  Speaker 2: here's what happens. When values begin to drop down the

  Speaker 2: under 9%. We've got a serious problem. They're saying that

  Speaker 2: it's better. for us to write all the debt down

  Speaker 2: to what the real present value is and that we

  Speaker 2: would save literally billions of dollars. Now, remember I said

  Speaker 2: it hit the churches. So now we find ourselves, the

  Speaker 2: way the churches have financed it. And all of a sudden,

  Speaker 2: when we've got this outstanding debt. And they'll say, wait

  Speaker 2: to debt when the value is plummeted. We need to

  Speaker 2: take a look at your whole situation and give you

  Speaker 2: a fresh start. Because we went to the government and

  Speaker 2: asked for TARP money, and they gave it to us

  Speaker 2: and gave us a fresh start. And we lent it

  Speaker 2: all out and got a return and paid these outstanding bonuses.
