Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. One of the biggest questions over the past
• 0:07
Speaker 1: year has to do with Glenn Maxwell and the prison
• 0:10
Speaker 1: transfer that she found herself on the receiving end of.
• 0:15
Speaker 1: And up until this point, we still have not had
• 0:17
Speaker 1: any kind of real statement by the government telling us
• 0:21
Speaker 1: what went down. Well, one of the reporters over at
• 0:25
Speaker 1: Bloomberg filed a FOIA request from the Federal Bureau of Prisons,
• 0:31
Speaker 1: and they got a little bit of information back. So
• 0:35
Speaker 1: in this episode, we're going to dive into the article
• 0:38
Speaker 1: from Bloomberg and see just exactly what they've come up with.
• 0:42
Speaker 1: This article was published by Bloomberg, and the headline, Glenn
• 0:45
Speaker 1: Maxwell's Prison Transfer Application Released. This article was authored by
• 0:51
Speaker 1: Jason Leopold. A quick refresher. Last summer, months before the
• 0:58
Speaker 1: passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, the Department of
• 1:02
Speaker 1: Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation released a joint
• 1:05
Speaker 1: statement in July 2025. That said, the agencies decided to
• 1:10
Speaker 1: back off their promise to proactively release millions of pages
• 1:14
Speaker 1: of files in the Jeffrey Epstein case. A couple weeks later,
• 1:18
Speaker 1: Blanche interviewed Maxwell over two days at the Federal Correctional
• 1:22
Speaker 1: Institution in Tallahassee, Florida. Blanche was sworn in as U.S.
• 1:27
Speaker 1: Attorney General in August. Which is an absolute joke. Imagine
• 1:33
Speaker 1: voting for this dude. Oh yeah, let's vote for Todd Blanche.
• 1:37
Speaker 1: Baby fucking Billy over here. As if that's the best
• 1:40
Speaker 1: we can do. In a country of what? 400 million people, roughly?
• 1:46
Speaker 1: That's the best we can come up with? Todd baby
• 1:48
Speaker 1: Billy Blanche? I'm surprised that when he shows up to
• 1:51
Speaker 1: an event, he doesn't have like a whole walk-in. You know, music,
• 1:55
Speaker 1: fireworks going off, the whole thing, because he's obviously just
• 1:59
Speaker 1: a performer. Former prosecutors characterized Blanche's interview of Maxwell, Epstein's
• 2:05
Speaker 1: former girlfriend, who was convicted of sex trafficking in 2021
• 2:09
Speaker 1: and serving out a 20-year sentence as highly unusual. Well,
• 2:14
Speaker 1: I would say so. I'd love for somebody to point
• 2:16
Speaker 1: me in the direction of a deputy attorney general going
• 2:20
Speaker 1: to talk to a convicted child molester. I'd love for
• 2:24
Speaker 1: you to point that out to me and show me
• 2:26
Speaker 1: where it's happened before. And then for that child molester,
• 2:30
Speaker 1: that human trafficker, to get moved to a minimum security camp.
• 2:35
Speaker 1: What exactly did she do or give up that would
• 2:40
Speaker 1: warrant that kind of move? Unless, of course, she was
• 2:43
Speaker 1: promising to stay silent. About five days later, the BOP,
• 2:47
Speaker 1: said Maxwell, had been transferred from the low security correctional
• 2:50
Speaker 1: facility in Florida to the minimum security federal prison in Bryan, Texas.
• 2:56
Speaker 1: There was tons of speculation about whether Maxwell's transfer was
• 3:00
Speaker 1: a quid pro quo for agreeing to be interviewed by
• 3:02
Speaker 1: Blanche or that she agreed to cooperate. Others wondered whether
• 3:06
Speaker 1: Trump was preparing to pardon her. Blanche insisted last year
• 3:11
Speaker 1: on Meet the Press that the decision was not influenced
• 3:14
Speaker 1: by politics. Rather, he said, Maxwell was suffering numerous threats
• 3:18
Speaker 1: against her life and the BOP made the decision independently. Oh,
• 3:22
Speaker 1: I am sure. Do you know how many people have
• 3:24
Speaker 1: been killed in prison in Nevada this year or over
• 3:29
Speaker 1: the past few years? A whole hell of a lot.
• 3:31
Speaker 1: Do you know how many of them probably were in
• 3:34
Speaker 1: fear of their life? A whole hell of a lot.
• 3:37
Speaker 1: But Ghislaine Maxwell gets moved. She gets that privilege. You
• 3:41
Speaker 1: mean to tell me there's nobody in the federal prison
• 3:43
Speaker 1: system that's in fear of their safety at their current facility?
• 3:48
Speaker 1: And if so, could they just petition the BOP to
• 3:51
Speaker 1: get moved the same way Maxwell did? If you have
• 3:55
Speaker 1: a loved one who's in federal prison right now, now
• 3:58
Speaker 1: you have the blueprint, right? If it's good enough for Maxwell,
• 4:01
Speaker 1: it's good enough for my loved one. Immediately after Maxwell
• 4:04
Speaker 1: was moved, I filed a narrow Freedom of Information Act
• 4:07
Speaker 1: request with the BOP seeking any document directing or authorizing
• 4:11
Speaker 1: her transfer. After the agency dragged its feet, Bloomberg and
• 4:15
Speaker 1: I sued to compel the BOP to release it. Neither
• 4:19
Speaker 1: the BOP nor the DOJ responded to her request for comment.
• 4:23
Speaker 1: Of course not. They don't owe you anything. It's not
• 4:26
Speaker 1: like they work for you or anything like that, right?
• 4:29
Speaker 1: Just an independent body doing what independent bodies do. Well,
• 4:34
Speaker 1: at least that's how they see themselves. The document the
• 4:38
Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons released to me is formally titled Request
• 4:41
Speaker 1: for Transfer Application of Management Variable. It's dated July 30th, 2025,
• 4:47
Speaker 1: and the BOP withheld all the key information, adding to
• 4:51
Speaker 1: the secrecy that has surrounded the government's decisions, involving Epstein
• 4:55
  Speaker 1: and Maxwell. Look, it's a fucking cover-up, okay? And I'm
• 5:00
Speaker 1: not somebody that just says that to say it. I
• 5:05
Speaker 1: say it because I believe that there's ample proof of it.
• 5:10
Speaker 1: And it seems like every day, that mountain continues to grow.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: And I just want everyone to keep in mind that
• 5:15
Speaker 1: Donald Trump is not going to be president forever. And
• 5:18
Speaker 1: when he's gone, there's going to be a reckoning. According
• 5:25
Speaker 1: to the public BOP documents, the particular application is used
• 5:29
Speaker 1: to justify a transfer of an inmate from one prison
• 5:33
Speaker 1: facility to another for any number of reasons, which include
• 5:36
Speaker 1: detaining a prisoner at a correctional institution that has a
• 5:40
Speaker 1: lower security classification. It's filled out and signed by a
• 5:43
Speaker 1: case manager and then approved by the BOP manager that
• 5:46
Speaker 1: oversees the prisoner's housing unit before it's sent up the
• 5:49
Speaker 1: chain for higher level approval. I am sure that the
• 5:53
Speaker 1: DOJ had nothing to do with this, They didn't reach
• 5:56
Speaker 1: out to anybody. They didn't force the hand of the BOP.
• 6:00
Speaker 1: All of a sudden Todd Blanche goes to talk to
• 6:02
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell and then all of a sudden she gets moved?
• 6:05
Speaker 1: After what? Two years? Three years? Please stop trying to
• 6:09
Speaker 1: bullshit me. Enough is enough. You guys moved Glenn Maxwell
• 6:14
Speaker 1: because she played ball. And you promised her that at
• 6:18
Speaker 1: the very least she'd have better accommodations. Just own up
• 6:22
Speaker 1: to it. Unfortunately They never will. The BOP redacted the
• 6:27
Speaker 1: names of both individuals who signed the form under an
• 6:30
Speaker 1: infrequently used FOIA exception that says disclosure could reasonably be
• 6:35
Speaker 1: expected to endanger the life or physical safety of any individual. What?
• 6:41
Speaker 1: Why would it endanger their life or safety? Seems like
• 6:44
Speaker 1: they're just throwing that shit around because it seems like
• 6:46
Speaker 1: it's powerful, right? Oh, people's lives are in danger. You
• 6:50
Speaker 1: know whose lives were in danger? These girls who were
• 6:53
Speaker 1: being abused. by that bipedal fucking serpent you're protecting, okay?
• 6:59
Speaker 1: Their lives were in danger. Glenn Maxwell's life? Not really
• 7:03
Speaker 1: my concern. I know that might sound harsh, but I
• 7:07
Speaker 1: really don't care. I have about as much empathy for
• 7:12
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell as she has for the people who were
• 7:14
Speaker 1: abused by Jeffrey Epstein. So I don't want to hear
• 7:17
Speaker 1: shit about how her life's in danger at Tallahassee, where
• 7:20
Speaker 1: nobody's ever been shanked. where nobody's ever been taken out
• 7:24
Speaker 1: on the female side of the yard. But sure, Ghislaine
• 7:26
Speaker 1: Maxwell is going to be the first one. Well, maybe
• 7:28
Speaker 1: from the government. Maybe from the same people that got
• 7:32
Speaker 1: to Epstein, but not from another inmate. Maxwell's name is
• 7:37
Speaker 1: on the application, along with the name of the federal
• 7:39
Speaker 1: facility in Tallahassee that was holding her. In the top
• 7:43
Speaker 1: far left corner, a box is completely redacted under the
• 7:46
Speaker 1: same potential threat to life or safety FOIA exemption. The B.O.P.,
• 7:52
Speaker 1: also cited that the rationale for withholding the name of
• 7:54
Speaker 1: the official who oversees where federal prisoners are detained and
• 7:58
Speaker 1: approved transfers. Why? These people are getting a federal check
• 8:04
Speaker 1: provided by the American people. And we can't even know
• 8:08
Speaker 1: the name of the people that are behind the scenes
• 8:11
Speaker 1: making this shit happen? Why not? Put your name to it.
• 8:14
Speaker 1: Stand up for what you do. Faceless-ass, coward-ass bureaucrat. The
• 8:20
Speaker 1: application goes on to show the formal request to transfer
• 8:22
Speaker 1: Maxwell to the Texas facility, followed by two separate privacy
• 8:26
Speaker 1: redactions indicating that additional names or other identifiable information were withheld.
• 8:33
Speaker 1: One section shows prison officials at the Florida Correctional Facility
• 8:36
Speaker 1: including detailed information about Maxwell's medical status, how she adjusted
• 8:42
Speaker 1: to her incarceration, her disciplinary history, and her relationship with
• 8:46
Speaker 1: other prisoners. Not very good. Not very many people liked her,
• 8:50
Speaker 1: and can you blame them? Imagine being stuck in a
• 8:53
Speaker 1: fucking small little area with Ghislaine Maxwell's stank ass. I'd
• 8:58
Speaker 1: rather be left in the middle of the ocean, surrounded
• 9:00
Speaker 1: by sharks. The BOP withheld it all, citing privacy. The
• 9:04
Speaker 1: agency also redacted a section of the application that explained
• 9:08
Speaker 1: whether there were any discrepancies in Maxwell's security and custody levels,
• 9:13
Speaker 1: which could have been a factor in the decision to
• 9:15
Speaker 1: send her to a minimum security facility. There are a
• 9:18
Speaker 1: couple of questions in the transfer application that ask whether
• 9:21
Speaker 1: a parole hearing is scheduled, and if the answer is yes,
• 9:24
Speaker 1: then when? The responses to both questions were redacted under
• 9:29
Speaker 1: two separate privacy exemptions. Why so much privacy? I thought
• 9:34
Speaker 1: this was the most transparent administration in the history of
• 9:37
Speaker 1: the world. What happened? Oh, could it be that they
• 9:39
Speaker 1: were bullshitting us? Come on. There's no administration in the
• 9:43
Speaker 1: history of America that would ever bullshit the American people, right?
• 9:49
Speaker 1: This isn't the end of the road. My FOIA lawsuit
• 9:52
Speaker 1: is still ongoing. Last year, Democratic Senators Sheldon Whitehouse, Adam Schiff,
• 9:57
Speaker 1: and Richard Blumenthal filed their own FOIA requests. asking the
• 10:01
Speaker 1: government to turn over documents about Maxwell's transfer. Well, how
• 10:05
Speaker 1: about we get those documents and how about the government
• 10:08
Speaker 1: quits fucking around? It's high time that we had access
• 10:12
Speaker 1: to all the information. And really, we need to have
• 10:16
Speaker 1: hearings today. And we need to have a special counsel
• 10:19
Speaker 1: investigate all of this. Because these names that we can't see,
• 10:23
Speaker 1: guess who'd be able to see them? That's right, special counsel.
• 10:27
Speaker 1: Guess who'd be able to subpoena them? That's right, special counsel.
• 10:31
Speaker 1: Guess who'd be able to indict them? That's right, a
• 10:35
Speaker 1: special counsel. So if you're wondering why a special counsel
• 10:38
Speaker 1: has not been appointed, there's your reason. And that's why
• 10:41
Speaker 1: it's important that the second part of this discharge petition
• 10:45
Speaker 1: ends up getting passed. Now of course, the million dollar
• 10:48
Speaker 1: question is, who in the GOP has the stones to
• 10:52
Speaker 1: step up? All the information that goes with this episode
• 10:55
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box.
