- 5:46I am so excited to have you here.
- 5:50How are you on this fine day? I'm doing very well.
- 5:53Terry. Thank you so much.
- 5:55It's an honor to be here with you today.
- 5:58I'll thank you and whereabouts. Are you what city?
- 6:02I'm in Harbor Springs. Michigan, which is very north
- 6:07northern Michigan and there's snow on the ground here and
- 6:12we're expecting spring in the Month or so.
- 6:15I bet you can't wait, but I've never seen snow in my life.
- 6:19So there you go. Wow, you are really an
- 6:27incredible intuitive healer who really knows how to unpack
- 6:33people's patterns and traumas and, you know, really get to the
- 6:39cedar their grief. So, your motto.
- 6:43Do is to really have people safe in their bodies and in their
- 6:48communities. Can you talk me through, you
- 6:53know, what, the importance is of a person really feeling safe in
- 6:59their community and, you know, being able to listen to their
- 7:02body. Yes, it's of great importance
- 7:06because that's how we can be our authentic selves when we feel
- 7:11safe in our bodies when we can On to what our bodies are asking
- 7:15of us or telling us and not feel threatened from the outside.
- 7:20It's vital to us thriving and so, being able to be in
- 7:24relationships that we feel safe and able to enable to be in our
- 7:28community, where we feel safe to express ourselves, and to be
- 7:31ourselves, and to follow our own innate desires, our own innate,
- 7:37our own innate. You know what our body is
- 7:40telling us and how we want to be.
- 7:43I think it's vital and it's that's my mission.
- 7:46As what I want to be able to help others to feel so that
- 7:51they, you know, I think there's so many of us who have
- 7:54experienced over our lives, where we have feel threatened or
- 7:58we don't feel safe and it hinders our ability to just
- 8:02relax and to be ourselves. And so, that's what I want for.
- 8:06Everyone is just to be able to feel safe so that they can be
- 8:10who they are. That's amazing.
- 8:13So, I mean, there's obviously people out there that don't,
- 8:18that may not understand like you do of the concept of, you know,
- 8:22listening to their body. Have you got any tips for that
- 8:27person? That really needs to stop kind
- 8:30of like listening to their monkey mind or, you know,
- 8:34hearing all that, you know, the, the stories of old that are
- 8:40outdated and What they can do to actually come into their body.
- 8:46Great question. And I thank you.
- 8:48You hit on it. It's exactly that to stop
- 8:51listening to the monkey mind because the mind is not where we
- 8:54make decisions. Our mind is a tool that we can
- 8:57use for learning. It's a tool that we can use to
- 9:00help other people, but it is not how we make decisions.
- 9:04It is not the best way of how we can make decisions.
- 9:07And so when we learn how to tune into our bodies and to listen to
- 9:11our own, Own unique way that our body speaks to us because it's
- 9:15different for everybody. That's how we can really
- 9:19flourish and make decisions and move through the world.
- 9:23And so 24, everyone needs to find their own way that they
- 9:29hear themselves that they hear what their body is trying to
- 9:33tell them. And when they have a feeling,
- 9:36when they have an intuitive sense, that is the truth.
- 9:39That is what is necessary for I'm to follow and sometimes what
- 9:44those hits are, you know, sometimes our body is telling us
- 9:47don't go in there or lets you know, stay away from the
- 9:50situation but you know maybe our mind is like oh don't be silly.
- 9:54Let me just go in anyway but then we are disregarding the
- 9:58body. We are disregarding what is true
- 10:00for us and at the body is telling us for a reason that we
- 10:03might not know and we might not be able to explain with our
- 10:06minds. Most likely we cannot explain
- 10:09the body has a different way of understanding And information
- 10:12than the Mind does. The mind is logical and
- 10:15sometimes the body most times, the body is not logical and so
- 10:20to be able to feel into what our bodies are telling us, is it's
- 10:25vital for our, for our success in the world.
- 10:29Mmm, it's that's amazing. Like, it's the body keeps the
- 10:33school like the book, right? Yeah.
- 10:36And I feel that, you know, it sounds like from what you're
- 10:41saying, I mean that if someone was inside of one of your
- 10:46containers, you would be leading them to learn how to listen to
- 10:52their their body. And do you think that that helps
- 10:57with their intuition? Is that connected?
- 10:59Do you feel absolutely? Absolutely.
- 11:03And yes, like you mentioned the book body, the body keeps a
- 11:05score and there is there's there's you know it's a
- 11:09fantastic book. It's about healing trauma.
- 11:12Mama. And it's about the trauma that
- 11:15lives in our bodies because we may experience things that were
- 11:19not even consciously aware of, but it's stored in our body, we
- 11:23may be consciously aware of and it still stored in our body.
- 11:26If we haven't gone through the process of tending to it and
- 11:31doing what we need to, you know, process it and so you know, in
- 11:36this can go for ancestral to its, you know, we have ancestral
- 11:41with And X. We now know that our ancestors
- 11:45fears and hopes and desires, and the trauma that they've
- 11:50experienced can also live in our bodies.
- 11:53And and so is, so it can be so under the surface, but we are
- 11:58reacting from that. And so if we can help to free
- 12:02that, then we are able to, you know, and to process it and to
- 12:07understand it, then we can create more freedom in our
- 12:10bodies and create more freedom. Us create more freedom in our
- 12:13lives. Wow, that's amazing.
- 12:16So, you know it's obviously you've had a lot of experience
- 12:22with yourself and I know we're going to find out you were going
- 12:26to go really deep here and we're going to actually learn about
- 12:30just how deep you went into your ancestral lineage past life and
- 12:38where your marriage nearly broke down and all of that was stored
- 12:44in the body. Be like I guess the nervous
- 12:46system. So really I guess the body is is
- 12:51is the very essence of, you know, our GPS almost isn't it?
- 12:56Like it's almost guiding us. And therefore would you say that
- 13:02if people did tap into their self and listen to their
- 13:07intuition, that there'd be a more likelihood that they would
- 13:11make better decisions? Yes. 100% because our intuition
- 13:17is going to guide us to what is in our highest good and what's
- 13:22best for else. And again, it's not explainable
- 13:26and it's not linear, it is what it is.
- 13:30And it's like our body knows, our body knows what we need and
- 13:34sometimes you know, if there is a lot of trauma and the body,
- 13:37our body needs to protect and it needs to go, be gentle, you
- 13:42know, and be tended to gently so that it and slowly open up to,
- 13:47what's there, you know, it can't necessarily if, you know, there
- 13:51might be something in the way of us, feeling our intuition, but
- 13:55just to feel, You know we can sometimes feel on the outside
- 14:00you know in Psychology we talk about resistance and so we might
- 14:04have resistance to exploring a certain part of ourselves or
- 14:09exploring you know, certain Shadow aspects of ourselves so
- 14:14that's okay because then we just work with the resistance like
- 14:17what is the risk? What is the resistance about?
- 14:19Let's move slowly before we go deep into whatever the trauma
- 14:23is, it's like sometimes we just need to like get to that place
- 14:26where We can feel safe having a conversation before, you know,
- 14:30and it's a gradual opening up before we actually uncover What
- 14:35the deeper trauma is different for everyone and it takes time.
- 14:40It's not it's not necessarily a fast process, but it can, it can
- 14:45be but it doesn't, you know, can also take the time necessary for
- 14:49each person. And and I guess true for those
- 14:52people that you know you he people that agonize over me.
- 14:57King decisions sometimes and procrastinate and they get stuck
- 15:02and they they're really like, they can't move forward and if
- 15:06only they could take a leaflet out of your book and just let it
- 15:12go and just let live and trust. But, you know, you've been a
- 15:16therapist for over 20 years and you do a lot of past life
- 15:22regression work and you've also discovered That with a lot of
- 15:29people, it doesn't matter what kind of spectrum, or where they
- 15:34are in the ladder. There's usually always a missing
- 15:37piece. Can you talk to me about this
- 15:41missing piece of their life? And, you know, traditionally how
- 15:45you find it? Or what happens when you do find
- 15:49it? Well, I'll just let you know.
- 15:51Like most of the clients, I see, have been they've been on the on
- 15:56the healing Ask for for many years, they've seen lots of
- 15:59therapists or, you know, a therapist or gone to lots of
- 16:03healings and they've been doing their work, even if it's their
- 16:08self-reflective and they, you know, they're going inward, you
- 16:11know. So most of my clients are
- 16:12already familiar with the inner landscape and they, there's
- 16:16something that they can't quite get to.
- 16:18They feel like this issue keeps coming up, whether it's a
- 16:21certain pattern of behavior. Whether it's a difficulty in a
- 16:25relationship, It's something that is like perpetuating them
- 16:29that they feel like there's there's no resolution because
- 16:32they've done everything and they can't they can't get to it.
- 16:36And so, through this process, we can find what the seed is of the
- 16:43of the core concern. And so, I have a way of prepping
- 16:46the client before we work to help them tap into.
- 16:50What is their core concern, what is that sentence?
- 16:53What is that phrase? That that that hits at a deep
- 16:56emotional? Level that depicts what it is
- 16:59that they are most concerned with, you know, and it's usually
- 17:03something, you know, we narrow it down.
- 17:06And this is, you know, this process, I go through a pretty
- 17:08intensive history with them about their early childhood and
- 17:12family life. And you know what, they know of
- 17:14their extended family to get to this phrase and it's usually
- 17:18something around, you know, I'm not safe.
- 17:22Or, you know, this is an example of those phrases.
- 17:25I'll never see them again. I'm responsible.
- 17:29You know, it's something that hits and as we go through the
- 17:32process of them feeling into like oh that's it.
- 17:35And so it's something usually clicks.
- 17:37And then that's how we step into the regression work is I'll take
- 17:41them through the relaxation and then ask them to repeat that
- 17:45phrase and from there almost invariably we go right to the
- 17:49life. That is the source of that
- 17:51concern. And we go through, we experience
- 17:55the full life. I'll, you know, I guide them.
- 17:56Them to go through the life and to the, the significant events
- 18:00in that life and to get to the understanding of what happened
- 18:04there, how it's related to this life.
- 18:06And then we go through that whole process of how it's
- 18:08connected to this life. What was different?
- 18:11Then what's different? Now, what needs to be healed?
- 18:14What are their conversations that needed to be had and we can
- 18:18have those conversations because at from the soul perspective,
- 18:22where they're able to go in and have those conversations that
- 18:25they want weren't able to have in that.
- 18:26Life, you know, whether it's yeah.
- 18:29So and so you know, and it's the whole thing about past lives is
- 18:33it a past life as it an ancestral life?
- 18:35You know, I feel like that's very kind of blurry and foggy
- 18:38and I, you know, I call it past life for, you know, to have
- 18:42something to call it but I don't know necessarily what it is but
- 18:46it's the healing that's necessary for that person to get
- 18:49to the source of what is most troubling them and then they're
- 18:54able to There then we can work through and see what needs to be
- 18:58healed. What needs to be processed?
- 19:00And they can bring all of that back with them.
- 19:03And a lot of times after these sessions people are like, oh I
- 19:09feel so much lighter. I feel so much, you know, I feel
- 19:12like this burden has been taken off of my shoulders.
- 19:15I'm in their core concern. You know, sometimes it can be so
- 19:19significant like I don't have that feeling anymore.
- 19:22It's gone, you know. So it's quite Spectacular, what
- 19:26can happen? And then it can continue to
- 19:29unwind afterward because when we do something so deep, it has
- 19:33this ripple effect on our lives and other people's lives.
- 19:36And, you know, generationally as well.
- 19:38Like you said, you talked about that Terry.
- 19:40Yeah, I've been generated lately back and seven generations
- 19:44forward. It's like we're unwinding the
- 19:48trauma, in the line in the, in our ancestral line and for our
- 19:52descendants as well. When we do this type of Work
- 19:56when we do any type of inner work.
- 19:58Hmm. And that's Legacy work.
- 20:00And I mean we'll talk more about that too in your program that
- 20:06you're offering. But the legacy is that with all
- 20:10of this, you know, obviously handed down by past Generations
- 20:15or having come back from so far and so long ago, even centuries
- 20:21ago, you know, obviously we're carrying Ugh, with us these,
- 20:26these elements. So when we're letting them go
- 20:30obviously, there is something very magical that happens in
- 20:35that moment and no wonder, they feel lighter?
- 20:38Like, Nadia, wow. Like if your clients are saying
- 20:42to you, or, you know, I feel so much lighter.
- 20:45They probably just let go of 100 years in one session with you.
- 20:50But, you know, you're not only a urine expert in the field
- 20:54because You know, you've got the twenty years of experience as a
- 20:59therapist but you know what? It's like to give your power
- 21:04away. And in fact you nearly lost your
- 21:08own marriage through something that was as a result of that
- 21:15ancestral lineage and past life, do you want to act go into that?
- 21:20So people understand? Yeah, yeah.
- 21:24So several several years ago, you know, and I'm a person who
- 21:28I've been doing my inner work and seeing therapists and, you
- 21:31know, for many years but through that, you know, so I thought I
- 21:37kind of had my stuff together but I had an experience several
- 21:42years ago where I decided to go into business with a friend of
- 21:47mine and we, you know, and I but the whole time when I was making
- 21:53the decision as to whether Should go into it or not.
- 21:57I was, I never got to the place where I felt good about it in my
- 22:00body. It was like in my mind, I liked
- 22:03the idea of about it and it was almost like a shiny object.
- 22:07You know, we talked about following the shiny objects and
- 22:11it was like, that's what I was doing because it felt good on an
- 22:14ego level, like it was like, oh, this is fun.
- 22:17Oh, this is exciting. Who, you know, I wanted to be
- 22:19around this, this person and, you know, and I wasn't
- 22:27listening. I wasn't tuning into what my
- 22:29body was saying, which my body was not telling me to go
- 22:32forward, and I was trying to make a decision from my mind,
- 22:36and I was ignoring what, my body was telling me.
- 22:38But so I ended up getting into this business, which was
- 22:42beautiful. We worked with crystals.
- 22:44We were, I mean, it was very appealing, we were doing healing
- 22:48sessions with people and it was very well received and, you
- 22:52know, it was nourishing on some levels, but But the problem was
- 22:56is that it was taking me away from my family and I was already
- 23:00working, you know, I was already had my, my one-to-one private
- 23:03practice. So I and it was so it was added
- 23:06on top of that. Where I was now taking away more
- 23:09time in the evenings and weekends from my family and that
- 23:13continued on until I went to the past life regression training
- 23:18and I experienced a past life, you know, my husband was getting
- 23:23frustrated with me at this point and we were Almost like ships
- 23:26passing through the night. You know, weren't really
- 23:29connecting very much and we weren't having it.
- 23:33We didn't have a lot of time to spend together because he was
- 23:36busy during the day and I was busy and the nights and
- 23:38weekends. And so, when I went to the
- 23:41training, you know, part of it is having a regression.
- 23:43And so, in my regression, I went to a life where I was married to
- 23:49a man who is very abusive, and what happened was that I was
- 23:57from a different culture than he was, it was and life in Egypt,
- 24:01actually. And I was from a nomadic culture
- 24:04and stop, we had stopped in this town and I married this man and
- 24:07stayed there while the tribe continued on.
- 24:11And in the end you know as a result he was very he became
- 24:16very abusive and you know, and we had children and he continued
- 24:21to be abusive and then when that tribe came back through I
- 24:24decided To leave and I went to go with them.
- 24:27Well, he came and found me before I left and there was a,
- 24:31and this is where I came into that life.
- 24:33It was an extremely like physically, abusive situation
- 24:38and so I had and I was actually crippled by it at that point and
- 24:44you know, and I continued on in that life staying there until he
- 24:48had died and I continued to stay there and I just at that point,
- 24:52I was close to one of my sons and He he helped take care of me
- 24:58and I had tended to my spiritual practice during that life.
- 25:02So it's very VIP event is extremely Vivid.
- 25:07Nadia? Yes, yeah, like it's almost like
- 25:11you're talking about 10 years ago, not, you know what I mean?
- 25:17And that's how it is for me and when it's actually, I don't see
- 25:22it so vividly, but I sense it. That's the thing.
- 25:25Everybody has a different way of experiencing a past life, I come
- 25:29in and I sense what's going on and then it does get a little
- 25:33bit visual but I just kind of like, no this is what's
- 25:36happening and so and it does it feels like it happened like it
- 25:40feels like I'm telling a story about my life because it's that
- 25:43cement that taught the memory works.
- 25:45It's like now it's in my conscious I almost think of it
- 25:47as you know we don't you know we're conscious of so much and
- 25:53this is just a It in perspective perspective, where I'm like
- 25:57turning. I just am turning my head to see
- 25:59something else that I didn't that was are always there.
- 26:02I just didn't see it before and so now I can see it and now it's
- 26:05always there, right? Like I so I kind of have the
- 26:08memory of that experience. Mmm.
- 26:11And of course if your marriage was like, ready to dissolve and
- 26:17you both were at the absolute end of your tether.
- 26:23Obviously, Must have. Did she just suddenly realized
- 26:29that this was this vision of what had happened in?
- 26:35You know, in that past life? Did that come up during the time
- 26:41that you were going through the breakdown?
- 26:44It was so yeah. Yeah.
- 26:46That that Vision happened while I was in, you know, having this
- 26:50hard difficult time with my husband and but I didn't really
- 26:54connect the Two right away. It wasn't until I came home.
- 26:57And I was telling him about the experience and he was like, you
- 27:01know what, I was, I felt so angry.
- 27:03I was feeling angry, like angry, and I realized that I was
- 27:07holding that anger. Like I had that anger even
- 27:09before I left it was like I had this constant anger toward him
- 27:13and he said something along the lines of like, your whole you're
- 27:17holding that anger toward me, and it was like this awful
- 27:22moment of like, it's About him. It's not this wasn't the same,
- 27:27man, it was somebody different. And I had been holding this
- 27:31anger and directing it toward my husband and pushing him away and
- 27:36feeling like he's trying to take something away from me.
- 27:39And then it was like, this aha moment that was like, I'm the
- 27:42one. I'm actually the one who has
- 27:45been pulling away and not upholding my side of the
- 27:49relationship so that would help me.
- 27:53How how prevalent Is that like that?
- 27:56How many people would be just listening to this right now, and
- 28:01whether it was even in their last marriage or in a
- 28:05relationship as a, in their youth.
- 28:09Because let's face it, we keep learning lessons, don't we?
- 28:13Until we learn the lesson, and these people keep showing up.
- 28:21So, obviously, when that anger, kind of Hit you in the face and
- 28:28you had that. Aha moment then like what
- 28:31happened after that between you and your husband?
- 28:34That's when we decided to get into therapy.
- 28:37And so we started working together with a therapist who I
- 28:41knew whose excellent and we were able to, you know, each have a
- 28:47voice, you know. And I think the turning point
- 28:50and that was when the therapist asked us on a scale from 1 to
- 28:5410. How motivated are you to make
- 28:56this work out? And we're was a 10 for both of
- 29:00us. Oh, that's that's amazing.
- 29:03And I think and for him, I think that was a surprise because what
- 29:07he saw was that I was not acting like I was in it.
- 29:10Hmm, this thing that went away and so that's when everything
- 29:14really started to shift and Weezer repair.
- 29:18And that's when I realized like, okay, I need to step away from
- 29:22that business because that's part of what was taking Away
- 29:25from my family. That was a slow process that I
- 29:29continue to work with my therapist and like a whole
- 29:32puzzle. Isn't it like all suddenly just
- 29:35making sense and, you know, for that listener out there that is
- 29:42listening to your wealth of experience as a therapist as a
- 29:48person who understands very much about grief and loss.
- 29:54And You know, where you have gone through this whole, you
- 30:00know, trans and dacian. If you like this whole unique
- 30:04process, but it's not unique. Is it really?
- 30:07No. I mean, it might be unique to
- 30:09the person going. Oh, is this a past life?
- 30:12Maybe it's a past pattern relationship.
- 30:15Maybe it's a, maybe it is a great, great, great,
- 30:20grandparents life, as well. That's being carried on through.
- 30:25You need the DNA. So I wonder how many marriages
- 30:29could actually be saved in the same way.
- 30:32Yours was? Yes, yes.
- 30:34I see it all the time. I just wonder, I wonder the same
- 30:38thing. Terry.
- 30:39I wonder because I see people ending their relationships
- 30:43because I think it can't work out and I, you know, a lot of
- 30:46times that that's that's what needs to happen and maybe that
- 30:48is the best, but I think if we just, you know, sometimes if we
- 30:52just dig a little deeper and we do, Do the hard things like
- 30:56having those challenging conversations or going to
- 30:59therapy, we can find the way and look at you know, we can find
- 31:05the way to help that relationship or looking at
- 31:10ourselves to and seeing how am I contributing to this situation?
- 31:14And I think and I think that's the biggest thing because so
- 31:18many, it's so easy to want to blame, you know, the other
- 31:22person or they did this, and they did that.
- 31:24And that might be True. But again, how am I contributing
- 31:27to it? And that's the hard stuff.
- 31:30That's the really hard stuff to do, especially when we are
- 31:33feeling angry when we're feeling like, you know, I just want to
- 31:37be done and it would be. Yeah, leave and I can see, I can
- 31:42see a, you know, how, you know, Retreats can come out of this as
- 31:48well for couples that are really wanting to save their marriage.
- 31:53Even And, you know, with the program that you're currently
- 31:58creating, and obviously it takes you through transformation of
- 32:05past life therapy and ancestral lineage.
- 32:09So what does that look like? For the the people that come
- 32:14into that specific module? So when you're taking them
- 32:18through that transformation, what is it like for them?
- 32:23What's the experience? Can Talk about the process at
- 32:26all. Well, I have a four-month
- 32:28container that I take people through and we generally start
- 32:32with the past life regression and sometimes not, you know, if
- 32:35somebody's not quite ready for that while do a few sessions
- 32:38ahead of time. But what happens is that you
- 32:42know, we get we get a lot out of that primary session with the
- 32:46past life because then I understand the history.
- 32:48I understand what they're struggling with and of course
- 32:51you know even before that we get to you know, what it is that
- 32:54they would like to This form during this period.
- 32:57And so what they'll experience almost immediately is a sense of
- 33:03relief and a sense of understanding themselves at a
- 33:06deeper level and, and validation about themselves about knowing
- 33:11who they are and about being okay with it.
- 33:15Like, you know, it's okay that I'm like this because this,
- 33:19there's a reason why, you know, a lot of times people look at
- 33:22their lives and they're like, well I, there's no reason why I
- 33:25should have these feelings. There's no reason why I
- 33:27shouldn't be so angry salute laid, and they are trying to
- 33:32find something from this life or this experience and it's just
- 33:35not there. And so this helps them to get to
- 33:39that. And feel like, oh, okay, that
- 33:41makes sense. That once they have the
- 33:42awareness of it, now, they can start making different choices
- 33:46in their life and they can start, they can realize like
- 33:49it's okay that I feel this way. It's valid.
- 33:52So a lot of the work that I do is help Oops, them would that
- 33:55validation. And then, and then, you know, I
- 33:59support my clients to on communicating, you know, who,
- 34:04you know, a lot of times the people that I work with, they
- 34:06have some difficulty with a primary relationship and it's
- 34:10not always a spouse, it could be a boss, it could be a mother, it
- 34:16could be, you know, someone that is in their life.
- 34:19Generally that they feel like they can't get away from or that
- 34:23they have to be in a relationship.
- 34:24Up with and so I can I help them see, you know, or I, you know, I
- 34:31guide them to see what is their role in that relationship.
- 34:34How is it serving them? What communication, how the
- 34:38communication is, and how it could be?
- 34:41And then support them as they are having those challenging,
- 34:44sometimes, challenging communication or challenging
- 34:47conversations with those people that are so close to them.
- 34:51And, you know, the whole process to is people feel empowered.
- 34:56They learn how to stand in their power.
- 34:58They realized that what they think and feel is valid and
- 35:04important and worthy of being heard, you know, they're worthy
- 35:08of being heard and they're worthy of their needs being met.
- 35:12And so that's some of the transformation that can happen
- 35:15is. It's it's almost like, you know,
- 35:18I'm thinking of several clients most recently that there was
- 35:22just a lot of noise because they were so Rast about this
- 35:25relationship that it permeated all of their other relationships
- 35:30or their work and most clients. I work with are highly
- 35:34successful people, so they've got it together in all these
- 35:38different areas of their life and they just can't understand
- 35:40like why is this one area challenging to me?
- 35:45But we, you know, through the work together, we kind of get to
- 35:48the bottom of that and see what's needed to be done to help
- 35:51transform that. So that they feel empowered and
- 35:54that they create the boundaries they need and they create, you
- 35:57know, the relationship that serves them more.
- 36:02That look of the work that we do together as well.
- 36:06Yeah. And I mean I can really see by
- 36:10taking them back. It's almost like well you know,
- 36:14you're taking a back really to the Primitive, aren't you two
- 36:17the very deepest Roots eat so you can kind of pull that out
- 36:23and really weird it out. So it becomes something that is
- 36:30so profound in there. And it has such a domino effect
- 36:34and you know, and giving them that communication of excellence
- 36:38and helping them to really understand.
- 36:43You know why people are in their life, what they're teaching
- 36:47them. I feel that that is just because
- 36:52I know, I know that I have to remind myself constantly, you
- 36:55know? I mean we all have problems
- 36:58there's no perfect humans, right?
- 37:01And, you know, it's all around communication and it's all about
- 37:05relationships. But of course, you know, when
- 37:08you're taking them back to that primitive space and then you
- 37:12giving them that empowerment in communication.
- 37:16Yeah, I can see how they then get to stand in their power and
- 37:21become who they were really born to be and you take them through
- 37:25self care practices to. So what kind of self care
- 37:30practices? Do you?
- 37:31Can mange? I recommend, you know, really
- 37:36taking care of all of our body needs, right?
- 37:38Like physically, making sure that we move ourselves drinking
- 37:41enough water. I mean, some of just the most
- 37:43basic things, but I do encourage a meditation, practice as well
- 37:48and just whatever type of exercise suits the person.
- 37:52And I can support my clients around nutrition as well.
- 37:55And so, I sometimes bring that in, if that's something that
- 37:58they are looking for, so, So really helping them understand
- 38:05that the things that serve their bodies and serve their minds,
- 38:09and their spirit is essential, and, and their emotional bodies,
- 38:14like, how can they be, how can we be nourished on all of those
- 38:17levels? And so, what is going to be
- 38:20different for everyone? So, and, and to really take the
- 38:23time to know that that's the most.
- 38:25That's the most important relationship that we have is our
- 38:28relationship with our self. Yeah.
- 38:31That's very nice. That and giving ourself that
- 38:33time and that love and that care that we deserve, you know?
- 38:37Because if we don't have that relationship with ourself, how
- 38:41can we have it with anybody else?
- 38:44Absolutely, and I love that you are so supportive to your
- 38:48clients and that you're really, you know, you're holding them in
- 38:53that space and you doing that real deep inner work and you're
- 38:58giving them, it's almost reminds it will Well I really really
- 39:04ordained it because you know that for me I'm all about the
- 39:09five master keys and and really these are what you've expressed.
- 39:13It's actually five major elements here in the Deep work,
- 39:20they're doing in their relationships and Communications
- 39:23and standing in their power in their self-care.
- 39:26And their practices, which is really, you know, a lot of the
- 39:30practical And of course, the last but definitely not least is
- 39:36then assisting them to really leave their legacy life in what
- 39:41they do in their career and everything.
- 39:45So, isn't it interesting though? Nadia how when you kill someone
- 39:50at such a deep level, how it has that profound ability to just
- 39:57unravel in their lives and and lift them up and help them?
- 40:01In their career, in their relationships, in their health.
- 40:06It's it's really quite incredible, isn't it?
- 40:09It is if yeah. So if you had any tips for
- 40:14people, listening your people that are listening in right now
- 40:18and obviously they may be at that Brink where they just feel
- 40:22like they're at the end of their tether.
- 40:25They don't know why they keep having this issue that's coming
- 40:30up. What would you say to them?
- 40:33Like if they had to do something right now, like just even if
- 40:38they're suffering a little bit as they're listening to this,
- 40:41or, you know, afterward what would you tell them to do first?
- 40:46I would, I would want them to know that to tend to that part
- 40:50of them, that is struggling is important and to give themselves
- 40:55the time and the space to see what that is.
- 40:59You know, what's there? That's, that's troubling you.
- 41:01You. What's there?
- 41:02That's that you're struggling with that.
- 41:04Needs some attention because that's what it needs, is some
- 41:07attention. And, you know, a lot of times
- 41:11what is underneath that is? It's a loss or it's the grief
- 41:17and we haven't really touched upon this so much.
- 41:20That's a big part of the work I do is helping tend to the grief
- 41:25and the grief, that's present the grief.
- 41:27That's a cute, you know, like when somebody passes or but it's
- 41:31also the If of things that we've lost in our lives, you know, it
- 41:35might not be, it's more like hidden grief or things that we
- 41:38don't even realize we've lost, and to give ourselves that time
- 41:43and space to tend to that and to acknowledge it.
- 41:47So maybe it's, you know, for me, you know, it's about my family
- 41:53is an immigrant to the United States.
- 41:55From we moved from England and my dad from Egypt here, and it
- 42:00occurred to me recently. I like that's a huge loss, you
- 42:04know, it's a huge loss to move from where your family is from,
- 42:09and be transplanted in another place.
- 42:12And to honor that for some, it's about, you know, maybe it's a
- 42:15move, maybe it's something. Maybe, you know, even like other
- 42:19losses in my life that I can think of is, like the my child
- 42:22not being able to go to the school.
- 42:24I thought would be good for him and there is grief in that for
- 42:28me. There was grateful when we moved
- 42:30in my children had to The school that they loved, you know, and
- 42:34really give space and to honor the grief that yeah, loss.
- 42:40And so I think that's something that we can all do.
- 42:43I think, in our culture, our Western culture, we've really we
- 42:46kind of want to gloss over loss and sorrow and say oh okay but
- 42:53everything's fine now and every everything's better.
- 42:57But no, it's like what is there? You know, I ran that group.
- 43:01I told You about for some years around birth recovery, the birth
- 43:06Recovery Group because for so many women.
- 43:10They have challenging childbirth experiences and so many people's
- 43:15well, tell them. Oh, but you have a beautiful
- 43:17baby, so your you should be fine, you know?
- 43:20But it's like it's two separate things.
- 43:23Mmm, you separate things. It's like yes you're so grateful
- 43:27and you love your baby and you're happy about having this
- 43:29wonderful baby and You experienced a traumatic, you had
- 43:34a very traumatic you know childbirth that needs to be
- 43:38unpacked and tended to and the story needs to be heard so that
- 43:42you can process and move through it.
- 43:44You know, and I think there's so many like these are these are
- 43:47all I think those are two good examples of the Hidden grief.
- 43:51You know, the yeah. Or he's around birth and then
- 43:55the stories of immigration, which, you know, everybody in
- 43:57the United States and probably Australia to is an immigrant
- 44:00somewhere down the line, right? Right, even the truth, even the
- 44:05maid, you know, even the Native Americans here they've all been
- 44:08transplanted. They've all been moved around
- 44:10and shuffled around so it's like they have that grief as well.
- 44:14You know, there's just so much and all the different things
- 44:17that are here and so to honor that and to give space for that,
- 44:22I think is something that we can all do and to know that it's
- 44:24valid and important to do that and to give ourselves the time
- 44:28and space to really to really, just With that and see what it
- 44:34needs. Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
- 44:37So it sounds like, you know, the person that you are definitely
- 44:43talking to is a very successful person.
- 44:46There are very passionate person and yet they've got all these.
- 44:53There's got these things that are going on behind closed doors
- 44:58that they haven't been able to express.
- 45:01They've got issues, Shoes in their relationships, their,
- 45:04their suffering, as a result of triggers that are coming up
- 45:09through their primitive background, and once they get to
- 45:15the underlying factor of that, that's when everything can
- 45:20change. But, you know, one of the things
- 45:23that I love is that you can make a very long story, short, with
- 45:28all of your clients here, and I'm really excited.
- 45:32Did about this because I gave you my date of birth before, we
- 45:36devote your show. And yeah, I gave you a, because
- 45:40you are a human design person as well.
- 45:46So you actually utilize this. So I understand that someone who
- 45:52comes to see, you can get that whole personality chart and have
- 45:57an understanding of them self, which is a huge eye-opener.
- 46:02Ah, yeah, and that is really the greatest in road to take them
- 46:06into your program. So I'm really excited.
- 46:10I, I mean, everyone knows here. I'm in my 50s, I was born on the
- 46:1524th of October and I'm on the cusp of a Scorpio and Libra, and
- 46:22I think I was born at midnight. What can you tell me about
- 46:27myself in all of that? That might be important.
- 46:30Things that will pray Apps help me or the person out there
- 46:34that's listening. Understand themselves.
- 46:38Well, yeah, wonderful. So I just want to say to that
- 46:41human design is part of how I learned how to listen to my body
- 46:47because it teaches us that we're where we make our decisions from
- 46:52and how we best make decisions. And so, it's really a process of
- 46:57unlearning. What we've been conditioned to,
- 47:01to be our entire Lives from society, from our families and
- 47:05to really recondition ourselves to live more within our innate
- 47:09design, which is how we were born and what's most natural for
- 47:12us. So, it's really a tuning in
- 47:14process to what how we work and and what I love about this.
- 47:18And so I do this practice process with all of my clients.
- 47:21It's a big part of what we do and we carry it through all of
- 47:25the sessions, you know, because it's we always are coming back
- 47:29to it because it has, it's a process, it's a process.
- 47:32This of understanding about yourself.
- 47:35And so for you Terry you might know that you're manifesting
- 47:40generator and I'll just give a little.
- 47:43I know Powerhouse the PowerHouse of the human design chart is a
- 47:46manifesting generator. And so, 70% of all humans are
- 47:50generator types, either their generator or there are
- 47:53manifesting generator that 70% of humans.
- 47:56I'm a generator, you're manifesting generator, and the
- 48:00generator types have. A motor.
- 48:03So we have the sacral defined when your generator type.
- 48:06You have your sacral Center is defined and it is like a little
- 48:11motor that can that helps you do the things that you need to do
- 48:14or it's like, you know, moves you through your day and we need
- 48:19to be busy all day long. Essentially not busy, but busy
- 48:24doing the things that light us up and we have energy for the
- 48:29things that light us up. So, we asked And the thing is,
- 48:34with the generator type, if you're doing something that
- 48:37doesn't let you up, guess what happens?
- 48:40And I'll or tap. And so this is, I didn't even do
- 48:46it anymore. Nadia, I don't even, I avoid,
- 48:50like, the black plague. Anything I don't want to do, I'm
- 48:54almost ignorant. That's what.
- 48:57It's come to with me at this level.
- 48:59Yes it's good. And that's living your sign
- 49:02because you shouldn't be doing things that don't let you up
- 49:05because you don't have the energy for it.
- 49:06It's just going to sap your energy.
- 49:09And so a manifesting generator is just multifaceted.
- 49:12There are kind of their combination between generators
- 49:15and manifest her so they get inspiration like a manifest or
- 49:18wood but they have that that that power that that sacral
- 49:23power of a generator. And so for manifesting
- 49:27generators, my husband is one, so I see it in action all the
- 49:30time. It's your very Mac.
- 49:32And what you can do, you can switch your attention and do
- 49:35something here. You can do something over here
- 49:37and this like go throughout your day, just really doing whatever
- 49:41at the thing. Is it kind of comes at you that
- 49:43lights you up? And yes.
- 49:45And so in a sense that's the PowerHouse like as a generator,
- 49:49I'm more like I'm doing my thing and I'm doing doing doing my
- 49:52thing. If something else comes at me,
- 49:53I'm I'll be like, okay, I'll tend to that later, you know?
- 49:56And I'm more of like, in my track whereas the manifesting
- 49:59generator can just really flow. And And multi-dimensional
- 50:04exactly month, multi-dimensional and do the thing as, and as long
- 50:08as you're following what lights you up?
- 50:11Yeah. To go now, so, for you, you have
- 50:15a gut intuition which is your sacral intuition.
- 50:18Some people have emotional like me, but your gut intuition tells
- 50:23you in the now, if something is right for you or not.
- 50:28So it will feel like an aha, alright?
- 50:32Your body and so everybody has their own sort of sound that
- 50:36they tune into. But you'll know like if I ask
- 50:39you, hey Terry, do you want to go for a walk?
- 50:41You know you'll know in the moment.
- 50:43Yes or no. Do you want to go?
- 50:45You know, and so it's like somebody can ask you a question
- 50:48and you'll know that, yes, this is for me.
- 50:49No, it's not for me. And that's one of the beauties
- 50:52of having the sacral does that Mike is very black and white
- 50:56because I am a very black and white person actually, well, it
- 51:00does because I'll just tell Tell you as an emotional.
- 51:03So 50% of people are emotional and 50% are non-emotional, and
- 51:08there's other types of intuition that I won't get into right now.
- 51:11But they're for generators, they're generally the gut
- 51:14intuition, or their emotional intuition.
- 51:17And so, for emotional intuition, I still have that sacral gut
- 51:21response, but I have to listen to my emotions and go through
- 51:24the wave of my emotions before I get to a yes or no, because I
- 51:29might feel yes in the moment but tomorrow, Going to wake up and
- 51:32be like, oh no, I don't want to do that.
- 51:37So now I have to backtrack. So for me.
- 51:39Yes. As to go through the emotion of
- 51:42something and feel into the yeses or nose, and then when I
- 51:46get to a neutral Place, make the decision of this is, yes, this
- 51:50is a yes for me. And this is a no, for me.
- 51:52And so that's what I wasn't listening to when I went into
- 51:56that business, right? I wasn't listening to how I
- 52:00wasn't at a. I wasn't clear.
- 52:02I wasn't at a clear place and so my emotions I felt my emotions
- 52:05but it wasn't like I didn't have a clear yes or no you know.
- 52:09And so I asked before I was clear and that I think it's the
- 52:13difficulty and that happened along the way.
- 52:15I mean this this this could go a long way with multi-million
- 52:19dollar decisions, you know Nadia like a person who is you know
- 52:26entrepreneur who wants to really know their life path and they
- 52:32They are blocked. I mean, how powerful would it be
- 52:36for them to understand their human design and actually clear
- 52:42all of that junk from their trunks, so to speak.
- 52:46And then, you know, and then just move through into their
- 52:51self-empowerment. I mean, that's that's got to be,
- 52:55that's got to be pretty, that's going to be pretty lucrative.
- 53:02Absolutely. Absolutely.
- 53:03Because it's very validating because it's things that we
- 53:06already know about ourselves but now we can just like rest assure
- 53:10and rely on it. And so I was just at a retreat
- 53:13weekend this past weekend and I did this for all of the women
- 53:16that were there, there was five or six of us.
- 53:19And so I did the everybody's human design and everyone, they
- 53:22none of them really knew that much about it, but everyone was
- 53:24like, that's so me. That's so mean that's so me, you
- 53:28know, Tori. And when yeah, I've had that
- 53:31moment just like and everything just adds up and it makes sense
- 53:36and I feel that that kind of self-awareness to understand
- 53:40yourself and even with what you were saying about you needing to
- 53:44ride the emotions, compared to me, needing to listen to my gut.
- 53:49And how many times I've overridden that and gone with
- 53:53the monkey mind and then regretted it.
- 53:55Yeah. So, you know it and that's how
- 53:58powerful its really powerful. Phone.
- 54:01And that's the experiment. That's the experiment.
- 54:03It's not like you have to listen to what your gut says and do it.
- 54:07But it's best to notice it like say like let's say you do
- 54:10override it. You know you hear that got
- 54:12response. You're like yes, but you're
- 54:13like, I don't want to do that. So it's like, okay, don't do
- 54:16that. But then look back.
- 54:18And see how did that work out? You know.
- 54:21Absolutely. You know, we can learn a lot and
- 54:23so it's a process, you know, there's no right or wrong with
- 54:26this and it's a guide. They got.
- 54:28Yes, understand ourselves more. And that's we've just touched on
- 54:31the on the real surface of it. But yes, something for just to
- 54:36know about your, your strategy is good.
- 54:41And this is for all generator types, is that we respond to
- 54:44situations outside of ourselves or so.
- 54:47We respond to things outside of ourselves.
- 54:48So might have the idea like oh, I'd really love to go on
- 54:52vacation, but it's when we have the idea, it's not necessary to
- 54:56go and just like start making plans to go on vacation.
- 54:59It's like, okay, I'd love to go on.
- 55:00Asian and so now let's wait till we hear it in our environment so
- 55:05we can respond to it. So maybe a friend like hey I was
- 55:08thinking about going to Tahiti do you want to come?
- 55:10And so now you're like yes I do and you're responding to
- 55:14something outside but it could be as simple as listening to the
- 55:18radio and you hear an advertisement for, you know,
- 55:21cheap tickets to Tahiti and you're like that's what I'm
- 55:23going to do. It's really interesting.
- 55:26You should say this Nadia because I am Feeling cold to an
- 55:33island at the moment and I won't go into it too deep.
- 55:40But it's very interesting that you intuitively or to say that
- 55:45because everything that is coming my way at the moment, I'm
- 55:50finding. Yeah, when you are making big
- 55:54changes in your life, usually there's confirmation, you know,
- 55:59things will come up, your He thinks just like what you said.
- 56:03So how is the best way for someone to get in contact with
- 56:09you and join your program and be in your container?
- 56:14I mean, obviously we're going to put the link here, so anybody
- 56:18listening can definitely just go straight to that link.

- 56:51that I will add to this. If it's not there, right away,
- 56:54it will be there. Shortly, the people could do you
- 56:58know. And and and then I Text.
- 57:02Yeah, I have a taste and then they'll be Mike Allen Lee Link
- 57:05in there as well. If you're interested in getting
- 57:06more support because even doing the recording can things can
- 57:11come up and so I wouldn't mind if they want to learn more about
- 57:15me or learn about my programs and watch you thinking about
- 57:19working together that they can sign up for, you know, a call on
- 57:24my calendar. And we'll just, we'll just have
- 57:26a chat about what's going on. So that's so I'll have To get
- 57:31you that link and we'll have to listen into that.
- 57:34Because that is that that is really exciting.
- 57:37So guys you're probably going to have that opportunity to click
- 57:44that link and experience this. Incredible little snippet that
- 57:51Nadia has got for your past life regression.
