- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Six o'clock on this Wednesday morning. Good morning, Ricky and
- 0:05Speaker 2: I are just talking about Deadpool and Wolverine.
- 0:06Speaker 3: Because I finally saw it. I saw it last night.
- 0:09Speaker 3: Now we can talk about it.
- 0:10Speaker 4: It's so good.
- 0:10Speaker 5: If you haven't seen it yet, highly recommend go check
- 0:13Speaker 5: it out. Kevin recommends it now.
- 0:14Speaker 3: Yeah, it was.
- 0:15Speaker 2: I mean, it lived up to the hype. We have
- 0:17Speaker 2: a lot to talk about up here today. Ricky's got
- 0:19Speaker 2: those three things.
- 0:20Speaker 5: We got some details on zac Efron's freak pool accident
- 0:23Speaker 5: that he had in Spain. So it turns out that
- 0:25Speaker 5: he took a deeper dive than he should have and
- 0:27Speaker 5: slammed into the bottom of the pool. So when that happened,
- 0:30Speaker 5: TMZ reported quote he ingested a large amount of water
- 0:33Speaker 5: into his lungs. As previously reported, He's doing just fine
- 0:37Speaker 5: after a quick trip to the hospital. But this man
- 0:39Speaker 5: needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap or something because
- 0:41Speaker 5: the amount of accidents it's trapping him because he's kind
- 0:45Speaker 5: of a little bit of a daredot, very adventurous and
- 0:47Speaker 5: very yes, adventurous, So like we need to bubble wrap
- 0:50Speaker 5: this man to protect him at all costs.
- 0:52Speaker 4: He's got to stop.
- 0:53Speaker 5: House of the Dragon, the prequel to Game of Thrones,
- 0:56Speaker 5: has signed on for another two seasons. The season finale
- 0:59Speaker 5: for season two happened on Sunday.
- 1:01Speaker 4: I just watched that last night.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't know. You watch that show.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Very upset about it.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Yeah, everybody seems disappointed with the finale. It was kind
- 1:07Speaker 2: of anti climaxing.
- 1:08Speaker 5: You knew that it was about to end because you're like,
- 1:10Speaker 5: I know how Game of Thrones works, and as it
- 1:12Speaker 5: like ramps up, you're like, this is where it's.
- 1:13Speaker 4: Gonna end, and then it ends, and I'm so sad
- 1:16Speaker 4: about it.
- 1:16Speaker 5: But as because it ended, we obviously need new seasons,
- 1:21Speaker 5: so they've signed on for three and four. Season three
- 1:24Speaker 5: will start production in twenty twenty five. Season four will
- 1:27Speaker 5: be the end of the series, so that will be
- 1:29Speaker 5: the end of the prequel of House of the Dragon.
- 1:31Speaker 5: I like when they do things like that and they
- 1:33Speaker 5: let us know, so it's not like we're waiting, of course,
- 1:35Speaker 5: and waiting and waiting, and.
- 1:36Speaker 2: It's just great when a series has a clear end
- 1:39Speaker 2: and they're not just you know, just going.
- 1:40Speaker 5: Just to see the actual end will not be clear,
- 1:43Speaker 5: because then they're gonna come out with a prequel to
- 1:45Speaker 5: the prequel and a sequel to the prequel. Ten Care
- 1:48Speaker 5: is providing one hundred diapers per month for those enrolled
- 1:51Speaker 5: in ten Care for cover kids. So this is a
- 1:53Speaker 5: great new program that takes effect today for those enrolled
- 1:56Speaker 5: in ten Care. So ten Care is partnering with pharmacies
- 1:59Speaker 5: across Knee to make sure that there's an easy way
- 2:02Speaker 5: and easy access for you to get diapers for your kids.
- 2:04Speaker 5: So in order to receive them, you're gonna be able
- 2:06Speaker 5: to walk into any participating pharmacy and show your child's
- 2:09Speaker 5: Optimum RX ten Care pharmacy card or provide your child's
- 2:13Speaker 5: Social Security number at the pharmacy. They will initially cover
- 2:17Speaker 5: lines and sizes of Huggies and Quties diapers. Other brands
- 2:21Speaker 5: are hopefully going to add overtime. But this is a
- 2:23Speaker 5: really great program for anybody who needs it. One hundred
- 2:25Speaker 5: diapers a month goes a long way. I'm Ricky Sanchez
- 2:28Speaker 5: and those are the three things you need to know.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Ricky. We appreciate you starting your

- 3:04Speaker 7: best version of it.
- 3:06Speaker 5: First caller of the day wants to try it when
- 3:08Speaker 5: they call in for these Jesse McCartney tickets. He's gonna

- 3:18Speaker 2: all week for the first caller of the day. Any
- 3:20Speaker 2: headway on a throwing bra. We were talking about this yesterday.
- 3:23Speaker 5: This is the most insane thing ever. We're not giving
- 3:24Speaker 5: away throwing bras, all right, We'll.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Talk to the first caller of the day. Get these
- 3:28Speaker 3: Jesse McCartney tickets.
- 3:29Speaker 6: Next Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 3:35Speaker 4: Ricky Mount Juliet.
- 3:37Speaker 8: Yeahunt Julia, what happens?
- 3:39Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 3:40Speaker 3: I grew up?
- 3:41Speaker 4: Well, good morning, Rick. What are you doing.
- 3:43Speaker 8: I'm heading to work?
- 3:44Speaker 3: What do you do?
- 3:45Speaker 1: Rick?
- 3:46Speaker 8: I am a private duty nurse or a child who
- 3:49Speaker 8: goes to Harris Wilmans.
- 3:50Speaker 5: Oh wow, okay, So you are far better of a
- 3:52Speaker 5: person than anybody in this studio right now. We appreciate
- 3:56Speaker 5: you for being such a great person, very cool, and
- 4:00Speaker 5: appreciate you listening to us because you are the first
- 4:02Speaker 5: color of the day on one of seven five the River.
- 4:05Speaker 7: Yeah yeah, Rick, are you like a big Jesse McCartney fan.
- 4:08Speaker 8: Back in the day when he first came out Beautiful Soul?
- 4:11Speaker 8: And I was obsessed. But I'm really an eighties boy,
- 4:15Speaker 8: so cy So I'm more excited about that.
- 4:19Speaker 4: Yeah, that's like.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Her farewell to her. I'm excited about that as well.
- 4:23Speaker 8: Oh yeah, I've been talking her for years since the eighties,
- 4:26Speaker 8: and when I was old enough to find down my hair,
- 4:29Speaker 8: I started doing it.
- 4:30Speaker 3: That's cool.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Well, we've been giving away these Jesse McCartney tickets this week,
- 4:33Speaker 2: and I've been teasing Rick, you know, throwing a bra.
- 4:36Speaker 3: On stage because she was a big fan back in
- 4:38Speaker 3: the day.
- 4:39Speaker 5: Rick, how instein is that when you think about Jesse McCartney,
- 4:42Speaker 5: do you think, oh, women must throw their bras on
- 4:44Speaker 5: stage at him.
- 4:47Speaker 8: I think that when he was famous he had fired
- 4:49Speaker 8: too young to know what a bra was.
- 4:50Speaker 4: See what I mean throwing bras at him.
- 4:53Speaker 3: He's not too young anymore. He's the new Drake, is
- 4:55Speaker 3: what they said.
- 4:56Speaker 5: Oh god, Rick, thank you so much for hanging out
- 4:59Speaker 5: with us and for listening.
- 5:00Speaker 4: We hope you have the best time at Jesse McCartney.
- 5:02Speaker 8: Oh, thank you. I can't wait.
- 5:03Speaker 3: You're great, Rick, thank you for listening.
- 5:05Speaker 9: Boddy, no problem, hang on the line.
- 5:07Speaker 2: We're gonna have more tomorrow, same time. First caller of
- 5:10Speaker 2: the day is Jesse McCartney.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Take Ricky, Zach and Mano in the.
- 5:13Speaker 6: Morning on one O seven five the River.
- 5:15Speaker 5: Zach and I are going on our annual trip. We
- 5:18Speaker 5: go on this trip every year. There's a big conference
- 5:21Speaker 5: for radio people and we go and uh, it always
- 5:24Speaker 5: ends in a very interesting way.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Well, the thing I want to talk about here, we're
- 5:28Speaker 2: gona we're gonna play a couple songs come back to
- 5:30Speaker 2: this conversation.
- 5:31Speaker 3: But I'm really curious about the sleeping arrangement.
- 5:33Speaker 4: Yeah, well we're poor, Kevin.
- 5:36Speaker 3: What else do you want to do? What you gotta do,
- 5:38Speaker 3: Sharon ad Do they spoon? That's the question everybody wants
- 5:41Speaker 3: to know. I We're gonna find out in five minutes on.
- 5:43Speaker 6: The river, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 5:47Speaker 3: One five taring a bed with your friend etiquette. It's
- 5:51Speaker 3: one O seven to five the river, Ricky and Zach.
- 5:53Speaker 2: You're gonna be out of town together this weekend, and yeah,
- 5:56Speaker 2: they're shacking up.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Kevin is so just like mind blown by this. He's
- 6:00Speaker 5: asked us NonStop questions about.
- 6:02Speaker 4: How this works.
- 6:03Speaker 7: And I don't understand where the confusion is coming from.
- 6:06Speaker 4: I don't either. We do this every year.
- 6:07Speaker 5: We go to a radio conference every year, Zach and I,
- 6:10Speaker 5: and they always end with a very interesting moment or
- 6:14Speaker 5: something that we've learned.
- 6:15Speaker 4: About each other.
- 6:15Speaker 5: You think, at this point, we spend every single day together,
- 6:18Speaker 5: even outside of.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Work, that we would know everything about each other.
- 6:21Speaker 5: But when you are staying in a room with someone,
- 6:24Speaker 5: it's just an entirely differicult You know.
- 6:26Speaker 7: Of my favorite things that I've learned about Ricky, Hey,
- 6:29Speaker 7: she loves to watch ridiculousness before bed and sit there
- 6:32Speaker 7: and cackle literally just laying in bed watching ridiculousness. I
- 6:36Speaker 7: thought she had like lost her mind because I was
- 6:38Speaker 7: trying to sleep and she was just cackling, like cry
- 6:41Speaker 7: laughing every ridiculousness.
- 6:42Speaker 5: I'd like to fall asleep to funny things because it
- 6:45Speaker 5: gives you funny, happy dreams.
- 6:47Speaker 4: That's how importable things.
- 6:49Speaker 1: How it works.
- 6:49Speaker 5: If you watch something that's sad and depressing, then you
- 6:51Speaker 5: have sad dreams.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Everyone knows that, Kevin.
- 6:54Speaker 5: So we share a bed sometimes because we're pretty much
- 6:57Speaker 5: poor at this point, and going on these trips costs
- 7:00Speaker 5: a lot of money, so we love to go. We'll
- 7:04Speaker 5: spend it, but we have to do it on the cheap, so.
- 7:06Speaker 4: We end up cuddling.
- 7:07Speaker 3: What are your significant others okay with it?
- 7:09Speaker 2: I mean you, you know you're sharing a bed with
- 7:10Speaker 2: another man days gay breaking news.
- 7:16Speaker 5: Just making sure that everyone knew that, Like there's something
- 7:18Speaker 5: weird about it. There's no like anything there in the
- 7:22Speaker 5: same It's like if I shared a bed with my girlfriend.
- 7:24Speaker 7: All right, we put a pillow in between us, do
- 7:27Speaker 7: you know?
- 7:27Speaker 4: Once?
- 7:27Speaker 3: Yeah, Doddle, be honest. I feel like you.
- 7:30Speaker 5: Guys one time between I said that there was one
- 7:33Speaker 5: time that we cuddled.
- 7:35Speaker 3: And what's the uh attire?
- 7:38Speaker 4: Okay, So this is the rule.
- 7:39Speaker 5: Though Zach likes to, you know, sleep a very specific way,
- 7:42Speaker 5: and I very much make sure that he is fully
- 7:45Speaker 5: clothed he gets in with me.
- 7:47Speaker 7: Yes, I wear like sweat shorts or like fox or
- 7:50Speaker 7: briefs okay.
- 7:51Speaker 4: Which is fine, all right, but like very much, that
- 7:54Speaker 4: is the one rule.
- 7:55Speaker 3: I hope you guys have a great time. I am
- 7:58Speaker 3: never going with.
- 7:59Speaker 2: You and to be sharing bed together, but I hope
- 8:02Speaker 2: you have a great time.
- 8:03Speaker 4: Zech is so offending, but I am share a.
- 8:06Speaker 3: Bed with him.
- 8:07Speaker 7: I'm so just sut CKY's the one that snores. I
- 8:09Speaker 7: sleep like a baby and a coffin, like I'm just
- 8:12Speaker 7: that is true.
- 8:13Speaker 5: I do snorre and I talk in my sleep and
- 8:15Speaker 5: I can't wait to find out something new about Zach
- 8:17Speaker 5: this weekend and shirt with everyone.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Please please please share when you come back. And I'm
- 8:20Speaker 3: just gonna take your word on all.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Of that three days you need to know.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Just after seven o'clock on this Wednesday morning, Ricky's got
- 8:27Speaker 2: those three things.
- 8:27Speaker 5: But first we get some shout outs real quick that
- 8:30Speaker 5: I want to do Camille and Franklin wants to shout
- 8:32Speaker 5: out her daughter grayson Lynn. It's her first day of
- 8:35Speaker 5: seventh grade. I have a great first day. And Kinsey
- 8:39Speaker 5: and Murphysboro. She said, Today is my husband Andrew's fortieth birthday.
- 8:42Speaker 4: Happy birthday. Drew.
- 8:44Speaker 5: Lots of cool stuff happening today. You guys can always
- 8:46Speaker 5: text us six four eight nine. Five is the number
- 8:49Speaker 5: put river at the beginning of the message. For anything
- 8:51Speaker 5: that you want to say, any shout outs, or any
- 8:53Speaker 5: little comments that you have, just send them our way.
- 8:55Speaker 7: All right.
- 8:56Speaker 5: Three things you need to know Sabrina Carpenter. She just
- 8:58Speaker 5: did an interview with Variat and she had a lot
- 9:00Speaker 5: to say. One of those things was that apparently her
- 9:03Speaker 5: label was unsure about releasing Espresso.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Can you imagine that?
- 9:08Speaker 5: Yes, she said that they really weren't feeling it, and
- 9:12Speaker 5: that quote the powers above questioned if the song even
- 9:15Speaker 5: made any.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Sound on they should all be fired.
- 9:17Speaker 5: She's very obviously happy that they went with her gut,
- 9:20Speaker 5: because her gut was saying, no, I need to release.
- 9:23Speaker 4: This because it's a hit song of the summer. It's huge.
- 9:26Speaker 5: In the same interviews, Sabrina revealed that she considers Short
- 9:29Speaker 5: and Sweet her sophomore album, because she has full creative
- 9:33Speaker 5: control this time, so she has a lot of the
- 9:36Speaker 5: decision making power in this one. And she said that
- 9:39Speaker 5: having her boyfriend Barry Kyogan as part of.
- 9:42Speaker 4: Please Please Please the music video was.
- 9:45Speaker 5: Extra special for her, and that he loves the lyrics
- 9:49Speaker 5: to the song because I mean it's kind of about him, so.
- 9:52Speaker 4: He's all on board for it. He loves it so much.
- 9:55Speaker 4: And she did mention Taylor Swift because there was a
- 9:57Speaker 4: lot of rumors going around that.
- 9:59Speaker 5: She can't like look Taylor Shift in the eyes and
- 10:02Speaker 5: can't ask her for anything. She wanted to squash those
- 10:04Speaker 5: rumors and said very much that her and Taylor Swift
- 10:07Speaker 5: are besties and that they talk all the time, they
- 10:09Speaker 5: go get dinner together, they love being around each other.
- 10:12Speaker 5: All of those things are absolutely ludicrous. American Red Cross,
- 10:16Speaker 5: they're trying to fight blood shortages right now with an incentive,
- 10:19Speaker 5: So there is an extreme shortage happening right now. They're
- 10:22Speaker 5: very concerned because we're entering peak hurricane season. Donors with
- 10:26Speaker 5: type OH blood are the most needed right now, So
- 10:29Speaker 5: as a thank you and as an incentive, people who
- 10:31Speaker 5: donate this month are gonna get a twenty dollars Amazon
- 10:34Speaker 5: gift card, so you can go ahead and schedule your
- 10:36Speaker 5: donation at.
- 10:37Speaker 4: Redcross dot org. It's very important to do those things.
- 10:40Speaker 5: I will say I hate giving blood, but when they
- 10:43Speaker 5: need it, they need it, so you just gotta do it.
- 10:46Speaker 5: No help out everybody around you. And in honor of
- 10:49Speaker 5: National Biscuit Month, this is really cool. Loveless Cafe is
- 10:52Speaker 5: doing a fun little contest. So they're inviting chefs, bakers,
- 10:55Speaker 5: and foodies, so anybody is allowed to be a part
- 10:58Speaker 5: of this, but they want your best best biscuit slider creation.
- 11:02Speaker 5: You have to submit all the ingredients through their submission form.
- 11:06Speaker 5: They have a lot of options on there, like fried chicken,
- 11:08Speaker 5: hard boiled egg, meat loaf, cheese, preserves, punkin butter, a
- 11:12Speaker 5: variety of different gravies, so much more on there.
- 11:15Speaker 4: They're gonna pick four winners.
- 11:16Speaker 5: They're all gonna be announced on August twenty six, and
- 11:19Speaker 5: each of them are gonna have their creation served for
- 11:21Speaker 5: one week in September. That's cool, So you're gonna have
- 11:24Speaker 5: your creation at Loveless Cafe. The grand champion, chosen by
- 11:27Speaker 5: popular vote, is gonna win free biscuits for a whole year.
- 11:30Speaker 5: So if you love making food or you just want
- 11:33Speaker 5: to try something fun, go ahead and submit yourself for
- 11:35Speaker 5: the Loveless Cafes Fun little contest.
- 11:37Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 11:39Speaker 4: need to know.
- 11:40Speaker 3: Thank you, Ricky. I didn't even know there was a
- 11:41Speaker 3: National Biscuit Month.
- 11:43Speaker 4: It's happening right now.
- 11:44Speaker 2: We're all gonna learn something else right after Chaffel ron
- 11:46Speaker 2: Zach's fax next one of.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Seven five the River, Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the
- 11:51Speaker 1: morning on one O seven the River.
- 11:53Speaker 5: All right, Zach teaches something new at Zachs fax A
- 11:56Speaker 5: one O seven five the River.
- 11:57Speaker 7: Did you guys know that the shell of an armadillo
- 11:59Speaker 7: is actually only bulletproof?
- 12:01Speaker 4: No, that's sick.
- 12:02Speaker 7: Yeah, so they have bulletproof shells. Apparently a guy in
- 12:05Speaker 7: Texas tried to shoot one and it bounced off and
- 12:07Speaker 7: hit him in the cheeks.
- 12:08Speaker 4: Oh wow, it sounds like car.
- 12:12Speaker 3: So there's your fact of the day. Carmadillo.
- 12:15Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 12:18Speaker 5: On these kindergarten through sixth grade students at eight an
- 12:23Speaker 5: elementary school in California, they made a hotline pet Talk
- 12:26Speaker 5: hotline type vibe and now the experience is a book,
- 12:30Speaker 5: which is really cool and I love the positivity behind this.
- 12:34Speaker 5: It's one of seven five of the river we called
- 12:36Speaker 5: the hotline, which the number is seven O seven eight P.
- 12:40Speaker 4: E P t OC. Yeah, so this is what it
- 12:43Speaker 4: sounds like when you called it the best.
- 12:44Speaker 3: Here we go here to.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Hi.
- 12:48Speaker 10: Welcome to Pep Talk, a public art project by West
- 12:50Speaker 10: Side School.
- 12:51Speaker 7: Please listen to the.
- 12:52Speaker 10: Following options for encouraging messages.
- 12:54Speaker 4: If you're feeling mad, frustrated, or nervous.
- 12:56Speaker 3: Press one. I'm always nervous.
- 12:58Speaker 9: If you need it.
- 13:00Speaker 10: When you're feeling mad, you should take three deep breast
- 13:03Speaker 10: and see things that make you happy. The thing that
- 13:05Speaker 10: makes me happy he is one, and I think of
- 13:10Speaker 10: happy things will happen in the future, like going to
- 13:12Speaker 10: a friend's house or a cousin's house. Bye, oh my gosh,
- 13:16Speaker 10: you're frustrated. You can always go to your bedroom, punch
- 13:20Speaker 10: your pillow or cry on it and just go scream outside.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Okay, we're gonna cut it off there, but that is
- 13:27Speaker 2: the cutest thing I've ever heard.
- 13:29Speaker 4: My heart is exploiting.
- 13:31Speaker 3: You can't be in a bad mood when you hear that.
- 13:33Speaker 4: No, it's so sweet.
- 13:35Speaker 5: Like I said, the number is seven O seven eight
- 13:38Speaker 5: P E P T O C. Now, neither of you,
- 13:41Speaker 5: zachar Kevin are as cute as those kids.
- 13:43Speaker 6: Wow.
- 13:44Speaker 4: But I would like for you to try your hand
- 13:46Speaker 4: at a pep talk.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Was that your pep talk?
- 13:48Speaker 4: Or let's start with Kevin?
- 13:53Speaker 3: Okay.
- 13:53Speaker 2: I tend to feel overwhelmed a lot with all the
- 13:55Speaker 2: things coming at you in life.

- 15:11Speaker 6: It's it's a praying to God.
- 15:12Speaker 8: And whenever you don't.

- 19:55Speaker 5: twelfth Avenue South area. The mission is to help those
- 19:58Speaker 5: who can't afford groceries and to do it with dignity,
