- 0:03SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone, I hope you've had a beautiful week.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: In today's episode, we're going to talk specifically about self-worth and how to begin healing it.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: Because for those of us with the core karmic lesson of self-worth, it seems an impossible task to ever truly feel that we are innately worth anything.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: Between believing that we can never be wanted but settling for being needed, always looking externally for someone to prove to us that we're worth something, and needing to feel like we're always chosen first and the priority in every situation in order to feel like someone sees worth in us, it appears that we are forever trapped in a loop of always needing external proof of worth while simultaneously never being able to feel it intrinsically.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: So in this episode, I'm going to tell you the best way to cultivate self-worth for yourself.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: Unfortunately, with the core karmic lesson of self-worth, it's not as easy as practicing self-care or even healing childhood traumas that can make you feel like you have worth or belong here on the planet.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: There are two main things you can do in order to begin making your ego believe that you are worthy.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: And they are not easy things to practice.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: So let me just say that outright.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: They are going to feel uncomfortable and they are going to be very difficult, but with consistent practice, one day it will just fall into place and the feeling of unworthiness will begin to fade.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: These two steps will work whether your core karmic lesson is self-worth or whether a large symptom karmic lesson is self-worth.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: So here we go.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: The first step is to always prioritize yourself.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Your needs, your wants, your desires, you.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: You, you, you.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: No, this is not selfish.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: No, this does not make you a bad person.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: You can live your life however it is now, raising your kids, being a wife or husband, working a nine-to-five job while still prioritizing yourself.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: It just takes practice.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: So let's look at examples going from easiest to more difficult.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: If you're overworked at your job and need a break, you have to get over that feeling of if I take time away, they're going to see that I'm disposable.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: Tell your boss you need less workload, ask someone for help or delegate more.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: If your partner is going through a health issue and you need to be there for them, you also have the right to decompress so you don't overwhelm your nervous system.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: This is not selfish.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: This is making sure you're personally in tip-top shape so that you can be at your best and not have an ego degradation and be out of commission.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: If you have to take your kids from here to there and are a single parent but need some time to process through your emotions, you're going to need to ask for help.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Even if it's just for an hour, prioritizing what you need and giving it to yourself will begin to show the ego that no matter what it states to you over and over is not a fact.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: And prioritizing yourself when the ego screams at you, no, I'm fine, I'm invincible, tells the ego that it is not in control and you know what's best for you, not the ego.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: No other ego is going to prioritize you in a manner in which you will feel like you have innate self-worth.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: You have to do it for yourself because your ego's stories to itself is the problem, not what others are doing.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: So here's where it gets tricky and takes consistent practice along with prioritizing yourself.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: Developing a true sense of non-duality is the absolute best way of letting your ego know that the stories it tells you regarding your lack of innate worth are utter garbage.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: When you have a core karmic lesson of self-worth, it is because you are subconsciously comparing your experiences with everything else.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: When you remove duality, there can be no comparison because there is nothing to compare to.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: You cannot have light without dark, you cannot have up without down, you cannot have right without wrong.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: These are the inherent issues with duality, and they are only present with the 3D ego on the 3D plane.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: When you stop utilizing societally deemed appropriate dualistic verbiage, judgments, thoughts, and beliefs, you realize you cannot have less worth than something else because nothing else exists.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: This is the beauty of knowing that you are the universe manifested in physical form.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: You have created everything and nothing else is real.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: Yes, you're perceiving things on the 3D plane in front of you, but that's only the ego that is perceiving them, and the ego can always be reprogrammed and taught new things.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: So begin with small steps.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: The next time you have a thought of this is the right thing to do, take a deep look at why you believe it's the right thing to do.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: If you're having a hard time getting over the moral or emotional impasse, reframe the question to its opposite.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Why is this the wrong thing to do?
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: List out all of the quote, wrong things about it.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: You'll soon discover that everything viewed as right or wrong can be argued against going the opposite way.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: And when you have the ability to argue either side, you realize that it is all subjective.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: The ego creates beliefs and judgments.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: They're not facts.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: And when there are no facts nor lies, no absolute nor equivocal, there can be no duality since everything is subjective.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: It is thought, belief, perspective, perception, ego, and the brain.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: Try this with every apparent dualistic judgment you make throughout your day, and you'll notice that unworthiness doesn't actually exist because worthiness also doesn't exist.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: Until next week, all of my best and highest vibrations to you.
