- 2:46Speaker 3: good ones for last, right, So y'all, you might as
- 2:49Speaker 3: well call this this young lady my pard sister, because
- 2:53Speaker 3: she's been in my podcast before, and I've been on
- 2:56Speaker 3: podcasts with her where all we did was half. So
- 3:01Speaker 3: go ahead and scrap yourself in. I'm gonna give you
- 3:05Speaker 3: a second, and be honest, go clear your bladder because
- 3:09Speaker 3: all we're gonna do is laughing, giggle tonight. Is that's
- 3:11Speaker 3: what we do best. But we also want to talk
- 3:14Speaker 3: about her venture as being an author. She's a godmother,
- 3:19Speaker 3: she is a sister, and she has a book coming
- 3:24Speaker 3: out next month, and this book is one of the
- 3:26Speaker 3: ones that's gonna help me out with my journey of
- 3:29Speaker 3: what I'm going to Okay, So T. D. Scott, come
- 3:36Speaker 3: on up, girly, come on up, mama. That's what I'm
- 3:48Speaker 3: talking about. And thank you for joining us tonight. So
- 3:53Speaker 3: I already know about you. But tell the audience a
- 3:57Speaker 3: little bit about yourself.
- 4:00Speaker 1: What's the tale? What's the telle?
- 4:01Speaker 4: There's a lot to tell. My name is Nage D. D.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Scott.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Most people can't pronounce the first name, so that's why
- 4:08Speaker 4: I pronounced it first time author. Became an author in
- 4:12Speaker 4: twenty twenty four last year.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Because of Miss Latanya and Little John Uh.
- 4:18Speaker 4: Collaborating with her and a few other women in From
- 4:22Speaker 4: Their Eyes, an adoption story based upon adoption, foster care
- 4:26Speaker 4: agent out and just writing your story in that arena.
- 4:32Speaker 1: I am adopted. I was adopted.
- 4:34Speaker 4: I came to my family when I was two and
- 4:36Speaker 4: a half years old, and I was adopted at eight.
- 4:39Speaker 1: So my dad used to say, people long enough, they
- 4:41Speaker 1: started looking like you. So a lot of people say
- 4:43Speaker 1: we all kind of you can't tell you can't tell
- 4:45Speaker 1: who was adopted in our.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Family, so we've printed it for a minute. But I
- 4:51Speaker 4: had spina bistilla. I was born with spina biela hide
- 4:53Speaker 4: your sistalist to Haitians family, and they left me. Not
- 5:01Speaker 4: when they left me in the hospital, my foster mother,
- 5:03Speaker 4: the nurse that was nursing with me, became my foster mother.
- 5:07Speaker 4: She was my first and only forster mother. And then
- 5:09Speaker 4: when she had to let me go, she left a
- 5:11Speaker 4: note with me. And that's what made my mom fall
- 5:14Speaker 4: in love. We're not only me in general, but just
- 5:16Speaker 4: because the lady felt so much about me, so she
- 5:19Speaker 4: gave me DD.
- 5:20Speaker 1: So that's why everybody calls me because she gave me
- 5:22Speaker 1: the name DD.
- 5:23Speaker 4: So, yeah, I have a lot of I have a
- 5:25Speaker 4: lot of bad story, so you might want to mud
- 5:28Speaker 4: because I got a lot.
- 5:32Speaker 3: I've been hearing about that hydral Yeah, is that the
- 5:40Speaker 3: one where if I'm not mistaken, that's the one. The
- 5:45Speaker 3: where it has the pockets in.
- 5:47Speaker 4: Your skin, that's the This is the one where you
- 5:51Speaker 4: have the shut And basically basically what you're born is
- 5:54Speaker 4: basically what they call it is a waterhead.
- 5:56Speaker 1: When you're born, your head is just full of water
- 5:59Speaker 1: and such.
- 5:59Speaker 4: You can only have a certain amount of fluid in
- 6:01Speaker 4: your brain, and for us it's too much. So they
- 6:04Speaker 4: put it in and it goes from the top of
- 6:06Speaker 4: your head to the avenue. Depends on who the type
- 6:10Speaker 4: of sense you have, but mine goes on the top
- 6:11Speaker 4: of my head to my avenue.
- 6:13Speaker 1: And the crazy part is this how God works.
- 6:17Speaker 4: In July last year, mine broke right here, and I
- 6:22Speaker 4: didn't know it could do that, but I guess it
- 6:24Speaker 4: could if it wasn't there for like thirty plus years,
- 6:26Speaker 4: and it's not supposed to be there longer than fifteen years,
- 6:29Speaker 4: so I guess.
- 6:30Speaker 1: It can do that. So it broke. So I had
- 6:32Speaker 1: to have surgery in July July eighteenth. M hmm, I
- 6:37Speaker 1: had having places. So yes for Johnny, Yeah.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Yeah, wow, yeah you yeah.
- 6:49Speaker 4: You want some more story because listen, you know I
- 6:51Speaker 4: can talk over that too much story to tell.
- 6:55Speaker 3: You. You can't, Okay, you can't, because I love medical
- 7:00Speaker 3: drums like we love medal, So I'll be asking you
- 7:04Speaker 3: all kind of weird questions, like the question in my
- 7:07Speaker 3: mind is how you knowing Brooke?
- 7:09Speaker 4: So I got sick and then then when I went
- 7:12Speaker 4: to the merge and the doctor said, oh it was King.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Well, I know it don't King, because that wasn't a
- 7:17Speaker 1: sympom I was having.
- 7:18Speaker 4: So I went for my regular neurosurgeon that I've seen
- 7:20Speaker 4: just I was fifteen years old, and I was like, doc,
- 7:24Speaker 4: he said, what you doing here?
- 7:25Speaker 1: I said.
- 7:25Speaker 4: They said this is my son is King, but I
- 7:28Speaker 4: know it ain't King. I said, so you're not doing that.
- 7:31Speaker 4: He looked at all the all the you know, he
- 7:32Speaker 4: did the normal examinations and then he looked at the
- 7:35Speaker 4: X ray and he said, who told you is King?
- 7:37Speaker 1: I said the EO doctor. I said that he stupid.
- 7:39Speaker 1: You know.
- 7:39Speaker 4: No he said, yeah, it ain't King. He said, but
- 7:42Speaker 4: it is broke. I said broke. I said it can
- 7:46Speaker 4: do that. He said, uh huh. He said when did you.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Have a put in? About ninety ninety three, ninety four. Yeah,
- 7:53Speaker 1: it's old man, I said, doctor, don't do that. Do that?
- 7:57Speaker 1: Oh what I'm trying to say to say? By me doctor?
- 8:03Speaker 1: You know it? Yeah, And it's like if you cut
- 8:07Speaker 1: a straw in half, that's how you can see it.
- 8:09Speaker 1: I saw the that's how you could see. It was
- 8:12Speaker 1: in my neck.
- 8:12Speaker 4: It was like right here, it was flitting down. So
- 8:14Speaker 4: you had one tip right here and the stopped and
- 8:16Speaker 4: then it went down the rest of it one down
- 8:17Speaker 4: in my au.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:20Speaker 4: But God, and mind you, I was. I didn't even
- 8:23Speaker 4: know what broke, but as long as it was because
- 8:25Speaker 4: my husband lived to Florida. So when I when I
- 8:29Speaker 4: flew back to Florida, I wasn't supposed to fly with a
- 8:31Speaker 4: broken shunt. That's air pressure that will take you out.
- 8:35Speaker 4: You're not move out with that, no, ma'am.
- 8:39Speaker 1: So yeah, that's God.
- 8:41Speaker 4: That God said, I'm gonna get you to your so
- 8:44Speaker 4: the state of Okay, and then.
- 8:46Speaker 1: We're gonna get you straight. Yeah, yeah, flying, that's God.
- 8:50Speaker 4: When I tell you, God, don't play about me. I'm
- 8:52Speaker 4: telling people, don't.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Mean you, no, ma'am.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Not okay, because y'all I'll go down a rabbit hole
- 9:06Speaker 3: when it comes to medical.
- 9:07Speaker 1: We're gonna talk about that another time. We'll come back here.
- 9:10Speaker 3: But let me tell y'all. So let me tell you
- 9:12Speaker 3: why you guys. I love medical drama. Okay. I bench
- 9:16Speaker 3: watched the show The Pit. I bench watched it in
- 9:20Speaker 3: one day. Oh my god, y'all need to get a
- 9:24Speaker 3: season two. Okay. If you have not looked at the
- 9:27Speaker 3: Pit Okay, go look at it. It's on Apple TV
- 9:32Speaker 3: telling you Carol. So why did miss Scott become an author?
- 9:43Speaker 4: Why did miss Scott become an author? Well, let's just
- 9:46Speaker 4: say you heard heard half of my story. And anytime
- 9:49Speaker 4: I any anytime I shared it with anybody because I
- 9:52Speaker 4: don't have a problem share my story because everybody's adopting
- 9:54Speaker 4: story is not the same.
- 9:56Speaker 1: But I will say that me and my sister, so they.
- 9:58Speaker 4: Adopted three girls after they had did for children. So
- 10:01Speaker 4: we is seven of us, and so my parents who
- 10:05Speaker 4: were amazed, they just treated us like who we're There's
- 10:07Speaker 4: like I literally.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Came out of her you know what I'm saying. It
- 10:10Speaker 1: was no funny business. It wasn't no you need a doctor,
- 10:12Speaker 1: child you do? It was never none of that. So
- 10:15Speaker 1: anytime somebody would ask me about my story, I.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Had no proms and let you know about the parents
- 10:20Speaker 4: that I had because I had some blessed parents.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I am so thankful for them. So when I would
- 10:26Speaker 1: do that, I would have people say well, you need
- 10:28Speaker 1: to write a book or you need to write a book,
- 10:29Speaker 1: and I'd be like, write no book. I ain't no writing.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I'll tell you the story. But I ain't write no book.
- 10:37Speaker 4: I'll tell you all day long, but I ain't writing
- 10:39Speaker 4: no book. And I was like, m So Karnie Karnye
- 10:43Speaker 4: wrote her first book, and she was like, I was
- 10:45Speaker 4: gonna ask you. I was still married the time. She's like,
- 10:47Speaker 4: I was gonna answert it, but I know.
- 10:48Speaker 1: You ain't gonna be able to do it. I n
- 10:50Speaker 1: I ain would do it. I ain't got that kind
- 10:51Speaker 1: of time. I ain't got no kind of time for
- 10:53Speaker 1: My husband was sick, so you know, I had to
- 10:55Speaker 1: take care of him, so that kind of time. So
- 10:58Speaker 1: when I left him, Yeah, I went.
- 11:02Speaker 4: On vacation with my cousin to Metal Beach. Had never
- 11:06Speaker 4: been on the beach in my entire life. When I
- 11:07Speaker 4: tell you, we got the wheelchair beach chair. Oh, I
- 11:10Speaker 4: was sundling it out. I was, oh, I was taking
- 11:12Speaker 4: it all and I was, oh, yeah, So Tanya knew
- 11:14Speaker 4: right when to asking. When I got back her, you know,
- 11:17Speaker 4: I got this book that I'm doing. It's about and
- 11:21Speaker 4: I'm sitting here listening to her. I'm like, I'm thinking,
- 11:23Speaker 4: she's just telling me she's writing this book. I'm not
- 11:25Speaker 4: because IMNA support my girl. So I'm like, Okay, then said,
- 11:28Speaker 4: but I was gonna ask you, did you want to
- 11:29Speaker 4: do it?
- 11:32Speaker 1: Yeah? And then we got the fun, said father, what
- 11:37Speaker 1: did I just tide her? Father said it's time. It's time. Okay,
- 11:49Speaker 1: well we're gonna do this. So we the whole time
- 11:51Speaker 1: after I left my ax, I was like, father, we're
- 11:53Speaker 1: gonna we in this together. So whatever we're doing, we're doing.
- 11:57Speaker 1: So we're gonna write this book. There we are off.
- 12:01Speaker 1: And then when I.
- 12:01Speaker 4: Saw my name in honor book, I was amassed. I
- 12:05Speaker 4: was amass because I didn't not know that a coming.
- 12:07Speaker 4: I did not see that coming. And I know my
- 12:09Speaker 4: mom and my dad was just smiling because when I
- 12:13Speaker 4: tell you everything I've ever done in my life, my
- 12:14Speaker 4: mother spoke over me.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Doctor what said I wasn't gonna be nothing. They said,
- 12:17Speaker 1: I won't be able to do nothing. My mama said,
- 12:20Speaker 1: m hmmm, you're not speaking none of that. Mm hmmm.
- 12:23Speaker 1: So everything I've ever been able to do in my life,
- 12:26Speaker 1: this lady literally spoke over my life. And I'm so grateful.
- 12:30Speaker 1: That's why I said, everybody's talking for ain't the same.
- 12:32Speaker 1: So I love sharing that because I was blessed. I
- 12:36Speaker 1: was really blessed. My maiden name is right, w I
- 12:39Speaker 1: J God put me in the right family. That's the way.
- 12:46Speaker 3: And this and this's is beautiful because I met a
- 12:53Speaker 3: young lady this past weekend and I've seen her girls
- 12:58Speaker 3: all the time. Did not know they were adopted. I
- 13:03Speaker 3: was like, you can never tell me that, and she said,
- 13:08Speaker 3: don't they adopted? I was like, oh that, this is
- 13:12Speaker 3: what's up. And I love that. That the fact that
- 13:16Speaker 3: somebody had so much love they wanted to give some more.
- 13:19Speaker 4: Away and telling yeah, my mom and then had poor
- 13:24Speaker 4: bylocked so they own. And my mom said she always
- 13:26Speaker 4: wanted fifth girls and one boy, but she had four.
- 13:28Speaker 4: He had he had the boy and the three girls,
- 13:31Speaker 4: but she adopted three more. But I was the baby.
- 13:34Speaker 4: She wanted to adopt the more. No, ma'am, I'm the baby.
- 13:38Speaker 1: No, No, we're good, We're good. I'm the baby. But yeah,
- 13:50Speaker 1: they in the heart.
- 13:52Speaker 4: I mean, my parents were amazing. I steel missing I
- 13:56Speaker 4: miss him so much.
- 13:57Speaker 3: That is you the fool. You gotta miss the thing
- 14:02Speaker 3: right here with you.
- 14:04Speaker 4: You ain't gotta tell me I can feel it. I
- 14:07Speaker 4: can feel it, Yes, I can feel it. And talking
- 14:11Speaker 4: to me when I'm not doing right, listen li.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Yes to do on one side, God on the other.
- 14:30Speaker 3: Come on, Lord, this is come Jesus the Word of God, said.
- 14:42Speaker 1: God. Yeah, I know the feeling.
- 14:49Speaker 3: You have this new book coming out tune first, Yeah,
- 14:55Speaker 3: which is.
- 14:57Speaker 1: The Bow after the Wow a White Story.
- 15:02Speaker 4: It's the color and anthology with Latanya, Tribrita and Miss Angela.
- 15:09Speaker 3: All right, so tell a little bit about it. God,
- 15:12Speaker 3: bring it up.
- 15:13Speaker 4: Uh, basically based upon people who have been divorced or
- 15:17Speaker 4: you know, separated, just telling our story. I mean, I
- 15:22Speaker 4: didn't see my story is. I did not see me
- 15:26Speaker 4: being in this position I'm in now. When the Lord
- 15:29Speaker 4: told me it was time.
- 15:30Speaker 1: For me to leave, I was like, leave, What do
- 15:33Speaker 1: you mean leave? I was because my husband was in
- 15:35Speaker 1: the house at the time, like Lee. I was like.
- 15:39Speaker 1: I was like, he's in. He's like, yeah, but it's
- 15:40Speaker 1: time for you to take care of you. I said,
- 15:42Speaker 1: but I'm taking my husband. What are you talking about?
- 15:45Speaker 1: He said, mm hmm, he said. He said, No, it's
- 15:47Speaker 1: time for you to take care of you. I said,
- 15:50Speaker 1: but guys, you honor marriage. I said, so what are
- 15:53Speaker 1: we doing? He said? I honored those up there together.
- 15:55Speaker 1: I didn't put you all together. So it's time for
- 15:58Speaker 1: you to go okay.
- 16:02Speaker 4: I called my cousin was like, I'm for me to go.
- 16:05Speaker 4: I said, Father, I said, we need a ram. The
- 16:06Speaker 4: bulls said, I don't not no where to go.
- 16:08Speaker 1: I had a whole lot of money. My cousin, he
- 16:12Speaker 1: made sure I got the flight I needed, made sure
- 16:14Speaker 1: I got back home. She was my baby to come home.
- 16:17Speaker 1: You good so and she helped me to find a
- 16:20Speaker 1: place to live. When I tell you, God don't play
- 16:23Speaker 1: about me, he really don't.
- 16:24Speaker 4: He really don't play about me. Because when I tell
- 16:26Speaker 4: you what I left him. We had signed up for
- 16:30Speaker 4: housing in Florida. He had the voucher. Because me being
- 16:34Speaker 4: the good wife, I put him at Head. Why could
- 16:36Speaker 4: he supposed to be my house? So I was I
- 16:38Speaker 4: put you down in Head. They told me when I left.
- 16:40Speaker 1: When I left, they said, well he gets a voucher.
- 16:43Speaker 1: You don't get nothing. I said, okay, that's cool, but
- 16:45Speaker 1: I'm thinking something. God already got me, so it's okay,
- 16:48Speaker 1: it's all right. So I was like, I am out.
- 16:52Speaker 1: So God got me.
- 16:54Speaker 4: And I mean, I don't just saying this to be conky.
- 16:55Speaker 4: I'll be saying it because I know the God I fired,
- 16:59Speaker 4: So I know I needed I.
- 17:00Speaker 3: Got it there you go. You know what, I didn't
- 17:06Speaker 3: have to leave my place, but I have to leave.
- 17:10Speaker 3: I had to leave that part in my life. So
- 17:13Speaker 3: I totally understand what you're going through. I just don't
- 17:19Speaker 3: want to divorce.
- 17:23Speaker 1: That's a whole said. I'm good. I'm just like, okay,
- 17:28Speaker 1: can we just can? Can I move on with the
- 17:30Speaker 1: rest of my life.
- 17:35Speaker 3: I know exactly what he's doing because I can't have
- 17:39Speaker 3: it granted. So he getting it granted for me. He said,
- 17:44Speaker 3: all the information you need if you want extra, go
- 17:48Speaker 3: on this and get the pictures. I got pictures and
- 17:52Speaker 3: video and a license. So in about six months, I
- 17:57Speaker 3: will be officially patriced again, and you'll be in jail.
- 18:05Speaker 3: And you're gonna be in jail.
- 18:06Speaker 1: That's yeah, you did too much. We don't talk about that,
- 18:10Speaker 1: but you did too much the best, don't.
- 18:19Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 18:20Speaker 4: Lord.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Lord, you know I'm trying to get in the gate.
- 18:27Speaker 1: I was trying to be good. Father. I'm trying to
- 18:29Speaker 1: be good.
- 18:30Speaker 3: He understands. No Jesus be setting up is that for.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Teresa Gain and they got duty on the Oh boy,
- 18:42Speaker 1: we're going to bring.
- 18:43Speaker 3: In this this mother thing. My understanding, and we talked earlier,
- 18:48Speaker 3: show that you have a god daughter? I how I
- 18:53Speaker 3: lay six?
- 18:56Speaker 1: You want another way?
- 18:57Speaker 4: My cousin and my cousin were younger, we said we
- 19:00Speaker 4: would beat each other's godparents.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Well, she she held up her end of the game,
- 19:04Speaker 1: me and I ain't really do that. I ain't really
- 19:06Speaker 1: held that. So I got five from her.
- 19:08Speaker 4: And then one of my god children had a child,
- 19:11Speaker 4: and of course she says, well, who's.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Gonna be Godma, Godma, god Mam, gonna be god mother?
- 19:17Speaker 1: You and the baby?
- 19:19Speaker 4: Oh okay, so yeah, so I have six girls, six babies.
- 19:26Speaker 1: So how is.
- 19:29Speaker 3: How is being a godmother influence your writing?
- 19:34Speaker 1: M I don't even know if it has. I mean,
- 19:37Speaker 1: it's just the love I had for my babies. I
- 19:40Speaker 1: just I mean, I don't know. I don't think it
- 19:43Speaker 1: really has.
- 19:45Speaker 4: I don't think it really has. I mean, I don't
- 19:47Speaker 4: even my what excluence is my writing is my parents.
- 19:51Speaker 4: I just want to make sure their name is honored.
- 19:54Speaker 4: I want to make sure that their legacy is compuming.
- 19:58Speaker 4: When they see me and they.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Know who child I am, I want them to say, yeah,
- 20:02Speaker 1: they did that with that one. Yeah.
- 20:05Speaker 4: That's that's my biggest thing is to honor their legacy.
- 20:08Speaker 4: So I don't even think about that and that arena.
- 20:10Speaker 4: I just want my mom and my dad. I know
- 20:12Speaker 4: they would be proud if they were here, but I
- 20:15Speaker 4: still want them to be honored. That's just because they
- 20:17Speaker 4: didn't have to keep me.
- 20:20Speaker 1: They didn't have to I'm a specially child that you
- 20:22Speaker 1: know what I'm saying.
- 20:23Speaker 4: They didn't have to do that, they did, So I
- 20:27Speaker 4: my whole goal is always to honor them in anything
- 20:29Speaker 4: I do, because they were the most amazing I promise
- 20:33Speaker 4: you they were.
- 20:34Speaker 1: So yeah, that's what I'm at.
- 20:37Speaker 3: So you're actually bringing us full circle saying it's because
- 20:41Speaker 3: all month I've been focusing on mothers and aunts. I
- 20:46Speaker 3: never ever thought about the daughter part. I never thought
- 20:51Speaker 3: about that. So you have completely brought us full circle.
- 20:57Speaker 3: So let me rephrase that question. How has been a
- 21:02Speaker 3: daughter affected you as an author or contributed to you
- 21:07Speaker 3: being an author?
- 21:11Speaker 4: Really reflect on the fact of what my parents went
- 21:16Speaker 4: through to keep me, to have me, to know their
- 21:20Speaker 4: heart of warning me, the love that they have for me.
- 21:23Speaker 1: It's just like I still feel it. I still know it.
- 21:26Speaker 1: When I tell you I'm a daddy's girl, I'm a
- 21:28Speaker 1: daddy girl. All day long.
- 21:30Speaker 4: And I still remember to this day. When I got married,
- 21:33Speaker 4: my dad literally walked up to me, and Dad my
- 21:36Speaker 4: dad's kind of quiet. He literally looks up to me
- 21:38Speaker 4: and he said, oh, he was a beautiful So Daddy,
- 21:41Speaker 4: I got make up.
- 21:41Speaker 1: And you can't do that.
- 21:43Speaker 4: You can't do that like maror him crying no, no,
- 21:45Speaker 4: we're not doing that. But he got he got to
- 21:49Speaker 4: walk me down and out. And I would be able
- 21:51Speaker 4: for breakful for that because he didn't know he would
- 21:55Speaker 4: do that.
- 21:56Speaker 1: He didn't know he would do that. So I mean,
- 22:00Speaker 1: being a daughter to the Laurus and Johnny Wright was
- 22:04Speaker 1: a gift from God.
- 22:06Speaker 4: They were my gifts. They were my angels. And I
- 22:09Speaker 4: am just I'm fugrateful. I am so grateful. So, like
- 22:12Speaker 4: I said, anything, anything I do for them, I do,
- 22:15Speaker 4: I do for them. My writing is definitely for them
- 22:18Speaker 4: because I want that story to be told. Not everybody
- 22:20Speaker 4: gets to tell that story I wanted to be told.
- 22:25Speaker 3: So let's talk about it. We're gonna bring them into
- 22:30Speaker 3: our fun questions. Oh right, if anyone in Hollywood can
- 22:42Speaker 3: can play the parts of your mother and your father
- 22:47Speaker 3: and be able to honor them correctly, who would you choose,
- 22:52Speaker 3: and why let's start with your mother first?
- 22:55Speaker 1: Who would play? Who would pay my mom? Mmmm?
- 23:03Speaker 4: I have two accessis like in my head right now,
- 23:06Speaker 4: and I don't know who I really would pick for that,
- 23:10Speaker 4: But I love Angela Bassett and I love Sisterly Tyson,
- 23:14Speaker 4: So I don't you know? It would have to be
- 23:17Speaker 4: because I love me from Sisterly and God rest her
- 23:19Speaker 4: so beautiful, beautiful woman, So.
- 23:22Speaker 1: It would have to be. It would have to be
- 23:25Speaker 1: one of those two.
- 23:26Speaker 4: Honestly, I can't think of what you want, but I
- 23:27Speaker 4: probably would mean towards Sistly because I keep hearing somebody.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I keep hearing Sisicely in my head, so I guess
- 23:32Speaker 1: I have to lean toward Sister. Yeah, you have two houses.
- 23:35Speaker 3: I mean you you love them. Why don't you choose them?
- 23:44Speaker 3: What makes them be able to honor your mom the
- 23:49Speaker 3: way you even want to?
- 23:52Speaker 4: Because the way that I've seen them in other movies
- 23:55Speaker 4: or other arenas, they really give their heart and soul
- 23:59Speaker 4: into Like when I say you Angeler played the heck
- 24:02Speaker 4: out of Tuna, She's played.
- 24:04Speaker 1: The hell out of hand.
- 24:06Speaker 4: And then when you got to ree enticement all them
- 24:08Speaker 4: Tyler Perry movies. Oh, no, and she's got a little grandma.
- 24:11Speaker 4: So it's like, oh, so yeah, so I think they
- 24:15Speaker 4: will play. I think they were doing well.
- 24:17Speaker 1: I think they would. I really have the man. That's
- 24:20Speaker 1: kind of hard.
- 24:22Speaker 3: So okay, let's go. Let's lead into the manor you
- 24:25Speaker 3: can carry into tune, which is dedicated to the men
- 24:29Speaker 3: of lit what male, Let's not do actor, let's do
- 24:37Speaker 3: what is your favorite genre of music?
- 24:41Speaker 1: Ah, I'm either I'm either gospel or I'm an eighties
- 24:45Speaker 1: baby R and B.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Let's do Since you chose two for mom, let's say
- 24:51Speaker 3: suit for dad. Let's think of one gospel artist and
- 24:54Speaker 3: one eighties artist to represent your dad. M.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Okay, now for gospel. I don't know why I just
- 25:01Speaker 1: came into my head, but I guess God knows. It
- 25:06Speaker 1: just popped up Donnie M. Pleasure. I don't know why.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I don't know why Donnie came in my head, but
- 25:14Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 25:15Speaker 4: I guess he just has that kind of my father.
- 25:19Speaker 4: Like I said, my father was kind of quiet, so
- 25:20Speaker 4: he wasn't you know, my mom's a talker. I'm the talker,
- 25:23Speaker 4: so it was like, yeah, no, but he just seems
- 25:26Speaker 4: like that kind of I guess kind of quiet spirit.
- 25:30Speaker 4: So I guess I would say, you know, Donnie, but
- 25:32Speaker 4: I'm not. Yeah, I'm checking Donnie maybe, but then.
- 25:37Speaker 1: For R and B.
- 25:40Speaker 4: Oh my lord, Okay, that is hard. That is a
- 25:46Speaker 4: hard one. Oh my goodness, wow, because I got so many.
- 25:52Speaker 1: I got so many. So I'm like.
- 25:56Speaker 3: To see if the narrator down to two.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh, I don't know why I keep picking baby Face,
- 26:12Speaker 1: but that's that's my boy. But I don't know. I
- 26:16Speaker 1: don't know how he would be acting. Okay, I guess that.
- 26:21Speaker 3: You have another one.
- 26:24Speaker 1: No, okay, that's a nobody. Well can I think of
- 26:29Speaker 1: somebody else? No, I don't think so, because it's so many,
- 26:36Speaker 1: so many, Oh my gosh, it's so many. No, baby
- 26:40Speaker 1: Face is eighty though, nineties he's like nineties. No, No,
- 26:50Speaker 1: he was, he was?
- 26:52Speaker 3: Wasn't he would? Which cause is?
- 26:58Speaker 1: No, that's different?
- 27:00Speaker 3: Okay, he didn't. We do some background vocals for or Pleas.
- 27:06Speaker 1: A lot of writing for other people. Okay, we're good,
- 27:14Speaker 1: thank you. Look out. We're gonna make it look out.
- 27:22Speaker 3: So before we close, tell us what you have going on.
- 27:27Speaker 3: How we can follow you on social media? Just give
- 27:31Speaker 3: us the rundown.
- 27:33Speaker 4: Well, okay, well, what I have going on right now
- 27:36Speaker 4: is some triently an online student at campus University e
- 27:42Speaker 4: u UH, working on in Associates degree and a business
- 27:48Speaker 4: administration I'm gonna to get it out Busines Administration associate's degree.
- 27:54Speaker 4: I'm still working on actually writing my autobiography. I'm working
- 27:57Speaker 4: on that, hopefully to have it out by the media.
- 28:00Speaker 1: That's the plan. That's the plan. Mean, it could be the.
- 28:03Speaker 4: Working together, so hopefully they have it out by the
- 28:05Speaker 4: end of the year. I'm just trying to understand what
- 28:11Speaker 4: God is trying to do in my life right now.
- 28:12Speaker 4: This is just all new to me, this whole author,
- 28:16Speaker 4: this whole Sometimes even when I say this, it is
- 28:19Speaker 4: talking to me, so the author meant the Oh my goodness. Okay,
- 28:23Speaker 4: So I'm just I'm following the father's leave.
- 28:27Speaker 1: He said, we go, we go, You don't, we don't.
- 28:29Speaker 1: I'm just doing what you say.
- 28:30Speaker 4: But it's definitely interesting because I'm actually living alone for
- 28:35Speaker 4: the first time ever in my life.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Me and my accident moving together right away, so I'm
- 28:40Speaker 1: by myself. So this is definitely definitely new for me
- 28:44Speaker 1: to be on my own. Like, oh, okay, I don't
- 28:47Speaker 1: have to ask somebody, but they want to eat. Oh, okay,
- 28:49Speaker 1: I eat Okay.
- 28:51Speaker 4: So it's just learning how to maneuver through this season
- 28:54Speaker 4: of my life. I'm calling it my butterfly season because
- 28:58Speaker 4: I feel like I'm seeing now and everything I feels
- 29:02Speaker 4: like butterflies. I'm about to come out of this the
- 29:04Speaker 4: con the Father wants me to come out of it
- 29:07Speaker 4: feel like my butterfly season. So I'm just going wherever
- 29:10Speaker 4: the Father want me to go, doing whatever you want.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Me to do.
- 29:14Speaker 3: I love that how you say you're following the Father's footsteps.
- 29:19Speaker 3: I love that you It can't come anymore, you can't
- 29:23Speaker 3: say it any more better, and you can't say it
- 29:24Speaker 3: any more simpler. I love that. And what social media links?
- 29:31Speaker 3: Can people follow you to be updated on your book

- 31:51Speaker 3: night to do a show and be all cool, calm
- 31:53Speaker 3: and dandy with it. I was saying, the devil's a liar.

- 32:08Speaker 1: am not built for that.
- 32:11Speaker 3: Who built for this? That man above Jesus is looking here.
