- 0:00Can these four CS be applied to the world of artificial
- 0:04intelligence? I will also share my view later,
- 0:07but first I'm keen on sharing understanding your view.
- 0:10Yeah, absolutely. I don't profess at all to be an
- 0:14AI expert, just so you know, but my limited understanding of AI
- 0:18and my interactions with AI. So for example, my four books
- 0:21that that are now up on Amazon, we also have audiobook versions
- 0:26and the audiobooks are five to six hours each of, you know, not
- 0:30my voice, but my AI clone voice, right.
- 0:33So the question now is how, when you're, when you're looking from
- 0:39the outside in at a human being, you're assessing these four CS,
- 0:43right? And you're also doing the same
- 0:46thing with your chat box, your chat bot, your, your chat GPTS
- 0:51and equivalents. So you, you want to make sure
- 0:54that again, they signal those, these machines signal these CS,
- 1:00right? I mean, think about it is, is
- 1:02the AI bot that you're interacting with competent?
- 1:07Well, after a few interactions, you understand that, Hey, edit
- 1:11this for me, do this for me. What are your thoughts on this?
- 1:15Give me some information. And they, and they give it to
- 1:17you enough times and it's accurate when you validate it,
- 1:20right? Then you tick that box.
- 1:23There's, there's a level of competency here, right?
- 1:26When you stick, you know, some numbers into a large language
- 1:30model, maybe it, it doesn't really compute because it's more
- 1:34of a language, you know, expert. So clearly it will signal to you
- 1:39that I don't have competence in this area, right?
- 1:42So that's the competence box. Let me go over to the clarity.
- 1:48Clarity of communication is exactly what I'm talking about,
- 1:50by the way. I'm not talking about clarity of
- 1:51thought, clarity of vision. When I speak about the four CS,
- 1:54I'm actually talking to someone's ability, as you said,
- 1:57to articulate, articulate eloquently, being concise,
- 2:00precise, but most importantly, speaking in a way that people
- 2:03understand, right? That's what it's all about.
- 2:06Communication is about making sure the other person gets you,
- 2:09making sure your message lands right.
- 2:12So clarity with again, a chat bot using ChatGPT, when I
- 2:18communicate, it comes back very clear.
- 2:21In fact, sometimes I actually put in a message and I say,
- 2:25please edit for clarity because I want to make sure that I'm
- 2:30communicating as clearly as possible.
- 2:32And sometimes, more often than not, it communicates in a way
- 2:36that's more clear than the way I would have put it.
- 2:39I may have used 57 words to communicate and it's probably
- 2:43used sometimes half right, Sometimes it goes longer than
- 2:47needed as well. So, so, but there is, there is
- 2:49the ability and quality of clarity communication, the
- 2:53ability to communicate clearly. It has OK, now let's go to
- 2:56connectivity. Well, connectivity is a no
- 2:58brainer because you know that when you are asking for
- 3:02information that it, it is connected to the web, It's
- 3:06connected to all the great minds, it's connected to
- 3:09incredible vast resources. So it comes back with the answer
- 3:14you're looking for because of its level of connectivity.
- 3:17When you ask a friend, hey, what are the, you know, tax
- 3:21regulations in, in, I don't know, Vietnam, he's going to be
- 3:26like, I don't know because his connectivity doesn't reach that
- 3:30far. But now that brings us to the
- 3:32final sea of credibility, right? Because credibility is being
- 3:36able to trust somebody on a human level, to trust that they
- 3:41have your best interests at heart, your best, you know they
- 3:46care about you and they're playing fair.
- 3:49Now, what's interesting about my interactions with AI is it
- 3:54sometimes has customer service and this ability to care and
- 3:58serve you built in. Because when you say, you know,
- 4:04you ask a question or what are the, the tax implications for
- 4:06Vietnam, it gives you an answer. It'll say, would you like me to
- 4:09help you with any other areas in that region or perhaps around
- 4:14the world? So that's going like the extra
- 4:16mile, right? Whereas if you asked a friend,
- 4:19what are the tax implications of Vietnam, they either give you an
- 4:22answer or say, I don't know or say, let me find out for you.
- 4:24And they come back with that answer only.
- 4:26And they're very, it's very unlikely they're going to say,
- 4:29is there anything else I could help you with?
- 4:30Of course they're not you're, you know, they're, they're not
- 4:33there to serve you in whole, just in part because that's what
- 4:37you asked for. So, but I think it does speak to
- 4:39the human beings ability to be stretched in that regard, right?
- 4:46Where we can, you know, serve our customers to the NTH degree
- 4:50instead of just giving them the bare minimum that they asked
- 4:52for. The only thing though, that
- 4:54there's a question mark about is does AI.
- 4:58I should say, does future AI have our best interests at
- 5:03heart?
