Advice on low-risk low-reward guarenteed returns in a low income area?

I live in the ghetto. Have a full-time job. No car. I've advertised on local classifieds with help moving, cleaning, help doing yard work, shoveling snow, any kind of simple housekeeping and manual labour but never get any responses. Never had any luck with advertising services on Fiverr or Upwork or surveys. I have rotating shifts and random schedules so it's not viable to get a second job. 🙃 I try selling my stuff for ridiculously cheap (just sold 50 books for $10 but had to post to about 20 groups multiple times a year to be able to find one interested person. That's how bad it is here…
