  Today
• 1:20
  is
• 1:21
  sacred.
• 1:22
  It's
• 1:22
  quiet,
• 1:22
  it's
• 1:23
  holy.
• 1:24
  It's
• 1:24
  a
• 1:24
  day
• 1:24
  where
• 1:24
  heaven
• 1:25
  touched
• 1:25
  earth
• 1:25
  and
• 1:26
  everything
• 1:26
  about
• 1:26
  our
• 1:27
  definition
• 1:27
  of
• 1:27
  wealth
• 1:28
  changed
• 1:28
  forever.
• 1:29
  And
• 1:29
  this
• 1:30
  is
• 1:30
  a
• 1:30
  message
• 1:30
  you're
• 1:30
  not
• 1:31
  going
• 1:31
  to
• 1:31
  hear.
• 1:31
  In
• 1:31
  the
• 1:31
  noise
• 1:32
  and
• 1:32
  chaos
• 1:32
  of
• 1:32
  the
• 1:32
  holiday,
• 1:34
  Christmas
• 1:35
  resets
• 1:35
  the
• 1:35
  definition
• 1:36
  of
• 1:36
  wealth.
• 1:37
  Think
• 1:37
  about
• 1:37
  it.
• 1:38
  Jesus,
• 1:39
  the
• 1:39
  King
• 1:39
  of
• 1:39
  Kings,
• 1:40
  entered
• 1:41
  this
• 1:41
  world
• 1:41
  in
• 1:42
  poverty
• 1:43
  so
• 1:43
  that
• 1:43
  you
• 1:44
  could
• 1:44
  become
• 1:44
  spiritually
• 1:45
  rich.
• 1:47
  He
• 1:47
  didn't
• 1:47
  come
• 1:47
  with
• 1:47
  money.
• 1:48
  He
• 1:49
  came
• 1:49
  with
• 1:49
  meaning.
• 1:50
  He
• 1:51
  didn't
• 1:51
  offer
• 1:51
  status.
• 1:52
  He
• 1:53
  offered
• 1:53
  salvation.
• 1:56
  So
• 1:56
  let
• 1:56
  me
• 1:56
  cut
• 1:56
  to
• 1:56
  the
• 1:57
  chase
• 1:57
  and
• 1:57
  make
• 1:57
  this
• 1:57
  simple.
• 1:59
  True
• 1:59
  wealth
• 1:59
  is
• 2:00
  found
• 2:00
  in
• 2:00
  Christ,
• 2:01
  not
• 2:01
  in
• 2:01
  your
• 2:02
  account
• 2:02
  balances.
• 2:03
  And
• 2:04
  today,
• 2:04
  on
• 2:04
  Christmas
• 2:05
  Day,
• 2:05
  I
• 2:05
  want
• 2:05
  to
• 2:05
  help
• 2:05
  you
• 2:06
  bring
• 2:06
  your
• 2:06
  heart
• 2:06
  back
• 2:07
  to
• 2:07
  the
• 2:07
  center
• 2:08
  of
• 2:08
  what
• 2:08
  truly
• 2:09
  matters.
• 2:30
  Welcome
• 2:30
  back.
• 2:31
  I'm
• 2:31
  Ralph,
• 2:31
  and
• 2:31
  if
• 2:31
  this
• 2:32
  is
• 2:32
  your
• 2:32
  first
• 2:32
  time
• 2:32
  joining
• 2:33
  me,
• 2:33
  what
• 2:33
  an
• 2:33
  honor
• 2:34
  it
• 2:34
  is
• 2:34
  to
• 2:34
  spend
• 2:34
  Christmas
• 2:35
  day
• 2:35
  with
• 2:35
  you.
• 2:36
  Here
• 2:36
  on
• 2:36
  Financially
• 2:37
  Confident
• 2:37
  Christian,
• 2:38
  we
• 2:38
  talk
• 2:38
  about
• 2:38
  faith.
• 2:39
  We
• 2:39
  talk
• 2:40
  about
• 2:40
  finances
• 2:40
  and
• 2:41
  purpose.
• 2:42
  We
• 2:42
  talk
• 2:42
  about
• 2:43
  finding
• 2:43
  peace
• 2:43
  through
• 2:44
  biblical
• 2:44
  wisdom.
• 2:46
  But
• 2:46
  today,
• 2:46
  we
• 2:46
  talk
• 2:46
  about
• 2:46
  the
• 2:47
  source
• 2:47
  of
• 2:47
  all
• 2:47
  peace,
• 2:48
  Jesus
• 2:49
  Christ,
• 2:49
  the
• 2:49
  center
• 2:50
  of
• 2:50
  everything.
• 2:51
  And
• 2:52
  on
• 2:52
  a
• 2:52
  day
• 2:52
  of
• 2:52
  worship
• 2:53
  and
• 2:53
  rest,
• 2:54
  I
• 2:54
  want
• 2:54
  to
• 2:54
  gently
• 2:55
  address
• 2:55
  something
• 2:55
  many
• 2:56
  people
• 2:56
  feel
• 2:56
  but
• 2:56
  rarely
• 2:57
  talk
• 2:57
  about.
• 2:59
  What
• 2:59
  if
• 2:59
  my
• 2:59
  heart
• 2:59
  is
• 3:00
  drifted
• 3:00
  towards
• 3:00
  the
• 3:00
  wrong
• 3:01
  treasure?
• 3:02
  Let's
• 3:02
  walk
• 3:02
  into
• 3:03
  this
• 3:03
  together
• 3:03
  today.

• 3:06
  Ralph,
• 3:07
  I
• 3:07
  want
• 3:07
  Christ
• 3:08
  at
• 3:08
  the
• 3:08
  center
• 3:08
  of
• 3:09
  my
• 3:09
  finances.
• 3:10
  But
• 3:11
  sometimes
• 3:11
  money
• 3:11
  pressure
• 3:12
  shout
• 3:12
  louder
• 3:13
  than
• 3:13
  my
• 3:13
  faith.
• 3:14
  How
• 3:15
  do
• 3:15
  I
• 3:15
  stay
• 3:15
  focused
• 3:16
  on
• 3:16
  him
• 3:17
  when
• 3:17
  life
• 3:17
  is
• 3:17
  loud?
• 3:20
  Friend,
• 3:20
  that
• 3:20
  is
• 3:21
  an
• 3:21
  honest
• 3:21
  to
• 3:22
  goodness
• 3:22
  question
• 3:24
  and
• 3:24
  it's
• 3:24
  brave.
• 3:27
  And
• 3:27
  I
• 3:27
  dare
• 3:27
  say
• 3:27
  so
• 3:28
  many
• 3:28
  believers
• 3:28
  are
• 3:29
  feeling
• 3:29
  that
• 3:29
  same
• 3:30
  pull,
• 3:30
  maybe
• 3:31
  even
• 3:31
  more
• 3:31
  so
• 3:31
  today.
• 3:33
  So
• 3:34
  let's
• 3:34
  reflect
• 3:34
  honestly
• 3:35
  for
• 3:35
  just
• 3:35
  a
• 3:35
  moment.
• 3:38
  Because
• 3:38
  when
• 3:38
  we
• 3:38
  can
• 3:38
  step
• 3:38
  outside
• 3:39
  of
• 3:39
  the
• 3:39
  noise
• 3:39
  and
• 3:40
  hustle
• 3:40
  bustle,
• 3:41
  Christmas
• 3:41
  clears
• 3:42
  the
• 3:42
  noise
• 3:42
  and
• 3:42
  helps
• 3:42
  us
• 3:43
  see
• 3:43
  what
• 3:43
  truly
• 3:43
  matters.
• 3:45
  Because
• 3:46
  Christmas
• 3:46
  reminds
• 3:47
  us
• 3:47
  that
• 3:47
  true
• 3:47
  riches
• 3:48
  don't
• 3:48
  come
• 3:48
  from
• 3:49
  investments.
• 3:50
  True
• 3:51
  security
• 3:51
  isn't
• 3:52
  found
• 3:52
  in
• 3:52
  savings,
• 3:54
  and
• 3:54
  true
• 3:54
  success
• 3:55
  isn't
• 3:56
  based
• 3:56
  on
• 3:56
  your
• 3:57
  income.
• 3:58
  Jesus
• 3:59
  came
• 3:59
  to
• 3:59
  this
• 4:00
  world
• 4:00
  poor
• 4:01
  so
• 4:02
  that
• 4:02
  you
• 4:02
  could
• 4:02
  become
• 4:02
  saving
• 4:03
  spiritually
• 4:03
  rich.
• 4:05
  The
• 4:05
  real
• 4:06
  treasure
• 4:07
  is
• 4:07
  Him.
• 4:09
  Let's
• 4:09
  take
• 4:09
  a
• 4:09
  moment
• 4:09
  right
• 4:09
  now
• 4:10
  and
• 4:10
  contrast
• 4:10
  what
• 4:10
  culture
• 4:11
  says.
• 4:12
  Because
• 4:12
  the
• 4:13
  message
• 4:13
  we
• 4:13
  get
• 4:13
  all
• 4:13
  year
• 4:14
  long
• 4:14
  and
• 4:14
  today's
• 4:15
  message
• 4:15
  are
• 4:15
  very
• 4:16
  different
• 4:16
  from
• 4:16
  what
• 4:17
  Christ
• 4:17
  tells
• 4:18
  us.
• 4:19
  Culture
• 4:20
  measures
• 4:20
  our
• 4:20
  net
• 4:21
  worth,
• 4:22
  but
• 4:22
  Scripture
• 4:23
  measures
• 4:24
  our
• 4:24
  heart
• 4:25
  worth.
• 4:25
  Look
• 4:26
  at
• 4:26
  Matthew
• 4:26
  6:21.
• 4:27
  It
• 4:27
  says,
• 4:27
  for
• 4:28
  where
• 4:28
  your
• 4:28
  treasure
• 4:28
  is,
• 4:30
  there
• 4:30
  your
• 4:30
  heart
• 4:30
  will
• 4:30
  be
• 4:31
  also.
• 4:32
  And
• 4:33
  here's
• 4:33
  the
• 4:33
  truth
• 4:33
  I
• 4:34
  need
• 4:34
  you
• 4:34
  to
• 4:34
  hear
• 4:34
  today.
• 4:35
  Your
• 4:35
  money
• 4:36
  follows
• 4:36
  your
• 4:36
  heart,
• 4:37
  never
• 4:37
  the
• 4:37
  other
• 4:37
  way
• 4:38
  around.
• 4:39
  So
• 4:39
  the
• 4:39
  question
• 4:40
  for
• 4:40
  today
• 4:40
  isn't,
• 4:41
  how
• 4:41
  much
• 4:41
  do
• 4:41
  I
• 4:41
  have?
• 4:42
  The
• 4:42
  real
• 4:42
  question
• 4:43
  is,
• 4:44
  who
• 4:44
  has
• 4:44
  my
• 4:44
  heart?
• 4:46
  So
• 4:46
  let
• 4:46
  me
• 4:46
  share
• 4:47
  what
• 4:47
  I've
• 4:47
  Learned
• 4:48
  not
• 4:48
  a
• 4:48
  lecture,
• 4:49
  but
• 4:49
  from
• 4:49
  my
• 4:49
  own
• 4:50
  walk.
• 4:51
  53
• 4:51
  years
• 4:52
  as
• 4:52
  I
• 4:52
  sit
• 4:52
  here
• 4:52
  today,
• 4:54
  I've
• 4:54
  watched
• 4:55
  anxiety
• 4:55
  melt
• 4:56
  away
• 4:56
  in
• 4:56
  people
• 4:56
  who
• 4:57
  chose
• 4:57
  Christ
• 4:57
  first.
• 4:59
  And
• 4:59
  I've
• 4:59
  had
• 4:59
  seasons
• 5:00
  in
• 5:00
  my
• 5:00
  own
• 5:00
  life
• 5:01
  where
• 5:01
  everything
• 5:01
  shifted,
• 5:02
  including
• 5:03
  my
• 5:03
  finances,
• 5:04
  when
• 5:04
  I
• 5:04
  finally
• 5:05
  realigned
• 5:05
  my
• 5:05
  heart
• 5:06
  spiritually.
• 5:08
  And
• 5:08
  here's
• 5:08
  what
• 5:08
  I've
• 5:09
  learned
• 5:09
  over
• 5:09
  and
• 5:10
  over.
• 5:11
  My
• 5:12
  financial
• 5:12
  life
• 5:12
  never
• 5:13
  changed
• 5:13
  because
• 5:13
  I
• 5:14
  made
• 5:14
  a
• 5:14
  better
• 5:14
  plan.
• 5:15
  It
• 5:16
  changed
• 5:16
  because
• 5:17
  my
• 5:17
  faith
• 5:17
  realigned.
• 5:20
  Christ
• 5:20
  leads
• 5:20
  the
• 5:21
  heart
• 5:22
  and
• 5:22
  the
• 5:22
  heart
• 5:22
  leads
• 5:23
  the
• 5:23
  finances.
• 5:24
  Let
• 5:24
  me
• 5:24
  share
• 5:25
  a
• 5:25
  story.
• 5:25
  This
• 5:25
  one
• 5:26
  still
• 5:26
  moves
• 5:26
  me
• 5:26
  to
• 5:27
  this
• 5:27
  day.
• 5:28
  A
• 5:28
  businessman
• 5:28
  once
• 5:29
  told
• 5:29
  me,
• 5:29
  ralph,
• 5:29
  I
• 5:30
  realized
• 5:30
  I
• 5:30
  was
• 5:30
  chasing
• 5:31
  success
• 5:32
  instead
• 5:32
  of
• 5:32
  the
• 5:33
  Savior.
• 5:34
  So
• 5:34
  he
• 5:35
  made
• 5:35
  four
• 5:35
  simple
• 5:35
  shifts.
• 5:37
  Here's
• 5:37
  what
• 5:37
  he
• 5:37
  did.
• 5:38
  He
• 5:38
  chose
• 5:38
  faithfulness
• 5:39
  over
• 5:39
  fame.
• 5:39
  He
• 5:39
  could
• 5:40
  have
• 5:40
  been
• 5:40
  a
• 5:40
  famous
• 5:40
  guy,
• 5:42
  but
• 5:42
  he
• 5:42
  chose
• 5:42
  faithfulness.
• 5:44
  When
• 5:44
  he
• 5:45
  did
• 5:45
  his
• 5:45
  budget,
• 5:45
  he
• 5:45
  tied
• 5:46
  first.
• 5:46
  He
• 5:46
  put
• 5:46
  that
• 5:47
  at
• 5:47
  the
• 5:47
  top
• 5:47
  of
• 5:47
  the
• 5:47
  page.
• 5:49
  In
• 5:49
  order
• 5:49
  to
• 5:50
  fund
• 5:50
  that,
• 5:50
  he
• 5:50
  simplified
• 5:51
  his
• 5:51
  spending
• 5:53
  and
• 5:53
  he
• 5:53
  prioritized
• 5:54
  scripture
• 5:54
  over
• 5:55
  status.
• 5:56
  You
• 5:57
  want
• 5:57
  to
• 5:57
  know
• 5:57
  what
• 5:57
  happened?
• 5:59
  He
• 5:59
  slept
• 5:59
  better.
• 6:00
  He
• 6:00
  slept
• 6:01
  better
• 6:01
  than
• 6:01
  he
• 6:01
  had
• 6:01
  in
• 6:01
  years.
• 6:03
  His
• 6:03
  peace
• 6:03
  returned,
• 6:04
  his
• 6:05
  joy
• 6:05
  returned,
• 6:06
  and
• 6:06
  his
• 6:07
  purpose
• 6:07
  returned.
• 6:09
  That
• 6:09
  businessman
• 6:10
  was
• 6:10
  me.
• 6:11
  And
• 6:11
  I've
• 6:11
  shared
• 6:12
  my
• 6:12
  own
• 6:12
  story
• 6:12
  on
• 6:13
  this
• 6:13
  show.
• 6:14
  And
• 6:14
  what
• 6:14
  I
• 6:15
  can
• 6:15
  tell
• 6:15
  you
• 6:15
  right
• 6:15
  now
• 6:16
  is
• 6:16
  when
• 6:17
  Christ
• 6:17
  leads
• 6:17
  more
• 6:18
  money,
• 6:18
  stops
• 6:18
  controlling
• 6:19
  your
• 6:19
  emotions.
• 6:21
  So
• 6:21
  here's
• 6:21
  the
• 6:22
  real
• 6:22
  question
• 6:22
  for
• 6:22
  you
• 6:22
  today.
• 6:24
  This
• 6:24
  is
• 6:24
  where
• 6:24
  the
• 6:24
  message
• 6:25
  becomes
• 6:25
  personal.
• 6:27
  And
• 6:27
  this
• 6:27
  is
• 6:27
  going
• 6:28
  to
• 6:28
  be
• 6:28
  very
• 6:28
  direct.
• 6:28
  But
• 6:28
  how
• 6:29
  do
• 6:29
  you
• 6:29
  live
• 6:29
  with
• 6:29
  Christ
• 6:30
  at
• 6:30
  the
• 6:30
  center?
• 6:31
  Because
• 6:32
  that's
• 6:32
  what
• 6:32
  we
• 6:32
  really
• 6:32
  need
• 6:33
  to
• 6:33
  get
• 6:33
  to
• 6:33
  today.
• 6:33
  How
• 6:33
  do
• 6:34
  we
• 6:34
  find
• 6:34
  our
• 6:34
  real
• 6:35
  treasure?
• 6:35
  How
• 6:35
  do
• 6:35
  we
• 6:36
  let
• 6:36
  peace
• 6:36
  lead?
• 6:36
  Not
• 6:37
  pressure.
• 6:39
  And
• 6:39
  how
• 6:39
  do
• 6:39
  you
• 6:39
  let
• 6:39
  the
• 6:40
  Savior,
• 6:40
  not
• 6:40
  culture
• 6:41
  define
• 6:41
  your
• 6:41
  wealth?
• 6:43
  Walk
• 6:43
  through
• 6:44
  this
• 6:44
  together.
• 6:45
  I
• 6:45
  want
• 6:45
  to
• 6:46
  show
• 6:46
  you
• 6:46
  how
• 6:46
  you
• 6:46
  can
• 6:46
  get
• 6:47
  Christ
• 6:47
  centered
• 6:47
  wealth
• 6:47
  in
• 6:48
  your
• 6:48
  daily
• 6:48
  life.
• 6:50
  And
• 6:50
  it
• 6:50
  all
• 6:51
  starts
• 6:51
  with
• 6:51
  Jesus.
• 6:52
  First,
• 6:52
  it's
• 6:52
  got
• 6:52
  to
• 6:52
  start
• 6:52
  with
• 6:53
  lordship.
• 6:54
  When
• 6:54
  Jesus
• 6:55
  is
• 6:55
  Lord,
• 6:55
  every
• 6:56
  financial
• 6:56
  decision
• 6:56
  becomes
• 6:57
  clearer.
• 6:59
  Here's
• 6:59
  the
• 6:59
  thing
• 6:59
  you
• 6:59
  got
• 7:00
  to
• 7:00
  understand.
• 7:00
  Lordship
• 7:01
  isn't
• 7:01
  pressure.
• 7:02
  A
• 7:02
  lot
• 7:02
  of
• 7:02
  people
• 7:02
  think,
• 7:03
  well,
• 7:03
  it's
• 7:03
  a
• 7:03
  lot
• 7:03
  of
• 7:04
  pressure,
• 7:04
  Ralph.
• 7:05
  Lordship
• 7:06
  is
• 7:06
  protection.
• 7:08
  Surrender
• 7:09
  doesn't
• 7:09
  limit
• 7:09
  you.
• 7:10
  It
• 7:10
  frees
• 7:10
  you.
• 7:12
  Something
• 7:13
  simply
• 7:13
  as
• 7:13
  easy
• 7:14
  as
• 7:14
  saying,
• 7:15
  jesus,
• 7:15
  you
• 7:16
  lead.
• 7:17
  Jesus,
• 7:18
  you
• 7:19
  lead.
• 7:20
  When
• 7:20
  you
• 7:20
  say
• 7:21
  that,
• 7:21
  it
• 7:21
  removes
• 7:21
  the
• 7:22
  weight
• 7:22
  you
• 7:22
  never
• 7:22
  were
• 7:23
  meant
• 7:23
  to
• 7:23
  carry
• 7:23
  on
• 7:24
  your
• 7:24
  own.
• 7:26
  And
• 7:26
  here's
• 7:26
  another
• 7:27
  thing
• 7:27
  I'm
• 7:27
  going
• 7:27
  to
• 7:27
  encourage
• 7:27
  you
• 7:27
  to
• 7:28
  do.
• 7:28
  Choose
• 7:28
  eternal
• 7:29
  over
• 7:29
  trendy.
• 7:30
  We
• 7:30
  live
• 7:30
  in
• 7:30
  a
• 7:31
  culture
• 7:31
  where
• 7:31
  trends
• 7:32
  are
• 7:32
  constantly
• 7:33
  shifting.
• 7:34
  Fear
• 7:35
  shifts,
• 7:35
  culture
• 7:36
  shifts.
• 7:38
  But
• 7:38
  here's
• 7:38
  something
• 7:38
  you
• 7:38
  can
• 7:38
  take
• 7:39
  to
• 7:39
  the
• 7:39
  bank.
• 7:39
  The
• 7:39
  kingdom
• 7:40
  of
• 7:40
  God
• 7:41
  is
• 7:41
  steady.
• 7:43
  So
• 7:43
  when
• 7:43
  you're
• 7:43
  making
• 7:44
  decisions,
• 7:44
  especially
• 7:44
  financial
• 7:45
  decisions,
• 7:46
  filter
• 7:46
  decisions
• 7:47
  through
• 7:47
  this.
• 7:48
  Is
• 7:48
  it
• 7:48
  purposeful?
• 7:49
  Is
• 7:49
  there
• 7:49
  a
• 7:50
  Kingdom
• 7:50
  purpose
• 7:50
  for
• 7:51
  this?
• 7:51
  Is
• 7:51
  it
• 7:51
  eternal?
• 7:53
  And
• 7:53
  last
• 7:53
  but
• 7:54
  not
• 7:54
  least
• 7:54
  and
• 7:54
  probably
• 7:54
  the
• 7:55
  greatest,
• 7:55
  is
• 7:55
  it
• 7:56
  aligned
• 7:56
  with
• 7:57
  Christ?
• 7:59
  You
• 7:59
  can't
• 7:59
  chase
• 8:00
  everything
• 8:01
  either,
• 8:02
  so
• 8:02
  chase
• 8:03
  what
• 8:04
  matters.
• 8:06
  Another
• 8:06
  encouragement
• 8:07
  for
• 8:07
  today
• 8:08
  is
• 8:09
  if
• 8:09
  you
• 8:09
  don't
• 8:09
  hear
• 8:09
  anything
• 8:10
  else
• 8:10
  I
• 8:10
  say
• 8:10
  today,
• 8:10
  practice
• 8:11
  contentment
• 8:12
  and
• 8:12
  generosity.
• 8:14
  We
• 8:14
  live
• 8:14
  in
• 8:14
  a
• 8:14
  culture
• 8:15
  of
• 8:15
  comparison.
• 8:16
  I
• 8:16
  talk
• 8:16
  about
• 8:16
  this
• 8:16
  on
• 8:17
  the
• 8:17
  show
• 8:17
  all
• 8:17
  the
• 8:17
  time.
• 8:17
  Contentment
• 8:18
  kills
• 8:19
  comparison,
• 8:21
  and
• 8:21
  generosity
• 8:22
  loosens
• 8:22
  that
• 8:22
  grip
• 8:22
  of
• 8:23
  greed.
• 8:23
  Listen,
• 8:23
  we're
• 8:24
  human
• 8:24
  beings.
• 8:24
  We're
• 8:25
  fleshly
• 8:25
  beings.
• 8:26
  We're
• 8:27
  going
• 8:27
  to
• 8:27
  battle
• 8:27
  that
• 8:28
  greed.
• 8:29
  But
• 8:29
  gratitude
• 8:30
  quiets
• 8:31
  that
• 8:31
  cultural
• 8:31
  pressure
• 8:32
  that's
• 8:32
  all
• 8:32
  around
• 8:32
  us.
• 8:34
  And
• 8:34
  when
• 8:34
  you
• 8:34
  give,
• 8:35
  it
• 8:35
  grows
• 8:35
  your
• 8:35
  heart
• 8:36
  even
• 8:36
  more
• 8:36
  than
• 8:37
  it
• 8:37
  changes
• 8:37
  your
• 8:37
  budget.
• 8:38
  And
• 8:38
  I've
• 8:38
  seen
• 8:39
  that
• 8:39
  firsthand.
• 8:39
  I've
• 8:40
  done
• 8:40
  it
• 8:40
  my
• 8:40
  own
• 8:40
  life,
• 8:40
  and
• 8:41
  I've
• 8:41
  seen
• 8:41
  people
• 8:42
  dynamically
• 8:43
  transformed
• 8:44
  by
• 8:44
  being
• 8:44
  content
• 8:45
  and
• 8:45
  being
• 8:46
  generous.
• 8:48
  And
• 8:48
  finally,
• 8:49
  let
• 8:49
  Christ
• 8:49
  set
• 8:50
  your
• 8:50
  New
• 8:50
  Year
• 8:50
  priorities.
• 8:52
  Ask
• 8:53
  him
• 8:53
  this.
• 8:53
  Say,
• 8:53
  lord,
• 8:54
  what
• 8:54
  matters
• 8:54
  most
• 8:55
  in
• 8:55
  my
• 8:55
  finances
• 8:56
  this
• 8:56
  year?
• 8:58
  Ask
• 8:58
  him
• 8:59
  for
• 8:59
  that.
• 9:00
  Bring
• 9:00
  him
• 9:00
  into
• 9:00
  the
• 9:01
  discussion
• 9:02
  and
• 9:02
  let
• 9:03
  prayer
• 9:03
  shape
• 9:03
  your
• 9:03
  priorities.
• 9:04
  Not
• 9:04
  pressure,
• 9:05
  not
• 9:05
  trends,
• 9:05
  not
• 9:05
  fear.
• 9:07
  Sometimes
• 9:07
  it
• 9:08
  needs
• 9:08
  to
• 9:08
  be
• 9:08
  a
• 9:08
  season
• 9:08
  of
• 9:09
  simplicity,
• 9:10
  because
• 9:10
  simplicity
• 9:11
  brings
• 9:11
  more
• 9:11
  peace
• 9:11
  than
• 9:11
  abundance
• 9:12
  ever
• 9:12
  could.
• 9:13
  And
• 9:14
  when
• 9:14
  Christ
• 9:14
  sets
• 9:14
  the
• 9:15
  direction,
• 9:16
  financial
• 9:16
  pressure
• 9:17
  loses
• 9:18
  power.
• 9:19
  Well,
• 9:19
  let's
• 9:20
  anchor
• 9:20
  today
• 9:20
  in
• 9:20
  Scripture,
• 9:21
  because
• 9:21
  Christmas
• 9:21
  is
• 9:22
  the
• 9:22
  perfect
• 9:22
  time
• 9:22
  to
• 9:23
  return
• 9:23
  to
• 9:23
  the
• 9:24
  foundation.
• 9:24
  Look
• 9:24
  at
• 9:24
  Matthew,
• 9:25
  chapter
• 9:26
  6,
• 9:26
  verse
• 9:26
  33.
• 9:28
  Seek
• 9:29
  first
• 9:29
  his
• 9:29
  kingdom
• 9:29
  and
• 9:30
  his
• 9:30
  righteousness,
• 9:31
  and
• 9:32
  all
• 9:32
  these
• 9:32
  things
• 9:32
  will
• 9:32
  be
• 9:32
  given
• 9:33
  to
• 9:33
  you
• 9:33
  as
• 9:33
  well.
• 9:35
  Seek
• 9:35
  him
• 9:36
  first.
• 9:38
  Just
• 9:38
  think
• 9:38
  about
• 9:39
  that
• 9:39
  for
• 9:39
  just
• 9:39
  a
• 9:39
  moment,
• 9:41
  because
• 9:41
  once
• 9:41
  you
• 9:41
  seek
• 9:41
  him
• 9:42
  first,
• 9:42
  guess
• 9:42
  what?
• 9:44
  He'll
• 9:44
  take
• 9:44
  care
• 9:44
  of
• 9:44
  the
• 9:45
  rest.
• 9:46
  And
• 9:46
  I
• 9:47
  want
• 9:47
  to
• 9:47
  pray
• 9:47
  today
• 9:47
  on
• 9:47
  this
• 9:48
  Christmas
• 9:48
  Day.
• 9:49
  And
• 9:49
  I'm
• 9:49
  so
• 9:50
  thankful
• 9:50
  that
• 9:50
  you've
• 9:50
  chosen
• 9:50
  to
• 9:51
  join
• 9:51
  me
• 9:51
  today.
• 9:52
  Jesus,
• 9:53
  anchor
• 9:54
  my
• 9:54
  heart
• 9:54
  in
• 9:54
  you.
• 9:55
  Free
• 9:56
  me
• 9:56
  from
• 9:56
  comparison
• 9:57
  and
• 9:57
  free
• 9:57
  me
• 9:57
  from
• 9:57
  pressure.
• 9:58
  Lord,
• 9:58
  teach
• 9:59
  me
• 9:59
  contentment.
• 9:59
  Teach
• 10:00
  me
• 10:00
  to
• 10:00
  grow
• 10:00
  joyfully
• 10:01
  and
• 10:01
  generously.
• 10:02
  Help
• 10:02
  that
• 10:03
  to
• 10:03
  grow
• 10:03
  in
• 10:03
  me.
• 10:05
  And
• 10:05
  Christ,
• 10:06
  be
• 10:06
  the
• 10:06
  center
• 10:06
  of
• 10:06
  all
• 10:07
  my
• 10:07
  decisions,
• 10:08
  especially
• 10:09
  my
• 10:09
  financial
• 10:10
  ones.
• 10:11
  And
• 10:11
  I
• 10:11
  ask
• 10:11
  this
• 10:12
  in
• 10:12
  the
• 10:12
  name
• 10:12
  of
• 10:12
  Jesus.
• 10:14
  Amen.
• 10:15
  Okay,
• 10:16
  here's
• 10:16
  your
• 10:16
  one
• 10:16
  action
• 10:17
  item
• 10:17
  for
• 10:17
  today.
• 10:18
  I
• 10:18
  want
• 10:19
  you
• 10:19
  to
• 10:19
  just
• 10:19
  write
• 10:19
  down
• 10:19
  one
• 10:20
  way
• 10:20
  that
• 10:20
  you'll
• 10:20
  put
• 10:21
  Christ
• 10:21
  at
• 10:21
  the
• 10:21
  center
• 10:22
  of
• 10:22
  your
• 10:22
  finances
• 10:23
  next
• 10:23
  year.
• 10:24
  Just
• 10:24
  one
• 10:24
  way.
• 10:26
  Maybe
• 10:26
  it's
• 10:26
  a
• 10:27
  virtual
• 10:27
  pray
• 10:27
  daily.
• 10:28
  I
• 10:28
  truly
• 10:28
  believe
• 10:28
  that
• 10:29
  there
• 10:29
  is
• 10:29
  power
• 10:30
  in
• 10:30
  reading
• 10:31
  Scripture
• 10:31
  and
• 10:31
  praying
• 10:32
  about
• 10:32
  Scripture.
• 10:32
  So
• 10:33
  maybe
• 10:33
  for
• 10:33
  you
• 10:33
  it's
• 10:33
  that
• 10:34
  verse
• 10:34
  that
• 10:34
  you're
• 10:34
  going
• 10:34
  to
• 10:34
  pray
• 10:35
  every
• 10:35
  day.
• 10:35
  Hey,
• 10:35
  maybe
• 10:35
  for
• 10:36
  you
• 10:36
  it's
• 10:36
  starting
• 10:37
  a
• 10:37
  giving
• 10:37
  habit.
• 10:38
  That's
• 10:39
  a
• 10:39
  great
• 10:39
  way
• 10:39
  to
• 10:39
  start
• 10:40
  to
• 10:40
  be
• 10:40
  generous.
• 10:41
  For
• 10:42
  you,
• 10:42
  maybe
• 10:42
  it's
• 10:42
  a
• 10:42
  Sunday
• 10:43
  financial
• 10:43
  devotional
• 10:44
  moment.
• 10:44
  Maybe
• 10:44
  you
• 10:44
  pick
• 10:44
  Sunday
• 10:45
  and
• 10:45
  say,
• 10:45
  this
• 10:45
  is
• 10:46
  a
• 10:46
  time
• 10:46
  when
• 10:46
  I'm
• 10:46
  going
• 10:46
  to
• 10:46
  do
• 10:46
  what
• 10:47
  Ralph
• 10:47
  talks
• 10:47
  about
• 10:47
  and
• 10:48
  I'm
• 10:48
  going
• 10:48
  to
• 10:48
  devote
• 10:49
  my
• 10:49
  time
• 10:49
  to
• 10:50
  Jesus
• 10:50
  with
• 10:50
  my
• 10:51
  finances
• 10:51
  on
• 10:51
  Sunday.
• 10:53
  And
• 10:53
  maybe,
• 10:54
  just
• 10:54
  maybe,
• 10:54
  open
• 10:55
  every
• 10:55
  budget
• 10:55
  meeting
• 10:56
  with
• 10:56
  prayer.
• 10:57
  You
• 10:58
  don't
• 10:58
  need
• 10:58
  to
• 10:58
  do
• 10:58
  all
• 10:58
  these
• 10:59
  things.
• 10:59
  Just
• 10:59
  choose
• 10:59
  one,
• 11:00
  but
• 11:01
  let
• 11:01
  Christ
• 11:01
  lead
• 11:02
  it.
• 11:03
  And
• 11:04
  if
• 11:04
  you
• 11:04
  want
• 11:04
  a
• 11:04
  place
• 11:04
  where
• 11:05
  faith
• 11:05
  and
• 11:05
  finances
• 11:06
  can
• 11:06
  grow
• 11:06
  together,
• 11:07
  where
• 11:07
  you'll
• 11:07
  be
• 11:07
  encouraged
• 11:08
  and
• 11:08
  where
• 11:08
  Christ
• 11:08
  stays
• 11:09
  at
• 11:09
  the
• 11:09
  center.
• 11:09
  And
• 11:09
  trust
• 11:10
  me,
• 11:10
  that's
• 11:10
  the
• 11:10
  whole
• 11:10
  point
• 11:11
  of
• 11:11
  this.
• 11:11
  I
• 11:12
  want
• 11:12
  to
• 11:12
  invite
• 11:12
  you
• 11:12
  to
• 11:12
  join
• 11:13
  our
• 11:13
  financially
• 11:13
  confident
• 11:14
  Christian
• 11:14
  family.
• 11:15
  You
• 11:15
  can
• 11:15
  do
• 11:15
  that
• 11:16
  by
• 11:16
  going
• 11:16
  to
• 11:16
  financiallyconfidentchristian.com
• 11:18
  join
• 11:20
  again.
• 11:20
  That's
• 11:21
  financiallyconfidentchristian.com/Join.
• 11:25
  You
• 11:25
  don't
• 11:25
  have
• 11:26
  to
• 11:26
  walk
• 11:26
  this
• 11:26
  journey
• 11:26
  alone.
• 11:27
  There
• 11:27
  are
• 11:27
  people
• 11:27
  that
• 11:27
  want
• 11:27
  to
• 11:28
  love
• 11:28
  on
• 11:28
  you.
• 11:28
  There's
• 11:29
  people
• 11:29
  that
• 11:29
  want
• 11:29
  to
• 11:29
  help
• 11:29
  you
• 11:30
  and
• 11:30
  encourage
• 11:30
  you.
• 11:30
  And
• 11:30
  I
• 11:30
  want
• 11:31
  to
• 11:31
  be
• 11:31
  one
• 11:31
  of
• 11:31
  those
• 11:31
  people.
• 11:31
  So
• 11:32
  go
• 11:32
  to
• 11:32
  financiallyconfidentchristian.com/join.
• 11:37
  And
• 11:37
  on
• 11:37
  this
• 11:37
  Christmas
• 11:38
  Day,
• 11:38
  I
• 11:38
  want
• 11:38
  you
• 11:38
  to
• 11:38
  remember
• 11:39
  this.
• 11:40
  Christ
• 11:41
  defines
• 11:41
  your
• 11:41
  wealth,
• 11:42
  not
• 11:42
  culture.
• 11:44
  So
• 11:44
  center
• 11:44
  your
• 11:45
  heart
• 11:45
  in
• 11:45
  him
• 11:45
  and
• 11:45
  your
• 11:46
  finances
• 11:46
  will
• 11:46
  follow.
• 11:48
  Seek
• 11:48
  his
• 11:48
  kingdom
• 11:49
  first.
• 11:49
  Trust
• 11:49
  him
• 11:50
  with
• 11:50
  the
• 11:50
  rest.
• 11:51
  And
• 11:52
  go
• 11:52
  out
• 11:52
  there
• 11:52
  today
• 11:52
  and
• 11:53
  be
• 11:53
  a
• 11:53
  financially
• 11:54
  confident
• 11:54
  Christian.
• 11:54
  Because
• 11:55
  guess
• 11:55
  what?
• 11:55
  You
• 11:55
  can
• 11:55
  do
• 11:55
  this.
• 11:56
  I
• 11:56
  have
• 11:56
  confidence
• 11:56
  in
• 11:57
  you.
• 11:57
  Stay
• 11:58
  financially
• 11:58
  savvy.
• 11:59
  Merry
• 12:00
  Christmas
• 12:00
  to
• 12:00
  you
• 12:00
  and
• 12:00
  your
• 12:01
  family.
• 12:01
  God
• 12:01
  bless
• 12:02
  you.
• 12:02
  And
• 12:02
  I'll
• 12:02
  see
• 12:02
  you
• 12:03
  on
• 12:03
  the
• 12:03
  next.
