Kenneth Spruill, a Tennessee most wanted fugitive facing attempted murder and home invasion charges, was captured in Hapeville thanks to a massive multi-agency effort involving U.S. Marshals, the FBI, and local law enforcement. The arrest followed a tip pointing to the Roswell area and culminated in a swift takedown without incident. Spruill is now held in Fulton County on local weapons charges while awaiting extradition back to Tennessee.
