- 0:09Speaker 1: Hey everyone, and Wilmer Valdorama, mister Freddie Rodriguez.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Welcome to the Dose Amigos podcast. If you found us,
- 0:16Speaker 2: you're probably on your favorite platform where you're listening to
- 0:18Speaker 2: all your podcasts. If you're watching us, well just bear
- 0:22Speaker 2: with us. The advertising is what keeps us on. Hey man,
- 0:27Speaker 2: So glad that we're doing another solo episode and there's
- 0:32Speaker 2: some things we want to on tap today. That's right,
- 0:35Speaker 2: that's right.
- 0:36Speaker 1: We are untapping NASA's Artemis Moon mission. And what's interesting
- 0:41Speaker 1: about the subject. From the moment that I walked in here,
- 0:45Speaker 1: they were like, Wilmer's been been talking about this for
- 0:48Speaker 1: an entire week. I haven't seen you in a few weeks,
- 0:52Speaker 1: and you've been.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Talking about a few weeks into the abyss. I'm in
- 0:56Speaker 2: the black hole right now, so I'm I'm.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Really really interested in hearing why you're interested and what
- 1:05Speaker 1: rabbit hole you've gone down.
- 1:07Speaker 2: I have been, and I think you know this about me,
- 1:09Speaker 2: But as we go deeper into this, I have been
- 1:12Speaker 2: so obsessed, obsessed with the discovery and the the timely
- 1:24Speaker 2: confirmation that we're not alone in this planet. Okay, I'm
- 1:27Speaker 2: waiting for this to happen we've never had this conversa. No,
- 1:32Speaker 2: And I got to tell you, man, I have some
- 1:33Speaker 2: friends and some really high places with access to some
- 1:37Speaker 2: really crazy classified stuff. And what I can tell you
- 1:40Speaker 2: is that I'm really excited that the world is finally seen,
- 1:45Speaker 2: that the breadcrumbs are being set on the floor for
- 1:49Speaker 2: us to follow it to what later this year might
- 1:52Speaker 2: be a groundbreaking discovery. Interesting disclosure day, disclosure day, disclosure day.
- 1:59Speaker 2: And look, I think there's some great documentaries that are
- 2:02Speaker 2: doing a phenomenal job, but actually like painting the picture
- 2:06Speaker 2: that there are things that either Congress, the Senate, the President,
- 2:11Speaker 2: even high ranking military leaders not only cannot explain, but
- 2:17Speaker 2: also our concerned about what it can hypothetically mean, not
- 2:23Speaker 2: just to national security, but how I would influence the
- 2:27Speaker 2: world's perspective from a social standpoint, from a disruptive, you know, discovery,
- 2:36Speaker 2: and also on the religious level. You know, it becomes
- 2:39Speaker 2: like a really kind of a multifaceted conversation. So when
- 2:44Speaker 2: when you know, when NASA announced that they were going
- 2:46Speaker 2: to begin plans to land on the Moon and that
- 2:50Speaker 2: this was you know, the in between landing in the
- 2:55Speaker 2: Moon and finally leaving Earth, it was to see how efficient,
- 3:02Speaker 2: how it would work. For me, it was about like,
- 3:06Speaker 2: you know, the planning of leaving Earth, heading to the Moon,
- 3:10Speaker 2: lapping the Moon, and then getting back using the you know,
- 3:16Speaker 2: the orbits and gravitational pools. All of that stuff just
- 3:20Speaker 2: was incredibly fascinating to me. So I started following it.
- 3:24Speaker 2: The fact that we can live broadcast from a spaceship,
- 3:31Speaker 2: from a capsule or whatever all the way in the Moon.
- 3:36Speaker 2: It's either one, Wow, technology has not gotten crazy, or like, two,
- 3:42Speaker 2: can we do that? Can we can we broadcast from
- 3:48Speaker 2: from the moon?
- 3:49Speaker 1: I mean, but what do you what are you trying
- 3:50Speaker 1: to say?
- 3:50Speaker 2: I'm trying to I'm not saying it's fake. I'm not
- 3:54Speaker 2: saying they're making this up. I'm just like, they haven't
- 3:57Speaker 2: explained to us how they can just live stream into netflicks.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Well, satellites, right, I mean that's their I guess.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Right, I guess. So you're saying like they had a
- 4:07Speaker 2: jump satellites from the moon all the way to is
- 4:10Speaker 2: that what it is that they're playing signals?
- 4:11Speaker 1: So I would imagine that's how that's their justification for it, right, Like,
- 4:15Speaker 1: otherwise how else would you do it? It has to
- 4:18Speaker 1: be satellites.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, yeah, I mean, look, I love what it
- 4:25Speaker 2: means for humanity. Yeah, I love that we have a
- 4:31Speaker 2: different set of eyes from outside Earth looking back at
- 4:35Speaker 2: as saying we need to focus on what's really important,
- 4:39Speaker 2: you know. But when I dig deep into this thing,
- 4:45Speaker 2: it's like, what does it mean? And then I watched
- 4:47Speaker 2: the Netflix Live event where they were broadcasting live from
- 4:51Speaker 2: the capsule and they had the Trump you know, Donald Trump,
- 4:55Speaker 2: the President was talking to the astronauts, and in that conversation,
- 5:01Speaker 2: the astronauts made are very cleared and it was almost
- 5:04Speaker 2: a pitch. It was almost like they were pitching the
- 5:07Speaker 2: future plans. They were like, hey, obviously this trip being
- 5:12Speaker 2: a successful, you know, really sets the stage for our
- 5:15Speaker 2: future plans to eventually land on the Moon and build
- 5:21Speaker 2: a real space station on the Moon that would service
- 5:26Speaker 2: and serve a jump off to our future trip to Mars.
- 5:33Speaker 2: So the fact that that was like a plan and like,
- 5:36Speaker 2: there's there's either I don't know if it's confirmed or not,
- 5:38Speaker 2: but I heard that it may take about twenty billion
- 5:41Speaker 2: dollars to build a space station on the Moon. They're
- 5:46Speaker 2: also you know it said Neil the Gray. Yes, so
- 5:53Speaker 2: the Grassy that's a TV show in Canada. Isn't it
- 5:55Speaker 2: that Drake? Isn't that the Yeah, that's not what launch Drake. Anyways,
- 6:00Speaker 2: Neil basically said something like they're also going to the
- 6:03Speaker 2: south of the south pole of the Moon because it's
- 6:07Speaker 2: where the sun has the has the least amount of
- 6:12Speaker 2: influence in the dark side of the dark send of
- 6:14Speaker 2: the Moon, which means that over all these years it
- 6:18Speaker 2: could have been collecting water and that if there are
- 6:21Speaker 2: big pools of water there, what does that mean? That
- 6:25Speaker 2: means that one it can be habitable. It can be
- 6:28Speaker 2: that water can be processed to either grow stuff, either
- 6:32Speaker 2: be drinkable, or also create fuel, which allows us to
- 6:36Speaker 2: have a source that can propel us from the Moon
- 6:40Speaker 2: to our future explorations. Right, so the Moon is like
- 6:43Speaker 2: that first step to go deeper into the into into
- 6:46Speaker 2: our space.
- 6:47Speaker 1: So so there's been all kinds of variations of of
- 6:50Speaker 1: of travel, right, space travel, But this one fascinates you
- 6:56Speaker 1: the most because of the possibility of a of a
- 6:59Speaker 1: space station possibility.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Because we finally after whatever forty years and I don't
- 7:05Speaker 2: know how many it was a forty how many forty
- 7:08Speaker 2: or sixty years? Can you confirm that for me? So
- 7:12Speaker 2: so that we finally sent like we've been going out
- 7:17Speaker 2: of space for a while while we're fixing satellites. We
- 7:20Speaker 2: have like you know, we do our orbit stuff, but
- 7:23Speaker 2: this is the first time where we did like which
- 7:26Speaker 2: I think it was a ten day trip around trip
- 7:30Speaker 2: where it basically they they left Earth and after forty
- 7:36Speaker 2: years of technology they were able to lap the Moon
- 7:41Speaker 2: and may and I guess today or tomorrow they land
- 7:44Speaker 2: back in San Diego. Yeah the water fifty four say, okay,
- 7:50Speaker 2: Siste four sixty four, fifty four years since Apollo what
- 7:54Speaker 2: thirteen since Apollo seven? Since thirteen? Why is the movie?
- 8:02Speaker 1: Why has there been such a such a gap in time?
- 8:06Speaker 2: I mean some say that they lost the funding to
- 8:08Speaker 2: continue to explore in sand rockets, you know. Some say
- 8:12Speaker 2: it was fake because because the original was fake, well,
- 8:17Speaker 2: because the original landing in the moon was like how
- 8:19Speaker 2: was it? How did it take us this long to
- 8:22Speaker 2: go back to the Moon. But we went to the
- 8:26Speaker 2: Moon with you know, aluminum foil and styrophone, ain't actually
- 8:33Speaker 2: landed and came back.
- 8:35Speaker 1: So it's like and had I had like a little moon.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Yeah, we had a rover and everything. We had a
- 8:39Speaker 2: car vehicle and all that like, how did all that happen?
- 8:42Speaker 2: We just saw pictures, we saw, you know, the really
- 8:46Speaker 2: grainy videos, But if the videos were being taken at
- 8:51Speaker 2: the moon, why are there grainy out here?
- 8:53Speaker 1: And it had a very Stanley Kubrick sort of ye
- 8:57Speaker 1: look to it as well.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Who was filming the who was filming the bode when
- 9:02Speaker 2: it first landed on the ground. How did they get
- 9:04Speaker 2: the actual rover to go somebody else besides that Boode
- 9:07Speaker 2: was the first one to land on, Like who and
- 9:11Speaker 2: where did they put the rover at in that they
- 9:14Speaker 2: left it? No, I'm saying, how did they get it there?
- 9:17Speaker 2: Because they brought it in parts and then they have
- 9:19Speaker 2: to build it there. Oh I see, Yeah, So what
- 9:22Speaker 2: do you think? What's your perspective on all this stuff?
- 9:24Speaker 2: Like does it interest you? It's completely interesting.
- 9:29Speaker 1: It's interesting to hear you talk about it because I really,
- 9:31Speaker 1: I really, you know, obviously I've heard every single theory,
- 9:34Speaker 1: every single perspective, conspiracy theory, all of that, but but
- 9:40Speaker 1: I never really gave it any thought, you know, so
- 9:42Speaker 1: so it's always interesting for me to hear someone like
- 9:44Speaker 1: you who has given a thought and to hear your
- 9:47Speaker 1: perspective and.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Why and I also asked a million questions and appropriately
- 9:52Speaker 2: to people that have no business answering those questions to
- 9:56Speaker 2: someone like me, you know, like I've asked like some
- 9:59Speaker 2: chairman who joined chiefs and vice chairman's of chief When.
- 10:02Speaker 1: You ask somebody like that something is there, is it
- 10:06Speaker 1: always met with like.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Am I really you know?
- 10:10Speaker 1: Like is it ever met with trepidation? Is it met
- 10:13Speaker 1: with like I'll tell.
- 10:15Speaker 2: You, there's like setence that like the world is curious, right,
- 10:19Speaker 2: So there's like at first I asked me, it's like, hey,
- 10:22Speaker 2: I have a question about aliens.
- 10:25Speaker 1: But what happens when it goes down that road?
- 10:27Speaker 2: Is there ever? Like That's what I'm saying here as
- 10:30Speaker 2: me and I'll give you the face. So yeah, so
- 10:35Speaker 2: you want to know about aliens, right? They just you know,
- 10:42Speaker 2: but you know, I was like, I try to use
- 10:44Speaker 2: humor as like you're gonna tell me, right, So I'm like,
- 10:47Speaker 2: you know, aliens, like, am I right? Aliens? Right? Yeah?
- 10:52Speaker 2: But you know they all have a very consistent answer,
- 10:56Speaker 2: which is we be fool to think they were the
- 10:58Speaker 2: only ones on this planet, you know, or in this
- 11:03Speaker 2: galaxy you know, And I think you know they've they've
- 11:07Speaker 2: just basically said out loud. It like, there are things
- 11:10Speaker 2: that obviously are humanly impossible that we have witness and
- 11:14Speaker 2: have records of, and we're trying to figure out what
- 11:17Speaker 2: that is.
- 11:18Speaker 1: And and and you obviously saw Obama recently, Yeah, admitted
- 11:24Speaker 1: it to back.
- 11:27Speaker 2: I think he admitted it, and I think he didn't
- 11:30Speaker 2: think it was going to cost such a thing, and
- 11:32Speaker 2: I think that he probably had to, like, let me
- 11:34Speaker 2: reframe this. I've never seen it, right.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Right, if anybody in the world has seen it, it's him, right,
- 11:41Speaker 1: I mean, he's the.
- 11:42Speaker 2: I mean I also there's a conspiracy that no precedent
- 11:44Speaker 2: has ever been exposed to it, because otherwise they would know,
- 11:49Speaker 2: I see, and if there were no considering their sitting
- 11:52Speaker 2: president for only four years. But the only people that
- 11:55Speaker 2: have access to that kind of information are the people
- 11:58Speaker 2: that have long term position within the government and the military.
- 12:02Speaker 2: People that could be like twenty thirty forty year positions
- 12:05Speaker 2: in the in the military. There are the only ones
- 12:08Speaker 2: that are allowed to be at that high level of classified,
- 12:11Speaker 2: you know information, because all this some government you know
- 12:16Speaker 2: positions are being held by just a few years and
- 12:19Speaker 2: then you don't want you know, tens of people with
- 12:24Speaker 2: this information, and then four years later, three years later
- 12:27Speaker 2: wherever their terms are. Yeah, you know, they're out there
- 12:29Speaker 2: with such classified information.
- 12:32Speaker 1: That's interesting, And you think there's also sort of a
- 12:34Speaker 1: plausible deniability aspect to it as well.
- 12:37Speaker 2: I think that there's always been an assumption that people
- 12:40Speaker 2: are not ready for it.
- 12:42Speaker 1: What I'm saying on behalf of like a president, you know, like,
- 12:45Speaker 1: you know, the less he knows, the more truthfuls he's
- 12:50Speaker 1: being by saying I really don't know what's happening here.
- 12:54Speaker 2: I think that's I think that's a major recipe for success, right, Like,
- 13:00Speaker 2: if you don't know it, we don't need to worry
- 13:03Speaker 2: about it. But what I'm saying is that we now
- 13:06Speaker 2: have tons of intel where like this you know, this
- 13:09Speaker 2: flying uh you know upis are now hovering over our
- 13:14Speaker 2: nuclear plants and our nuclear energy plants. And it's getting
- 13:18Speaker 2: a little suspect now because no government has been identified
- 13:22Speaker 2: as you know, responsible for such spy operations.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Why do you think over nuclear power plants?
- 13:29Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't know. I mean that's part
- 13:31Speaker 2: of like what hypothetically you start fantasizing over what that means.
- 13:35Speaker 1: You know, you think it's because they're sort of regulating
- 13:42Speaker 1: our impulsiveness to use nuclear webs I don't think.
- 13:46Speaker 2: Regulating will probably be the word that fits there. I
- 13:49Speaker 2: think it's like monitoring the activity of why we harnessing
- 13:55Speaker 2: such power for one purpose? And I think they have
- 13:59Speaker 2: first road that's seeing as have capabilities of wiping ourselves out.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Yeah. And the only reason I use the word regulating
- 14:07Speaker 1: is because I've I've heard of some instances where they've
- 14:10Speaker 1: they've felt that some progression has gone too far, and
- 14:15Speaker 1: so they've purposely shut it.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Down, shut down plans and powers goes out. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Yeah, that's.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Interesting, which is which is a form of regulating it.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Right, But back to our armitists, back to have you
- 14:35Speaker 2: been following it all that you've just seen the photos on?
- 14:38Speaker 1: Yeah, not not as heavy as you know it's unfortunatelyfortunately, No,
- 14:47Speaker 1: I mean, you know, to the extent that the average
- 14:50Speaker 1: person I think it is. I think it's fascinating. I
- 14:52Speaker 1: think it's it's wonderful.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Uh.
- 14:54Speaker 1: And I didn't know that that part of the sort
- 14:57Speaker 1: of the larger picture was to hopefully established some sort
- 15:01Speaker 1: of foundation in the moon so that it so that
- 15:04Speaker 1: it goes further than that.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Yeah, So that would be the Yeah, once we're jump,
- 15:09Speaker 2: you know, we get closer and closer proximity there takes
- 15:12Speaker 2: less time to get there, And.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Why do you think that's important? And then this is
- 15:18Speaker 1: you know, why is it important?
- 15:20Speaker 2: Well, somebody said it's our step and I think they
- 15:23Speaker 2: said it in that live Netflix thing. Is a step
- 15:26Speaker 2: closer to being a two planet species, right, And there's
- 15:33Speaker 2: a level of pride of like, you know, we're always
- 15:37Speaker 2: been migrators, right, so I imagine expanding Earth into a
- 15:42Speaker 2: different planet right, kind of interesting, right, right. I also
- 15:47Speaker 2: think that the telegraphing of that means that we might
- 15:51Speaker 2: be doing something irreversible to this planet, and that you
- 15:56Speaker 2: know that there's an early betting of like if we
- 16:00Speaker 2: did do complete destruction here where we we go?
- 16:05Speaker 1: I see to have some pioneers going set up shop
- 16:09Speaker 1: somewhere so that there's somewhere for us.
- 16:13Speaker 2: There. It was the name, any idea what Christopher Columbus
- 16:19Speaker 2: ships one of their names. I'm glad I forgot to
- 16:26Speaker 2: be honest, I forgot that. Yeah, yeah, I forgot already.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Where they land first, the Dominican Republic, Yeah yeah.
- 16:40Speaker 2: And as soon as they heard I've been they were like, okay,
- 16:44Speaker 2: let's move. Let's move closer to the other coast. Have
- 16:57Speaker 2: you heard have you come across any of the you know,
- 17:01Speaker 2: the because metaphorically what this mission has done, it has
- 17:05Speaker 2: awoken different themes, you know, kind of the birdsie view
- 17:09Speaker 2: on life. The birds havee view on how you look
- 17:14Speaker 2: at the things in your life. Did you see, uh?
- 17:20Speaker 2: You see the astronet Victor Glover right, the astronaut had
- 17:24Speaker 2: an amazing quote that I think is worth repeating. And
- 17:28Speaker 2: I know everyone's on this because it's an interesting message
- 17:35Speaker 2: worth passing on and continuing to amplify it. Do you
- 17:38Speaker 2: mind reading it for us? Yeah?
- 17:40Speaker 1: The quote was when I read the Bible and I
- 17:43Speaker 1: look at all of the amazing things that were done
- 17:45Speaker 1: for us who were created. You have this amazing place,
- 17:50Speaker 1: the spaceship. You guys are talking to us because we're
- 17:54Speaker 1: in a spaceship really far from Earth, but you're on
- 17:57Speaker 1: a spaceship called Earth that was created to give us
- 18:00Speaker 1: a place to live in the universe and the cosmos.
- 18:03Speaker 1: He added, I think maybe the distance we are from
- 18:06Speaker 1: you makes you think that what we're doing is special.
- 18:09Speaker 1: But we're the same distance from you, and I'm trying
- 18:13Speaker 1: to tell you just trust me, you are special, he continued,
- 18:16Speaker 1: And all of this emptiness, this is a whole bunch
- 18:19Speaker 1: of nothing, this thing we call the universe. You have
- 18:22Speaker 1: this oasis, this beautiful place that we get to exist
- 18:25Speaker 1: in together.
- 18:27Speaker 2: It's wonderful. What do you think from that.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Appreciation for where we are? Gratitude a for him, right, spiritually,
- 18:39Speaker 1: biblically confirmation that that that that you know, the earth
- 18:45Speaker 1: was created by a higher being, right, because it's it's
- 18:48Speaker 1: it's so magnificent. And sometimes you know, what's that old saying,
- 18:53Speaker 1: you don't know what you got into it until it's gone, right,
- 18:56Speaker 1: I mean to a certain extent. Right, Uh, now he's
- 19:00Speaker 1: no longer on the earth, and he's coming to appreciate
- 19:04Speaker 1: what sometimes we may take for granted. Right.
- 19:10Speaker 2: No, I completely agree with you with you there's there
- 19:12Speaker 2: has been instances in your life that I actually have
- 19:15Speaker 2: afforded you that type of perspective because I actually pint
- 19:18Speaker 2: you for someone who's very aware of blessings, very aware
- 19:22Speaker 2: of of, you know, the gift we've been given, you know,
- 19:26Speaker 2: and to have the light that we continue to share
- 19:29Speaker 2: is that is there is there like a moment that
- 19:32Speaker 2: you can point to that says Oh, this made me
- 19:34Speaker 2: look at life from you know, from from the rooftop
- 19:38Speaker 2: or from my birth's eye view.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Yeah, right, I mean I think the theme is gratitude. Right,
- 19:43Speaker 1: You're just like grateful every every morning I wake up,
- 19:47Speaker 1: I'm incredibly grateful, you know, my I mean, I mean,
- 19:51Speaker 1: if I don't mean to sound sort of a cob here,
- 19:54Speaker 1: you know, my mom just died, right, my dad died, Like,
- 19:57Speaker 1: my parents are gone, Like, it makes me so much
- 20:01Speaker 1: more grateful of life and my friends and my family.
- 20:06Speaker 1: It it makes me realize how fragile life is. It
- 20:12Speaker 1: makes me so much more grateful for it. Right. I've
- 20:17Speaker 1: been married over thirty years, right, and it makes me
- 20:22Speaker 1: grateful that I could have that type of relationship with somebody.
- 20:25Speaker 2: You know.
- 20:27Speaker 1: I have a great relationship with my kids, you know,
- 20:30Speaker 1: and now I'm an empty nester, and now that they're gone,
- 20:33Speaker 1: it makes me that much more grateful to have had
- 20:36Speaker 1: them the time that I had them in my life
- 20:38Speaker 1: and continue to have them in my life to a
- 20:40Speaker 1: different degree at this point. Right. And so I think
- 20:44Speaker 1: as we get older, uh and and and we run
- 20:47Speaker 1: into these milestones, we we we become much more grateful.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Just like I'm sure, this guy, Victor Glover is becoming
- 20:53Speaker 1: that much more grateful right by by having the opportunity
- 20:56Speaker 1: to leave Earth and to see it in that perspective,
- 20:59Speaker 1: it makes them that much more grateful.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Yeah. One of the things that I heard them talk
- 21:02Speaker 2: about was that from that point of view, you don't
- 21:07Speaker 2: see borders. There's not lines in the map. It's just
- 21:12Speaker 2: one big stone with land that goes across the sphere
- 21:20Speaker 2: that houses humanity and all the living things in it.
- 21:24Speaker 2: That really touched me, you know, to kind of remind
- 21:27Speaker 2: ourselves that we had said said this boundaries for one another,
- 21:33Speaker 2: we had closed you know.
- 21:46Speaker 1: I mean you've been following this much more closely than
- 21:48Speaker 1: I have. You know, did did did did any sort
- 21:51Speaker 1: of flashes of gratitude come in front of you?
- 21:56Speaker 2: Did it?
- 21:56Speaker 1: Was there any sort of realizations of certain perspectives that
- 22:01Speaker 1: were happening in your life? Yeah?
- 22:02Speaker 2: I think I think that if anything, it was kind
- 22:06Speaker 2: of a great reminder in confirmation that perspective. Once once
- 22:11Speaker 2: perspective is lost, the room gets absolutely very dark and
- 22:19Speaker 2: the walls is all you see. Right. So the biggest
- 22:23Speaker 2: thing that I think I take from this, and I've
- 22:26Speaker 2: had moments in my life where I don't know, I've
- 22:29Speaker 2: kind of self taught myself that, like when things get
- 22:32Speaker 2: a little like you feel in a little clostophobic, take
- 22:35Speaker 2: a deep breath, and I look up at the sky,
- 22:37Speaker 2: and when I take in the vast right, when I
- 22:40Speaker 2: take in it's a massive landscape, you realize how insignificant,
- 22:47Speaker 2: you know, some things can be, and how bad can
- 22:50Speaker 2: something really be? Right?
- 22:52Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that that meeting went wrong, the deal you
- 22:56Speaker 1: thought you were going to close didn't happen, and then
- 22:59Speaker 1: then all of a sudden.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Yeah right, yeah, So that that's kind of part of
- 23:03Speaker 2: my my biggest you know, reconfirmation, right is the is
- 23:10Speaker 2: the fact that, like from his point of view, we're
- 23:15Speaker 2: worrying about so much human made, men made issues, and
- 23:24Speaker 2: there's something so much bigger that is allowing us to
- 23:26Speaker 2: breathe and survive on this earth in ways that should
- 23:29Speaker 2: still stay primitive and innocent and and communal. I think
- 23:36Speaker 2: that's why you're now in the people business, because we
- 23:38Speaker 2: just love create a world where it's borderless. And by
- 23:41Speaker 2: the way our talents or our work, or our artistry
- 23:46Speaker 2: or movies, TV shows, whatever it is that have gone
- 23:49Speaker 2: around the world have kind of proven that that borters
- 23:54Speaker 2: didn't exist. When it comes to art, right, art is
- 23:57Speaker 2: is like this blanket that can cover the whole world
- 24:00Speaker 2: at a time every weekend. Yeah, so it's interesting. Yeah
- 24:05Speaker 2: yeah right, And.
- 24:05Speaker 1: This is just so much happening in the world now,
- 24:10Speaker 1: that's unprecedented, right, and so so I'm sure that that
- 24:13Speaker 1: he must have been coming from that perspective as well. Yeah,
- 24:17Speaker 1: addressing that in his own in his own way.
- 24:19Speaker 2: So bringing a full circle to tournament, if you had
- 24:23Speaker 2: an opportunity to jump in that castle capsule, you would.
- 24:27Speaker 1: I don't know, man, would you?
- 24:29Speaker 2: I was going to you need it? Do you even
- 24:31Speaker 2: need it? Do you need to go to space and
- 24:34Speaker 2: take a selfie with Earth in the background.
- 24:37Speaker 1: I My immediate gut reaction is like, I don't feel
- 24:41Speaker 1: the need to. I'd love to go on a simulator.
- 24:44Speaker 2: I'd love to.
- 24:45Speaker 1: I'd love to experience zero gravity, that's for sure. Oh yeah,
- 24:48Speaker 1: that'd be fun. Would I want to go? Like, like,
- 24:52Speaker 1: what's it like SpaceX or whatever? That's like taking average
- 24:56Speaker 1: people up? Have I looked at that and have I
- 24:59Speaker 1: been like, oh I want to do that? No?
- 25:01Speaker 2: I haven't. Oh interesting, I mean not because like I know,
- 25:05Speaker 2: get it kind of the same way. I'm like, Okay,
- 25:08Speaker 2: I'm fascinated about the world, but if it's not well,
- 25:10Speaker 2: if it's not in an alien spaceship, I.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Don't want it. Unless you're being abducted, and that's not.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Being abducted, I don't want it. I don't want it,
- 25:20Speaker 2: especially because because bro, you gotta do too in front
- 25:23Speaker 2: of everybody else, right, you know, that's the other thing.
- 25:25Speaker 2: Their bathroom is like right out in the open. They
- 25:28Speaker 2: got to like, they got to get used to you know,
- 25:30Speaker 2: they rather for ten days and if some of them
- 25:32Speaker 2: are staying irregular, they're probably due to doing twice a day.
- 25:36Speaker 2: You have to, you have to you have to do
- 25:38Speaker 2: it in front of each other. Really, yeah, I mean
- 25:40Speaker 2: I think or is there like some kind of pig
- 25:42Speaker 2: and somebody come from that, because it's a lot funnier
- 25:44Speaker 2: if they have to do to it in front of
- 25:47Speaker 2: each other. But so is that going to be the headline?
- 25:51Speaker 1: Wilmavolderama has an opportunity to come to space, but doesn't
- 25:56Speaker 1: want to because.
- 25:57Speaker 2: Because it's shy. Because yeah, because squading in front of
- 26:02Speaker 2: all their barelli and just not in my business, you know,
- 26:06Speaker 2: have to poop in front of each other? Modern space
- 26:08Speaker 2: toilets such as those in the International Space compartment. Okay,
- 26:18Speaker 2: I've seen you strain in front of me, Neil. Yeah,
- 26:24Speaker 2: let's relax for a second. Okay, I know you're answer
- 26:27Speaker 2: a question. Give exact question, sorry, the exact The exact
- 26:32Speaker 2: question is why is the square footage of the capsule
- 26:37Speaker 2: of the no of the capsule itself? Yes, but mind you,
- 26:43Speaker 2: artaments is the biggest capsules they've ever done. And when
- 26:46Speaker 2: you see the wed inside, they're kind of technically just
- 26:49Speaker 2: sitting next to each other the whole time.
- 26:51Speaker 1: So do you think maybe you're referring to to to
- 26:53Speaker 1: the one from the sixties that they had to poop
- 26:55Speaker 1: in front of each other. I mean, well, it's square
- 26:59Speaker 1: feet total. It's about a small bathroom or a walking closet.
- 27:03Speaker 2: The entire capsule is but no, you're talking about when
- 27:07Speaker 2: you're in the bathroom. The entire capsle is like the
- 27:12Speaker 2: dome the little.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Wow. The entire capsules the size of a of a
- 27:18Speaker 1: bathroom space.
- 27:21Speaker 2: You're dodoing in front of each other. I don't care
- 27:24Speaker 2: that there's a sheet. I don't know that there's a
- 27:27Speaker 2: stifoam door like I you're you know, do they get
- 27:30Speaker 2: to shower. You can't just be like, oh, I'm gonna
- 27:33Speaker 2: go hang on in the other room and just like
- 27:34Speaker 2: slightly go to the bathroom and do your business, come
- 27:37Speaker 2: back and walk like you just didn't go to the bathroom. No,
- 27:39Speaker 2: everybody's like where is Oh, it's only four of us.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Guess what if they're not in this fifty feet space?
- 27:48Speaker 2: They're do doing, They're do doing, they're doing and by
- 27:51Speaker 2: the way, like yes they're they're like eating space, you know,
- 27:57Speaker 2: dehydrated food and all that stuff you don't know, but
- 28:00Speaker 2: that does your viole movements. Is it a musical? Is
- 28:04Speaker 2: it an orchestra? Like are you letting everyone know that
- 28:07Speaker 2: like the you know, the the hydrated space package and
- 28:12Speaker 2: chiladas are not going to you know, they're not going
- 28:15Speaker 2: to make an any an eventful exit. YEA, come on, bro,
- 28:21Speaker 2: you can't tell you your dude doing in front of
- 28:23Speaker 2: your fellow astronauts. So I mean you're down, Okay.
- 28:28Speaker 1: No, I have no desire to somebody to see me defecate.
- 28:34Speaker 2: No, because it's supposed to be a pieceful ritual for
- 28:38Speaker 2: you and yourself only.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, do they shower up there?
- 28:42Speaker 2: I think the baby wipe baby they just wiping it, right,
- 28:45Speaker 2: then the baby wipe. How do they shower over there?
- 28:49Speaker 2: They don't exactly the baby they don't shower baby white
- 28:54Speaker 2: everywhere in micrography, that's right.
- 28:56Speaker 1: So they just wipe.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Yeah, they had they use baby wipes to kind of
- 29:00Speaker 2: wipe the sweat or you know the stickiness or the
- 29:03Speaker 2: funkadelic right right?
- 29:06Speaker 1: Wow? Wow, So so no shower for a whole what
- 29:09Speaker 1: ten days? Ten days?
- 29:10Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 29:12Speaker 1: Can they smell up hair?
- 29:14Speaker 2: Oh? Yeah, they're breathing air, they're smelling smelling Yeah, what
- 29:19Speaker 2: do you think that in a fifty feed capsule? You're
- 29:21Speaker 2: not smelling doodoo. We also we have reports, uh that
- 29:29Speaker 2: the toilet broke multiple times. Look it up the toilet
- 29:37Speaker 2: look it up for this one. Yes, broke multiple multiple times.
- 29:41Speaker 2: They've had to, uh, they have to handy many that one.
- 29:45Speaker 2: They had to they have to get the rouse handy
- 29:50Speaker 2: man's a bird shop. You break it, space toilet is broken,
- 29:53Speaker 2: don't worry, astronauts, I'll be right there.
- 29:57Speaker 1: Or they get the plastic rouse bag. Right.
- 30:01Speaker 2: I mean, it's is like it's like brown but still translucent.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Like what was that documentary about the ship.
- 30:14Speaker 2: God?
- 30:15Speaker 1: The Ship the poop Poop the poop the cruise, the
- 30:20Speaker 1: pope get the poop in a in a plastic bag,
- 30:23Speaker 1: and so.
- 30:24Speaker 2: It's basically the poop cruise. But hey, you can get
- 30:27Speaker 2: you can take a you know, you can take a
- 30:30Speaker 2: selfie with you in Earth behind you.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, Now I'm good man. I think I think
- 30:35Speaker 1: I'm good.
- 30:36Speaker 2: I think I'm good as well, I think.
- 30:37Speaker 1: But I love fascinating. Yeah, yeah from this perspective.
- 30:41Speaker 2: I mean more than fifty feet but yeah, I definitely
- 30:44Speaker 2: love space. Yeah.
- 30:45Speaker 1: What what else fascinated you about? Like? Was this something
- 30:49Speaker 1: you were fascinated about when you were a kid?
- 30:51Speaker 2: Is that what lead to.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Was it? Was it film? Was it always alien based?
- 30:57Speaker 2: Was it?
- 30:57Speaker 1: Like? What was?
- 30:58Speaker 2: Yeah? It was just new the there'd be a near
- 31:00Speaker 2: future where these movies we're not going to be too
- 31:04Speaker 2: far fetched now, they're not gonna look like James Cameron's Aliens, right,
- 31:09Speaker 2: but like T or sorry T, but like, but I
- 31:12Speaker 2: do think that there is going to be a near future,
- 31:14Speaker 2: and I think it's going to happen in our lifetime
- 31:17Speaker 2: where we will know here understand that there is a
- 31:22Speaker 2: message from aliens, or at least perspective that another alien
- 31:25Speaker 2: will bring to Earth. It's gonna be very interesting. Now,
- 31:30Speaker 2: how cynical's Earth can it be by the time that happens.
- 31:34Speaker 2: That's that's what's going to be either unfortunate.
- 31:37Speaker 1: You know you watch Ancient Aliens.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I love it. I love it too, man
- 31:42Speaker 2: crazy and they got a point like.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's my sort of junk TV. You know,
- 31:50Speaker 1: everyone has their TV. Yeah, I find it fascinating. I
- 31:53Speaker 1: still don't have an opinion, but that's it.
- 31:55Speaker 2: We should do an episode where we're like really dive
- 31:58Speaker 2: into Ancient Aliens, Aliens the history, break it down. We
- 32:03Speaker 2: bring someone here that like really knows the stuff.
- 32:08Speaker 1: You know, the guy, what's the guy with the hair
- 32:10Speaker 1: from Ancient Aliens has the blow dried hair and the
- 32:14Speaker 1: and all the We.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Gotta get someone here, We gotta get someone here.
- 32:19Speaker 1: It's such a good show.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:20Speaker 1: It just came out with some like retrospective the other
- 32:23Speaker 1: day that I was kind of going through. After a while,
- 32:26Speaker 1: it's like you've covered it all. Yeah, yeah, it's good though, Well.
- 32:31Speaker 2: This was great. I feel much better for having had
- 32:35Speaker 2: let that out, no pun intended.
- 32:36Speaker 1: You got you got it off, you got it off
- 32:38Speaker 1: your chest.
- 32:38Speaker 2: I got it off my chest and some may say that,
- 32:44Speaker 2: some may say, Hey, ladies and gentlemen, thank you for
