**BREAKING!** Silver is Doing THIS! 🐼🐼 ($72 and gold price update) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:02
We are experiencing A historic day for silver, a historic
• 0:07
period for the precious metals. We're going to look at charts
• 0:11
today. We're going to look at the
• 0:13
technicals, we're going to look at the fundamentals.
• 0:15
We're going to focus in on silver because we could see $72
• 0:22
silver before Christmas. Now, I got to be honest with
• 0:25
you, I was one of the naysayers. I was getting a little nervous
• 0:28
about the silver price over the last week or so.
• 0:31
But there's a top analyst who pointed out that we could get
• 0:34
$72 silver by the end of the year.
• 0:36
We're going to look at that again.
• 0:38
We're also, before I forget, there's so much going on, it's
• 0:42
crazy. But we're going to talk about
• 0:44
the Fed meeting tomorrow and dig into that just very a very
• 0:48
little bit and talk about the key thing that you need to look
• 0:51
out for tomorrow when Jerome Powell in the United States
• 0:55
Federal Reserve give us their decision on monetary policy.
• 1:00
But first, the most important thing.
• 1:02
Thank you for being here on this historic day for silver new all
• 1:06
time highs. Can you say silver price?
• 1:10
That starts with a six guys. A year ago when we sat down here
• 1:14
together and talked about that, people said we were crazy.
• 1:19
Well, maybe we weren't so crazy after all.
• 1:21
Maybe you're not so crazy for joining me down here in the
• 1:25
basement. We're a group of like minded
• 1:27
people. I hope you feel like you found a
• 1:29
home away from home, like a new friend you can visit with down
• 1:32
here in the basement and other friends you make in the
• 1:35
  basement. Dweller community, please, we
• 1:38
don't charge for anything. All I ask is you subscribe to
• 1:42
the channel, give the video a thumbs up, leave a comment in
• 1:44
the comment section, share this video with your grandma and your
• 1:48
  grandpa or maybe your grandchildren.
• 1:50
OK, let's get the news out about the precious metals.
• 1:54
Let's go take a look right now at what is happening in the
• 1:57
world of silver because it is nothing short of stunning.
• 2:01
We're going to go out to CNBC and take a look at the March
• 2:06
  2026 WOW silver futures contract.
• 2:11
Sorry, guys, I let you down. We're up.
• 2:14
We're at $60.98. Could we hit that $61.00 mark?
• 2:20
We're going to move quickly through things.
• 2:22
We're going to come back to these charts.
• 2:24
But Next up, $60.99. Come on, silver.
• 2:28
Give us that 61. Let's go out.
• 2:30
I want to give big credit to Jesse Colombo.
• 2:34
I've never met him. I don't know him, I'm not being
• 2:36
paid to say this, but he is one of the top analysts out there in
• 2:40
the silver market. The bubble, bubble report, he
• 2:43
did an update on silver the other day.
• 2:45
He also put out a piece, I don't know, a week, week and a half
• 2:49
ago talking about how he believed that the silver price,
• 2:53
if I have this correctly, correctly could reach $72 by
• 2:57
Christmas. So let's take a look at what
• 2:59
we've been dealing with in the silver market.
• 3:01
Just recently we had this ascending triangle, right, that
• 3:06
we broke out of. But then Jesse points out, we
• 3:10
went into what's called a bull flag formation, which I believe,
• 3:15
I believe I'll emphasize that, that we may have broken out of
• 3:18
today. But here's the good part right
• 3:21
here, he says. As with, I'm going to highlight
• 3:24
it in blue. As with larger triangles, bowl
• 3:29
flags can be used to project a price target following a
• 3:34
breakout, which I think we had today using a principle known as
• 3:38
the measured move. In this case, the move leading
• 3:43
into the pattern was $12.00. When projected upward from the
• 3:49
top of the pattern at $60.00, it gives us a price target of $72.
• 3:55
But then he goes on to say here that it's worth noting that
• 3:59
this, let's highlight that as well.
• 4:01
Sorry, I don't have the colors out today for you, but it's
• 4:03
worth noting, according to Jesse, that the $72 projection
• 4:07
is the exact same one I determined weeks ago, like we
• 4:11
just said, based on the October to November ascending triangle
• 4:15
  pattern. I don't believe that's a
• 4:16
  coincidence, but rather a confirmation.
• 4:20
The financial markets often work in that mysterious way and it's
• 4:25
not completely clear why, but it is quite fascinating.
• 4:29
I tell you. What's fascinating, Jesse, is if
• 4:32
we get the $72 silver by Christmas, I might just send you
• 4:37
an ounce of silver because he, again, right, went out several
• 4:41
weeks ago talking about that being a very, very distinct
• 4:45
possibility. OK, let's move on here.
• 4:48
Let's look at let's look at another fun chart since we're
• 4:51
having some visual candy today when it comes to the silver
• 4:55
market. Let's go out and take a look at
• 4:57
this from Peter Krop, another big leader in the silver sector.
• 5:01
He wrote the the book on silver. Where is it?
• 5:04
Do I have it here? Hold on one second.
• 5:06
See if I can pull it out for you guys real quickly.
• 5:10
I have it down here in the basement somewhere.
• 5:12
Where's that darn book? Here it is.
• 5:15
The great silver bowl. I'll show you that in a minute.
• 5:17
But he points out Silver gains 155% over the last 20-3 months.
• 5:23
Take a look at this, guys. All right, see Silver, it's way
• 5:29
up here near the top. You may need to get a bigger
• 5:31
screen. Up 155% gold, up 108%, The S&P
• 5:37
500, it's it's whatever up what, 30% and copper lagging the price
• 5:44
of silver. The reason why we're looking at
• 5:46
this, the reason why we're talking about this is because
• 5:50
the more people wake up to what's going on in silver, guess
• 5:53
what, right? We looked at the chart on CNBC,
• 5:56
but the mainstream media is just starting to pick up on the
• 5:59
silver price. It's time for that.
• 6:02
One of the favorite parts of the Ron's basement segment, right?
• 6:05
Because we are in an elite group of people when other, when
• 6:10
other, when the when the institutional investors, when
• 6:13
the mom and pops out there, the other 96% of people who aren't
• 6:18
invested in silver and gold start to wake up.
• 6:21
It could be like a flood of new money.
• 6:23
And it's not going to take a lot to be a flood because the
• 6:26
segment is so small. OK, what's the total market cap
• 6:30
of silver like $3 trillion? That's less than some of the
• 6:33
magnificent 7 tech stocks out there.
• 6:36
Nonetheless, when those people wake up who we like to
• 6:39
affectionately refer to as the sheeple, you, my friend, are
• 6:48
going to be ahead of the curve. All right, let's move on.
• 6:51
Go to point #4 OK, another reason why.
• 6:55
Look, we can look at the charts. And the other thing, let's look
• 6:57
one more time. Let's look back at the chart.
• 6:59
And then we're going to talk about one of the fundamental
• 7:02
big, big reasons why silver. OK, we did it.
• 7:06
Hold on, I don't have you on the right screen guys.
• 7:09
We are at $61.11 per oz in the futures market for silver.
• 7:15
OK, this is a one year chart of silver.
• 7:18
I'm going to get the crayons out real quickly.
• 7:20
All right, let's remember right from a technical perspective, we
• 7:26
had a October to mid November cup and we had a handle and we
• 7:30
had a breakout. And from there we also had right
• 7:35
a bull flag that we broke out of as well.
• 7:39
But but we can look at technical charts all day long.
• 7:43
We know the supply demand dynamics within the silver
• 7:46
market. Here's another visual chart to
• 7:49
show us they can't just make more silver.
• 7:53
Sorry for those of you who are new.
• 7:55
And I guess we've got 500 people on here with us.
• 7:57
They can't just make more silver.
• 7:59
Let's go out and take a look at this, which shows us in no
• 8:03
uncertain terms from Gary, Gary Bone.
• 8:06
OK, this is a 2023 chart, but these numbers have not changed.
• 8:11
Only 28% of silver comes from primary silver mines.
• 8:18
The rest is extracted as a byproduct of lead, zinc, copper.
• 8:22
OK silver production is hostage to the economics of the primary
• 8:27
metals. A miner does not open a new lead
• 8:30
zinc mine because the price of silver has doubled.
• 8:33
They open it because the price of lead and zinc justify the
• 8:37
investment. The silver is just a bonus.
• 8:41
OK, Look at this, guys. That's all.
• 8:43
The silver that's produced in the course of the year, less
• 8:46
than 30% comes from primary silver mines.
• 8:50
The reason why we want to pay attention to that is because
• 8:53
when everybody else wakes up the silver and starts to want it,
• 8:56
and the price goes potentially to $72 per oz by Christmas, like
• 9:01
our friend Jesse Colombo's telling us.
• 9:03
Do you believe in Christmas silver miracles?
• 9:06
I do, but they can't just start making more silver.
• 9:10
Only less than 30% comes from silver mines and those silver
• 9:14
mines are pretty exclusive. There's only a few companies,
• 9:18
one of which is First Majestic silver.
• 9:21
  Right? Who owns first mint?
• 9:23
First Mint sponsors Ron Base Ron's Basement.
• 9:27
I want to say thank you to 1st Mint for the sponsorship.
• 9:29
But what's unique about First Mint is they get their silver
• 9:33
from First Majestic. First Majestic mines it in
• 9:36
Mexico, sends it to 1st Mint in Las Vegas, NV where it's
• 9:41
transformed into these world class silver bullion products
• 9:45
that you can then get delivered straight to you.
• 9:48
It's the freshest silver on the market.
• 9:51
It's also never been touched by the paper market.
• 9:54
It's the fantasy island markets, the Comex and the LBMA.
• 9:58
It's from the mine to the meant to you, and it is a premium
• 10:04
  experience dealing with First Meant.
• 10:06
I can tell you that from my experience, but you guys are
• 10:10
giving me all the positive feedback as well.
• 10:12
So thank you to 1st Meant for sponsoring Ron's basement.
• 10:16
You can check them out at first meant.com.
• 10:19
There is a discount code VIP very important person that you
• 10:26
RB Ron's basement VIPRB. It does not apply to their Cyber
• 10:30
Monday sale, but as I understand it does apply to everything
• 10:33
else. Free shipping on orders over
• 10:35
$299. It it just, it never ends.
• 10:39
Now the other thing, another we got another factor that's
• 10:42
looking very positive for the silver price and that is this.
• 10:48
We aren't going to dig too deep into this, but this is critical
• 10:51
for us to pay close attention to.
• 10:53
The silver lease rates in London jumped to 8%.
• 10:59
The silver continues to tighten noticeably in London.
• 11:03
What that signals again is stress in the London spot market
• 11:10
versus the COMEX, the paper market, the pure paper futures
• 11:14
market in the United States if it got into historic levels.
• 11:18
But everyone that I'm talking to says keep an eye on the lease
• 11:23
rates. If they jump, which they are,
• 11:25
again, that's a very, very good signal for the precious metals
• 11:31
  markets. OK.
• 11:31
Tomorrow we're going to hear from Jerome Powell and the
• 11:34
  Federal Reserve on monetary policy.
• 11:37
OK, this guy. Now, I want to preface this.
• 11:40
I don't pay as much attention to what the Fed does now is maybe I
• 11:44
did two years ago from a precious metals perspective,
• 11:48
because basically, I think the cat is out of the bag, right?
• 11:51
Does the Fed still influence markets?
• 11:53
Could it could it throw a wrench into things tomorrow for metals?
• 11:57
It's possible, OK? But really the Fed has been to a
• 12:00
certain degree, neutered, in my opinion, because they've allowed
• 12:04
the dollar to get out of control.
• 12:07
Nonetheless, tomorrow, what we can expect from the Fed is an
• 12:11
interest rate cut. It's pretty much baked in, a
• 12:14
sure thing. What everybody's going to be
• 12:16
watching is what they say about 2026.
• 12:20
But there's something very important about that that I want
• 12:23
to mention to you at the end. But, but the big deal is whether
• 12:26
they're going to signal 2 interest rate cuts or three
• 12:30
interest rate cuts in 2026. But I got a little secret for
• 12:34
you. You don't really have to ever
• 12:36
listen to what the Fed says because what's more important to
• 12:41
do with the Fed with your own POW or really all the other big
• 12:44
Fiat central banks around the world is to watch what they do
• 12:48
and what they're doing right now, unfortunately, and the
• 12:51
founding fathers don't like it. You don't like it.
• 12:54
I don't like it is destroying the value of the US dollar.
• 12:59
How are they doing that? Let's go take a look.
• 13:01
This is stunning. If if, if you're like me, you
• 13:04
may need to take. Here's the headline about
• 13:07
tomorrow. Oh, wait, I forgot something.
• 13:09
Then we're going to get to how they're destroying the dollar.
• 13:11
This is from CBS News CBS News says the Federal Reserve to
• 13:16
announce net next rate decision in December meeting tomorrow.
• 13:21
Here's what to expect. This is the critical thing.
• 13:24
OK. the Fed Reserve will announce whether to cut interest
• 13:28
rates at its December meeting, capping off a turbulent.
• 13:31
I'm getting ready to get real crazy excited.
• 13:34
Capping off a turbine turbulent year for the United States.
• 13:39
Economy defined. OK Remember, Remember this point
• 13:43
#1 fresh labor market headwinds and point #2 tariff fueled
• 13:51
  inflation. OK.
• 13:53
What they're saying, U.S. economy a fresh labor market
• 13:56
headwinds. That would be a recession
• 13:59
possibly. But at the same time, we have
• 14:02
inflation. Now, let's do a quick little
• 14:04
review. And some of you may be new, but
• 14:06
let's take out our friend Jerome.
• 14:08
I made this box years ago. I could see the future, right?
• 14:12
The box says do not open. He's shaking in there, right?
• 14:15
We're going to hear from him tomorrow.
• 14:17
  Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
• 14:18
I know you guys love it. There's this toilet paper that
• 14:21
he likes to print the US dollar. But the reason I put him in a
• 14:25
box is because it has an R on one side for a recession and an
• 14:31
I on the other side for inflation.
• 14:33
When you have a recession and at the same time you have
• 14:37
inflation, you have a situation called stagflation, which is any
• 14:43
  precious metals investors best friend.
• 14:46
OK, because the Fed is in a box. When they have a recession they
• 14:51
need to cut interest rates. But when they cut interest rates
• 14:54
that makes inflation get worse. Do you see what I'm saying?
• 14:58
It's stagflation. Stagflation is the scariest
• 15:01
situation on the face of the planet for this guy or whoever
• 15:05
may or may not be running the Fed.
• 15:08
Now the reason why you want to pay if you own Do you own
• 15:10
  silver? Do you own gold?
• 15:12
Do you own precious metal mining stocks?
• 15:15
There's a big reason why you want to be excited about
• 15:17
stagflation. You don't have to like it.
• 15:19
I don't like going to the grocery store and what used to
• 15:22
cost 100 bucks now cost 200 bucks.
• 15:24
But nonetheless, the last time we had stagflation in the United
• 15:28
States of America was the 1970s. And during that period, just
• 15:33
silver, for example, went from being less than $1.50 an ounce
• 15:39
all the way up to 50, from $1.50 to 50.
• 15:44
It was one of the most most profitable, beautiful times for
• 15:48
anyone who had protected themselves with silver, gold and
• 15:53
or precious metal mining stocks. And that's the environment that
• 15:56
we're in right now. Speaking of precious metal
• 15:58
mining stocks, I do want to say thank you to channel sponsor
• 16:01
First Mining Gold. They're a development stage gold
• 16:06
company in Canada. They have two massive projects,
• 16:10
Spring Pull in Ontario and Du Parquet in Quebec.
• 16:14
These are multi million ounce development stage gold projects,
• 16:18
of which there are very few in that class.
• 16:22
Multi million ounce in good jurisdictions like Canada.
• 16:26
It's a stock I owned long before they sponsored my channel.
• 16:30
I'm not a financial advisor. Stocks can be risky, but if you
• 16:34
want to learn more about them, go out to their website,
• 16:37
  firstmininggold.com. Where was I?
• 16:40
  Oh, yeah, yeah. OK.
• 16:41
But the the destruction of the dollar, This is the book, by the
• 16:45
way, Peter Kurath, the great silver bull Krauth, and he wrote
• 16:49
  it years ago. Great book.
• 16:51
I'd highly recommend it. Can never stop learning too much
• 16:54
about silver because we're worried about the dollar and
• 16:56
this is shocking. OK, this is shocking.
• 17:00
I had a epiphany this morning, which at my age, that doesn't
• 17:05
happen too often, but I did and I'm going to share it with you
• 17:08
right now. Let's go out here.
• 17:11
We're done with that. And here we are.
• 17:14
This came from a name that will take me 3 minutes to pronounce
• 17:18
Shanaka and slam Pereira. All right, But this person puts
• 17:23
out great information. 90,000 followers on X the chart Wall
• 17:28
Street does not want you to see. America just crossed a threshold
• 17:34
from which empires do not return net interest.
• 17:40
This isn't the shocking epiphany part.
• 17:42
Net net interest on U.S. debt, U.S. debt hit one trillion.
• 17:47
OK, we're paying a trillion dollars in interest in fiscal
• 17:50
year 2025. That's still not the epiphany.
• 17:53
That's the first time in history.
• 17:55
But here is what nobody is telling you.
• 17:59
You ready for a little basement secret?
• 18:02
70% of all Treasury issuance is now short term T-bills.
• 18:09
Not 30 year bonds, not ten year notes.
• 18:12
Because nobody in their right mind is going to loan the US
• 18:15
government money for 30 years, or 10 years for that matter, but
• 18:20
instead bills that mature within weeks.
• 18:24
Bills that must be rolled over at whatever rate the market
• 18:29
  demands. Guys, here's the epiphany.
• 18:33
Our government is borrowing money according to this on a
• 18:37
weekly basis. Does that remind you of payday
• 18:43
loan? Like our government is running
• 18:45
like they're like like a household that's living off the
• 18:48
payday loan store, right? Taking out weekly loans just to
• 18:52
subsidize where we are right now.
• 18:55
I don't like it. You don't like it, but at the
• 18:57
end of the day, right, most of us do value these.
• 19:04
Oh here, I forgot to show you here's the the year of the year
• 19:08
of the dragon coin from first met.
• 19:11
We do tend to value. Isn't it beautiful?
• 19:14
This right is an ounce of silver and a beautiful one at that.
• 19:18
You can check this out at first meant.com, but the unit of
• 19:24
measure that a lot of us have been brainwashed into using is
• 19:28
the US dollar. And what underlies that U.S.
• 19:31
dollar, right, is crumbling right in front of us.
• 19:34
Let's go out to the US debt clock to make sure and drive
• 19:38
home the point that we've got reason to be concerned.
• 19:41
I didn't realize that it actually gotten this high.
• 19:45
Here we are at the US debt clock and we'll pull out the crayons
• 19:49
and we're going to try to get something that'll show up nicely
• 19:52
for you. Let's use yeah, that color
• 19:55
yellow. Here's our debt, our U.S.
• 19:57
National debt currently sitting 38 1/2 trillion dollars.
• 20:03
Like the previous post told us, interest on our debt down here.
• 20:08
Can you see it kind of middle screen?
• 20:11
One trillion, 968 billion, but we'll round up to 1 trillion
• 20:16
that. Is feeding into this the federal
• 20:20
budget deficit OK, so the debt draw a lot an arrow here the
• 20:26
debt feeds into makes the interest expense go up which is
• 20:31
now all short term, right. The interest expense feeds into
• 20:36
  the federal budget deficit, right?
• 20:38
Because we're spending more than we're bringing in, which makes
• 20:41
the US national debt go higher, which makes the interest expense
• 20:45
go higher. And you try a different color
• 20:48
here. What this creates in no
• 20:51
uncertain terms is this right. It goes from the from the
• 20:55
national debt down to make the interest go up, makes the
• 20:59
deficit go up, makes the debt go up.
• 21:01
Do you see what I'm drawing here?
• 21:03
That, my friends, is a debt spiral, OK.
• 21:06
So no matter how we look at it, what we're seeing happening
• 21:10
today in the silver market, what we've seen happen in the gold
• 21:13
market, why the world central banks are buying gold like
• 21:17
never, ever before. It all makes sense, right?
• 21:22
That's why you choose to have precious metals to protect
• 21:25
yourself. Maybe you can think of yourself
• 21:27
as your own central bank. Let's keep an eye on what
• 21:31
happens here. It's going to be a wild, wild
• 21:33
ride, guys. I really appreciate each and
• 21:36
everyone of you coming down here joining me in the basement.
• 21:39
I'm telling you, basement dwellers, so we've been working
• 21:42
at this for years. Some of you are new.
• 21:45

• 21:51
them learn. All right, Even the people that

are getting in right now, those of you who are recent sheeple
• 21:59
converts, you are still, we are still early.
• 22:04
I was talking this morning to an executive at one of the big
• 22:07
Canadian gold mining companies and we both agreed, right, we
• 22:12
are still early. Don't think, right?
• 22:14
I mean, maybe if this was a baseball game, we might be, I
• 22:18
don't know, halfway through the second or third inning, we are
• 22:21
still very early and what can be a wild fun ride for all of us
• 22:26
within the precious metals. Again, thank you for joining me.
