money and stuff
- 8:50[SPEAKER_00]: I can do that.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_00]: I ain't too smart isn't where I know.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_00]: I went to Georgia and I was I got a I got a degree But I promise you I've never used to degree a day in my life and I tell people like if I can do it Anybody do it.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_00]: I'll definitely you know I'm saying so you know what comes with that man I tell people I I got a degree just based off trying to stay eligible
- 9:08[SPEAKER_00]: And that's just what happened when we came with it at the end of those four years of five years, you know what I mean?
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: So that's where the leverage all began for me and just to this day still just manifest with me, because it just allows you to do what you really wanted.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_03]: And so what was it was it like was it trial and error?
- 9:28[SPEAKER_03]: Like did you like did somebody say Lee?
- 9:32[SPEAKER_03]: Bill Wellf borrow money and do it this way or was it like you know I you I can't bump in my like like like take me like how do you how do you have millions in real estate how do you travel for free how do you do how do you how do you give back to your community how do you how do you do all these things like how did you get here like how do you
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: You know, real estate is the number one wealth bill right so I didn't really know that, but I also knew that Everybody wants a house that's the kind of the American dream and that was part of the American dream that I first saw that The which I guess my education was number one then You know go to college right and then get a house or whatnot and so once I saw that how to get a house
- 10:19[SPEAKER_00]: you run into the banker, you run into a religion, they got a list of things you have to do to even get approved.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_00]: And so going through that process, taught me basically, first of all, got to have a creditor, right?
- 10:32[SPEAKER_00]: Got to have a job, got to have stability, and whatnot.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: So once I got all that stuff down, um,
- 10:38[SPEAKER_00]: I got their first piece of property, and then I had already been told for my teammate kind of how the leverage the house into a housing hack, he like, yo rent the rooms out.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like it.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: Who in college?
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: Well, Africa.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa, Africa
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: After college, you know, you just, I'm always in an always trying to evolve state, right with you.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: You want to be, you know, I tell my kids that I coach 1% better each day.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_00]: But I wanted to be in a better situation than, um, obviously, than what I was and I always had dreams and ambition.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: How do you get to those?
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: And I was smart enough to study the rich.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_00]: right and again went back to real estate and all had some form of real estate in a portfolio I don't even know much about you, but I'm sure you want some some real stuff you see them saying so again if you look at most
- 11:35[SPEAKER_00]: Most independent people, or I'm sorry, most wealthy people they are going to have some type of real estate that they own And so I just again, I just took that journey to where I got my first piece of property then.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, all right What's next?
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: And so I got introduced to the the food business
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_00]: And this was right around the time that the founder came out McDonald's.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_00]: And so, you know, everybody, oh, let's see how that goes.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_00]: You know, Dean, I realized like McDonald's is the biggest real estate owner in the world.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: I really, you know, I'm saying, but it makes sense.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_00]: And then I understood that I started watching it.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_00]: I was intrigued by it.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: You know, me.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: And so I went into the food business and we bought some restaurants and Zastbees.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: And we
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: went and took over some like you know a couple of people who wanted to get out so we bought them out.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: You had ownership.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, we had ownership.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_00]: I had a small stake, like 33 percent.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_00]: 30 cents.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I think 30 cents.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_00]: It was winning.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_00]: So I moved out to Arkansas for like six months.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: State of the hotel.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_00]: We flip and turn over getting these stores back to profitable and efficient and then turn around and we were
- 12:50[SPEAKER_00]: then I, I just was like, good money, but it was just not what I thought like would be like, you know, a whole lot of money with no time to do what you want to do with it.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_00]: Your health fitness suffering because you're in a store all day, making things happen, and you're too tired when you get home to, you know, do things like that.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: And so I was like, you know what, I think I,
- 13:13[SPEAKER_00]: want to try something else because what I did found out in the real estate that it wasn't anything about the food.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't about the restaurant.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: It was the dirt that was sitting on right those two entities.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that was we had a we started LLC for the dirt we bought and then we bought the the French I think because that's we so we built the building on the dirt you the the building and chicken to pay off the dirt and as well as the athletes right and so once we paid off the dirt
- 13:44[SPEAKER_00]: pretty money.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_03]: So just for clarity or to explain to the audience is, you know, you have the opportunity to become a minority partner into, you know, Zaxby's restaurant, realize watching a founder realize that the game, even in franchising, even in the restaurant business, the game was real estate, right?
- 14:07[SPEAKER_03]: And was able to, you know, you know, even in buying
- 14:13[SPEAKER_03]: you were able to have two LLCs, one on the property, the other one on the business, and then using the money from the business to pay off the, or that's right.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_00]: And so what I end up doing is my first piece of land or a property that I bought was a five-barum house, and I'm in a college town and I just rented out the rooms because I was gone, and I was on the road.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_00]: He knew what I'm saying, and so I rented out, and I was making,
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: I had got a taste of real estate, you know what I mean?
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: And so my journey with the whole going back into really starting the skill this thing, well, I know it's enough with the food business, I had a teammate.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_00]: He was doing this on a relatively large scale where he was doing college housing.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_00]: And so I was just like, all right, tell me what you do.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_00]: But on a run we were running every day.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: So I literally tell people I learned this stuff by going on a six of my run every day with my old teammate Wow, and I was just pick his brain.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: He graciously answered every single question.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_00]: And so I took the information he gave me implemented in what I started doing and came with my own niche Which was Reading by the door and in a college town because I could get small town prices right and ran for a city
- 15:34[SPEAKER_00]: So it was a game changer for me and so I just again I just leveraged that knowledge to start my journey into a skill in this and then I ran out of money.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_00]: And that's when I hopped in, oh, that's when I doing the game, because you got all you got to be up up your game.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure you probably have been to a maximum, within the last six months to learn more.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_00]: For sure.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_00]: All of our skills.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_00]: And so you got to always be evolving, or you'll be evaporating, right?
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: And so I learned how to leverage business credit.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_00]: to get funding.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_00]: I had never heard this concept before, which is still a booming concept.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously still a lot of people haven't heard of it.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_00]: I've implemented it to my business.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_00]: And so once I learned business funding, game change before, because that's like unlimited cash that I had access to in the banker.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_00]: your lawyer and your ruler will be three most important people in your business.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_00]: You're really looking brand new deals for the most part.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_00]: You have your bankers not going to fund you on a terrible deal.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: And your lawyer is going to make sure to contract what you're getting into is legit.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: So always tell people those are your most important people in your business when doing this.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's how this thing started for me and how it is still going.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I love that because I think that, you know, if I hate you correctly, it's you surrounded yourself around people, right, who kind of knew information, you know, more than you knew, you were soaking up the game as you were doing that, and along the way, you were learning.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_03]: how to implement the game for yourself, right?
- 17:16[SPEAKER_03]: So now you're doing your buyer real estate.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_03]: You run out of money.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_03]: You learn how to leverage the bank's money in order to get what you desire.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_03]: You've been somebody instrumental in using credit cards and travel hacking as well.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_03]: So not only were you using credit cards,
- 17:42[SPEAKER_03]: to buy assets.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_03]: you will also gaining points from those assets, you also live a life.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_03]: Talk a little bit about that for me.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I want to go hand in hand.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_00]: This is the credit, but it's why I'm like, when you get into something, don't quit.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_00]: See it through, right?
- 17:56[SPEAKER_00]: Cause you've got to fill your way through it.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: Or get smarter through it, right?
- 18:00[SPEAKER_00]: Or you're learning to just learn how to get smarter and how you approach it.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_00]: And so, I'm using a credit card.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_00]: I learned a credit card hacking.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_00]: I learned credit card stacking.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_00]: And then once you get into this,
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: to the needy gritty while I was taking the 20-25% from the credit card at the end of the 70-75% from the bank.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm getting boo-coo points, right?
- 18:24[SPEAKER_00]: And so, and then I had a rehab.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_00]: So now I'm taking that same the card rehab and a joint.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_00]: And so...
- 18:32[SPEAKER_00]: Even a side that I always tell people you don't even have a business like did you use your credit card right You're rent pay your car no most people you have that pay water bill You will accumulate enough points to at least take one trip One trip yeah round trip yeah Maybe first class if you do it right yeah around the world wherever you want to go yeah Yeah, but for almost a fact yeah, but what so so if I understand you correctly you're saying
- 19:00[SPEAKER_03]: the everyday things that you spend money on.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_03]: So you're gonna have to buy gas.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_03]: You're gonna have to buy groceries.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_03]: You're gonna have to pay rent.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_03]: All those things that you pay for, you're saying why not pay with a credit card, because you have the cash, you have the paying it anyway.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_03]: Pay it with a credit card, credit card gives you points.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_03]: Use the cash that you have to pay off the credit card.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_03]: But now you have points that you can use,
- 19:27[SPEAKER_00]: even to redeem cash to redeem so that's that's that's what you say to do sure yeah man it's it's like not only that yeah the credit card protects you right like if you need to do a cashback or somebody do bad business
- 19:41[SPEAKER_00]: They will handle the dispute for you.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_00]: You feel me.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_00]: So it's just another like a layer of protection for you that you don't get through a debit card.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_03]: And definitely not.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_03]: What about the people who, because I, because I, you know, I have cards, you know, people think about the cash back.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_03]: So that's the thing.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_03]: Like,
- 19:58[SPEAKER_03]: But they got charged me $400.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_03]: There's a membership fee.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_00]: What would you say to those people who would look at that?
- 20:04[SPEAKER_00]: So their pros and cons to each car, right?
- 20:06[SPEAKER_00]: So like if you're like in the business like what we do, what we run ass, I'm gonna tell you to get the go card, right?
- 20:11[SPEAKER_00]: Because if you triple the point, yeah.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, anybody giving out triple the points.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_00]: And we run a lot of money through ass.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_00]: And so that card is about $400.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_00]: a year, but if you do, if you just do the math, it'll make sense.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 20:28[SPEAKER_00]: And so there's also more benefits than just that.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and so it's just like
- 20:33[SPEAKER_00]: That's not a big deterrent because they also know that they got to get more value than what the court calls, right, but most people, but they also bet on most people not taking advantage of it.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_00]: I do.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_00]: I'm in a lounges.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's all kind of stuff.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_00]: Man, I'm getting it out today's clutch.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_00]: It's clutch.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm looking at it at the people like, man, it's fine.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_03]: That's about it.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_03]: You go, like, let's say, like, people like us who we travel a lot.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I'm always traveling different places.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_03]: Imagine, right?
- 21:00[SPEAKER_03]: And if I'm on the go and I got to grab something to eat, if I'm buying airport food, right?
- 21:06[SPEAKER_03]: Let's just say I'm minimum, if I travel five times.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_03]: The cost of buying airport food, five times, pay for the cart.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_03]: More than $10, you know, yeah, yeah, yeah, you already know.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I think.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_03]: And then so now you're using that money, you're, so it's another question for you, right?
- 21:26[SPEAKER_03]: How are you, like, how are you paying,
- 21:29[SPEAKER_03]: like how you buy and property and paying rent and all that stuff with a credit card like like do these places take credit cards Yeah, so most rent rental places now.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_00]: This is the minutes 2025.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_00]: You know like they're taking they got portals, right?
- 21:42[SPEAKER_00]: They're good.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_00]: What I use a lot of been a lot of my tendons use a credit card was great.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_00]: I know that's that money good.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_00]: Right
- 21:48[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying is so most with that with the what you car, you can use third party things like plastic that that's what I use That's extended.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_00]: It's in a wiring your behalf check or ACH.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_00]: I want to do it.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's a small fee.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's worth it in the end From a point standpoint, but mostly you know and just from just
- 22:10[SPEAKER_00]: you being able to keep cash on hand if you need it.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying like, I tell people like, I want to spend your money for spending money.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_00]: Max, you know, and so, especially if I can get it, some type of small benefit from AK points.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_00]: So you can do cash back, give cars, travel.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_00]: I use majority of my travel, because I'll do a point transfer, that's another thing.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_00]: I really don't even matter what the point is, or if you go on there, it'll tell you where you can go
- 22:40[SPEAKER_00]: And almost 100% of the places are one the one, but there are a lot of them that are two the one, which means you get double your points to wherever you're transferring it to and those things you can see before you even do it.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, I love that.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_03]: So not give give us some game man, give us some games so.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_03]: You know, obviously, you know, you learned this through mentorship, through people teaching you things in that nature, trial and error, all that good stuff, but I want my insiders.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_03]: I want my audience to, like, I want them to, to try and fail.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_03]: I want them to get the game directly from somebody who's been successful doing it.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_03]: And so, you know, you know, you know, I will consider you like, like, you're a beast.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_03]: Like, when it comes to using other people's money, right?
- 23:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_03]: business funding using OPM.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_03]: So, bring it down for me.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_03]: How can the average person go from credit to keys?
- 23:31[SPEAKER_00]: So, credit to keys, you're going to install with your person, right?
- 23:35[SPEAKER_00]: Clean up your personal credit, right?
- 23:37[SPEAKER_00]: Your credit score is important because it's a part of the process.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_00]: And so, this money that we're going out of is we PG in it, right?
- 23:46[SPEAKER_00]: We don't need no bank account.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_00]: We don't need no tax statements.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_00]: We don't need all this stuff.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_00]: We're
- 23:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's the only time we use in our person.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_00]: So people like with my score at XYZ, well, your score is just not the only thing that they're looking at.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_00]: We're looking at the entire profile, right?
- 24:02[SPEAKER_00]: So once we get our credit straight, now we're going to go and obviously get funded and that's
- 24:10[SPEAKER_00]: We got three tiers of credit cards we go to.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_00]: We go out to the big dials first.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_00]: Chase, AMX, discover those those kind of like those.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_00]: We go out to them.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: Chase is the best because they give you zero percent.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_00]: And so now once we know what we're funded for.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_00]: We go out the income producing asset because I know everybody's not interested in real estate And then a lot of people already have a bin and they're just trying to skill it So what I do is I turn around and I go in this instance real estate speak on real estate We go find a house or four plaques or what do plaques?
- 24:46[SPEAKER_00]: Whatever we're gonna run the numbers.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_00]: You got always got to run the numbers and so
- 24:51[SPEAKER_00]: In the rental business and rental space, if you're going to hold it, we always want to rent out for 1% of the purchase price.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_00]: So if it's a $100k, we need to rent that bad boy for $1,000, all right?
- 25:01[SPEAKER_00]: So that way, that makes, because the mortgage on that is going to be 80, could run the brain 20% to the table.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_00]: So 20% or $20,000 on a credit card at zero percent.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: There's roughly about 500 bucks, you know what I'm saying, it might not even be that much.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_00]: And then 80K on a mortgage is roughly 3,400 bucks, maybe 400 bucks.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_00]: So you add those up $400 and $300,900.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_00]: You if you're in the $4,000 you just cash flow like a hundred bucks right and it's not a lot but a bunch of those added up together is is is where you kind of want to get to yeah so that's just a quick kind of picture you can paint now it's harder and a lot to it's harder way harder now just because.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_00]: housing, causes, stupid, and interest rates is double what I started out paying.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, I'm saying.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_03]: And one of the things, you know, and I love that you said that, right?
- 26:01[SPEAKER_03]: Because, you know, when you do the math, you've now just used a credit card.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_03]: to buy an asset that assets cash loan, but the other piece of it too is that this is an asset that can actually grow, right?
- 26:15[SPEAKER_03]: When you start thinking about the equity that you get, right?
- 26:20[SPEAKER_03]: The equity is growing and so even down a line, even if you're just cash loan $100 for this particular property, like you said, you could consider you to do it.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_03]: But even, you know, as you've let that sit, that property most likely is going to grow in equity.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_03]: So now you have access to pulling some equity and kind of doing that all over the world.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_00]: The funny thing that crazy thing about that, I've taken that the equity and that I've got and either these properties or just the extra cash flow and literally have used the credit card to purchase real estate and do buy.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: So people, how do you do that?
- 26:55[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just like, man, they just do stuff different over there.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_00]: If you're never been, you should go.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_00]: And if you're interested in real estate, you really should go and just, or tapping with me and really learning is just because everything that they build there is not all site but is in process of being being built.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_00]: So I almost treated like a glorified investment or piggy bank, right?
- 27:17[SPEAKER_00]: Because it'll be done in Q1, 2021, six, bought it last year.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_00]: and I've already got 60 to 70,000 in equity already.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_00]: Again, I'm using my credit card.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_00]: Pay it every single one.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_00]: So, you were able to become an international investor.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_00]: Using credit card.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm blind.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: That's how great this thing is once you learn how the power of a credit card works and the power of just investing work.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like my two favorite words, the equity and compound interest, and I wish they would talk me that in high school, because I would have been way more attentive in math, but I don't think they taught us that in math, but you, I would try to figure out, like, all right, what we learn more about this, this here at.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_00]: And so, um, that's how I've learned, or that's one of the advantages that I have used to credit card for the most.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's just not just, you know, you know, it's clearly not by dumpster.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_00]: But when I do by dumpster, it's plenty left on, you know, I'm making enough to cover, you know, I'm saying, I'm making enough, I got enough assets to cover the liability.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_03]: And I love, again, I love that because again, at the end of the day, like you said, it's like you're able to use credit cards to, you know, you know, become an investor.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_03]: And then, you know, again, like as those public suspects, like a place like Dubai,
- 28:44[SPEAKER_03]: with properties are, there's a lot of expats there, right?
- 28:48[SPEAKER_03]: So people who are former, you know, from the US or whatever the case may be, you also have, you know, the property is gonna like start to go up.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_03]: And so now you're literally using credit costs to build well.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_03]: So like, like, you know, I don't, you know, people like Dave Ramsey, who are like against credit,
- 29:08[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, I can hear as this plays, because there's more poor people than they are rich.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_00]: Why he rich?
- 29:17[SPEAKER_00]: He's his message resonates with them and a lot of them do need to hear his message.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_00]: It does have a place.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to be rich, if you want to be wealthy, you better learn how to leverage OPM.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_00]: It's that simple.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's the important thing.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_03]: But not use it for liability.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_03]: That's the thing, right?
- 29:37[SPEAKER_03]: Because you start thinking about, you know, I get it, right?
- 29:40[SPEAKER_03]: Like a Dave Ramsey, and I don't knock him either because like you said, I think the vice has the place.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_03]: But when you're going to use OPM,
- 29:47[SPEAKER_03]: don't use other people's money to buy their liabilities, right?
- 29:51[SPEAKER_03]: So don't, don't buy the Lamborghini, don't buy the clothes, don't buy these things that will depreciate and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, right, yeah, and value, but use it to buy a, you know, income producing or appreciating assets, right?
- 30:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_03]: So, so talk to me about mentorship, man, because I know you have a five-day challenge coming up.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:15[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_03]: you know, why is mentorship important?
- 30:17[SPEAKER_03]: Because I know you, um, you know, in order for you to do something, in order for you to teach, you have to be teachable.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and I know a lot of what you've been able to do is, you know, you've invested your money into mentors and to master minds and to programs, talk a little bit about mentorship.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_03]: What has mentorship done, done for you?
- 30:36[SPEAKER_00]: Man, look, I'm six figures plus and today's thing and like I always tell people you would never ever, ever regret
- 31:05[SPEAKER_00]: and you use your GPS, what's the first thing you, you, you need, you need the direct direction.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're trying to get in the real estate and you're trying to get funding or you're trying to get a wealthy, what are you going to do?
- 31:18[SPEAKER_00]: Do you going to, you're going to need the direction?
- 31:21[SPEAKER_00]: So what's the best way in the faster way to get to to somewhere is by asking or getting somebody, I'm to the point
- 31:32[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm available.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 31:34[SPEAKER_00]: So like, so get somebody in like, I tell people all the time money loves speed.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_00]: That's the fact.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 31:41[SPEAKER_00]: And so yeah, yeah, it is on YouTube.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_00]: It is on YouTube.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_00]: the internet.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_00]: Go knock yourself out.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_03]: But you know, but you know, but you know, but you know the thing about that.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_03]: No, too.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_03]: And you know, you know, obviously, I'm a mentor, you know, but I'm also a mentee, right?
- 32:00[SPEAKER_03]: I also, you know, pay for mentorship myself, right?
- 32:04[SPEAKER_03]: Just like yourself, like I'm.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_03]: for man over six figures in paying for mentorship.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_03]: But I've always got return on on investment.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_03]: You know, for me, like you said, like money like speed, right?
- 32:19[SPEAKER_03]: I don't want to learn the the slow way, right?
- 32:25[SPEAKER_03]: I want to learn fast and I want to implement fast because the true for the matter,
- 32:28[SPEAKER_03]: is that when people go to YouTube, right, when you go to Google, you don't even know if it's outdated information, right?
- 32:37[SPEAKER_03]: And so like literally, I give you a prime example, like,
- 32:40[SPEAKER_03]: You know, you know, I was in a mentorship, you know, you know, last year and I learned a lot of things.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_03]: I'm in a mentorship this year and I realized that a lot of the things that I did last year are not going to work this year, right?
- 32:52[SPEAKER_03]: And so it's almost like information, if I'm going to YouTube and I'm getting this information and I'm applying this information, this could be stale information.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_03]: And so now I'm trying to implement something.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_03]: I'm trying to be successful at a thing that doesn't necessarily work anymore.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_03]: That's number one.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_03]: People don't realize that when you are, you know, in a mentorship, you're not in a mentorship for information, right?
- 33:19[SPEAKER_03]: You are in a mentorship for accountability, right?
- 33:22[SPEAKER_03]: And so, and in connections, right?
- 33:24[SPEAKER_03]: So, so I'll say this, a lot of like the, you know, high level, you know, people that I've connected with, right?
- 33:32[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of those people, I've connected with them at masterminds.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_03]: right because guess what if I'm willing to pay to be in a mastermind guess guess what I'm going to be the other people in that mastermind are also people who are willing to pay and so that so instead of trying to find people who are like like my the people I could find about just paying to be in a minute talk to me a little bit about your five-day mentorship
- 33:57[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, my five day challenge coming up.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_00]: Um, so we, you know, we're going, I'm just going to roll it out.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_00]: Lay out the five days of just information that I have garnered over the last seven to 10 years in the credit real estate and funding space and then I'm going to bring in some a couple of my six to seven figure entrepreneur friends.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_00]: getting to stuff like stores units and things of that nature like that.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, man.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_00]: So like yeah, we turn it up.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah And so that's the other thing like so because I hear people talk about funding a lot And it's different like is there a science, right?
- 34:42[SPEAKER_03]: Like is there like is there a science to Getting funding like how like like you know and I know that you're gonna teach that during the five you know five days is like You know, is there a
- 34:53[SPEAKER_03]: Like do you have to have the right formula to know how to you're obtained funding?
- 34:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, yeah, absolutely again.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_00]: This is money.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_00]: We're going after what how any documentation where as you know you can go get money Without any documentation like I'm telling like when somebody when I they first told me I like it's not playing with me like
- 35:14[SPEAKER_00]: I couldn't even get my first house.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't even want my first kid's name.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't even have any kid.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 35:20[SPEAKER_00]: So you tell me, yeah, man, it's just it's different over on the business side.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_00]: I thought, well, do tell me more.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_00]: And so the guy that I was at that time that was mentoring me, he said, if I could show you how to pull money off a credit card, would you be interested?
- 35:38[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, you'd be worth whatever price you quote me.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and so we went through the process and it's like it's not hard, but it is a process and you have the fall of the still.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_00]: Like to be able to have an eight 50.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_00]: If you have more than five anchors, you are going to be denied.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_00]: I don't make the rules.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_00]: Even if you have an infant, you could have a infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an infant, you could have an
- 36:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_03]: So in the five day, you know, challenge, you're going to be teaching them about funding.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_03]: You're going to teach them about credit.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_03]: You're going to teach them how to, because you said you said something like like even storage units, right?
- 36:41[SPEAKER_03]: I don't even think people understand the power, like storage units is real estate.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_03]: I don't even understand the power of, you know, having storage units and how, you know, there's so many people downsize it.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_03]: It's been so many.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_03]: So that's a cash flowing
- 36:59[SPEAKER_03]: seven to eight figure entrepreneurs who are teaching about about those things.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, man.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it was like that because again, I don't know everything, but I know people who know what I don't know.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and so that's the value of having a mentor, right?
- 37:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_00]: You know everybody.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_00]: You already said I'm gonna put you on stage.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_00]: I'm putting you in front of people Yeah, we're gonna get this book ready.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_00]: You know I'm saying like you think I would have did all that on my own Yeah, no, yeah, you know, so I tell people I'm constantly spinning I'm spinning just as much on ass as I am into it.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_00]: She's right.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know, yeah
- 37:31[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, no, I love that and so let's let's let's let's talk about sort of like the freedom because right so like like we we talked about the properties and all that stuff and all the things that you do What does freedom mean to you you've been over over 50 countries.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you're a coach like you coach.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you because you could you could you could invest your time into the next generation.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_00]: What does what does freedom mean to you being able to do what you want to do what you want to do it.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah
- 37:57[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I'm here in the middle of the day in Atlanta with your ass cast talking, you know what I'm saying?
- 38:02[SPEAKER_00]: If I had to have I had a job, I had to ask for this time off.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_00]: Not eight to five, it ain't five for clock yet.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean, and just being able to just move and also being able to give.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like I believe it's been a good stewarder like the stuff the guys give Because you know this stuff can be gone in the middle.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_00]: I mean yes, it's crazy as quickly as it came It could be it could be going in the minute so I don't I don't take it for granted and I know what it's like
- 38:30[SPEAKER_00]: not to have and also been in the position to have been the one who who has received.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_00]: And so for me to sit here and hold all this knowledge and hold all this, these resources and money, it will be just an abomination to me.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 38:47[SPEAKER_00]: That's why you hear me speak on my faith the way I do because I know I know what the other side looks like, man.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_00]: You know, it wasn't fun, but you know, it's part of the process and you can't cheat the process and you know, and I know God wouldn't bring me to it if you wouldn't bring me through it.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so that that's just part of that.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_00]: Again, it's a part of the journey and if you can't.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_00]: And I ask for this.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_00]: You can't cry when the rain comes.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_03]: You know, him to write not weak, but yeah, yeah, yeah, and so you're, you're, you're running your, your own race, both literally and figuratively, um, what would you say the biggest lesson that you've learned in your journey so far, not getting a mentor sooner than, um, yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean, I mean, I
- 39:32[SPEAKER_00]: I think he's called me cheap, but now I use it like now, I'm just frugal, you know what I mean?
- 39:37[SPEAKER_00]: But it's like, because you know, you know, you don't price it, you like that, you know?
- 39:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's all being how much, right?
- 39:42[SPEAKER_00]: And then it's funny, the more I got mentorship, they'll just like, yo, we don't ask how much it calls, we ask how much it'll make us.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_00]: you know and I like the best question yeah okay yeah we talk and so now sometime but I mean I I'm getting ahead of myself but I just I'm just a visionary bro you know I just believe there's there's just a abundance actually amongst us all and it's you have so much I can say a bunch of your work
- 40:10[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I already know.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_00]: So I ain't got a priest to you.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just like, bro, like, you don't have to be broke.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_03]: And the thing is, though, it then this is what I want people to understand about mentorship.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_03]: All work works if you work it.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_03]: All work work once you work it.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_03]: I don't care what it is.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_03]: I don't care if it's real estate.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_03]: I don't care if it's digital products.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_03]: I don't care if it's ebooks.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_03]: I don't care if it's writing physical books.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_03]: I don't care.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_03]: Whatever it is, all work works if you work it.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of times people, you're gonna write, you're a man of faith, faith without work works is dead.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_03]: It's dead, right?
- 40:43[SPEAKER_03]: And so if you're,
- 40:44[SPEAKER_03]: somebody who thinks that you're just gonna have faith and you're not gonna put it to work, then you're not gonna get the results, right?
- 40:51[SPEAKER_03]: If you do have, you have to become the person that's willing to invest in yourself.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_03]: And then once you become the person that's willing to invest to yourself and you invest yourself, you will start having the things that come with becoming that person.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_00]: You work you playing and playing you work.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_03]: Absolutely.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_03]: Absolutely.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_03]: What's next for Lee Patterson, right?
- 41:13[SPEAKER_03]: When you look at five to ten years from now, when you look at your vision, what you're looking to do with what's next for Lee Patterson.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_00]: man, you know, I'm going to get a couple more properties over and do by just because it's booming over there, man, and they just announced this new world coming, I want to get a couple more assets, you know, I don't live too much of a flamboyant lifestyle, so, you know, I'm on an older side, you know, everybody think I'm in my 30s, but I'm closer to the other side than I am to begin with, you know, but I feel great, man, I'm in a good spot.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_00]: And so for me,
- 41:48[SPEAKER_00]: The future looks like, man, we are creating, I'm, I'm, I'm breaking generational curses, you know, by doing knowledge and through just showing, you know, somebody's on people need to say, I tell, I tell a people of the richest person on new growner with my pastor.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_00]: That's because he drove a Cadillet, you know what I'm saying?
- 42:06[SPEAKER_00]: And so, but until I got exposed to things when I kind of call it, I like.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, Dan, you lead a country, you really like, man, and then I wanted to buy, like, what plan are we on?
- 42:16[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's what life looks like for me, man, and the next five to 10 years, man, because life is good and it's in a good spot.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_00]: I think I've been wise with the little I've been given, and been able to multiply, and just watching compound interest take over.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_03]: You know, again, as we talk about abundance and we talk about real estate, we talk about travel, we talk about international investing, I think that's what life is all about, it's really like using what God has given us to be able to learn as much as possible, implement as much as possible, but then also use that to change our relationships with money, right?
- 43:01[SPEAKER_03]: Real estate does that, real estate allows you to stop working for money, right, and allow money to work for you.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_03]: So that way, you're not
- 43:08[SPEAKER_03]: Thinking about, like you say, you know, working in nine to five and asking for time off, like you're literally in a space where you're able to use, you know, your time to give back to bless, you know, others to coach to just, you know, enjoy enjoy enjoy life.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_03]: What's one question?
- 43:29[SPEAKER_03]: or is there a question that you wanted me to ask you that I didn't ask that you could potentially leave some gems for our people.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, you got else to go on.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_00]: What I'm saying, man, did you put that in the prom?
- 43:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_00]: A question that I wish you would ask.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_00]: I was coaching, yeah, coaching has taught me patience and I've been able to teach those, I don't take my work to work, like I don't take my faith to work, but I do take it.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_00]: So when they see me, whatever they see asked me the way I am, it gives me an opportunity to speak on my faith, speak on my business, speak on how, what I do, why I always got time, why I'm always in another country.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and so you got kids, you know,
- 44:15[SPEAKER_00]: You've teach you patience.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_00]: And I got 17 year old.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_03]: She patients everything.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_00]: You saw he sounds in and so like, I, that's one of the, The coolest thing that I get to do is, Is the coach, The up and comment generation.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_00]: And because what I, Then I wouldn't be tapped in.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_00]: I don't hang out with, What the, I don't,
- 44:37[SPEAKER_00]: I don't be out there, I don't be out there like that, you know, I'm in the house by eight o'clock, you know, and so, yeah, that's a question that would you part of asking about, yeah, because that's a lot of who I am.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, I love that.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_03]: Let's say y'all, Lee Patterson, I need y'all to tap in.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_03]: We're gonna put the link in the description.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_03]: I need y'all to tap in for the five day challenge that and Lee got some surprise guests.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_03]: He's bringing seven and eight figure entrepreneurs in there
- 45:07[SPEAKER_03]: everything right so we're gonna teach you how to leverage other people's money how to use that money to purchase income-producing assets we're gonna talk about real estate right you got buy-and-hold you got fixing flips you got wholesaling you got all the different types of of real estate so you go break that down but then also you know how do you get into some stories how do you get the
- 45:34[SPEAKER_03]: That's day one, like the thing people understand about building wealth is that wealth starts in the mind first.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't stop in your pocket.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_03]: If you're gonna get your money right, you gotta get your mind right.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_03]: It starts with your mind first, and then once you get your mind right, then the money will come.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_03]: If people want to connect with you, we're gonna find you.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_00]: If I'm across all social media, platforms, lead A Patterson, everything, lead A Patterson.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_00]: But I would get busy in our school community and the most in on IG.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_03]: So we're closing out the vault.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_03]: Again, we're going to put the links in the description.
