- 0:00Speaker 1: I mean, I feel the same way about fucking Bigfoot.
- 0:02Speaker 1: Just cooler to believe he's out there.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Yeah, dude.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Is he? Probably not. But it's so much more fun
- 0:06Speaker 1: to think maybe he is.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Dude, what about the guy that just was on Joe
- 0:08Speaker 2: Rogan that saw an eight for him? I think he
- 0:10Speaker 2: was a Navy SEAL. Can you bring him up? They
- 0:12Speaker 2: saw an eight foot big. They said eight foot. That's
- 0:15Speaker 2: pretty big.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Well, how tall is Victor Wimignana? He's got to be close.
- 0:20Speaker 2: But he's the last. He would be kind of a
- 0:23Speaker 2: punk in the Bigfoot community. Just a runt. I mean,
- 0:27Speaker 2: they would respect him for sure. He's more of a
- 0:30Speaker 2: slender man. Oh, you fuck with Slender Man? I mean,
- 0:32Speaker 2: I don't fuck with him. Dude, that's my lane, dog.
- 0:36Speaker 2: I love all spooky shit. Oh, yeah, that's right. You
- 0:39Speaker 2: bought the spooky. You invested in Ed and Lorraine's.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Yeah, their home museum. Wow. Yeah, dude.
- 0:45Speaker 2: That's right, dude. That's where you live. You live in
- 0:48Speaker 2: Rhode Island. In Rhode Island.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah. But their house is in Connecticut. So
- 0:50Speaker 1: it's just down the street, hour and a half drive,
- 0:52Speaker 1: something like that. It's fucking awesome, man.
- 0:54Speaker 2: How did that come to pass, man? I know some
- 0:56Speaker 2: of this might be old news.
- 0:57Speaker 1: No, no, no. Not a lot of people know that
- 0:58Speaker 1: I'm even into this stuff. My friend and my business partner,
- 1:02Speaker 1: Elton Casta, he and I started doing like, he had
- 1:05Speaker 1: been doing ghost hunting on YouTube for, oh God, probably
- 1:08Speaker 1: close to like eight years now. And then I kind
- 1:10Speaker 1: of came aboard about five years ago, something like that.
- 1:13Speaker 1: We've been like around the world to some of the
- 1:15Speaker 1: most haunted places. It's so fucking cool. You have?
- 1:17Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. We had Sam and Colby on here talking
- 1:20Speaker 2: about that before. Oh, those guys are awesome.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Yeah, those guys are fucking sick.
- 1:22Speaker 2: Dude, one time I went to dinner with Rogue and
- 1:24Speaker 2: I go meet him. Sam and Colby are.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Like- He's with Joe? Yeah. Shut up.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Blew my mind, dude.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Yeah, man.
- 1:32Speaker 2: They're good dudes. I was like, what the fuck are
- 1:34Speaker 2: y'all doing here, dude?
- 1:35Speaker 1: It's a smaller world than you think.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Oh, they're like the spooky NSYNC kind of. It's kind
- 1:41Speaker 2: of what they seem like a little bit when you
- 1:42Speaker 2: meet them, you know?
- 1:43Speaker 1: Yeah, man. They're handsome for no reason. Yeah.
- 1:46Speaker 2: It's like, oh, you're handsome and you're ghost hunters? They're
- 1:49Speaker 2: a couple Justin Tuckers, dude. That's who they are.
- 1:51Speaker 1: You can't even see bangs in the dark. There's no
- 1:53Speaker 1: reason to even have good hair like that.
- 1:55Speaker 2: It's just... Dude, bangs. That's an onomatopoeia. Bang.
- 1:59Speaker 1: I'm talking about hair, man.
- 2:01Speaker 2: So you bought this Ed and Lorraine's house. Take me
- 2:04Speaker 2: on the house that you bought and what you guys
- 2:06Speaker 2: have done with it. I know there was like articles
- 2:08Speaker 2: going around that you guys were doing like you guys
- 2:12Speaker 2: had turned it into a haunted Airbnb where people could
- 2:14Speaker 2: go and stay.
- 2:15Speaker 1: It is essentially that. Yeah, we were approached by Ed
- 2:21Speaker 1: and Lorraine Warren's family that they were going to sell
- 2:26Speaker 1: the house and we were the first people that they
- 2:28Speaker 1: wanted to offer it to. And obviously we were fucking
- 2:31Speaker 1: psyched about it. I mean, we have so much respect
- 2:33Speaker 1: and love for their family and what they mean to
- 2:35Speaker 1: the paranormal community. Um, so I mean, to get to
- 2:39Speaker 1: be a part of arguably the most prominent piece of
- 2:42Speaker 1: paranormal history on earth, being the Annabelle doll in the
- 2:46Speaker 1: Warren's house is, is fucking awesome, dude. Um, and we
- 2:49Speaker 1: got the house like as is, like we have all
- 2:52Speaker 1: their old clothes, all their old tape recordings, um, I mean,
- 2:55Speaker 1: there's hundreds and hundreds of old recordings and letters from
- 2:58Speaker 1: cases that never got turned into movies and TV shows
- 3:01Speaker 1: and stuff like that. And it's so cool, man. I mean,
- 3:03Speaker 1: the house itself, museum aside, is fucking terrifyingly haunted. But there's, like,
- 3:09Speaker 1: such a warmth to it. Like, regardless of what they
- 3:12Speaker 1: did and who they were and what they were around
- 3:14Speaker 1: all the time, like, it still feels like such a
- 3:16Speaker 1: cozy family home. So we've opened that up to the
- 3:20Speaker 1: public to be able to be stayed in as an
- 3:22Speaker 1: Airbnb home. And it's attached to the museum, which holds,
- 3:26Speaker 1: oh God, I think it's something like 700 artifacts or
- 3:28Speaker 1: something like that in the museum, as well as the
- 3:31Speaker 1: Annabelle doll.
- 3:32Speaker 2: And take me through just a brief synopsis of the
- 3:35Speaker 2: family and the Annabelle doll for people that don't know.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I mean, Ed and Lorraine were the most famous ghost
- 3:41Speaker 1: hunters pretty much in the history of it. I mean,
- 3:44Speaker 1: they helped, I mean, I guess, document it. I'm going
- 3:47Speaker 1: to say a few hundred families.
- 3:49Speaker 2: And they were spousal? They were married? Yeah, absolutely.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Absolutely. She was a psychic medium and Ed was an
- 3:55Speaker 1: author and they put out a lot of good books.
- 4:01Speaker 1: They helped a lot of fucking people. They are the
- 4:03Speaker 1: family behind the largest scary movie franchises in the world.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Between Annabelle Dahl, The Conjuring movies, Amityville Horror, all that
- 4:11Speaker 1: good stuff.
- 4:12Speaker 2: How did they help a lot of people? You said
- 4:14Speaker 2: they helped a lot of people.
- 4:15Speaker 1: A lot of people dealt with possessions and haunted homes
- 4:18Speaker 1: and a lot of haunted objects and everything. They would
- 4:19Speaker 1: go to help these families with either casting out the spirits...
- 4:22Speaker 1: via exorcisms. Sometimes it was taking an item like the
- 4:25Speaker 1: Annabelle doll off of the family's hands and putting it
- 4:28Speaker 1: in a more secure place, stuff like that.
- 4:31Speaker 2: So you have the Annabelle doll now? Yeah.
- 4:33Speaker 1: It's pretty crazy.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Bro.
- 4:35Speaker 1: It's a pretty white thing to own.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Yeah, that is, huh?
- 4:40Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, do you believe in ghosts?
- 4:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I believe in ghosts, but I get scared about
- 4:45Speaker 2: it because it's like, You know, if you go summon ghosts,
- 4:48Speaker 2: if you summon like, if you look at it as
- 4:51Speaker 2: like the devil, I think there's different ways to look
- 4:53Speaker 2: at it. If you look at it as like a
- 4:54Speaker 2: spiritual thing, like maybe something that's in between here and there.
- 4:59Speaker 2: But if you look at it as like satanic and
- 5:01Speaker 2: you're trying to summon Satan, then that stuff is a
- 5:03Speaker 2: little scary to me. Oh, yeah.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I don't fuck with that stuff at all. regardless of
- 5:06Speaker 1: like there being a demon literally attached to that doll,
- 5:08Speaker 1: like I don't fuck with it. I'm not hanging out
- 5:10Speaker 1: with the doll. That was the crazy thing. People, I mean,
- 5:13Speaker 1: that's a very passionate community and it's one that I
- 5:15Speaker 1: respect and I'm happy to be a part of. But
- 5:16Speaker 1: people thought I was like, because I'm a comedian, that
- 5:18Speaker 1: I was going to like disrespect this doll. They thought
- 5:20Speaker 1: I was going to turn this house into a fucking
- 5:22Speaker 1: frat house and Annabelle was going to be crowd surfing
- 5:24Speaker 1: like a stretched out blow up doll.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I could see that, dude. People always want
- 5:27Speaker 2: to like, think about stuff like that did you do
- 5:30Speaker 2: anything cool with Annabelle like were you guys able to
- 5:31Speaker 2: even like have her like bring her out to have
- 5:33Speaker 2: like a tea or something.
- 5:34Speaker 1: No god no we would never let her out of
- 5:36Speaker 1: that box ever we've only had to move the box
- 5:38Speaker 1: a couple of times and I even I don't fucking
- 5:40Speaker 1: touch that really I let Elton and we have we
- 5:42Speaker 1: have a couple of priests that help with that really
- 5:45Speaker 1: oh yeah I'm terrified of it wow yeah I'm never
- 5:50Speaker 1: there by the way like I'm not at that people
- 5:52Speaker 1: thought I was living at the house with Annabelle I'm
- 5:54Speaker 1: fucking never there you're not no I check on Annabelle
- 5:57Speaker 1: like I look for racism on Twitter. I'm like, good,
- 5:59Speaker 1: it's still there.
- 6:00Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 6:01Speaker 1: If it's going to exist, it might as well be contained.
- 6:03Speaker 1: You know what I mean? Nowhere to find it. Wow, bro.
- 6:08Speaker 1: It's pretty awesome, man. It's so fascinating to me.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Do you feel like, do you want to create more
- 6:13Speaker 2: stuff around horror genre? Is that something you start to
- 6:17Speaker 2: feel like? Because you said you're kind of at this
- 6:18Speaker 2: space where it's like, you're kind of thinking, well, yeah,
- 6:20Speaker 2: what else is possible and what else would I like
- 6:22Speaker 2: to do and what direction?
- 6:24Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely. I mean, on the entertainment side of things,
- 6:27Speaker 1: like I would love to develop some kind of like
- 6:29Speaker 1: a horror project, whether it be a TV show or
- 6:31Speaker 1: a film or something like that. But I mean, we're
- 6:33Speaker 1: also even, uh, expanding in that space. Like we're, we're moving, um,
- 6:38Speaker 1: the museum and expanding it to a location in Salem, um, Salem, Massachusetts, this,
- 6:43Speaker 1: I think it's going to be this September or August
- 6:46Speaker 1: that it's going to open up. Um, so, I mean,
- 6:49Speaker 1: there's a couple other, uh, properties that we could potentially
- 6:51Speaker 1: be buying as well. So, I mean, I'm so fascinated
- 6:54Speaker 1: by it. It is so new to me that I
- 6:57Speaker 1: think it's very exciting. It's cool just to learn about it.
- 6:59Speaker 1: And this creates a lot of opportunity for people to
- 7:01Speaker 1: educate themselves on that world. People are fascinated by it,
- 7:04Speaker 1: but they don't know a lot about it. So this
- 7:05Speaker 1: is kind of like a first-hand experience.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Have you had a supernatural experience of your own?
- 7:12Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, dude. Of all the investigations and stuff we've done,
- 7:14Speaker 1: I've seen and heard so many things that I couldn't
- 7:17Speaker 1: possibly explain. I mean, I've heard my name be said. I've...
- 7:21Speaker 1: I like EVPs, which is like the voice recordings the most.
- 7:24Speaker 1: To me, that's the most fascinating because it's audible. It
- 7:29Speaker 1: sounds tangible. You're getting a direct response to a question
- 7:32Speaker 1: you ask. To me, that feels so undeniable. I'm in
- 7:35Speaker 1: the room. I know who else is in here. I
- 7:37Speaker 1: know this hasn't been tampered with in any kind of way.
- 7:39Speaker 1: To me, that feels so as close to undeniable as possible.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Was there someone you were trying to talk to?
- 7:44Speaker 1: I'm trying to think of the most prominent one. We
- 7:48Speaker 1: were in.
- 7:51Speaker 1: I think this was Mansfield Reformatory in Ohio, I believe.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Shout out Mansfield.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Shout out Mansfield. That's where actually they filmed Shawshank Redemption.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Nuh-uh.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. It's fucking, it's a really, really cool space.
- 8:03Speaker 1: We were in what used to be the old library.
- 8:05Speaker 1: We were asking like, you know, what, they're like, what,
- 8:08Speaker 1: what did this room used to be here? Clear as day. Library. No. Yeah,
- 8:12Speaker 1: it's fucking terrifying. We were doing some in Lorraine Warren's
- 8:15Speaker 1: house in the tunnel that goes from the house to
- 8:17Speaker 1: to the museum, our friend was in there asking, like,
- 8:20Speaker 1: you know, do you mean us harm? And you hear,
- 8:22Speaker 1: if possible. It's crazy shit like that. But it's still
- 8:26Speaker 1: so fascinating to me. Like, I'm passionate about it because
- 8:29Speaker 1: on a spiritual level, it helps kind of reassure me
- 8:36Speaker 1: that there is something else. You know what I mean?
